The Rogers Centre in Toronto, Canada was electrified. A sold-out crowd of 55,000 passionate WWE fans filled the air with excitement and anticipation as Elimination Chamber 2025 reached its climactic end. The main event had just concluded, and history had already been made.

John Cena was going to WrestleMania 41.

In a brutal, career-shortening match inside the steel structure, Cena had emerged victorious over CM Punk in the Chamber's final moments. But not without controversy. Earlier in the match, Punk had eliminated Seth Rollins after a hard-fought battle. But Rollins, furious and unwilling to accept defeat, had delivered a Curb Stomp to Punk before exiting the chamber. Cena, the opportunist that he was, had capitalized on the situation. He locked an unconscious Punk in the STF, forcing the referee to call for the bell as Punk lay motionless.

Cena, bruised, but victorious, raised his arms, knowing he was heading to WrestleMania to challenge Cody Rhodes for the WWE Undisputed Championship. The Toronto crowd gave a mixed reaction—some cheered, but others sensed something off.

Little did they know…they were moments away from witnessing a WWE betrayal that would shake the industry to its core.

As Cena recovered from the Chamber war, the lights in the stadium dimmed, and the crowd's cheers turned into a stunned silence.

"IF YOU SMEEEEEEEELLLLLL—WHAT THE ROCK—IS COOKIN'!"

The arena exploded as The Rock marched down to the ring, his sunglasses glistening under the bright lights. "The Final Boss" had arrived. But he wasn't alone.

Beside him, walking with a slow, confident swagger, was a man no one expected in a WWE ring—multi-platinum artist Travis Scott.

The Rock and Scott entered the ring, microphones in hand. The energy in the air was palpable as the crowd roared with excitement, trying to process why these two were standing side by side.

Rock circled the ring, scanning the crowd before finally bringing the mic to his lips.

The Rock: "Ladies and gentlemen, what a beautiful night it is to stand in this ring, to breathe in the energy of the millions—AND MILLIONS—of The Rock's fans! But tonight, I'm not here to give you the same old speech. Oh no, no, no. Tonight, I am here…to offer an opportunity of a lifetime."

The Rock turned his attention to the entrance ramp.

The Rock: "Cody Rhodes—get your ass out here."

The fans erupted as "Kingdom" hit the speakers, and Cody Rhodes, the reigning Undisputed WWE Champion, made his way down the ramp, championship draped over his shoulder. The crowd chanted "CODY! CODY! CODY!" as he stepped into the ring, standing opposite The Rock, Travis Scott, and a seated John Cena, still recovering.

Cody looked skeptical as he held his mic.

Cody Rhodes: "Rock, I don't know what you're selling, but I already know—I ain't buying."

The Rock smirked.

The Rock: "Cody, don't be stupid. You're standing here with a championship on your shoulder, the same championship that I made famous. You see, all those years I spent paving the way for guys like you? It wasn't for you to be the 'American Nightmare'—it was for you to be The Rock's champion."

Cody's eyes narrowed.

The Rock: "You, Cody, you've got a choice. You can stay on this path, keep pretending you're the hero these people need, or…"

The Rock stepped closer, staring into Cody's eyes.

The Rock: "…You can sell your soul. You can make the right choice. You can become MY People's Champion."

The crowd buzzed, murmurs of confusion rippling through the audience.

Cody scoffed.

Cody Rhodes: "Your Champion? No, Rock. You got it all wrong. I was NEVER your Champion!" Then he pointed at the sold-out crowd and stated with passion, "I was always their People's Champion! So screw you!"

The Rock smirked and motioned toward John Cena.

The Rock: "You see, Cody, we've been planning this for a long time. The pieces have been falling into place. And now…tonight…we take what's ours."

Cody glanced at Cena, confused. Cena was staring at the mat, seemingly deep in thought.

Cody Rhodes: "I don't need your help, Rock. I earned this. This title, this moment—I fought for this. I didn't take shortcuts, I didn't sell out. And if you think I'm gonna bend the knee to you, you're out of your damn mind."

The Rock's smirk disappeared. He adjusted his sunglasses and looked at Cena.

The Rock: "Guess that answers that. John…you know what to do."

Cena looked up, looking Cody in the eyes. The two men—former rivals, soon-to-be WrestleMania opponents—stared each other down. Cena's expression was unreadable.

Then…Cena hugged Cody.

The crowd gasped.

The Rock shook his head in disappointment.

Then—LOW BLOW!

Cody dropped to his knees, his face twisted in shock and agony.

The arena ERUPTED in boos. Cena's face turned cold, his usual bright-eyed demeanor replaced with a chilling glare. The Rock and Travis Scott grinned.

The fans couldn't believe it. John Cena—WWE's ultimate hero for over two decades—had just turned his back on the WWE Universe.

The boos rained down as Cena stood over a fallen Cody Rhodes.

Then it got worse.

Travis Scott slid a chair into the ring. The Rock picked it up and slammed it across Cody's skull. Blood began to trickle down Cody's forehead.

Cena then removed his "Never Give Up" armband and threw it onto Cody's fallen body. He grabbed the mic.

John Cena: "The time for never giving up…is over."

The Rock leaned in over Cody, his voice dripping with venom.

The Rock: "At WrestleMania, you're not just losing your title, Cody…you're losing everything."

As the WWE logo flashed on the screen, the world knew—

The C-Nation had just taken over.
