Chapter Seven: Car crashes and pasta dates
School was rough at times, the way Bella was now Always around Alice and the other Cullens was not noticed by a few but everyone in the school. she was friendly with everyone and Still hung out with Angela and Jessica constantly as they were still her friends. Alice was always with them also but the girls knew it was only Because Bella willed it to be so. Mike had even eventually stopped flirting with Bella and even Jake had never tried to ask her out again since the first time but she had remained calm and polite with both as to not rock the boat.
Some people had also spread rumors that sometimes they had seen both girls holding hands and kissing when no one was looking and although they hadn't as both girls were way too sneaky and careful about their secrecy. they definetly hadn't stopped as the only thing they hadn't done at school was anything sexual, of course they hadn't took each others virginitys through penetration yet but it was going to happen soon and both girls knew it. they were already planning how to do it in private.
Lauren, Mike and another boy joined them for lunch today and as Bella was slyly flirting with Alice again which Angela and Jessica had become used too and would remained silent over, Lauren just blurted it out. "Are you two gay?... dating, i mean there are rumors of broom closets and bathroom stools" Lauren had no filter or chill everyones ears on the table perked up and Mikes eyes almost bulged out of his eye sockets.
Bella gafe Alice a look and she seemed to agree with whatever silent conversation they were having and took Bellas hand into hers to the shock of the entire table. "Man it's been a month and people only just realised, we are really good! you owe me a date honey. Can't believe you said it would take em half a year, no faith whatsoever" Bella grinned and her smile was infectious as Alice slid closer to her and instantly captured her girlfriends lips in the middle of the cafeteria and the tables collective jaws hit the ground and anyone whonwas looking there way couldn't comprehend what they had just seen.
Alice Cullen and Bella swan were lesbians and aparently dating and unashamed by it, her own family who were only a table over didn't even bat an eye which meant they were all well aware of what was happening between them, Angela however was internally cheering as she couldn't believe it was finally out in the open and she wasn't crazy.
"Fine my love, We'll go camping but don't expect me to carry everything. You know I have very delicate fingers" Alice grinned cheekily at her obvious innuendo and Jike looked like he was about to oass out and ascend to heaven. Lauren was speechless which was a miracle in itself but Jessica and Angela were fully supportive and had both speculated for a long while and couldn't be happier for them both.
Bella took a bite of her apple and gave Lauren a weirded out look that was fake and performative but also she didn't like Lauren and any chance she could get to shut the girl up was almost like a gift from god himself. "What's wrong Lauren, me and Alice have been together for a month now. it's no ones buisness anyway so why would we tell anyone?" Bella truthfully spoke her mind and Alice jumped in with her own thoughts.
"It is gonna be nice to hold your hand in public now and not have to steal so many kisses when no ones around" Alice blew Bella a kiss and bit her lip, she was excited at the prospect of finally not having to hide how much she loved her girlfriend any more and there hands were looked and their softness with each other finally made sense.
"You better not stop stealing kisses or you are gonna have to hit a quota every day" Bella slid back over and kissed Alice and this time Mike actually fell off his chair to the amusement of not only Bella and Alice but also Jessica and Angela. Lauren was too stunned to speak and seemed completely out of it.
"Fine by me baby, we might wanna hold off a bit though or Mikes gonna break something, probably the floor" The petite vampire couldn't help but shake her head as Lauren and her friend helped Mike to his chair and the poor guy looked like he had just been hit by an atom bomb, Bella knew he was going to be asking her all kinds of questions at work later and that prospect would be annoying but both women were tired of hiding themselves anymore and everyone they loved knew anyway.
"Oh right, when i pick you up from work later wanna go for a walk on the beach with me?" Alice tried to remain non chalant but for a beautiful stone faced vampire her poker face around Bella was dogshit to say the least. She was obviously planning something and her girlriend was fair game.
"I would love to, it is a full moon afterall... sounds romantic" Bella was shocked when Angela who was wide eyed and happy for the girls had so many questions but the first one to pop to her head was a good old classic.
"How!? when? why? why on earth didn't you tell me! i was fully in on this thing since day one!" Angela proclaimed as Jessica was just shaking her head as if she just couldn't believe these two women were not only gay but gay for each other. In Jessicas head they were too pretty to be gay but it also meant less competition and that was great news for her.
"Again one month, Like a day after knowing eachother and because we both want to... Also I didn't tell anyone until it was important and Angela we know. You are the best!" Bella lifted her hand and was happy showing the table and anyone that was on looking that they were serious and it wasn't a prank.
Lauren was so shocked she just blurted out the first thing that came to and yeah, it was a little misguided. "But you can't be gay, you can't do that... it's wrong" Her mind was actually saying something completely different and Alice had a vision of Edward later telling her what Lauren was actually thinking and she was angry and jealous. Bella was getting angry but one look at Alice calmed her down as the pixie calmly spoke.
"You don't have to pay attention to us Lauren, don't even have to hang around us. We just don't care who thinks it's right and wrong, it's not your life, it's ours so get over it" Alice kept her eyes locked with Lauren and the girl just got up and left, her friend following her and depending on how far he followed he might want to slow down because that ice is rough right now.
Jessica had managed to ask her own question and it wasn't much better, "Wait... so do you both check us out in the locker rooms! ya know, when we're changing" Jessica was shocked how hard Angela smacked her in the shoulder because it really fucking hurt. Jessica did see both girls react in disgust at the idea as Alice rolled her eyes and Bella put her head in her hand and groaned in annoyance.
"Why would i look at any of you when I have Alice... are you nuts? I'm only attracted to her Jess, get your mind out of the gutter for a sec... jesus" Bella was shocked to see how quickly Jessica actually accepted what she had said and how hastily that girl could switch up her understandings and feelings on a dime.
"Oh that's great, cause that's kind of messed up if you did... kinda wonder how many other girls are gay in school. I feel like investigsting" Jessica joked and Angela put a stop to that pretty damn quick. Her apologetic look at Bella and Alice was not lost on them, Angela couldn't really believe Jessica said what she did sometimes and neither could alot of other people.
"Jess! the hell... who cares, there's probably a few so leave em be! And you wonder why Bella and Alice hid it for so long, probably your line of questioning scared the crap out of em" Angela tookna final bite of her food and just couldn't believe how Mike and Jessica had reacted but Lauren did make sense, she even suspected why the girl had seemed so hurt by the concept and would warn Bella to maybe watch herself as she was sure Lauren was jealous.
"It's fine Jess, we will never look at you like that and anyway we'll deal with the retards who are against it and everyone in our families know already so yippee!" Alice grabbed her school bag and was ready to leave, Bella quickly behind her with her own bag and satchel for the first time being able to hold her girlfriends hand in public and expecting a bit of shit for it but turns out their connection didn't have room for fear anymore.
"So what d'ya think? cutest couple in school or what!" Bella joked and Angela was just giddy her friends were so happy together and didn't care what anyone else thought, she would try and calm the rumor mill though. she knew some homophobes existed in school but all of them were way too scared of the Cullens to ever try and do something about it.
There was always that unspoken fear and it made her realise Bella would actually be safe and probably unbullied but also it was a good time for people to learn and accept her for who she was. Just like Angela had done from the first day, she had seen how she reacted around Alice Cullen, she knew Bella liked what she saw and alot more than Jessica fancied Edward.
"Well... cutest for sure, but Emmets a beef cake and Rosalies drop dead gorgeous... shame Edward and Jasper aint gay. You'd probably be in third place" Angela grinned with a cheeky smile wrapped around her teeth, eyes beaming in Happiness for them both. They really were the cutest and happiest couple in school ans she couldn't fathom how her hopes for them both had come true.
"Man, the bullyings real! I was so sure we'd be the hottest and cutest couple. Rose is never gonna let me live this down..." Bella did look over to Rosalie and she had heard everything, the same wkmen who was still hinting at an Emmet-less threesome and the crazy thing is that the muscle man was completely fine with the idea. Bella and Alice had no want or need to but it was a nice option if they ever wanted to explore themselves more and no one was related so thwt was a plus.
"Edward and Jazz would never be gay, that'd be way to hot!" Jessica blushed as images came to mind and for the first time Jessicas mind to Edward wasn't such an unpleasent place. That was until Jessica interjected herself in the fantasies but for a good couple of minutes Edward was really on board with reading her mind for once and that was a strange feeling for him.
Alice and Bella went off to their next class and the Cullens were close behind them as Edward wanted to make them both aware of how cool most of the student body were with it but also there was a lot of gay and straight jealousy from people he hadn't even expected to show any real feelings one way or the other.
They neared an emoty hall they knew no one would be wandering down ans Edward laid out the good news it was the Lauren had a crush on Alice thing that really blew both Alices and Bellas mind. "What? Laurens the biggest flirt in school... she has a thing for Alice? really?" Rosalie was mind blown and had to hold on to both Bella and Alice for a moment to gain her bearings as she was not expecting to hear that.
Bella placed a hand on Rosalies and gave her the same confused look, Alice however had noticed Lauren checking her out alot when no one else had but had written it off as maybe just interested in her style sense or Vampire beauty. She had not expected Lauren to hide her crush so well and even from Edward who seemed just as shocked as everyone.
"Angela was great about it all she really is team both of you... how many times did i say she was just waiting for you two to kiss, she was screaming with happiness on the inside" Edward walked over to Jasper and he explained how he helped fix the vibes in the cafeteria andhe knew that his slight abuse of emotional power would actually help people accept them in the long run. It's hard to be a homophobe when you brain is telling you how happy you are to see two girls kissing and holding hands.
"We'll be fine, hell no on even cared when our eyes turned green and thats pretty much permament now so, lets get to class and Rose... that's my boob and your other hand needs to get off of Alices please" Bella gave her a 'gotcha' look and Alice just sighed as the blonde vampire wasn't even angry she got caught, more annoyed that she had to stop.
"What, you can be the only two interested in boobs? I'm adventurous, can't blame me for seeing something i like and taking it for a test drive" Rosalie ducked a quick bag swing from Alice at vampire speed and wasn't shocked to see Bella catch it easily with her own growing strength anymore. somthing between them was slwoly changingBella into a vampjre and in the least painful way imaginable, which was a plus but also the change was so gradual that the humans around them were barely noticing the changes.
"One day Rose we are actually gonna drag you to the bedroom and show you how it's done and then poor Emmet is gonna be devastated when you swear off men forever" Bella warned but Rosalie was wide eyed and least to say she was down to clown.
"Damn Bella! that good eh... oh, whatever will I do or say as you both drag me up to that sound prokfed room where no when can hear me scream" Rosalie put her arms behind her back and pretended to be cuffed but also purposefully she was making sure Bella and Alice were getting a perfect view of her dumptruck ass and both Girls did look and didn't completely hate what they saw but pretended to be offended anyway.
There eyes betrayed them when they looked at each other though, the last week Rose had really ramped up the flirting and both of them were considering just fucking her sk she would get bored and go on to the next obsession. But they didn't really want to go and betray their love together and had no actual plan or lust too, but Rosalie was persistent and Alice was considering the only way to stop her would be to let hwr win but they stipl felt like they would lose in the end.
"Rose c'mon... do you really want a pity fuck from two girls who are really not in to you... Alice is screaming in her head how much she doesn't want you touching her Bella! give it up for a week blondie" Rosalie just agreed with a defeated 'fine' and she and Emmet left for their afternoon classes as Bella turned to Alice and smiled sweetly.
"Good to know were thinking the same thing, just switch the names of course" Bella stood up on her tip toes and gave Alice a quick kiss before turning to Edward and giving him and Jasper a hug before both girls also left and went to their own classes. a place they were sure to get alot of strange looks from the other student but a cool thing about what was happening to them that no one could understand, it was their connection was strengthening their resolves and making them emotionally stronger.
They had no idea what was about to happen in the parking lot after school but then again, the visions were usally split seconds before the actual events.

Alice was gliding through the parking lot hand in hand and was saying her goodbyes to Bella before she was going off to work at that annoying Sports stores Mikes family owned. She was vocal about how she disliked Bella working and had even promised to just give her the money but Bella had been adamant she wanted to prove to Charlie she wasn't just lazy and plus she secretly had a plan to buy or make a ring for Alice and that kind of stuff cost money and she wanted it to be hard earned and worth more than anything else her perfectly kind lover owned.
Bella was kissing her goodbye as Laurens car pulled out a little to fast and glided the corner, barely missing a few other students and a few of their cars but was heading right for them both. Alice had seen the car coming moments before it had and knew if she got her and Bella both to the ground she could use her hand to repel the car and save Bella while being out of the eye line of the students.
She would also scratch the appropriate part of Bellas carto make the accident and their miraculous survival seem even more probable. Bella would forgjve her for the scratches but she hadn't expected Bella to be the one to throw Alice down and against the car. She moved so fast and focused Alice was sure she was looking at a vampire version of her cute little girlfriend and as she shot her hand out to stop the car Bella had already stopped it and her eyes shone emerald green as her powers had activated.
"Baby, are you alright... good not a scratch!" Bella was down next to Alice and was shocked to see Bella then scrarch herself on the head to draw a little blood and Alices nose perked up but she kept control and shockingly enough the family hadn't smelt Bellas delicious blood at all onky she had.
"What are you doing, I'm the vampire.., you could have died!" Alice seethed as low as she could and Bella knew what she had donewas wild and unexpected but she hadn't expected to see Alice crying. actual tears and of course that made Bella cry as she held Alice close while lauren rolled down her window with her forhead covered in blood and she was apologising profusely.
Laurens blood had made Edward grab hold of Jasper and get him in the car and drive off before anyone realised he was even gone, people were surrounding both girls now and were thankful they were safe and seemingly unscathed. that didn't stop an ambulance for being called for all three girls and that didn't stop Lauren from apologising again and again, crying that she didn't see the black ice she had obviously skidded on.
The girl only started to calm down and shut up after Alice began shooting daggers at her and holding Bella so tight and posessively she made her thoughts abundantly clear on what she believed Lauren had tried to do to her Bella. she was tempted to beat the bricks of that jealous little human bitch and Bella had to calm her down constantly as she felt her lovers anger rise every time the girl tried to speak up.
When they had been walked into the emergency room she wasn't suprised to see Carlisle there and ready to receive them, Alice was also aware he would fjnally use this opportu ity to steal some of Bellas blood to analyse. A fact Rosalie had made clear weeks ago, she knew he wouldn't give up but now she was sure he had to analyse Bellas blood before she either became a full vampire or something else they were not ready for.
The doctors checked on both Bella and Lauren first and placing them in seperate beds across from each other. Thankfully the ward they were on was pretty big but empty and as Lauren tried to apologise again Alice walked straight up to her as Carlisle was checking Bellas pupils and slapped her harder than she had wanted to and knocked her down onto the bed. The slap reverberated through the room and sent the girl almost silent apart from a confused and saddening sob.
Alices hand print was red as a fresh burn on Laurens face and the poor girl was terrified but it didn't stop Alice from leaning in close and whispering in the girls ear a devastating blow. "If you ever come near me or my Bella ever again, I'll beat you secretly gay ass into the fucking ground Lauren. Yeah, i know... don't you ever go anywhere near my women ever again you vapid cunt" Alice wasn't suprised to feel Carlisle pull her away and pull her over to Bella before pulling the partition back and giving both girls skme privacy.
Alice wasn't even made Carlisle had already taken Bellas blood, she was furious with Lauren and suprised with Bellas strength. Lauren was being charmed by Carlisle and she seemed to be soothed adequately by the perfect statue of a man before he returned to his daughter and whispered to her to keep her control or she would be in serious trouble.
Carlisle left and Bella whispered to Alice, "Are you ok? you didn't need to hit Lauren, she didn't do it on purpose honey" Bella knew Lauren could probably hear them perfectly so she kept her voice low and calm but also she didn't want to reveal anything aout what actually happened in front of Lauren and she could see and feel Alice thought the same.
"She deserved it, you could have died... I've only just found you Isabella. I'm scared... of losing you i guess, I'm sorry" Alice put her head down and tried not to look at Bella as the shame of what she did and how she felt burned horribly behind her eyes.
Bella pulled her lovers chin to face her and wiped away the impossible tears away from her pretty green vampire eyes. "I feel the same way, don't ever apologise for loving me Alice. we can't help that and i'm not gonna put up with a pity party" Bella smiled and let alight peck fall on Alices nose and she couldn't help but sniffle and let out a little chuckle.
"I love you, so much it hurts sometimes" Alice whispered and she didn't even care hearing now thoss words secretly affected Lauren. how her heart ached only seemed like something the disgusting little human flirt deserved what she got. Alice felt nothing for her, she wanted to rip the bitches head clean off and Bella knew she was using all of her strength and focus to stay next to Bella and not pound that horrible creatures skull into the clean blue hospital walls.
"What did i ever do to deserve you Alice Cullen, cause i don't deserve you ya know" Bella admitted, some of that old sslf hatred rose to the surface and Alice hated seeing it again because her Isabella was anything but weak and frail. She was everything she wished she could be, open and honest, kind and loving. She was the most wonderful person she had ever met in over a hundred years of undeath and she was scared all of that could have suddenly come to an end today.
"That's my line you know... but you're not working tonight, i won't let you and neither will Charlie" As Alice said his name he barreled through the doors and rushed over to the closed curtain to pull it open and he saw his daughter with Alice holding her tight and was relieved to see both girls were completely unharmed apart from some light scratches on his daughters head.
Lauren tried to apologise to them both again but was instsntly silenced by Charlie who was furious himself that his daughter was almost crushed by this dumb kids car. "You keep your mouth shut kiddo! you should count yourself lucky i'm not taking away your licence today!" Charlie closed laurens curtain this time and placed his hands on both girls shoulders, his hands shaking and his older eyes full of worry.
"Were fine dad! Alice got us out the way and I got a few scratches, Carlisle said i was fine and could go home but he took some blood just to be sure since i'm a bit weak right now" And Bella wasn't lieing, her sudden use of vampire speed and strength had really left her wiped but not completely. she still had enough energy to finish out the day at the sports store but she knew Charlie and Alice would stop her even if she wanted to.
"Plus i gotta get to work, Can't leave Mike alone with the customers! he sucks..." Bella chuckled as Charlie hastily put a stop to that, there was no way he was letting his injured little girl get more injured just because she has a strong work ethic.
"No Bella, you are going home and i'll telephon Mikes dad but he probably isn't expecting you anyway, small town remember" Charlie brought her in for a hug and Bella coukd feel his heart hammering away in his chest, he was terrified and she could understand how he felt. Her reaction when she thought Alice was in danger had made no sense, she was a vampire and yet her body rose to met the danger and she saved them both even though she knew she had only really saved herself.
"Charlies right and i'm not leaving you alone tonight either, I'm fine so I can look after you while Charlie gets back to work" Alice was adamant and Charlie knew he wasn't going to argue with the girlfriend who just saved his daughters life. he shrugged his shoulders and huffed as he paced to and fro for a moment before admitting defeat.
"Fine, but Alice if your staying the night you'll need permission from your parents and a change of clothes and toiletries ok" Charlie heard the door open and somehow was suprised Carlisle had heard him from outside but then again he already knew the pale, handsome man had amazing hearing.
"It's quite fine Charlie, I'll have Esme drop of everything she needs. all your daughter needs is a hot meal and a good nights rest... although i have no idea if Alice can even cook" Carlisle chuckled and Alice let out a 'Hmphhh' sound that causee him and Charlie to chuckle together.
"I can cook... or order a pizza, this is cruel punishments for a daughter who almost got squished today" Alice crossed her arms and turned her whole body away from her father as an act of childishness that both vampires knew would be used to calm Charlies nerves and worries but also reinforce that she still was just akid at heart and he would have little worry of his daughter having her innocence stolen.
"Men are so cruel Alice, we should make a movement, a womens movement! that'll show em" Bella joked and hugged Alice tight as she turned her head to hed father and stuck her tongue out in jest and he just let a big old grin wash across his mouth and held his hands up in defeat.
"Fine! but no womens movements please, i don't need the men in towns knocking down my office door! Carlisle... our girls are good to go i hope?" Charlie turned to ask and the creepily immaculate man nodded but did add an addendem.
"Bella only has some superficial scawtches at best and my darling Alice is completely unharmed by some miracle of god, Lahren however needs to stay and be monitored plus i beleive you have some questions for her" Carlisle was not shocked to see Rosalie burst through the doors and rush over to both girls and flung herself into their arms.
"My daughter Rosalie can drive them both to your home and then grab a change of clothes for Alice and bring them to her, we should get going also as I'm sure the ladies don't need us old men fussing over their wellbeings" Carlisle actually wanted to talk to Charlie about the sudden spike in murders that had risen again after they stopped for 3 weeks as he himself believed the redheaded vampire was probably behind them.
"What on earth is wrong with you two, almost getting crushed by a car!" Rosalie screamed at them and both men took that as their cue to leave and exited rather hastily and as the door closed Rosalie got in between theor ears and whispered a saucy sentence that made both girls blush.
"How can this perfect Rose filling fit between to squishy pieces of fine ass bread, seriously i need you unsquished for the main event dumbasses" She chuckled and both girl slapped her softly and pushed her a little bit back and they were thankful Lauren hadn't heard them as she was still awake.
"Just take us home Rosalie and no before you ask" Bella flipped rose a cute middle finger and stuck her tongue out. Rose just stamped her foot and clicked her fingers before saying she would get what she wanted one day and waited for both Girls to get off the bed and join her. Lauren seemed to be sobbing alone but Rosalie didn't care and Aice didn't care but Bella did.
She rushed over to her and hugged the girl, Lauren tried to push her away as she saw Alice staring daggers into her but Bella just held her tighter. "It's not your fault, it was an accident... please get well soon, I'll miss you at school if you don't" Bella kissed her bruised forehead and let her gently go as she ran off towards her girlfriend.
The girl neither of them knew had a crush on Alice since she had starts Forks high school, a beatiful fairy girl who used to dance elegantly through the halls and always brought a smile to her face and now she hated her. She wanted to kill her and she could sense how much danger she was really in.
Lauren didn't know she was a vampire, but for a moment she felt it and when she finally stopped staring daggers into her skull and left Lauren burst into silent sobs. she knew Alice would hate her forever and their would never be a chance for her to start over and try and seduce the statue of a pixie she had secretly yearned for, for so long. She knew she needed to change and be herself, but she didn't know if she could do it.

Bella was whisked off her feet by Alice who carried her into Rosalies brand new mustang and told the blonde she would drive and that gave Bella some sense of safety as Rosalie was one hell of a speed demon. If anyone thought Alice drove fast had never met Rosalie Cullen, she would of been in jail years ago if any police officer could have actually catch her.
Rosalie was very posessive of Bella as she hugged hed from behind the seat but it wasn't that she was jealous Alice had Bella, she wanted to sleep with both of them after she found out from Esme what Bella could do but she genuinely cared about her not so human anymore girlfriend. "You dumbass, how do you always get into the most dangerous situations, if i could have a heart attack it'd be your fault. stupid!" She wrapped her arms around just a little tighter and it made the girl smile wide as she realised Rosalie wasn't always just a horny vampress. she did care.
"I love you as well Blondie, Alice however also needs a hug" Bella told the pretty vamp and she went straight over to Alice and gave her the tightest vampire hug she could without causing cracks to form and Alice also enjoyed the touch and the way she was fussing over them both. They really had become closer since Bella arrived, Esme had also spent as much time as she could with them all when she wasn't away working.
"Lets get home before Rose tries to undress us in the parking lot" Alice joked But Roses ears did perk up and that made her chuck Rosalie into the back seat before she got any ideas since the windows were tinted and she wouldn't say no to getting this car a rocking.
"Should we get a restraining order or should we go medievil and chain her up in the basement" Bella realised that Rose would twist that chain comment around pretty quick and before she could open her mouth and start Bella turned in her seat and warned her.
"Ahh! don't say how much you would enjoy it or how easy it would be for us to do so... We are gonna need a bigger lock on your door baby" Bella turned to Alice who smirked while her sister frowned in annoyance and both women felt bad for her since she really did seem dejected by how quickly they had both denied her.
"Maybe we could hug on the sofa during a movie but... I'm the big spoon and Alice is the little spoon, it's a thing" Bella grinned as her girlfriend turned the key in the ignition and began to pull out of the hospital parking lot and begin the nearly 20 minute drive to Bellas house.
Rose said in an optimistic tone "Fine then i'll be the biggest spoon, Emmet loves being the little spoon all the time. He is very soft for such a strong man" Rosalie had a light edge of a grin appear on the curve of her lip as she remebered some past time her love had been cute and snuggly in private.
"Would you like to chose the movie as well, Alice has been on a Quentin Tarantinon binge recently and we need a switch befor i keep pulling out cool one liners all the time" Bella didn't need to look over to Alice to know she was staring at her mouth agape.
"You love the soundtracks! we were making out to the pulp fiction soundtrack last week and you said we should listen to music and do it alot more in the future" Alice pretenddd to be hurt and offended but Bella knew her way to well now and Alice had become a very interesting open book to her. There were more secrets of course and maybe shewould never know everything but what she did feel and experience was more natural than breathing to her now.
"We shoulda grabbed our walkman and shared the headphones and walked under the moon together tonight... guess thats all out the window now eh" Bella whined as she turned to her two favourite vampires and they both seemed to agree with what she had said and she turned back to stare out of the window and watched the world go by imagiining how wonderful their private walk could have been together.
Alice frowned as she noticed Bella longing for their walk and even though she wasn't injured they had to play the part for Charlie and anyone else who asked, she also wanted to do something speacial for Bella just so she felt a little better. Alices fierce protection of Isabella Swan was strange but they had both come to terms with it as Bella also had moments since they had met where she was blind with rage over anyone who tried to hurt Alice. "Maybe, we could still do something romantic at home and we get to share a bed tonight and not look out for Charlie... i kinda miss not being Asleep next to you, sleep is great" Alice admitted an Rosalies ears perked up, she had heard every word Alice had told them over their new abilities and how Alice was still a powerful clairvoyant vamp but also oddly more human around Bella. Her eyes had also recently become a permament jade like Bellas and the mystery was really screwing with all of them.
"I like the dreams we share, dancing with you in impossible oceans and doing things that would make Rosalie and Esme jealous of us in private" Bella winked at the blonde vamp in the rear view mirror and it made Rosalie visibly happy to be included and Alice felt Bellas playful behavior life Rosalie spirits but also her interest in this subject remained peaked.
"I feel so well rested as well and stronger in the mornings when i sleep. Maybe that's because i get to lose myself in your eyes" Alice turned at the intersection and flipped off some asshole who didn't indicate as he cut her off. She recovered in record time and kept driving.
"Well i did push a car away from us today and i was vampire fast so maybe I'm almost turned? not that it matters anyway, I like being able to, hey Rosalie can you cover your ears for me real quick?" Bellas was suprised the blonde had actually done so without any back talk and she made sure Rosalies ears were covered the entire time as she spoke softly.
"I'm your equal now, i can even protect you a little bit... plus if the Volturi come to town we can trick them and say i'm a vamp... my blood doesn't affect the others anymore ya know" Bella shot Alice atender look and she returned it before taking another exit to their destination and having to oay more attention to the road.

I was just scared of my own lack of control over myself with you... even now i'm worried these powers you're using wont be permament and i'll hurt you beyond repair by accident" Alice whispered in hushed tones as she made sure her sister was still covering her ears with her well manicured fingers.

"Alice you need a new human, this one is broken... such a shame, i really liked her" Rosalie was dramatic and Alice flicked her nose and quickly turned back around and they were almost to Bellas house and it was looking like she was going to have a wonderful evening tonight and she would also get rose to bring her own car back so she could atleast pretend she was human for Bellas father.

"Tonight could still be a first time for us... or we could eat i guess" Alice seemed a little deflated as she said the last bit but Bellas wondering hands did cloud her mind just well enough that she would do anything the cute little human girl wanted. "Food first so i can fawn over your wonderful cooking, then i'll have enough energy to go all... the way" Bella was serious and she gave Alice a look which said oh yeah, this is happening and Alice picked her up with her inhuman strength and walked her past the threshold of Bellas house. she slammed the door behind her and walked Bella all the way to her kitchen and then when she put her down Bella realised there were groceries freshly brought on the kitchen table and she was confused.
"What the hell... did Charlie go shopping? he doesn't do shopping, he sucks at it" Bella wasn't joking as she looked inside and found a small note from Emmet who had wished them a wonderful evening and she turned to Alice who was holding her phone up in the air with a cheeky grin.
"Yeah, that's right I'm a genius, even brought your favourite gatorade... fruit punch" Alice slipped her phone onto the kitchen table and sauntered over to the huge brown paper bags and rummaged around to find her girlfriends drink and then handed it to her only to be brought in closer so she could place kisses all Alices neck and collar bone. A dreamy sigh falling from her mouth.
"You cook for me and take no credit, you plan romantic evenings to sweep me off my feet... at this point if i don't put a ring on your finger then I kinda suck huh!" Bella undid the bottle of gatorade and took a long thirst provoking sip and had a weird question to ask after kissing Alices lips.
"Do i taste better with or without fruit punch mouth?" The absurdity of the question caused them both after a moment of confusing silence to break out into raucous laughter and Alice had to hold her sides as she felt like they would split open. Alice ripped the bags open in a frenzy and started her cooking preparation at lightning speed, all the utensil she needed were in place for her to easily make use off the pan was being filled with water and the chopping boards and bowels were all in the places they needed to be so she could speed through it.
Bella then made her stop in her tracks as she she heard the gorgeous brunette whisper, "does that mean i can drink blood with you?" and the idea was not only interesting but her visions seemed to agree as she watched a sudden flash of images flash before her eyes and Bella was much more vampire like and looking at her from across an animals corpse.

"So you figured out my master plan huh! guess I really am an open book to you, is their any kind of style you would prefer or?" Bella asked as Alide turned around to start with her cooking prep and that was when Alice revealed something she had planned for a while now but thought she should give her soul mate a heads up before she actually brought a ring.
"I kinda planned for us to make our rings together, i was gonna draw up some designs and have Rose and Emmet help ua make them, those two made their own rings so i had to ask em since they do have alot of experience" Alice was happily cooking away as Bella asked herself why she was even working in the first place and Alice gave her an answer with a cherubic smile.
Emmet was constantly breaking or losing his rings and Rosalie herself wasn't much better,

"We will hide it for as long as we can Edward, i will see you all tommorow for a family meeting or maybe the day after if i find anything so keep your phone on and wait with patient breath... this is so exciting!" Carlisle beamed and he let the call hang and Edward turned to Jasper who was on the Balcony and had heard everything.
"I didn't lust after her singers blood... Bella will be one of us soon..." Jasper sounded depressed over the thought but it didn't remain fully as Edward sauntered over to his beloved Jazz and wrapped himself around his lithe but obviously strong form.
Edward whispered as he kissed and licked his smiling lovers ear "Yes she will, Alice will be happy at long last and Bella seems almost built for this life. she will make a great vampire and probably brighten up some of our days in the near future" Edward caused a low groan to form in Jaspers throat and that was the sign he knew this was going to end up in the bedroom sooner or later.
"Well Esme is still dating that werewolf girl in secret, I should have never followed her to the private beach cabin. Carlisle doesn't seem to care as long as he can parse thisnBella and Alice mystery... maybe..." Jasper didn't want to finish his sentence but he felt Edward was about to do that for him.
"Yeah, well maybe she will be happy for once... at this point we will be lucky if we don't have the Wolves bearing down upon us any day now. Let alone will Carlisle even stay" His tone was cold and uncaring but Jasper could feel the mix of emotions just beneath his stone skin wishing to burst forth andmake themselves know but as usual his mate remained stoic.
"Well I for one will remain by your side and we both know we won't betray Esme... Emmet and Rose are gonna chose Esme anyway and we both know how Alice will react and whose side she will favor. Carlisle will probably stay but not be the head anymore and he doesn't seem to give a damn anyway" Jasper shook his head and brought Edward around to his front and held him fast for some closeness as their world began to crumble about them.
"Esme would be a perfect replacement, hell maybe the werewolf girl would make a good family member also... though the odds of this working out are low" Edward was a realist but he did have a modicum of hope. He had developed that hope after meeting Jasper and it was slowly becoming stronger over the years but he did understand why it was safer to be a realist than an idealist in this world.
"Take me to bed and just hold me... Alice seems to like it and i find myself wanting to play the little spoon in this little experiment of ours" Jaspers southern drawl and flirty nature was rife with a past innuendo he knew his lover had not so quickly forgotten.
