(Pandora 2)
The Sanctuary III touched down on Pandora in front of a military air base as troves and troves of armed soldiers moved. Doing Training drills and moving various shipping containers of cargo between buildings and the base itself.
"We have arrived Captain" Cortana announced
"Good let's go meet up with the Leader here" Naruto said as he and the crew donned breath masks
"I do believe Miss Lawson said to report to a Colonel Miles Quaritch" Cortana said as everyone left the ship and started to walk towards the base
"This place already looks like shit" Jack scoffed looking around. It was all organized and military. Far too flashy for her tastes
"Heads up. I smell a nark" Tina whispered as a mechanical mechsuit carrying a rifle approached them and what looked like a older male with a military haircut seemed to be piloting it
"You the fresh Cowboys Miss Lawson Hired?" The man asked
"That's us. Captain Uzumaki of the Celestial Shadows. This is my team-" Naruto was gonna introduced but the man cut him off.
"I don't need to know your teams names kid most likely they won't last long here on Pandora. Don't expect a fancy burial either for them. You die you're getting eaten by whatever wildlife is out there" the man said with a firm tone
"Charming. You married? Because if so your wife must enjoy having affairs" Moxxi said flatly
"How much for one of those mechs?" Rocket asked a soldier walking by making him jump in surprise at him talking
"It talked? There's talking raccoons on this planet?" The soldier asked wide eyed
"I'm not a fucking raccoon dammit! Why does every inbred son of a bitch call me a damned raccoon?!" Rocket yelled
"Rocket Cortana has shown you holo tapes of raccoons" Liara said with a sigh
"That proves nothing!" Rocket yelled at this
"I recognize most of the species on your team kid so I'm gonna assume that one is a science experiment? Looks like one that wasn't fixed up enough if you ask me" Quaritch said with an emotionless tone
"Rocket is a first rate pilot and mechanic. I trust him with my life. I'm sure you'll come to as well" Naruto said with complete confidence
"Well he will have plenty of chances to prove himself though this isn't your pathetic bounty hunting jobs. This is Pandora everything outside this base is looking to kill you" Quaritch said as he looked at the team
"Sounds just Like my Pandora" Moxxi said with a smirk
"Yup only less half naked greased up psychos" Tina giggled
"Ah you're from that Pandora eh? Maybe those two do have what it takes to survive here" Quaritch said with a chuckle at Tina and Moxxii
"I can assure you we are all capable in surviving this planet Colonel" Samara said simply
"Asaris? You brought prostitutes with you?" Quaritch asked blandly
"Oh I'm gonna fucking-" Peebee growled as Faye held her back from starting something
"Everyone on my team is qualified to be here. You will show them proper respect or you can find some more bounty hunters" Naruto warned with a glare
"They'll get my respect if they do their job and survive. For now one of my men will show you to your quarters. When you're set up come see me in the briefing room at 0700." Quaritch told them before walking away in his mech
"... I am Groot" Groot said with a frown
"You're insulting jerks Groot. I'd call him a shitstain" Rocket said with a frown
"Yeah I say we steal a mech suit and bail" Jack said with a scowl
"Seconded" Rocket agreed
"I'm down" Faye said smirking
"You're willing to give up a big pay day over some lip?" Samara asked knowing how much Rocket and the others loved money
"... fuck!" Rocket grunted out angrily
"Walk it off people" Naruto said as he led everyone into the base
"Holy shit look at the tits on that one" A soldier muttered to his buddy seeing Faye as they passed
"Sorry boys I'm spoken for" Faye said as she looked at the soldiers before looking at Naruto
"Since when? Why was I not told?" Moxxie asked Naruto
"Don't look at me. I didn't know" Naruto said holding his hands up
"You saying I'm not pretty enough whiskers?" Faye asked with a coy smile
"of course not you are definitely pretty enough…. I mean Goddammit Naruto was saying before he realized that Faye had just bated him
"You are too easy" Faye smirked at this while the crew laughed at this
"This is gonna be a long mission" Naruto sighed out
"This was your call captain remember that" PeeBee pointed out
"I'm aware. I'm aware" Naruto sighed
(Briefing room)
After stowing away their stuff in their quarters the Group of Bounty hunters walked into the briefing room to see Quaritch. Waiting for them
"Alright listen and listen up. I'm only gonna say this once. We lost a patrol squad out in the northern forest so you'll be covering their patrol route. You go out with some weapons and hunt for threats to the base. Nothing more nothing less. Do the job and get paid." Quaritch told them
"Right we were briefed on the creatures here on the fly over" Liara said with a nod
"Good, then you can start your patrol now. Grab gear and get going. See if you can find what took out the last patrol unit if you can" Quaritch ordered gruffly as he left
"nice guy" Peebee said sarcastically as they all went to go get geared up
"Alright we break into two teams. One to cover the area close to the base and one to patrol past. We identify any threats and take out any that come to close" Naruto ordered
"This include the Navi?" Liara asked as they all put on their masks
"Negative. We try approaching peacefully with any Navi that we come across. If they attack first we can fight to defend ourselves. But I don't want blood from the natives on our hands" Naruto affirmed
"So who are the teams?" Moxxi asked as they all finished gearing up
"I'll be on the patrol team. Samara you'll Watch over the base with whoever you select" Naruto said
"Understood Captain. Peebee, Moxxi, Rocket, Groot. You'll be with me" Samara ordered
"I am Groot" Groot said sadly
"I don't care if you wanted to see the forest groot" Rocket said as he sighed
"Samara I may need muscle out there so let me take Groot" Naruto suggested
"I suppose that's acceptable in that case Faye why don't you stay with us to defend the base" Samara offered
"Works for me I hate the forest anyway" Faye said as she nodded
"Hold on someone's missing…. Where's Claptrap?" Liara asked
"I tied him down in the ship. He thinks Cortana is into him and its foreplay" Tina said with a giggile
"You are so bad" Naruto said with a chuckle at this as he was glad that Claptrap was distracted for this mission. God knows the horror the base would deal with if he was freed
"Baddest bitch on Pandora babe" Tina giggled
"The fuck you are" Moxxi said with a glare
"Settle down you two. Come on let's do our jobs and get some money" Naruto told them before a fight could break out
(Northern forest)
Naruto, Liara, Groot, Jack, and Tina, with Goose on her shoulder, walked through the forest armed to the teeth
Groot smiled as he looked at the flora around him. Basking in the nature around him as he felt peaceful. At home from all the wildlife.
"I don't know why the RDA has such an interest here but the nature here feels so… incredible" Naruto said with a smile as he felt his chakra mingle with the forest
"Must resist urge" Liara muttered feeling Naruto's chakra released from his body in small doses
"Hey, I think I found where that patrol unit went" Jack said as the group walked before coming into a small clearing seeing scattered remains of some half eaten soldiers with torn armor and flesh.
"Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" Tina asked
"God I hope not" Jack muttered flatly at the crazed blonde as she investigated the dead soldiers and heard some rustling from the trees as a large black and purple feline like creature with six legs came out
"Woah that's a big cat" Naruto said as he recognized this creature was feeling in nature
"we Should fucking Run. That's a Thanator" Jack said as she paled recalling how everyone was terrified of these things even the Navi
"Pussy!" Tina yelled as she fired her grenade launcher at the Thanator
"Hey! that better be at the enemy you little freak!" Jack yelled as they all took cover as the explosion went off on the large feline creature
"See easy as pie. Ooh I want some pie now" Tina giggled as the smoke cleared and revealed an unharmed Thanator growling in anger at the group
"Get down!" Naruto yelled out in warning as Groot charged at the Thanator and grabbed it by its maw
"I am Grooooot!" Groot yelled as he wrapped his branches around its mouth and neck as he started to wrestle with the Thanator slamming into the nearby trees
"Jack Liara use your biotics. See if you can pin him down. Tina no grenade launcher you'll catch Groot in the blast. Use a pistol of shotgun aim for the legs" Naruto ordered as he drew his sword and rushed at the Thantor to help Groot. Slashing at one of the creature's legs drawing blood.
"On it! Sic him Goose! Show him who the real alpha feline is!" Tina yelled as she switched to a shotgun instead of her grenade launcher
"Meow" Goose said before opening his maw as tentacles poured out wrapping around the Thanator as it tried to fight off the attacks of Goose, Groot, and Naruto
"Ready blue jugs?" Jack asked as she started to channel her biotics and sent the creature into the ground with gravitational force
"Must you insult me?" Liara asked slightly irritated as she helped Jack adding her own biotics into the mix to restrain the creature
The Thanator roared in pain as it was pinned down before Groot yelled as he and goose jerked hard on it's neck
SNAP!
The sickening crunch echoed around the clearing as the Thanator's armored neck was crushed by Groot and Goose's strength instantly killing the predator as its body fell limp to the forest floor.
"Everyone alright?" Naruto asked as he wiped his blade clean before sheathing it
"I am Groot" Groot said as he nodded
"No wounds captain" Liara said as she nodded at Naruto
"I need a fucking drink" Jack sighed out but was otherwise uninjured
"I'm Alright whiskers- oi! Don't eat that Goose you have no idea where it's been! For all you know eating things from this planet may make you high…..pass some of that shit here!" Tina yelled as she joined Goose in nibbling on the dead Thanator
"... and this is who you share a bed with" Jack said flatly to Naruto
"Hey she is a tease and I'm only an Elementian damn it" Naruto scoffed
"Well if anything we can take this thing back to base and get some Respect from those jarheads" Jack said with a sigh
Naruto paused at this as he looked at the dead Thanator
"I am Groot" Groot said as he looked at Naruto
"Good idea Groot let's bury it at least." Naruto said with a smile
"You don't want to bring it back for study? If their armored hide is that tough it could be useful for the soldiers for armor purposes" Liara pointed out
"You can scan it with your omni tool and take a sample for us. Something about this whole thing seems odd. We have a Colonel hiring bounty hunters by the droves to help them but then he gives us shit for trying to help them. And on top of that I don't trust how they're treating the native species here" Naruto said
"We don't exactly have all the facts whiskers. I mean we just got here" Jack said with a shrug
"True but something seemed odd to me when we arrived. The RDA claimed in briefings that they were diplomatically approaching the Navi right?" Naruto asked
"Yeah so? We haven't encountered any ao we can't say whether they are or aren't" Tina pointed out
"Since when can you form a coherent thought?" Jack asked Tina
"Since when are you a woman?" Tina retorted with a smile
"Fucking bitch" Jack growled out with a glare
"OK ok. Groot is done burying this thing so let's head back and report on the missing patrol team" Naruto said as he nodded at Groot before he led everyone away from the area
As they left they area unseen to them, in the trees an extremely tall humanoid figure with blue skin and cat like ears was watching them, this figure was female and continued to watch Naruto and his team
"They bested a Palulukan? Even our seasoned hunters would not dare to try and face one unprepared. These Sky People are strong. I must inform the Tsahik" the Female Navi said as she leapt through the trees. Hoping these sky people would not become an issue for her tribe
(RDA base)
"And that's what happened to your patrol team Colonel" Naruto said as he and the other returned to report while footage of the fight from a drone was shown to everyone in the briefing room
"You lot killed a Thanator? Well I'll be damned. Maybe Lawson was right recruiting you. Maybe you aren't as weak as I first suspected" Quaritch said with a grin playing on his lips. Maybe these bounty hunters could be useful after all
"Shame they didn't bring back the corpse" A soldier said as they watched the recording of the fight
"Not really something we thought you would all need. You have plenty of rations and no.sense harming the ecosystem anymore than needed" Samara said
"Fresh tissue of the wild life is hard to come by most of the time there aren't any intact pieces left after a fight" the soldier said as it was a missed opportunity
"Irrelevant. If you come across another one bring back samples. What's done is done. your team did good kid, Everyone dismissed. Except you Uzumaki. I'd like a word with you in private" Quaritch said
Naruto nodded at this before he looked at his team quietly telling them to leave
As everyone left Faye placed a small device on the side a computer that went unnoticed by the technicians as she joined the others and left
"Cortana you read me?" Faye asked as she tapped her earpiece as the others went to their quarters
"Indeed I can Miss Valentine. How may I be of Assistance?" Cortana asked
"I placed a bug on the RDA computers. Need you to hack through their cyber security and see what they're planning. The head here has Naruto alone with him and I've seen enough assholes who used me for their benefit to notice that same glint in his eyes" Faye said seriously
"Understood. I shall begin going through the date though I'm most impressed you are capable enough to do this in an armed base" Cortana said
"Girl's gotta do What she can to survive. And Besides the more arrogant the security management is the easier the flaws are to spot" Faye said smirking "call me when you get any details" Faye told her as she cut communication
"You're hacking into this base that's paying us a shitload of money?" Rocket asked with a quirked eyebrow
"Yup. I don't trust this place and neither does the Captain. Something about this whole thing feels off" Faye said
"Heh you're starting to grow on me Valentine. I think I see why the kid has a thing for you" Rocket said with a chuckle at this
"He does? I mean of course he does" Faye said with a smirk of confidence
(With Naruto)
"Want something to drink. Whiskey? Rum? Scotch? Vodka? Sake?" Quaritch asked gesturing to a liquor cabinet in his private office
"I'm good" Naruto declined politely
"Oh c'mon. You're not on duty and consider a little gift for taking down a Thanator" Quaritch offered again
"I'll pass for now. I don't really drink all that often" Naruto declined politely again
"If you're sure kid" Quaritch said with a shrug as he sat down at his desk and gestured to an open seat for Naruto
"So what did you need me for?" Naruto asked Quaritch as he took the seat.
"You taking down that Thanator is actually a blessing in disguise. See the Na'vi people, as savage and backwater as they may be, they respect and even fear those creatures in some cases. They consider them high up on the totem pole so to speak. So you taking down one with your team gives me an Idea. Quaritch said as he took a drink from his glass
"And that idea is?" Naruto asked as he bit his tongue at the colonel calling the people here savages as he would prefer calling them underdeveloped
"The Na'vi would respect your strength and skill. I want you to find any Na'vi and see if we can reach an accord. I think with your skill and power you'd be perfect to start negotiations" Quaritch said
"I thought you guys started negotiations with them? Why not let one of the people who has already been meeting with them do it instead. Why me?" Naruto asked
"We have mostly been leaving that to the eggheads here, they have been teaching them English and stuff but lately they have just been ignoring us after we started trying to convince them to move their homes" Quaritch said
"Move their homes?" Naruto asked with a frown
"... I won't lie to you kid. Their home is on a resource that we desperately need. Not just for us but the galaxy as a whole" Quaritch said as he pulled out a shard of a mineral see this? It's called Unobtainium. Very important energy conductor for various uses on Earth and other planets. The citadel for instance also uses it for various things. It's very rare and very, very expensive. This piece alone is worth 20 million credits. It helps out so many scientists as well as people in daily life on many worlds. We don't want to cause problems with the Na'vi people. We only want the unobtainium they are built over." Quaritch explained
"hmmmm and I'm guessing your corporate overlords will order you to do something unseemly if negotiations fall through" Naruto stated
"I don't believe so. Unless the Na'vi attack us first there should be no retaliation whatsoever. We don't want anyone harmed. We just need the mineral. If you can convince them to move their home so we can mine you'd save them a lot of trouble we'd cause if we just mined while they're still there. It could damage their home if we did. And we all want to avoid that" Quaritch said
"..." Naruto let this information sink in "even if I were to help you. How am I supposed to get in contact with them if they're ignoring you all? Why would I have more luck?" Naruto asked
"We have a good idea where they are located and after what you and your team just pulled I'm sure it will get back to them and they'll be open to negotiating with a skilled hunter like yourself. If not then it's at least a step in the right direction to future negotiations. Besides from what I've seen you'd survive the trip there more than most of my other men. It has to be you that does it" Quaritch told him
"... I suppose I don't have a choice then. Alright let me get my team together" Naruto said before Quaritch held up a hand
"While they are capable we don't want to send a full armed force out into Na'vi territory. I'm afraid it has to be you and you alone kid" Quaritch said
"Ah I get it if I'm alone I won't come off as if I'm invading. Makes sense I guess. Alright I'll get to it then" Naruto said with a nod as he stood up as Quaritch handed him a holo map
"That's the location of their home. Go on and help them see reason kid. Good luck" Quaritch said as Naruto nodded before leaving the room
"... finally" Quaritch said with a grin as he typed on his computer as a hologram appeared of the Illusive Man
"I presume you're bothering me for good reason Colonel" The Illusive Man said as he put out his cigarette
"Just wanted to let you know that the unobtainium will soon be in our grasp and we can fulfill our end of our deal with Cerberus" Quaritch said with a grin
"Oh? Yesterday you were stretched thin on any men that could deal with the Na'vi and today you have the answer? Now you have my interest" The Illusive man said
"Some Cowboys your gal Lawson sent to us actually have some talent. The team took out a Thanator with minimal preparation in mere moments." Quaritch said with a smirk
"Well now that is interesting. Finding someone who can take them down is impressive" the Illusive man admitted
"Yeah I guess the celestial shadows aren't just a fancy name" Quaritch said with a chuckle
This made the Illusive Man pause as he recognized the name. Since two of Cerberus' subjects were on that team. And one of them leading it. "Colonel when you say Celestial Shadows do you mean the team led by Naruto Uzumaki?" The Illusive man asked wanting to make sure
"That's the one, just sent him to negotiate with the Na'vi while we go through with our plan to attack. All the Mechs and ships are prepped and ready to strike
"...be sure to avoid killing Mr Uzumaki. If he is attacked you will not live past sunrise." The Illusive man warned
"The kid may be a good bounty hunter but we are much better than him and his team of misfits." Quaritch scoffed
"You misunderstand. I have need of him alive. And should he die Cerberus will come to collect from you Colonel." The Illusive man warned with a firm tone
"What's so special about one human?" Quaritch asked raising an eyebrow at this believing Naruto is a regular human and not knowing he's an Elementian. Guess he didn't read the file
"That's none of your concern Colonel but if it helps your motivation. If you bring him and his teammate Jack to me alive I will give you a 50 percent bonus On top of what I will pay for the Unobtainium." The Illusive man told him
"... 50 percent? How about 75 percent? He is going to be in an active warzone after all. I can't guarantee his survival." Quaritch offered
"Fine 75 percent. Don't make me regret entrusting you with this colonel. Otherwise you will not like what comes after" The Illusive man warned before logging off from his hologram
"Perfect now to rally the troops and Uzumaki's idiots. They'll jump at the chance to help us if they're captain is in danger. I'll just spin a tale of him being captured by the Na'vi" Quaritch said smirking
(with the rest of the crew in their private quarters)
"What do you mean whiskers went off alone?!" Tina yelled as she grabbed rocket and started to shake him like a ragdoll
"S-Stop s-shaking me you c-crazy bitch!!" Rocket yelled as Tina shook him around
"When you call me crazy the voices say to silence you!" Tina yelled as he reached for a spork in her pocket before Moxxi grabbed her wrist
"Tina relax Naruto should be fine. He was probably given a small mission for some gathering of fauna" Moxxi said trying to calm down her fellow Pandoran
"And as an elementain he should be more in tune with pandora" Liara said as she looked at a readout of the information about the planet she had gotten from one of the lab assistants
"can You All hear me?" Cortana Sounded through their earpieces
"We can hear you Cortana. Did you find anything good?" Faye asked as she and the others tapped there earpieces
"Several things actually. But I believe this video feed I discovered that just occurred should say enough" Cortana said as Moxxi's earpiece displayed a holographic showing of Quaritch speaking with the Illusive Man. Every word. Every detail played right before their eyes
"Those mother Fuckers! They want me then I'll fucking gut them!" Jack growled out angrily
"To think this respected Organization would sink so low as to cause mass murder for minerals" Liara said horrified
"... didn't the captain go out alone? To diplomatically speak with the Na'vi unaware that an attack is about to occur?" Samara asked
Everyone looked at each other at this just as the door to their room opened
'OK you lot we just got word that your captain is being held hostage by the Navi so gear up and- gaaaah!" the soldier entering was saying before Tina tackled him and stabbed him in the eye with her spork
"Gah! My eye! You crazy bitch!" The soldier yelled in agonizing pain as he went for his pistol
Jack growled and grabbed the soldier who was aiming his gun at Tina with her biotics and slammed him into the wall "you're gonna give us some real answers since we know the bs your Colonel pulled. So start talking before I start peeling off skin" Jack demanded
"I'm not telling you a thing sir!" the soldier yelled defiantly
…..Tina go get Claptrap. He has a new special friend. Hope you like Baby Shark and Surfin bird" Jack said with a scowl
"Kay! Ooh maybe he'll take requests this time from me!" Tina giggled
"Wait! Wait! I'll talk! I'll talk! I was sent here to get you geared up and bring the one known as Jack To the Colonel for a special Assignment" The soldier explained terrified
Jack growled at this before she snapped the man's neck with her biotics
"Awww I wanted to watch him beg for mercy" Tina pouted
"I believe we have more pressing matters like the captain being caught in the middle of a war zone" Liara said seriously
"We need a ship that can get us to Naruto fast. Rocket can the Sanctuary fly planetary level?" Samara asked
"The Sanctuary is for interplanetary level remind me and the captain to invest in smaller ships for us to use on planet" Rocket said
"OK crew time to go steal a ship from this base" Faye said as she took put her blaster
"You're taking charge? Shouldn't it be Samara?" PeeBee asked curiously
"I do believe Miss Valentine has the right idea. I am better off leading for battle. For theft she has far more experience than I" Samara said
"Works for me, but we're taking a ship that has some mech suits In them" Rocket said with a grin
"Me first! And one for Goose!" Tina yelled excitedly at the idea of a mech suit for her and Goose piloting another one
"... how would that even-" Liara questioned before Jack cut her off
"Don't think about it Blue Juggs. Let's go" Jack ordered as they team left to steal a ship and some mech suits. The team led by Faye went towards the base's hangar to see soldiers boarding their ships some even in the mech suits boarding into large assault ships.
"That one is big enough" Samara said as she pointed out a big ship that had some mechanical suits being loaded up into it
"Alright let's get on there and take out the pilot and any soldiers aboard." Faye ordered as she pulled out her plasma assault rifle. The team rushed onto the ship to see soldiers strapping themselves in for takeoff
"Hey this ain't your ship. You guys are supposed to be with the Colonel on his personal 'Dragon' assault ship" a soldier said
"We like this 'dragon' better so we're taking it" Rocket said as he took out his blaster and fired at the soldier with a stun blast. Incapacitating him as the others fired on the other strapped in soldiers.
"Get the pilot and get this thing in the air before we end up scrap!" Jack yelled at Rocket as she sent a biotic blast at some charging soldiers who had spotted them
"I'm on it!" Rocket yelled as he ran towards the cockpit and leapt onto the console in front of the soldier piloting it. "Enjoy your nap asshole!" Rocket yelled as he blasted the pilot out of his chair before jumping into the seat and preparing for take off. The ship immediately took off under a hail of gunfire as it left the base.
"Alright We're in the air. I'll try and locate the captain with some energy signature tracking. Make sure the soldiers are out of commission" Rocket ordered from the cockpit as he flew them away from the RDA base
(Forest of Pandora)
Naruto was walking towards the giant tree that he had been shown by Quaritch to look for the Navi which was massive compared to any tree he had seen even back on his home planet
As soon as he arrived however a spear thunked into the ground in front of him as multiple Na'vi descended from the tree tops with bows and arrows drawn and spears at the ready
"Woah I come in peace" Naruto said as he held up his hands in a peaceful manor
"You're not welcome here, sky person. You should leave. Your kind has caused enough damage to Eywa" a Na'vi warrior said as he glared at Naruto with his bow drawn and arrow notched
"Wait, who?" Naruto asked raising a eyebrow at this as this was the first he had heard of someone being hurt
"Our great mother. She who protects the balance of life" a female voice said as another Na'vi approached with a bow on her back but not for a fight. "Lower your arms. This is one I saw who fought a Palulukan and survived" the female Navi said as she approached Naruto inquisitively. Not immediately distrusting him but not trusting him either. She was incredibly tall almost 9 feet tall with long black hair, large F cup breasts, a fit, toned, and curvy body, and a large, plump, heart-shaped ass.
"This one fought and survived the Palulukan? Impossible Neytiri! One such as him could never survive such a great beast!" the male Na'vi yelled not believing it
"I saw it with my own eyes. Do you doubt my words?" The now named Neytiri asked as she turned her gaze to the Na'vi warrior
"Listen to her. I don't want to fight any of you. I'm here for negotiations and peace" Naruto said
"The time for peace has long since passed with all you Sky People have done. You are not welcome here. Leave now or we will fight" the male Na'vi warrior said glaring at Naruto
"And what exactly have they done? I am new to the planet so I have only been hearing from one side. I want to hear your side as well. I wish to learn what is truly going on." Naruto said as he looked at Neytiri seeing as she was the most reasonable from what he saw
Before she could say anything the male Na'vi warrior spoke up
"Sky people cannot learn and do not see. Now begone" the Na'vi warrior demanded once more
"I'm not leaving until I know what's been going on!" Naruto yelled having enough of this guy's attitude as his chakra started to leak from his body. Not in a large amount but enough to show he'd fight to stay here if pressed making the Na'vi pause at the energy coming off of him
"What is that? It feels like the forest itself" Neytiri questioned wide eyed at the natural energy coming off of Naruto's body
"Huh? Sorry lost my cool a bit. That was just my chakra." Naruto said as he stopped channeling it
"He has been touched by the forest. Do you still believe him to be an enemy?" Neytiri asked looking at the other Na'vi warriors
"He is a sky person. They are all enemies to Eywa" the same male Na'vi warrior said with a glare
Again, who is this Eywa?" Naruto asked as he looked at Neytiri
"She is the great mother. She who defends the balance of life. She who cares for all living creatures on Pandora" Neytiri explained
"So a deity. Got it. Look can you all please tell me what's going on between the other Sky People and your tribe? I only want to bring an end to any conflict but I really do need to know what's going on." Naruto asked
"This is a waste of time" the male Na'vi warrior scoffed
"... the sky people when they first arrived wanted to teach us. To bond with us. The scientists taught us your languages. Then the ones with weapons arrived and attacked. My sister was slain by the ones you sky people call mercenaries" Neytiri explained with a frown
"….I'm sorry to hear that" Naruto said with a frown at this
"But she was not the only one. Your kind has Slaughtered us every day they can. They have murdered so many. From elders, to adults, to children!" The male warrior yelled
"…..this wasn't mentioned to me when my team was hired" Naruto said with a growl as his chakra flared up this time Turning red from his anger
"What dark sorcery is this?!" The male Na'vi yelled horrified at the feelings of primal rage
"Sorry, my power reacts to very strong emotions. I apologize. But I am not like the other sky people. I truly do want to end this Conflict. What must I do to create a lasting peace?" Naruto asked
"It's the Sky People at fault. Make them leave this world. Including yourself." The male warrior said with a scowl
"You know the ones with weapons are to blame not the ones that came before them" Neytiri said looking at the warrior
"And where were the ones who came before when your sister lay dying Neytiri?" The male Na'vi asked with a scowl
"From what I'm hearing the RDA is the problem and needs to be dealt with. Okay. I can do that" Naruto said as he turned around
"What? You would fight them alone?" Neytiri asked
"Not alone I have my team who will help me fight them" Naruto said with a grin
"More sky people?" the male Na'vi warrior questioned
"Not just humans we are a group made up from those who seek justice for those suffering from injustice." Naruto said with a smile
"So you truly seek to help us?" Neytiri asked Naruto
"Absolutely. If the RDA is causing these problems then we will deal with them. Count on it" Naruto said with a grin before the sound of an airborne ship stopped his movement as a dragon Assault ship came from the sky
"You lie!" The Na'vi warrior yelled as he fired his bow and arrow at Naruto who effortlessly caught the projectile
"Hold on! That's my team!" Naruto yelled as he spotted Rocket in the cockpit
"Oi! watch the paint job we just stole this thing!" Rocket yelled over the intercom
"Rocket is everyone else with you?" Naruto asked as the ship landed and everyone got out
"Barring Claptrap yeah. We're all here. We need to talk Whiskers." Rocket said as the team exited the ship Rocket jumping onto Groots shoulder so he could see Naruto at eye level
"What kind of creatures are they?" Neytiri asked as she looked at Rocket and Groot
"One of a kind you amazonian blueberry" Rocket said with a smirk
"I am Groot" Groot introduced himself with a smile
"I am Neytiri" Neytiri said with some formality
"Are These 3 deformed Na'vi?"another warrior asked looking at Samara, Peebee, and Liara
"We are known as asari from the planet Thessia" Liara explained
"Yea yea nice to meet you all whiskers we have a problem. No make that several." Jack said as she stepped forward
"Alright start from the beginning. Catch me up to speed" Naruto said as he looked at his team
(One explanation later)
"... of course he's working with Cerberus" Naruto scowled as his knuckles cracked
"These Sky People are planning to attack our home?" Neytiri asked horrified
"Yeah they're after some mineral you guys have on this planet and you guys are an obstacle to it" Moxxi said
"Ok so we have to stop them before they cause a genocide. Rocket any ideas?" Naruto asked
"Aside from getting the hell out of here and not getting caught in a damn warzone?" Rocket asked as he pointed at the ship
"I'm not abandoning the Na'vi" Naruto said seriously
"I agree my code won't alow me to do that Samara said with a firm tone
"... sigh…. We stole a few mechs. If I pilot the ship in the air while some others attack from the ground we can maybe halt their forces enough to let the Na'vi run away. Unfortunately I don't see us winning against an army" Rocket said as them alone against an army seemed like a terrible idea
"I will try and convince my people to fight. If we do not we will be slaughtered. I'm sure most would rather die with a weapon in hand than let the sky people attack our home" Neytiri said
"Is there more than just your tribe that we could call on for help?" Faye asked as while some fighters would be good against an army they'd need lots of numbers
"We can reach out to some of the other tribes for aid but it may take time for them to arrive. How long will it be till they arrive?" Neytiri asked
"From what I got out of that punk ass I stabbed before we left a few days. I'd say 3 tops" Tina said as she raised her hand
"That should let us call on aid from the other tribes. You guys have enough gear?" Naruto asked as he traveled light to the Na'vi home with minimal weapons
"We raided the place captain we should be good for a fight. Can the Na'vi do enough damage to the army with their weaponry though?" Moxxi asked seeing the primitive weapons
"Oh please, their gear has obvious weak points. I can teach them where to attack easily" Tina said with a scoff
This made everyone on Naruto's team look at Tina with raised eyebrows
"What? I grew up in a barren wasteland filled with murder happy psychos tinkering with makeshift weapons and vehicles you really think I wouldn't know how to exploit weaknesses?" Tina asked
"Considering your usual approach is explode everything or stab a person's jugular with a spork… yes" Rocket said flatly
"Alright Neytiri see what your warriors and any other tribes can do to help in terms of defense and assault. Rocket call in Cortana see if we can get the Sanctuary brought to this part of the planet to access our full gear. We're also gonna need Claptrap" Naruto said to the Na'vi woman before he turned to Rocket who nodded and tapped his earpiece
"Yo Cortana bring the ship to our location. We're defending these blue natives and going to war with the people who hired us. Captains orders" Rocket said walking away to set up where the ship could land
"So an average mission gone wrong I take it?" Cortana asked with an amused tone
"Oh great, the AI has learned to be snarky. I blame you for this captain" Rocket said looking at Naruto
"I am Groot" Groot said
"Woah it ain't MY fault She has snark now Groot. Come on" Rocket said exasperated
"If I'm going to convince my mother to go along with this you should meet with her" Neytiri said to Naruto
"Understood. The rest of you I'll be back soon. We'll make some plans for the defense" Naruto nodded as the two left towards the Na'vi home base
"... think he's gonna plow her?" Tina asked with a raised eyebrow and a smirk watching the two leave
"Is sex all you think about?" Faye asked with a sigh
"I think about other things, the screams of my enemies, cookies, oh! Chocolate chip cookies! I need to bake some!" Tina yelled with an excited grin
"... by the goddess what have I agreed to when I joined" Liara muttered seeing Tina's erratic nature

Naruto followed Neytiri into the home of her tribe. Following step in step as until they reached a large grouping of Na'vi all of whom watched Naruto warily
"Neytiri what is the meaning of this? Why have you brought a sky person here?" a male voice said as a Na'vi in furs carrying a staff approached them
"Father he is not like the others. He has found news for our tribe that is of grave importance" Neytiri said
"It's true. I have news that your home will be under attack in 3 days time by the Sky People you have had issues with. I won't stand around while they try to wage genocide on an innocent people" Naruto said getting the clan leaders attention
"And why should we believe you? What have you to show as proof? The word of a sky person cannot be trusted" the clan leader named Eyutukan asked
Naruto said nothing to this before he calmly let loose his chakra for all the Na'vi to see. The blue aura enveloping his body caused the Na'vi around him to freeze up in surprise. Feeling the energy as it mixed with the nature around them. Basking in the warmth of his energy
As soon as he stopped letting loose his chakra a female Na'vi approached him wearing brown robes approached. This was Neytiri's mother Mo'at
"Has Eywa sent you?" The woman asked
"Look all you need to know is that me and my team are on your side and we want to stop the RDA from killing all of you" Naruto said seriously
"Eyutukan we should hear what this one says" the woman said turning to her husband
"... very well. Speak Sky person. Speak your message.
"Look the humans who have been here are going to attack you in three days and while me and my team are willing to fight them we aren't enough to beat them. I will not ask you to fight if you do not wish but if you don't your home will be destroyed. And I will fight to the bitter end to prevent that. But I ask no, I plead for your assistance. Will you fight those who will cause you harm or will you run to live another day? Will you run and let them have their way?" Naruto asked turning to all the Na'vi assembled
The Navi all looked at each other before they all started to shout and hold up their weapons obviously ready to fight
"fight! We will fight! We will protect our home!" a Na'vi warrior said as they all continued to yell in agreement
"I will contact the other tribes for aid. Sky person. What is your name? I wish to know the name of the one Eywa has sent to aid us?" Eyutukan asked
"My name? My name is Naruto Uzumaki. I am the last of my people. And I swear on my life to make sure the Na'vi and any other races in the galaxy don't suffer the same fate as them." Naruto said "now let's prepare for war" Naruto said seriously as the Na'vi cheered in approval
(2 days later)
it was the night before the big battle and Everyone was In front of a glowing tree
"So you know the plan?" Naruto asked his team and Neytiri who had been designated as the go to between Naruto's team who had been staying outside of the home tree on the Sanctuary and her tribe. Seeing as she was the one to bring him to her people it was only fitting she take up the role
"Yeah Moxxi and I will focus on the aerial forces with the gunship along with the Na'vi on the bird dragon things" Rocket said as Moxxie nodded
"Samara, Peebee, Jack, and myself shall use our biotics to halt any ground troops alongside Groot from making it to the home tree" Liara said
"I'll be leading a team of archers on the ground units thanks to Tina's lessons to my people on the weaknesses we can exploit in their machines" Neytiri said
"Tina and I will pilot some mechs. We had them painted so while they'll be easy to spot on the field we'll be less likely to get hit by friendly fire" Faye said as Tina giggled insanely
"What am I doing again?" Claptrap asked as he held up his arm
"You are on the ground team and your job is to kill any enemy you see with extreme prejudice" Naruto said with a firm tone
"Woo hoo! Murder time Fun time! Think this'll snag me points with the hot AI?" Claptrap asked
"Not a chance" Cortana said over the intercom with a flat tone
"Dammit!" Claptrap yelled out waving his arms dramatically
"As for me I'm gonna go after Quaritch and his higher ranked officers. We cut off the head and we can end their assault quickly since their forces will be scattered without leadership" Naruto said seriously
"You think he'll show up on the battlefield? He seemed more like the type to let others fight for him" Jack pointed out
"No he'll be there. He wants this operation to work and has to make sure you or I make it out alive for Cerberus. He wouldn't leave that up to his fellow soldiers. And that gives me an advantage. He won't be aiming to kill me. I don't have that problem with him" Naruto said
"Hey what's with them?" Rocket asked as he pointed at the Na'vi who were all chanting at the illuminating tree
"They are praying to Eywa for guidance and protection in the coming battle. I shall be joining them shortly" Neytiri said knowing many of her people could fall in battle
"Potential genocide and you guys spend the night praying to a goddess?" Jack asked as she raised an eyebrow at this
"Can't hurt to try considering what we are facing" Naruto said "May I join and see this prayer or should I stay away in case of tension with your people?" Naruto asked Neytiri
"I have no problems with it though you should perhaps ask my mother and father instead of me. While we will fight with you not all of my people trust you fully" Neytiri warned Naruto
"If they have a problem with it then I'll deal with it but no harm in learning of other cultures" Naruto said with a small smile as he and Neytiri exited the sanctuary towards the chanting Na'vi people.

They soon approached the tree that the Na'vi were all praying to where Mo'at was praying alongside her people.
"Have you come to join us Uzumaki? In a prayer for battle to Eywa?" Mo'at asked
Naruto nodded at this as he sat on his knees alongside Neytiri and joined in the chanting. While he may not have known the Na'vi's language he could make out the words easily enough and hoped he wouldn't make a fool of himself as he joined in.
As he did this he activated his chakra letting out a bit of it to mix into the nature around them.
'OK I have never prayed before but if you do exist out there Eywa then lend us any aid you can to help protect the Na'vi tribe. Let them win in this upcoming battle so all other life can be spared from the wrath of the RDA. Let us win so their genocide ends once and for all' Naruto thought as he chanted alongside the Na'vi. Not noticing the chakra he was letting off flow into the ground and the illuminated trees. Sending pulses of light through the glowing tree vines
"What is that?" Neytiri asked seeing the lights pulse in rapid flashes
"I… don't know. It just felt right to do" Naruto admitted as he continued joining in on the prayer. This time forgoing his chakra
(the next day)
Everyone was outside the mother tree waiting for Cortana to alert them of the NDA arriving
"So today's the day. Welp if we all die….. it was nice to Know Some of you" Rocket said as he was checking over the assault ship Alongside Moxxi to make sure it was ready for battle
"Thanks for the enthusiasm Rocket" Naruto said flatly
"The fuck you want from me? Unbridled optimism? We're fighting an army with large amounts of technology with an army of dragon bird riding blue hippies. I don't see this going well" Rocket scoffed
"We're gonna fight! and we're gonna win! let loose the dogs of war!" Tina yelled holding up Goose
"That's not a dog" Liara sighed out pinching the bridge of her nose
"Don't question it blue jugs. Trust me" Jack said flatly
"Well she has the right mentality to motivate the natives at least" Rocket said as he pointed at the Navi who were waiting nearby at the ready with weapons
"Captain, the RDA has been picked up on my scanners. They will be here in 30 minutes" Cortana said through Naruto's earpiece
"Copy that. Cortana if anyone hostile tries to break into the ship take them out with any weapons you want." Naruto ordered
"Including deadly neurotoxin?" Cortana asked
"Especially deadly neurotoxin" Naruto said
"As you command" Cortana said as Naruto turned to the others
"They're 30 minutes out. Everyone get to your battle stations and positions" Naruto ordered as he drew his elemental guns
"This'll be fun" Moxxi said with a grin as she boarded the assault ship with Rocket
"I'll fly you gun em down" Rocket said with a grin knowing Moxxi was a crackshot
"May Eywa guide us to victory" Neytiri said as she and her people stood with bows drawn in the branches
"Faye, let's get the mech suits! We're gonna smash them!" Tina giggled as she and goose ran to her mech which was painted multiple colors

The massive forces of the RDA flew towards the Home Tree with many large bulldozing vehicles as well as nearly all their armed soldiers. They left a small contingency back at the base in case of any attacks but the bulk of the forces was being led by Quaritch in his personal mech suit.
As soon as the RDA arrived at the home tree however they were met with an army of Na'vi with Naruto in the front
"Uzumaki. I see the negotiations have changed into a rebellion. How unfortunate" Quaritch said through a loudspeaker on his mech suit
"Save it asshole I don't help Cerberus lapdogs. You want me and Jack and to remove the Na'vi from their home? Well too bad. This will be your final resting place!" Naruto yelled using chakra to amplify his voice
"... so be it Uzumaki. Men lay waste to these savages! Spare Uzumaki and subject 13 for capture! Everyone else dies!" Quaritch ordered as the ships flew in first only to be immediately shot down by Rocket and Moxxi
"Yo giant blue hippies! Get on your birds and take out these things!" Rocket yelled via the speakers on the ship immediately Na'vis started to take off on dragon like bird creatures into the sky with bows and arrows as they shot down ship after ship aiming for weak points
While the aerial team was taking out as many ships as they could some did lan releasing ground troops and mechs as they started to rush towards the Home Tree
"Gahahahahahahahaha!" Tina cackled as she fired mechs machine guns at the ground troops tearing through them easily
One mech that was fleeing from Tina's mech was suddenly tackled by a yellow and red mech piloted by Faye. "Don't run away! Stay and play!" Faye yelled as she aimed her mech's machine gun at the downed mech and obliterated it with rapid fire bullets.
"Ready?" Samara asked as she prepared her biotics alongside Liara, PeeBee, and Jack
"Yes!" The three yelled as they suddenly lifted a large amount of nearby boulders and flung them at incoming troops
"Stabby Stabby!!" Claptrap yelled as he rolled over to an armed soldier and stabbed them in the jugular before moving onto his next victim
"Take out the tree!" A soldier yelled seeing Groot taking the front alone as he moved up with his squad of 5
"I am grooot!!!" Groot roared as he sent branches at them that wrapped around their necks and started to slam them into the ground over and over again. Battering them before holding them up for a group of Na'vi archers led by Neytiri to quickly end
Naruto saw a squad of 6 soldiers rushing at him which he quickly dispatched with his electricity blasts on his elemental guns. Their metal armor making excellent conductors for the lightning to travel through and paralyze them "Quaritch! Come face me you bastard!" Naruto yelled seeing the colonel hanging back in his mech suit
"We're getting overwhelmed here!" Moxxi yelled over the intercom as while she was taking out any ship in her sights three more seemed to take their place
"You think I can't see that- what the fuck is that?!" Rocket was heard saying before he yelled loudly before static was heard
"Looks like your little rebellion isn't good enough Uzumaki" Quaritch said as he started to approach in his own mech
Naruto scowled at this as his chakra flared in anger "I'm not going down without a fight! Come at me you old son of a bitch!" Naruto yelled
Before Naruto could move to act however a loud screech was heard as the trees around them started to shake as if something big was coming towards them
"Did The other clans send more warriors?" Neytiri asked hopefully. Her question was answered as a large pack of 50 Thanator's leapt from the trees roaring in fury at the RDA soldiers before they easily started to trample them killing them
"Thanators?! What?!" Faye yelled wide eyed. The felin predators weren't the only ones to leap out of the trees however. Viperwolves, Banshees, and more started to come out of trees. The Banshees even flying and taking out several ships around Rocket and Moxxi
"Rocket are you ok?!" Naruto yelled as he took cover behind a tree and tapped his earpiece
"More than ok! We have a whole flock of those dragon things attacking the RDA. The hell did you do to get us an army of beasts whiskers?!" Rocket yelled over the earpiece
"I…. just prayed I think" Naruto admitted as he realized his chakra and prayer must have sent out a call to every animal nearby willing to fight
"... yeah I'm not picking a fight with any God you pray to from now on" Rocket said
"Uzumaki! You think these beasts will save these savages?! Well you're dead wrong! After I take you out they'll all fall!" Quaritch yelled as he brought up his machine gun and fired on a group of Na'vi warriors rushing at him with Spears in hand. Slaughtering them in an instant.
"YOUR DEAD!" Naruto yelled in a rage as he activated his chakra and shot at Quaritch tackling the suit to the ground in a blitzing speed tackle.
"How?! What are you?!" Quaritch yelled as no sapient being should be able to knock down this suit with pure strength. Not even krogans could do so in one strike
"I'm the Shinobi you pissed off!" Naruto yelled as he shot an electric blast from his element gun into the mech suit. Hitting its right arm joint before firing another into the left
"Gaaaahhhh!" Quaritch yelled as he was electrocuted before Naruto slammed his foot into the pilot window and shattered it to open the front of his mech. The colonel started to gasp for air as the planet had little oxygen for him to breathe
"You don't get to die choking! Not yet!" Naruto yelled as he put away his element guns and grabbed the colonel by his throat and pulled him out of his mech suit "I'm gonna make you pay for every single Na'vi you ruthlessly slaughtered!" Naruto yelled as he slammed the colonel to the ground and started to punch him. Over and over again. Slamming his fist into the colonel's face.
"Y-you traitorous dog" the dazed colonel groaned out as he was still suffocating frok his quickly fading oxygen
"If I'm a dog you're dog food! Or rather cat food!" Naruto yelled throwing the downed colonel to the ground in front of Goose
"Bye bye douchebag!" Tina yelled happily as she knew what was coming
Goose glared at the colonel before he opened his mouth and fired his tentacles at him grabbing him and devouring him instantly before spitting up the colonel's dog tags
"... the colonel's dead! Retreat! Retreat!" A soldier yelled as the remaining RDA forces made to backpedal away from the Na'vi forces back towards their ships and back to base.
"Orders captain?" Rocket asked via earpiece
"Let them flee like rats back to their bosses. I want people to know what happened here" Naruto said with a firm tone
"And they shall. I had Cortana record the battle from the Sanctuary as well as compile any and all information pertaining to the RDA's actions on this world. She'll be sending them to the Citadel council as well as my mother so no one may dispute the charges in case of an attempted cover-up" Liara said as she typed on her omni tool
"Nice one blue jugs" Jack said with a nod at this as she liked that this would hurt Cerberus by association.
"Now we should go" Naruto said as he looked at the Na'vi people celebrating their victory
"Works for me this place suuuuuucks!" Claptrap said with a whine as he led the way back to the ship which Rocket was parking
"Wait! You Have helped us win this battle. You were sent by Eywa to aid us. Will you not stay for the festivities?" Neytiri asked as she saw them try to leave while her people celebrated
"Sorry but the sooner we leave the better. If we're on planet it could lead to retaliation against us and by proxy you all. And you all have earned your planet today for your bravery and courage. I believe it will be in good hands" Naruto said with a smile at the Na'vi people before he walked towards the sanctuary
Neytiri watched the crew walk away. Having spent days in the lead up to the battle getting to know them it felt like she was losing a piece of herself. But she knew her place was here with her people. She couldn't leave them after everything they had fought and died for. Just to sate her curiosity on the worlds beyond her own.
"Go with them" Mo'at said seeing her daughter look on
"What?" Neytiri asked turning to her mother
"I see it in your eyes, my child. I see the look of someone who wants to see more than what is offered on this planet. Go. Find what it is you seek and then should you wish to return, return with stories of your adventures and of the sky people you have shown our ways. Not only that but Uzumaki saved us all. I would trust you to him in a heartbeat for what he has proven today" Mo'at said with a smile as Neytiri nodded before running after the crew
"Wait! Wait please! I wish to join you!" Neytiri yelled
"Eh?" Naruto questioned
"Please I owe you a debt of gratitude for what you did for my people. And I wish to teach other sky people of our ways. Please allow me to join your group" Neytiri pleaded with a bow
"...ok no problem" Naruto said as he looked up at the navi woman before nodding
"Captain with all due respect taking an underdeveloped species off world is against-" Liara was saying before she was cut off
"they know that other planets exist Liara, if anything Neytiri leaving to join us will equip her with the skills to know how to deal with any other visitors to her planet in the future" Naruto said as he looked at the Asari scientist
"Ah like an ambassador" Samara said as she nodded in agreement
"Indeed they're not ready for people like the turians or batarians or krogan should any attack now that the RDA is gone. They will need allies and sending one with us is as good a start as any" Naruto said with a small smile
"New crewmember eh? Let's fucking party! I call first for karaoke!" Claptrap yelled boarding the ship
"Oh fuck!! Help me stop him!!!" Jack yelled running after Claptrap to prevent his horrid singing
"First lesson rookie earplugs" Tina said with a grin up at the tall alien woman
"What are ear Plugs?" Neytiri asked confused as they boarded the ship getting sighs from some of the crew
(space base outside earth's orbit. Days later)
Inside a hidden base on the Earth's moon a group of RDA higher ups gathered to discuss the recent loss in resources on Pandora 2.
"I can't believe this! One bad incident and we get thrown under the bus by Earth's government and have to flee like a bunch of common criminals!" An older male RDA soldier yelled angrily
"I'm more concerned about Cerberus. With Quaritch's failure we are now indebted to the Illusive Man for his failed promises" Another RDA soldier said
"Better we work for them then having nothing" a female member said
"Yeah and now he wants us to go after the leader of the Celestial Shadows and capture him and a teammate of his for Cerberus" another soldier said
"That group of freaks can't be dealt with by the troops we have left. And our scientists need to make tech to counter their leader himself which we don't have the resources or funds for" a scientist member said
"Then we don't use them the leader of the RDA said as he held up his omnitolol showing a holographic image of what looked like a tall woman with a slender figure, with brown bangs and a ponytail wearing a skin tight green jumpsuit and heels which showed off her DD cup breasts, Slender model body, and her heart shaped ass.
