"Don't worry Vivi!" I pull her from her position which was collapsed into the sand. "We will help you!"
"Thank you Luffy!" She says that she takes my hand. " We should probably keep heading on towards Yuba. The rebel Army should be based there."
I could have told her that Koza had relocated the rebel army to Katorea, but I didn't want to ruin the story. I wanted to see how things would play out differently considering the nature of this world.
"How long should it take to get there?" Chopper asks, already looking like the heat was getting to him.
"It should be about a two to three day trip through the desert." Vivi replies
I think to myself, two to three days in that time I can start learning Haki from Ace. If I remember correctly, my hat had a bonus to haki.

Attempts at conquerors haki. It wouldn't really be useful in the current situation, but maybe later.
"Ace, would you mind starting our haki during the points for a couple of hours or so during the evening. We can do it after we set up camp. That way we are not killing ourselves training in the heat."
Ace grabs me and pulls my head into her cleavage. This was the second time this happened. Was this gonna be a regular thing? Not that I was going to complain, this version of Ace was definitely hot. But it still felt kind of weird that this was Ace.
"Of course little bro anything for you?"
We start making our way forward and after about 2 hours or so of traveling the sun begins to set. Noticing a large rock outcropping a little ways ahead. I point to it, "we can make a camp there."
Ussop, see if you can find some palm leaves or something we can burn. Ussop nods as he and Kaya begin to look around. I wonder if I should subtly try to influence Ussop into evolving her into Solaria. Though I would have to find a grass stone for that.
Once Camp has been established I looked to everyone. "Okay my sister is gonna show us something very important, something that will become crucial going forward. Haki!"
"Haki?" Zoro asks.
"Yes," Ace replies, turning to him." There are three types of haki. Armament, Observation, and Conqueror. While any can learn the first two, only a select few can be a Conqueror. Let's start with armament! Alvida, can you help me with a demonstration?"
Alvida nods as she steps up next to ace. "What do you need me to do?"
"Tell me Alvida, since you got your devil fruit has anyone been able to hit you?"
"No! Everyone just phazes right through my body! They usually get some pretty nasty burns as well due to the fire."
"Right as a logia user, nothing can hit you making you seem invincible. And in the East Blue that might as well be the case. But what if I could hit you? Go ahead use your flames"
Alvida ignites her body, as Ace's arm turns black. He doesn't actually hit her, but instead reaches out and grabs her flaming arm. " With armament haki, you can actually attack logia types and enhance your attack."
Ace releases Alvida's arm and takes a few steps back. She motions for the fire user to attack. What followed was really weird, at least for me. A sexy dragon girl that looked like Ace effortlessly dodging sexy Alvida while she used male Ace's devil fruit.
As Ace dodges she… god it was still weird. She continues her lesson, "Next is observation. Unlike Armament, Observation haki enhances the senses, allowing for quicker reaction time. The last one is harder to demonstrate, but Conqueror's haki allows you to exert your will on others and show you dominance over being of weaker willpower."
"Everyone pair up with your pokegirl!"
"I can't do that Ace-chan!" Sanji Says. "I will not lay a hand on a woman!"
"How gentlemanly of you!" Ace says. "In that case, spar with Chopper. Silk can spar with someone else."
After a while of sparring everyone collapses from exhaustion. Even Princess Vivi had participated.

Everyone pretty much went right to sleep. All but Ace and myself, "Luffy you have changed quite a lot since I last saw you."
Of course it would be obvious that if anybody could pick up changes it would be someone who knew Luffy before the start of the story. "What do you mean Ace?"
"Don't give me that! I can tell that you are not the same little brother I left behind 3 years ago. It's like you're a different person."
"You're right I'm not quite the same little brother." I debated whether or not I should tell her about my old world and about how her world was just a comic from my world. I decided that it would not be best to tell her at this time. Plus it probably wouldn't be a good idea to tell her that considering in that same comic she was a man.
"People change Ace, but I still have the same goals! I promise that one day I just told you the reason I have changed, but trust me now is not the time."
Ace gives me a judgmental look, but then her expression softens. "Okay Luffy, I trust you! Now we should probably get some sleep!"
After training and traveling for another couple of days we finally arrived at Yuba. The town is abandoned, broken trees, some buildings half buried in sand. The only sound other than the wind, was the sound of a shovel turning over dirt near the center of town.
As we move towards the town center, Alvida says with a rather angry tone. What's the hell princess?! Where is all the water?! I thought this was supposed to be an Oasis town!"
"It looks like the sand levels have risen, and the Oasis has been swallowed!" Vivi replies.
Suddenly a voice comes from inside the small pit only a few feet down. It came from the same direction as the shoveling sound. " Travelers… eh? You must be tired from your long journey through the desert. I'm afraid the town is a bit barren. However you can still rest here in one of our famous inns."
"Excuse me but we heard that the rebel army was based here. "Vivi says as an old man comes into view from the pit.
It was the old man who I knew as Toto. The old man's voice shifts from the more caring tone he had earlier to one of rage. "And what business do you exactly have with the rebellion? Don't tell me you intend to join those filthy rebels! Besides, those fools aren't here anymore!"
Everyone including Vivi is visibly shocked. "What the hell? We came all this way for nothing!" Yells Zoro.
"Over the last 3 years those sandstorms have become frequent. This town has been slowly drying up in that time. It has slowly eaten away at the town leaving it in a state you see before you. The rebel Army couldn't easily keep using this as a base due to supplies drying up along with the town. They moved to Katorea!"
"Katorea?!" Vivi yells
"Where is that, Vivi-chan?" Asks Sanji as he lights a cigarette.
"Back in the direction we came from
It's an oasis town east of Nanohara!"
The old man perks up,"Vivi! Is it really you Vivi?
"Wait… Mr. Toto!"
"Princess Vivi, is that really you? Listen Vivi I believe in his majesty. He would never betray this country. This rebellion is absurd, you must stop it. You are the only one who can."
After he goes on a little bit more about how the rebellion and how the princess must stop it. He eventually turns to tell us all that his offer still stands and that we can stay in one of the many inns in the town.
The following was ready to see if I could trigger one of the most iconic moments of Alabasta
When I wake I go and sit down against the tree. When the crew wakes up Vivi says something about wanting to go back to Katorea. I turn to look at Vivi, "no we are not going back!"
"Why Luffy?" she asked, her voice changing to one of anger.
" I'm continuing forward because I'm going to beat the crap out of Crocodile. I get where you're coming from, but what you're doing is naive. The reason you are doing this is because you don't want people to die."
"Of course I don't want people to die." Vivi says with a scowl. I can tell she was very mad at me.
"People die all the time! Live with it.
She does the one thing I expected her to do, clocking me right in the face. "Shut your fucking mouth! I'm trying to stop all that from happening. Don't you dare say that again!!! I refuse to have any more unnecessary death. All of this is all Crocodile's fault!!!"
"Then why are you risking your life?" I say standing up and allowing her to punch me to the ground.
She jumps on top of me and begins punching the crap out of me as she yells. "Because I don't have anything else left to sacrifice! I I don't know anything more valuable than the life of this stupid princess!"
I catch her fist,"then put all of our lives on the line. We are your friends! We are here to help you!" A look of shock appears on her face, as she slowly starts to tear up. "Your tears speak volumes princess. I can tell how much you want to stop him. So tell me where he is!
"Right!" Vivi says as she wipes her tears away. "Crocodile has a massive casino resort in Rainbase called Rain Dinners. We should be about a four day journey from Rainbase. Though the city of Akhtasa is about a two day journey from here. I suggest stopping there along the way."

That was definitely a change in fact I don't even think Akhtasa was a town in the actual canonical Alabasta. I look at her questioningly,"Akhtasa?"
"Yes, I failed to mention it earlier but it's an oasis town about 50 miles north west of here. It's known by the citizens of Alabasta as the city of elves."
"Elves!!!" Sanji says with hearts in his eyes. "Silk-chan can I please get you an elven harem-sister?"
"Be a good master and maybe I'll think about it." Silk replies giving her master a look of disdain.
"Be weary Sanji." Vivi says. The elves won't take too kindly so you wanted to capture them. They never take too kindly to outsiders, but have been known to be allies to the royal family in the past."
I was honestly intrigued to visit a place that wasn't in the canonical Alabasta. Maybe if I was lucky I could catch an elf. "You think they will help us, Vivi?"
"I'm not sure but it's worth a try."
As the days go on we head towards the city of Akhtasa. Ace continued her lessons along the way. We finally approach a large wooden fence, overgrown with vines, flowers, cacti and all kinds of other plants. The gate was guarded by two blonde women with angel wings and armor. I scanned them with observe.

Avariel, a type of pokegirl that looked like an elven Angel. They were probably part of the guard because they are a strong elven breed. Vivi steps forward in front of me, "I'm Princess Nefertiti Vivi. I would like an audience with the queen."
"Princess Nefertiti! We acknowledge your audience but who are you acquaintances?"
"These are friends who have aided me in my journey!"
"Welcome friends of Princess Nefertiti! While we can not allow such a big group to see the queen. All of you are welcome to enjoy the sights of Akhtasa however." The two winged elves push open the large wooden doors. "Welcome to the city of Akhtasa!"
As the doors swing open I take in the sites. Sandstone buildings much like the rest of Alabasta, heavily overgrown by more plants then I could ever think to be possible. The large buildings are nestled around a large lake, filled with the most clear crystal blue water so clear you can see the bottom.The most prominent feature of the city however was a large step pyramid with a giant tree growing out of the top.
Running around the city are hoards of beautiful women. All of them had pointed ears and pale skin, their hair colors range from blonde to all kinds of other more exotic colors. As we walk around Sanji starts simping over the elves. I expected Silk to be hitting him with the frying pan, but she was surprisingly holding herself back.
The angel wings guards lead us to the giant step pyramid. The guards say that they will permit Vivi and one other person into the throne room of the queen, so naturally Vivi selects me. Vivi and I follow the guards up the stairs of the giant step pyramid.
The top of it was actually not an entrance but an open-air pavilion of sandstone. There's a door off to one side of the pavilion which I assume led to the Queen's private chambers.
Standing beside the queen is a beautiful elf with vibrant platinum blonde hair, and bright Hazel colored eyes clad in armor. A quick observation reveals that she is a level 36 Gardelfwhor named Zara.

The Queen has a beautiful rounded face that is framed by long flowing silver hair. Her rather pale color of her hair and skin makes her vibrant forest green eyes seem to stand out. Her chest was clearly larger than most of her subjects. I also use observe on the queen. She wears a long flowing green low cut dress that almost seems to be made out of the very leaves of the tree that was towering over the step pyramid palace.
I decided to do a quick observe of her.

The Queen's stats were quite impressive. Not to mention she was named after an elf from Lord of the Rings. As I'm reading her stats she speaks to Vivi and I. Her voice is a melodious sound, almost as if she was singing despite the fact that she was just speaking normally. It was quite beautiful.
"Princess Nefertiti! What brings you to my kingdom?" Vivi bows to the elven queen and I follow. "Please princess, no need to be so formal. We are both royalty of this country and I acknowledge your power as royalty for the humans."
"Thank you Queen Aelwyn! I have come seeking your help. I have found out that all the trouble plaguing our country over the last 5 years have all been caused by one man, Sir Crocodile of the shichibukai.
This man with me is named Monkey D. Luffy. He is a brave warrior, whom I strongly believe will help us defeat Crocodile and bring prosperity back to this land."
Aelwyn looks at always helping you up "he doesn't look like much but. But I know looks can be deceiving. I trust your judgment princess, as your family has always been allies of my kingdom. I will provide whatever help I can if in exchange this young man provides me with one favor."
"If it is within my power to help, then you have my help, your majesty." I reply.
"I require you to help me with a little problem if you would. Recently one of my subjects has come into contact with a dark stone. She found it down in the garden caves below the city. Do you know what dark stones do to my people?"
"A dark elf!"
"Yes, she has been causing issues, while I have no real issues with her. She brings a factor of unease to my subjects. Dark elves tend to be rebellious by nature and she is no exception. Since her evolution she has become increasingly troublesome and I would like you to deal with her."
This was good news, I had been looking for a new pokegirl to add to my team. A dark elf would be a good addition. "Can I capture and tame her, your majesty?"
The queen nods "that would be acceptable, Monkey D Luffy!"
"Are Any of my friends allowed to capture your subjects?"
"I will allow it only if said girl wants to go with one of your friends."
"Thank your majesty! Also may I ask where I can find her?"
"Yes, she lives in the building on the far end of the north side of the oasis. The one with a very large fig tree growing on it."
I bow to the queen. "Thank you, your majesty! I will be back when I have dealt with her."
Vivi and I walk back down the stairs of the step pyramid. I didn't know how strong this dark elf would be, though I imagine she would be around 30. I get down the bottom of the steps to see my crew waiting at a picnic table in the shade of a small tree grove.
"So… Nami, how would you like to help me capture you a new harem-sister?"
Nami gives me a look of shock, which quickly turns to one of rage. "I will not allow you to catch one of these elves. They make notoriously bad sailors."
"Well I do plan on capturing an elf, but it is one the queen personally asked me to capture. The Queen has tasked me with capturing a dark elf that has been causing her people unease."
Nami's expression softens, "a dark elf? Now she might be worth capturing. Unlike their light-skinned cousins, dark elves actually make good sailors.
I quickly use observe Nami to reveal that she is level 28. All that haki training must have brought her 3 levels. I summon Nao who is still in her pokeball because of the heat. "Noa how are you feeling? Sorry to bring you out in the heat but I'm about to go hunting for a new harem sister for you.
" The shade of this tree makes the weather bearable. I'm sorry I can't be much help here Luffy. And what breed may I ask, are you going for?"
"A dark elf!"
"A dark elf? That would make a very powerful addition to your harem Luffy."
As Noa talks I give her a quick scan using observe. The scan reveals that she is now level 26. "Think you can help me take her out?"
"Yes Luffy, I will try my best."
"Thank you Nao! We will go after sundown. That way it'll be cooler for you." I say as I return her to her Pokeball once again.
I didn't have to wait long for sundown as it came only an hour later. I release Nao and together with her and Nami we make our way towards the dark elf's home.
"So do we just barge in?" Nami asks after we arrive.
"No we'll do this thing nicely, we will knock and then see what happens." I reply as I walk up and lightly hit my fist against the door.
After a moment or two the door finally swings open revealing the dark elf. She was gorgeous, she looked exactly like one of those anime dark elves. She has gorgeous chocolate brown skin that seems to glow with radiance. She piercings going down the perimeter of her left ear, which comes to a point. Her long hair is tied in a ponytail that reaches her back and is a vibrant lavender. Her eyes are a deep cobalt blue accenting the color of her hair perfectly.
Her outfit consists of a purple bikini top, showing her large assets. At least a F cup if I had to guess. Black booty shorts hug her shapely ass and fishnet stockings that stop her. I had to admit her outfit looked kind of out of place among the flowing gowns of her elven counterparts.
I quickly use observe on her.

"What the hell do you want, human?" her voice was soft spoken yet it had a sense of command about it.
"I'm here on a request from the queen. She sent me to capture you."
The dark elf's brow narrows, "the queen sent you to take me out?"
"Yes and honestly I was hoping to resolve this peacefully."
She looks behind me at Nami and Nao. "and yet you have your harem members out."
" Well I only have them here just in case negotiations go south. But like I said I would very much like to resolve this peacefully. I promise that I will be a good master."
"Well let's hear what your girls have to say first then maybe I will consider."
Nao is the first to speak. "I was forced into threshold with a love ball. I was later purchased by Luffy. I very much expected him to be cruel and vicious. But from the very first moment I talked to him, he surprised me. He asked me if I wanted to remain with him or be free. He is a very caring person."
She looks to Nami, I joined him a few months ago as well. He saved me and my sister from a horrible situation. He not only saved me and her but our entire village as well. After that I joined him willingly."
I see, and I have to admit you are white handsome. Very well human. The white haired one said your name was Luffy."
"Monkey D. Luffy."
"Very well, Monkey D. Luffy, I shall join your harem."
She allows me to throw a pokeball at her, engulfing her in red light. Her ball wiggles a few times, before stopping and confirming capture. I immediately release her from the pokeball.
"Welcome to the team, Bryer."
"Bryer?" She says, giving me a look of confusion."
"Yes, that is what I have decided to call you. Unless you already have a name."
"No I don't have one, I'm feral born."
"Well now you have a name!"
"Bryer…" she says as if she almost couldn't believe that was now her name. "I like it! Thank you master."
