In the midst of a devastating explosion, the aftermath of the clash of Palutena's Mega Laser and Darkseid's Omega Beams, was one of utter destruction. The smoke was clearing as Pit slowly opened his eyes. He could barely see or hear, the smoke was so thick and his vision was blurred. But as soon as he managed to get a good view of things, what he saw shocked him to his core.

Palutena, in the worst state possible, was being held up by Darkseid. He was grasping her by the throat. The once-godly appearance of the goddess had been replaced with a broken, battered and defeated woman, her clothes and robes torn and tattered, her body covered in bruises, cuts, and burns, and her once-beautiful green hair was now matted and messy.

Darkseid was standing tall, triumphant. He had won. His mighty figure towered over her and his booming laugh echoed through the halls of the crumbling palace.

"LADY PALUTENA!" Pit's eyes were wide, and his jaw was agape. His beloved Goddess of Light was beaten and bruised. Defeated and humiliated by the God of Evil, and he was unable to help her.

"Hm. Insignificant compared to my power. How dissapointing, Goddess. But, such power is still something that I will very much use. It seems that you just barely survived, which means you are now eligible to serve Darkseid." Darkseid would chuckle, his deep voice resonating, his large, imposing figure, a stark contrast to the smaller, weaker and less intimidating, yet courageous, brave, and determined angel, stood in the background.

"Ugh...uhhh..." Palutena would groan, looking up to her arch-enemy, and then to Pit, her eyes locked on to his. "Pit..." Pit was unable to run or flee, too weakened to do so at all. This was the most crushing loss they have ever suffered. Ever. And it hurt. To not know what would become of his goddess was painful to him.

"Your world will belong to mine. Perhaps, there is something to salvage from it. Now witness, as it all truly falls apart." Darkseid declared.

"I-It isn't over yet..." Palutena weakly said, confusing Darkseid. "I will lose here...but it isn't the end. Far from it!"

Suddenly, a shock rushed through Darkseid's body. "Hm?!" Darkseid felt it as something strange would rush within him, staggering his body for a moment as light particles would flare out of his body.

"This was my final contingency. A divine spell to temporarily hinder your power! I was planning on something like this...for another threat like Galeem or Dharkon...It's incomplete, but it'll do the trick, I'm sure of it." She was exhausted. So close to the brink of unconsciousness, but she forced herself to remain awake, and to continue her mission, to keep the faith of the people, and to protect her domain.

"Ha! HAHAHA!" Suddenly, to her confusion, and that of Pit, the God of Evil laughed. "Do not think that will save you from enslavement, or that will slow down the subjugation of this universe. You are only delaying the inevitable. But the more of a fight that comes, the better."

And as he said that, the whole place was truly coming apart. Not just the palace, but all of Skyworld and beyond. After the destruction that spread across the whole area, a Boomtube had opened up, used by the item known as the Motherbox. From it, emerged a plethora of Apokoliptian forces. From the Dog Calvary to the Female Furies, and the countless number of parademons and other beings. It was an army of evil, an army of chaos and destruction. They had arrived to conquer the heavens, to bring their master's will to bear, and to subdue the inhabitants of the realm, and the worlds that would soon be under his rule.

This whole time, Darkseid wasn't using everything in his army, showing just overwhelmingly crushing this was. They were here to take everyone in this universe and convert them into servants of Darkseid. Phosphora, who was too weak to move was one of the first to be taken, specifically by Kalibak.

"L-Let me go!" Phosphora yelled while still in excruciating pain, being picked up and carried off.

"Hahaha! You'll be reborn anew under the rule of my Father!" Kalibak boasted proudly. "You're the first one to experience it. Congratulations." Kalibak said sarcastically, the last thing Phosphora could see was was everyone else being taken away, including Magnus and soon Viridi herself.

Viridi had been damaged by the explosion, unable to do much herself. She clutched her staff as the Parademons approached her, clenching her teeth and lowering her head. In a similar state was Dark Pit, the doppelganger of Pit. They were both in bad shape and were about to be apprehended. As they were surrounded, Viridi gave in to despair and fell to her knees, the staff falling from her grasp, and Dark Pit could do nothing, and his body was still aching. "G-Graaaaaaagghh..."

"Take 'em!" the leader of the squad ordered, causing the Parademons to approach them and aim to grab them, when a portal had opened, the two of them, alongside the Forces of Nature, were pulled in, saving the two from the fate of being apprehended and imprisoned. With that, Viridi's army vanished from the battlefield, escaping the clutches of the New Gods of Apokolips and their hordes of demons. But before Virid herself could be taken in, she did one last thing with the power she had, looking at Dark Pit.

"Pittoo! G-Get out of here!" She yelled, aiming her staff at him. A beam flew out, landing right near Dark Pit and from it, a portal would open up, sucking in the dazed, confused, and bewildered dark-haired version of the young hero, leaving him to escape and flee the battlefield. Before she was grabbed and dragged off, she would smile, knowing that she was the one who saved his life, and the least she could do was to ensure that someone could escape the tyranny of Darkseid.

"Another victory." the God of Evil smiled, watching the carnage and destruction that had unfolded, the ruins of the palace, the broken and shattered walls and columns, and the devastation and the ruination that had engulfed the entire realm, and the universe itself, was his to conquer.

On this day, Angel Land and all of Skyworld fell to Darkseid.

But, one managed to escape. That being Dark Pit. With his body currently falling unconscious, he moved through the portal, spiralling, twisting and turning in a chaotic, swirling, and spinning motion. With him being the only person to escape from Darkseid's clutches, he was being sent somewhere by Viridi. Not just to hide. But to get help.

Dark Pit's hand would twitch as the very end of the portal was starting to form. But, he would not make the landing in the new world. He crashed. Right on the grass of another universe. But it wasn't just any random universe he ended up in.

It was Mario's Universe.

"Ugh..." Dark Pit groaned while still unconscious, laying there and unable to do anything. But that loud crash did alert some denizens from afar, causing them to approach.

The first ones to see Dark Pit, even witnessing him fall from the sky itself was none other than two Toads, the small mushroom-like beings that are native to the Mushroom Kingdom.

"Hey! Is that an angel?" the blue spotted toad asked, approaching the unconscious Dark Pit and prodding him in the cheek.

"He looks familiar...Isn't he one of the folks that comes by for that Smash Brothers thing every so often?"

"Yeah, I think you're right. What happened to him? He looks awful!"

"Whatever happened, get him some help right away! I'll grab his legs!"

And that is exactly what they did. Within a short period of time, after the duo had carried Dark Pit away from here to tend to his injuries. All Dark Pit's unconscious body could think of was the invasion that happened.

All those from Dark Pit's Universe were brought to one place. Darkseid's forces arrived to this new existence by moving their own planet Apokolips towards that of the new reality, to a place where their conquest could continue. And in a large room on that hellish world, was a sight that was not pleasant at all.

"Unnh...ugh..."

"Gh..hmm..."

"W-Where am I.."

Within a large room were many cages, cells and prisons. And inside of each was the members of Palutena's Army. Including Palutena herself, and her top commanders. There was also Viridi, the nature-loving Goddess, along with the commanders from her side, the Forces of Nature. No matter what, they were all here, minus Dark Pit.

"Let me go! I'll flatten you all!" Virid ranted as she banged her hands against the cage, trying to free herself and her companions, the nature spirits that were her loyal servants and followers. All of them ranted, their voices echoing across the room.

"Hm-hm. Foolish, foolish, lesser beings." Some insulted them when approaching, standing at higher place while looking down at them. That someone was Desaad. An adviser, and servant to the Lord of the New Gods, and a cunning, and sadistic torturer, who revelled in inflicting pain and suffering, and the torment of others. "You should consider yourself blessed that you will be given the chance to serve my Master, rather than suffer in agony or perish from the wrath of our forces. You will have your will removed and become the perfect soldiers, and the ideal slaves, in the name of our lord."

"As for you ladies down there, I have different plans for you." Another servant of Darkseid appeared. Granny Goodness was her name. Like her partner in crime, she had a role of training and grooming the Female Furies, and molding and shaping the warriors and soldiers of the forces of Apokolips. She was a cruel and vicious woman, a tyrant and a monster. She would train, and mold, and indoctrinate the Female Furies, and turn them into the elite fighting force that served the God of Evil.

"What are you going to do to us?!" Phosphora yelled, demanding an answer while twitching.

"Since you are all from an existence separate from ours, the Great and Mighty Darkseid has already decided on something new. Instead of becoming Parademons, aside from those who will be Furies, you will all become a new brand of servants for the Master. Omega Servants. In this case, you angels will become Omega Angels. A much more fitting status that you should appreciate, rather than the lives that you had previously." Desaad would cackle.

"I will never bow to anyone else but Lady Palutena! Not you freaks, nor that wannabe god of a boss!" Magnus said, gripping the cage and pushing his head through the gaps to look at the vile torturer in the eyes. His defiance was admirable, but futile in the face of such overwhelming power and authority, his strength and courage were no match for the might and the dominance of the New Gods, and their control over the fate of the worlds, and the destiny of the multiverse.

Granny would walk around and look at everyone, examining their potential and abilities. She would approach Phosphora and Viridi with a sadistic grin.

"These two will do. Bring these little brats to my chambers. It will be their honour to experience and live the wonders of our master's rule first." Granny ordered, the parademons doing so and carrying the two to their doom. They were not pleased at all. Especially the blonde goddess.

"Noooo! Let me go! Get your filthy paws off me!" She struggled, thrashed and screamed, the power of the gods was no match for the sheer, raw and overwhelming, brutal force of the minions and the servitors of the God of Evil, their will and their desires, and their loyalty, to the Lord of the Apokolips, was absolute and unquestionable.

They were about to go through something absolutely punishing and terrifying. Something that all the Furies went through and made them into the people they were today. And the same applies to Magnus and e veryone else.

"Now then. Let the process begin." Desaad grinned as the process of transforming them all would commence. For Parademons, they way they are usually made by using Apokoliptian technology, their biology and minds are rewritten, erasing their individuality and turning them into mindless, obedient soldiers.

A similar process was about to be done to Pit and the others. But with a new process. Pit looked around, too weak to even to even move as an energy started forming around everyone here. That energy was none other than Darkseid's Omega Energy. The energy coursing through the Angels wasn't merely technological, it was infused with the dark essence of Apokolips, a fusion of science and sorcery.

The once-divine light within the Angels was being systematically extinguished, replaced by Darkseid's Omega Energy. Their bodies began to change, their celestial forms corrupted and reshaped.

"GGHAAAAA!" Pit and everyone screamed as the angels all had their wings twisted. Their feathered wings were stripped of their white brilliance, tainted with a shadowy hue that bore an uncanny resemblance to Darkseid's very own, and their feathers lost their purity. This transformation was more than superficial, the corruption seeped into their bones and flesh, altering their physiology at a fundamental level, the pain of this transformation was unbearable, and the agony of their metamorphosis was beyond description.

Their ethereal armor melted away, replaced by jagged plates of black and red, pulsating with dark energy. Apokoliptian symbols were forcibly branded into the metal, branding the Angels as servants of Darkseid. Their eyes lost their divine light and now glowed with the searing red of Omega Energy, a cruel mockery of their former purity.

Pit tried his best to resist, but it was no use.

Palutena was receiving an equally painful experience. If not worse. Since she was a Goddes, she would become something beyond an Omega Angel, an entirely unique being that had the power and will of Darkseid at her disposal.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Palutena screamed as a huge chunk of Omega Energy was being forced into her. From her skin, her hair, her robes and everything.

"Your light was meant to guide, goddess," Darkseid said with cruel satisfaction. "Now, it will serve to illuminate the path to my rule."

It was horrible. It started with her Divine Essence being broken down. It started stripping Palutena's divine energy, a process that feels like her very soul is being torn apart. Unlike the Angels, whose transformation is relatively quick, this process is prolonged and agonizing. Darkseid himself enjoyed this view.

Then, her halo shattered. The symbol of her divinity, her radiant halo, is fractured and reforged into a crown of jagged, molten metal, glowing with Omega Energy.

Soon, her wings were corrupted Palutena's glowing, ethereal wings darkened and elongated, becoming a blend of feathers and shadowy tendrils that radiate menace. Even her staff was transformed. Palutena's staff was consumed in dark flames instantly. When it emerges, it became a weapon of conquest, its ends tipped with cruel blades and its center bearing an Omega Symbol, the mark of her servitude.

And finally, her appearance. Palutena's features remained, yet her beauty was warped and distorted. Her once-gentle green eyes were now icy and cold, filled with the same ruthless determination that characterized the Furies. She was clad in armor that was both imposing and regal, a stark contrast to her typical attire. It was a full-body suit of dark, metallic plate, adorned with the symbols of Apokolips, the chestplate etched with the Omega symbol, a reminder of her enslavement.

This was a goddess who had fallen. Fallen from grace and descended into the depths of despair, the pits of anguish, and the abyss of torment, the endless, and unyielding darkness, and the inescapable, and unfathomable, and the insurmountable, and the incomprehensible. And from that pit, she emerged, a creature of chaos, of fury and destruction, a slave, and a servant to the God of Evil, and a harbinger of doom and calamity.

Darkseid stepped forward, towering over his new creation. "You are no longer a goddess of light. You are my Omega Empress, the herald of despair. Your light shall burn the worlds you once sought to protect."

Palutena, now fully transformed, kneeled before Darkseid, the Omega Scepter in her hands. Her voice was hollow yet laced with power. "I live only to serve you, Lord Darkseid. My light is yours to command."

Desaad marvelled at the sight, bowing low. "A masterpiece, my lord. The gods of this universe are nothing before you."

Darkseid's gaze shifts to the stars. "The multiverse will know that even the divine cannot escape my will. Send her to lead the next large conquest. Let her light extinguish the hope of all who oppose me."

Soon, all of the Omega Angels were born. Pit emerged as one and soon all of them did. Every single angel was lined up and awaiting orders. Their faces, blank and emotionless. They too were ready for the next conquest under the name of Darkseid. However, Dark Pit was not among the line.

"Go, my children. Go and destroy everything that opposes me." Darkseid ordered. With that, the army would vanish and fly off, heading back to the world of Palutena. The temple, and every bit of structure was destroyed. And the landscape would soon be remade. The beautiful and vibrant lands and buildings would be changed into the dark and grim landscapes of the hell that was Apokolips.

Soon, a new statue of Darkseid would be created and placed where the previous Temple of Light would stand. Where Palutena's throne used to be, was now a spare place for Darkseid to come to from time to time.

The Mushroom Kingdom. Also known as "the Most Famous of All Kingdoms", it is a massive and mystical realm, inhabited by a wide variety of creatures, and filled with many magical and mysterious secrets. It is a Monarchy, with Princess Peach being heir to an unknown king or queen. There is no known limit to the wonder that this kingdom brings.

Dark Pit was currently in the Mushroom Kingdom. Specifically in the hospital. Right, the ones taking care of him were medical Toads. Small mushroom people. It took a few days, but eventually, Dark Pit would wake up, blinking a couple times and groaning. "Huh? Wh-What happened?"

"Hey! You're awake!" the Blue Toad smiled happily, having been watching the boy sleep and recover.

"Where...am I...?"

"The Hospital, dummy. We saw you fall from the sky and crash on the grass."

"Fall from the-!" Dark Pit then gasped. The memory came right back to him. What happened to everyone. His friends. Everyone else. How they were defeated and captured, including Palutena, the Goddess of Light. And how he was the only survivor. But not only that, the images of the invasion flashed in his head, causing him to freak out, shaking violently. He felt so helpless, not able to do a damn thing. "No! No, no, NO! This can't be!"

"What's the matter?"

"Everything. EVERYTHING'S the problem!" Dark Pit shouted. He couldn't just stay here, not after the disaster that occurred. "Where is the exit? I gotta go!"

"Are you sure? You still haven't healed from whatever damage that happened to you, and the princess wanted to meet with you." the Red Toad stated. "Maybe you should-"

"Get. Out. Of. My. WAY!" Dark Pit shoved the two of them to the ground. They were small and had no way of fighting against him, especially since their strength was that of a regular person, maybe less.

"Woah, woah! Calm down!" One of the Toads exclaimed, his arms extended trying to stop him. Way more Toads would try but Dark Pit was moving frantically and would not listen. None of the Toads were really strong enough to stop him. He was about to leave, until...

"Now, now. It's alright." Someone would enter the scene. It was Princess Peach. The Ruler of the Mushroom Kingdom. "There's no need to panic."

"H-Huh..?" Dark Pit stopped in his tracks and looked at her. "Ah! Peach! I-I mean, Princess Peach, your highness." He quickly bowed, remembering his manners.

"Please, please, no need to stand on ceremony," Princess Peach said, waving a delicate hand. She approached the anxious young hero and placed a calming touch on his shoulder. "I didn't expect to see your face again. Not until the next time we'd all be gathered for Smash again. So, what happened? I heard that you crashed and were injured. I'd like to know the story, if that's okay."

Dark Pit was silent. Very, very silent. His expression was unreadable as he had his head lowered, thinking of a way to word this. Or rather, to say that his universe was under a brutal assault, and that the god invading his home, was on a completely different context than the enemies she had faced. And she's seen and been through a lot, so this was something else.

"Well, let's go and take a seat." Princess Peach guided him towards a nearby bench. Dark Pit, the normally confident and proud fighter, followed without his usual bravado, the weight of recent events pressing on his shoulders, and his heart heavy, and his spirit weighed down by the burden of the tragedy that has befallen his world, and the catastrophe that has overtaken his reality, and the devastation and the destruction that has ravaged his existence.

As he sat next to her, he mustered the courage to recount the horror he had witnessed, the carnage that had engulfed his world, the chaos, and the anarchy, that had consumed his domain.

Meanwhile, the Viridi and Phosphora were brought to the arena of Granny Goodness. Inside, were the rest of the Furies. Including Lashina, Mad Harriet and Bernadeth. Grannie would walk over to them and smile at her new victims, while Viridi and Phosphora were terrified and scared. But, that wouldn't last for long. Both of the girls had something around their necks, a device. These devices would send untold shockwaves to their brains.

"Welcome, little ones." Granny Goodness said from a high point as they were thrown into this arena. "You're so blessed to have been chosen as new Furies. For such an honour, you should be thanking us, and praising our lord Darkseid." Granny had spoken, looking down from the ledge. "You will become an elite strike force and honor guard for Lord Darkseid."

"As if! Get this thing off me!" Viridi demanded. Phosphora, however, didn't respond. She had a more fearful look on her face, and she was already kneeling. Granny had a sadistic smile on her face as she watched her struggle. Then, at the push of a button, the devices sent shocks to their brain. "GAAAAAH!"

"Normally, I'd say you would be potential honor guards. Putting you through tests to see if you are worthy. but since this is the beginning of Lord Darkseid conquering a new existence, I'll be kind and immediately appoint you as Furies. But I do want to see how much you suffer against my Furies. It'll be a good way to watch you grow and improve to be like the Furies while also seeing you struggle." The older woman cackled and laughed.

"Whatever it is, I won't go through with it!" Phosphora rejected.

"You don't have a choice in the matter. Get acquainted with your future teammates. Girls." Granny Goodness looked at the Furies as they all had smirks on their faces. They knew what to do and were eager to carry out the will of their Mistress. Viridi and Phosphora, on the other hand, had no idea of what was about to happen to them. The Furies descended from the platform and moved in.

"They look so frail and easy to break." The one named Stompa commented. "But that's fine, makes it even more fun when I snap their bones in half." She was a rather big woman with the power to cause earthquakes by increasing her body mass, thus causing the ground to shake. Because of her powers, the ground would shake underneath their feet, staggering and destabilising their stance. The Furies were trained in anti-matter combat, allowing them to resist her attacks, while the two newcomers were left struggling to maintain their balance and composure.

"Nnh...huh...!?"

"We're going to have fun, rookies." Another Fury was called Gilotina. Her claws were razor sharp and capable of slicing anything. On all sides, the two girls were surrounded by the Furies. They had no escape route and nowhere to flee, their backs pressed against each other, the Furies closing in, their eyes filled with malicious intent.

And Granny Goodness was about to enjoy every bit of it.

Back at the Mushroom Kingdom, Peach had heard it all. Dark Pit was sitting next to her. After a few minutes, the silence between them was broken. Princess Peach's voice was soft, gentle and soothing. "I'm sorry to hear that." she would say, giving Dark Pit a hug to comfort him. The hug was unexpected, catching Dark Pit off-guard, but the warmth and kindness from the Princess were genuine.

"Eugh...! You don't have to hug me!" Dark Pit grimaced, trying to act like he didn't like it. He didn't move or try to push her away, though. "But yeah...Viridi saved me at the last moment and now here I am. Nowhere near strong enough to fight back..." the fallen angel admitted. "I don't know where those guys came from...but they're bad news on another level."

"And you think they'll come here as well?"

"I know they will. To every other universe. They weren't shy about claiming that, so there's no telling how much time we have." He would pull himself out of her grasp. "I don't know where they 'll go next, but they'll invade again for sure. And they might bring everyone from my world along the way. And that includes Lady Palutena and the others." He clenched his fists tightly, trembling in frustration. "This sucks...Why did things have to turn out like this?"

"Listen. I'm not going to say that everything will be alright, or that I have a solution. You're here now, so let me help you out. After all, we're friends aren't we?" Peach winked.

"S-Since when were we friends?!" Dark Pit stuttered.

"Since, oh I dunno, the time you've spent in the Smash tournaments, duh." She replied cheekily. "You'll have my full support. And based on what you said, we should probably get in contact with everyone else. Their worlds are in danger, and the faster we act, the more time we have to prepare ourselves, and maybe find a way to defeat the New God you spoke of."

"...Alright." Dark Pit sighed, unable to argue. In a dire situation like this, allies were needed. Plus, this wasn't a normal enemy. Not the typical evil-doers that could be dealt with the same tactics. And they weren't anything like Galeem or even Dharkon. Darkseid's forces were something else entirely. If the Super Smash Bros could band together, perhaps they'd have a shot. A better chance of victory, and the hope of salvation and deliverance from the clutches of the God of Tyranny, and the ruler of the Hellish Planet.

"First, let's get you fixed up!" Peach would pat him on the back.

Darkseid's invasion continued. And without a moment too soon. Other unvierses were targeted and alas, they were ones that were absolutely powerless to fight back, standing no chance.

The fall of Skyworld was just the beginning. Darkseid's gaze turned to other worlds—worlds of peace, worlds of simplicity, worlds unprepared for the storm he brought. What followed was a campaign of annihilation and conquest, swift and merciless.

A world that sings a certain melody. It's melody is known as Animal Crossing. That's right, a whole new world was being invaded, and it had begun in a sleepy town.

The quiet serenity of their universe was instantly shattered as Parademons descended upon the villages. Homes built with care were razed to the ground, their flames reflecting in the terrified eyes of its anthropomorphic residents.

Isabelle was already running for her life with Tom Nook dragging her alongside his family and the villagers. They weren't warriors. They were mere civilians, and as far as combat experience went, there wasn't a shred of it. But the Apokoliptian soldiers didn't discriminate, they didn't have a sense of morality. Just cruelty and a desire to fulfill the wishes and the commands of their lord and master.

"This world thrives on its simplicity and innocence," Darkseid intoned, standing among the ruins. "But innocence is the first casualty of progress. I bring you a truth your kind was too weak to accept."

Isabelle and Tom Nook would fall over as an explosion happened near them. She tumbled on the ground, bouncing for a while. The secretary of the mayor groaned as the one standing over her was a familiar face. A face she didn't expect to see. It was Pit, but not in his original appearance. Upon seeing him, she was beyond shocked, attempting to run away. But it was no use.

Pit would grab her and soon, this entire universe would fall to Darkseid. A shame. It never stood a chance to begin with.

And the same went for other universes. Another that sung a melody known as Rhythm Heaven, was the embodiment of melodies. But all that beauty would die out. Parademons and Omega Angels crushed instruments and scattered dancers. The only person who could find back was Karate Joe, but he found his strikes ineffective against the invaders, being knocked out in one go.

In the vibrant and rhythmic world of Rhythm Heaven, the beats faltered, their perfect timing shattered. Parademons crushed instruments and scattered dancers. Even the unflappable Karate Joe found his strikes ineffective against the invaders, falling after a valiant but brief stand. The chimes and melodies of this once-harmonious realm were replaced by silence.

"Harmony is a fleeting illusion," Darkseid declared. "There is no rhythm in servitude, only obedience."

All the wonderful music was gone. And Darkseid was not impressed. He had no time to appreciate any sort of art.

Such was the case for Wii Fit Trainer's world. In seconds, her gym was transformed into a breeding ground for parademon creation. Even in a place that valued health and vitality, the New Gods were ruthless, not showing mercy, or compassion, or sympathy, or pity, or remorse.

Wii Fit trainer attempted to fight, but the physical and spiritual training wasn't enough to stop the invaders. As she fell, she would soon be taken in to become a future member of the Furies. All other Trainers here would suffer the same fate as the Omega Servants.

Chibi Robo's world. Crushed with ease.

The tiny robots of Chibi-Robo's world struggled to defend their homes. Omega Angels an Parademons swarmed the landscape, tearing apart their contraptions and annihilating delicate circuits. Chibi-Robo himself was easily overwhelmed as he was seen lying in a crater, his metal body greatly damaged and his eyes dimmed. Even in a world of mini machines and the smallest, cutest beings, Darkseid's minions did not relent, their cruelty knowing no bounds. With every inch of their land under control, they could now start the process of creating their own factory to build parademons, using their raw materials.

"Your machines are fragile, your resolve pathetic," Darkseid said, crushing a tiny invention beneath his boot. "But in my hands, even scraps of metal have purpose."

Some worlds did show slight resistance to an extent. One such as Miitopia, which certainly had some firepower and oomph to its punches, thanks to its huge cast of heroes and villains, along with many different jobs to utilize in a fight. The Warriors, Imps, Pop Stars, Chefs, Thieves and more would battle to defend their world, but none of that would work in the slightest. It was futile to attempt a defence. And in a short amount of time, it would crumble to pieces.

Darkseid would stand over the defeated Warriors and Mages, easily destroying their weapons and magical items, including the rarest gear. In the face of Darkseid, they were powerless.

"You think these toys and illusions are power?" Darkseid mocked. "In your world of masks and borrowed faces, you dare to play at heroism. But your illusions cannot shield you from reality. Fall with the silence of surrender. You have been weighed, measured, and found insignificant."

Such was the fate for all the worlds that just did not stand a chance.

"Hooh...Hooh..." Elsewhere, back the Mushroom Kingdom, Mario was snoring peacefully. It would seem that he had recently returned to the kingdom from a long journey, because his shoes, clothes and hat were on a chair. All of his belongings, aside from his gloves, were off. But at least he was in bed, and not sleeping on the floor or somewhere else. "Gwah?" When suddenly, his phone began ringing. "Hello? Who's dis? This better not be a prank call..."

"Mario, thank goodness! I've tried calling a couple times." the voice on the other end said. "We're in a crisis!"

"P-Princess?! W-Wha-!" He gasped and quickly got up from his sleep. "What's the matter?"

"I'll explain everything, but hurry and get dressed and meet me and the others at the Castle! Luigi's already there!"

"Got it!" Mario replied and hung up. With a quick jump and his signature outfit, the mustached plumber was ready. In no time at all, he had exited the house and was dashing towards the castle. Mario had no idea the kind of crisis that was coming. He only knew that it was approaching. He's experience a lot of wild things in his life.

But this was on another level.
