With the reviews out of the way, I hope you all been enjoying this! I can't wait to start on the manga since there is no season three out. Though, I do know there is a movie also coming out! I do have to ask you all, so far with all of Naruto's interactions. Who is he more likely going to end up with? Anyways let's get to the story!

*Last Chapter Nakano Residence*
Mito smiled; she could see why the Nakano Quintuplets liked him so much and how he'd greatly influenced their lives. There is no question that they liked him for him, but so did Mito. She didn't want to lose Naruto to them. Mito looked to Kasumi and Naruko, "You guys know why I've liked him for so long? We've been friends since we were kids. I tried to ask him out when we were in middle school, but he shot me down." Mito smirked, "Things are different now. I've hung out with Naruto more than once. Just on the days when he wasn't tutoring the Quintuplets. We still get along; I still love him for him. He's been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I want to be with him, he is still important to me."
Kasumi nodded, understanding everyone's reasoning. This would be difficult; everyone will understand that their hearts will be broken. However, putting all this on Naruto is not fair because so many of them are like him that they are all friends. Naruko spoke up sadly, saying, "I'm happy that you all care for Onii-chan, but he can only love one/or all because I'm sure you all don't want to share Nii-Chan. Can you accept the fact and still be friends even if Nii-chan doesn't choose you?"
Kasumi spoke in and said, "Because if Naruto knew that if he were to date one of you. Then it would hurt everyone else, meaning you will have to tell Naruto verbally. Otherwise…"
"He'll turn us all down to avoid hurting us, even if it meant he was alone for the rest of his life." Nino finished as she brought her finger up to her mouth and gently placed her nail in between her teeth.
Silence filled the air for a moment while everyone thought about what they could do. However, before anyone could say anything. Kasumi's cell phone went off, and Kasumi fished it out of her pocket, "It's Naruto…" Kasumi hit the answer button and held it up to her ear, "Hello, Naruto, what's up?" Naruto continued to talk to Kasumi, and the girls could hear that his voice was quite excited, "Naruto! That's great news! I'll bring everyone and be right over!" Kasumi immediately hung up and stood up. Everyone looked at her, confused, and Kasumi simply smiled and said, "Guys… in a few hours, Ino will be waking up. The doctors have finished their testing and have administered the cure. She'll be awakening soon; it seems we have one more to add to the list of potential girlfriends."

This Chapter *Hospital*
When Naruto heard the call about Ino, he immediately rushed over to the hospital. He looked up at the door as it said, 'Yamanaka Ino'. Naruto gently knocked on the door as he waited for a response. He heard behind the door from Mr. Yamanaka, "Come in."
Naruto took a deep breath as he opened the door, "Pardon the intrusion," Naruto walked into the room to find Mr. and Mrs. Yamanaka sitting on the bed next to Ino. Naruto looked over to see the once comatose Ino, now sitting up. Naruto's face brightened up as he walked over, "Ino! You're finally awake! I-I!" He gently placed his hand on hers as his head bent downwards for a moment. Naruto had some tears rolling down his cheeks. "You're done! Y- Your treatment is done! I-I can't believe it!"
Ino, who was now awake and alert, couldn't get a single word out. She saw the boy she only started off as friends with. Now be the tall, handsome, and goofy man in front of her. She was unable to speak after seeing how much he had changed over the years. Naruto knelt on the other side as he looked to Mr. and Mrs. Yamanaka, "S- Sorry for barging in. I don't know if you two were still talking to Ino… just-."
"No need to explain yourself Naruto. You've been one of her closest friends. Besides, we just got done catching up with her too." Inaka smiled as she nodded his head, agreeing with her husband.
"You've been a dear, good friend to Ino, you're almost part of the family at this point Naruto. Besides, I've seen all the visitors' logs, you made sure not to miss seeing her for a single week! Don't even worry about it." Inaka giggled as Naruto's and Ino's face's blushed from the statement.
Ino then turned to Naruto and smiled, "Naruto… I can't tell you how thankful I am. You visited me every Friday… ever since then." Ino turned to the side as she picked up a clipboard. It was totaled up, a total of 156 times he came to visit. "Not to mention there's more…" Ino looked up to Naruto with a heartfelt smile on her face, "You came to visit me… at least once a day every week. For the last 3 years… every single week. You came… to see me and talk to me… for 150 or so days. Thank you."
Naruto chuckled as he knelt to her height on the bed, leaning his elbows on it. That way he was close to her, "I promised you, didn't I? Uzumaki Naruto doesn't break his promises. To be precise… It's 156 weeks over the past 3 years."
Ino could only giggle and shook her head, "Still as smart as ever; you haven't changed. Though… you did grow taller, and seemingly more fit, and more handsome than before. I can't quite complain about that."
Just then, there was another knock on the door. Ino called out, "Come on in."
The door slid open, and the first one to run in was none other than Naruko. Naruko shouted, "Ino-chan! You're awake!"
Ino smiled, seeing the short blonde-haired girl come running in. "Oh, my kami! Naruko-chan, you've grown up so much!" Naruko hopped onto the bed as Ino pulled her into a hug. The two had their cheeks pushed up together. Once the two separated, the recently awoken Yamanaka took in Naruko's new appearance, "Wow, you've gotten so big, not to mention you've become beautiful! I'm sure it'll only become even more so as you get older!"
The others came walking into the room Mito, Kasumi, Itsuki, Ichika, Miku, Nino, and Yotsuba filed into the room. Kasumi waved, "Wow, glad to see you finally woken up Ino!"
"Kasumi! Glad you're doing well! Last I remember, you were a rising star! How did it go?"
"Went pretty darn well, sold a lot of albums and merchandise. Hell, Naruto is even in a movie too with Ichika over here!" Kasumi gestured over to Ichika who could only blushed emberassed.
"You got Naruto to agree to do a move?! When Naruto last performed it was as a backup dancer and singer for Kasumi! So many people tried to get him to sign on as a new singer with Kasumi! Not only that for movies and more too! It was hilarious as Naruto had to hide himself for a while!" Ino remembered when Naruto had to wear hoodies, sunglasses, and more to try to hide his identity.
"Yeah, he's talented. He did so as if he knew how to act his entire life, but that's just not him." Ichika giggled looking to Naruto, "Instead he's rather stay at home and study up for business school and stuff like that. Then again, that's just how our Naruto is, isn't he?"
Naruto could only scratch his cheek nervously as the other girls couldn't help but all smile and agree. Mr. and Mrs. Yamanaka looked to Naruto and couldn't help but realize just how many girls Naruto became friends with. Of course, minus Kasumi and Naruko, but all the other girls in the room. Each and every one of them had a crush on Naruto, they could tell they loved him, and or want to date him. It was clear that this meeting was more than to just come see Ino and see how she was doing. The two weren't blind, they also can't blame Naruto for his situation either.
He was clearly someone who had a rough beginning and was forced to grow up quickly. He cares and holds onto the people he cares about deeply. Since he was now in a delicate situation, it was going to be a time where he had to choose. He had to choose a girl to date. Leading the others on isn't something one person should do for very long.
Inoichi in no way envied being in Naruto's position. He could only be happy with the choice he makes at the end. That also included Ino, he wished that Naruto would choose Ino. That is what any parent would want for their child. To be with the one person they love the most, it was clear that Ino loved Naruto greatly. However, with Ino's circumstances, it was different if he weren't to choose her. It made sense; the others have been in his life constantly, including the Nakano quintuplets.
It was only a hard road for Naruto from here on out. Whether he chose a girl, it would no matter what break the rest of the girls' hearts. It didn't matter how he went about it, and it would hurt everyone if Naruto chose no one. Decided to stay by himself for the rest of his life too. That was also a possibility. Inoichi knew it didn't take much to understand Naruto. He was one of the most selfless people to have ever lived. That came with positives and negatives because it meant he never allowed himself to fall in love. For the sake of the people he cares about, then so be it. However, it just means the girls in the end lose, and so does Naruto; no one wins. No one is happy.
If Naruto were to choose the alternative and choose one of them. At least one of them would be happy, along with Naruto. Of course, it would hurt the other girls, but that's just how life is. Here in Japan, it isn't common for a man to have such many women as wives. Unless you were in a different country and would allow polyamorous marriages.
By the time the two knew what was going on. The group had already begun to talk and catch up with Ino. They were telling her what was going on, how they were doing. Also, how much Naruto has not only changed their lives, but how he changed it for the better. Inoichi and Inaka decided to take their leave to let the kids catch up.
As well as let them discuss what should be talked about.

*Time Skip Week Later*
Naruto found himself with Naruko and Kasumi looking towards a forest preserve. Apparently, when he went shopping recently, while running into Miku. He entered into a contest to win a vacation, he decided to enter into since Naruko was with him. She wanted to try.

Naruto began to walk towards a certain structure that had a bell on it. Naruko came running up to his side, "Ooo! Onii-chan! What is this?!"

Kasumi interrupted Naruto, "A big tourist attraction! This is known as 'The Bell of Vows'." Kasumi opened a pamphlet, "It says here, 'Any man and woman who ring this bell together are forever bound.'"
"Hehehe! Maybe it's one of the girls Onii-chan!" Naruko said with a big grin on her face.
Naruto simply chuckled as Kasumi grabbed her hand, "Come on Naruko! Let's keep going!"
Naruto simply sighed as he shook his head, at least this was a nice change of pace. After all the big talk with Ino at the hospital with everyone. It was a hard thing to swallow, mainly because Ino declared she would be his girlfriend. Without taking the others into consideration, which then caused an all-out argument. Mito and Nino both shot their two cents in arguing, meanwhile Miku, Itsuki, and Ichika simply watched the scene unfold. Yotsuba was the only one who attempted to try to calm down the situation.
It was Naruto who had to break up the fighting and told them that this would be settled another time. Which many were unhappy with, but again no one was in the mood for negotiations to begin. Then again, when it comes to love for girls, is there truly a simple talk about who get's the man they love?
Naruto walked over to the edge and looked out. Just then a voice came up next to him, "Whoo-Hoo!" He looked over to see someone calling out into the valley below.
Naruto then recognized who it was, it was Itsuki!
"Huh?! Naruto-kun!" Itsuki's eyes widen.
Naruto turned around, "That must mean!" He saw Yotsuba walk up, "Wow Itsuki, you must be really ready for this… oh! Uzumaki-kun!"
"No way! Naruto-kun!" Ichika had a smile appear on her face.
"You won Naruto-kun!" Miku look to Naruto happy that he was here.
Nino placed a hand on her chin, "Oh… you're here too Na-kun~!" Nino said with a sultry yet low tone to her voice.
"You guys' are here on a vacation as well?!" Naruto looked at them surprised.
Just then Naruto saw the sister's father walk up, "I see… Naruto-kun. You're here as well… Uzumaki-sensei's son… Indeed, we are here on a family vacation. Anyways, girls, Ebata, let's begin preparing for lunch." Maruo walked to the side as Ebata pulled out the stuff for lunch.
Naruto then noticed something, the girls' demeanor seemed different. Naruto watched as the girls did tasks, but some were not there. Naruto was confused, "Itsuki-kun, go get the bento's from Ebata." Naruto suddenly noticed Maruo was standing next to him, "I didn't even sense him sneak up on me!" "Naruto-kun." Maruo turned to the whiskered blonde, "Please understand this is a family vacation, spend time with it with yours. Unless… you have begun to decide on your own?" Maruo said with a interested tone in his voice, which caused Miku, Itsuki, Ichika, Nino, and Yotsuba to turn towards their father in shock.
"What?!/Tou-chan?/ Otou-san!" The girls said in unison.
"Uh… WHAT?!" Naruto backed up a bit rather surprised by his words.
Maruo closed his eyes and smiled, "Of course, you've gotten quite close to the five, and have changed them for the better. It is expected that you've grown close enough to one of them. One of them to consider dating and maybe marry one day."
"W-Woah!? I think you're moving way too fast?! N-Not that they aren't d-dating material nor that I want to! I-uhhh… h-haven't m-made a b-big decision like that just yet!" Naruto stammered out which the other girls let out a disappointed sigh.
Mauro then began to walk away, "Of course for now, this is a family vacation. I'd like to spend it with my family privately."
Naruto looked at the man shocked as he walked away from him, "Just what in the hell got him to change his damn mind about me?! I thought he hated me?!"
Miku and Nino waved to him, "We'll probably see you later at the hotel." Nino waved to him happily.
"Bye, Naruto-kun."
Naruto was completely confused by this entire situation now.

*Toraiwa Hot Springs*
Naruto and his sister made it to the place as they saw an old man at the front counter. Kasumi signed them into their place to stay at. Naruko smiled, "Man this place almost looks like a haunted house!"
Naruto paled at that idea, "Damn ghosts! Thinking they're so smug and everything!" Naruto then looked around trying to see where the Nakako quintuplets were at. Mainly Itsuki, just then Naruto saw Itsuki walking in the garden. However, when Naruto saw her walking away, something felt off. It looked like Itsuki for sure, but it wasn't her.
It was Yotsuba… so the question now was, why was Yotsuba was dressed up at Itsuki?

*Later Mixed Baths*
"Make sure not to stay too long Naruto!" Kasumi called out as both her and Naruko began to make their way out.
"Yeah! Otherwise, you'll pass out Onii-chan! Stay safe!" Naruko cheered out as the two left.
Naruto sighed as he relaxed against the rocks in the hot spring and let a sigh out. Just then Naruto saw the sliding doors open. Naruto's eyes widen when he saw one of the Nakano quintuplets, "W-What! N-Nino! What are you doing here?!"
Nino who smiled with a large blush on her face came walking in, "W-well t-this is a mixed bath, not only that, but we tend to run into one another a lot in baths. So… I figured…" She walked over and knelt down by the side of the water, "M-Maybe I could wash your back?"
Naruto began to blush in his own equal right as well, "W-Well! I-I! Uhhh! N-Nino! I-I!" Naruto was also beginning to stammer, hard…
Nino smirked, she had him! Nino gestured him to the showers, "Come let me wash your back~." Nino had an almost sultry tone to her voice.

She got it wet and put soap on it, she began to scrub his back with it. The two were silent as she washed his back, eventually the silence was broken, "So… how is it so far?" Nino asked with her voice being a bit shaky.
Naruto could tell she was nervous herself and worked up a lot of courage to come in here. "I-I appreciate it… t-thank you." Naruto was trying his best to forget the feeling of her bosom on his arm. Not to mention, Naruto jr. was just moments away from waking up.

The last one went with small smirk said, "I'm Nakano Itsuki! I like to eat good food!"
"So… might I ask why you all are dressing up as Itsuki?" Naruto asked confused staring at the one in front of him now.
"Well, it's for our Jiji-chan's sake, it's because we're all so close and a tight-nit family. One day I tried to dress up different from everyone else." This 'Itsuki' then closed her eyes with a sigh and said, "Jiji-chan became worried when he saw that the five of us weren't the same anymore. He thought we had a falling out. He collapsed that day, so we all agreed to dress and look the same when we're around him." 'Itsuki' touched the star beret in her hair, "Since then we decided to be Itsuki, and we decided to come here each spring break too. "
Naruto smiled at that, "I can understand it… he seems like a great Jiji-chan."
'Itsuki' smiled brightly, "Yeah! I love him very much!"
Soon he met up again with all five of them sitting by the table. The one 'Itsuki' the second to the left said, "Well, can you tell us apart without using your sensing thing, now that you've talked to us?"
Naruto smiled pointing to the one of the far left, "You're Ichika, I can tell by your demeanor and voice. Next is Nino, can't unknow the way you speak, the next one is Yotsuba your posture, and voice are specific in energy. Then you're Miku, you're the quietest of your siblings, that has to be you. The last one, is the real Itsuki. I can tell by the tone of your voice and body posture!"
Just then their grandfather came walking into the room, "Ah… girls it's good to see you all." The grandfather then looked to Naruto, "It seems you got all their name correct good." Naruto smiled at the praise their grandfather gave to him, "Now, girls why don't we go for a nice stroll around the hotel."
"Sure, thing Jiji-chan!" They all cheered out together.
The five girls began to walk off with their grandpa with smiles on their faces. Their grandfather stopped, "Go on girls, get breakfast, I wish to speak with Naruto-kun." Their grandpa came walking up to Naruto and smiled, "I've heard a lot about you from them… they speak well about you."
"Oh… they do." Naruto rubbed the back of his head as he chuckled.
"Yes, you treat them well, helped them grow, and realize who they want to become." The grandpa smiled, "After Rena died, the girls is all I have to live for. So please, when the time comes. Care for all of them as I have cared for them along with Rena." Their grandfather then turned and began to walk away following his granddaughters to breakfast. Just then he stopped and then said, "Please make sure… you tell the girls to always stay true to themselves."
"Of course, I won't let you down sir."
Their grandfather smiled as he began to walk again towards the dining area.

*Time Skip Week Later Revival*
"I see… so you both want to work here. However, we only need one of you, unless if Uzumaki-kun were to quit." Kenji looked to Naruto with a smirk on his face .
"W-What?!" Naruto glared at his boss, "If you got rid of me this place would have failed?!"
"Anyways, we need a way to test to see how skilled they are." Kenji placed a hand under his chin looking at the two Nakano sisters.
Miku stood up, "I can bake chocolates! I've been practicing a ton!"
Nino looked to her sister in shock and then stood up, "No way! I'm better at baking than she is! Besides you did it with my help!"
Kenji knew this was an issue, "Okay then… Uzumaki-kun." He turned to Naruto, "They're your friends, you determine who is going to work here."
"WHAT?!" Naruto looked to Kenji in shock as he got up from his seat and walked away from the possible issue that could arise.
Miku walked up to Naruto, "Naruto-kun who will you choose?"
Nino did the same and placed her hands on her hips, "Na-kun! You'd obviously choose me, right?"
Miku got closer, "I'll do anything you need of me."
Just then the two both got up closer at the same time, "So choose me." The two quintuplet sister said at the exact same time.
The two had a cook off…
Miku lost.
Nino got hired.

The two walked outside of the Revival bakery shop. Nino placed her hands on her hips, "You shouldn't have challenged me to a cook-off. You should have known how it would end."
Miku slouched for a moment but then turned it around, "Well I guess I'll work at the bakery across the street." Miku made he way over to a flyer for the job.
"That was… quick to get over." The second eldest of the Nakano sister looked at Miku confused.
"Well…" Miku thought back to Naruto when he tried her cake. She remembers Naruto enjoying her cooking. "Besides… I am marking off the things that Naruto-kun wants in a woman. The type of woman he could fall in love with."
Nino seeing this change in Miku's attitude caused her to tighten her first, "I don't know what happened. But I feel like even if this was a win… it certainly doesn't feel like it a 100%. But I'm going to make him fall for me at this job!"

*On the Way to School Monday*
"I see… so they're all going out to get a job. Makes sense, hopefully this takes less stress off of you." Naruto placed his hands into his pockets.
"Yeah… I hope it isn't too much trouble for the others." The eldest Nakano placed her hands behind her back. Though, I am making sure I am focusing on gigs that will definitely pay for the rent." She then turned to start walking, "And I want to move on to stuff that'll really challenge and motivate me."
"That's good." Naruto walked up next to her, "You need to strive to improve yourself, that's one of the many qualities I liked about you, Ichika."
This caused her to blush, "By the way, Yotsuba got hired… well by me to keep our house cleaned. She's pretty good at doing that, especially my room. Itsuki is struggling to make her first move, but she'll be fine."
"Whatever jobs you all get into, as long as you do it to work on rent. But make sure you keep up your studies is just as important. That way you can all graduate together, that means the most."
Ichika giggled as she turned to Naruto placing her hands behind her back again, "Of course not, not after how far we've all come! I'm counting on you, sensei~."
"O-Of course…" Naruto had a small blush appear on his face.
"Ya know… doing this was my idea, it makes me sad. That means everyone will be busy, won't have as many opportunities to be together. I wonder if this is how we're going to grow up and drift apart."
"Can't say… but it isn't a bad thing. You may be quintuplets… but you're still your each and individual person."
Soon the two made their way to school meeting up with the others. To Naruto's surprise, he found himself in the same classroom as them this year.
Just then before Naruto knew it, everyone were surrounding the Nakano siblings. People began to say, "I knew they were quintuplets!"
"But seeing them together in person is pretty amazing."
Some began to go up to them asking if they can call them by their first name. That way it wasn't as confusing when talking to them. Before they knew it, people began to crowd the girls.
Naruto seeing them in a predicament decided to step in. He stood up, by the way, originally being 5'10 during their first and second year as a high schooler. Naruto now stood at 6'0 as he towered over the other kids in school. Naruto calmly but sternly said, "Move."
"Huh?" Some of the girls said confused, "Are you interested in them too, Uzumaki-kun?" Before Naruto knew it the people began to talk about it.
Naruto walked over and said, "Itsuki, Miku, Yotsuba, Ichika, and Nino. We should go get lunch later." Naruto began to walk off as the others began to talk about how Naruto already knows who the Nakano quintuplets are.

*Later 1st Period*
While in class Yotsuba stuck her hand into the air, "I wish to put my bid in to be classroom representative!"
"Heh?" Some people went.
"I didn't even begin saying anyone to volunteer…" The teacher said confused.
"Please!" Yotsuba clapped her hands together as she bowed to everyone.
"Well… I didn't say no either. Well… if you want to."
Yotsuba went to the front and smiled brightly, "If you all ever need anything just let me know."
"Why don't we then choose our male representative. Who wants to run?"
"Anyone?" The fourth youngest of the Nakano quintuplets asked.
"You can nominate someone too if you wish." Their teacher added in.
"Yare yare." A boy in the back with blonde hair and green eyes smiled. As everyone began to talk about who the person was going to be to run with Yotsuba.
Just then Yotsuba said, "Sensei, I know someone perfectly suited for the role."
"Oh?"
Yotsuba raised her hand and gestured to, "Uzumaki Naruto-san!" Naruto froze on the spot.
"Huh?!" Naruto shot up from his spot.
A girl then said, "Huh? Can Uzumaki-kun even do that? She's not even going to consider Takeda-kun?"
"Yotsuba… you're killing me here." Naruto sighed internally, "Fine… I'll do it sensei."
Just then there was a knock on the door. Their teacher began to walk over and opened it, "Oh… great you're here." He closed the door and turned to the class, "Alright everyone, we have a new student here, Nakano-san please go sit down." Yotsuba did just that and Naruto followed. The teacher walked over to the podium and said, "Alright you can come in."
The door opened as a fair-skinned woman of average height with light green eyes and long, platinum blonde hair with bangs framing the right side of her face. She has her hair grew to hip-length and is tied into a high ponytail. The girl wrote her name on the board, "Hello everyone my name is Yamanaka Ino! Pleasure to meet everyone here!" Ino smiled and turned to the class bowing to them.
Then another girl came walking into the classroom following Ino. She had red hair that was up in a ponytail. That went down to about her mid back, two bangs that framed her face, and brown eyes. She wrote her name on the board as well, "Hello everyone! I'm Senju Mito! So glad to be here!"
The guys all stood up and shouted out happily as she cried out, "All right! Two hot beauties in class 3-1!" "No figgen way! They're both gorgeous!" "I hope they're single!"
Just then Mito giggled as she said, "Sorry everyone, my heart is already set on a certain someone."
"Same here." Ino waved off the boys' comments, "My eyes are on!" Ino saw Naruto as she ran towards him, "Naruto!" She leapt over the podium as she crashed into Naruto giving him a hug.
Before Naruto could process what happened, Mito was next to Naruto also trying to hug him. Naruto's face was being pressed up against both of their breasts as they fought over him.
"Oi! Not fair!" Nino growled out as she stood up, "You two aren't taking my Na-kun!" This caused everyone else's eyes to widen in the room.
"Oh please… Kami no… please!" Naruto began to mentally whine out.
"I'm not losing!" Miku and Ichika shot up from their seats towards Naruto.
Yotsuba blushed sheepishly deciding to stay in her seat. Along with Itsuki who was also blushing deciding to keep it on the low as well.
For Naruto Uzumaki, his life was only going to get a hell of a lot more hectic.

A/N: That's it! Man sorry for the long wait, the dumb chapter I made a while ago. About me not writing anymore or whatever for this story. Eh, I had a burst of ideas and began to write this story again. Don't expect a ton of incoming chapters, but I can promise I am going to complete this! Hehehe, sorry everyone… for like being M.I.A. I've been super busy with work and all that now!
