The Shinobi from around the world are summoned to read a book about their favorite blonde Uzumaki.

5. Chapter 5

As the light died down, everyone saw what the light was for and they could see fifteen people. The first nine were the Biju except they were not in their giant sizes, but instead were in sizes where they could be held by someone. The other six had everyone's attention. They recognized them as Naruto and Mira, but they looked older than in the book, but otherwise they were the same. The children that were with them had everyone's attention.

One had silver spiky hair with deep blue eyes who appeared to be the oldest of them. The next child had silver hair that was straight with bright blue eyes. The third child had blonde hair that was in twin pigtails, and had blue eyes like the second child. The last one who was obviously the youngest was a baby who was being held by the oldest woman of what appeared to be a family. He had silver tufts of hair and dark blue eyes like his mother.

"Okay, where are we? This isn't Magnolia." Naruto spoke as he looked around in confusion.

"I'm not sure, but it seems like we're not alone either." Mira said, getting his attention when she saw all of those unfamiliar people. She grabbed his arm and pointed at the large group in front of them and his eyes widened, wondering what was going on.

"What the?" Naruto was confused since he only recognized a number of them and most of them were from Konoha with a few that were from Suna, but everyone else he didn't recognize, except for the Biju, having been told about them by Kurama.

"Dad, I don't think we're in Magnolia anymore." The silver haired child said with a confused frown on his face.

"I know Gaara, but I see some familiar faces and others not so much. Why am I seeing people that should be dead while others that I haven't seen in years?" Naruto asked, ignoring the shocked looks on everyone's faces at the name of the kid.

A flash appeared and a note fell into Gaara's hands (I'll just refer to Naruto's kid Gaara as G.U. and Kushina, his daughter will be K.U. while the older one will be known as K.N.)

"Read what it says, son." Mira told him with a soft smile as he nodded and did as told.

"It's a book about Naruto Uzumaki and his life in Earthland, where he learns Fire God Slayer Magic." G.U. said with the two parents blinking as they registered what it said.

"So, I certainly don't know what to say about that. Can someone tell us what's happened so far in the book?" Naruto asked when Kushina and Minato approached them with smiles on their faces.

"We'll tell you everything about it, but it's nice to finally see you again, Naruto." Minato said with a fatherly smile, one that Naruto returned as he was happy to see him.

"You too, dad. I guess introductions are in order then." Naruto said as he leaned over to Mira with a bright smile. "This is Mirajane Strauss Uzumaki, my wife, and these four are our children." He introduced them with a smile.

"Like Naruto-kun said, I'm his wife, Mirajane Strauss Uzumaki, but you can call me Mira for short. It's nice to finally meet his parents." Mira gave them bright smiles as Kushina was smiling back.

"Oh, you're so beautiful. I'm Kushina Namikaze, Naruto's mother." K.N. said as she looked at them with eyes sparkling.

Naruto nudged his three kids forward as they muttered something about their dad making them laugh and Kushina giggle.

"Hello grandma, grandpa, I'm Gaara Strauss Uzumaki and I'm six years old." G.U. said with a small wave at them with a small noticeable smile.

"I'm Kushina Strauss Uzumaki and I'm 4 and a half years old, nice to meet you both, dattebasa!" K.U. grinned at her grandparents with a thumbs up, making them chuckle while K.N. muttered something about not another one making Naruto and Minato chuckle knowingly.

"And I'm Giselle Strauss Uzumaki, I'm three years old." Griselle jumped forward hugging them by their waists.

"And this here, is Makarov Strauss Uzumaki and he's six months old." Mira introduced the baby of the family as Kushina cooed at the youngest.

"You've got quite the family, Naruto. We're proud of you." Minato said with a grin as Naruto nodded to his father.

"Hey brat, you remember me I hope." Jiraiya walked up to them as he waved at the family with a boisterous laugh.

The family looked at the toad sage for a moment while he was wondering what they were looking at.

"Ero-sennin." Naruto, G.U., K.U., and Griselle said at the same time, making him grab his chest where his heart would be in dramatic pain, then fell to his knees as a cloud of depression formed over his head. Meanwhile Kushina grinned proudly at them as Minato shook his head at them, but had a smirk.

Tsunade, Anko, and several other women just guffawed at what they heard while some were laughing so hard they fell out of the seats as others held their sides, but stayed in their spots. Everyone was finding amusement though in it.

"I know you have questions, so I'll tell you everything and get you all caught up, then we'll need to read the next chapter." Minato said as they all nodded and he proceeded to explain everything that has happened with how they were all brought here and have been reading a book since their arrival.

"I'll go ahead and start now, "Chapter 5: Death Comes" that's not a good name." Tsunade said frowning at the title and had a sudden pang of worry fill her being along with others getting worried too.

Mira grabbed Naruto's hand feeling worried and nervous. She knew what this chapter was about after getting caught up on what had happened in the book so far. She could still remember what happened in it.

Tenrou Island

Makarov couldn't help but frown as he sat on a rock, waiting for the ship to be ready to take them back to the mainland, after the disastrous S-Class Trials.

The Third Master still couldn't believe how terrible everything went. First with Grimoire Heart showing up and attacking them. With the situation growing worse when he learned the Master of Grimoire Heart was Precht Gaebolg, or Hades as he called himself. The former Second Master of Fairy Tail until he stepped down and named Makarov his successor.

Makarov had been horrified to learn his predecessor had not only become a Dark Mage, but the leader of easily the most notorious Dark Guild in Fiore. With him having also grown more powerful and easily defeating Makarov despite his best efforts.

"I can't imagine how he must've felt having learned that the one you respected and the one who passed the position of guildmaster onto him would turn into someone completely different." Kakashi said in a sad tone, thinking of his once upon a time friend Obito. He knew what that felt like having to fight someone who you called a teammate at one point.

"It must be even worse when he managed to almost kill him too and he didn't even seem to care in the slightest." Hiruzen said in sympathy for the third master.

"He's still alive at least and no longer can hurt anyone else, so there's something to consider." Fu said with a smile, getting nods from others in agreement, even if Mira didn't like it.

Team Natsu worked together with his grandson Laxus Dreyar, who happened to "just be in the area" to visit the First Master's grave, to try to defeat Hades. Unfortunately, Hades proved too strong for them and it was only the intervention of Fairy Tail's newest member, Naruto Uzumaki, that Hades and Grimoire Heart were completely defeated.

Afterwards, Makarov called the trials off, knowing none of his guild members were in any shape to continue them, having them all get bandaged up and preparing the ship to return home.

Though a frown still adorned Makarov's face, he couldn't help but feel like something big was about to happen and he couldn't pinpoint what exactly. Not to mention a sound he's been hearing, echoing throughout the entire sky, one unlike anything he's ever heard before.

'That ungodly sound…what could it be?' Makarov thought, unsure what the sound was or what could make it. That was also why he was trying to get Fairy Tail off the island.

"Sound?" Konahamaru asked, confused by his words.

"I don't know, but apparently it's loud enough to echo throughout the sky. There aren't many things that would be capable of that." Hashirama said in a serious tone for once, getting a grunt of agreement from his brother.

"I hope it isn't anything too dangerous. They wouldn't be able to take on anything else in their conditions." Kushina said, filled with worry for the guild. Her daughter-in-law, and her son.

"For some reason I'm getting a bad feeling about this." Matatabi said as she sat on her former Jinchuriki's shoulder, glad to see her old friend again.

"Sounds like a bitch to me, whatever it is I'm sure it's no match for a Biju." Shukaku said as he stuck his chest out in pride.

"Shut up and let the Senju read, you pile of sand." Kurama said as he sat on Naruto's shoulder as Naruto grinned in amusement at the Biju's interactions.

"Master." Erza said, pulling Makarov from his thoughts as he turned to look at her.

"The ship will be ready to take us back to the mainland, shortly. Also…regarding Laxus." Said Erza, wondering what he intended to do about Laxus showing up here.

"I have nothing to discuss with or about that boy. Except that he has quite a pair on him, daring to set foot on the Fairy Tail Guild's most sacred ground. When he no longer has that privilege." Stated Makarov, willing to accept that Laxus's help was invaluable in allowing Team Natsu to survive their battle with Hades, but he had still been excommunicated.

"But what he's done for us…" Erza said, knowing that with what Laxus did in the past was horrible. She had been there, as had damn near everyone in Fairy Tail when Laxus and the Thunder Legion attacked the Guild. But with how he showed up to help them, the redhead believed he had started to regain their trust.

"Yes, I heard all about his heroic fight with Hades. How he protected you and the others by putting himself directly into harm's way." Makarov said while crossing his arms.

"My appreciation for what he did is more than words can convey, but as far as Fairy Tail is concerned, he's still an outsider. Albeit, one we owe our gratitude to." Said Makarov, making the Fairy Queen look down.

"So rude, he could at least show his gratitude to his grandson for lending a helping hand to them." Shizune said with a look of disapproval while Naruto and Mira chuckled at their guildmaster's action.

"He is grateful for the help, but he's trying to stay neutral to things since he wasn't part of the guild anymore at the time." Naruto said to her who nodded somewhat understanding.

"He's very passionate about the guild and Laxus broke one of the most sacred rules of the guild. Despite his help, he still was upset that he came to the island in the first place." Mira said as she giggled in amusement.

"So, your position is firm then." Stated Erza, having thought the Master would be the first to welcome Laxus's return.

"Of course it is. That's how the guild stayed strong after all these years." Laxus said, getting Erza's attention to see him leaning against a tree.

"Laxus…" Erza said, frowning at his words.

"You guys were in a jam, and I did what any decent stranger should have done. I had no ulterior motive behind what I did." Said Laxus, knowing he had his chance in Fairy Tail and messed it up, so he'd accept the consequences.

"What did he do to leave Fairy Tail?" Anko asked, very curious.

Mira sighed, that was a bad time for Laxus where he had been at his worst at the time of his banishment.

"I can't really, it's not my place to tell, I'm sorry." Mira apologized, but it was waved off by Anko.

"Hey, old man!" Said Laxus, wanting to see his grandfather's face one more time before he left, knowing that it'd be a long time before he ever saw him again.

With Makarov turning to look at his grandson, wondering what he had to say, only for the two to simply look at each other.

'That's it. That's the look.' Laxus thought while narrowing his eyes.

"Guess this is the last time I'll see that scowling face of yours. So long." Laxus said as he turned to leave.

Only for the Lightning Dragon Slayer to pause and tense slightly before looking up at the sky as a strange sound was heard. Erza and Makarov also looked up at the sky as well, feeling something shift, as if something else was now approaching the island, something dangerous.

"Again with the sound. What is it that's coming?" Kiba asked as the sound made him, Akamaru, Hana, Tsume, and their dog companions cringe and feel like a predator was coming.

Naruto and Mira didn't say anything, but simply held each other and their kids closer, knowing what was going to be shown to everyone. The three kids feeling their parents discomfort moved from their grandparents to their parents to comfort them. Gaara took a seat on Mira's lap while holding her free hand in his as she held their youngest son Makarov already in her other arm, Kushina and Giselle sat in their papa's lap, snuggling into him making everyone smile at the cute family. Kushina was squealing inwardly, not wanting to ruin the moment while Minato looked at the family and his son in pride.

"Awwww." The women and female Biju cooed and even the guys looked at the family with smiles.

With Gildarts and Cana

Meanwhile, Gildarts Clive, the Ace of Fairy Tail, was embracing Cana Alberona, another Mage of Fairy Tail and unknown to him until now, his daughter. With Cana having finally worked up the courage to reveal she's his daughter, despite not being an S-Class Mage like she originally wanted. But still felt happy that Gildarts had accepted her, even if she wasn't on his level just yet.

"That's so sweet. She wanted to be an S-class mage before revealing to him that they're family." Yugito said with a smile.

"Yeah, she felt like she had to be good enough to stand next to him as his daughter, but we're glad that they worked it out." Mira said with a smile, happy for her friend.

"I wonder how strong Gildarts has to be if he's the Ace of the guild?" Fu asked, very curious about the man.

Only for Gildarts to tense up as he felt a sensation wash over him, making him unconsciously tighten his grip on Cana, making her look up at him.

"What is it? Is something the matter?" Cana asked, seeing the look on his face and the way he kept looking at the sky.

"God, I hope not…" Gildarts muttered before they both heard a loud rumbling from the sky, making them both tense at the sound.

"So, he does recognize it, but he's hoping that it's something else. What is it that even has him on edge?" Onoki asked, very concerned and serious.

Camp

While at the base camp, the rest of the guild members plus Naruto all stopped what they were doing at the rumbling they heard, none of them being sure what it was. Before Mirajane looked at the drinks she'd made for everyone, seeing how they were visibly shaking, only to soon settle.

Though before anyone could react, they were all forced to cover their ears when a loud, earth-shattering roar echoed all around them.

"What is that?!" Evergreen yelled, not believing anything could make such a loud roar.

"That…that's a Dragons roar!" Said Wendy, recognizing the sound and knew only a Dragon could roar like that.

"What?!" Some people yelled, not expecting that.

Naruto and Mira looked at their youngest and saw a rune was over him. They saw it was a soundproof rune that would keep their son from hearing any noise around him, much to their relief.

"What other Dragon Slayers are there with them aside from Natsu, Wendy, Gajeel, and Laxus?" Mei asked, worried for whoever was heading towards them.

"A Dragon?!" Lisanna Strauss said in disbelief just as the roaring stopped.

"You sure it isn't thunder?!" Questioned Panther Lily, hating the sound of thunder but he would rather it be that than it be a Dragon showing up now, only for them to hear the roar once again.

"Guys! Are you okay?!" Said Lucy as she, Natsu, Gildarts, Cana, and Happy ran towards them after hearing the roar.

"That was a loud roar!" Happy stated, freaking out how anything could make such a sound.

Though before anyone could say or do anything else, Gildarts grunted and held his shoulder, feeling a striking phantom pain from where his arm used to be.

"Hey! Are you okay?!" Cana asked in concern, wondering if he'd been more injured than expected in the fight against Grimoire Heart.

"It's not from his fight against them, but something else, sadly." Mira said in a sad tone while Naruto squeezed her shoulders tighter while he gritted his teeth.

The others noted their expressions and wondered what could rattle them, especially Naruto. This put many of them on edge and worry crept into them.

"I'm starting to agree with Matatabi on this one, I think she may have been onto something." Gyuki said in a serious tone.

"If it's not a dragon slayer, but wouldn't the only thing capable of making that kind of sound be a dragon?" Kokuo asked as she looked at the couple. They nodded to her question.

Now they were wondering what dragon could be heading there.

"My old wounds are starting to burn like hell. No doubt, it's him." Said Gildarts, realizing what he felt wasn't wrong and that…monster really was here.

"Everyone, up in the sky!" Panther Lily said, pointing up when he saw something moving through the clouds.

Looking up, Natsu's eyes widened in shock when he saw what it was coming towards them, with everyone else being just as shocked.

"What is that?!" Yelled Gray, not believing it as they saw an actual Dragon descending out from above the clouds towards them.

The Dragon was truly massive in size, with his entire upper body covered in black, round, scales, which, in turn, were decorated by spiraling, blue markings. His lower body, specifically his chin, chest, stomach, inner tail, thighs, and arms, were gray in color, and appeared to be rather smooth. His eyes were white and beady, and his head was round and blunt with four, large, elongated plates extending backward. His mouth was full of razor-sharp teeth, and, attached to his chin, was a protrusion that resembled an arrowhead. His large wings were feathery in appearance, akin to a bird's. The scales disappeared at the end of his tail, which, in itself, ended in a stinger-esque shape.

"Holy crap it's huge!" Shukaku shouted with wide eyes. It was almost as large as them in their normal sizes.

"What is that?" Anko asked in shock and horror. No one answered her when they looked at Naruto and Mira, they were very quiet.

Kushina and Minato looked at them with worry, wondering what had happened to them.

"No. Not him. Anything but him." Naruto said as he felt fear grip his heart. This was the literal worst case scenario, the very reason he had tried to get Zeref away from the island in the first place! But if the Black Dragon of the Apocalypse was here, then that meant…extending his senses, he felt Zeref's Magic. The bastard was still nearby!

"Naruto actually showing fear to someone, that's not good." Kiba whimpered as did others that knew Naruto well. He never showed fear in front of his enemy and to see him show absolute fear to someone really had them on edge.

"What kind of monster would be capable of putting the fear into someone like Naruto who didn't even fear the Juubi?" Sakura asked, her heart dropping at the thought.

"Just. Just keep reading, please." Mira said softly, not wanting to here more about this and get through it quickly.

"It's huge!" Elfman Strauss said, looking at the Dragon with wide eyes, before they all tensed when the Dragon roared loudly.

"You gotta be kidding me." Muttered Gajeel, unable to believe they now had a Dragon to deal with.

"I knew it…I knew the dragons still existed…" Natsu muttered, seeing that Dragons are still around, which meant there was a chance he could still find Igneel.

"I'm afraid that is Acnologia, The Black Dragon of the Apocalypse." Said Makarov while gritting his teeth that such a being was now here.

"That's quite the name. No wonder everyone fears him with that kind of moniker to have." Ay said with a grumble, but also wondered what it did to gain such a title.

"You have no idea. That thing was death itself." Naruto said in a serious voice that put them on edge with Mira looking at her husband in worry. He saw her concern and smiled at her, telling her that he was alright.

"Yeah. It's him, alright." Stated Gildarts. He'd never forget the monster that almost killed him. He also knew if any of them wanted to get through this alive, they needed to run, and hope Acnologia wasn't interest in following them.

"Hey dragon! Do you know where I can find Igneel?! Grandeeney and Metalicana too!" Shouted Natsu, wanting answers if Acnologia knew where his, Wendy's, and Gajeel's foster parents were.

"Stop it, you damn fool!" Naruto yelled, grabbing Natsu by the arm and pulling him back, surprising the Fire Dragon Slayer, when he saw the palpable fear in Naruto's eyes.

"Don't provoke him, Natsu! Don't you remember what I told you, how I lost my arm and leg?!" Said Gildarts, with Natsu gritting his teeth as he remembered what Gildarts told him. How in the blink of an eye, Acnologia destroyed his left arm and leg, and then gutted his torso, before leaving Gildarts for dead. That he was an enemy of all of mankind, and that no one could defeat him.

"Oh god, how is he still alive?" Tsunade asked, her face written in horror, hearing what happened to the Ace of Fairy Tail. It didn't help when an image of Gildarts injuries came to view and the prosthetics he now had. Several people flinches at the images while others bowed their heads in honor of him.

"You don't try to talk to the thing that is more than likely to attack you out of boredom than to speak with you." Naruto said with his eye twitching, thinking about the idiotic moment from the dragon slayer. What the hell was he thinking?

"Even the Naruto of our world, didn't do something that stupid during the war." Tobirama deadpanned, getting a curious look from Naruto, wondering what his counterpart was like and what kind of war they were part of.

Before everyone braced themselves as Acnologia flew down and landed right in front of them, worrying and scaring several of the Mages that he was about to attack.

"I don't think this one's like Natsu's and the other Dragons! It looks really evil!" Happy stated.

"You're damn right about that, cat. This beast, is the harbinger of death!" Naruto stated while tensing up.

"So, are we gonna fight it, then?!" Said Natsu, ready to fight Acnologia if that's what he had to do.

"Are you insane!? Fuck no, we can't fight that thing! This is not about winning, this is about survival!" Naruto shouted at him.

"Seeing Naruto acting like this makes me worry if this Acnologia is that bad, how does it compare to the nine or ten tails?" Ino asked, her face paling. How powerful and terrifying is this dragon to scare Naruto of all people.

"Just keep reading, it'll be easier if we can get this part done as soon as possible." Naruto said with a frown.

"Naruto is completely right, Natsu, this about our survival. And I'm not sure we are all gonna make it!" Said Gildarts, much to everyone else's shock that the Ace of Fairy Tail would say that. Making them only even more fearful that this isn't a fight where they'd win or lose, it's one where they simply needed to hope they all survived.

"Are you saying this thing's gonna kill some of us?!" Natsu demanded, angry and refusing to let anyone hurt his friends and family, only for Acnologia to rear its head back.

"Everyone, move now!" Gildarts shouted, seeing what Acnologia was doing and knew they needed to get out of the way or risk being torn to pieces.

Though before anyone could move, Acnologia unleashed another roar, one much more powerful than the previous ones as the roar ripped apart the ground. Sending rocks, trees, and dust flying everywhere.

Once the dust settled, Natsu looked around in shock when he saw the forest that had once surrounded them…was completely gone.

"Oh my god, it took out that much in one attack." Sakura said in mild disbelief, it looked like it wasn't even trying and it did so much already.

"You still think you could take it, Shukaku?" Goku asked the sand raccoon, who looked a little unsure, but nodded nonetheless.

"Idiot." Gyuki muttered to himself, perched on Killer Bee's shoulder with those around him nodding in agreement.

"N-no way…the forest…it's all gone." Natsu said in disbelief that Acnologia could do that with a regular roar, not even a magic attack, just a single roar. He had never seen Igneel do anything like this before.

"How can it be so destructive?" asked Levy as Gajeel shielded her from the roar, not believing the destruction unleashed from it.

"All of that, just from a single roar…How strong is he? Cana asked, shocked and horrified that such power could exist, making even Fairy Glitter look like a light breeze in comparison.

"Not just strong, he's evil, pure and simple. That just now, was a warm up." Said Gildarts as they saw Acnologia surveying the destruction he caused, as if enjoying the sight of the devastation.

"Listen up, if you want to stay alive, you can't waste time freaking out! Pull yourselves together and lets get out of here!" Gildarts said, only to see Acnologia fly up into the air.

"Get to the ship!" Yelled Gildarts, knowing the Dragon was going to attack.

"Everyone, through the trees now!" Erza shouted, pointing towards where the ship was waiting.

None of them needing to be told twice as they all took off running to reach the ship with Acnologia flying after them. The Black Dragon proved to be faster as it landed again, right in front of Bickslow and Fried Justine, slamming his head into the ground throwing them back.

"Bickslow! Fried!" Evergreen cried out in worry for her teammates.

"He's cut off our escape! What're we supposed to do now?!" Said Gray, seeing Acnologia was now standing between them and the ship, leaving them trapped.

The Mages were then forced to keep running as Acnologia smashed his claws into the ground to crush them, sending them flying from the impacts. While also swinging his tail, throwing dozens of trees through the air, with Elfman being unlucky enough to be in the way, crying out as he was thrown through the air.

"Elfman!" Said Evergreen, letting her wings out as she flew up and grabbed Elfman before he hit the ground.

"Ever. Thank you," Elfman said, only for it to be short-lived as Acnologia raised his hand and slammed it into them, sending them crashing to the ground.

"No…not like this!" Levy exclaimed, completely terrified at seeing how relentless Acnologia was being in his attacks.

Gritting his teeth at seeing his friends being hurt, Natsu shouted and charged at Acnologia to fight him head on. But before he could even use a spell, Acnologia slammed his hand into the ground in front of Natsu, throwing the pinkette back as he skidded across the ground. With Natsu getting back up and glaring at the Black Dragon.

"Hey! Okay, that's it, you're gonna-" Natsu shouted, only to stop when he saw Makarov move in front of them and throw off his shirt.

"Gramps!" Said Natsu, wondering what he was planning on doing, with Makarov's body being surrounded by golden Magic before he began growing in size.

"Get to the ship!" Makarov said, his voice becoming deeper and distorted as he grew to his giant form.

The Master moved forward, wrapping his arms around Acnologia's head, gritting his teeth as the Dragon tried pushing him back, with Makarov digging his feet into the ground to hold him in place. But rather than be relieved, the Mages were horrified that their Master was trying to fight Acnologia.

"He's larger than any Akimichi could ever become." Choji said in awe of the old guild master as he watched him rise to meet the challenge in front of him.

"To think even injured, he still is able to do this much and to put himself in harm's way for his guild is admirable." Hashirama said with a grin.

"He cares deeply for the guild as if they were his own children. I can say for a certain that I'd like to meet this man and give him my thanks for looking at you." Minato said to Naruto who nodded with a smile.

"He's a grandfather to us and father to others and it was very hard to have to leave him like that, when we did." Mira said with a sad look.

"This is insane! You don't stand a chance!" Gray yelled, not thinking even Makarov could fight Acnologia.

"Master! Please don't play the hero! If anything happens to you, the guild will be…!" Said Erza, not wanting to even imagine their Master dying to save them.

"Run!" Said Makarov, grunting as Acnologia kept pushing him back.

"You can't fight him on your own, Makarov!" Naruto shouted at him.

"I will fight by Master's side!" Freed declared, refusing to run if Markarov planned to fight Acnologia.

"No overgrown lizard's gonna tear this guild apart!" Added Bickslow.

"I'll stay with you until the bitter end." Evergreen said.

"Me too!" Elfman said, as everyone began getting up to fight with Makarov.

"To see such unity and desire to help, despite the situation, is amazing to see when we've all wanted something like this in our lives." Hiruzen said with a smile.

All the Mages shouted their agreement and encouragement to fight with their Master, knowing if he was going to stay and fight, then so would they. With Makarov gritting his teeth as he tried keeping his hold on the Dragon King, before looking at the Mages.

"Would you brats just shut up for once and honor your Master's final wish?! Get out of here, NOW!" Makarov shouted back, under no delusion that he would walk away from this alive and would give his life to defend his family and guild.

"F-final wish…?" Mirajane said in horror that he was really willing to die to save them, as Makarov struggled to hold Acnologia back.

With Laxus looking at his grandfather in disbelief as he was now began to realize just what it meant to be Fairy Tail's Guild Master.

"To choose to make the ultimate sacrifice, so the others could live, speaks a lot about his convictions and how much he cares about them." Tsunade said in awe.

"I'm proud to be a member of Fairy Tail with him as our guild master, he set the bar incredibly high for the next one to take the position from him." Mira said with a smile as she leaned on her husband's shoulders.

"I'm a Dragon Slayer, Gramps, this is what I was meant to do!" Natsu shouted, not caring what Makarov said, he wasn't planning on leaving. Only to gag when Laxus grabbed him by the back of his scarf.

"Let's go!" Said Laxus, much to Natsu's anger.

"Laxus! Let me…!" Said Natsu, only to stop when he saw the tears flying from Laxus's eyes.

"Master…please be safe!" Erza said as she and the others began running to the ship, accepting their Masters wish for them to escape.

'What good children. It may be hard to believe, but this is for the best. It's times like these that teach you important lessons for your future. Like tears are wasteful things, nothing to trouble over. Is death caused by sadness? Or is sadness caused by death? The answer is in your hearts. My dear children, you must learn, grow, and live!' Makarov thought, knowing that if he had to die, he would rather die protecting his kids.

"..."

Everyone is listening to the words that Makarov is saying and everyone is touched by his words with some even tearing up at his conviction to protect them. He was willing to give his life, so they could live another day. Naruto and Mira's kids are listening and were proud to know their great grandfather, especially with little Makarov who was named after him.

"That was beautiful." Shizune wiped the tears that she had in her eyes.

"He's always had a way with words." G.U. said with a grin at his surrogate grandfather.

"Jiji is so cool!" K.U. said with a grin as she bounced in her spot on her dad's lap while Giselle nodding her head rapidly in agreement.

"Oh you kids are just so cute!" Kushina squealed as stars appeared in her eyes in joy at her grandbabies.

"You foul creature!" Makarov shouted as he used all his strength to tip Acnologia over and slam him into the ground, only for the Black Dragon to get back up.

"I don't know what your goal is here, but I'm not letting you take one more step!" Said Makarov, refusing to let Acnologia go any further towards his children. "I WON'T LET YOU HURT MY CHILDREN!"

But before Makarov could even react, Acnologia roared and stood up on his hindlegs, making the Guild Master cry out as he was immediately pushed back. The Dragon King roared as he pushed Makarov to the ground and slammed his hand into his chest, before pressing down into him. Gritting his teeth at the pain from the pressure, Makarov shouted into Acnologia's face, making the Dragon King return it with a roar.

Only for Acnologia to move back a little, feeling some confusion when Makarov suddenly started laughing and smiling, as if he wasn't burying his claws in his chest.

'This is what a father does for his family, I have no regrets…I can die a happy man.' Makarov thought, accepting his end as long as it meant his children were safe.

With Acnologia roaring again and dismissing the humans behavior, while Makarov fell against the ground and closed his eyes, preparing himself for the end. Only for them to immediately snap open when he felt an intense heat. Shifting his gaze, he saw a beam of black flames slam into Acnologia, pushing him off of Markarov.

"Naruto!" People shouted in shock, not expecting him to come back.

"Sochi, what are you doing?" Kushina asked as she looked to her son with narrowed eyes and a frown, but all she got was a shrug from him. Mira saw this and giggled watching her mother-in-law try to scare him, but it was proving uneffective.

The dragon shook it's head as it looked to see who hit him. Markarov turned as well to see Naruto standing behind him, his hand outstretched from the blast he had sent Acnologia's way. "Naruto!? You were supposed to run!" Markarov said to him.

"I came back. To help you hold him off." Naruto said, his expression serious and grim as he reminisced about his final goodbye.

Flashback

Naruto stopped as he was running with the group, pausing and looking back at Markarov and Acnologia. Mirajane, Elfman and Lisanna, noticed that he stopped.

"Naruto-nii, why are you stopping!? We have to run," Lisanna said to him.

"I have to go back. I have…to help Makarov." Naruto said, his expression grim, as everyone knew what it meant.

"Help? But Naruto-nii, he begged us to run." Elfman told him, as he wanted to stay and fight like the rest, but he respected his master enough to at least respect his wishes.

"Makarov won't be able to hold him off. We'll never get to the ship, much less get off the island if it's just him. At least with…me helping, there at least a chance the rest of you will live." Naruto said, shadows covering his eyes.

Everyone smiled at Naruto, knowing that this would be something he would do. Even if he's another version of him, deep down, they're one and the same.

"No, Naruto-kun please, not like this!" Mira pleaded with Naruto. After all these years, they had finally found each other again, and now he was planning a suicide mission, all so he could protect her and her guild. She didn't wish to be separated from him but she did not get to protest much, as Naruto cupped her cheeks tenderly, before planting a soft kiss on her lips.

"Aww!" The women, Matatabi, Kokuo, and Saiken all cooed at the beautiful and romantic moment.

"It's not how I wanted our first kiss to be, but since I probably won't see you again…" Naruto trailed off as he backed away.

"No…No!" Mira pleaded with him as she reached to stop him, and Elfman and Lisanna had to reluctantly hold her back.

"No matter what happens, don't turn back! That thing is death itself! Run and live!" Naruto told her as he summoned a massive wall of trees between them, cutting them off from him.

Solemnly, Naruto turned on his heel, running toward Makarov, Mira's cries for him to stop fading in his ear.

Several people, especially the women, had tears in their eyes, watching the sad scene happen.

"You damn brat! Think of yourself every once in a while." Tsunade said with mirth, but had a tone of seriousness to it.

"I'm so proud of you sochi!" Kushina couldn't take it anymore and hugged her son while she cried tears at the sad and heart stringing moment with the couple.

"He always does things like that, so those that he cares about is safe. It's one of the reasons I fell in love with him." Mira said with a loving smile towards her husband as he grinned bashfully with a blush. The women cooed at her words and were in awe of her strong love for him.

Flashback end.

"You wouldn't have been able to hold him off for very long. They wouldn't even have gotten off the island before Acnologia hunted them down. At least with me here, we can try to hold him off long enough for them to get away." Naruto said solemnly.

"Naruto…" Makarov said in shock, as he knew that the young man had chosen to die with him, so the rest of Fairy Tail could live.

Naruto stomped on the ground and shouted to Acnologia, "Now you monster, you have me to deal with!"

Naruto's magic skyrocketed as he clapped his hands together. "Hand of Gaea!" All of a sudden, giant hands made of green wood sprang out of the ground, each one of them as large as Acnologia himself, 2 of them clasping the dragons wings, one clasping his tail, and a fourth clasping his neck, crushing him into the ground. The dragon didn't seem particularly bothered by this, though it did note that a mere flexing of his muscles was not going to break this magically enhanced wood, as it started to exert more strength, causing the wood to start cracking.

"Tch! How about this then!? Deep Blooming Forest!" Naruto shouted as he poured more magic into the ground, until he forced life to bloom at an extremely rapid pace, causing thick plant-like stems to grow at alarming rate around Acnologia and for hundreds of feet all around him, until the Black Dragon was buried under a dense forest and flowering trees.

The giant flowers opened and began to pollinate, releasing a yellow pollen, smothering the dragon. 'The yellow pollen will normally put their victim to sleep, rendering them unconscious so I can finish them off. However, even with the potency upped to the max to knockout out a herd of elephants the moment they breath it in, I don't know if it will work on Acnologia.' Naruto thought as he watched the dragon breathe in the pollen, with its white soulless eyes start to flutter and his movements began to dull.

"Interesting techniques, I'd like to compare techniques and what makes your wood magic different from my Mokuton." Hashirama said to Naruto who nodded as he also wondered the same thing.

"Your mokuton, if I had to say, is more potent and would be able to absorb his magic once you had him like Naruto did." Tobirama said.

"My Great Tree Dragon is capable of absorbing magic, as you probably saw during my fight with Hades, but it wouldn't have helped against Acnologia. Like me with my flames, he's not the type to just let his magic be absorbed."

Others started asking what he meant by that, but he just smirked at them and told them that he wouldn't spoil any surprises. This got many people to be upset while others pouted at his words for not telling them.

"I can try giving you some tips and maybe even channel some chakra into your wood magic and see what happens to it?" Hashirama offered, getting an interested look from Naruto while Mira giggled as they decided to look into this later on.

"That was smart to try to put it to sleep. It would make the fight much easier if he's unconscious." G.S. said with an impressed nod.

The black dragon shook it's head and roared, unleashing a brilliant magic shockwave of white light, ripping apart all the branches and plants that had been restraining him. The branches and thick stems landed all around him as the pollen blew harmlessly away in the wind.

"Damn it. It seemed like it was working there for a moment." Naruto muttered to himself as he grit his teeth.

"Fall, damn you!" Naruto shouted as he hit Acnologia with Bluenote's spell, though it was really his, as he drastically increased the gravity around Acnologia, prompting the Dragon to fall to his knee's and the ground to crumble and cave in.

Acnologia struggled to move as Naruto leapt and flew into the air, using his Gravity Magic to alter his own weight instead of using his God Slayer Flames. Once he reached about 200 feet, Naruto stopped himself. "Weight Change!" He announced, as he changed his own personal gravity, until he weighed over 100 tons, causing him to fall at break-neck speed towards the Black Dragon. Naruto slammed his elbow into the dragon's back, sending both of them crashing into the earth, kicking up a massive mushroom cloud of dirt and dust that could be seen throughout the whole island.

After a moment, Naruto jumped out of the debris, landing next to Markarov. "Naruto, did that…" Markarov trailed off.

"No, and I made myself as heavy as I could afford to. Any other Gravity Magic spells won't do enough or they risk hurting the others." Naruto said as he rose to his feet, rubbing his elbow that he had slammed into the Black Dragon. He could have gone way heavier, but he had been worried about destroying the island and also, he wasn't sure his body wouldn't just break against Acnologia. The legends about the beast don't really state what his abilities were, so Naruto was shooting blind. The dust cleared as Acnologia beat his wings as he hovered above the crater that Naruto had made.

"That move alone would've killed anyone else and caused some serious damage to even a Susanoo and that's saying something." Son Goku said as he whistled as his siblings all nodded. Hell, even Kurama agreed.

"Makes me wonder how many of us would fare against him, Kurama." Chomei said to the fox who shrugged his shoulders in response, but that was an interesting scenario.

"He's one tough bastard. That would have still killed most living creatures." Naruto said to himself.

"Is that it?" came a voice that both Makarov and Naruto heard, and they saw the Dragons mouth moving. "Is that all you can muster? And here I was starting to mildly enjoy myself."

"It…It" Makarov stuttered in shock.

"He spoke…" Naruto muttered in horror. That wasn't good, not good at all. If Acnologia was deigning to speak with him, then that meant he was starting to take Naruto seriously.

"Of course, I can speak, you half-wit. I normally won't bother talking to you humans. After all, what is good is talking to ant? But you are no ordinary ant, are you, little God slayer?" Acnologia stated with a toothy grin.

"Nrrghh!" Naruto growled as he tensed up.

"Now, show me something interesting, unless you want me to resume playing with those other ants." Acnologia taunted Naruto.

"Arrgghhhh!" Naruto shouted as he clapped his hands together and channeled his magic power, right into the ground beneath him. Slowly, thick, green wood began to push the ground apart as Naruto himself started to rise into the air. Slowly, a giant, bearded masculine face with horns sticking out of either side of it's head rose up under the ground. The wooden giants body was muscular like a humans, with 3 arms on each side of it's body. A nest of branches and vegetation formed a loincloth and covered the area where the genitals on the titan would have been, and the giant construct finished forming muscular legs and feet, with the knees and ankles having branches wrapped around them.

"Primeval Titan!" Naruto shouted as he was now standing on a 300 foot, multi-armed Titan, ready to beat the Dragon of the Apocalypse to death, or die trying.

"It's somewhat like my Sage Art Wood Release: True Several Thousand Hands when I battled Madara and Kurama except with having less hands to use." Hashirama whistled with a smirk in excitement.

"But we don't know the full extent of the Primeval Titan and what it's capabilities are or if it'll be effective against Acnologia." Minato said in awe and worry for his son. Sure he's here now and obviously older, but he still worries knowing he's battling a very strong opponent.

"It's almost as tall as my max height in my titan form." Makarov said as he stood on his feet again, exiting the form by jumping up and landing on top of the Titan's head.

"I will support you as best I can, youngster!" Makarov said as he clapped his hands together.

"Maximum Defense Seal: Fairy Blessing!" Makarov shouted as the Titan Naruto had created gained a golden glow to it. "This will reduce the damage he can do to your construct. It's a very basic spell and can't do much spread out on this construct, but given our situation, this is the best I can muster right now!"

"I'll take any help I can get against that thing!" Naruto shouted back as he turned back to the Black Dragon.

"Here we come, Acnologia!" Naruto shouted.

The Dragon and both mages roared as Naruto sent the giant fists pummeling down on Acnologia as the dragon swung its wings at the hands, their attacks meeting and the shockwaves being produced from clash being felt all through the island.

Everyone was on edge now as the battle went on. They were in awe of Naruto's power against Acnologia, but knew that it was far from over. Kushina, Tsunade, Minato, Fu, Yugito, Anko, Samui, Temari, Mei, and Kurotsuchi were the most concerned for him and Makarov aside from Mira of course.

With the Rest of Fairy Tail

The group of Fairy Tail mages had stopped running as they saw the giant construct behind them and were now arguing with themselves, "We have to go back! We can't leave Master Makarov and Naruto-kun!" Mirajane argued.

"Mira-nee, Naruto-nee begged us to run and live on. They both did." Lisanna told her sister, even though she hated saying it, knowing that they were leaving their master and the man who was like an older brother to her, to die.

"There is no way we will get away from the island in time, and then what are we supposed to do!? Just wait for that…monster to…kill Master and Naruto and then come after us as well!?" Mira struggled to say, on the verge of crying at talking about Naruto, Makarov and death in the same sentence.

"You really do love him, don't you?" Kushina could only grin at her daughter-in-law as she nodded with a smile as she kissed his cheek.

"Aww, that's so beautiful that you wanted to go back to help them, despite knowing how dangerous it would be." Mei said with a sigh as she loved romance like this.

"It really is." Fu agreed with the Mizukage with tears in her eyes.

Mira noticed the way that they and certain others spoke and glanced at her husband from time to time spoke volumes to her. She might speak with them later and see what their intentions are towards her husband.

"Mira's got a point. Even if they can hold off the monster, it won't be for long." Gray pointed out, as they observed the giant wooden structure Naruto had conjured battling Acnologia, lose one of it's arms to the beast.

"Then the only option left is to stand and fight." Erza stated, making Gildarts and Laxus sigh, knowing that the group was leaning heavily on going back for Naruto and Makarov. They'd have to go back to try and keep them alive, even though they would prefer trying to get the rest of the guild to safety.

"Let show this dragon not to mess with Fairy Tail!" Natsu shouted as he raised his fist and the air and most of the others were in agreement.

"Yeah, go give that lizard hell!" K.N. cheered them on. Naruto merely chuckled when he saw all his daughters looking at their grandmother in awe with stars in their eyes.

"Baa-chan is so cool!" Griselle said with K.U. nodding her head in agreement with her sister.

K.N. just grinned and started crying tears of joy that her little grandbabies thought how cool she was. Minato could only sweatdrop at his wife, but was chuckling at his granddaughter's antics.

Naruto leaned to their ears and whispered something to them and they nodded their heads rapidly and got off his lap and rushed to Minato and Kushina. When they got close enough, they jumped onto their laps, catching them by surprise, but managed to stay in their seat. K.U. sat on Minato's lap while Griselle sat on K.N. lap. The parents gave them bright smiles and looked at their son with smiles and nodded their heads in thanks before hugging their grandchildren. Naruto just nodded to them and took Makarov from Mira to help her out giving her some space while G.U. was still in her lap.

"Alright, with that taken care of, let's get back to the book, I want to see how they do against the dragon." Ay said a little annoyed, but was also finding the whole thing entertaining.

Back with Acnologia

A cloud of dirt and dust cleared to reveal the Titan that Naruto had formed was in pieces, Acnologia standing over Markarov, while Naruto was collapsed and hunched over against a cliff. It looked like Acnologia was going to finish off Makarov, but then Acnologia heard Natsu running towards him.

Seeing the other human and smelling the scent of Dragons on him, Acnologia growled before bringing his tail down to crush Natsu. Only for the pinkette to roll out of the way and jump onto Acnologia's tail before jumping up and grabbing onto his arm.

"We're getting gramps and Naruto back! Ya hear me?!" Natsu shouted at Acnologia, with the Dragon King looking him, regarding the pinkette as little more than an insect.

"Natsu!?" Naruto said, his eyes wide with shock and disbelief that the dragon slayer had come back.

Acnologia snarled, lifting his arm up and swinging it at Makarov, sending the Guild Master crashing against a rock formation while Natsu managed to hold on.

As Markarov looked up after coughing the dust out of his lungs, he also noticed a familiar redhead standing in front of him and felt his eyes widen. "Erza, you too?" he asked in pain.

"I was down with the plan to evacuate." a voice said, drawing Makarov's attention to Laxus, "I'm sure there are plenty of people out there who'd let the old guy and a stranger take the fall." he said as he looked to his grandfather with a smile, "But not this guild."

"They never wanted to leave them behind in the first place, so I shouldn't be too surprised that they had come back in the end." Yugito said with a grin, liking the guild more and more.

"That's true, kitten. They'd never leave a guildmate behind if they can help it. They're guild reminds me of father's dream of the Shinobi world uniting together." Matatabi said with the other Biju agreeing with their sister.

"Now attack!" Erza commanded the rest of her friends as they jumped into the fray, attacking Acnologia, bringing down wave after wave of magic on its gigantic body.

"You damn stupid bunch of kids." Tears swelled up at the corners of Makarov's eyes, he couldn't believe it and he didn't know what to say, so he sat there, and sobbed quietly.

Naruto, on the other hand, was for more vocal about making his displeasure known. "YOU STUPID IDIOTS! YOU WERE SUPPOSED RUN AND LIVE!"

Laxus gave a loud yell as he called upon all his power, "Alright you guy's, let's hit this overgrown lizard with everything we've got! If you let loose on him and I blast him with a million watts of lightning, he'll learn to never mess with Fairy Tail again!".

"Laxus!" the Thunder Legion said with grins.

"Laxus-san." Wendy said in awe of his power as Gajeel and Gray let out a chuckle.

On Acnologia's arm, Natsu heard the crackling electricity before he saw the glow of the lightning wizard, "Laxus?" he asked.

"You better get out of the way Natsu, cause here it comes!" Laxus told him.

"Hold on just a second, man." Natsu responded.

"No, do it now Laxus!" Erza cried out.

"I HAVEN'T MOVED YET, DAMN IT!" Natsu cried out in panic.

Everyone started laughing at the funny moment going on, it's what was needed to relieve the stress and rather serious fight going on.

"Hahahaha, despite the situation, I thought it was hilarious watching Natsu freak out like that. If we hadn't been fighting the black dragon at the time, I would've laughed at the whole thing." Naruto said, getting his laugh under control, but he still chuckled a little bit while Mira giggled into her hand with a nod of agreement.

"YOU CAN'T FIGHT HIM! HE'S TOO POWERFUL!" Naruto shouted at them.

However, Laxus knew they had to act fast before the dragon moved, so Laxus let out a yell of, "RAGING BOLT" as he hurled as much lightning out from his body as possible, sending it straight at the dragon. Soon after, the other member's of Fairy Tail added their magic into the attack until it was one large spiraling beam of magic energy as it raced towards Acnologia. Natsu's friend Happy quickly used his Magic to fly and grab Natsu before he was consumed by the attack that quickly enveloped Acnologia in a dome of power.

On a clifftop far from the battle was a young girl, with long, wavy, yellow-blonde hair that reached down to her feet with a single lock pointing upwards, large green eyes that appeared to have no irises. She had peachy skin and a slight, childlike build. She was wearing a frilly, pink layered robe with a red ribbon tied in a bow around her neck. Around her chest were three blue diamond patterns with two blue triangles above. Each series of these was outlined in hot pink. She had wing-like adornments around her ears and small hoop earrings and was barefoot.

"Who's that?" Kurenai asked with that same question going through everyone, but Naruto and Mira's heads with the latter two having met her already smiled at the young woman appearing on the large tv. Everyone looked at the two Mages who smiled as the picture of Mavis appeared.

"Now, why ruin the surprise when the book will tell you at some point." Naruto said with a grin as she looked at him with a sigh before turning back to the screen while Mira elbowed him in the ribs making him wince, but smiled sheepishly at his wife.

She looked down at the battle with a soft smile, yet her eyes were in the sad manner. The current generation of Fairy Tail fighting against the strongest Dragon. Anyone who had an inkling about the Dragon King's strength knew that Fairy Tail had no hope of victory, as their attacks did no damage to the Black Dragon. She closed her eyes, put her hands together, and prayed.

Naruto slowly picked himself off his feet and out of the rocks he was embedded in. He was mad, beyond mad that they had come back and basically negated his and Makarov's sacrifice, but after thinking about it, it was just like that situation in his youth when he and Team 7 fought Zabuza. Even if they had run, Acnologia would have hunted them down later anyway. The only option left was to make a stand here and now. But not in the way the guild was currently thinking.

"Now that I think about it, it wouldn't have taken him long to track us down after dealing with Kakashi-sensei." Sasuke said with a deadpan as he stare at his teacher who looked sheepish all of a sudden. The next moment Kakashi was sent to the ground, courtesy of one blonde female Hokage who was glaring at team 7's leader.

"You are lucky they survived it and were able to free you, who knows what would've happened had your students listened to you at the time." Tsunade said to a sweating scarecrow, knowing that he was indeed lucky.

"What did you do Kakashi?" Minato asked his lone student in his "Hokage" voice, making the man fear for his life. He turned towards the lone redhead and was even more terrified seeing the sweet smile that was on her face.

He was dead! "Goodbye Icha Icha!" Kakashi shouted mentally in his mind as a chibi version was on his hands and knees weeping for his precious books.

'I'm under no delusions that we could actually win. Even if I was fully rested…no, not even then.' Naruto clenched his hands into fists, and spread his legs out.

"Phew, for a second there, I thought you were about to give up." Tsunade said as she sighed in relief. If Naruto ever gave up on someone would be the day that hell froze over.

"Same, as troublesome as he is, it would be unlike Naruto to not do something whether it was futile or not." Shikamaru said in his usual lazy demeanor, but he had a small smirk on his face.

Ino giggled in a knowing manner. "He wouldn't be Naruto if he backed down when those he cares about are in danger." She said, getting murmurs of agreements from everyone. Naruto just smirked at her.

'It's a long shot, but it's the only chance we have. I got to try!' he thought as he summoned whatever magic power he had left.

Laxus felt his eyes widen in shock as the dragon remained unaffected by the Unison Raid they had unleashed on him, "Seriously, we totally unloaded on this bastard and he's still smiling?" he asked himself.

He then called out, "Alright, let's see what you dragon slayer's can do!" he yelled out as the cats picked up their own partner and flew above Acnologia, "You hear me, Natsu?!".

"Let's show this overgrown lizard what Fairy Tail is really capable of!" Gajeel roared.

"Right." the others agreed. They each drew back their heads and began to unleash their breath attacks at the dragon.

" Iron Dragon's Roar!" Gajeel called out.

"Sky Dragon's Roar!" Wendy yelled out.

"Fire Dragon's Roar!" Natsu roared.

"Good idea, use your best attacks at once to create a unison raid." Tobirama said with a nod.

"And it looks like they had done it before with how well the attacks merged together with how the attack easily formed." Minato said with an impressed whistle at the display.

The attacks all combined into a single Unison Raid and hit the Black Dragon head on. It not only pushed the dragon back, it sent the him crashing into the water behind him. Landing on the ground, the group of dragon slayers waited to see if they had brought the dragon down.

"Did it work?" Natsu asked.

"Of course, it didn't work." Gildarts said as he spoke up.

"What do you mean?' Gray asked him.

"He's not even using half the power he used when he fought me, he's toying with us." he told the Ice Wizard as the ground shuddered before it broke apart as Acnologia rose to the sky once again, knocking some of the wizards to the ground.

"Seriously?" Kurotsuchi asked with wide eyes. This monster was tanking all of their attacks and brushing them off like nothing.

"He's making everything seem like a joke to him." Kushina muttered, worried for them as she clutched her granddaughter a little tighter.

"I'm getting a very bad feeling about this." Samui spoke as she felt a pit in her stomach and it was only growing with the other girls including his parents, and godparents nodding in agreement.

The black dragon roared loudly as he hovered above Fairy Tail, looking down upon them like they were mere insects.

"Is everyone alright?" Erza asked loudly as she got up from the ground.

"None of our attacks are working!" Elfman said through gritted teeth, as he stood next to his sister, who had deactivated her Satan Soul.

"His power's unbelievable." Gajeel remarked.

"We gave it everything we had." Wendy cried, "Three dragons slayers all at the same time. Our whole guild went against him and it still wasn't enough."

"This shouldn't happen. I'm supposed to be a freaking dragon slayer, so why couldn't I beat him?" Natsu growled out to himself.

"RAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Came a shout from behind them all as they looked back to see Naruto standing on his feet, roaring to the heavens. Magic energy began to fill the air and the air began to heat up as white flames covered his body. His hair flickered from blonde to blood red until it finally settled on red and his sclera turned black again. Finally, the wind died down and the dust settled to reveal Naruto in his God Force mode.

"Kick his as-butt sochi!" Kushina had to change what she was about to say since there were children nearby. She didn't want to curse in front them. That and Mira was giving her a sweet smile with her eyes closed while she emitted a purple aura around her body. That look made her shutter as she had one thing going through her mind. "Huh, so this is what it feels like experiencing that look from the other side." She said while she gained an increase of respect for Mira.

"Mama, did baa-chan almost say?" K.U. asked, getting a pale face from everyone around as they saw her aura grow, making them fear the demon takeover mage while Minato could only pale in horror as it reminded him of his wife. Naruto just smirked in pride, knowing that she could even put his mother who was known for her temper in her place.

"Nothing Kushina, don't worry about it." Mira assured her who nodded.

"Hai." K.U. said with a smile as Naruto ruffled her hair, making her pout.

"You wanted my best, Acnologia, so here it is." Naruto said coldly. Meanwhile, in the back of his head, he was thinking 'I don't have much time left. I can maybe last a full minute in this state. I've gotta make it count.'

"Finally" Acnologia muttered to himself as he gave a toothy grin as he readied himself. Now, the Black Dragon would get to see what this God Slayer was truly made of.

"It's time to end this, Black Dragon." Naruto said, crouching low as focused jets of white flame appeared on his feet, propelling him forward as he rushed the Black Dragon. Acnologia swiped at him with his claws and Naruto managed a barrel roll out of the way.

"Flame God's Heavenly Axe!" Naruto shouted, hitting Acnologia in the stomach with his flame-clad heel, the force of the blow and the fact that they were in mid-air sending Acnologia flying upwards. While Acnologia was sent upwards, Naruto hit him a dozen times in his chest and face, causing the dragon to flip over in mid-air so his back was now facing the ground.

Naruto appeared above Acnologia, charging a mass of white flames around his fist before rushing straight for Acnologia. "Flame God's Righteous Fist!" Naruto shouted as he smashed his fist into the same spot he hit Acnologia previously. The blow caused a shockwave to reverberate through the air as the Black Dragon was sent crashing into the ground beneath them, kicking up a plume of dust and dirt.

"Flame God's Bellow!" Naruto shouted as he sent out a giant beam of white fire that hit Acnologia directly in the chest as he lay in the crater, exploding in giant pillar of white flames. The heat from his fire was beyond anything the Fairy Tail guild had ever witnessed, as all the vegetation around for hundreds of feet rapidly dried out.

The TV played out the attack scene as everyone watched Naruto fight the black dragon with everything he had. To say the least, everyone was impressed while others were in awe of his battle prowess and his strength that he was putting out.

"Incredible." Mei said in awe of the power that he was exposing.

"To have such heat that would burn everything around without even being in contact with the flames is most impressive." Sasuke said with a whistle as he could appreciate the fire power (No pun intended) being put into these attacks.

"You see it too, don't you brother?" Tobirama asked Hashirama who nodded with a smirk, while others that hadn't noticed it yet were confused.

"What do you mean Lord Second?" Kiba asked, confused on what they're talking about.

"He's being smart when he constantly is going for the same spot each time he attacks." Tobirama said as the others that understood nodded in agreement while others that hadn't before were in awe.

"So, he's trying to go for a single point, hoping it would work and attacking that same spot each time will have some affect on it." Ino said as Tobirama nodded his head.

"Yes, he's hoping that if he attacks it enough with how tough dragon scales are that it'll give him an opening he could take advantage of." The Second Hokage said as everyone understood and was impressed at his quick thinking.

"E-eh." Lucy groaned as she was pummeled by the heat form Naruto's attack.

"I can feel the heat from here!" Mira cried out as she covered her face to stave off the sheer heat from Naruto's attack.

"I-it burns." Levy said as Gajeel moved in front of her.

"Stay behind me." he said, trying to protect her from the heat waves that assaulted them.

"I-I feel like I'm boiling." Juvia said as she covered her face.

"Naruto-nii's is so manly!" Elfman exclaimed as he was sweating like a melting popsicle.

"T-this heat is unlike anything I've ever felt." Lisanna said as she covered her eyes.

"This is bad. Like really really bad." Happy said in shock.

"When you burn down the east and you burn down the west!" Naruto chanted as he gathered the flames in each hand, before flying at top speed down toward Acnologia. Acnologia swung his tail, clearing the dust, and turned his gaze up to see Naruto making a beeline straight towards him.

Acnologia's wings spread wide as he generated several velvet orbs of magic behind him. "Eternal Flare!" He roared as he generated orbs around him that fired powerful beams of purple light straight at Naruto.

"Can't let those hit me!" Naruto muttered to himself as he barrel-rolled and weaved around the lights narrowly avoiding the blasts, before he got through them.

"Flame God's Kagutsuchi!" Naruto roared as he slammed both the orbs into Acnologia's chest, in the same spot he had hit with his last few attacks. The spell detonated and both Dragon and God Slayer were consumed in a giant dome of white flame. The intensity of Naruto's godly fire cause all the vegetation around them that had dried out from the previous attack to light on fire, as the entire forest behind the dome started to burn down. Meanwhile, off in the distance, the beam's from Acnologia's spell detonated in the vast horizon, lighting it up. Fairy Tail couldn't see where the beams had landed, but some of them could morbidly guess that a lot things were blown up just now.

"Was it really as hard as the book is suggesting fighting that dragon?" Minato asked, not wanting to believe the book was making it out to be an invincible monster.

He sighed before he gave him a look and nodded, giving him the answer that made Naruto's father clench his fist tightly at the feeling of being helpless.

"I feels like we're being deep-fried in a stove." Pantherlily said as sweat poured from his brow.

"It's too hot." Carla cried out as she began to sweat heavily.

Cana and her friends looked at the God Slayer's assault with wide eyes as well, "That's unbelievable. It's almost like I'm standing in front of the sun itself." Cana said.

"Awesome." Natsu said in amazement as he felt the heat of Naruto's attack.

Naruto jumped out of the flame pillar and landed a small distance from the rest of the guild. He doubted that his spells had done much. In fact, it felt like he was the one getting hurt here, as the fist's he had slammed Acnologia with earlier were bruised and shaking, and it was painful to move his fingers. His foot was little better off, shaking and making it difficult to stand.

"Wait, so each time he punched or attacked the dragon, it hurt your fists, then the actual dragon itself?" Sakura asked with a horrified look on her face when he nodded.

"That's not good." Tsunade said with a scowl.

The fire died down and Acnologia could be seen getting up out of the flames, basically uninjured. Except for a black spot about the size of his two fists, right where pristine white scales had once been.

Lucy felt her eyes widen in shock, "All those attacks basically had no effect?!" she exclaimed.

"Seriously?" Laxus said in shock.

"How could he have survived those flames with only minor injuries?" Ezra asked.

"He's barely got a scratch on him, that attack should have destroyed him!" Lisanna said in horror.

"Can that dragon even be killed?" Gildarts asked.

"How are we supposed to beat something that can withstand all of those attacks?" Wendy asked in fear.

"I don't know." Mira said, shaking in her shoes.

Naruto felt his hair flicker back to it's normal color for a moment and he knew he had to end this.

"Flame God's Severing Flame!" He shouted, stomping forward as he crafted a giant double-bladed axe made of white flame. Acnologia raised his arm to block and the axe made contact. Naruto struggled and pushed with all his might until finally…

SSSSLIIIIIIIICCCCCCEEEEEE

Blood flew from Acnologia's wound that Naruto made, as his axe of white flame made a long diagonal cut roughly a 1/8 inch deep, immediately cauterizing it.

"He drew blood!" Mirajane exclaimed in surprise.

"He actually cut it!" Neji said with wide eyes, having not expected that.

"It's not much though unfortunately." Fu said with a worried expression.

"He's not done yet little Fu, have more faith in him than that." Chomei said to his former host who looked at her friend that was perched on her shoulder and nodded with a smile.

'I didn't think it was possible.' Gildarts thought to himself with wide eyes as he watched a man probably a little older than his newly-discovered daughter take on the Black Dragon of the Apocalypse and actually injure him.

"Tch! Not nearly deep enough." Naruto growled, knowing that the cut he just made was far too shallow to do any real damage and was basically just a flesh wound. 'But now he's open!' Naruto swung the axe one more time, this time at the scales he had blackened earlier. Like before, the axe didn't immediately cut through the scales, instead struggling and causing sparks to fly. Naruto could feel himself about to exit God Force, so with a roar, he conjured a massive jet of white flame where his elbow was to give himself the extra push he needed to slice open Acnologia's chest. It was another shallow, horizontal cut along the dragons chest, but the heat of the flames cauterized the flesh.

"He cut him again!" Cana wondered in amazement.

"None of our attacks had any effect on the dragon, but Naruto was able to injure him." Laxus said.

"But he's returned to normal. He can't maintain his powered-up state anymore." Gildarts pointed out.

Acnologia roared at Naruto, causing Naruto to go flying back dozen meters. He flipped in the air and managed to land on his feet, skidding to a stop. Upon landing, he nearly fell over. He was nearly out of magic. 'I can't maintain God Force anymore. And I can't use my Sacred Hallowed Arts, not at level I need to use them right now.' Naruto thought. 'So it's gonna have to be that spell. It isn't meant to be used in this version against a single opponent, cause it takes too long to charge when used like this, but its the best I can do.'

"Sorry Fairy Tail, I know this island is important to you, but I can't afford to hold back." Naruto said in apology as he was aware of some of the history of this island. Naruto stood tall, taking a deep breath, a cloak of black flames covering his body, as he began to form shinobi handsigns. "Ushi, saru, u, ne, inoshishi, tori, ushi, uma, tori, ne, tora, inu, tora, mi, ushi, hitsuji, mi, inoshishi, hitsuji, ne." (1) He had not used shinobi handsigns in years, so suffice say, he was a little rusty and a bit slow. As he made these handsigns, a series of nine black flame orbs appearing in a giant circle in front of him.

"That's a lot of power that he's bringing out with what he has left in the tank." Tenten whistled in awe.

"And the fact that he's using hand signs too, but with how slow he's making them is unacceptable. We'll need to work on that after this, boy." Tobirama said to the blonde Slayer who chuckled as he scratched his head, but he nodded knowing it was true. Mira just giggled at the whole thing, finding it to be quite fun.

Naruto looked back at Tobirama and said, "The Handsigns don't really do anything except help me focus my magic and charge the spell. Admittedly, I could have been faster with them, but back then, it didn't make any difference. Plus, that is literally the only spell in my arsenal where I use the old shinobi handsigns."

"Will this be able to do anything though, since he barely did any damage when he was in his God Force mode?" Temari asked unsure of the situation. Many others started muttering to each other showing their own concerns and doubts on the matter.

Having had enough of everyone doubts that was being thrown at her papa, K.U. got off her grandpa as she stomped on the ground loudly getting everyone's attention at the sudden action.

"Papa is strong, so don't doubt him or I'll beat you up dattebasa!" K.U. glared at everyone, daring anyone to say otherwise. Meanwhile Naruto was snickering at his daughter, but was glad that she had such faith in his abilities.

Kushina was trying her hardest not to squeal as she was proud of her grandbaby inheriting her way of being able to look fierce and terrifying. Minato just smiled at her, but had another thing running through his mind.

"It's like a second Kushina in the making, I just hope that she doesn't take after her that much." He thought with a sweatdrop.

Acnologia made no move to dodge or stop the spell, supremely confident that he would weather it easily, while also knowing this would Naruto's last big spell, though he did tense up to prepare himself.

"Jin, saru, tori, tatsu, tori, ushi, uma, hitsuji, tora, mi, ne, saru, u, inoshishi, tatsu, hitsuji." Naruto muttered as the black orbs of fire all collected into one giant sphere almost 10 times bigger than himself. The island started to shake and crack as the spell grew more and more powerful.

"That spell is massive!" Lucy said in worry.

"He could destroy the whole island with that spell!" Happy shouted freaking out at the size of the spell.

"We're too close to him! That spell might catch us by mistake!" Erza told them.

"Everybody, move back!" Gildarts ordered and everyone followed suit.

"Tori!" Upon making the final handsign, the giant orb condensed and compressed slowly until it was only a few feet tall.

"Flame God's…" Naruto breathed as he leaned his whole head backwards, "…Imperial Bellow!" He threw his head forward and roared, the giant orb turning into a giant beam of black fire that headed straight for Acnologia, impacting him dead on, unleashing a violent torrent of flame that consumed the Black Dragon and a 1/5 of the island, becoming a pillar of black flame hundreds of feet tall.

"Amazing." Anko looked on with wide eyes as the screen the results of Naruto's last spell. It really had done a lot of damage and impressed everyone in the room.

"See, papa is the strongest." K.U. said with her chest puffed out while Naruto just smirked at his silly daughter.

"That was intense." Choji whispered to his best friend who nodded absentmindedly while muttering "troublesome" to himself.

"So strong." Natsu said in amazement, at Naruto's strength. Yet, seeing this massive spell, Natsu was starting feel a little self-conscious. None of them had been a threat to Acnologia, not enough that the Black Dragon would take them even a little seriously, and Natsu was angry with himself. He felt useless, as he had been unable to do anything against Bluenote, against Hades, and now, against Acnologia. Meanhile, Naruto had been fighting all day against multiple high-level opponents, had gone against the Master of Grimoire Heart and, with the exception of a few individuals, basically soloed the entire Dark Guild by himself. He hated feeling like he couldn't protect his friends, while having to rely on someone else to protect Fairy Tail. And he swore to himself, that if they get through this, he was gonna knuckle down and get stronger so this didn't happen again. In fact, the rest of Fairy Tail felt the same, none of them wanting to feel powerless or helpless against an enemy threatens their guild and family again, all of them being inspired by Naruto's own strength and determination.

"It truly is terrifying, that he generated a spell like that with so little magic energy left and having fought all day." Makarov noted, knowing he was already exhausted from all the energy he had spent before the fight.

Naruto fell to one knee as his fire roared in front of him. He had exhausted his magic power to the point he couldn't use his Flame God Slayer Magic anymore today, unless he were to get a boost from some flames.

Naruto's eyes widened as he sensed something in the cloud of dust and jumped back. He swiped his hand and shouted "Protect!" At his voice, a Kanji for the word appeared in the air, just in time for Acnologia's clenched draconic fist come out of the flame pillar, straight for Naruto. The giant fist smashed into the Kanji, and for maybe a split second, stopped him. But the Black Dragon was too strong to be stopped by a measly spell such as this and smashed right through it. His fist slammed into Naruto's entire body, sending him flying dozens of meters, right into the ground, kicking up a cloud of dust.

"Sochi!" Minato and Kushina shouted as they watched their son take a hit from the dragon that had bulldozed it's way through his seal like it was nothing.

"That's not good." Kakashi winced a long with everyone else.

"I will say this, that it hurt... a lot." Naruto said as he felt phantom pains suddenly appear.

"Naruto!" Mirajane said in worry.

"His Solid Script didn't slow the Dragon down at all." Levy said in horror.

Meanwhile, Gildarts grimaced as he was only other individual here that had ever taken a hit from Acnologia, and knew if the blonde somehow survived the initial, he wouldn't be in good shape.

The smoke cleared and in the crater was Naruto, who wasn't looking good at all. Blood covered the left side of his face and the sides of his mouth, while fresh streams of blood trailed down his left arm, which hung limply at his side. His left leg was visibly shaking and bloody from hip to ankle as well.

Everyone flinched at the injuries when the screen showed his condition. Kushina was in tears and was seconds away from crying while Minato was gripping his granddaughter tighter in worry. He saw Mira cling to Naruto a bit more, no doubt this brought back terrible memories.

"Bastard." Tsunade scowled, not liking seeing her godson in such a condition.

"After everything that Naruto did, he was taken out by one attack. This is like Juubi all over again." Kakashi said with a grimace. They had thrown all sorts of attacks at the ten tails, but nothing even fazed it.

"Nrgh, bastard." Naruto grunted as he coughed up blood and fell to the ground.

"Naruto-kun!" Mirajane shouted in worry as she ran over to him, horrified at his injuries, but turn him onto his back.

"Wendy, please, help him." Mirajane begged Wendy, who was also horrified at the extent of his injuries, yet pushed her horror down and came over and began to apply her healing spell. She soon gasped and widened her eyes as she realized the extent of his injuries.

"H-how are you still alive, Naruto-san?" Wendy asked as her Healing spell told her the extent of his injuries. All the bones in his left arm were shattered. He had multiple, deep fractures through his shoulder and left rib cage. He had internal bleeding in multiple organs and to top everything off, his left leg was also dislocated at the knee and the femur, fibula, and tibia bones were completely shattered and in many pieces, so he couldn't stand at the moment.

"…Cause I'm…a stubborn…bastard…and I refuse…to die." Naruto huffed deeply as he brought his good arm over and placed his hand in front of his mouth. The two girls then heard a sucking sound coming from him. All at once, the fires that had been created from his earlier attacks in God Force melted away from their place in the island and flew over to Naruto. He consumed the fire for a few moments and soon enough, all the fire that was raging on the island was gone, consumed by Naruto. Yet the Fairy Tail mages noticed, he didn't get a giant boost of magic energy.

"Oh my God, how is he still alive after taking those injuries?" Mei asked with wides eyes as she brought her hands over her mouth in shock and horror.

"Even now, he is still too stubborn that even his wounds wouldn't stop him from fighting for his precious people." Kurotsuchi said with a smile as did others that heard her, knowing it was true.

"He'll be alright Kitten, no need to worry about him." Matatabi could see the worry in her former host's eyes and hoped her words would comfort her.

"I know Matatabi, but that was too close, he was lucky that Acnologia didn't put his all into the attack." Yugito pointed out with her nodding in agreement.

"I know, but he's here now, so that should tell you that he'll be alright." The two tailed cat said, hoping to cheer her up which is did based on the tiny twitch of her lips upwards.

"It wasn't much, but it did enough to where it would heal his more serious injuries at least." Jiraiya pointed out, hoping this would have some positive reactions, seeing everyone so down. He was pissed off and worried as well, but there was nothing they could do.

Naruto then slowly sat up and looked at Wendy. "Shift your focus to my leg, I'll be able to fix in a bit." Wendy nodded numbly and began healing his dislocated knee. To her surprise, his bones that were shattered before were now reminiscent of deep fractures, his internal bleeding was gone, while the bones that were fractured were good as new. Still bad but not the horrific injuries they had been.

"Impressive. You used your little Oriental Solid Script Magic to make a shield to take away some of the force of the blow, and you jumped back so it wouldn't hit you as hard. But I'm far too powerful for parlor tricks like that to do anything." Acnologia commented as he came into view, his wings singed a bit, but otherwise fine.

"Maybe so, but they did their job. I'm…alive." Naruto grunted out slowly.

"Barely. You had to consume all that fire you made earlier and use all of it to heal yourself just to not die." Acnologia pointed.

Naruto growled as he pulled away from Mira, as he gripped his bad leg with his good arm, and with sharp exertion and shout of pain form Naruto, he reset his left leg so it was no longer dislocated.

Naruto stilled himself as he rose to his feet and stood tall, summoning a Devil Sword. "You still want to fight, even though you know you have no chance of victory?"

"I will fight…to the bitter end…to protect what is mine!" Naruto stated proudly.

"You'll die if we continue to fight," Acnologia pointed out.

"If this is the end, then so be it! If I must die to protect these people, this guild, this family that is now also mine, then I will give my life…gladly." Naruto said, his voice full of resolve, as he stared down the Dragon King.

"Naruto-kun," Mira said with tears in her eyes.

"..."

"..."

Kushina was sniffling upon hearing her son's words and she couldn't be any prouder of him. He had grown to become a fine young man and with such a lovely girl to be with. The kids were adorable and she was loving them! Minato saw his wife's reaction and brought her into a one arm hug with K.U and G.U smiling at their grandparents and hugs them. This made Kushina just break down even more as she received comfort from her husband and grandchildren.

"That was beautiful." Ino said like Kushina could feel her eyes watering along with many others, even the men could feel the emotion behind his proclomation.

"You said it, Forehead." Sakura in complete agreement.

"Hehe, he always was passionate about his friends, so I shouldn't be surprised by this, but I'm incredibly proud." Jiraiya said with a nostalgic smile with his teammate agreeing with him completely.

"Only in Fairy Tail." Natsu said with a smile, despite the situation.

"This guild, really is something special," Erza said to herself, able to appreciate the fact that a former enemy was now defending them and proclaiming them as his family.

Acnologia grinned, revealing his shiny fangs.

"State your name, human." Acnologia said.

"Naruto…Uzumaki." He said.

"10 years." The Black Dragon said, confusing the Fairy Tail mages present as well as Naruto. "If you survive this, then in 10 years, we shall fight again. It's been a long time since someone was actually powerful enough to leave a mark on my flesh. This world is vast and while I could kill you now in your weakened state, that would be no fun at all. It would be like killing an ant with a cannon. Imagine what you could be when you have reached the zenith of your power. Become stronger, learn all that you can, and when the time for us to do battle again comes," Acnologia started to fly and hover in the sky, "SEEK ME OUT, MASTER OF THE DIVINE FLAME!" With his piece said, he rose further and further into the air.

"Wait, so that's it, he's just going to leave and let you get stronger to face him again?" Konohamaru asked, relieved to see that his brother-figure was being spared.

"I wouldn't celebrate kid yet, we don't know what he's going to do now, so I would suggest reading on." Hashirama said in complete seriousness. This got others wondering what he meant while others knew something was off and that it wasn't over yet.

"The plan was never to win. As my inner monologue showed, I knew already there was no hope of beating him at THAT point. I just wasn't strong enough. I was always banking on the fact that I could impress him enough to let everyone go and give me the opportunity to get stronger." Naruto told the grandson of Hiruzen who frowned at his words, not liking that Naruto had gambled.

"What do you think he'll do now?" Pantherlily asked.

"Maybe he'll decide to just go back home." Happy suggested in fear as he shivered at the dragon above them.

However, that hope was dashed as Acnologia began to inhale deeply.

"Breath attack!" Gajeel shouted when he saw magic energy began to swirl around Acnologia's mouth.

"Is he planning on destroy the entire island?" Cana asked in shock.

"My god, is he that strong?" Juvia asked in worry.

Natsu was gritting his teeth, angry and disappointed in himself that he couldn't do anything against the Dragon. Only to open them when he heard Lucy crying, "N-no. Isn't there anything we can do? Are we all just gonna die here?"

"Defense Magic users, bring out your most powerful spells, NOW!" Erza ordered.

"I'm completely useless right now, I've barely got any fumes left." Naruto said as he had used his remaining magic just to survive Acnologia's hit.

"It's okay Naru-chan, you've done more than enough, just let your friends do the rest." Kushina said in complete worry and divested into the story now. Meanwhile, Naruto heard his mother's words and his eyes twitched at the name in small annoyance and it only grew when he heard his wife giggle along with his children and everyone else except they didn't hold back and laughed at the scene.

"Dad just got called Naru-chan by grandma." G.U. said with a smirk at his father who just glared at his eldest child.

"Papa is such a baby." K.U. said with the same damn smirk as her brother as everyone snickered at the two kids gaining up on their dad.

"Mom, I'm a kid anymore." Naruto whined making Mira giggle louder into her hand as she watched K.N had somehow gotten out of her seat after setting G.U down and made it over to him instantly as she started fussing over him much to his embarrassment and everyone else's amusement.

"But. But, Naru-chan, I just want to make sure you're okay." Kushina muttered with tears at her son's words.

"It's okay Kushina, he's just being a guy and trying to be tough in front of everyone." Mira said with a smile. Naruto looked at his wife in betrayal, but saw her lips barely twitch that told him that she was messing with him and having fun seeing him like this.

"Thank you Mira, now let me be a mother, Sochi." Kushina practically ordered as he sighed, but nodded as she resumed her checking him over, but also glared at the laughing people around them.

"I don't have any time to write an enchantment." Freed muttered in frustration.

"Script Magic has plenty of other defensive spells we can use right now." Levy said hurriedly, sweat pouring down her forehead. By now anyone could feel the vast amount of magic Acnologia was emitting, even from here.

"Everyone, concentrate all your magical energy on Freed and Levy." Lisanna shouted.

"Let's hold hands!" Mirajane Strauss said and offered her hands to the nearest person, her brother, as he took it.

Natsu extended his own hand to Lucy, who looked up from crying into her hands and look at him. "Come on, Lucy. We are not gonna go out crying." He said, his resolve to live for his family and friends as hard as stone.

Lucy slowly took Natsu's hand in her own, before she nodded, reinvigorated by his resolve and shouted, "Fairy Tail never gives up the fight!"

"We've all gotta face our fears together! We'll show him we have a bond that can never be broken." Gray stated, taking Lucy's and Juvia's hands in his, as everyone started following suit.

"We go home together." Mira said as she offered her hand to Naruto.

He nodded after looking at it, taking her hand in his. "Together." He said, while taking Lisanna's hand in his other hand.

Laxus offered his own hand to his grandfather, who grasped it in his own, and then said with tears in his eyes, moved by the bonds between his guild. "Okay, kids. Let us all go home together."

As one they all said, "Back home to Fairy Tail." Underneath their feet, the ground began to glow.

Acnologia waited no more and unleashed his breath attack, releasing a beam of pure magic. Off in the distance, Zeref, the members of the Magic Council, Ultear and Meredy all watched the blast consume the entire island, lighting up the sky before the light died down to revealed the entire island was gone.

"I guess it's over now, Natsu." Zeref said as he watched the Acnologia fly off into the wild blue yonder.

It all happened on this day December 16th, in the year 784, on Tenjrou Island. The day that Acnologia, wiped it off the map.

Tsunade was glad this chapter was over as it was a roller coaster for everyone in watching their hero and friend nearly dying in one hit and normally she would be distressed over what just happened, but Naruto and Mira were with them and had kids. It showed they were fine, but the question was, what happened to the island.

"That was intense and I need a moment to catch up on everything that's happened in this chapter." Kiba said as others agreed with the Inuzuka having similar feelings.

"I can't blame you for wanting a moment to yourself. This chapter was a lot to take in." His teammate Shino was of the same mind.

"Let's take a break before we continue with the story as I want to spend some time with the kids." Kushina said with a grin as she wanted to play with her grandkids while she could. Minato was of the same mind wanting to get to know them as well as Mira too.

"I look forward to getting to know everyone that was close to Naruto." Mira smiled that made a lot of the blush from it and looked away.

"In that case, we should introduce ourselves." Mira saw Kurotsuchi along with Fu, Yugito, Anko, Temari, Samui, and Mei approach her with excited grins, smiles, or neutral looks (Samui) as others split into their own groups of friends.

"Oh boy, come on kids, let momma have some time with new friends." Naruto said, taking Makarov from her as his other three were playing with Minato, Kushina, Jiraiya, and Tsunade.

And that's the chapter, hope you guys enjoyed the chapter. I got some help from Mach9330 in some parts, so he should get some credit as well. Just for those that are wondering about the kids and older Naruto and Mira, this is them years later and after Acnologia was defeated, hence the kids and what not. That and it would make Kushina and Minato happy too. Until the next chapter comes out for the original story, this will be on hold until than.
