The group of animals made their way to a bridge that had train tracks going underneath us. Bolt had his forepaws on the wall of the bridge so he could look down at the tracks with Rhino standing next to him. They saw a train come out from underneath the bridge while its horn went off.

The hamster was suggesting that they jump on it while it was in motion. Bolt was reciting Rhino's plan to board this train while looking down at it. "It's just that every minute being in your company becomes the greatest minute of my life," Rhino told the white shepherd.

"You're not suggesting that we get on that while it's moving?! You're gonna kill us!" Lucy exclaimed, finding this idea insane. "Forget it! How do you say 'No way I'm doing this!' in crazy?!" Mittens exclaimed while tugging on the leash. She had a pail on her head.

"Calm down. You two are with me," Bolt said before he jumped on the edge of the bridge wall, untying a banner from it with his teeth. "You're literally the most insane dogs I've met in my life! And I've met plenty of them!" Lucy shouted while he was doing this, putting her forepaws on the stone wall of the bridge.

"Would the two of you relax? He did this a lot on the magic box and it was awesome everytime!" Rhino shouted to them. Lucy's ears twitched when he said this and she looked at him. "Could you run that by me again? A magic box?" the red husky asked. Mittens had heard this too and she didn't hesitate to go back over to the hamster.

"You know, the magic box that humans stare at," Rhino clarified. "Are you talking about the magic box that has moving pictures in it?" Mittens asked him. Rhino turned to face the cat and he replied with a smile on his face, "Yeah, and Bolt's are the best!"

This made Lucy and Mittens realize that Bolt was from a tv show. His powers were nothing more than fiction and special effects by the producers and the lightning bolt on his side was just make up. But he wouldn't believe them if they did tell him. He was too hard-headed.

"This makes a lot of sense! He's from a tv-" Lucy shouted before she and Mittens were picked up by Bolt, one of the straps of the banner in his teeth. He held Rhino between his forepaws. Mittens was shouting frantically to not jump off as the pail fell off of her head.

"You better let us go, you crazy mutt!" Lucy shouted, seeing how fast this train was going. He was going to use this banner to swing on the train. Meanwhile, Rhino was chanting something over the loud train, jumping around excitedly in his ball.

"WAIT! You are not a super-" Mitter tried shouting before Bolt lept off of the edge. Lucy and Mittens both let out a scream as he did this. They hung from the banner for a few seconds. He was about to let go but a gust of wind blew them off, thrusting them forward onto the train.

Lucy fell to the very end of the train, hanging off of the edge by her front paws, both of her ears were dropped all the way. She was about to get sucked into the bottom of the train. She managed to get herself into the ledge, nearly losing her balance.

She could barely hear what was going on above them. Bolt tried to save Mittens, who had gotten stuck on the ladder that was on the back of the last train car. However, Mittens shouted at him that was crazy and to stay away from her. "No, you won't! You're not a-!" Mittens yelled at him before the ladder fell forward, pulling them both down.

Bolt had become stuck on the ladder while Mittens made a break for it to the edge of the train car with Lucy. When Bolt came to, he realized that the hook part of the leash got stuck in the ladder. He tried to pull himself out. g

"What happened?!" Lucy barked, trying to keep her balance on the train car. "That dog is crazy, that's what happened!" Mittens exclaimed as her claws dug into the grated part of the car. Lucy looked over at Bolt, seeing just how stuck he really was. As much as she wanted to leave him there to show how idiotic he was, her conscience told her to help.

"Agh! Hold on!" Lucy said, making her way over to where he was, making sure she didn't fall off. "What are you doing?!" Bolt shouted when he saw the red husky starting to tug on his leash. "Saving your life!" she shouted through her teeth. She could feel the rush of the train beneath her, but she couldn't let fear overtake her right now.

Mittens was trying to hold a screw that was starting to come loose with her paws. However, when Rhino saw this, he didn't see that the husky and the cat were trying to help him. "Saboteurs!" he shouted, seeing differently.

He jumped down and he started using his ball to hit Mittens, trying to mess her up. "Ouch, you moron! Stop it! We're trying to help him!" Mittens shouted, trying to hold the hamster back. "Help him!? Yeah, right!" the hamster shouted as the other screw was starting to come loose.

Mittens shoved the hamster to the side as she jumped over to the other screw to keep the ladder on, but it wasn't working very well. "Don't worry, Bolt! I'll stop them!" he shouted, running back over to Mittens.

The train was starting to approach a railroad light; a bit too quickly from the looks of it. Then, the ladder came loose, causing the red husky and the white shepherd to fly to the side. The two dogs let out a scream when that happened. Lucy nearly fell off when that happened.

"I can't hold it!" Mittens exclaimed helplessly. Time was of the essence because if they hit it, they would get maimed or even killed by it. "Let go, you monster!" Rhino shouted at the cat, who was holding him back with her back paw.

"Bolt! Lucy!" Mittens yelled out. Lucy tugged once more and managed to get him loose, only to get yanked backwards with Bolt. They crashed into Mittens and Rhino just before the ladder slammed into the rail light. The four animals tumbled down a hill, landing in someone's backyard.

Lucy had landed on her side, feeling her whole body aching from the fall down that hill. She grumbled as she forced herself to stand up. All four of her legs were aching, making her want to lay back down again. "Ow... Ugh..." she groaned, shaking the loose grass from her red and white coat.

Bolt had crashed into a tree and he peeled himself off of it,feeling dizzy. "Ow! Ow! Ow..." Bolt exclaimed out when he tried walking. Mittens had climbed up the same tree that Bolt crashed into. Rhino had crashed into some debris but he rolled himself over to the white shepherd.

"The real world hurts, doesn't it?! But you're too ignorant to see that, are you?" the cat said from the tree, getting Bolt to look up at her. "Get down here, cat! We don't have time for this!" he said sternly.

"I'll go get a ladder," Rhino said, rolling passed the husky and shepherd. This was the perfect opportunity to tell this dog about where he really came from. Lucy turned to look at him and she said, "Listen, super mutt, we know where you come from. You are part of a tv show! You know what that is?! It's not real! It's nothing but entertainment for humans! Get it through that thick head of yours!"

Bolt glared at the husky and curled his lips a bit. "You're insane," he growled at her, not believing her for a second. "Lucy's right, Bolt! Think about this! Ever since you got lost, none of your powers are working, huh?! You got hungry, you are bleeding! You really think that you really were born with a lightning bolt birthmark!?" Mittens hissed at him.

Bolt glanced down at his mark for a second. "It's my mark of power," he growled, glancing back up at her. "It's the mark of a make-up artist!" Mittens shouted, glaring down at him. "You're being ridiculous! Get down here!" Bolt shouted, stomping on the ground with one of his paws.

Mittens tied the leash on the branch she sat on and she leaned back defiantly. "No," was all she said before looking away. Bolt bared his teeth at her then glanced over at Lucy, who was laying down on her back, acting just as defiant.

"Don't look at me. You're on your own," she said, closing her eyes. "Then I will superbark her out of that tree," Bolt said, looking up at the stubborn cat in the tree. Mittens rolled her eyes and what the dog said and she laid down on her stomach.

"Go nuts, let's see how well that works out for you," The cat said, practically taunting him to try it. This irritated the white shepherd even more and he growled out, "You leave me with no choice,"

Lucy rolled over and laid on her front with her front legs in front of her, and her hind legs stretched to one side of her. She yawned in boredom at him as he tried to do the Super bark, but it didn't work. Neither the husky or the cat were fazed by his intimidation.

"Oh... super scary. Yeah, that's really super," Mittens sarcastically said, laying her head on her crossed over her thin forelegs. His eyes became widened from the fact that his power didn't work. "No... it's not true... this isn't true!" he said to himself before he tried it again, but nothing happened.

All Mittens did was roll on her back when he tried it again. "Wow, that was super. Wait, no it wasn't," Mittens said mockingly, which made the white shepherd more angry. He started to bark at the cat, letting his frustration out.

Lucy quickly got to her paws and started growling at him. "Would you stop with that!?" she shouted, ready to pounce at him if he made a move. Her fur bristled up all the way and her tail raised up dominantly. "Seriously, dog! Stop it!" Mittens shouted as she rolled back over and she stood on the branch.

Bolt wouldn't stop barking, not even noticing that an animal control truck had pulled up. Lucy stopped growling at Bolt when she noticed that truck. The second she saw it, fear overcame her and she started shaking. That truck looked all-too familiar to her and her instincts told her to run away.

"Okay, Bolt, you're a super dog! Be quiet, please!" Mittens shouted, starting to panic. But he wouldn't stop barking; It was as if he had tuned them out. "Bolt, we gotta run!" Lucy barked, putting a paw on him to get him to stop barking, but it wouldn't work.

The dog catcher captured the two dogs with catching poles, causing them to freak out. Lucy froze in fear because she remembered having one of these around her neck many times. She started shaking and her eyes were wide, showing that all of her confidence had drained.

"Bolt! Lucy!" Mittens cried out when they got captured. "Come here!" the dog catcher shouted as he grabbed Mittens from the tree. He took the leash off of them and they were thrown in his truck.

Lucy closed her eyes and her ears became flat all the way. Her heart raced away in her chest, terrified of where they may be going. She couldn't go back to that place... She just couldn't.
