"Alright, Johnny. You can do this. You just got to tell Dukey you like both guys and girls. It shouldn't be hard." Johnny said while pacing back and forth in the bathroom.

It had been several weeks since Johnny came to realization that he was bisexual, all because of his crush on both Sissy and Gil. Initially scared, Johnny soon accepted himself for who he was and now he hoped his best friend would accept him as well.

"Okay. Here we go." Johnny said before leaving the bathroom and making his way to the living room, where Dukey was lying on the floor.

"Dukey?" asked Johnny.

"Yeah Johnny?" asked Dukey.

"I need to tell you something. Something big," said Johnny.

"Okay, I'm listening," said Dukey.

"You know how I've started to like girls recently?" asked Johnny.

"Yeah," said Dukey.

"Well…I've started to like guys too," said Johnny.

"You started to like guys?" asked Dukey.

"Yeah. Gil, specifically. So, I'm bi." said Johnny.

"Oh. Wow, I…I never expected that but I'm really happy for you. Congrats. Does anyone else know?" asked Dukey.

"Nope. You're the only one. I'll tell everyone else eventually but telling you first was more important." said Johnny.

"Why?" asked Dukey.

"Well, why not? You're my best friend. I trust you more than anyone." said Johnny.

"Wow. Thanks, Johnny. That means a lot." said Dukey.

"Anytime, pal," said Johnny.

"So, your crush on Gil. When did that start?" asked Dukey.

"A while ago. Susan and Mary like to go on and on about how gorgeous he is, but I never paid much attention. But then one day, I decided to see what all the hype was about and after looking at his face for a good few seconds, I could definitely see the appeal." said Johnny.

"Okay but…you do know there's an age difference between you two, right? You being 12, him being 16," said Dukey.

"I know that. But there's nothing wrong with me looking at him," said Johnny.

"True but I have noticed how he looks at you and how he only remembers your name and not Susan and Mary's names," said Dukey.

"I've noticed that too. It's probably nothing. I'm pretty sure he's into girls. He probably just sees me as a bro he likes to hang out with. Nothing more." said Johnny.

"If you say so," Dukey said right before Johnny turned on the TV to watch a random action movie.
