Sylvee POV
I stared as a fountain of water came out of the ground and sent the iron maiden flying back. I moved over and absorbed as much water as I could, feeling a lot better after a few seconds. I turned to see Jolt's unconscious form on the ground. I picked him up, placed him on my back, and started walking away... but that Pokémon just wouldn't let us leave as it fired Dark Pulse after Dark Pulse at us. They were blocked by my Protect. I gently placed Jolt behind a chunk of wall and walked out to face the iron maiden Pokémon.
"Why can't you just leave us alone?!" I shouted before hitting it with Double Edge, knocking it backwards. I didn't give it a second to fight back as I assaulted it with Hydro Pump over and over. Once I stopped, the Pokémon slowly got back up as its eyes grew brighter. It growled at me and charged with Giga Impact while flailing its chains around, but I just liquified my body and moved behind it to smack it with Iron Tail. It didn't go down, instead, one of its chains wrapped around my leg and tried to pull me in as the iron maiden opened to reveal all the spikes inside. I Ice Beamed the chain and pulled back against it, causing it to break. The Pokémon then went to stab me with the other three.
"Why don't you stay down?!" I yelled as I used Blizzard, obscuring my view, but the sounds of yelling being cut off told me what happened behind the veil of snow. Once it cleared, a large pillar of ice stood tall with the iron maiden trapped inside. I slowly walked back over to Jolt and put him on my back before walking to safety.
"S-Sorry Spec... I can't save you right now..."

Frost POV
Me and Marshadow found Gem and dragged him back out to find the others, but he couldn't keep up with us, so I ended up having to carry him the whole way...
"Frost." Marshadow said after he stopped running, to which I stopped as well and put Gem down.
"Yeah?" I asked as I shook the numbness from my arms.
"Sylvee seems to be carrying an injured Jolt." He stated while pointing down the street. I looked over and saw them making their way to the outskirts of town. I jumped down to meet them.
"Jeez, Jolt doesn't look good..." I said, staring at his wounds. Looks like he lost some blood, but it didn't seem too bad. Marshadow hopped down with Gem on his shoulders, who then hopped off of him.
"Sylvee, where is Spec?" Marshadow asked, making me realize the quiet ghost wasn't here.
"Yeah... where is he?" I mumbled to myself as we waited for Sylvee to speak.
"He... was..." She started, though her words were quiet.
"C-Could you speak up?" Gem asked from behind us. Sylvee looked up with a tear rolling down her cheek.
"He was taken by one of those things! A Ninjask... I think it went to the warehouses..." She said loudly before getting quieter with each word. I had a lot of questions running through my mind. He was taken? Why did the Ninjask take him in the first place? How-
"Do not worry, we will retrieve him, that I promise you." Marshadow spoke, breaking me from my thoughts.
"A-And we'll stop all t-the bad Pokémon too!" Gem added in. Sylvee wiped her eye and smiled softly.
"Y-You'd better, I don't like broken promises." She walked past us after getting a nod from Marshadow.
"Alright." I turned to face down the empty street.
"Let's save that ghastly shrub!"

Gallade POV
We managed to get out of that building, but we were all either hurt or very exhausted. After some rest, we got back out there and ran into two more of those feral Pokémon, a Houndoom and a Magmortar. They were not easy to deal with. If Gothitelle tried to use Psychic on Magmortar, then the Houndoom would attack her, their fire attack do massive damage against Scizor, and the Houndoom is faster then me with the Magmortar outclassing us in range and/or fire power. It didn't seem we could beat them, but they were both quickly taken out from behind by Lopunny.
"Took you... long enough..." Scizor said in between breaths. Lopunny dusted herself off. She was covered in scratches and had a gash on her left arm.
"I r-ran into a Steelix on my way back..." She spoke in a slow voice, that and her injuries showed how much trouble she had by herself.
"I'm glad you're alright, but avoiding the Steelix might've been a better option." I stated, gaining a nod in return. We were about to move, but a squawk reverberated through the air, making us stop and listen.
"There you are." A high pitched, scratchy voice came from behind us. We all turned to see a Chatot, but it had the glowing red eyes like the other feral Pokémon.
"Did that thing just... speak?" Scizor asked what we all were thinking. Ignoring the comment, the Chatot continued.
"I have a hostage, one of the children who participated in stopping Darkrai. If you would like to save him, come to the warehouses southwest from this location, otherwise, the child shall be disposed of accordingly." After it finished talking, the Chatot flew away to the southeast, though it did spare a glance back at us. After a moment of silence, Gothitelle spoke up.
"It may be a trap." Her words being confirmed by Scizor.
"Of course it's a trap, but we don't have a choice, right?" He asked, looking at the three of us. I nodded.
"If what it said was true, then we must head there immediately." I stated, earning nods from everyone.
"Then let's go and put an end to this mess!"
