The Usual Morning
The following morning, Twilight Sparkle is still asleep because of the long meeting from yesterday.
By now, however, Spike is already wide awake. He's already doing his morning routine activities. "It's time to get started on this day," Spike said to himself as he prepared Twilight Sparkle's breakfast.
Then he noticed something. "I wonder why," Spike was about to think why Twilight Sparkle isn't up yet, until he remembered yesterday. "Oh," Spike said at last. He walked to Twilight's room and saw that the young unicorn is still asleep.
"Okay," Spike said, "Her breakfast can wait. It was a busy day yesterday for her."
So, Spike decided to leave Twilight Sparkle alone. Nonetheless, he carried on with his morning activities. He cleaned up the inside of the small tower and check out everything else outside. "Okay," Spike said, "Everything is okay."
Also, Spike checked out all of Twilight's books. "Well, nothing changed," Spike said, "Obviously."
Finally, Spike had heard hoof steps. "Okay," Spike said at last, "She's up now." Twilight Sparkle had finally woken up and she is now heading downstairs. "Wow," Twilight Sparkle yawned, "Now it's time for me to get started. Man that was a busy day yesterday. Oh, Spike. I see that you're up and out going."
"Yep that way," Spike replied happily, "I am working now." "Yes," Twilight Sparkle said, "I see." "Okay," Spike replied, "Now what's going on today?" "Well," Twilight Sparkle said, thinking about it.
After Twilight Sparkle's usual breakfast, or late breakfast, she said at last, "The usual."
"Well," Spike said, "Oversleeping is kind of, well, unusual for you." Twilight Sparkle looked at Spike with a stern look. "Never mind," Spike said, "I retrace that."
"Okay," Twilight Sparkle said at last, "The usual is for me. Just studying my magic. And making preparations to see Princess Celestia."
"Okay," Spike said at last. Once Twilight Sparkle had finished her morning activities, including breakfast, she just studied. "Now this is usual," Spike said.
