"You guys are going to love it here" Billy said as he was in the HVT Multicarrier on the way to the Snowy Mountains. Where in one of the valleys was his family's station. It was here he grew up with his mother and father helping to tame Brumbies and sheep. He was the first one in his family to go to a hero school despite having the quirk he did where he could make things out of a hard light
"Are we?" Mel asked
"I think this could be fun" Kylie smiled
"And it may be good for us to get out of the school for a while" Zack said
"Sure thing" Bruce smiled as he took in the mountain air "That air" he smiled
"You good?" Julie asked
"Oh yeah, just reminds me of home is all; growing up on a massive apple orchid near the mountains, the fresh crispness of the air. The only difference here is that the air doesn't smell of apples" Bruce laughed
"I bet that is nice" Kylie smiled leaning on her boyfriend
"So you guys domesticate Brumbies?" Matilda asked
"Pretty much" Billy smiled as he watched the highlands pass them by as they zipped over. Angie opened the door and jumped out, spreading her wing while grabbing a tether. She enjoyed the feel of flying
"THERE!" Billy shouted as he pointed to a series of building as they started to land.
"BANJO!" a woman with literal silver hair smiled as she stood at the front gate "BANJO!" she shouted again.
"What is it, are they here?" he asked as he walked over just as the transport landed and opened the door revealing Class 1-1
"MUM, DAD!" Billy rushed out and hugged them
"OH how are you my dear mustang?" his mother asked
"I'm great, glad to be back for awhile
"G'DAY mate' his dad said waking over. Most of the class was able to tell who he was since he looked exactly like an older version of Billy.
"Oh where are my manners?" his mother asked "I'm Sylvia Brumby"
"And I'm Banjo Brumby, your friend's father" Banjo said
"And welcome to Brumby Downs" Sylvia smiled
"Thank you ma'am" Angie smiled back before the others started to introduce themselves.
"Well a pleasure to meet you"
"Hey boss" a worker said
"What's wrong, is there something wrong?" Banjo asked
"Some of the brumbies got out, looks like one of them broke the fence" the worker said
"Damn, which field was it?" Banjo asked
"Field 21" the worker said making Banjo frown
"That's the biggest herd we have!" Sylvia said
"Where is it?" Zack asked
"Are you kids sure?" Banjo asked
"We can help" Bruce smirked
"Okay then, follow me" Banjo said as he and the worker raced off. The rest of the class followed.
"Shall I make some cold drink and snacks for you?" Sylvia asked
"Sure mum thanks" he smiled hugging her before going to join the others.
"Alright let's see what the view is giving us" Angie said as she went and flew over head
"How many?" Banjo shouted
"About 100-150" Angie called back
"We need to contain them" Banjo said
"Oscar; take Mel and Mack and get ahead of them" Zack said
"You got it" the three nodded and raced ahead of the brumbies.
"I can get some to turn around" Wyatt said as he loaded his gun with rubber bullets
"No shooting!" Billy shouted
"Okay fine" Wyatt grumbled
"We need to make sure they're able to get in the fenced area" Kathy said as she leapt into action with Nikki and Kylie following her
"Maybe I can guide them with my wind" Zack said
"And we'll scare them into the right way" Bruce said as he fist bumped Jack
"You got it mate" Jack smiled
"I'll scout ahead" Crash shouted.
"And this should slow or stop some of the stragglers" Indy told them as she shone the red light side of her quirk around some of the ones that had just escaped, making it easier for the workers to bring them back to the field.
"Incredible" Banjo said
"Yeah" Billy smiled as he formed a whip and cracked it.
"Well then" Banjo agreed bringing out his own whip and cracking it loudly to give the signal to start the mission.
"This is so cool" Indy said a smile on her face.
"YEE HAA!" Mack shouted as he created walls of stone to stomp the rampage of the brumbies while Mel shot out small flames to make them turn around.
"This is going swimmingly" Mel said
"Yeah, hang on a group broke off" Mack said as he made more walls of stone redirecting them, but there was group further out, which stopped when a small rumble made black stones shoot out of the ground
"Was that you?" Mel asked
"No" Mack shook his head
"Oh well " Mel said "This is team Bravo, they're all heading towards the pen like planned" she said over radio as she watched the others guide them back to the pen.
"Good work" Billy replied. "I think we got them all nearly back in the pen thanks to everyone" he said making his classmate cheer over the radio
"Yeah, anybody on your farm uses black stone for a quirk?" Mack asked
"Not likely" Billy frowned.
"Dad?" Billy asked as he closed the gate an hour after "Is there someone who uses black stone?"
"There is" Banjo said "HEY SLATE!" he said as the classmates all gathered
"Oh yeah" Billy remembered as an eight foot tall tanned giant with crack like markings on his arms walked over.
"Hiya boss, hiya little boss" he said smiling. When he was before them they all froze up and they got into an attacker's stance
"whoa, whoa, whoa what's wrong kids?" Banjo asked
"You do know who that is right?" Bruce asked
"Who Slate?" Banjo asked nervously
"Its him, Quaker!" Wyatt sneered as he loaded his wrist shooter and was about to point at Quaker when Billy held his hand down
"So I take it the other three are causing trouble?" Quaker sighed
"You don't know?" Kylie asked
"No I don't" Quaker frowned again
"Infernocus, Tornadus and Tidal have escaped" Julie said
"I truly am sorry, I should have looked after them better"
"What do you mean?" Jack asked
"You see, I came here on parole and probation" Quaker frowned.
"Probation?" Zack asked "You mean?"
"Yeah; I got out of prison and once I did I came here" Quaker said
"So what happened for you to do so?" Wyatt asked.
"I was on the way to the pickup point for the special prison I was going to be kept it, a mobile air fortress which was going to be cloaked. Anyway it was raining that day, and the road had become slippery. So the convoy that held me lost reaction and nearly went off the road. Acting fast I used my quirk to stop them from tumbling over the edge of the cliff. Once the truck had stopped from tipping over, I got out and helped it back up and managed to grab any soldier that was hurt, then I put them in the truck and rejoined them, sitting in silence before they moved off. The soldiers were shocked." Quaker recounted
"And I should know I was one of them, I was a week from retiring. When we arrived at the base, most of us talked to the police and he got a lower sentence 20 year with a chance of parole in 10" Banjo told them
"So I kept my head down, acted as a model prisoner and then I got out, not sure what I should do I; so imagine my surprise when Banjo was there with his wife Sylvia, so they hired me to come here and work on their farm, which I enjoy" Slate said as he smiled seeing something small. "And if I didn't work here then I wouldn't have one of the greatest treasures I have" he said as he walked over to a five year old girl and picked her up, placing her on his shoulder "This is my daughter Daisy, Daisy Strom"
"Aww" the girls all cooed at the sight of the young girl on his shoulder
"Hello" she said in a shy tone of voice, something which they smiled at.
"She's a bit shy" Slate chuckled
"She's so cute" they all declared
"But seriously man, you're dad is the boss of the Disaster Quartet, what if they come here for him?" Billy asked
"I know, but I don't think they will" Banjo said.
"I see, so that is where he is" Tidal said as she found her brother's location "But why isn't he in prison?" she asked looking at the map where she was able to found out. "So why is he in the Snowy Mountains?" she asked before she to turned to Rupture "Open a gate there" she said
"Aye aye ma'am" Rupture said walking into a paddling pool to form a water portal. Tidal walked into it and looked around, the air was fresh and the leaves of the trees were green. "This is beautiful; I can see why he would be hiding out here" she said walking through the bush, humming a song from her childhood She gathered water from the air and drank it "Oh my; this water is so fresh and tastes wonderful. I think after I stop being a villain the country is where I want to live" she smiled "Maybe raising Alpacas" . She then spotted a farm "Brumby downs? That must be where Quentin is, I hope he doesn't mind his little sister popping in for a vis...it" she said before she saw a couple of younger heroes. "Damn; I have a prime opportunity to take down a couple of heroic students, but I can't even though they are a part of those Infernocus will allow to be attacked by us, it just doesn't seem fair to do so in the country" she said walking over to the fence, unaware that something was watching her close, he gave off an odd noise and slowly watched her. Tidal looked back and screamed before she ran to the fence, hope to get over it before the Cassowary try and gets her.
"BAD MONSTER RAPTOR DINOSAUR BIRD THING!" she shouted
"You hear something?" Mel asked
"Yeah, not you mention it I do" Kat said
"But what is it?" Matilda asked before Tidal jumped the fence and had her hands on her knees panting
"TIDAL!" they all shouted
"One...moment...please" she panted out before she looked at the thing that chased her "WHAT YOU DOING TO GO NOW ASSHOLE!" she screamed
"She must hate birds" Matilda said
"Don't let her near Angie then" Kat murmured as she gathered a ball of water and drank it
"So refreshing" Tidal sighed before she looked over and became more serious. "Ah hero students, fun" she smirked
"You're one of the disaster quartet right?" Mel asked
"I am, Tidal the Mistress of Tidal waves" she introduced herself
"HEY GIRLS!" Slate shouted as he walked over to them "I was wondering if you go lost, oh Tilda" he said
"Quentin, you're okay" Tidal shouted as if she was a teenager again and jumped at him, hugging him "Finally we are all free and we can go back and rule"
"No" Slate firmly said surprising Tidal
"But, you know what we did" Tidal gasped
"I know that, and while it was a good time. I've changed" Slate said "Quaker is dead, well the name is anyway. I go back Slate now these days and I am a farmhand now"
"What?" Tidal asked flatly. "You're a what now?"
"A farm hand" Slate said "And something else"
"What else could you be?" Tidal asked
"DADDY!" Daisy shouted running up to him and upon seeing Tidal hid behind his leg "hello miss" she said surprising Tidal
"You have a daughter?" Tidal asked surprised and speechless
"Guys we may need to step in here" Mel said
"My thoughts exactly" Matilda nodded
"Yeah" Kat said
"I do, Daisy honey; this is Aunty Tilda" Slate smiled
"Hi" Tidal gently said
"Hello" Daisy spoke making Tidal smile and got down to her height
"May I ask how old you are?" she asked as Daisy held up her hand and all five fingers as well making Tidal smiled. "Wow," she smiled, rising back up to her normal height "don't worry" she said as she called for portal back to their hide out "I'll tell him you're done" she said
"Thank you" Slate nodded "And I'm truly sorry that I can't join you. If it was 6 years earlier then I would"
"Ok" Tidal said walking through the gate.
"Do you think he's suitable for the Hooligans?" Angie asked
"No, I don't know." Zack shrugged, "I'm not in charge of it" he looked at her
"I know, but we can't just let someone like him stay here in case they come looking for revenge or something" Angie said
"For once I agree" Wyatt growled "And that leads to my suggestion of putting him in the ground"
"NO!" Angie shouted standing up. "I know he is the brother of the man that took your father and several others away; but being heroes we can't kill, or rather shouldn't kill until the last resort" Angie frowned
"Easy for you to say, you haven't seen anything" Wyatt growled.
"I know, but still there is no reason for" Angie started
"I don't care, when you lose a member of your family to that maniac and the you can come tell me what you feel and how we should be" Wyatt snapped as he walked off
"Asshole" Angie scowled before she sighed "But he's right, we haven't lost anyone to the Disaster Trio now" Angie frowned
"And I am not letting it go that way" Zack said.
"Those kids" Banjo smiled as he sat at the dining table as his wife cooked a rather large meal.
"They are a good bunch of kids" Sylvia smiled "And they're not use to seeing one of them
"I'm just glad that they made friends with Billy" Banjo laughed "Speaking of friends, any word on this girlfriend of his" Banjo asked
"Girlfriend, I didn't even know he had a girlfriend!" Sylvia exclaimed
"Ah honey, the heat" Banjo said making his wife's attention snapped
"Now, now we can't know everything about that boy of ours" Banjo smiled
"What is her name, where does she live, and so many other things" she fretted
"Honey, honey, honey we can ask him later" Banjo said getting up and kissing his wife.
"Ah, something smells good in here again Mrs Brumby" Slate laughed sticking his head in
"You're more then welcome to join us Quentin" Sylvia suggested
"You have enough mouth to feed as it is" Slate smiled
"Okay, well let me give you some for you and Daisy" Sylvia said
"Thank you" Slate smiled
"You okay?" Banjo asked noticing that Slate looked a bit worried
"Tilda was here" Slate said
Your sister?" Sylvia asked worried
"Yeah, don't worry we agreed I wouldn't be going with her" Slate frowned.
"Oh" Banjo said "Well"
"yeah" Slate sighed as he was handed a casserole dish filled with stew for him and his daughter
"Thank you" Sate said "I'll bring the dish back tomorrow" Slate smiled.
"okay" Sylvia said.
Meanwhile the headquarters of the Coalition Infernocus was waiting for his sister to come back, he was even pacing while grumbling.
"Easy brother" Tornadus said as he was playing chess with Kuro who was frowning as she tried to make a move, but it was difficult for her
"She's late" Inferncous grumbled.
"Who is late?" Tidal asked walking in
"You, and wait where is Quentin?" Infernocus asked
"He's done" Tidal said
"What do you mean?" Tornadus
"he's been paroled" Tidal said
"What?" her brothers asked shocked. "WHY?!"
"Yeah, he actually got paroled and he has a family"
"A family, Quentin?" Infernocus asked
"Really?" Tornadus asked
"Well?" Infenrocus asked
"A five year old girl" Tidal smiled "Her name is Daisy"
"Our mother's name" Tornadus said
"Oh how sweet" Kuro smiled as she put Tornadus in check
"Good move" Tornadus smiled
"Fine, we'll let him be. But we will keep an eye on him, just in case some other villain targets him" Infernocus ordered
"You got it bro" the two said
"So what is our next plan?" Infernocus asked
"I'm not sure" Tornadus asked
"I think we should target the American Hero school we hear about a lot" Tidal suggested
"Good idea" Infernocus smirked.

To be king of the bush he's destiny" Billy sang, lying on the porch as he looked out over the land, only he then heard something making him sit up "No way" he said as he got off the porch and walked out into the field, his eyes wide as he saw something like a silver shadows standing a few meters out. It was surreal what he was seeing soon the shadow became like a mist as he got closer and closer. Suddenly a growl was heard making Billy created a whip like he usually do, only this time instead of it being the usual golden brownish colour it was silver. "Okay what is going on?" he asked before he turned to see a shadow coming closer to him. He was about to swing it when.
"Hey, Billy you awake?" his dad asked bolting him awake
"Yeah, what's up?" Billy asked rubbing his eyes
"Dinner time kiddo, we're just waiting for you so better not let them wait" Banjo laughed
"Sounds good" Billy said getting up, but his mind wandered on the feeling of that new boosted version of his quirk, shrugging he figured he'd get to it later.
Back at Jackman, the principal was checking something when he heard a knock on his door
"Come in" Mr Jackman shouted as it opened revealing a woman with red and pink hair walking in. Looking up Mr Jackman smiled. "Ah Miss Kidman, what can I do for you?" he asked
"I hate to say it, but we need to bring in someone to check our systems" she said adjusting her glasses
"Who do you have in mind?" Mr Jackman asked
"Verdant" Miss Kidman said
"The Cyber Hero from Japan?" Jackman asked
"Yes, I figured given her cyberpathic ability she would be the one to do so" Miss Kidman explained.
"No argument here" Mr Jakcman nodded "When can she get here?"
"Soon" Miss Kidman walked out
"Very well, please make sure she gets here safely" Jackman said smiling.
G'day Guys Grizz here, and oh boy that was a surprise and a half you guy huh, the last member of the main threat isn't a bad guy and is actually working for the parents of a character we've been following, and his siblings are okay with them...Are we sure they're the bad guys here? Of course they are if they are going to be targetting Kirby, leading to something bad mwaahahahahaha
coughs anyway next time I'm going to be bringing in characters from an older fic which was going to be a direct sequel to My Hero Black Lightning which is canon to this and the main series My Hero Pen Pal, it was called the Technopathic crisis and it was going to feature Verdant aka Sora Midoriya who was Izuku's cousin, a role filled in by Yukiko, so we'll meet another one of his cousins. Will I get back to the Technopathic Crisis...maybe
