It has been two months and all they can confirm is they are somewhere in the Atlantic ocean Spinelli tried to get satellite images but it is next to impossible when the ship looks like and they only know the Cassadines took them but they can't connect Valentin and the rest of the Cassadine are dead. Danny was well cared for but missed his mom and so did Cam. They looked into Elizabeth's past which was alarming or stuck out. Sooner or later they will catch a break because they can't stay at sea forever they have to dock sooner or later and based on the path they can tell it will be one of three places so they have people and Spinelli has had an alert for imaging for anyone suspicious or familiar. His computer beeps and he zooms in and believes this is their best lead. " I just received an alert and I see two suspicious figures that are familiar. I am sending the images now encrypted and you can coordinate." He says. They are working with Anna Devane and Robert since they are familiar with the Cassadines. They are the closest to this port and they are their best shot.
Port Racine, France
She had an idea of how long it had been because Jason had kept track. They only let them out of the rooms twice a week and only let them out at night. They were able to spend family time with Jake every other day. But they spoke throughout the day on the days he was alone. She was only able to keep her sanity because she had a view but they had privacy. They would restock the fridge when they were out and they would feed them meals which sometimes they ate but she was wary of the food but had no choice. She has not seen Shiloh since he left and she has no clue who his partner or partners are. Neither does Jason. So far he has not forced the issue about talking about their future and she can feel the difference in her body She is pretty sure when they gave her a smoothie for breakfast every morning it had prenatal vitamins mixed in. She is certain that all of this is about control and they played with their lives because now she is pregnant and scared. She cannot lose another child so she will do whatever is necessary to ensure its safety even if that means breaking Franco's heart.
" We have eyes and confirmation. We have thermal images and we confirm that there is a child on board and we have little movement from two adult images. When I gave the signal we moved. Are we clear?" Robery says. The men nod and so does Anna. Their boat docked only an hour ago and it is near midnight. He gives the signal and they move and after that, they move quickly and efficiently their men are considered armed and highly dangerous giving the kill order. Jason whispers " I hear gunfire. I think we are either being attacked or rescued. Go in the bathroom and I am going to contact Jake stay here until I get back"
" Jake it's Dad I need you to hide until I get you or your mom," Jason says. " Ok Dad I am going," he says. Jason hides behind the door ready for action and to protect his family. The door opens slowly and they say "We are here to rescue you, Jason. It is me, Anna." Jason sighs in relief. " Did you get my son?" Jason says. "He won't come out of the bathroom until he speaks to his parents." She says. ", Ok I am getting his mother and we can go." He says. Anna hands him a gun and he takes it. " Elizabeth, it's me, we are safe. We need to get Jake. He is safe." He says.
" Jake sweetie it is Mom and Dad come out, please. We are safe." She says and he opens the door and he runs to his parents. " Hold onto your Mom's hand and if you hear anything loud you do as I say alright," Jason says. " Ok, Dad. Time to go home." Jake says. " Yes sweetie, time to go home." She says. They are transported to a WSB facility to have tests run and for questioning. They are as vague as possible without frustrating them. They only know she was kidnapped by Shiloh since she has a feeling they already knew that and he has a partner but that is all. They don't mention that Carolyn is probably dead since they have no confirmation or how she is related until she has true confirmation and the only way to prove it is to either test to get a sample from Alexis or any of her family members. Until then they were moved to a safe house somewhere off the books in Belgium until they could return to Port Charles safely. They were advised not to contact family if the lines were tapped.
" Mom, Can I sleep in your bed?" Jake asks nervously. She opens her comforter and he snuggles with her. She rubs his back and kisses his hair. " I love you Jake and you can always come to me or your Dad no matter what." She says. " I know I love you too." He says. Jason comes in after patrolling the place, even though it is well-guarded. He sees his son sleeping and Elizabeth looks up at him and gives him a small smile. Jason approaches the bed and rubs his son's cheek and he snuggles further into his mom. She pats the other side. He removes his boots and goes to change his clothes. He gets settled and envelopes them both. He kisses her forehead. She sighs and she falls asleep while holding their son. To him this is peace, something he is rarely afforded, and he will lie, cheat, steal,l and kill to keep it. He is not a good man but feels happy that she chose to give him this even if it is temporary but he hopes it is forever.
