The team journey North to Mount Krystallos. The group struggle up a mountain and Ice Blister dives and starts to play in the snow. Swordtail throws a snowball at him and screeches in excitement.*
Ramsey: How can they be so happy? it's cold up here.
Raiden: Ice Blister is an ice dragon. He thrives up here.
Ray: He's half Ice dragon. That's how he can thrive on Veldin as well.
Raiden: I guess we can stop for a break.
Kyzil: A break? Mom and Dad are in trouble and you guys want to stop for a break?!
Raiden: Dad always says, you work better with a calmer mind.
Jericho: It's true. How do you think he built all those inventions with us around?
Hunter: I guess we could have a bit of fun. I mean when's the last time we saw snow?
Kyzil: Alright...
Gunner: *smirks at Hunter* Hey...let's see how hard these snowballs are.
Gunner scoops up a snowball and throws it at Hunter.*
Hunter: You're going to pay for that!
A snowball fight ensues*
Storm: I'm going to get you!
Zula: Sister power!
Ramsey: OW! Watch it!
Nagina: For the Rangers!
Devilhorn pounces on Poisondog and Snake play fights with Supernova*
Valis: Hi...yah!
Leslie: You'll pay for that Raccoon Boy!
Jericho and Raiden make snow angels while Kyzil watches sadly. Petting Greenlight.*
Raiden: Hey guys! I'm going to find a safer path up the mountain. I'll be back.
Jericho: Ok hurry back!
Raiden and Dagger, walk around the mountain for a while and hear growling coming from a ledge.*
Dagger: What's that?
Raiden looks around and sees sparks coming off a mountain*
Raiden: Tobi?
Suddenly a large Zinogre leaps in front of them and growls, sparks fly off his fur and he glares at them*
Dagger: *growls and pulls out a knife from his utility belt around his waist*
Raiden: *holds out her hand and looks at it with a gentle look* Woah...woah...easy...easy...calm down...
The Zinogre roars and stomps at her*
Tobi chirps and raises her head to the source of the roar and immediately takes off*
Kyzil: Tobi? Tobi! Heel!
Swordtail races after Tobi*
Raiden: *standing her ground* Easy...We are not going to hurt you...
The zinogre approaches slowly and Dagger glares at it and his claws attract*
Raiden: Slow...slow...down...easy...good...
The zinogres eyes narrow and it comes closer, locking eyes with Raiden as she comes closer to him*
Tobi scrambles up the mountain side and grabs a hold of a ledge, snarling*
The Zinogre comes close to Raiden and she nearly touches it's head*
Tobi screeches and leaps onto the zinogre's face and starts biting it's neck*
Raiden: Tobi! Stop! Down girl! Down!
Tobi bites the Zinogre's head and he roars in pain as she scratches his shoulder*
Dagger puts his knife away and gasps*
Dagger: Tobi!
A large lunagaron tackles Tobi to the ground and Tobi smacks it in the face.*
Jericho and Kyzil appear on the ledge and gasp*
Jericho: What the...
Gunner: Awesome.
*Swordtail, Devilhorn, and Poisondog roar together in union before jumping down and attacking the Lunagaron. The Zinogre grabs Devilhorn's tail amd whips away and the Lunagaron does the same with Posiondog, Snake and Supernova roar in anger from above and prepares to attack but Greenlight dives and grabs the Lunagaron by it's throat and lifts him up but the Zinrogre grabs his talon and throws him to the ground. Ice Blister appear and roars overhead, startling the two. He dives and attacks the Zinogre. Mothra spots a Kushla Doara and eye each other curiously*
*The others jump down and try to help but the two larger monsters are too much*
Faston: Hey! Hey! Hey! What's going on here?! *Jumps down and runs to the Zinogre*
*Tobi runs in front of Raiden and roars, showing off her spines*
Jericho: Who is that? *sees Faston trying to calm the Zinogre*
Raiden: Umm...excuse me...who are you?
Faston: Hmm? Oh...*turns around* hello there...I'm Faston...Faston Azimuth...who are you? And where did you get those animals?
Raiden: I'm Raiden. We got these creatures when we were young...our birthday actually.
Faston: Hey! Me too! My mom loves these things *The dog-like lombax pets his Zinogre* This is Thunderwolf. He's very friendly.
Kyzil: Friendly? He almost killed our Tobi Kadachi.
Raiden: Well...she did attack him...
Dagger: To protect you...
Jericho: Clearly we got off on the wrong foot here. I'm Jericho. This is my brother Kyzil. Our half-sisters, Storm and Zula. Their half-brothers, Hunter and Gunner. And our friends; Leslie, Valis, Nagina, Ramsey, Quarly, Jay, and Seri. Our robots, Gamma and Ray, And our animal companions; Dagger, Ice Blister, Tobi, Swordtail, Mothra, Devilhorn, Snake, Greenlight, Supernova, and Posiondog.
Faston: Wow! So many of you! I've never had a large group of friends before. I see you guys already met Moonfang over here. *looks at the Kushla Daora* And that is Windshield.
Quarly: You named your dragon Windshield?
Faston: Well...she's not my dragon. Come on. I'm sure my mom and dad can help you guys out.
*He leads the group up the mountain*
Kyzil: Can we trust him?
Raiden: I don't know but he is our best way up the mountain...if there's danger we'll bolt out.
