This is an idea I've had for a while after reading Avengers of Steel by Reyel, which is an amazing story that I wish could be continued. The main reason why I am choosing to do this is because I am utterly and completely bored. I do hope you guys and gals enjoy this unique take on the Avengers watch their lives/future in order to prevent their demise by Thanos and now in this unique universe, Darkseid, an ancient alien warlord who wants to control all freewill throughout the Multiverse and stop the future madman named Kang the Conquerer.Author's Note: I know that I haven't been posting any updates about this story. My Uncle passed away 3 months ago and I've been working night shifts at work. So, I promise to continue with this story.
A bright, blinding white light appeared over one Tony Stark and his beautiful newly wed wife, Pepper Potts, his best friend, Colonel James Rhodes aka Rhodey and his superhero 'son', one Peter Parker aka Spider-Man. A new hero and potential future member of the Avengers, Earth's Mightiest Heros.This bright light engulfed them and other members of the Avengers, future and past, and spit them out in a massive, beautiful theater that looked old but wasn't covered in dust.
Captain America aka Steve Rogers along with a blonde Natasha Romanoff were one of the first ones from their Rogue Avengers to get up and look for their weapons, when they noticed that they didn't have them on their person they got into a fighting stance as more odd looking people in different outfits were spit out by the light as a voice spoke to them.
"Please do not fight, Captain Rogers." The disembodied voice spoke out that seemed to belong to a young man.
"Why are we here with him?" The bearded Captain America asked the voice while pointing at Tony, still believing his former friend hates him for not telling the truth behind the cause of his parents death by James Buchanan Barnes aka the Winter Soldier.
"I have brought all of you here to watch a hero's story be told. He will be the hero Earth needs and will be the catalyst for the Sakovia Accords that General Ross Thunderbolt will enforce on all heroes, old and new." The young voice told these heroes he idolized while growing up on his Earth.
"And how do we know we can trust you?" Natasha Romanoff asked the disembodied voice as she was currently planning on finding this person and keeping them from Ross' hands as this individual seemed to have extraordinary abilities. Steve furrowed his eyebrows upon hearing Ross' name, he wanted the older man to know that locking up his friends wasn't okay with him.
"Why are we watching this one person, if I may ask?" Said the youngest person in the theater, that being Spider-Man, who somehow had his suit when he didn't have it on back at the Stark/Avengers Tower.
"I can give your weapons back and bring people who most of you don't know about. Such as Yelena Belova, Peggy Carter, The Guardians of the Galaxy, the Justice Society, Teth-Adam, aka Black Adam from Kal-El's future." The 22 year old man said as he watched these heroes discuss what to do, he wished he was allowed to go into his creation, the Theater, and show them in person what he can do with the power the Watcher gave him.
Natasha immediately agreed to what the young man said, seeing as how she's never mentioned her sister to anyone except for Clint. "Can you do it? Can you bring those people here alongside Alexei Alanovich Shostakov and Melina Vostokoff?" She asked in a childlike manner that made the young man snap his fingers and the light that was still there spit out the people he listed off and set them down softly as they haven't seen these people in years or at all.
Natasha ran forward and embraced her sister she hadn't seen in a month since she helped Steve break out their friends from the Raft. "сестра! I thought I wouldn't see you for another year after we stopped Dreykov." Natasha said to Yelena and embraced Alexei and Melina.
The 22 year old voice caught the people he just brought into his Theater up to speed on what they would be watching. "The man you all will be witnessing is named Kal-El, Son of El, the Last Son of Krypton, the Man of Steel, Kryptonian, the God, Superman, and his Earth name is Clark Joseph Kent." The 22 year old voice said to the heroes of both worlds he and the Watcher combined into one singular universe.
"Any questions?" He asked them as a majority of them had questions. Most were about the other people they saw.
He answered as best as he could and told them where they would be sitting as Natasha asked him where this mysterious Kal-El is and why did she feel as though that name felt familiar to her, almost like it meant something special to her that came with a sadness she was unfamiliar with.
"He isn't here yet as his story will start from the very beginning, his birth into his unique combined Universe, and you, Miss Romanoff, play a key role in his life. You all do, but you are his world, so to speak." The voice said as the teens that were present knew what the voice meant by she is this Clark Kent's world. He and her within this new timeline are together.
Peter, who happened to be sitting next to her and Yelena for some reason, looked at her and explained what the voice wouldn't. Natasha, on the other hand, was completely confused by this and wanted to know why she didn't have any memory of her supposed boyfriend in her head.
"Because within this new timeline, your memories will come back as we watch his life and his intertwined fate with yours, Miss Romanoff." He told her as he snapped his fingers again and teleported all of them into their seats with drinks, snacks, popcorn and other foods for each person as everyone in the massive room had unique tastes.
The light faded away, and the theaters' lights dimmed, letting the heroes and villains that were also brought into the theater that the film would be starting now.
The screen turned on to show a logo of a company from an alternate timeline that's called DC Comics and another after called Marvel Studios. Both are big names from each universe that has them, but from this alternate timeline both companies merged under one parent company that allowed them to make their films.
After the audience questioned why these two film companies watched their everyday lives, what they did on their off time and what they did as heroes and villains. They heard what sounded like a heartbeat that was followed by a woman screaming as she was in the process of giving birth to her son, a firstborn Kryptonian male in centuries that was made by procreation.
The father of the baby that was being born looked at his service drones that showed the child's heart and zoomed out to show that said child was perfectly healthy and fine. Some of the other alien heros, like Thor, looked at the man and could sense a feeling of extreme worry for his newborn child.
"Breathe, Lara, breathe." Jor-El, head scientist of the Science Guild that is based in the Kryptonian city of Kandor, told his wife who was pushing out their son and screamed as she continued to push out their son, with a mighty scream and the final push she gave birth to the first purebred male Kryptonian in centuries on their world.
The music that played with the film gave the impression of hope once the baby boy was shown, Jor-El looked at his son with joy only a father would understand as he kissed his son's head that still had the embryonic fluid on his body.
To the audience that was gross to all but a few, those few being Teth-Adam, Odin, Drax the Destroyer, and Ego the Living Planet's human avatar, as the voice had brought a lot of people from different times into this theater, who truly understood what Jor-El was feeling in this moment.
-Law Council's Tower-
The scene changed to a shot of a tall structure in the middle of the Kryptonian city of Kandor, there were ships of interesting design flying around the city like how on Earth there's cars, trucks, busses and many other vehicles driving around. "Do you not understand!? Krypton's core is collapsing, we may only have a matter of weeks. I warned you, harvesting the core was suicide. It has accelerated the process of implosion." Jor said to Lor-Em, leader of the Kryptonian Law Council.
"Our energy reserves were exhausted, El, what would you have us do?" The fancy dressed politician asked the head of the Science Guild. "Look to the stars! Like our ancestors did! There are habitable worlds within reach. Give me control of the Codex, I will ensure our race's survival." Jor told the Law Council.
"Are you seriously suggesting that we evacuate the entire planet?" Ro-Zar asked Jor. "No. Everybody here is already dead. There is still hope. I have held that hope in my hands…." Jor told them as a loud explosion rocked the room and the doors blew open to reveal Jor-El's oldest friend, General Dru-Zod of Kandor and Leader of the Sword of Rao.
"This council has been disbanded." Zod told the lawmakers as his men went towards them to take them away. "On whose authority?" Ro-Zar asked the General.
"Mine." He said as he shot her with his sidearm and had his second in command, a fearless one woman army by human standards, Faora-Hu-Ul of Kandor, who Jor-El hoped his son, when fully grown would sway her over the side of good, go up to the other Council members and started to round them up, taking them to the lower levels of the Council Tower.
Jor-El looked at Faora and could sense that she didn't feel that what Dur-Zod was doing was right when their planet was on the brink of destruction from it's own core.
"What are you doing, Zod? This is madness!" Jor-El told Zod as he noticed how his oldest friend's eyes were filled with determination and an unwavering will within them.
"What I should have done years ago. These lawmakers, with their endless debates, have led Krypton to ruin." Dru-Zod told Jor-El who spoke after he said that.
"And if your forces prevail? You'll be the leader of nothing." Jor-El said as Zod looked hurt by these words spoken by the scientist.
"Don't do this, El. The last thing I want is for us to be enemies." Dur-Zod told Jor-El who was like a brother to him when they invaded Mars and destroyed the once beautiful planet and culled a majority of the Martian species leaving only two kinds of Martians left on the planet, Green Martians and Grey Martians, but alas, that's a history lesson for another time.
"You have abandoned the principles that bound us together. You've taken up the sword against your own people. I will honor the man you once were, Zod. Not this monster you've become." Jor-El said with a tone that was unwavering in Jor's believe that the Zod he knew was truly gone and replaced by this power hungry General who wanted to restore his people's place as the dominant empire that they once were before their leaders/politicians decided to isolate their kind to Kandor and abandoned all Kryptonian claimed worlds and started to use the Kryptonian Growth Codex as a means to reproduce.
Tony Stark and all of the other geniuses in the audience were in amazement at the technology that these Kryptonians possessed and wished to meet Jor-El as he seemed like a fellow scientist.
But before the film could continue the mysterious person who brought all of them together in the theater paused the film as his voice glitches out and then a STANDBY message was seen on the screen as the audience saw different colored portals appear above the other vacant seats and out fell different people from the Multiverse.
Among these people were a species known as Cybertronians, Edenians, Thanos' adopted daughters, Gamora and Nebula, as well as the Guardians of the Galaxy, the whole Kryptonian Law Council, the Sword of Rao, Jor-El and Lara-Lor-Van, Kara-Zor-El (from the Flash), Secretary Thaddeus 'Thunderbolt' Ross, Omni Man aka Nolan Grayson, Debbie Grayson and their teenage son, Mark Grayson aka Invincible, the Guardians of the Globe both new and old, Lord Lui Kang, General Shao, Quan Chi, Teth-Adam's wife and son, the Justice League, all of the Clone Legions of the GAR, the entire Jedi Order, Chancellor Palpatine, the Asgardians, the Maximals, the Organization known as Monarch, the Champions of Lord Lui Kang, and many, many more people who are precious to Kal-El.
All of the people who were just teleported looked around and saw the Avengers and the other people who appeared in the theater first, then a new portal opened in front of the new audience members and out walked the young man who was dressed in a Cyberpunk Samurai shirt, a black Stetson hat, a pair of blue jeans, a brown trench coat, a pair of Converse All Stars shoes and he had on his person, a pair of revolvers that he knew as the Ranger Sequoia and the Huntering Revolver, he also had on a odd looking tubular object that the Jedi recognized as a Lightsaber, and finally on his neck was a very old necklace that actually held his Immortal soul within. When the young man spoke, his voice glitched out to the point where he needed some assistance with his voice from some of the scientists in the theater room. His eyes landed on Natasha's face, and it was then that the Avengers realized that this young man has her eyes and nose along with jet black hair and the build of Jor-El and Kal-El, with the natural borde shoulders and muscular build, on his shoulder was a patch that with the some help from technology that Tony Stark made and was built into each of the chairs read 'Monarch: Titan Biologist' and had the symbol for the mysterious organization above the wording, it was in the shape of a sideways Hourglass.
When the scientists finished helping the young man, the first word he spoke was the following. "Hey, mom. It's been a while." The Immortal Human-Kryptonian Hybrid said to his mother, who was currently processing the new info she and the audience now had laid onto them.
Those who knew Natasha Romanoff were in for a shock when they all saw her eyes well up with tears and then immediately pass out from the state of shock she's currently in as her son, whose name is James Romanoff-Kent as James understood that she wouldn't change her last name as that's what she's been used to being called for years now.
"Uh... Should we be worried about this woman?" The future Darth Vader asked the teenager who gave the Jedi Order's Grandmaster a nod of understanding. The young man turned to Anakin Skywalker and used a method of clearing Skywalker's mind and was happy to know that he fully removed Palpatine's manipulation of the Chosen One's Destiny.
"Her name is Natalia Alianovna Romanova, aka Natasha Romanoff, the Black Widow. Future wife of Kal-El of Krypton and my mother." James told the people who were pulled from their timelines. "Now I know all of you have questions for me regarding why all of you were pulled from your universes, in short, the Multiverse is getting ready for a war from my time and my father murdered all remaining heroes in my timeline. All of you that are present were all killed, so... Lord Lui Kang and I took it upon ourselves to restart history and correct these mistakes."
Lord Lui Kang then walked over to his young friend and most trusted advisor alongside Geras and put a hand on his shoulder. "I restarted the history of the Multiverse and chose different universes to be merged with mine, I seeked out young James' help after I banished the Tyrant known as Darkseid from this plan of existence and into the dimension where Miss Roth's father resides."
"And onto the elephant in the room... Sheev Palpatine, for your crimes against any and all species throughout your Universe, Jedi and other Force sensitive people, I, James Romanoff-Kent aka Ja-El of the House of El, hereby sentence you to an eternity of suffering by the hands of the Hellspawn. If anyone wishes to understand why I'm doing this, that information shall be revealed within time." James said as he summoned the current Hellspawn, Al Simmons, to take this waste of flesh down to the lowest pits of Hell.
The audience saw a ring of fire surround Palpatine, who called to Anakin Skywalker for help, who was currently being held back by the Son of Superman and watched as a caped masked man rose out of a pit of Hellfire, sight that caused Lord Lui Kang to be reminded of the original Scorpion, Hanzo Hasashi, and looked to see that he was looking at him. Lord Lui Kang nodded his head at the once Mortal Hellspawn and kind of had a small smile on his face when he saw Palpatine trying to fight off Spawn. He started to say these familiar words that he used to say to James when he helped his defeat Darkseid in his original timeline. "Brutality. Spawn Wins." And watched as Spawn took off Palpatine's head with one very powerful uppercut and dragged the man's body and soul down to hell.
James then told everyone to calm down and take their seats as he went over to his mother and picked her up to place her in her seat that was now able to accommodate two others and told Yelena Belova, Clint Barton, and Melina Vostokoff that this new seat was ment for her family as he then asked Melina if she wanted to be an actual mother to her own son or daughter as he prepared to heal her damaged ovaries that the bastards who made the Red Room Program had damaged and removed completely from her.
Melina looked at her two 'daughters' and asked if she was able to be their biological mother with help from the Immoral Grandson whose currently speaking to her. James gave her a kind smile as he nodded his head, he waved his hand against Melina body, not too close so that he was touching her rather beautiful body but a few inches away from her body and gave her something for the pain as she tried to scream. Feeling each aspect of her DNA be overridden to match Natasha's, who he found out was a member of the Russian Royale Family who was once associated with the Royale Family, and figured out that both he and his mother were the last surviving members of the Russain Royal Family.
James then took a sample of her freshly changed DNA and injected it into Yelena as she also could feel the pain of her own DNA being rewritten to match the Romanova Bloodline. He took a step back and looked at his mother, who was now wide awake and saw what he did for her 'mother and sister'. Natasha didn't say any words as she embraced her son from the future, though most of the Avengers could hear her say over and over again that she's a mom.
"It's okay, ma. I'm here, and I won't be leaving just yet, I need to bring my father here after we watch his life and this new timeline myself and Lord Lui Kang created together." James said to his mother.
"Why are you here, James?" Natasha Romanoff asked her son from a dark future that's possible to come to pass if the Avengers and Justice League fail in stopping Darkseid from conquering the Earth and possessing the Anti-Life Equation with the goal of making the very Multiverse his plaything for all of eternity.
"I am here to make sure that these 'movies' don't come to pass and to help all of you remember your pasts with him. For now though... I'll be needing all of you to continue on with the Film while I deal with something more personal for a bit." James told his mother who he hasn't seen in centuries.
Natasha looked at her son then to the massive screen and then back towards these people she didn't know but obviously her supposed boyfriend turned husband did.
"Do whatever you have to, James. But please, come back here when you've done whatever it is you're doing." Natasha said in way that made her male Avengers friends look at her in a new way.
James nodded his head as he opened up a portal and let the audience see what was on the other side. A chained up, de-powered, beaten and battered Kal-El who was trying to break his chains and kill his son as he was still under the effects of Darkseid's influence over the Anti-Life Equation.
Those who were well attuned to the Force used it to feel the Man of Steel's emotions and only felt pain, sadness and anger towards everyone in the room as by his way of seeing things, they're all ghosts to him.
"Lord Lui Kang, I might need your assistance in undoing Darkseid's work on my father." James said to the former God of Time.
Lui Kang nodded as he followed his young friend into the portal and closed it behind them, allowing for the film to continue from where the audience left off at.
"Take him away." General Zod of Kandor told his men and looked on as Jor-El was taken towards the lower levels of the Council's Tower.
Jor-El was seen being escorted by three of Zod's men when Jor's House of El service bot named Kelex floated in front of the four men and asked if everything was alright when one of the members of the Sword of Ro pointed his weapon against Jor's head.
"Sir, is everything alright?" Kelex asked her master/owner who nodded his head slowly and closed his eyes as the bot created the equivalent of a flashbang in the soldiers eyes, temporarily blinding them.
It was the perfect opportunity for the Jor-El to make his escape as he slammed one of them into the wall, breaking his back, he then slammed his closed fist into one of their ribs, breaking it into several pieces. Two more appeared from around the corner as Jor was fighting with the one who had the rifle and used it to kill the two who were approaching them. He punched the one was trying to get his weapon back and turned to Kelex and asked it the get his Lady Lara-Lor-Van aka his wife and mother to their son, Kal-El.
The beautiful face of Kal-El's mother appeared on the service bot liquid geo front who immediately warned her husband about two more guards coming to kill him. "Jor... Behind you!" She said with a panicked expression.
Jor spun around and shot at them and turned back to Kelex and told his wife that it is time for them to send their son away as Zod would have Kal-El be seen as an abomination to their society.
Jor and Kelex ventured out of the High Council's Tower and onto a landing platform and saw the destruction that the Sword of Rao has caused in their coup. Jor-El yelled with a commanding tone for his mount to come to him.
The audience then saw a massive insect like creature roar in response and fly towards his owner and landed in front of Jor-El, the beast's name is H'Raka and is one of many Kryptonian War Kites.
The Terran Scientists were all in amazement at the technological advancements the Kryptonian people made, while Omni Man aka Nolan Grayson watched the screen and studied his species long forgotten rival. He wondered if this 'Superman' was as tough as Viltrumites. He gently shook his head and continued to watch the film about the Earth's Mightiest Hero and wondered if his kind were able to the conquer Earth with the vast amount of heroes that spawn on the planet.
The Kryptonians in the audience were saddened by these events as this was the beginning of the end of Krypton for the rest of the universe at large and to most other species, they were thankful that the Kryptonian Empire was beginning to end.
"Why must we fade away with a whimper instead of finding a new home to colonize?" Said General Dru-Zod of Kandor to his fellow people, not really caring for these lower life forms in this odd room.
Jor-El went to speak and was stopped by a new voice that entered the room and one that made everyone stop and look at him. "Because Fate didn't want our people's Empire to continue. Fate wanted our kind to live among other species." He said as he exited the portal with the same look as when they all saw him before. The Man of Steel was back and this time, he wanted to make sure certain events never happened for his past.
Kal then looked at everyone in the room and noticed that both his biological parents and human parents were present, the Avengers both old and new, the Justice League, Captain Carter and many more people that he knew of and recognized as Cybertronians, Edenians, the Guardians of the Galaxy, some members of the Viltrumite Empire. But the one person he was looking for was the mother of his children, Natasha Romanoff.
Being the only other being in the room to still have his powers, he floated off of the ground and gently landed next to Natasha, who by the time he came up to her had fully regained her memories of him and their relationship. "C-Clark?" Natasha asked him as she raised her left hand to gently caress the side of his bearded face where her green eyes met his and knew that this was the same man she fell for all those years ago in Ohio.
"Hey, Natasha." Clark said with a kind yet sad smile at the woman he fell for over a lifetime ago by his timeline, that being the Knightmare Timeline and gently leaned into her soft hand as he closed his eyes, hoping that this wasn't a twisted dream made by the Anti-Life Equation that flowed through him.
"Mother, Father, as much as it good to see you two reunited at long last, I must advise you that we have an entire timeline to view." James said to his parents as he and Lord Lui Kang appeared from the portal.
"Of course, James. Let's get back to this 'film' of my life." Clark said to everyone but more so to Natasha as he held her hand in his and guided her back towards her seat.
"Hold on. I feel like we're missing some critical exposition here." A new voice said as a odd looking 'sparkle' circle appeared near the side of the theater's wall and out came a man wearing bright yellow and blue suit and who seemed pissed off to be here and a man wearing a bright red and black suit with a mask and has two Adamantium Katanas along with two Gold plated Desert Eagles and a young girl who seemed to be around Peter's age. "Who are all these people?" Asked the man wearing the odd bright yellow suit.
"Logan?" Asked Ororo Munroe aka Storm of the X-Men as she floated above her companions and down to the Wolverine and placed a hand on his left cheek. "Is it really you?" She asked with misty eyes.
This version of the Wolverine was in a relationship with his universe's Storm before she died and he turned to whole world against the X-Men. Before he became known as the Worst Wolverine in the Multiverse.
"Wade Winston Wilson aka Deadpool. James 'Logan' Howlett aka the Worst Wolverine and Laura Kinney aka the Daughter of Wolverine. Welcome to my theater in a pocket dimension outside of the rest of the Multiverse." James said as he looked at them and remembered that he didn't bring the Wolverine from the X-Men's timeline because he's dead and this version of Logan is the same but different because of the suit and his different memories. "Just tell her, Logan. You may never get another chance to do so." Said James as he watched as both Storm and Logan kissed, alternate universes be damned.
Some of the X-Men smiled at the reunion of the Afican Weather Goddess and the Wolverine.
James gave a kind smile at the reunion and snapped his fingers as the enitre room shifted to reveal some of the Titans who fight for the protection of the Earth and Mankind.
The King of the Monsters, Titanus Gojira, The King of the Gojira, Zo-Zla-Halawa, The Monster Who Ate a Star, Earth's Protector and the Protector of the Natural Balance of All Living Things; Godzilla!
The Queen of the Monsters, The Immortal Moth, Titanus Mosura, Giver of Life, The Winged One, Defender of the Iwi; Mothra!
The Eighth Wonder of the World; God of Skull Island, King of Skull Island, The Mountain who Thunders Death, King of the Primates, King of the Great Apes, Big Fella, King of the Hollow Earth, The Mighty Kong, Monke, Titanus Kong: King Kong!
Those who could use the Force felt an immense wave of power from the 3 Titans and then saw the others that were locked in their own unique cages. All of the audiance saw a massive golden hydra who reeked of evil intentions.
Monster Zero, The Devil, The Devil With Three Heads, Death Song of the Three Storms, The One Who is Many, Mandandare Aqenomba, False King, Invasive Species, Moe, Larry, and Curly, Ichi, Ni, and San a.k.a. Kevin, Alpha, Angry and Young, Azhi Dahaka, The Three-Headed Foe; King Gihdorah!
Some members of the audiance yelped and screamed upon seeing the massive beasts and noticed that Kong was looking for someone among the hundreds/thousands of people and found who he was looking for, the sole survivor of the Iwi Tribe on Skull Island; Jia. The young girl gave Kong a smile and signed to the King of Skull Island, who in return signed back that he was glad that she was safe from harms way.
When he signed to Jia these words the people who could understand sign language were amazed by the fact that a massive ape was intelligent enough to understand sign language and communicate with a person who was significantly smaller than himself.
The King of the Monsters looked at the odd people on the screen and studied their expressions and emotions and understood that something of great importance was happening on this alien world.
James then decided that now was a good time to bring in the villains from each hero's respective Timelines and started with Obadiah Stane, then Emil Blonsky, Ivan Vanko, Justin Hammer, a past version of Loki (pre-TVA abduction), Thragg, Conquest, Steppenwolf, Ultron, Doomsday, Megatron, Sentinel Prime, Palpatine's Force Ghost (as he dead), Darth Vader, Ronan the Accuser, Ego the Living Planet's Human Avatar (moved from his seat), Yon-Rogg, Ares (Former God of War), Cheetah aka Barbara Minerva, Doctor Poison aka Dr. Maru, Maxwell Lord (Supergirl Variant not Pedro Pascal's as he's Din Djarin from the Star Wars side of the Universe), Brainiac, General Shao of Outworld, Shang Tsung, Quan Chi, The Joker, The Suicide Squad (minus Harley Quinn, Ratcatcher 2, Rick Flag, Deadshot), Amanda Waller (because she's a bitch who deserves to sit with aliens and super-powered individuals that she has no control over), The Enchantress (separated from Dr. Moore), Darkseid, Granny Goodness, Desaad, Thanos, The Children of Thanos and many more notable villains and minor villains.
James eyed the self proclaimed New God of Apokolipis, the one who killed his mother and unborn sisters, the theater then was hit by a wave of killer intent as James directed it at the New God as he wanted to oh so badly to rip out Darkseid's spin with his head still attracted to and revive him again and again and again just to let out his anger.
"James, calm yourself, we will all get our chance to kill the bastard when we're all returned to our respective timelines." Clark told his Immortal son as he also stared at the New God of Apokolipis and could sense that this version of Darkseid was plotting how to kill all of these lesser creatures that surrounded him with the exception of the Titans. Clark had a feeling that Darkseid would attempt to use the Anti-Life Equation to control the likes of Godzilla and Gihdorah.
"Now that we all are here. I expect for each and every one of you to not kill each other. We have a timeline to watch after all." James said the new arrivals.
James resumed the film and rewound it to let the newcomers see what has happened up to his grandfather, Jor of the House of El, summoning H'Raka and the destruction caused by General Zod's coup.
-Genesis Chamber Tower-
Jor-El and Kelex both got on H'Raka and flew down to the lower depths of Kandor, where the Genesis Chamber Tower was located at. H'Raka hovered above one of the Chamber's embryonic water entrances. "Can you see the Codex?" Jor asked Kelex.
"It's just beneath the central hub, sir. But I am compelled to warn you, breaching the Genesis Chamber is a Class-B Crime punishable by-" Kelex said and was interrupted by her master.
"Nobody care anymore, Kelex, the world's about to come to an end." Jor said, as he took off his robes, leaving only his Kryptonian Skinsuit on and dove gracefully into the embryonic water and swam past the stalks that held the very last of Krypton's Generation of Children to ever be born with the exception of his own son, Kal of the House of El. Jor just hoped that someone from the planet known as Earth would raise his son under the right conditions.
'Kal... if you ever find yourself alone or afraid. Just know that you are a member of the House of El. A strong House with an even stronger history. Know that your mother, Lara and I, believe that you will accomplish wonders for the Human Race.' Jor thought to himself, as he reached the Central Hub, where the Codex was being used to harvest the DNA from to encode the next Generation of Kryptonians with their predestined roles in Kryptonian Society.
Jor breached the air pocket where the Growth Codex was held by an invisible force that Jor grabbed. When he did so, he marveled at it's golden Old High Kryptonian (an ancient language lost to the Kryptonians for centuries) and stared at it for a moment before the alarm sounded that someone removed the Codex from it's permanent position within the Central Hub.
Outside of the watery embryonic fluid 3 Kryptonian Attack Ships were waiting as Zod had sent for one of his men to retrieve the Codex for the High General of Krypton. Jor reached a ledge and pulled himself up from the fluid and had one of the barrels of the front Attack Ship trained on him. "Jor-El, by the authority of General Zod, release the Codex." The pilot ordered Jor.
Jor-El looked over the ledge that led off the Genesis Chamber Tower and jumped just as lethal bolt of blue plasma was shot at his feet from behind, hoping that H'Raka was nearby with Kelex to catch him in time.
"Oh no!" Exclaimed Peter Parker as he also regained his memories of this timeline the many heroes and Princess Shuri, who was extremely thankful for Superman for saving the world from Zod.
"Wait, a few questions here." Tony Stark said as he shot up from his seat and looked around at everyone to gain their attention as the film was paused.
"Yes, Tony?" Said Clark, waiting for the legendary Iron Man to speak.
"If your people were a vast and powerful Empire out there among the stars, then why haven't we heard of them before? Thor, surly you've heard of them." Asked Tony to the God of Thunder.
"Because the very first interaction with them was a glorious battle of might and skill as we Asgardians mainly use melee combat while the Kryptonians much more advanced technology than we do. That and they learned rather quickly to not mess with my Grandfather, Bor Burison, and the wrath of the Nine Realms of Yggdrasil." Said the God of Thunder.
Odin Borson nodded in confirmation of that fact and remembered the day his father came home to Asgard and told the tale of his great victory over the Kryptonian Empire and how one member of the great House of El made the fighting stop with the cultural exchange of knowledge, the Asgardians got a very old book about the founding of Kryptonian Society by the Houses of El and Zod and how the House of El were the first group that developed the hand to hand combat that most of the Kryptonian Military used, and the Kryptonians got knowledge about the rest of the universe's great other Empires such as the Kree and Skrulls and their unending war with one another.
The film then resumed as no one else spoke and James made it to where the heroes couldn't hear the villains and the villains couldn't hear the heroes with the exception of mere moments ago.
H'Raka roared as she caught her master and bobbed and weaved around the various different Kryptonian Ships that took part in the Battle for Kandor and trying desperately to evade Zod's men. After managing to fly in between a Juggernaut and a retrofitted Scout Ship that was used by the Council's Sapphire Guard (their private police force/army in times of crisis.) H'Raka groaned in pain as a piece of shrapnel was lodged in her neck, still smoking as it's superheated metal burned it's way deeper into her throat. "Easy, H'Raka." Jor said to his War Kite who willed herself to fly her master back to Citadel home of the House of El that was located on the outskirts of Kandor. She crash landed on the landing platform and Jor comforted H'Raka till she took her last breath, somewhat thankful she passed before the planet imploded, he just hoped it would be the same for the other animals he owns as he put in place a failsafe after Kal's Pod left Krypton and that was poisoning their food with a lethal amount of whatever could kill them instantly instead of suffering through hours of the poison.
-Inside The Citadel of El-
"Have you found a habitable world?" Jor asked Kelex and Lara as he was redressed in his robes again and watched the liquid geo of Kelex's 'face' as Lara responded with a "We have."
"Orbiting a main sequence Yellow Star, just as you said it would." Said the House of El's service drone/A.I. and showed them the solar system of Sol and the various different landmasses that made up the different continents of Earth.
"A young star, his cells will drink it's radiation." Said Jor as he looked at a Liquid Geo model of the Sol System and the planet and then the dominant species of the planet from Earth known as Humans and showed Jor and Lara the human anatomy, bone structure and the brief history of Earth from what the Asgardian database/scrolls had up till the current year and time/month; December 2 1984. "It's a seemingly intelligent population." He said as his wife voiced her concerns.
"He'll be an outcast. A freak. They'll kill him." She told Jor as she looked at him but he didn't turn and look at her. "How? He'll be a God to them." He said as he eyed the diagram of a human to see if they were compatible with a Kryptonian was very much surprised by what he was seeing, given the fact that Jor was the leading member of the Science Guild and met with the current Asgardian King; Odin Borson and was given a scroll on the Asgardian anatomy and also found that Asgardians were also compatible with Kryptonians. 'If only we were able to join you, Kal, the study of a new species is an amazing opportunity. But for now you will eventually learn all about them as I have for our people and the Asgardians.' Jor thought to himself.
Some of the heroes and villains of Earth who managed to regain their memories all had the same thought: 'Like you wouldn't believe...'
"What if the doesn't make it? He'll die out there... Alone." Said Lara as she pacing around the small seat for Kal where his Infant Ship was at. "I can't do it." She said as Jor tried to calm her down. "I thought I could... ...now that he's here..." She said, almost crying.
"Lara, Krypton is doomed. It's his only chance now. It's our people's only hope." He told her as Kelex gave an alert. "What is it, Kelex?" He asked his family's old Service Drone.
"There are five Attack Ships converging from the East. Citadel's defenses are being scanned and evaluated." She said as she showed who they belong to: The Sword of Rao.
"I'll upload the Codex." He told Lara, who wanted to hold onto her infant son one last time. "No, wait..." She said as she held onto Kal in a protective manner.
"Lara." Said Jor as he attempted to pry his son out of his wife's arms. "Just... let me look at him." She said as she cried sadly. "We'll never get to see him walk. Never hear him say our names."
"But out there among the stars. He will live." Said Jor as he gently took his son from his wife, who gently kissed his little head and Jor did the same as he gently placed his son into his seat on the Infant Ship and started the process of binding his DNA with that of the Codex.
"That must have been the hardest decision for you to make, Mrs. El." Said Peter Parker as he noticed that the seats shifted to allow for Kal-El's whole family to sit next to each other.
Lara-Lor-Van looked at the Human teenager and wondered what his relationship was with Kal-El, who seemed to understand her silent question. "Natasha calls him her peơehok-паук or маленький паук which translated into English means Baby Spider or Little Spider. And he calls her his Mama-паук or Большой-паук which means Mama Spider or Big Spider. It's an Arachnid thing they have. Plus it give Natasha the opportunity to be a mother to someone she sees as a son figure." Clark told his Kryptonian family and to everyone in the room.
"What do you mean by that, Kal?" Said his father and mother from Krypton, still not overly familiar with each continents history.
They then saw his eyes grow dark, very similar to that of General Zod he swore to find Kal 30 years ago by his timeline. "You can thank an organization known as the Red Room in Russia. They-" He was cut off by Natasha who held onto his hand tightly, showing him it was her story to tell and not his.
"The Red Room took young girls from all over the globe, homeless girls, girls being sex-trafficked or worse and trained them to be the best spys for the FSB back when they weren't obsessed with the current Russian Presdent during the early 2000's. They made a kind of 'graduation' ceremony, if you can even call getting your ovaries and the ability bear children a graduation. Still keeps me up some nights." She said as visibly shivered from having to remember that horrible place.
Jor and Lara were completely horrified that the human race were capable of such heinous acts as were all of the Aliens that were present with the exception of Clark who just a few hours after being revived and helping the League stop the Unity from coming to pass. Was alerted to Natasha's location with the custom belt she was gifted by Clark, a Liquid Geo belt that had a black with a red outlined Black Widow symbol on it that acted like a homing beacon for him to find her anywhere on Earth.
After he found her and realized her situation and the Red Room's floating base in the sky, he decided to do the only thing that sense to him. Kill everyone involved with the torture and brainwashing of the Widows and bring Dreykov to justice by locking him up in a Supermax Prison known as the Raft, that just so happened to be within New York's Hudson River, hidden from public view and where no Supervillian can escape from knowing that Superman, the Avengers and Justice League were mere moments away from the Prison.
"I did however, discover, that our advanced technology was able to reverse what they did to her in my timeline. It's how James was born. Wellllll... more like the DNA of a human was compatible with the Genesis Chamber after it was fixed by myself, Tony, Cyborg, Bruce Wayne and Thor, who brought the extremely pressurized glass for the the Genesis Chamber. Me and Natasha talked about it for days before we gave it a try and look at how he turned out. Pretty alright, if I do say so myself." Clark said as he ruffled his son's hair after taking off his hat.
"Wait... how did you override the predestined roles for him?" Said The Kryptonian Law Council as they were intrigued by how it was possible but also knew they held no jurisdiction over Earth it's laws or the Last Son of Krypton's way he destroyed thousands of years of work with help from Humans.
"Hm? Oh, that was Victor's and Tony's doing, they found the flaws they had on the developmental process on each Kryptonian Fetuses and corrected it by removing it entirely from the Scout Ship's Database. That's how James is one of the most unique Kryptonian hybrids. He's the bridge between two people's. Unlike his unborn sisters from my timeline... following the procedure that repaired her womb... needless to say we both didn't get any sleep for a solid week. Only short naps." Clark said as he saw Natasha's face go bright red on her pale features as she slapped his muscular arm.
"Clark! That private information, and you're telling everyone either we don't know or we do know about that!" Natasha exclaimed while still blushing like crazy.
"Oooo. No, no, Cестра, let him tell." Said Yelena as she seemed very interested by that little tidbit of info.
"No, no, no. We must continue with this so we can all prevent the Multiversal War we all eventually fight in." Said Clark as he allowed for his son to click the play button on the remote he has.
As Jor finished up with the bonding process, he made a Command Key with his Subconscious built into it and placed it into the Infant Ship as he and Lara said their goodbyes to Kal. "Goodbye, my son. Our hopes and dreams travel with you." He said as the small seat raised up and was locked into the Ship.
Jor went to where his family's ceremonial armor was at and put it on, like the head of the House of El should in times of crisis.
"Lady Lara, Phantom Drives are coming online." Said Kelor to Lara-Lor-Van.
"Proceed to ignition." She said as she looked Jor getting ready to face Zod.
-Outside The Citadel of El-
Zod's remaining forces were being pushed back to the outskirts of Kandor and followed the trail of Jor-El.
"Concentrate fire on the main doors!" Zod ordered his men as his ship landed near the edge of the platform.
The main doors blew open as Faora-Ul walked up to her General. "General. We have identified a ignition within the Citadel." She told her General.
"A launch. Hold this platform, Commander." Zod told his Sub-Commander and went inside to confront his old friend.
-Within The Citadel-
Zod and his two personal bodyguards went into the Citadel and stopped just as Jor exited from behind the Phantom Drive Engine smoke.
"I know you stole the Codex, Jor-El, surrender it and I'll let you live." Said Zod to Jor.
"This is a second chance for all of Krypton. Not just the bloodlines you deem worthy." Said Jor in defiance.
"What have you done?" Asked Zod, completely unprepared for his former friend's answer.
"We have had a child, Zod. A boy child. Krypton's first natural in centuries. And he will be free, free to forge his own destiny." Said Jor as he watched his former friend's face twist with rage.
"Heresy! Destroy it!" He ordered his two guards who were quickly shot by Jor-El.
Both the High General of Krypton and the Best Scientist of Krypton fought each other for the fate of Kal's life. Jor cut a long wound across the right side of his face, leaving it as a permanent reminder that a Scientist of the Science Guild bested him.
Jor was somehow gaining the upper hand on Zod as the latter was having a difficult time keeping up with Jor's fists to counter him.
Jor was redirecting Zod's blows with grace and speed as he pushed Zod back against a fuel tank and managed to subdue Zod, punching him to the ground.
The High General of Krypton got up slowly, still processing what just happened and looked at Lara. "Lara, listen to me, the Codex is Krypton's future! Abort the launch!" He said, trying to reason with the woman.
Lara and Jor's eyes met as he nodded and Lara pressed the button that sent her son away from Zod.
"NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!" Yelled Zod as he unsheathed a hidden blade from his gauntlet and quickly stabbed Jor-El straight through the heart, letting his now dead friend die while seeing his face and eventually his son's Ship exiting the Citadel of El.
Lara ran to where her now deceased husband was at and cried over his fresh dead body. "Your son, Lara. Where have you sent him?" Asked Zod as he stared at the opening of the roof then to Lara to await her response.
"His NAME is KAL, son of El. And he's beyond your reach." She said to the murderer of her husband.
Zod then went back outside of the Citadel of El and ordered one of his pilots to bring down the ship. "Bring that ship down!" He ordered.
"Target locked." Said the pilot as he changed the tri barrel to a homing missile and was shot down by the Sapphire Guard of the Council of Five (Law Council) and ordered the now defeated Sword of Rao to lay down their arms and surrender.
-Law Council's Tower: Hours following the Kryptonian Civil War-
"General Zod, for the crimes of murder and high treason, the Council has sentenced you and your fellow insurgents to three hundred cycles of somatic reconditioning. Do you have any last words?" Said Lor-Em, the Council of Five's Leader, asked the High General of Krypton and knew he wouldn't answer with the words that the Council wanted to hear.
"You wouldn't kill us yourself! You wouldn't sully your hands! But you'll damn us to a black hole for eternity!" Yelled Zod, who spit at the Council's feet. "Jor-El was right! You're a pack of fools every last one of you!"
Zod then turned to Lara-Lor-Van, the sole survivor of House of El in Kandor, while being restrained by the Sapphire Guard, who struggled to hold their former General from getting to her. "And you!" He said with venom in his voice.
"You believe your son is safe? I will find him! I will reclaim what you have taken from us!" Said Zod as he was escorted back to his spot in the middle of the open room.
"I will find him! I will find him, Lara!" He yelled as he watched her reaction, noticing her eyes getting teary from the thought of her son dying by Zod's hands.
The audience could feel Zod's hatred for the Last Son of Krypton as he yelled out his last word before being sent into the Black Zero prison ship and into the Phantom Zone, a pitch black void in an alternate dimension that the Kryptonian Empire used for some of their most dangerous criminals.
"I WILL FIND HIM!" Yelled the General as he and his fellow officers were then incased in some kind of ice like substance and sent up into the prison ship known as Black Zero.
Some of the audience who regained their memories jumped in their seats when hearing the General's promise to find Kal-El, wherever he may be out in the vast universe.
"33 years and he in fact, did find me, inadvertently though. It's all thanks to the Space Stone being on Earth and being meddled with by the scientists at SHEILD." Said Kal-El as he held Natasha's hand softly.
"And I agree, that we stupidly put the spotlight on Earth, look at the many different world ending events that have happened since Stark's reveal as Iron Man." Said Nicholas Fury.
"Hopefully our past selves can give this Zod a fair fight." Said Steve Rogers along with the rest of the Avengers as he looked at the Kryptonians in the audience with the humans.
"With the past version of myself there with you all, it should be an much better outcome." Said Clark as he watched the screen that played with events leading up to his ancestral homeworld imploding and waited till his son continued the film of his life.
-Above Kandor/Krypton's Orbit-
Black Zero launched from the Tower of Five's former public execution spot on the highest level of the Tower and went into the Orbit of Krypton and into the Phantom Zone Gate and disappeared from this dimension and into lifeless void that is the Phantom Zone.
-With Lady Lara-
Lady Lara-Lor-Van of the House of El was dressed a traditional Kryptonian mourning dress that was a gift from Jor's brother before she lost contact with him as his Scout Ship had seemingly disappeared from the universe itself, she didn't know that the A.I. known as Brainiac had taken the Kryptonian and killed him to gain information about Krypton. She placed her hand on Jor's ceremonial armor and watched as it closed for the last time as earthquakes started, signaling that the time of the Kryptonian Empire was at it's end.
"Lady Lara, shouldn't you seek refuge?" Asked Kelor.
"There is no refuge, Kelor. Jor-El was right, this is the end." Lady Lara said as she looked up to the sky, hoping her son could hear her. "Make a better world than ours, Kal." And with those final words the planet of Krypton started to implode, fire and hot magma burning the remaining ocean, city of Kandor and finally the Citadel of El with Lady Lara-Lor-Van still inside looking out at her dying world.
-Krypton's Orbit From Sanctuary I (Thanos' Ship)-
The Mad Titan looked out the observation deck of his ship and grinned like a mad man, behind him was a female version of himself that actually was his twin sister who seemed distraught seeing the once proud Kryptonian Empire be reduced to nothing but dust and echos. "So begins the end of half of all life in the universe." Said the crazed Titan who wanted to murder trillions with the Infinity Stones in an instant, an act of mercy in his mind instead of butchering half of a world's population.
-27.1 light years away from Krypton at Saturn in the Sol System-
The Infant Ship that carried the Last Son of Krypton came warping into the Sol System and flew fast towards the Earth, thankfully towards America and not some place like Russia or North Korea, god knows what could've happened if that came to pass.
It zipped past the Moon and headed straight towards North America to Smallville, Kansas and crash landed in front of the red pickup truck of Johnathan Kent and Martha Kent.
The screen then said the words 13 Years Later as James decided to press the pause button and snapped his fingers to bring in some of his father's other future wives and his many mothers to sit next to his family as he edited the seat arrangement.
