??? POV

"Today? You are quite eager, aren't you?"

"Can you do it?" He asked, brushing off my question.

"Of course, you haven't forgotten who you're talking to, have you?" He merely nodded and proceeded to tell his underlings the exciting news. I suppose I shall get to work then. We wouldn't want to keep the audience waiting. They will surely be surprised, won't they?

Frost POV

I went out for a walk to clear my head, everything that happened is kinda stressing. At least it'll be awhile be- no, wait. I shouldn't jinx it. Cream decided to stay and clean for a bit. Rush is probably playing a video game, unsurprisingly. Doll is... I have no idea. And Marshadow is... around... somewhere. Shaking my head, I focus on getting a drink. There's a vending machine around here somewhere...

"There you are." I said aloud after finding it, but then I remembered I don't have any money on me. I just said fuck it and shook it until a water bottle fell out. This is a normal thing, nobody actually pays for it, they just shake the thing until it gives them what they want. I walked down the street while taking a few gulps of water, being an ice type during summer isn't exactly a good thing.

"What's that thing doing?"

"Is it going to try to break something?"

"So it's gonna yell at everything?" Before I knew it, a large group of Pokémon stood at a street corner, talking about something there. I moved over to get a better look, and after pushing through the crowd, I saw an Exploud just sitting there. Someone went to poke it, which made it stand up and let out the loudest fucking yell it could. It wasn't long before it started attacking Pokémon and nearby buildings.

"You've got to be kidding me." I muttered before it turned to look at me. The Exploud only stared for a second before bolting towards me. I dodged its attempt to ram into me, but it quickly whipped around and my ears were assaulted by Hyper Voice. It got an opening to attack as I covered my ears, resulting in a Hammer Arm to the face, and collision with a brick wall. I pulled myself out of the wall and shot an Ice Beam at its feet, trying to freeze it to the ground. The Exploud effortlessly broke the ice and began another charge attack. This time, I rushed back at it and slid underneath to attack it from behind. Unfortunately, my plan was thrown out the window when it used Boomburst. I was blown back again, but I decided to throw some icicles this time. That didn't do anything though, since it was able to push them away using sound waves... it basically yelled them away. I decided I'd try using Agility so it wouldn't be able to react. I was able to get behind it, but just as I used Metal Claw, I was decked in the face.

"What the hell just- oh yeah." I remembered that using another move right after Agility immediately decreases your speed, giving the opponent a good punching opportunity. So I can't stop using Agility, or I'll just get sent into another wall, but that means I can't use any other moves... I guess there's only one option left then.

"For the love of Arceus please let this work." I said to myself as I began forming a certain weapon out of ice. The Exploud ran at me with Fire Fang. Luckily, I finished the ice weapon and got behind it again. What I created was a scythe, you know, the big stick with a big curvy blade on the end. Apparently, its smarter then it looks and actually turned around, grabbed me, and threw me on the ground to stomp on. After feeling like my ribs were all completely destroyed, it lifted its arm for a nice Brick Break to my face. I reached for the ice scythe and grabbed it just in time as the Exploud was about to bash my skull in before I swung, which ended up cutting its arm off. It yelled in pain while stepping backwards, letting me get up and move away.

"That was a close one..." I muttered under my breath while taking a second to think. Why is an Exploud here? It's obviously one of those regenerating Pokémon since it's just as weird as them. I didn't get a lot of thinking time though, because a very loud roar came from the Exploud. I saw that its eyes were completely black with no irises, I don't know what that means, but it's most likely bad news. I was proven correct when its arm regenerated almost instantly.

"Now what the fuck is that bullshit?!" I yelled, very confused and almost just as pissed. The Exploud ran after me once again, but when I dodged, it broke through the wall behind me, climbed out, and charged again. It looks like any brain it had left just disintegrated, and its regeneration became infinitely better. I'd say it's in some kind of berserk mode. After another failed charge, I got behind it again and slashed at its back. The wound healed as soon as it was made, and I was gifted a punch that felt like a dozen Snorlaxs colliding with my face at the same time. When I stopped flying through the air, I realized my jaw was almost completely crushed. I barely dodged another punch, which made a small crater in the ground.

"This Exploud doesn't look like it can think of anything else except wishing for my head on a pike, so it won't counter if I get it from behind again." I thought while putting some distance between us. Of course, it ran at me, but it actually used a move this time, Supersonic. It didn't do anything since I was pretty distracted by the amount of pain in my jaw, so I was able to get behind it again. Instead of a slash, I stabbed it straight through the heart. The Exploud flailed for a few seconds before it fell to the floor and stopped moving. As soon as I knew it was down for good, I tried getting a feel for how fucked up my jaw was... but I felt the pain slowly fade away...

"It feels better already? How the-" My thoughts were cut off as multiple explosions erupted from every direction. Marshadow appeared nearby and ran over.

"I see you have already dealt with one." I nodded at his statement and gestured for him to continue.

"There are dozens of these feral Pokémon destroying everything in sight. I have alerted Cream and everyone else, and it seems that you may need help to deal with anymore." He finished as more explosions were heard.

"L-Let's go... help already..." I said against the awkward cracks in my jaw bone, which felt like they were moving back into place before we sprinted directly into the action.

"It's... not important. I'll think about that after we deal with whatever all this is."
