Austin's POV

Noah, Ally and I were in my Jeep on our way to Toronto. I was so pumped about this, I can't wait to see the bewildered look on Dylan's face when we get there. Now you might think I'm trying to piss Dylan off but honestly I'm going there for another purpose. And it is to beat those preppy empire brats.

Now that Noah's back in town we can really beat that ass of theirs.

Dylan used to be a snotty empire brat. Empire students are on the extremely rich side of Miami, there school is highly prestigious and is takes a lot of money to get in, trust me Dylan used to be the top priority of that school. Of course everyone was upset when he left but Dylan was the most upset, he was bitter towards Derek for a whole month.

But after that month that's when everything went downhill. He started sneaking out at night, one time I found a lighter under his pillow, and an empty bottle of alcohol under his bed. I mean you wouldn't expect that from him right?

Yet of course I took the blame for it cause I was most likely to have the junk in my room but after I found out he was hanging out with those stupid empire kids I sold him out to mom and Derek, that was what caused his hate for me. Trust me I don't regret what I did to him a while back because he shouldn't have been hanging with that gang anyways.

Then one day when I was walking down Toronto beach Dylan's group jumped me and tried beating me up. Dylan just stood there watching them beat the crap out of me, that was the day I started hating Dylan with a passion. From then on out I made Dylan's life a living hell, I stole his girlfriend twice, hacked into his computer deleting a whole essay that he had made for an exam in English that made him drop to a C level class and I also handed out some baby pictures of him running around in a cape and a diaper at age seven.

I could have done worse but I decided to show him mercy with the baby pictures.

I smiled to myself at my cleverness and turned into the parking lot in front of the beach. I squinted my eyes trying to see Dylan and his gang of friends playing a nice friendly game of volleyball.

Isn't going to be so nice when I get up there.

"Why are we here anyways?" I heard Ally complain as she slammed the car door shut. I winced at the brutal sound but pushed it to the side, I was dealing with bigger issues than my car. I stopped in my tracks and turned to face the confused yet annoyed brunette.

"Look princess..."

Ally gave me a warning glare and Noah chuckled wrapping his arm around her waist. "Ally, I'm here for some unfinished business how about you and your little boy toy go make out by the ocean." I teased faking enthusiasm. Now Noah was glaring at me, "I'm not her boy toy Austin." He snapped angrily.

I held my hands up in surrender and smirked at Ally, "Sorry," I jerked my head towards the beach, "Just go have fun."

Noah smiled and took Ally's hand in his as they walked towards the ocean. The sight of them made me a bit sick at the feeling and I didn't want to know why...

I shook my head at the thought and headed for the beach, shoving my hands in my pocket I walked across the warm sand. Some of it crept its way into my shoe and I ran carefully across the sand to a nearby bench.

"No fucking way it can't be."

I looked sideways to see one of Dylan's gang members standing in front of me. I smirked silently to myself and stood. I looked at him, he looked the same except he was taller but not as tall as me. "It's me Daniel, I've came back to send you a message." I said warning him.

He glared at me as he chuckled, "You think you're so tough Austin. Just because your older than me doesn't mean you're smarter than me. I'd be a fool to even think you've gotten any smarter. As I recall I remember Dylan telling me you stole two of his girls. How'd you do it so fast huh, did you drug them? Turn them into some sex slave to obey your every command or you'd kill them?" He spoke venomously.

I growled and clenched my fist together, "No," I said through gritted teeth, "I just snatched them away. You know me Daniel I'm more of a hit and run kind of guy."

"Hit and run? But I thought you and Cassidy were a thing. Plus I found out Dylan got her pregnant, now what were you planning to do with a slut like that?" He snapped. I glared at him, I wanted to snap him in half right then and there.

"Nah he probably just fucked her up and knocked her up again." Dylan said walking in front of me from out of nowhere. I smirked now to get my plan back on track, "What do you mean Dylan? I don't know how I could get her pregnant again you've already filled her up enough." I teased.

Dylan growled and came toward me but Daniel held him back, "You fucking son of a bitch how could you do this to me!" He yelled. Suddenly Noah came up behind me tugging on my shirt, "We should go we don't want another fight." He said urgently. My eyes were still pinned on Dylan's cold ones. I could just see the burning anger showing through his eyes.

Suddenly Dylan pushed Daniel away and grabbed my shirt. My body tensed up and Noah backed away not wanting to get involved obviously. I saw Ally clinging to Noah, a frightened look on her face.

Dylan pushed me and I stumbled a bit. "Tell me why!" He pushed me once again and his fist came in contact with my cheek. I winced but sucked it up trying to maintain my composure. "Huh!?" He yelled once again blowing another punch to my face. "What are you so afraid to tell me! Just fucking tell me!" He screamed giving me another hard punch.

I came up and swung my fist right to his face hard, he fell to the ground and I stood over him. "I fucked with your girlfriend!" I yelled. I stepped over him and Ally came to my side looking at Dylan sympathetically. "Ally don't even feel sorry for him, don't even feel sorry for me." I snapped angrily.

"Austin why are you doing this?" She asked tugging on my shirt.

Noah went to Dylan's side trying to help him up as I ran across the beach toward my Jeep. I could hear Ally's footsteps behind me, I wiped away some tears as I went to the back of my car and pulled out my skateboard.

"I'm going for a walk," I took out my car keys and shoved them in Ally's hand, "Tell Noah to give you a ride home."

"No." She snapped. I looked at her angrily, "Don't test me Ally go away I'm not in the god damn mood!" I yelled. She threw the keys down on the floor and I gave her a glare. "You did not just do that to me!" I screamed.

"How could have you hurt your own brother like that and of all things you say that to him as the last word!? I thought you wanted to rekindle what you guys had!" Her voice strained out. "Ally we didn't even have a fucking relationship we never have since he met those kids!"

"What are you talking about?!" She roared. "That fucking boy you dated isn't some perfect machine! He does drugs, he drinks, and he smokes how's that for a golden boy?!" My breathing was getting heavy. Ally looked at me her fist clenched and her cheeks were flushed with red, "Who cares about him you do the same thing!"

I scoffed and rolled my eyes, "You're such a fucking stereotype! You think that because I'm some bad boy that I do drugs and smoke!? I may drink but I don't do the rest of that crap!" I yelled furiously. I couldn't believe what I was hearing from Ally right now...

"I'm not a stereotype!" She retorted defensively putting a hand on her hip. "Oh really? I bet the first thing you thought when you met me was that I was nothing but a troublemaker." I snapped. She bit her lip and turned to walk away, suddenly I felt her petite hand on my shoulder.

"Austin I'm sorry."

I looked at her coldly, "That's what a lot of people say to me but don't worry Ally. I'll get out of your hair soon."

She looked at me with her glassy brown eyes and I wiped a tear away from her cheek, "Look you're not the one that's supposed to be saying sorry it should be me." I said caressing her soft cheek. They turned an even deeper shade of red as I kept my hand there. She looked beautiful even when she was sad.

"God I hate you Austin..." She said trying to look away.

I grabbed her chin and forced her to face me, then the words I haven't said for quite a while just spilled out of me like a river, "And I love you Ally."

She looked at me in shock, her mouth gaped at me and I leaned in. Our lips touched and a spark of electricity ran through my body. Her arms hooked around my neck as I opened the car to the Jeep and lifted her upon the seat. I slowly got on top of her as she ran her hands through my hair, I dug my nails into her waist as she moaned.

I kissed her even harder and she gladly obliged.

At this moment I realized something I didn't have to question myself about. I was truly, madly and deeply in love with Ally Dawson. I knew I was right since the beginning we got into that car crash, that crash changed my whole life...

As right as this felt, something was destined to ruin us being together once again and I had to stop before it got too far.

I broke the kiss and her eyes fluttered open a breathless look took over her whole features.

I got off of her and ran my fingers through my hair before grabbing my skateboard and picking up the keys on the ground. I tossed them to her and she caught them in her hand looking at me with clear confusion on her features.

"Austin I-"

I held my hand up to stop her, "Save it, it was my fault... I'll see you at the house later tonight."

I hopped onto my skateboard and rode off disappearing around the nearest corner.
