Doctor was examining Rey in Raichand mansion in the presence of Danil and Anuj in Rey's room. "Don't worry maine injection de diya hai, stress and over work ki wajah se inhe fever aa gya, complete rest karege to ek do din mein theek ho jaayege" Doctor informed when Danil and Anuj formally thanked him and after the doctor took his leave Danil sighed annoyingly at Anuj.
"You deserve an Oscar, jhel kaiser he ho isse, zanaab ko bhukaar hai phir bhi over work karna hai, is he really think himself an iron man jeez God why always me" Danil cursed himself for being always stuck in the situation where he unwillingly had to help and take care of Rey. "Anuj, inform Abhijeet" He casually asked Anuj to inform Abhijeet about Rey's health when he snugged and groaned. Few minutes later, he checked Rey's forehead which was still burning which seriously worried him. Danil then soaked a face towel in ice water and placed on Rey's forehead and timely replacing it. During this process, he kept staring and lost in Rey's sleeping face having some hidden emotions and feelings when his trance broke with some sleep disturbance of Rey and about to backed off when felt some grip over hand. By turning around, he found Rey's bracelet stuck with his watch. He sighed sadly and hopelessly, "Please God mujhme phir se wahi Umeed mat jaagao, jo kabhi kaayam na ho paaye" Danil looked at Rey having disappointment and hidden pain, "Mujhe nhi lagta ki tum a mujhe maaf kar paaoge"
He sighed deeply having grip and control over his emotions and reach the entrance of mansion to leave when saw Abhijeet badly scared and worried. He checked time and assumed that he fled here with his personal chopper to reach here asap. He patted Abhijeet's shoulder consolingly as he knew Abhijeet was not in mood to bickering with him, "temperature thoda sa low hua hai, don't worry kal tak wo theek ho jaayega" saying this, he stepped ahead when Abhijeet sincerely thanked him in guilt and sadden that he left his brother in this condition alone. "right now wo medicine effect mein so rha hai, and don't feel guilty" expressing this he left handling the command to Abhijeet.
When Rey woke up, he smiled seeing the resting Abhijeet beside him holding his elder brother's hand. "Abhijeet, tum aa gye!" Abhijeet instantly alerted and instantly handled Rey helping him in adjusting properly. "Abhijeet I'm sorry, please ab na roothna mujhse, main…" but Abhijeet tearily hugged him sobbing lightly.
"Bhaiya, ab main aapko cohdkar kahin nhi jaaunga promise, why you didn't care of yourself, aap toh mere strong bhai ho na agar aapko kuch ho jaata toh"
"Arey baba fever hi hai hmmm, thoda rest karunga theek ho jaaunga" Rey comforted him cupping his face.
"Now no more work for five days, aap sirf rest karege got it" Abhijeet expressed in caring strict tone which Rey enjoyed, "Anuj, postponed every appointment for next week, and brief me all the internal matters for last three months, I will join the office from tomorrow" Abhijeet instructed Anuj who formally nodded. "Bhai, aap rest karo main cook ko diet batake aata hoon"
He left the room leaving smiling Rey behind, "don't know kab se pass betha tha mere aur ice sponge bhi kara" Rey admired his care and concern.
"What! Rey sir, aap actually Danil ke office mein hi behosh ho gye the" Anuj corrected and cleared his misunderstanding. "Danil teen ghante tak aapki care kare the in-fact wo frequently aapko ice sponge de rhe the jisse ki aapka temperature thoda low hua hai, Abhijeet sir toh abhi aaye hai emergency mein" Rey became surprised and got slight shock when Anuj took his leave letting Rey to process this incident who still in slight shock and disbelief on the fact that Danil cared him sincerely.
He rested head on headrest sighing helplessly as, "Kyun Danil, kyun kar rhe ho yeh sab, ab kyun kar rhe ho, sab khat mho chuka hai Danil, it's all over now"
On the Danil side, he at his residence drinking when some memories tranced his mind 'where the Rey and Danil in their early twenties, were got chased by the gang over the local streets. At the particular spot, duo drifted and both gang and duo were facing each other ready to fight over. Rey and Danil gazed and smirked and winked at each other as secretly signalling at each other and countered over the gang with a bang. Duo encountered the gang with a powerpack fight flexing their muscular physique supporting each other. After overpowering the gang, Rey and Danil paved the victory hi-five and partially hugged each other.' Danil drew a deep sigh sipping the drink wondering whether in this life they could be back together sharing the same bonding as earlier.
Abhijeet in bossy attire and attitude took the command back of the internal management parading all the staffs who seeks mercy from Raj who just shrugged the shoulder. Few days passed like this, Daya and Abhijeet got busy in their respective life trying to getting over from each other and didn't even want to considering or thinking about each other. On some random day, Daya was going back from office, when received the call from private number. Initially confused he attended the call but soon his confusion turned into shell shocked and later concluded in anger filled extremely shocked and disgust. The mobile slipped from his hand while he jammed on the spot. He was too stunned to react anything and got stumbled on the spot in disgust and completely disbelief about the revelation he just got from the caller. He fell on his knees being completely shattered and anger filled with hatred and disgust while mummering himself letting his mind process this sudden revelation that tossed his life upside down. He screamed in pain and hurt cursing Abhijeet for ruined his life.
"I hate you Abhijeet, I hate you, you bloody bastard, itna bada sach chupaya tumne mujhse, I hate you, no…. no you have to answer this. You have to pay for this" Daya cursed him in hatred and disgust determined to avenge from Abhijeet.
Next day, Abhijeet was approaching to his car in the parking, when startled by the sudden push and just managed to balance himself. Being confused and startled, he turned back to see the one who pushed him, the former again punched him on face leaving no chance to process anything. This sudden attack startled Abhijeet and glanced the attacker in confusion when soon his confusion turned into an extreme shock only to have Daya grabbed Abhijeet's collar in hatred and anger, punched him again which stroked Abhijeet. His mind failed to process this sudden attacking by Daya all of the sudden after three months since they have separated. When his mind quickly alerted him and he dodge the punch.
