The scene takes us outside the hall of heroes to a fitness course*
Quark: Welcome cadets! Welcome the Captain Qua-uh-uh-I mean...Galactic Ranger Training course! Here you will be tested on your physical strength as well as your...thinking strength...Now who wants to go first?
Raiden: *waves hand frantically and jumps up and down* Me! Me! Me! I want to go!
Quantum: Hah! She's a fighter! Just like her mom!
Quarly: That's my BFF.
Quantum: A what?
Quarly: A best friend forever.
Quark: That's the spirit! My brave young niece!
Cora: Not your real niece!
Quark: Goddaughter then!
Brax: Not your goddaughter either!
Quark: Oh whatever! Step on up cadet.
Jericho nudges Raiden's arm*
Jericho: You got this sis.
Kyzil: Knock em dead.
Quark: Not literally!
Raiden steps up to the platform*
Storm: Come on Raiden. You got this.
Zula: Wooo! That's my sister!
Gunner: How much you want to bet she'll make it past the first obstacle.
Hunter: I'll give you 10 gold bolts if she does.
Quarly: I'll give you 10 smacks if you don't shut up.
Raiden sighs and prepares for her test*
Ratchet: You got this sweetheart...
Raiden: *whispers* Don't worry guys...I'll make you all proud...
Buzzer counts down from 3 and a bull horn sounds and Raiden takes off*
She quickly bounces from one wall to the other and her friends and family cheer as she reaches the Summit of Justice*
Gunner: Hope you're not afraid of heights Raidy Fraidy!
Zula punches Gunner*
Zula: You got this Raiden!
Dagger: You got this!
Quark: Alright Raiden, congratulations on making it to the Summit of Justice! Now just take it easy and...NO...WAIT!
Raiden uses her swingshot and crosses the massive gap between her and the next platform, doing a somersault as she lands*
Storm: HOLY SNAP! DID YOU SEE THAT?!
Jericho: THAT'S MY SISTER! WOOOOO!
Dagger: GREAT JOB RAID!
Zula: See that?!
Gunner: Yeah she can jump. Hooray. She still has a ways to go.
Quark: OH MY GOSH! MY NIECE IS AMAZING! SHE'S BRILLIANT! BETTER THAN...*clears throat* I mean...it's time to ascend the Tower of Power...let's see how your wits are.
Raiden sighs again and starts jumping from ledge to ledge as they go in and out of the wall*
Rivet: Ratchet I can't look...*shuts her eyes*
Ratchet: She's got this...
Jericho: Come on Raid! Just like we practiced!
Kyzil: Don't go fast Raid! Finesse!
She almost slips on a ledge but she manages to get back up.*
Ice Blister roars out in worry as his master struggles to get up*
She reached the final platform and laid an obstacle course*
Ratchet: Wait that wasn't there before!
Quark: Oh yeah! I got an advertisement and it sounded cool!
Rivet: That looks very dangerous!
Quark: It's fine trust me.
Ratchet looks up at Ice Blister who looked down at him. He nodded and Ice Blister flew over to the building overlooking the obstacle course*
Raiden immediately went through the course. She does well but a log trap, malfunctions and falls on her leg and she yelps in pain. Tobi screeches in panic as does Swordtail.*
Storm: RAIDEN!
Gunner: WHAT THE...
Hunter: OH NO!
Zula: RAID!
Ratchet: QUARK WE NEED SOMETHING TO GET US TO HER! WHERE ARE THE CABS!
Quark: THEY'RE ALL OUT OF COMMISSION!
Jericho: *jumps on Mothra* GET ON!
Kyzil jumps on Greenlight.*
Everyone scrambles to get on either Mothra or Greenlight. Ice Blister roars and leaps down and grabs the log in his jaws and throws it. He blocks a few other malfunctioning machine parts with his wing that nearly hits Raiden*
Tobi glides to them with Swordtail and Dagger on her back*
Dagger: Raiden! Ice Blister!
Raiden: Don't come in here! There are booby traps everywhere!
Dagger, Swordtail, and Tobi all go into the course anyway*
Swordtail cuts a few traps with his tail*
Ice Blister freezes a few machines, creating an icy pathway for the group as Tobi goes into her full powered electric form and destroys a few machines*
Dagger grabs Raiden's collar and drags her away from the wreckage as his fellow creatures destroy the rest of the machines before joining him*
Mothra and Greenlight land and everyone races to her. Tobi stands in a defensive position in front of Raiden and screeches, her spines come out as a threat*
Brax: What the...what's wrong with it?!
Elaris: Oh she's probably upset we made her master go through a deadly obstacle course.
Quark: We didn't make her!
Ratchet: Move! Tobi Down!
Tobi moves aside to allow Ratchet and Rivet near Raiden*
Ratchet: Oh no...your leg looks hurt...
Raiden: Yeah...I caught my leg on it...I don't know what happened but it just...malfunctioned...
Rivet: Can you walk?
Raiden: I think so...
Jericho and Kyzil help her up*
Raiden: No one else is going on the course. Not until we figure out what happened.
Cora: Of course not...
Ratchet: Elaris, Talwin...We need an analysis...quark who exactly did you get this from?
Quark: Some salesperson who dropped by last week. Said he was selling them.
Rivet: And you just accepted that offer, no questions asked?
Quantum: He looked genuine...
Rivet: You were in on this too?
Meanwhile, Raiden looks heartbroken for having failed the test*
Quarly: It's ok Raiden. That course was a dutz anyway. Didn't have any real training to it.
Leslie: Yeah. But you sure looked cool while doing it.
Valis: You sure did. You sure were brave too.
Nagina: Imagine the headlines! Raiden, the fastest cadet on the Galactic Ranger course.
Ramsey: That looked like a nasty fall...are you ok...
Raiden: *sighs sadly* Awesome.
Swordtail whimpers and puts his head on Raiden's shoulder*
Jericho: Don't look sad Raiden. You completed the main course.
Kyzil: It was stupid that Quark and Quantum bought an obstacle course that was obviously too dangerous for us.
Dagger: Plus the way it malfunctioned.
Gunner: *crosses his arms* Yeah...but I will admit I was wrong...you sure were something up there.
Hunter: Yeah, I'm sure you're dad messed up a few times too before mastering it. *smiles reassuringly*
Zula: *glares* Not...helping...
Storm: Well...at least you're ok...that's what really matters...
Raiden: I failed...looked like an idiot...struggling beneath a bunch of debris...I probably looked like a weakling...
Gunner: Well...not weak...per say...maybe...silly? No? *Storm, Zula, and Dagger all glare at him* Shutting up now.
Raiden: *sighs* Thanks guys...but...I need to be alone right now...
She gets on Ice Blister and flies off*
Talwin: Raiden! Come back!
Ratchet: Let her go. She looked upset. She just needs time to calm down.
Jericho: Alone?
Rivet: Don't worry son. Ice Blister is with her. He won't let anything happen to her.
Storm looks up, concerned for her sister*
