Many years after the Mockingjay Rebellion, Panem Museum's director Mercedes Vonheli receives a collection of "Master tapes" of the Hunger Games, and decided to write a history book about each Games as well as the culture and society of Panem. 19. Midwestern Town Arena

75 Years Chapter 19

Author's Note: I do not own The Hunger Games

With Coriolanus Snow becoming proud of his recent run of successes as Head Gamemaker, he began to put in the final piece. Inspired by how Tigris repaired and cleaned that girl he once Mentored dress before the Games started many years ago, he decided that this year will see the Tribute Parade. Each District will enter the Tribute Building by chariot, with the Tributes dressed in what their District provide for the Capitol. This will introduce the Tributes to the crowds and make the audience more likely to Sponsor a Tribute.

District 1: Chardonnay Lord (16), Hop Whittingham (17). Mentors: Molly Frost (23), Maximillian Jaaskelainen (19)

District 2: Alexandra Evans (18), Tiberius Hood (18)

District 3: Pixie Powell (14), Lithium Soucek (16)

District 4: Pearl Colwill (17), Trench Calafiori (16). Mentor: Mags Flanagan (24)

District 5: Francia Kirkland (17), Quentin Molyneux (13). Mentor: Tammy Winchester (24)

District 6: Imogen Roosa (16), Hector Aldrin (17)

District 7: Amber Easton (14), Pine Haaland (18). Mentors: Bailey Thornton (18), Dinah West (21)

District 8: Calico Arkwright (15), Whatnot Radcliffe (16). Mentor: Woof Casino (19)

District 9: Bay Osment (16), Miller Perez (13)

As the countdown began, the Tributes stood anxiously on their pedestals. Before any of them knew it, the gong has gone off, with the Districts 1 and 2 Tributes teaming up. This would result in a Bloodbath of only five kills, the first of which saw Hop cut off the left leg of a girl that tripped.

24th: Amber Easton, District 7. 19th Hunger Games. Killed by Hop. Bloodbath

Picking up a knife, Alexandra plunged the knife into the back of a frightened girl.

23rd: Audhulma Lanegan, District 10. 19th Hunger Games. Killed by Alexandra. Bloodbath.

Tiberius shoved a slight boy to the ground. Picking up his sword, he cut the boy open, killing him.

22nd: Edmund Roswell, District 11. 19th Hunger Games. Killed by Tiberius. Bloodbath

Chardonnay had finished hacking a girl to pieces.

21st: Hope Carroll, District 12. 19th Hunger Games. Killed by Chardonnay. Bloodbath.

The final kill of the Bloodbath was made by Tiberius as he cornered a boy. Using his sword, he slashed the boy to ribbons.

20th: Lithium Soucek, District 3. 19th Hunger Games. Killed by Tiberius. Bloodbath.

Days 2 and 3 passed by deathless, but Day 4 saw the first of many Gamemaker traps, in the form of rattlesnake Mutts. The Mutts attacked a pair of Tributes, both from the same District.

19th: Whatnot Radcliffe, District 8. 19th Hunger Games. Killed by rattlesnake Mutts. Day 4

18th: Calico Arkwright, District 8. 19th Hunger Games. Killed by rattlesnake Mutts. Day 4

A third Cannon would fire in quick succession after Tiberius stabbed a small boy hiding near a creek.

17th: Miller Perez, District 9. 19th Hunger Games. Killed by Tiberius. Day 4

Days 5, 6 and 7 passed by without deaths, so on Day 8, fed up with the fact Hector and Imogen was camping out in the warehouse, Snow sent in a herd of bull Mutts. The bull Mutts ended up trampling two Tributes to death, ending District 11 and 12's hopes of victory.

16th: Clemmie Birtwhistle, District 11. 19th Hunger Games. Killed by bull Mutts. Day 7

15th: Crow Weir, District 12. 19th Hunger Games. Killed by bull Mutts. Day 7

The Districts 1 and 2 Tributes had found a small boy, and with the sword, Tiberius sawed into him.

14th: Quentin Molyneux, District 5. 19th Hunger Games. Killed by Tiberius. Day 7.

Days 8, 9, 10 and 11 passed by without incident, and still the District 6 Tributes refused to budge. On Day 12, a nest of Tracker Jackers was dropped into the Arena, stinging a Tribute to death.

13th: Loin Devlin, District 10. 19th Hunger Games. Killed by Tracker Jackers. Day 12.

The cannon for Loin would be followed seconds later. The Districts 1 and 2 Tributes found a pair of Tributes and after ambushing them, hacked at them until they were in pieces.

12th: Trench Calafiori, District 4. 19th Hunger Games. Killed by Alexandra. Day 12

11th: Pearl Colwill, District 4. 19th Hunger Games. Killed by Hop. Day 12

Days 13 and 14 passed by without any deaths, so on Day 15, a herd of bison Mutts was thrown into the Arena, where they gored two Tributes to death.

10th: Bay Osment, District 9. 19th Hunger Games. Killed by bison Mutts. Day 15

9th: Pixie Powell, District 3. 19th Hunger Games: Killed by bison Mutts. Day 15.

The Final Eight had been decided: Chardonnay Lord of District 1, Hop Whittingham of District 1, Alexandra Evans of District 2, Tiberius Hood of District 2, Francia Kirkland of District 5, Imogen Roosa of District 6, Hector Aldrin of District 6 and Pine Haaland of District 7. On Day 17, a tornado swept through the Arena, flinging a powerful lumberjack into the Force Field.

8th: Pine Haaland, District 7. 19th Hunger Games. Killed by Force Field. Day 17.

Fed up with the District 6 Tributes making him look like an idiot, Snow sent a flood into the warehouse in the hope it drives the pair out. It does, after killing a girl in the process.

7th: Francia Kirkland. 19th Hunger Games. Drowned. Day 18

With the District 6 Tributes now in the open, the Districts 1 and 2 Tributes soon gave chase. Hector told Imogen to run into a nearby house as the four hack him down.

6th: Hector Aldrin, District 6. 19th Hunger Games. Killed by Chardonnay. Day 18.

Picking up her crossbow, Imogen crouched low before shooting the dart towards Alexandra.

5th: Alexandra Evans, District 2. 19th Hunger Games. Killed by Imogen. Day 18.

As Tiberius looked around for the sniper, he felt the dart enter his neck.

4th: Tiberius Hood, District 2. 19th Hunger Games. Killed by Imogen. Day 18

Chardonnay had no time to respond as she crumpled in front of Hop.

3rd: Chardonnay Lord, District 1. 19th Hunger Games. Killed by Imogen. Day 18.

As Hop stood confused, he too, was hit in the neck, joining his District Partner in death.

2nd: Hop Whittingham, District 1. 19th Hunger Games. Killed by Imogen. Day 18.

Looking at the corpses of the dead, Imogen threw her crossbow to the ground before heading to Hector's body.

1st: Imogen Roosa, District 6. 19th Hunger Games. VICTOR.

Imogen started to sob.

Aftermath:

District 6 welcomed Imogen with open arms. Known for her energy, she was one of the early rebels amongst the Victors. She would marry and have kids, with her granddaughter Penelope becoming one of the Tributes in the 74th Hunger Games. Her Victory would result in Victors being sold as "Sex Slaves" after one person placed a bet on District 1 winning the 19th Hunger Games. After he lost his money, he decided to sell Victors to the Capitolites, with the money going to him. Imogen would be assassinated during the 57th Hunger Games. Unlike many in District 6, she never took Morphling. District 6 Victors would be known in the future for camouflage or hiding. Snow managed to escape punishment, as the Arena was approved by Volumnia Gaul prior to the latter's retirement. Snow approved the Arenas up until the 30th Hunger Games at the same time as the 19th Hunger Games was taking place. As the Mentors list is getting longer, after each decade, underneath the Capitol Culture section, I will be providing updates on the Victors that are alive at this point in time, alongside their ages at the end of the decade and any kids they may have.
