So decided to get to how they get better food for themselves because it's gonna take a while before Jonathan feels well enough he'll want to called Nygma
So in a few hours a four-wheeler came up to the house in the wilderness bearing the medicine and other important supplies...When Buttercup answered the door she recognized him as Jim the lab's main keeper of the animals.
"So...Uh…" Jim said after give gave Buttercup all the instructions about how the medicine was to be taken and other things "...It sure was lucky that this Professor Guy is OK with Mutant Animals and all that…"
"Yeah…" Buttercup said as she brought the package inside "...I think certain people are more likely to be open minded than others but um…"
"But what?" Jim asked
"His kitchen is really barren…" Buttercup said "...We're hungry, the Turtles want to order Chinese, what should we do?"
"He should answer the door." Jim said "Even if he's really sick he should be able to answer the door in exchange for you guys helping him!"
"Yeah…" Buttercup said as she knew she couldn't reveal he was actually the Scarecrow "...That makes sense…"
"OK…" Jim said as he reached out and pinched her cheek a bit too roughly as he usually did Jim was one big teaser "Take care of yourself Sweetheart!"
"Thanks...Jim." Buttercup sighed as she rubbed her cheek as Jim turned around and went back to his Jeep.
So she went upstairs and told Jonathan that they were hungry and what the Turtles wanted to do.
She gave Jonathan the pills he needed and a bottle of cranberry juice as Jim told her that fruit juice is very helpful for this kind of illness, Jonathan washed down the pills with the juice
Jonathan sighed "Even if you are Mutant Animals you are teenager...And you are bottomless pits…" Just then Jonathan's stomach let out an enormous rumble causing Jonathan blush realizing that since his illness he himself had very little and know his hunger was letting itself be known with a vengeance!
"Then again…" He said "...A Chinese Dinner does sound good right now. Very well I do have some...Disguises I can use for times like this."
So Jonathan changed into a flannel shirt and jeans and went downstairs with the Turtles and Buttercup to discuss what would be ordered when the delivery man arrived Jonathan put on...Dark sunglasses and false mustache causing the Turtles to burst into giggles
"Yes, yes…" Jonathan sighed "...Laugh it up...This is the only way to get you your supper!"
And you know what the disguise worked!" Jonathan was not recognized as he quickly paid for the meal.
As Buttercup had her usual Chinese entree, Chow Mein with only cabbage and onions she watched Jonathan eating his fried rice and quietly thought about he seemed so civil it was hard to imagine this was also the same guy who had planned multiple terror attacks on Gotham.
The Turtles while they were eating with him were still on their guard...They knew from the past villains like Bishop were willing to work with their enemies when it suited their needs.
So yeah, using the disguise Jonathan used from the episode Fear of Victory
