Ricardo stands on route 244 in Lancaster and looks up at the billboard. "What do you think?" he calls over to Alicia as she takes a couple of pictures of the promotion for 3LW. "Does it look good?"
She beams at him, looking over her phone at him. "Yeah," she calls out. "It looks amazing. I'm so proud of you."
He smiles and looks up at the billboard once more before straightening up and walking towards her. "I can't believe all that's happened lately," he says, leaning in to kiss her. "It really feels like a resurgence of my wrestling career. The absolute last thing I ever expected, you know."
Her eyes soften as she kisses him. "Yeah. I know. But you definitely deserve it. I'm really happy for you, Ricardo."
He smiles and presses his forehead to hers, kissing her again. "Yeah. Wouldn't be here without you, Foxy."
She tsks and cards her fingers gently through his hair. "Oh please," she says lightly. "Everything you've achieved is your own success and hardwork, I've had very little to do with it."
"You motivate me," he says. "And you keep me on my feet when things are difficult. I would be lost without you."
"Ok," Alicia says with a soft chuckle. "I won't argue you."
He beams at her and kisses her again. "Hm," he sighs. "Definitely not going to complain about getting to make out with you under my own billboard."
She laughs and leans up into him. "No complaints here either," she sighs, nuzzling into him. "I love you, Ricardo."
"I love you," he murmurs back. "You're the best thing that's ever happened to me."
"Same," she says with a wink before they kiss again, content to lose themselves in this moment, the bright lights of the billboard overheard warming them as they continue to kiss and touch each other.
