6 months after the destruction of Mechtavius Destroyer, a new problem has risen when a new group of Bakugan players are sent into New Vestroia via dimensional interferences. Yosuke, along with his new friends, must fight against an alien force that may threathened the existences.

The Battle Brawlers continued fighting the forces of Naga as they compete in the Bakugan Battle Tournament. But then Jay, an aspiring Brawler, met Leonidas, a Bakugan with a mysterious past. Now he and Jay compete in the BBT along with their friends and the Battle Brawlers, especially since a new enemy is also competing there.

After the defeat of Mechtavius Destroyer, peace has returned. With the absence of Dan Kuso and the other brawlers retired, Bakugan City is now in the hands of a new crew of Brawlers, including an old friend from the brawler's past. At the same time, the rise of Cyber Bakugan has surged in popularity, and now a new threat seeps in through the cracks.
