As Carnavont, his team, and Loona walked out to see the perspective clients, they were met with a well dressed and rather intimidating shark demon along with two just as tough looking bodyguards and two somewhat smaller female demons, one another shark and the other...a jelly fish. Upon seeing them Xera and Havoc immediately made themselves look far more professional in demeanor, Destra and Zever doing so a bit more naturally and quickly. Loona, not wanting to look like the odd one out, did what she could to not hinder their look, they could all tell that the clients were mafia.

"Ah, salve signore, what can HOUND do for you today?" Carnavont asked as he approached what was obviously the boss, bowing to show respect and going through the customary greeting and nonverbal offering of kissing the gangster's hand, to which the mob boss allowed.

"It's good that you know to show proper respect and custom, not many of your kind know how to." The mob boss commented, though whether he meant hellhounds or just the type of business people like HOUND was unclear. "Your advertisements so far seem to be truthful."

"We at HOUND always pride ourselves at providing the most professional and respectful of experiences, along with complete satisfaction of services, signore." Carnavont replied, keeping a respectful demeanor. "How might we be of service to an esteemed businessman as yourself?"

The mob boss nodded slightly. "Straight to business, good. I grow tired of those who go on with needless platitudes. But first, introductions. I am Azure and these are my two daughters, persephinelle and Shariza." He said as he motioned to the female shark and jelly fish respectively. "The job I have for you is thus; you say you provide bodyguard services, I require that service for my daughters. I have some business meetings to attend to and they wish to have a day on the town. Ordinarily I'd let my men guard them, but I require them elsewhere. So, I am procuring your services to keep them safe." The Azure explained.

Carnavont nodded. "We do indeed provide protection services, rest assured your daughters will be safe with us."

"Eccelente. Do a good enough job and you will be paid well. But if ANY harm comes to my daughters…" Azure's demeanor went threateningly dark. "I will make examples out of you and your entire team, capiche?"

"Perfettamente." Carnavont replied.

Azure ever so slightly smiled. "Bene. I shall be leaving them with you then. I will also be providing you with two cars as a means to get around. I saw your van, my daughters will not be stuck in some common vehicle."

"Of course, Grazie."Carnavont said with a bow.

"When the day is done you shall return my girls to my estate." Azure instrcted. "And as I said, do well and keep them from harm and I shall pay you well, even let you keep the cars."

Carnavont bowed once more. "Of course, and thank you for your generosity."

"See to it that I do not regret choosing HOUND. Now then, I'll be off." Azure said as he turned to leave. "Venire." He said to his bodyguards as they fell in behind him.

When the Azure left with his bodyguards, Carnavont looked to the two girls who just looked at him and the others somewhat incredulously. "So, where shall we be heading to first ladies?"

"Mint City, there's some nice stuff there we want to check out." Shariza replied.

"We'd go somewhere here in Pride but we'd rather not be around the pride sinners...they are the most annoying out of all of them...though those of envy and greed can be equally so." Persephinelle commented with some disgust. "Plus Mint City often legitimately imports what stuff from Pride, as well as some actually good original stuff, so it just makes it an easier choice."

"After that we're thinking of doing some shopping in Lust, we also have reservations at Ozzie's, and that should be it." Persephinelle concluded, they were about as all business as their father.

"I see, and where is your father's estate located?" Carnavont inquired.

"In the Envy ring." Shariza replied.

Carnavont nodded. "Well that makes things fairly simple, just give me and my team a moment to prep and we'll be out of here in no time."

"Whatever..." Persephinelle commented. "Your kind better be worth it."

"I assure you, you can have no finer demon to protect you than a hellhound, especially ones given a proper chance to flourish and given respect." Carnavont said in a surprisingly friendly yet business like voice. "Now then, time to gear up HOUND."

"Sir!" The others said in unison as they followed him to the armory, Loona following behind them.

"Well, aren't they charming…bitches." Xera muttered as she went through the gun racks, settling on a pair of handguns and a few other kinds of guns she packed in a bag, including a shotgun.

"Just have to put up with it." Zever said simply as he picked out his own handgun, some knives, and a sword for good measure.

"I dunno, they're kinda hot." Havoc commented. "Got nothing on my girls tho, they're the best. Least I'll get to see em at Ozzie's."

"Really, they work at Ozzie's?" Destra asked with slight skepticism as she picked out a rifle that had a long range adjustable function and two side arms, sticking close to Xera.

"Yeah, ran into em while visiting there one day, hit it off well. Started hanging out regularly then got in good with one of the waitresses, she helps me see them while they perform by making sure I get a good booking for a seat." Havoc explained as he picked out some of his own weapons, as well as some grenades and a grenade launcher for good measure.

"We'll believe it when we see it." Zever commented. "Also, if you've seen them somewhat regularly, why not mention them by name instead of making it sound like you just ran into them?"

"Want it to be a surprise." Havoc grinned.

"Uh huh…" Zever remarked, his doubt clear in his voice.

Havoc grinned more. "You'll see."

"These girls we're guarding are still bitches though." Xera murmured.

"Stow the comments you guys." Carnavont ordered as he looked at his team.

"How are you not just as irritated boss? Especially with your trying to improve our status." Xera commented.

"They're clients, and shall be shown proper respect. Plus we're not going to change minds by murmuring behind backs, but through actions. We're professionals, not common thugs.' Carnavont explained. "Plus, do you really want to possibly piss off the mafia?"

"No sir." Xera admitted.

"Good." Carnavont said before looking at Loona, "Sorry this might be a bit boring, was hoping we'd have a kill job for you to have some fun or go to Earth. But, looks like it's guard duty, and an all day one as usual. Any particular weapons you might want?"

Loona smiled slightly, "I...don't really mind, was just on Earth anyway. Besides, IMP doesn't really do security detail. We did do it one time for Blitz's fuck daddy, but generally Blitz just wants to kill for money. Doing an easy job like this would be nice." she assured as she looked at the racks of weapons. She combed over them before grabbing a revolver and an assault rifle, as well as one an additional side arm. "I think these will do."

"Alright." Carnavont smiled. "I'd ask if you want a uniform but…"

"Fuck Blitz, if I'm going to help you guys out I want to look the part." Loona asserted. "Besides, seeing his face would be priceless." She grinned.

"Ha!" Xera snorted, "Oh, I like her." She said with a mischievous toothy grin.

"In that case, you can have one of my spares." Destra offered. "We're about the same size so it should work."

"Handing your clothes out to the boss' girlfriend Desy? If I were the full on jealous type I'd think you were trying to seduce her." Xera teased.

"Says the one full on checking her out." Destra smirked.

"Boss has good taste." Xera grinned.

"Oh, definitely." Destra chuckled as she got one of her spare uniforms, handing it to a slightly blushing Loona.

"Thanks." Loona said before quickly heading to a side changing room, returning shortly in the uniform.

Xera whistled, "Lookin good."

"I'll say." Havoc smirked, only to stop smirking as Carnavont glanced at him.

"It does look good on you though." Carnavont said with a smile.

Loona couldn't help blushing a bit. "Thanks…"

Carnavont looked at the others. "Alright HOUND, let's head out."

"Right!" The others complied as they and Loona followed Carnavont out back to the reception area, looking ready to go.

"Typhus, this is very likely going to take the whole day like some of the others, so feel free to just have the rest of the day off and do what you want." Carnavont told Typhus as he looked at the hellhound.

"Thank you sir, I'll make sure to lock up when I leave." Typhus smiled.

"Alright, ladies, if you'll follow us." Carnavont instructed the two fish demons who simply nodded, though still looking somewhat incredulous as they fell in line with Carnavont and his team, following them down to the ground floor and out to where the cars the girls father had given were. "Ok, so this is how we're going to go about this. Me, Loona, and Xera will be in one car with Persephinelle. Zever; you, Destra, and Havoc will be in the other with Shariza."

"Sir." his team complied.

"Not bad, pretty smart for a hound." Shariza commented. "But how are you guys going to keep in touch? I don't see any hand radios or other communication devices."

Carnavont smirked. "I've got something better, Destra…"

"Sir." Destra responded as she began to quickly cast a spell, linking the team's minds, something that Loona was both surprised, and highly impressed by, HOUND truly was showing how much better they were at this kind of business compared to Blitz.

"I find this far better and more secure than using anything that can be hacked, stolen, or spied on." Carnavont commented as he tapped the side of his head. "No one ever expects it, and can't counter it unless they know to look for it." he added.

Shariza and Persephinelle smirked, "Clever, didn't expect you hellhounds to know such spells." Shariza spoke up. "Perhaps you're actually as useful as you claim. And to know the proper way to greet...were you a foot soldier? Enforcer perhaps?"

"I was in a gang for a bit, nothing to the level of your dad's organization, but we did do odd jobs for individuals like him. So I picked up on the customary routine quickly and threw in learning the lingo for added measure...to show more respect." Carnavont explained. "Havoc and Xera here were in a similar situation." he added as he motioned towards the other hellhounds.

The daughters nodded. "At least you all know the way of things then." Shariza commented.

"Now then, we best be going if we're to go everywhere you want." Carnavont suggested.

The daughters nodded, splitting off to the groups that Carnavont suggested. Persephinelle joining Carnavont, Xera, and Loona in the lead car and Sharize joining Zever, Destra, and Havoc in the other with Carnavont and Zever driving their respective cars. The group proceeded to make their way through pride to the inter-ring elevator system and to the elevators meant for ground vehicles, taking the one that went straight to Greed. They made sure to always be in close proximity to each other, even going out of their way to make sure that their wasn't any separation happening to them due to other vehicles. Loona could hardly believe the coordination and professionalism on display, it was a whole different world compared to IMP. Sure they did fairly well when escorting Stolas that one time, but Moxxie was still a nervous basket case and she was sure if it hadn't been Stolas, Blitz wouldn't have cared much for road safety.

They made their way out of the elevator, driving through Greed until they had reached Mint city. It was about as expected for a place like greed, but like Pentagram City and Loo Loo land's immediate surrounding area, it looked a fair bit nicer than other locations. Where a lot of the cities in Greed had some form of obvious or heavy mob presence, Mint City looked far more legitimate...if still a monument to shameless corporate and capitalistic greed. It didn't take long for the daughters to pick out their first store, Carnavont and Zever pulling over and parking their cars and letting them out.

"I'm going to assume you don't want all of us following you around. So, I propose a compromise to preemptively avoid a lot of headaches. Me, Havoc, and Zever will watch the outside and the cars. But Loona, Destra, and Xera have to go with you. They won't stick to you like glue, but will stick close enough to make sure nothing happens, deal?" Carnavont offered. "Just think of it as a girl's day on the town."

Sharize and Persephinelle arched a brow as they looked at him, "No tricks or catch?" Persephinelle asked.

"None." Carnavont replied. "They'll keep a reasonable distance unless you want them to be closer to you. While it is preferable we'd stick as close to you as possible, I really don't want to deal with the headache of arguing with you or the possibility of you two ditching us to do whatever and then having to chase you. I prefer we just go ahead and hash out an understanding and agreed upon arrangement. I'm going to assume you two are smart enough to know a good deal and not do anything stupid, so I'm going to extend you the courtesy of not treating you like infants so long as you are willing to work with us."

The two blinked, clearly not accustomed to not being babied, or being talked to like they were of some authority. "Huh...OK then." Shariza said.

"Yeah, fine, it's agreeable." Persephinelle agreed.

Carnavont nodded, a slight smirk forming. "Good."

Persephinelle and her sister, along with Loona and the other girls, proceeded to head into the Store as Carnavont stuck with the car, Zever keeping an eye on the entrance as Havoc made his way to keep an eye on the back. The girls went about looking at various clothing and jewelry, Loona, Destra, and Xera making sure to stay just far enough away to not be that noticeable as agreed upon. Loona, for her part, tried to do the best she could, but she wasn't really used to doing something like this, keeping an eye on someone for protection without being obvious about it. For the most part she just made it look like she was looking at things herself with the idle glancing over at the girls, taking her cues mostly from Xera and Destra.

Things seemed to go relatively smooth, with Xera and Destra helping her and there being no one really seeming to pay much mind to either Shariza or Persephinelle, the daughters of Azure were free to shop as they pleased. Despite their ambivalence towards their hired bodyguards, both Shariza and Persephinelle did appreciate that they weren't being obviously observed by hawks like their father's men tended to do. Despite seemingly paying them no mind whatsoever, they stayed keenly aware Destra and the other female hellhounds keeping watch of them. That they by no means were bothering them or asking them if things were alright or checking on them, they were just letting them be...them, like normal girls and not daughters of a crime boss.

They weren't half-assing it it either, both could tell, years of experience and grooming made them acutely aware and able to tell when someone was not putting in effort. And that, that was something they definitely took note of and found somewhat refreshing, having grown quite tired of the typical treatment. Eventually, Shariza made her way over to Destra. "So...what do you think?" She asked as she held up some jewelry.

Destra looked at her, then the jewelry, then back to her. "They seem nice and fitting, but it really just depends on the overall look you want to go for with your jewelry. What exactly want to say with what you wear?"

"...I see." the jellyfish demon said. "Perhaps you could help me find something that helps me stand out just a bit more and still look like I'm not trying to? My kind don't really need clothes which sucks as there's not really a lot of variety in our looks."

Destra smiled slightly. "Of course." She replied, following Shariza to help her out.

Not long after, the group made their way out of the store, carrying some bags, all of which were for Shariza and Persephinelle. So far there seemed to be no trouble, there had been a moment where someone got a bit close to Persephinelle, but it proved to be nothing to worry about. Carnavont, Havoc, and Zever had nothing happen on their end. For Zever and Havoc they had made sure that there was no one lying in wait or any suspicious things in surrounding buildings. When they loaded the cars they set out to somewhere else.

The following stops on the shopping trip went about the same, it was almost boringly routine, even if they didn't mind overall. They'd park, Havoc and Zever alternating with Carnavont with who would watch what, as Desta along with Xera and Loona went with Persephinelle and Shariza into a store. For as crime and corporate driven as the Greed ring could be, this seemed to be almost normal...almost. There were still sketchy characters here and there, and the prices were more than they likely should be, but overall Mint city was...pleasant enough compared to more crime and mob infested cities.

Shariza and Persephinelle started including Destra, along with Xera and Loona, in their shopping. Not being too friendly, but friendly enough to not mind them being closer here and there. When Persephinelle and Shariza had had their fill of Greed, the two said they were ready to head to Lust when they got back from another store. As they drove towards the elevator system, there was the odd occurrence of some cars seemingly keeping track of them that Carnavont and his team noted, but then they headed off in another direction when they got closer to the elevators just as Carnavont and his team were subtly preparing for a potential problem, though they did take note of it.

When they arrived at the Lust ring, Shariza and Pershinelle visited a few more stores, one of which was a bit more...interesting than the others. When the two had found out during idle talk that both Destra and Xera hailed from Lust, they involved them more in picking out stores and what would be a good buy, relying on their native expertise. When they had their fill and placed what delivery orders they wanted to their house, they returned to to the cars, idly talking to Destra and Xera to know more about the Lust ring before letting Carnavont and Zever know it was time to head to Ozzie's.

"Looks like we'll get to see these girls of yours, not too late to come clean and say you're all talk." Xera somewhat teasingly commented over the telepathic link.

"Heh, please, I'm just waiting to see the look on you guys' faces." Havoc said cockily.

"Twenty bucks says they're just some waitresses he's friends with and didn't even take home, and that he's full of shit about visiting often." Zever commented

"Deal." The others agreed, though Havoc wasn't bothered by it.

When they arrived at Ozzie's they parked the cars, getting out and heading to the typically packed entrance. It was rather impressive to Destra and Xera that the two girls were able to get reservations to the club, it was widely known to be Asmodeus' pride and joy, a crowning symbol of his rule over the ring. Nothing was off limits in lust, if it was a way to get your rocks off, then it was welcomed. Sure there was still some semblance of order to things, but beneath the orderly and self-control facade lust was still king, it didn't matter for what. Ozzie's, while often doing couples nights where only those in a loose or somewhat serious relationship were allowed, it was still an establishment to lust, and all who celebrated it were welcomed.

"So...how did you two manage to get reservations?" Destra asked.

"Part of our dad's...more reputable business is supplying things here and there. He often gets Ozzie's some of the nicer drinks for a relatively good price and for access to reservations when wanted." Shariza explained.

"Ah." Destra remarked.

As they got to the entrance, a male imp with wings stopped them. "Do you have a reservation?"

"We do, under Azure." Persephinelle responded.

The imp looked at his list before looking at the two and their escorts, "Oh, yes. You're free to enter." He said as he lifted the rope divider and letting them through, looking at Havoc as the hellhound briefly stopped next to him. "Havoc…" he commented with...not quite annoyance, but more of an indifferent familiarity.

"Jesse." Havoc acknowledged with a smug smirk. "Tilly working?"

Jesse sighed slightly. "She is, I'll let her know…"

"Thanks." Havoc grinned.

Jesse rolled his eyes. "Whatever…"

The group made their way into the main area of Ozzie's, Carnavont along with Loona and Zever taking note of how...fancy the place looked despite being in Lust. It was merely seconds before they were shown to a table, which were a few put together to accommodate everyone, apparently quite familiar with Azure or his daughters having quite the detail with them. It was just as short a time when a female imp showed up with a professional yet friendly smile wearing the typical waitress attire that accentuated her curvy and properly endowed features. Though she wasn't overly skinny or properly Lust born like in her look. She had some meat to her, with a facial structure more like those in Wrath while still being fit. Her hair was thick and voluminous, covering one eye, with the other clearly visible and properly adorned with make up.

"Welcome to Ozzie's, how can I start you off?" Tilly asked.

"Some wine, red." Persephinelle responded.

"Same, and whatever our bodyguards want will go on our father's tab." Shariza added.

"Of course." Tilly said as she started looking at Carnavont.

"We're on the job so...water." The crimson hellhound said.

"You sure?" Shariza asked. "We just said it's on our father's tab. One glass won't hurt."

"Yeah, you've done adequately enough." Persephinelle added. "One glass, we insist. Or do you want us to tell our father you were rude?" she smirked.

"...Fine. And a glass of wine." Carnavont added.

"Same." each would echo. Including Loona, who was quite looking forward to tasting something that wasn't cheap tasting.

"Hey Tilly...they working today?" Havoc asked.

Tilly nodded, "They are, but aren't you on the job Havoc?" she asked, causing Xera, Destra, and Zever to now look at Havoc.

"Yeah, but I wanted to introduce everyone to em. See their faces and all." Havoc grinned.

Tilly chuckled slightly. "Didn't share about them all for a laugh eh?"

"Yup." Havoc grinned wider.

Tilly shook her head as she chuckled once more. "I'll let them know you're here and have two extra chairs brought. But if you get in trouble, you asked for it."

"Don't I always?" Havoc smirked.

Tilly chuckled again. "I suppose so." She commented before heading off.

Now Carnavont was looking at Havoc, he and the others arching a brow as Havoc moved his seat to where there was space on either side. "Well shit..." Xera said ever so slightly less confidently. "It still might be a trick or something he set up well in advance if we ever came here as a group."

"Might be...but that's a bit too crafty for him." Zever commented.

Havoc just grinned as two chairs were brought and placed either side of him, it wasn't long until two candlehead demons flew down from the suspended cages and sat down next to him on either side. One had a prominent goat-like body and the other...draconic or reptilian, it was hard to tell, though her thin head was similarly goat-like. The goat candlehead that sat on his left was nicely curvy, with her thighs being the most defined and filled out, her fur and eyes hues of purple. The other girl was thin, quite thin, with some more mild curves and a long tail that had a...serpent like head with eyes and it's own tongue. Her skin was pinkish, with some yellow on the scales and her eyes, tealish blue adorning her claws, stripes of her tail, whole neck, wings, goat beard, and the eyes of her tail.

"Guys, meet Lavender and Paradise." Havoc said proudly with a wide grin as he placed an arm around each, head pointing to the one on his left then the one on his right as he said their names, the two each placing a hand on his chest.

"Hello there, it's nice to finally meet Havoc's friends, he's told us a lot about you." Paradise said with a smile.

"Yes, we were beginning to think he'd never bring you by." Lavender added. "Though bringing them while on the job? Won't you get in trouble?"

"Nah, we were already coming here because the girls we're guarding had reservations. So I figured what the hell, no better time." Havoc said, still grinning, the others now just staring in slight disbelief.

"Well..double shit…" Xera said. "They're even hot too…"

"What did he pay you?" Zever asked

"Nothing." Paradise replied. "Havy here has not roped us into anything."

"….What?" Zever said out loud, now growing more shocked, having been so accustomed to what he assumed to have been baseless bragging to look cool.

"It's true." Lavender asserted. "We were walking home one night with Tilly when some creeps that were at the club earlier showed up that didn't take no for an answer. We tried our best to either beat their asses or flee, but they brought friends that jumped us. Tilly tried, got a few good punches in on them, even tool some down, but we were too out numbered."

"That's when Havy here showed up. Shot one of the bastards immediately before saying anything and like the stud he is helped us out with the others." Paradise said as she smiled. "After they were dealt with he made sure we got home. From there he just started showing up to check in and as thanks Tilly helped him get in. And then recently we just kinda...cemented being a thing."

"Heh, and I'd do it again for you two, no other gals quite like ya." Havoc commented.

"Aww." The two exclaimed before kissing his cheek.

"Ho-ly shit." Xera said as her jaw dropped as Zever looked completely stunned despite still staying as professional as he could while Destra just seemed to handle it rather well. "Well...congrats man, sorry for doubting ya."

"No biggie, though I do believe you all said you bet twenty bucks I didn't have anyone." Havoc brought up.

"...shit." Zever muttered.

"What you get for doubting me." Havoc commented looking smug as the others slid him twenty dollars each.

As they were doing that, Loona blinked, looking at her phone after a text notification. Fearing it might be Blitz needing her, she hesitantly looked at it, sighing before looking at Carnavont. "Hey Carnavont..."

"Yeah?" The crimson hellhound asked.

"Just got a text from Blitz, looks like they'll be staying over for their job involving Moxxie's dad over in Greed." She said before looking at him somewhat hopefully. "So...maybe I could...I dunno…if you don't think it'd be too soon or anything…" she blushed. "I mean, not like I have a real reason to go back to my place tonight…"

Carnavont blushed. "I suppose it wouldn't hurt…"

"Hell yeah!" Xera grinned.

"Who's Blitz and Moxxie?" Shariza asked. "I don't recall seeing more members of HOUND…"

"Blitz is...Loona's adoptive father. He uh...he runs a separate business called IMP, Immediate Murder Professionals." Carnavont explained.

"Sounds like a similar business...if so, why is she with HOUND?" Persephinelle inquired.

"She isn't, we're...dating." Carnavont replied. "She had the day off and wanted to meet my team and help out. See what we're like, in case she ever needs or chooses to switch."

"Isn't that a conflict of interest though?" Shariza asked.

"Yes...but we're working it out…" Carnavont replied.

The two shrugged, letting that be the end of it. When they had all ordered, gotten, and eaten their meal, enjoying the show that was put on as well, they proceeded to leave. Havoc saying farewell to Lavender and Paradise and that he'd see them soon and giving each a kiss. As they made their way out, a pair of Succubi and an incubus walked by, the two glancing at Xera and Destra. "Wasn't that the wannabes that thought they could out do us succubi?" The incubus commented.

"Think so, thought they moved out. Guess they still think they still have a chance." One of the succubi Scoffed.

"Or maybe they just gave up, see their uniforms? Must've realized they couldn't really match up." The other mused.

"Yeah, guess they finally got a clue, doesn't matter if you're twins or not, freaks." The first succubus said before all three laughed.

Loona blinked at what she heard, although she noticed Destra and Xera seemed not to care, she swore she heard Xera calling them bitch as softly as she could. It just made her all the more curious about what she had a feeling of. As they got to the cars and got in, she glanced at Xera. "Hey...I've been wondering, are you and Destra…"

"You heard the succubitches?" Xera asked.

"Yeah…" Loona answered. "That and you do have similar scents…"

"Yeah, we're sisters, not exactly twins though." Xera said blatantly, much to Loona's surprise. "Before you ask, it wasn't exactly because we had a thing for each other from the start or because we're native to Lust." She explained. "While sure that can and does play a part to a degree in certain situations, beings of lust have different standards and things they're into much like any other creature, though we are often far more open to specific things."

Loona blinked as she listened to Destra, she really hadn't had too much experience with demons native to other rings, but she knew enough. And while she had mainly been stuck in Gluttony most of her life until Blitz adopted her, she was still stuck in one building with no real access to the outside world. Not only that, But after Blitz had adopted her she was stuck in Pride until recently, with no real social life on top of that. Still, she at least was able to catch up on enough of other demons and her own kind to know some of the ringed based differences.

Destra and I only had each other in the orphanage, we looked out for each other. And, when the males started to get...touchy, we started an act, explaining our similar scents were cuz we were fucking and not because we were sisters. Eventually we grew curious and after looking out for each other for so long one thing lead to another, having to make it more and more believable."

Loona blinked. "I see."

"Yeah, we found we liked it...liked each other." Xera explained. "Who else could know know us better than the other? Care for the other better? Overtime we just...fell for each other.

"And the wannabe part?" Loona asked.

"We got into the habit of scamming idiots left and right, using our sex appeal to get what we needed and leaving our marks high and dry after we got kicked out. Not because we aged out, but because we started to prove too much trouble." Xera grinned. "Of course I joined up with a gang to give us some added protection, found out I had a knack for guns. And Destra, Destra found work where she could, though we mostly stuck to the scamming people."

"Ah…" Loona said. While she still found it, particularly abnormal and somewhat weird. They were natives of hell after all, born in different rings. And whether that played a big part or a small one, or none at all, she still had to respect their bond. She blinked as Xera looked at her. "What?"

"Nothing, just taking in the fact you didn't react much to finding that out. The only others to do that were the rest of the team. It's...nice. Never know the reaction you'll get in Lust, and in other rings...it's even more iffy, especially with sinners. Fuck all of them."

Loona blinked before smiling. "No problem."

"Yeah yeah…" Xera said as she waved her hand dismissively.

As they drove through Lust, starting to head to the elevators, Carnavont was starting to wonder how Typhus was doing and how his day had gone, only to notice that a car had passed and got in front of them, Then another started to drive alongside them. Then another behind it next to Zever's car, then one behind it and a last one behind Zever's, all of similar make. "Shit…" he muttered, the sounds of gunfire ringing out moments later.
