Cell vs Enma (Yo-Kai Watch)

Within the Enma Palace, a heavily bandaged Cell stood next to Kermit, standing before a grand desk in a traditional Japanese styled building. They stood next to the heavily injured and bandaged Yo-Kai Watch Blasters. Not as important though, as they stood before the ruler of the Yo-Kai World, Lord Enma, and his assistant, Zazel.

"I must say, thank you for your assistance," Lord Enma said to the Blasters. "Although the situation did not end favorably, you managed to suppress Wobblewok. I am thankful for that."

"What was the deal with that thing?" Cell asked Enma.

"A long time ago, in the time of the previous Lord Enma, Wobblewok was a dangerous threat," Enma's assistant, Zazel, explained. "It was a being born from fallen spirits in battle, and had immense power. Even more Yo-Kai died attempting to slay the beast, but it has since been sealed away in the Infinite Inferno."

"Wait, it… it's not dead?" Kermit questioned. "But Hovernyan killed it!"

"Oh no, us Yo-Kai can respawn," Enma said. "It takes a LOT to keep a Yo-Kai down. Hell, turning us into Soul Gems doesn't even kill us."

Cell and Kermit looked at each other in confusion, before shaking their heads. It wasn't worth the time to learn. "So uh… about my community service?" Kermit asked.

"Pardoned," Enma said with a cheery expression on his face.

"The fuck?" Cell questioned. "He didn't even do that much!"

"Well, he did defeat the Mass Mutterer for the umpteenth time," Enma said. "And he also did give us the call that you all were injured and botched sealing away Wobblewok. As ruler of the Yo-Kai World, I have decided to pardon his crimes for now."

"Dope," Kermit said with an honest to god smile on his face.

"Bullshit," Cell said. "Why is he getting pardoned?! That makes no fucking sense!"

"Do not question Lord Enma's judgment!" Zazel snapped, angered by Cell's opinion. "You should be grateful for his leniency!"

"Calm down Zazel," Enma said calmly. "He has every right to be confused. Relax." Zazel calmed down, but it was obvious he was agitated. "Forgive him, he's not one to be mellow like I am." Enma looked at a report he held in his hand. "It doesn't help that while you all were recovering, my Yo-Kai scouts in the Human World encountered something… troubling."

Cell raised an eyebrow. "What was it?"

Before Enma could answer, there was a knock at the entrance to the Enma Villa. "Komaniya Express!" A voice called out, before the door opened and a girl walked in. Said girl had two cat tails, ears, and had pawed feet. Despite these features, she appeared to be a human, and considering this story's nature, was either a nekomata or a woman with a Quirk that gave her said cat features. "Package for Lord Enma?"

"Ah, that would be mine," Enma said as he held his hand up and stood up and walked over to the girl.

"It's quite nice here in the Yo-Kai World!" The courier for Komaniya Express said to Enma as he signed for the package.

"It is! Although you are one of Inazuma's youkai, there is a place for your kind here as well," Enma said as he received the package, before the nekomata girl left the Villa.

"What was that about?" Kermit questioned.

Zazel crossed his arms and explained, "While there are Yo-Kai here in the Yo-Kai World, there are also many different species of Yo-Kai in general, hence the different spellings. That young girl is from Inazuma, a set of islands ruled by the God of Eternity, the Raiden Shogun." Tilting his head and looking at Kermit and Cell out of the corner of his eye, he added, "Basically, it's Japan."

"Kirara of Komaniya Express is additionally a Gold level Courier," Enma said. "Guuji Yae of Inazuma relies on her a lot whenever she wishes to send gifts." Placing the package on his desk and sitting down at it once more, Enma added, "I plan to hold a grand festival to celebrate all manners of Yo-Kai as a result."

"And the story just got more complicated," Cell commented.

"So what was it you were paranoid about?" Kermit asked.

Enma paused and weighed his options, tilting his head to and fro as he considered how to explain, if he decided to. But ultimately, Enma said, "I do not believe it is worth discussing right now. This is a matter that doesn't concern the common folk, and my opinion of you two is not the highest, although I prefer the bug man."

"Well that's nice," Cell remarked, a bit peeved at being called 'the bug man'.

"You are both excused," Enma said to Cell and Kermit. "Please, enjoy your stay in the Yo-Kai World… and stay out of trouble."

"Come on Cell, let's get out of here before I get charged with another crime," Kermit said as he began walking out.

"What even was that bill you put in my name for?" Cell asked as he followed Kermit out of the Enma Villa, walking slowly due to the crutches he used.

"I made a bet with an Oni named Plunderous and his daughter. It didn't end well."

"KERMIT!"

As the voices grew fainter, Enma pressed a button under his desk and all the windows in the room were closed via metal shutters. As the Yo-Kai Watch Blasters looked at Enma, the young Lord of the Yo-Kai World opened the box and let out a sigh, before showing Zazel the contents of the box.

It was a bunch of photos of the Evil Capital, and while it included Evil in the photos, it also included the people that were high up in Evil's army, including Ainz Ooal Gown, Kai Chisaki, All For One, Young Xehanort, and Leviathan… but mainly Leviathan.

"The reports were true," Zazel said. "We are fucked."

"You rarely swear," Enma commented, knowing that Zazel swearing was never a good sign.

"Your grandfather, as well as the Enmas before him, knew exactly how grave the situation would be should any of them show up," Zazel replied, staring at the photos of Leviathan. "...and he knows we know he's been awakened."

Staring at the photos of Leviathan, Enma's eyes narrowed. "If a conflict broke out…"

"We'd be screwed," Zazel finished. "Umbral, Solar, and Infinite Enma would not be able to assist you in this matter, nor would your Awoken form." Zazel glared down at the photos, especially at the photo where Leviathan was looking directly at the camera, despite how the photo was shot at a distance. "If Leviathan makes any moves… the planet could be eradicated."

"No Way," No Way said, speaking his own name once again.

"Like that's much of a consequence," Sandmeh commented sarcastically.

"As much as we like to throw that around, can he really destroy the planet?" Hidabat questioned.

"I… would also like to know the answer to that," Hovernyan added, agreeing with his comrades.

Lord Enma sighed, while Zazel shook his head. "Trust me Blasters…"

"...you know nothing about the Kings of Hell."

Foreshadowing!

Yeah, definitely painting Leviathan to be a very important character, but hey, that's how OCs are!
