"WE HAVE INCOMING!" the warden shouted, making everyone stand on guard as Brisbane cracked the UV filters. The mech suits started to aim at him
"No, you fire that will just help them" Captain Lightningbolt shouted
"Then when?" the warden asked
"I'm not sure, but for now aim them at Tidal" Capt Lightningbolt pointed at the prison. Thredbo, Perisher cover the lenses in ice"
"Won't that just melt?" Starlet asked
"It may but it will buy us some time" Captain Lightninbolt frowned.
"You got it" the twins shouted before they generated ice
"That should buy us a while" Skylark said
"So what are we going to do?" Starlet asked frowning.
"They froze the hole?" Aquos asked
"A time stalling measure" Infernocus said
"We have a bigger problem" Brisbane said
"And that is?" Tornadus asked frowning
"The Hooligans" Brisbane growled.
"The what?" the Storm brothers asked confused
"A team of villains that the AHAB uses for dangerous missions" Aquos said 'a unit I hope to join after we finish this mission'
"Interesting" Infernocus asked
"My Brother is on that unit" Blackfang said
"Seriously?" Tornadus asked
"Well, why don't we go and say hello?" Infernocus asked as he walked over the crack UV lens before generating heat and blasting it.
"Infernocus is melting the ice" Skylark called out
"move the prisoner to a secure location!" the warden ordered.
"Yes ma'am" they said as the wheeled Tidal out of there.
"HOOLIGANS! GET READY TO RUMBLE!" Captain Lightningbolt smirked
"Honey you need a better rallying cry" Skylark mused
"What's wrong with that one?" Captain Lightningbolt asked
"No offence guys, but shelf that discussion for later please?" Starlet asked before a tornado of flames breached the UV lens, leaving the underground prison able to be entered by the enemies. Soon the Coalition entered the prison.
"Ah hello" Infernocus smiled
"You" Skylark scowled.
"Now then where is our sister?" Tornadus asked
"They're probably shifted her location" Aquos said
"Leah Wave?" Skylark asked "What are you doing here?"
"I'm here to help my friend" Aquos said
"Don't worry we're going to return her to her cell after we're done here" Blackfang said
"Alec!" Sharkfang growled
"Easy" Eclipsa said
"We can take them" Huntsman said
"Are you sure about that?" Brisbane asked
"So who's the ones going to move first?" Boomerang asked as he pulled out two of his steel boomerangs
"Wait, are you just a guy who's quirk is related to Boomerangs?" Infernocus asked
"I think it is" Tonradus said
"Actually sir, he's quirkless" Blackfang said
"What!" Infernocus exclaimed "you're going up against us, who's quirks are comparable to natural disasters with bent sticks?" Tornadus asked
"Can we just get to the fighting now master?" Kuro asked
"I agree" Brisbane growled before he was shot in the leg "WHAT!" he growled
"Surprise Kitty cat" Conflict smirked as he punched Brisbane in the face, singing his mane.
"Who is that guy?" Aquos asked
"I have no idea" Wallop said as he ran up to Conflict and punched him, only for the target of Wallop's attack, catch his fist, his skin sizzling upon contact. "Ow, ow, ow, ow" he cried out
"Oh yeah, no pain, no gain" Conflict laughed.
"BACK OFF!" Belcher shouted, inhaling before unleashing a belch
"Gross" Conflict baulked.
"I am so glad I was in the shadows." Lady Shadow said jumping out of the shadows and reloading. She was able to take down one of their men with Conflict's help. But there were others.
"Hey girlie" Rupture said as he arrived.
"Oh great" Lady Shadow said jumping back into the shadows just as Rupture hit the wall, his body splashing against it and reforming.
"Rupture, you okay?" Dragonatrix landed by him
"No, I'm piss because we are dealing a shadow walker" Rupture informed her "She must be new"
"Go back with Spot, I'll deal with her." Dragonatrix said as she created an energy whip and cracked it
'Oh you have to be kidding me' Lady Shadow thought
"So who am I dealing with?" she asked cruelly smirking
"Now of you business" Lady Shadow called out as she stuck her hand out and threw something before diving back into the shadows. Dragonatrix looked around before the grenade went off blinding her
"DAMN FLASHBANG!" she growled covering her face with her wings.
"Got you!" Lady Shadow cheered, jumping out of the shadows and kicking her in the back where her wings were
"Why you" Dragonatrix growled as she cracked her energy whip again.
"Come and find me you lizard bitch" Lady Shadow taunted her.
"Oh, I will!" Dragonatrix growled.
Tornadus fired a blast of wind at Skylark, who deflected it with her own wind blast before she flew over to him and kicked him in the side. Grabbing his cane Tornadus twisted the top of it and drew out a blade, and aimed it at her.
"I am a gentleman but sometimes I do have to do what I don't want to and that includes fighting a woman" Tornadus declared
"But you're a villain and I'm a hero right?" Skylark asked
"I am indeed Ma'am" Tornadus bowed his head before he swung his cane sword at Skylark, who jumped out of the way with her wind leading into a multiple wind bullet barraged
"Time to roast!" Infernocus laughed as he threw a couple of fireballs.
"Think again" Captain Lightningbolt shouted as he used his lightning to stop the fireballs. "And back off of my wife!" he growled before he shoulder rammed Inferncous back "you okay?"
"I am" Skylark frowned before she blasted Tornadus and Infernocus back with a gale force wind, allowing Captain Lightningbolt enough time to create to 'swords' of electricity and swung them at Tornadus, the high heat of them melting his cane sword as Skylark blew Infernocus into the air.
"I got him!" Starlet shouted flying into him with both fist being planted on his sternum.
"Okay so we're guarding the psycho bitch mermaid?" Perisher asked
"We are the only ones who can counter her with our ice powers dear sister" Thredbo reminded her
"And they're also making sure she is dry, which mean we're about to cause a problem" Perisher told her twin
"Oh?" Thredbo asked
"while it is cool, they shut that down our ice melts into ice" Perisher said
"An excellent point my dear twin" Thredbo frowned, suddenly Sharkfang and Blackfang crashed in rolling on the ground
"Give it up Alec, you know you can't win" he panted
"Oh please little brother you know I can" Blackfang laughed and back handed his younger brother. "Found you Tidal" he viciously smirked as he walked over to her. Thredbo slid over and buried an ice covered fist into his stomach as Perisher blasted snow into his face. A confuse look came upon Blackfang's face, before he was punched in the nose by Sharkfang, who roared and grabbed Blackfang's fin and then bite him hard in the neck, where his gills were. A scream of pain ripped his mouth before he forced Sharkfang off of him, blood trickling from the gill.
"You bastard" Blackfang said.
"OH YEAH!" Infernocus laughed as he clashed elemental blades with Captain Lightningtbolt, who used both of his electric blades to counter each and every swing of the fire sword wielded by the flame using madman.
"You're nuts!" Captain Lightningbolt shouted as he dodged the blade of fire
"Well that tends to happen when you get locked up for ages" Infernocus growled.
"Hey been there done that" Captain Lightningbolt shouted smashing his skull into Infernocus' forehead. "And I didn't go nuts!" he shouted
"Only because of me dear" Skylark said dodging Kuro's blade.
"I know honey" Capt Lightningbolt called out.
"Ah love, such a grand thing" Tonradus smiled
"I agree master" Kuro bowed
"Oh, feeling affection for someone?" Skylark asked
"That's secret" Kuro blushed.
"Oh yeah she's got it bad" they all thought
"Wait where's Aquos?" Captain Lightningbolt suddenly asked.
While the ice users and Sharkfang were fighting Leah sneaked by them and found the restrained Tidal
"Tidal my friend" she sadly smiled before she sprayed her down with water making her groan
"Leah?" Tidal asked groggily.
"It is good to see you" she said before she started to undo the restraints
"BACK OFF!" Lady Shadow shouted jumping out of the shadows and kicked her in the shoulder, activating the restraints again.
"Erg" Tidal grunted "What the shit!" Tidal shouted "Hang on, WHERE'S MY SUNLIGHT!" she exclaimed
"They moved you deeper into the facility" Aquos told her.
"And my brothers?" Tidal asked
"They're engaged with the Hooligans" Aquos said
"The hooligans, wait they actually got that thing to work! Shit how long have I been imprisoned for?" She asked shocked before she was hit in the stomach by a ball of ice
"Sorry" Thredbo said walking in, casting a cloud of cold mist off of his body.
"The iceman cometh" Aquos shivered
"Indeed" Thredbo said
"Thanks Threddy" Lady Shadow said
"Threddy?" Thredbo asked before she blasted Aquos with a beam of ice. Lady Shadow dove back into the shadows, only to pop back out and flipped her over his shoulder
"LEAH!" Tidal shouted. "HEY LET ME OUT!" she called
"Nope" Thredbo coldly said. "Sorry" he told her as he created a gauntlet of thick ice and punched Leah in the side.
"Please, I didn't want to be here" she whimpered as Thredbo made a dagger of ice. "I am only helping in freeing her because I owe her" Aquos softly said
"Leah" Tidal said 'She thinks that I'm her friend because of that?' Tidal mentally asked.
"But as long as I am here" Aquos said making a whip of water and glared at the Hooligans "I will help her!" she exclaimed cracking her whip in Thredbo's direction.
Boomerang was looking around for anything to signify where he was.
"Oh come one, come on" he muttered as he pulled out his boomerang before he spotted someone cosplaying as a Dalmatian.
"Okay where am I?" Spot asked as he looked around and spotted Boomerang
"YOU!" the two shouted at each other, Boomerang running at him.
"Uh oh" Spot panicked as he created a hole in front of Boomerang, who ran through it and realised he was transported somewhere, only to jump back through before it closed. Growling Boomerang punched Spot in the face, only to see it coming out the side of his head.
"What?" Boomerang asked, only to get kicked in the balls by the Spot
"Ha ha" Spot laughed "Finally I'm a threat!"
"Oh shut up" Boomernag growled as he tried again, only to have his fist redirected into his own stomach.
"Stop hitting yourself" Spot taunted only to feel something enter of the spots on his body before he jumped back, an explosion making him expand and contract like a cartoon character, smoke flowing from the spots
"Cheating bastard" Spot groaned
"Says you" Boomerang said before the base shook.
"What the?" Spot asked.
"Spot, where are you?" Belcher asked
"I'll be there as soon as I get rid of this heartburn" Spot muttered as he fell backward.
"YES!" Boomerang shouted I WIN!" he shouted happily. "This is Boomerang, SPOT IS DOWN!" he shouted.
"WHAT!" the hooligans all said
"HOW!" the coalition panicked before the heavy footsteps of several Burrunjor mech suits arrived.
"Oh crap not them" Infernocus complained, suddenly feeling something sharp in his ass, turning he saw Captain Lightningbolt snickering "Did you just?" Infernocus asked shocked
"Oh yeah" Captain Lightningbolt said before a Burrunjor Mech slammed into the fire quirk user.
"Infernocus is detained" the pilot shouted
"Why you morons!" he growled as he tried to use his quirk to melt the suit, only to see it hadn't "oh right Tungsten" he muttered before he was thrown at Tornadus
"Steady brother" Tornadus said as he held his hands out aiming for the suit's vents and smirked as he sucked the air out
"Switching to tank" the pilot said hooking his mask up to an air tank he had on board
"I didn't see that coming" Tornadus said
"What do you think they were made for?" the pilot asked "These suit were specifically designed to counter all four of you quirks" the pilot taunted as he fired a pulse of energy at Tornadus
"TOBIAS!" Infernocus shouted "You shouldn't have done that" he said as his flames turned pitch black "NOW DARK SCORCHER!" he shouted making the armour glow as the metal of the tungsten was heating up. "My flames can get up to 3500 digress Celsius!" he laughed before he started to struggle to breathe, 'How, why?' he panicked as the air stopped flowing out of his lungs. Captain Lightningbolt saw this and looked to see his wife was the one drawing the air out of Infernocus' lungs.
"HOLLY!" he shouted making her stop and seemingly snap out of whatever trance she was in
"What happened?" she asked shocked
"You tried to drain his lungs of air" Captain Lightningbolt told her.
"You bitch" Infernocus coughed as he lit up a fire ball and threw it, Captain Lightningbolt stepping in and making an electric shield.
"Looks like your way out is done for" Thredbo coldly said
"But that means" Aquos panicked
"Don't worry you'll be back in prison soon" Perisher smirked making a spear of ice, she then threw it at Aquos, only to have it deflect by the target thanks to her mastery of water, only she had her eyes closed while she did so, making it fly off in a direction she couldn't tell
"Game over" the twins said in stereo
"For you" Tidal sneered as the restraints holding her was cut by the ice weapon. She was now free so she made water flow from everywhere and over her, once it stop she looked much healthier and her hair was a neon blue instead of a dull blue while her eyes shone.
"That's better' She stretched before she smiled and hugged Leah
"Tilda" Leah smiled hugging her friend
"I'm so glad you're alive" Tidal said before she snapped and a suitcase was teleported to her, opening it up she pulled out a multi-shaded blue dress with slits up both side, pulling it on covering herself
"Ooh finally so nice to feel clothing again" she moaned
"Why were you naked anyway?" Leah asked
"STOP!" Thredbo shouted as he shot off a large hailstone. Aquos seeing it coming cut it in two with a water whip
"Thank you Aquos" Tidal nodded.
"Oh no" Perisher said before she was struck by the whip, leaving a nasty cut on her cheek.
"Where are my brothers?" Tidal asked
"Down that passage, I'll hold them off." Aquos told her
"All Hooligans, the water is leaking" Lady Shadow said
"WHAT!" Captain Lightningbolt said before water started to flow from everywhere, making it pool around their ankles.
"Tilda!" Tornadus said as he saw his younger sister walk out with a smile on her face hugging her brothers.
"Now then, shall we leave?" Infernocus asked. "Where's Spot?" he asked
"I'm here" he coughed up smoked making a large spot
"All forces fallout" Tornadus said as all of the embers of the Coalitions retreated into the hole
"Now then time for just one more hole" Spot muttered quietly.
"TTFN, Tata for now" Tidal sang out waving as the hole closed.
"NO!" Skylark shouted.
Aquos was still unleashing whip attacks; soon a hole opened behind her. Seeing it knew she had done her job. She made her whip drop against the ground and smiled sadly
"I'm sorry, but like I said I had to help my friend" she stepped into the hole, on the other end of which was the prison she was sent to, she walked over to the solitary confinement area. Once she was there she removed her villain outfit and walked into one of them, closing it one of the doors. "This is my punishment. I'm sorry Betty; I'm such a bad sister" she frowned before crying, covering her hands.
"So you are remorseful" a voice said shocking Leah, who looked up her eyes red from tears. "Leah Wave aka Aquos a fallen hero. And an candidate" the voice said
"Candidate, for what? Leah asked "Who are you?" she added frowning as someone was in the shadows
"Agent Cate Wallaby, the head of the hooligan program, so let's talk about your future" Wallaby said walking into view, "let's just say we've had an eye on you!"
"Okay" Leah blinked shocked.
Elsewhere the Villains Adam-1, Col Cash and Danger Dingo were meeting, they could all tell this wasn't one of their light-hearted chats over tea and Tim-Tams.
"You sound worried" Dingo said
"They are all free, which means the world is in danger" Adam-1 told them
"What, they're all free!" Col. Cash panicked, a look of fear on his face.
"indeed, so that is why I am calling forth the Villainy Congress" Adam said
"What?" Dingo said "Are you sure this is that serious?" Col Cash asked
"It is, not only are we dealing with those three; but there is also the Villain Slayer" he said showing a picture to the other two villains, this one was a picture of someone who looked like a fusion of All-Might and a samurai. Col Cash frowned and looked at it
"You're joking right?" Col Cash asked
"No, I'm not he calls himself Might Shogun" Adam-1 told them, "and so far he's killed 117 villains"
"WHAT!" dingo said "how did we not hear about this until just now?"
"We're not sure" Adam frowned "he managed to avoid my information network, and he even killed 5 of my sons" he frowned.
"Any major villains?" Col Cash asked
"The number one villain of Bhutan" Adam said
"Seriously?" Dingo asked
"She was visiting Japan hoping to get some advice from All For One, only she discovered the Samurai All Might and failed to get away" Adam sneered.
"So, when and where are you hoping to hold this congress?" Col Cash asked
"One of the other nations" Adam-1 said
"Very well, You can hold the Congress in America, I'm sure you all would like to enjoy my wondrous country" Col Cash smiled
"Thank you very much my old friend" Adam bowed
"Well then, let's start planning this thing before anything else happens" Dingo frowned.
G'day Guys Grizz here and damn that was probably the hardest break out for the Disaster Quartet since they had to deal with Pro-heroes and the Hooligans! Who may get a new member in the future. This may have been one of the funnest chapters to write our of the the entire series and I'm no where near the end of this fic given how long the other one went for then you guys are in for a treat. Also the villains are gathering to talk about the new threat so we'll get some new heroes. I've decided on the nations and since this is apart of the Pen-Pal universe we're going to see all of the international villains Mrotrax and Knightmare Lord created, so look out for that one!
