HARRY POTTER AND THE CORELLIAN SECTOR
This is a crossover between Harry Potter and the Star Wars universe. I accept the three original Star Wars films, some of the prequels and most of Legends. The First Order and the three sequels are aberrations that will eventually be eradicated. This version of the story is mine, as are any OCs, I create, and is AUish. There's Harry Potter in the story. I certainly don't own Harry Potter or the Star Wars Universe. They are the creations of JK Rowling and George Lucas, respectively.
Harry Potter was racing through hyperspace on a mission to Muun*. That mission was to kill a child. A clone, according to the spirit of Darth Plagueis. The ends justified the means. It was to deprive the Senator from Naboo, Sheev Palpatine from acquiring all the funds the Darths of the Sith had acquired since Ruusan. Palpatine was Darth Sidious, murderer of Darth Plagueis. Plagueis was the Muun banker Hego Damask. The boy was a Demask, his heir. Harry was to use his skills to impersonate the youngster.
If Harry did not murder the boy, Palpatine would and thereby gain vast wealth, as well as huge influence within the Banking Clans. Palpatine was portably assembling a mercenary strike force to attack the boy, even as Harry sped to the estate. Plagueis had told Harry what to say and how to act. Harry had all the pass codes.
Harry docked under an assumed name and made his way to the estate. He was carrying a paper over the blaster. He followed the plan to enter. Harry changed into the shape of the boy. The boy looked at Harry, who looked just like him, and could not believe what he was seeing. He did not even seethe blaster that shot him dead. Harry used evanesco to remove the body. His guards, well the now dead boys, were running all over the place, taking up defensive positions. Harry collected his thoughts. Palpatine's troops were here. Harry helped out. He did not hit with every shot.
Local troops swarmed over the attackers. None were taken alive.
Harry then petitioned the Court to name him as inheriting Hego Demask's estate as Hego Demask II. Thanks to the assault that he'd suffered, Harry got the estate. Supreme Chancellor Valorum was still safe and in his job, securely now. Palpatine could not afford the bribes to get him kicked out.
Harry gained the secret estate, too. Each of the 30 Sith Lords before Plagueis had recorded their achievements. 30 holocrons. There were another 100 holocrons about the Sith activities as the Sith Empire. Harry created a special area on his ship's computer and uploaded all of the Sith Holocrons. Harry knew that the Bel Iblis had holocrons captured from Darth Malgus during his attempt to take Corellia. According to legend, Malgus had survived death. Plagueis would have studied him, Harry thought. There was nothing in the haul Harry had found to indicate what that was. Harry did not want to go to either Korriban or Dromond Kaas. The Stygian Caldera was the stuff of nightmares. That would be where the Malgus holocrons would be. Also paper or parchment. Even Plagueis had dared not venture there. Harry thought that Palpatine had found a cache of Sith material on Naboo. He'd have the computer search for references to Naboo. It could have been a Sith Lord fleeing Jedi who got caught on Naboo.
Harry thought about what he was going to tell Garm. He did not know how to approach the subject. He'd have been gone three months. That was a long time. Whilst Harry was confident that he could handle just about anything, Garm would not be quite so trusting. This was not going to go well.
Harry was met by Cor Sec. He had taken the corvette away, without authority. Harry had told Garm he was taking one of the freighters. Harry was handed over to Garm. He had a court date. Garm made small talk all the way back to their estate. Garm lead Harry to the quiet room, a space where no listening devices could penetrate.
"Where have you been, Harys?" Garm demanded.
"It's like this Garm. I had this job to do for Hego Demask."
"The Muun Banker who died on Coruscant, causing quite a stink?"
"That's the one. His spirit survived. Turns out he was Darth Plagueis, a Sith Lord. He got murdered by Darth Sidious. It's what happens in the Rule of Two."
"And who is Darth Sidious, when he's at home?"
"Darth Sidious might have been female, but you're right, he is a man. One we know as Sheev Palpatine."
"Palpatine's a Sith? You're sure?"
"I'm sure. Plagueis has been training me. Since Lord Bane, the Sith have amassed vast wealth. It was imperative that Palpatine be denied this wealth. It was about to be inherited by a 12-year-old clone of Demask's. Who was in turn about to be murdered by Palpatine's mercenaries. My task was to kill the boy, defeat the mercenaries and claim Demask's estate. This I did. I'm Hego Demask II and can look like a Muun. I found 130 Sith holocrons and uploaded them to the computer. There's a special area. There's more information waiting in the Stygian Caldera, but I am not going there. Even Plagueis steered clear of that area of space.
I thought Palpatine found a cache of Sith items on Naboo. Plagueis thought it likely. I found nothing in the holcorons that made any mention of Naboo. I've got lots of maps showing the extent of the Sith Empire. It extended into the Unknown Regions. It could still exist fighting an unknown enemy. The Jedi may have records of pursuing a Sith Lord to Naboo."
"So now you want me to ask the Jedi, if they have any records of that?"
"Something like that, Garm."
"We're on Corellia and they're on Coruscant!"
"Both worlds begin with the letter 'C'." Harry laughed.
"I am not letting you address them. It'd cause an interstellar diplomatic incident."
"I've a working hypothesis on how I got here. There's a Kwa infinity gate in a Star Temple under this estate. There's one near where I lived on my planet. My wish to get away was interpreted literally. Celestial, perhaps."
"Okay, Harys, I know these myths are fashionable amongst the young. The Celestials moved Corelia from someplace else and built Centrepoint Station and brought in humans from Coruscant. None of it has any basis in fact. You've got this notion that the Sith are noble heroes. That the Jedi are the villains. The Jedi have defended the Republic for 25 millenia. That is the fact."
"It's fact that the evil Rakatans were thrown off Corellia, because of a plague. The Sith were responsible for that. Give credit where credit is due, Garm. The only thing their plague would not have targeted would have been their green skin."
"I see where that is going. Yoda is green so he's the modern form of a Rakatan."
"Well, he could be." Harry knew that sounded weak. "In the 800 years he's lead the Jedi, what have they done?"
"They have kept the Republic together."
"They did not succeed in moving against the special interests in the Senate. We did that. There are thousands of disputes that threaten to rend the Republic asunder. That is why we let Com take your place at the Senate to start working on them. We tried to secede from the Republic a few hundred years ago. 2 of the 5 Brothers are Taung ie Mandalorian. The Drall quite like humans. The Selonians still want to kill us all. At least some do.
We've sizeable populations of Barbadelans, Besalisks, Czerialans, Grindalids, Kel Dor, Pa'lowicks, Rodians, Sullustans, Twi'leks, and Ugors. Some of them are from other worlds in our Sector. The Kel Dor are specialist miners created from bio-engineering humans.
All the major Crime syndicates have their fingers in our pies. We've lost pretty much all of our trading empire to the Trade Federation. Our powerful Banks are a shadow of what they were. The Muun Banking Clans hold the financial power that was once ours.
The barbarian Otega buy large numbers of our gunships. Our corvettes have wide use, though pirates have bigger and better. How many times have the Jedi nearly been destroyed? So many, the Jedi think they cannot be. The Sith have a plan to finish the job properly. Palpatine knows what the plan is. Tell me this. How did the Rakatans speak? We've recordings. Check them out, brother."
"This is not on me, brother. You're grounded. I've had to buy that corvette. ANY IDEA HOW MUCH THAT COST?"
"A couple of million credits. I can transfer that to you out of petty cash."
"You do not need to do that. We've plenty. Worried about where you had gone. I was almost out of my mind. Do not do that to me again. Between now and the court date, you're going nowhere. Do your studies and dig around, see if you can find this mythical Star Temple."
"You know I'll be in court on my birthday. There should be a law against that." Harry pouted. Garm laughed. Garm was worried about the influence this dead Plagueis was having on Harys. The boy committed murder without showing any signs of emotional distress. Perhaps his upbringing had been more traumatic than he admitted. Garm remembered the injuries the bacta tank had healed. The boy's life force had been running on fumes.
Harry went off to see HK-47. HK-47 was most put out that it had missed the killing of meatbags. Harry explained that he wanted to keep Hk-47 a secret and that he was not supposed to be involved in the fighting. He was posing as an innocent boy. HK-47 made Harry promise to take him along 'next time'. Harry could not get it straight whether HK-47 was an it or a him. HK-47 seemed confused about that, too.
Harry settled down to his studies. He asked Garm to get him Kwa and Gree tutors. He wanted to learn their language and culture and customs. Garm did so. It amused him to see Harry learning ancient history. Corellia had a rich history. Its Sector had been long settled. Those worlds knew what Harry had done for them. They came to him for help. Harry was happy to.
Garm spent Bel Iblis money. 350000000 credits on 100 CR90 military variants to crack down on pirates. The 20 families and companies began gifting the new Corellian King Solo and new born, named Han, with upgraded weapons. Garm's half a dozen freighters began to revive trade within the Sector. Jedi came to train new Green Jedi. They were honouring the deal that had been made.
The Crime Syndicates that had dominated Corellia and its Sector for a century found itself facing a CorSec that was not playing with gloves on.
Harry started writing letters to Padme. The handmaiden who really was Padme, that is. He wanted to l know where Palpatine found his stash of Sith writings and whether there were any other documents still to be found. He also wanted to know how his friend was doing and the day-to-day challenges she faced. Harry did not know, if she'd write back.
It turned out that she did write back – as the handmaiden. She set out her duties and the challenges she faced and what the Queen had to deal with. Harry got to suggest things. Padme would write back critiquing his ideas. He explained that he had a Kwa tutor to help him find the Star Temple under their estate. Harry wondered, if Naboo had any legends that could be true.
Garm listened to translations on how the Rakatans spoke. He was humouring Harys. After Garm heard the translations, he sat up straight. Harys had been right. It was how Yoda spoke. It did not mean he was a Rakatan. Not definitively. It certainly did not mean he was evil. The Rakatans had been evil. Garm had admitted to Harys that he was right. Harys had grinned. He'd asked to not be grounded. Garm was not prepared to do that. Harys had not found his Star Temple. His Kwa tutor had explained how difficult they were to be found.
Harry was convinced this Star Temple was not hard to find. It was there. He let his Force senses reach out. 20 miles in each direction. He even called out in Kwa 'Reveal yourself'. No dice. There was only one place it could be and that was directly under the mansion. It did not show up on his scans because the shields protected it.
The shields were turned off, briefly and Harry scanned again. There the pyramid was. Right under the mansion. The shields were turned back on. Harry felt vindicated. The Kwa tutor confirmed that Corellia had been in the Outer Rim and the Celestials had moved it. He even told Harry what it called back then. Harry was not even going to try to pronounce that name.
Harry scanned his notes on Dathomir. Origin of the Kwa. Now in the thrall of the Nightsisters. Owned by some low life scum. There absolutely had to be a Star Temple with an active gate there. Darth Maul had come from there. Allegedly the resting place of the Jedi training ship. Nope, Harry had not written that down either. Harry did not believe the Jedi would not have gone after the ship and retrieved it. The Nightsisters used potions. They were not active force wielders, in the main.
HK-47 found the legal loophole out of Harry's ship theft charge. Harry really wished he and HK-47 could go to Dathomir and wipe out the Nightsisters. He could not and not just because he was grounded. Somebody owned the world. He'd have to answer to them and any judicial action brought against him. Palpatine would take notice. Speaking of whom, over on Coruscant, Naboo's Senator was considering the latest happenings.
Palpatine was extremely angry that he did not have the Sith resources accumulated over the centuries. At least, the mercenaries had died to a man and there was no link back to him. Naboo had bought his family estate and would maintain it as a tribute to their greatly loved Senator. Palpatine did not give a monkey's arse about the family estate. He had murdered all his relatives on becoming Plagueis' apprentice. The event did remind him that he had at most 6 years before Amidala replaced him as the Senator. If he were not Supreme Chancellor by then, he'd lose all his influence. He had sufficient funds to build the Clone army. He'd been opposed at first to try to solve the disputes that bedevilled the Republic. Then, he realised that they would bedevil the empire he planned to establish. He joined in the attempts to resolve disputes. The Corellian Senator was a genius at negotiation. The Bel Iblis' had specifically recommended him.
Garm Bel Iblis had been bad enough, Harys had been worse. A child had removed the special interest Senators. That had given Darth Sidious 600 ex-Senators to work with. The boy was helping to get Padme and Anakin communicating. That part of the plan was working. Saving Anakin's mother had not been part of the plan. She had to die to open the rift that would lead to the Chosen One cutting down the Jedi. Palpatine had Byss. He was working with organisations that the Jedi would have shut down, had they known about them. He was taking and using Jedi who left the Order.
The Jedi had interfered with his plan for Ghandahar. It was supposed to be the first line of defence against the Empress Teta system. The Jedi did not know that the Empress Teta system was a problem. It was just too easy doing things in front of the Jedi and they're not even noticing. They deserved to be destroyed. Yoda had another couple of centuries or so to go to have lead the Jedi Order as long as the Hutt had. As Supreme Chancellor, he had kept the Republic in being after a catastrophic defeat by the Sith Empire. He had created the Army of Light. He'd been dead for two centuries before the decisive engagement at Ruusan. All the advantages the Jedi had enjoyed had been thrown away, frankly, by those who did not deserve to be called Jedi. Palpatine smiled wryly.
Palpatine had yet to choose a new apprentice. Maul had 2 brothers who were a possibility. Too focussed on revenge to be a long-term viable choice, but no threat to Palpatine. Like their brother. Better than nothing. Darth Sidious would put out feelers. One of the Senators put a question down asking Palpatine why he did not employ anyone from Naboo on his staff. This was not a question Palpatine was prepared to answer.
Harry had to learn languages, practice his magic and his Force moves. He had his regular lessons, too. He knew there was a Star Temple, but not how to get in. This frustrated the boy. HK-47 suggested blowing his way in. Harry thought that would not work. The way in was by the Force, Harry was sure of it. Harry thanked the Star Temple for bringing him here and for Garm. He explained that he wanted to use the Gate to go to Dathomir. He felt there were things he needed to find out about the planet and its system. He could only do that there.
Garm insisted Harry learned all about the CR90 – ex-Senatorial Corvette - that he had been gifted. Harry's free time just evaporated. The Bel Iblis did not use humans as servants, unlike most of the 20 families. The new freighter captains and crews were human, mostly. The Drall liked humans. A few worked in this new fleet. Selonians willing to trust humans were few and far between. There was a major Selonian criminal gang that blew up humans. Garm had hesitated. Harry was not supposed to learn about Corellia's criminal underworld for a year or two. Garm really did not want Harry learning about them. Unfortunately, the trivids were full of the 'war on crime' that CorSec was waging. Harry was asking questions. So, Harry got the training/learning.
Harry was returning from the Assembly building watching Garm making a speech about the 'war on crime'. One of the Assembly members accosted Harry.
"Why do you oppose the due criminal procedure for suspects, Bel Iblis?"
"Why do you support the idea that ordinary Corellians should support these murdering criminals with a better quality of life than they have? These are not suspects. They are criminals who have engaged in violence against ordinary Corellians."
That had been spliced with an evening News Cast with the Assemblyman saying, "There you have it. One of the entitled Bel Iblis complicit in sending death squads against alleged criminals."
Garm had been outraged by the man's attacked on Harry. Harry just shrugged.
"Garm, the man had been bought by the criminal gangs. Once he's outlived his usefulness, they'll cut him to pieces."
What neither had been anticipating was an attack by 100 criminal gang members on the Bel Iblis estate. Hk-47 was overjoyed to be able to kill meatbags. Harry got to use his lightsaber. It glistened a bright crimson. Harry had one survivor placed into a bacta tank. Harry's explanation that he knew something, quietened Garm.
To a newspresenter Harry offered the view that the assemblyman's attacks on him and the Bel Iblis family may have caused this attack. Garm had chuckled. 99 bodies had been removed from the mansion. The gangs thought the final guy had lost his nerve and had bailed on them.
The assemblyman began to have a bad time of it. Hosts of shows said that recent studies showed that criminals in Corellia's jails lived better than 40% of Corellians. He had to defend himself from charges that by calling the Bel Iblis complicit in CorSec attacks on criminal gangs, despite their having no part in assigning caseloads, he had indeed caused their estate to be attacked. The assemblyman vehemently denied any part in causing the attack.
Harry asked Garm, if they had contributed to the area around the estate losing their jobs. Garm recruited people to go out into the communities around the estate and told them that the Bel Iblis estates had failed them before. They did not want that to happen again. Instead, the estate wanted the communities to stand on their own. Those communities began to use the seed money to bring themselves back to economic health, again.
Harry had sent out newscasts saying that sometimes he was able to help other worlds in the Sector. He thought he should try help those on Corellia, too. If they had anything they thought he could help with, they should get in touch. Harry did not expect anyone to ask him for help.
Harry's date in Court came around. He'd rather be out celebrating his birthday with his new friends in the district. His argument was that as an Acting Senator to the Galactic Senate, Harys Bel Iblis was entitled to make use of the Senatorial Corvette. The prosecution checked their old dusty lawbooks. At no time in the time Harry had used the corvette when it was required for the service of the actual appointed Senator. He'd won his case.
Garm said Harry had been lucky and would not unground him. Harry agreed with his brother. He had not known about the law at the time of his borrowing of the craft. Garm had passed his exams and would be going away to the Academy for the next four years. Harry did not want him to go, but Garm had no choice.
Harry did receive a gift. 8 million credits, a year, out of which he had to budget all his expenses, which included a fee to sit down with the droid that handled expenses. His letters to Naboo, the Jedi Academy and the Librarian at the Jedi Temple would now have to be paid for by him. Maintenance of his Wing of the mansion would now come out of his annual grant. Harry did not know of anyone else who had the money he did nor his responsibilities, too.
Harry spent 25000 credits on 2 droids. One was a personal finance expert, incorporating all the laws in Corellia and its sector and the other was a standard protocol droid, 6 million languages, Corellian history, Corellian law. The droid lacked the memory for galactic history and law. Harry did not start those courses until next year. He'd pick up a couple of droids, at that time. The account was maintained at the First Bank of Corellia.
Harry could well imagine the Dursleys doing something like this to him, but not Garm, his almost brother. Harry cried himself to sleep that night.
The following morning, Harry and his two new droids made their way to the Estate Majordomo's office. They let the droid talk for 30 minutes. Harry picked up the estate charges and charges that the bank had sent over.
Garm had hired 40 crew for his corvette. He'd sold Harry 30 droids. HK-47 was Harry's droid, so free. Maintenance was extra. Garm had spent 2 million credits of Harry's annual grant. If the spending was not on the sheet the Majordomo had handed over, it cost extra. Garm had included a list of expenses he thought Harry might want to pay. The cost of keeping the guy in the bacta tank was included. He was a Rodian. Corellia had a criminal gang that particularly did not like Rodians; the Kaldana syndicate. Harry wondered, if the Rodian had any enemies amongst them who would attack the Estate again.
Whilst Harry's financial droid crunched his numbers, he went off and did his school work. He was home-schooled, but he was associated with a local school. Garm had arranged that, too. When he could sit down with the droid, it advised him to set up a company for the ship. There were tax breaks that he could take advantage of. He'd read about the Corellian Run and Corellian Trade Spine that had made Corellia an economic superpower. He said he wanted to recreate that. The droid had scoffed. Harry did not doubt they could do that. He did say that he wanted his ship to make passenger runs to Coruscant. His reason was getting there and back so he could speak with the life force of Darth Plagueis. Harry was taken aback at the 400000 credit cost to paint the Bel Iblis crest on the ship. The droid explained that it also covered life time registry with the Corellian Shipping registry and the Galactic Shipping registry. It also covered landing and berthing fees on Coruscant. The droid would book 600 hotel rooms on a permanent basis. The droid actually agreed that Harry had a good plan. 2 days out, 2 days back, 5 day stay and 1 day for refuelling and maintenance. The droid thought he could get the rooms at a discount to the 80 credits a night Harry was looking to charge.
The droid pointed out that the diplomatic quarters could be charged out at considerably more. With 9 stewards for 30 guests and himself, he could get as much from the 30 going one way as he could for his 600 on a return package. Harry liked that idea.
Harry found his protocol droid very annoying. He wondered if that was a common theme with that model. Harry was not really wanting to listen to protocols from banquets to greeting other members of the 20. The Kwa and Gree tutors were much more interesting. Harry was interested in investing 5 million credits. He thought he heard the droid say they were vulture capitalists. Harry misheard and ended up with a company called Vulture. The droid seemed happy to look for new companies to invest in. Rather the droid than Harry.
There were 5 of the 20 families who had children around Harry's age. He'd be expected to host parties and attend them. HK-47 suggested treating the meatbags to summary execution. Harry laughed, telling HK that was his solution to every situation. HK agreed. Schedules were drawn up.
Harry
could not wait for the ship to depart for Coruscant. The ship got its name, Corellian Dream. The droid felt that Harry's shipping company could have a dozen liners, in a few years, and 100 freighters running cargoes to the worlds in the Corellian sector. There were that number of YT-1300s in the scrap yards that could be repaired and pressed into service with crews. They would not necessarily be totally legal. A good investment for 5 million credits. What Harys Bel Iblis did not know would not hurt him. Fees could be postponed. Do it right and they'd never need to be paid. It was just the question of finding the right palms to grease.
The droid was not to know that CorSec would be targeting fraud and corruption after smashing the criminal gangs. Harry's Rodian was the Black Sun's accountant. As such he paid all the criminal gangs operating in the Corellian sector. Three local organisations survived the round up; the Kaldana syndicate, the Droid Gotra, the White Worms and the galaxy wide Black Suns and The Exchange.
Harry was overjoyed to be on the inaugural flight. His studies into all the subjects he had to learn had ship operations and maintenance added to them. Harry loved how busy he was. He really enjoyed getting to know his passengers and crew.
On Coruscant, Harry saw his passengers settled in and then made his way to the warehouse. Darth Plagueis accepted his apologies for being grounded with a ghostly shrug and then proceeded to work him harder with lightsaber and knowledge of the Force than he had ever done before. He pronounced himself satisfied. Harry asked about what events the 13-year-old Hego Demask II had to attend on Muun (Harry knew it was Muunilinst, but like shortening things). Plagueis told him. Harry said he did not know how he'd be able to fit that in with his current schedule. Plagueis looked at Harry without any sympathy and told him he just had to do it.
Harry told Plagueis about what his brother had done. Investing, commodities and banking was his thing. To Plagueis they all were the same thing. Plagueis told Harry that he'd have to give his droid specific orders or he'd find himself owning bantha farms. Harry thought bantha farms were worthless. Plagueis laughed. That was the point.
The Demask private account could be invested and Plagueis told Harry what to do. Harry made sure to note it all down. Harry would not be able to travel back to Corellia. He had a function the Hego Demask II could not miss.
Palpatine was not on Coruscant. Mother Tamsin had wanted a personal face to face meeting. She never left Dathomir. She'd be meeting with Darth Sidious and not the Senator from Naboo. She had lost one son. Mother Tamzin did not want to lose any more. She wanted vengeance on the Jedi, Qui Gon Jinn, in particular. Revenge was on Palpatine's mind, too. Instead of dying, the Jedi Master was now on the Jedi Council. This did not sit well with Palpatine. He knew what plans there were for Anakin Skywalker and that Jedi's presence could tip the balance against the Sith. The first Clone Warriors would be ready ten years hence. He needed the war to start on time. He'd have to do something to help the Trade Federation or its Droid armies, the backbone of the rebellion would not exist.
When Palpatine returned, the Senate was in a buzz about a chance remark overheard. Harys Bel Iblis had been heard to muse that the Trade Federation and even pirate ships were now using bigger ships than Ruusan permitted. It was time to increase spending on the Judicial troops and provide them with new ships. Plans for the Acclamator and Venator classes of Star Destroyer had just been submitted. Hundreds of each were commissioned. New fighters were also being commissioned. New shuttles, too. Several thousand Corellian gunships were also being ordered.
Harry had made his attendance at the Muun Banking Clans dinner. He had set up the investments and returned to Coruscant. He'd left as few breadcrumbs as possible were Palpatine ever to investigate. He'd met with the Jedi Librarian and Anakin away from the Temple. Harry had made a factual statement. Trivid news organisations were interested in what Harry had to say. The boy who had transformed the Galactic Senate into its most effective form in three centuries was newsworthy. So was Anakin for destroying a Trade Federation big ship.
Palpatine fumed. This boy was a nexus for events and none of the Sith warning signals went off. Jedi did something and a Sith warning device flared alerting Palpatine to the fact he needed to do something. This Bel Iblis boy did something and no warning sirens went off. The boy had been asking about who owned Dathomir.
Palpatine did not know who owned Dathomir. Buying it would be a card to play against Mother Tamsin. After a great deal of effort that might have been better spent discovering more about Harys Bel Iblis. Palpatine learnt that the deeds to the planet were owned by a Moorsennian smuggler by the name of Nabrun Leids. Who owned his contract, his sources could not say. The Drackmarrian Warlod Omogg was interested in procuring it. Her interest in Dathomir was unknown. Palpatine did not know why Harry was interested in Dathomir, either. That he could easily do something about.
Harry did two things on his return to Corellia that would have ramifications far into the future. First, he put the Bel Iblis family name behind the sponsorship of a female Selonian trainee to the Green Jedi. The second thing was telling his droid financier to keep everything legal and above board. If any of Harry's companies, owned directly or indirectly, were forced to bribe somebody to name the officer concerned, the amount and the date and hand all the information over to CorSec.
