Protect and Tinkering with the Shield Daughter
Izuku is using the computer of the main hologram screen display in the throne room while typing on the keyboard, and then several imagines of a man with glasses shows up for everyone in the room to see.
"There, I knew who that man is when I heard your name." Izuku pointed at the image of the man.
"Yeah, that's my dad." Melissa nodded.
Melissa's dad is a tall man of an average build with aqua eyes and light brown hair. He has light wrinkles on his face from age. His hair is short and messy with two prominent tufts for bangs, and he has a short goatee. He wears wide-rimmed, square glasses, a blue button-up, pale pants, a dark belt with a metal buckle, and navy sneakers with a red accent and light soles. On his left arm, he also wears a dark watch along with a wedding ring.
"So, is there anything about this man we should know?" Mirko asked, looking at the picture of man with a curious look.
"Yes! David Shield is the most brilliant man on the planet, he's the one who helped create some of the advance tech we have back at our homeland like the hover bikes for sports and other needs along with wheelchairs to help with those who have trouble with their legs and handicap things to get around easier. Not only that, but he also created some equipment that helps with environmental care and" Izuku mumbled on and on about David Shield and accomplishments.
"Fuck, there he goes again." Katsuki sighed.
"Does he always do that?" Melissa asked.
"Ribbit. Yep, Izuku is one of the smart ones though he tends to go overboard to mumble like that." Tsuyu explained.
"It's fucking annoying as Hell." Katsuki commented with a slight growl.
"Maybe for you, but it's quite charming to us." Mirko smirked.
"But first, let see if we can help our new guest get comfortable on the island and wait for a little while until she is able to remember what happened back there." Mirko suggested.
"Oh, is that really alright because I'm kind of an outsider." Melissa felt that she is imposing herself for just being on this island.
"It's fine, not like you could actually do anything to us anyway." Mt. Lady smirked and starts using her Quirk to grow in size.
"What the fucking giant size impossibility!" Melissa gasped.
"Oh yeah, we have powers that we call Quirks here and each of us with our own Quirk can do crazy things that you wouldn't believe even when you're seeing it." Mt. Lady bragged.
"Yes, very nice of you to share that with our new friends, Mt. Lady… But…" Mirko felt tick off blitzes to the giant woman's face and kicked her right out of the room, that also resulted in breaking down the wall.
"What the fuck did I tell you about using your Quirk inside the Palace!" Mirko yelled angrily.
"Sorry…" Mt. Lady apologized.
"Whoa, that was fast!" Melissa amazed.
"What? Did you think cheetahs were the only fastest animals alive?" Mirko asked sarcastically.
"Come, let's get you settle into a room and after some rest, Izuku and Katsuki can show you around the city for a bit. Maybe even take you to the workshop and introduce you to Mei." Mirko said.
"Seriously? That geeky bitch again…" Katsuki exclaimed.
"Kacchan, be nice. Mei is a great inventor and I'm sure she would be thrilled to meet another one girl Melissa here." Izuku stated.
"I certainly wouldn't mind, perhaps she could help me with my invention that I was working on before coming here." Melissa interested in this Mei girl.
"Great, you can rest in the room next to mine as it hasn't been used." Izuku offered to lead Melissa away.
"I don't feel tired at all, can't you show me around just a little bit like that hologram display you did! I want to know more about it, like how is it made and what materials you used!" Melissa looked at the machine curiously with a smile.
"Huh, so this girl is into machines." Midnight commented.
"You can do look at it as much as you want later, but I still think you need some rest after surviving a storm and getting washed up on the island." Mirko pulled Melissa away.
"Here, make sure this girl gets to her bed." Mirko pushed Melissa onto Izuku, which ended up getting his face between her breasts.
"Yes! Sure, we'll go right now!" Izuku quickly pulled himself off from Melissa and took her away.
"Whatever, I'm going now." Katsuki decided to leave since there is nothing else to do as La Brava follows him.
Mirko sat on her throne with a concern and cautious look on her face as she still thinks about that Shield girl and how she couldn't have ended up on the Amazon Island unless it was help from divine intervention. This did not go unnoticed by her elite Amazon Warriors as they saw their queen.
"You're curious about that girl, aren't you?" Recover Girl asked.
"Yeah, I don't know why exactly but I'm getting a strong feeling that fate herself may have brought this girl here for a reason." Mirko said.
"Do you think Goddess Nana did this?" Ryukyu asked.
"I'm sure not, but I want to believe that Melissa is someone who is a good sign for our people." Mirko said before letting out a sigh.
"But you also think that something bad is coming to us with Melissa being here." Midnight guessed.
"Call it a hunch, I think that girl may have been in danger from something worse than the storm she mentioned." Mirko shared her hunch.
"But what could worse than a storm at sea?" Mt. Lady asked.
"I don't know, and that what scares me." Mirko said.
Mirko has been known throughout the island to have a very strong instinct to know certain things that may seem troubling and dangerous to her people, and that instinct is usual on the high note that she has been right and rarely been wrong before.
And since the new arrival of Melissa Shield, she can't shake off the feeling that something bad may happen.
(With Izuku and Melissa)
"So, how are you feeling now, Melissa?" Izuku asked as he and Melissa are walking together into the city.
"That felt great! That queen woman was right, I definitely needed that nap." Melissa stretched her arms, feeling her body fully recharged after almost two hours of sleep.
"I'm glad you're feeling better, and don't worry about getting back home. I'm sure the Amazon warriors will have a way to send you back home." Izuku assured.
"I think I can believe you on that one." Melissa smiled.
Melissa didn't know why exactly she is trusting Izuku some more even though they just met and still doesn't know him that well, but she can feel something from her heart saying that she can trust Izuku and not have to worry about anything bad with him around.
"So, this island… Nobody outside knows about it?" Melissa asked.
"That's right, this island has existed for a very long time, and I guess it must've been during the Ancient Greek era making this nation and civilization thousands of years old. They even have their own way in keeping up with the changes of the outside world such as tech." Izuku explaimed.
"And these women with girls, how exactly did they get these "Quirk" powers?" Melissa asked.
"I'm not sure if you'll believe me if I tell you." Izuku said, worried that Melissa might not take this seriously.
"Try me." Melissa challenged with a smile.
"Okay, well… There is this Goddess who watches over everyone here on the island, and I am a REAL God from Heaven which is apparently real, and she is also that same Goddess who brought me and Katsuki to become her champion to fight off against this evil being who is trying to turn the whole world dark." Izuku explained.
"Right, so… a Goddess." Melissa nodded with a blank stare.
"(She doesn't believe me entirely, but I can't tell that she knows it's somewhat true.)" Izuku thought figured.
"So, how about we go see Mei." Izuku changed the subject.
"Izuku!" Tsuyu called out.
"Oh, Tsuyu! What are you doing here?" Izuku asked, surprised to see his second girlfriend here in the city market area.
"I'm here with my mom to do a little shopping together." Tsuyu answered.
"Which reminds me, Izuku. This here is my mom." Tsuyu gestured over to the woman next to her.
"Hello, I'm Beru Asui. It's very nice to meet you. Ribbit." Beru greeted with a croak.
Beru has long, dark hair, worn in a similar style to Tsuyu's. Her face grows wider around her mouth, which is notably long, and she has circular, spaced-out eyes with long upper eyelashes. She appears to be rather prone to blushing, as she's seen with little pink marks on her cheeks, and she has a small nose, positioned very high up on her face. She wears a purple gown with a green ribbon wrapped around her waist, sandals, and an emerald necklace. She also carries a big basket on her back to carry certain things in it. Breasts size: G-cup.
"Wow, I can see where Tsuyu gets her adorable froggy features from." Izuku complimented.
"Thank you, I always thought my daughter would be the more adorable frog in the family." Beru giggled, blushing from the compliment.
"I'm also so happy that Tsuyu have found herself love, though I always thought that she and Ochaco would be the couple since I've seen them being so close to each other." Beru mentioned.
"Ribbit, ribbit! Mom! I told you we're just friends, not in any romantic way!" Tsuyu blushed from how her mom just blurted out that little thing.
"(Tsuyu and Ochaco were close?)" Izuku thought surprised to hear that.
Maybe he should ask Ochaco about how things were like between her and Tsuyu before he came to the Amazon Island with Katsuki and their moms.
"If you want, hero, I could tell you stories about those two together." Beru offered, being an embarrassing parent as all others are.
"Hey! Deku! Weren't you going to do something with Melissa here?" Tsuyu quickly asked to drop the subject of her and Ochaco.
"Oh yeah, I was going to take Melissa to meet Mei." Izuku answered.
"From what I heard; she is quite the inventing hyper girl." Melissa guessed on what kind of inventor this Mei girl is.
"Then I hope you don't mind if we tag along because I actually needed to talk with Mei about something." Tsuyu said.
"Oh, you mean that spring shoes to help with your jumping strength." Beru said.
And so, the group went off to the blacksmith shop where a young woman is there waiting at the counter.
"Sirius, hey!" Tsuyu called out, getting the young woman's attention.
"Tsuyu, what a surprise to see you here!" Sirius was surprised and walk over giving Tsuyu a hug.
"It's been a while since I've seen around, I thought it was gonna be longer for you to patrol out in the sea." Tsuyu hugged back.
"Not that long, but I'm glad I was able to get the patrolling done so I can come back and enjoy land for a while. And I was even thinking about paying you a surprise visit, but you pulled the reverse on me!" Sirius explained smiling.
Sirius is a young woman with smart blue eyes, sloping inwards, and short, shoulder-length hair of a lighter blue color which she wears side swept to the right. She wears a sleeveless white sailor uniform with a dark blue, double-trimmed collar and a short 3-piece skirt which is buttoned together on either side. She wears a loosely tied red scarf and blue gloves with white striped wrist guards, and on her feet, thigh-high boots with wavy lines running down them from thigh to toe. She sports a flat hat with a ribbon around the base. Breasts size: F-cup.
"Hello." Izuku greeted.
"Oh, one of the Great Heroes of the island!" Sirius recognized the boy.
"I heard all about you from the other warriors and words from my friends back on my boat, I was honestly surprised when I even came to the big arena to see them him action being bestowed power by the Goddess herself!" Sirius bragged a little.
"Still, it is such an honor to meet you!" Sirius shook Izuku's hand.
"Wow, it looks like you are popular among the ladies." Melissa chuckled.
"In more ways than one." Izuku chuckled blushing.
"Excuse me, Sirius dear, but you look different without that headpiece you always wore. You look nothing like a fish woman you always portray yourself as." Beru pointed out bluntly.
"You have a head piece?" Izuku asked.
"Yeah, it helps amps up my Quirk, Good Ear. It allows me to hear high frequencies and quiet sounds that normal people cannot." Sirius explained.
"Now, that is really impressive! You can hear a lot of things and you would be able to pinpoint on what is going on around you like a mile away!" Izuku amazed.
"A few miles away, actually, but yes, my Quirk is pretty cool." Sirius bragged a little.
"But my headpiece got broken when I was on patrol in the water while tangling with a giant snake-shark." Sirius exclaimed, looking sad and upset at herself at the same time.
"Wait, wait, you fought a not-now?" Izuku shocked.
"Yo, fishy girl! I finished fixing up your headpiece!" Mei entered the scene and presented the fin-headpiece to Sirius.
"Awesome! Thanks a lot, Mei!" Sirius thanked as she took the headpiece back and placed it on her head.
"Wow, so you made the design of this because it looks very helpful with that hearing power of yours." Melissa looked closely at Sirius's headpiece.
"Well, I may have just given her the drawing of the gear I wanted for my Quirk to increase the hearing range to listen more." Sirius explained.
"Is it waterproof?" Melissa asked.
"Yeah, I go down into the water several times to patrol the sea and I get surrounded by some fishes ever now and then." Sirius said.
"Have you thought about using the gear to talk with the fishes?" Melissa asked.
"Huh? Talk to them?" Sirius puzzled.
"Oh, I have idea on who you are, but I'm already liking what you're suggesting!" Mei smiled, leaning closer to Melissa.
"Hi, my name is Melissa Shield and I'm from the outside just like Izuku here. And I couldn't help but be curious if you could make a frequency in the headpiece that would Sirius here to understand fish." Melissa introduced herself and shared her thoughts.
"For real? I never thought of that before, but maybe could add visor to her headpiece for more echo location features." Mei smiled.
"Come on, it looks like we're not done with your headpiece!" Mei grabbed Sirius's arm and dragged her into the back.
"You too, Shield woman!" Mei said.
"Oh, huh, okay." Melissa followed them to the back.
"It looks like she's going to be just fine." Izuku relieved to see that Melissa has found herself a friend on the island.
(Unknown Location)
"Hmm, now this is something off." The rough guy said.
"What is it?" The blue coat wearing man asked.
"One of us managed to slip in a tracking device on that Shield bitch, but the signal vanished to where she drifted in the water." The rough guy answered.
"Vanished in the water, maybe she sunk, and the tracker batteries ran out." The blue coat man shrugged.
"No, I don't think that's the case. Perhaps she is on… That island." The rough man realized.
"You know that all-women island? Do you really think she's there?" The blue coat guy asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Well, I hope you don't have plans later on because you're going on a tropical getaway trip to find her. And you better be ready with your flames, Dabi." The rough guy ordered.
"Come on, man… You shou, know better that my flames are always ready to burn." Dabi smirked and emits a big blue flame from his right arm showing his appearance.
Dabi is a reasonably tall, pale young man with black hair of slim shape but somewhat muscular build, described as in his early twenties. He also has turquoise eyes. His most striking features are undoubtedly the patches of gnarled, wrinkled, purple skin that cover much of his lower face and neck, all the way down past his collarbone, below his eyes, around his torso, and on his arms and legs. These appear to be attached to the rest of his skin by multiple crude surgical staples or hoop piercings. He has several silver cartilage piercings in both ears and a triple nostril piercing on the right side of his nose. Upon closer inspection, he also lacks earlobes on both sides of his ears. He wears a dark blue jacket with a high, ripped collar, matching pants cut off above his ankles, and a pair of dark dress shoes on his feet. He also has a plain pale gray, scoop-neck shirt, below which a gray belt with a circular pattern wraps around his waist, a leather satchel attached at the back.
"I just hope those bitches don't mind if I bring the heat." Dabi thrusted his hand forward and engulfed the screen in blue flame like he's trying to burn down the Fourth Wall.
KO a new chapter is done and hope you all enjoy it!
Looks like Melissa's stay on the island is going to be comforting for her now that she has found herself a fellow inventor of things and may do some work with Mei too, but Mirko fears that something bad may come after Melissa. And that fear may prove to be right when Dabi comes in for some fiery fun.
