I don't own anything.

"That Trial was just for show!" Erza yelled at Natsu.

The pair were in a cell. Erza had her arms crossed while Natsu seemed to have put his hands behind his head. He used them as a cushion to rest his head against them instead of the cold wall of the cell. He sat up against said wall.

"Better than it being for real. I didn't have to haul ass with you in my arms." Natsu blew it off.

"I would have been proclaimed guilty but sent home right after said trial. They just needed someone as a scapegoat to keep order within the magical world. For some unknown reason, you decided to barge into the meeting and declare you were rescuing me. Now we both are stuck here for the night. What the hell brought you here in the first place?" Erza seethed at Natsu.

"Romeo said his older sister was in trouble. I came to get ya back."

Erza face went from annoyed to shock.

"Romeo? You mean the one in Fairy Tail?" Erza asked.

"He has purple hair if that helps." Natsu answered back.

"Geez that kid...I can't believe he asked a stranger for help." Erza commented.

"Desperate times calls for Desperate measures." Natsu said.

He watch as Erza grew a small smile. Finally, she giggled.

"I never meet someone so strange."

Natsu gave her a ludicrous look.

"I'm not strange." Natsu defended.

"Yet, so kind." Erza added.

Natsu face softened at the compliment.

"I'll have to treat you to a nice lunch when we get back." Erza said.

"I didn't do it for a reward." Natsu told her.

Erza looked at Natsu in surprised. His eyes weren't on her, they were looking at the ceiling. Natsu had the appearance of someone being aloof but he kept talking.

"Me and my brother lost our parents in a attack, we were than separated from one another. After that I meet a woman and she raised me. Safe it to say, when people are at risk of losing their family. I don't want them to suffer my pain because I have felt that pain." Natsu finished.

Erza was touched by his words.

"I see, that makes me very happy." Erza said.

"Don't be because you have peeked my curiosity with your appearance." Natsu stated.

Erza raised a brow.

"What makes you so curious?" Erza asked.

"Before my mother passed she took me to a woman. That female looked exactly like you. Do you know of a woman named Irene Belserion?" Natsu asked.

Erza was surprised at the information.

"I...you...sure she looked like me?" Erza asked quietly.

'Smells like you too.' Natsu thought but kept it to himself.

"From head to toe the only difference is that she looks like a older version of you." Natsu answered.

The similarities were too canny to pass off. Erza didn't know what to say to this because she hadn't ever thought about her mother. She'd come to term with it years ago.

"To be frank, I stopped caring about who my mother is and I haven't looked back since but to answer your question. I don't know the woman that you speak of." Erza answered.

Natsu finally looked at Erza. She felt him study her. He relented after a moment of looking at her. He relaxed before appearing aloof.

"I won't worry about it anymore. I'll drop it unless I find something that I think you should know." Natsu told her.

"Thank you, but you don't have too." Erza said.

Natsu gave her a shrug.

"If I hear anything than."

He would follow her flow. However, his curiosity was still heightened. Natsu didn't know Irene that well. His mother only took him to her to see if they could enchant more of his mother's magic onto him. She was the creator of Dragon Slayers. That's where they learn about the drawbacks of being a Dragon Slayer. After that, they worked on a 'cure' of sorts for Natsu. Irene's motivations for said cure was...oddly geninue while his Mother's reasons remained a mystery. If Erza was Irene's daughter. He just hoped that Erza had avoided their more grizzly fate. If not, he wouldn't have to worry about her as much.

"I saw that you wield light magic, my master, Makarov of Fairy Tail wields light magic as well. I know it's a bit hard to believe but in Fairy Tail. We are just a big family. I'm sure we'll be willing to help you find your brother and besides we could use more people like you in the guild." Erza was inviting Natsu to join Fairy Tail.

Natsu played along. It couldn't hurt.

"Sure, I'll be more than willing to join, I have to be a legal mage anyways it's about time I get on track instead of blowing down doors." Nstsu admitted.

Erza chuckled.

"Yes, very much so." Erza agreed.

Later.

"Erza!" Romeo yelled.

Romeo hugged the young woman it didn't take long for Erza to hug Romeo back. Natsu looked at the Guild that was looking at him.

"As promised safe and sound. Yall really should learn when to break the rules." Natsu said.

Erza ears perked up, did Natsu meet her guild before coming to 'rescue' her?

"Thank you so much mister!" Romeo yelled.

Natsu would be hugged by the kid. It still felt weird being shown and feeling physical affection. He gave Romeo a one arm hugged with Romeo detaching himself from Natsu. The boy satisfied with the one arm hug. This let Natsu to return his focus back to the guild.

"Right, everyone this is Natsu, Natsu this is Fairy Tail." Erza introduced.

Natsu gave a wave to indicate that he heard Erza and to mainly play along with the fact she was oblivious. However, their silence only served to piss her off and she glared at everyone. The entire Guild stiffened.

"I didn't realize that it isn't rude to give a new family member a warm welcome." Erza growled at them.

Everyone flinched at Erza as they looked ready to run.

'Sheesh, she has them whipped. No wonder Romeo likes her so much.' Natsu thought.

"Erm, actually..."

"Speak up Lucy!" Erza demanded.

Lucy, as in Lucy Heartfilla? Natsu looked at the female in question and sure enough it was Lucy Heartfillia. How the hell did she get here? Lucy is a young woman with brown color eyes and blonde color hair held up by a blue color bow. The female had on a blue and white themed outfit with brown color boots. Lucy had on a pouch that housed a black whip while also holding a key ring that was attached to her brown leather belt. The key ring holding numerous gold and silver color keys. The Fairy Tail stamp was on the back of her right hand.

"We actually know Natsu because he stopped by yesterday." Makarov spoke up for Lucy.

Erza dropped her glare as she looked at Natsu.

"I told you, I meet Romeo, never said where I meet him." Natsu said.

Nor did he answer her question. It had been most irrelevant to him because of the circumstances. Erza let it go...this time.

"I see, he should join the Guild." Erza vouched for Natsu.

It's not like people were going to disagree with her. Makarov mused on the statement. Natsu may not have a good reason to join Fairy Tail but he went out of his way to help Romeo. Natsu had seem like a individual that was lost but had well intentions wherever he went. Makarov would give the child a chance. It helped that Erza is vouching for Natsu.

"Fine by me. Mirajane get the stamp." Makarov approved.

Mirajane is a woman with long white color hair. She had the front of her hair, most likely her bangs in a small ponytail. That way her hair wouldn't cover her blue color iris's. She wore a long pink themed dress with black heels. She walked up to Natsu with the Fairy Tail stamp in her hands.

"Where and what color would you like your stamp?" Mirajane asked.

Natsu thought about it before rolling up the front of his shirt. Mirajane saw all of the scars littering his body. She felt sympathy for him. He exposed his chest.

"Over my heart and I want the color to be a bright yellow." Natsu told her.

Mirajane applied the stamp and just like that, Natsu is apart of two Guilds. Natsu lowered his shirt.

"It's time to party! We got Erza back and a new member!" Someone yelled.

Natsu watched as everyone erupted into celebration. They were in full spirits, yesterday they looked absolutely crushed but 24 hours later. The entire Guild became quite rowdy. As if they lived in the moment.

'Just what kind of guild did I get sent too?' Natsu thought.

Erza and Makarov would be at the bar. Erza never took part in the behavior until they went overboard or disturbed her. At that point, Erza would have to settle it...again. Makarov's younger days were behind him. He didn't have the energy to join in these energetic brawls. This left them alone to talk with one another.

"What do you think of him?" Makarov asked Erza.

"He's a strange one but he goes out of his way to help people. I think he'll fit right in." Erza stated.

Makarov had the same thoughts.

"He even tried to see if I knew my mother or a person he thought was my mother." Erza said.

Makarov raised a brow.

"What did he say?" Makarov asked.

"He said that I look exactly like her and he was just wondering about if I knew her. I told him that I since stopped looking for my mother years ago. He seemed to accept my answer and if he happens to find something. He'll let me know." Erza answered.

"He's turning out to be a interesting new member." Makarov said.

"I have to agree."

"Erza here is your strawberry cake."

Erza looked up to see Happy flying over to her. A strawberry cake on a plate that he was carrying over to her. Happy is a new species of cat's that could talk, fly, and walk. He would have a belly with white fur but the rest of his body had blue color fur. He happened to fly in from the forest that is outside Magnolia. Mirajane had taken in the cat with some pleading from her younger siblings. As a result, Happy tended to be always in the guild helping her.

"Thank you, Happy." Erza spoke.

"Anytime, is that the new member?" Happy asked.

"Yes, you should introduced yourself." Erza said.

"Once things calm down." Happy told Erza.

"Fair enough." She replied.
