Camila,kim and luz came to visit"Melissa stirred some nice hot tea to mix it with the sugar. I sighed. "Hello." A voice spoke making me quickly pull the drink away and cough. I then turned around and saw it was Alexander belos.
"Iuz Being careful I stepped through the shadows and listened to what Camila,Melissa and belos were talking about.
"Camila? The life form that luz and Emily transmuted, are you positive it was your brother Carmelo?" Alexander asked.
"It didn't even look human to me... I wouldn't think of it as-" Camila started.
"No. That's not what I'm asking." Alexander muttered. "Did you notice the eye color? Or the hair color?"
"Are you telling me that wasn't Carmelo?" Camila asked.
Next day.
"luz! Get out of bed already! We're about leave!" Camila call out from the living room.
luz saw her cousin and said we need to talk.
Later
they walked outside the back yard as storm clouds flooded in the sky.
There was a storm coming and it was cold. I've already had bad experiences with rain,when I used to have an automail. It's one of the main things I hated when I had an automail. I couldn't stay out in the rain as long as I wanted to, Emily said.
Camila and Kim grabbed three shovels as she,Kim,luz, and Emily were here to dig up what luz and Emily transmuted. And luz thought it might not be her uncle Carmelo. "You're not really gonna dig it up. Are you luz?" Kim asked turning to Ed. SHe gripped her shirt and slouched shaking furiously. "Luz, why don't we head back?"
"No." luz answered with gritted teeth. "
"It's about to rain. So lets just hurry and do this." Emily grunted. Then without a thought they dug their shovels into the ground. As they started to dig Iuz felt a drop on the top of my head. Kim touched the top of her head and looked up. It was raining.
No turning back now, I guess. Luz said as she and Emily were both too stubborn to let rain stop them.
"that enough girls Let's head back inside." Camila whispered.
"No." Emily said forced herself to stand as she spoke. "I won't be able to move forward until I know for sure." She stood up still intense about the next move. Now anything could happen. "Besides... I won't run away from this!"
Emily nodded and got back to her spot. The rain got harder they as we went farther along, luz then got on her knees and dug through the dirt with his hands. Then she pulled out a few strands of hair. At the speed of light luz ran to a bucket of water and washed the dirt off.
Camila stared at her daughter with a calm yet nervous stare. Luz then turned to her aunt and Emily in horror. "Mom..."auntie... Carmelo's hair was black... This is light chestnut." She shivered making me gasp.
they soon found bones that Camila measured while I inspected. "It's much too long." She sighed next to a long and thick bone.
I lifted the pelvis, turning it and inspecting the details. It was female! I'm sure of it! "The pelvis is female from what I can see." I whispered.
"It is?" Ed asked. I nodded and stood.
"I'm sorry... But I'm afraid this isn't my brother, luz" Emily"Camila told them.
luz and Emily then dropped on their knees for a second before Emily laughing manically. Her laughter went silent as she looked up. "Then that's it... It really is impossible to bring the dead back to life... The undeniable truth..." luz spoke before cupping his face with her cold hands.
"It was impossible all along..."Emily said.
Melissa and Camila sat in front of luz and Emily setting their hands on the girls shoulders. "Emily..."luz...Please, the two of you get a hold of yourselves ." Melissa begged in a whisper.
"we're okay, auntie... It's okay." She sighed dropping her arms to her side. "From the moment i helped made this thing, it's been the symbol of my despair... But not anymore... Now it's an emblem of hope." She then looked up at the sky.
For a bright future to come Emily said.
The next day In the world of bending Somewhere republic city.
It's been a day since luz and Emily found out about human transmutation.
Luz,kim and Emily sat on a pillar, the four of us. Alchemy is the science of understanding the flow of matter and its laws. Everything circulates...even death is part of that circulation and we must accept the flow. Hmph, the teacher sure drove that into our heads, didn't she? I thought I understood it but...I didn't. I'm just an idiot...all this time and I haven't grown up one bit. I thought maybe the rain would wash away some of this gloom but all it's doing is making me more depressed." Luz said.
"You two...are you princess luz and Emily ?" Ed and I looked up to see A black and yellow male armor robot,with a mask/helmet, he has an arm cannon on his right arm and is the same size as Mega Man. He has a jet blade on his back.. As Emily and luz looked up at him.
The scarred man pulled his hand back and released a blue light. "Luz,Emily!" Kim called at them and pulled us out of way. A shock disappeared as luz quickly made a wall to try and block the guy. "What the hell is going on?!" Luz shouted as her wall was blown. The man walked towards them as luz grabbed Emily hand. "Let's get out here!" Kim said.
they were running down some stairs but we were stopped when the robot man appeared at the top saying, "No you don't.." He destroyed the stairs, causing them to fall. Emily held on to the edge as she grabbed kim's hand and Kim grabbed luz's leg. The guy soon destroyed the rest of the stairs, causing us to fall to the ground, thankfully on our feet. "Damn it! What's this guy's problem?!" Luz yelled. "There's no reason for him to want to kill us, right?" I asked.
From a nearby rooftop.
korra saw what was happening and jumped into action by landing stomping her foot and bending the stone cobbles beneath the attacker sharply upward. He was propelled away from luz but twisted midair and landed
"Leave them alone!" She shouted in a firm tone.
The scarred man eyed her as he assessed this new development. The boy watched her with wide eyes, frozen in surprise at the unexpected intrusion.
"Another pest." The robot mused. "God must be smiling on me this day. You are a fool to interfere!" He instantly took the offensive and charged her.
Korra saw what happened and she quick air blast aided her jump, propelling her sideways and away from the man's incoming swing. She cartwheeled away and turned her momentum into a dance to bend the nearby puddles of water to herself. Landing on her feet, she quickly moved her arms to throw the water towards the robot in two quick shots. She'd caught him off guard, but he still managed to evade the water blasts.
He was still running for her, blasting her. She evaded again by jumping up and over his head. His morphed his into a drill and stabbed the wall behind where she had been standing, and it instantly shattered with a boom and a cloud of dust.
Damn, he could do that sort of damage, just by morphing his arm?She hadn't wanted to risk killing him, but the murderous intent on his through his mask, along with the proof that he had a killing intentions. she jumped and swung her right leg around in a roundhouse kick, sending a sweep of flame towards her enemy. She twisted as she landed, swinging her arms up and punching the air to send fireballs towards him. He yelled out in pain as some of the shots landed. She rocked back on her feet, her body and hands in a defensive stance, ready for his next move.
Suddenly two defeaning bangs rang out. Both korra and the robot looked around to find themselves surrounded by Maria,the republic city police and hinawa.
the masked robot was surrounded and with no intentions of being arrested, he said my name is namagem ,then he had his blaster then drill made of energy and blast the ground at his feet. Instantly another explosion rocked the street and sent up a cloud of dust. After the debris settled, all that was left was a crater, and the man was gone.
korra stared down the hole, wondering if anyone was going to go after him. Maybe she should, although she didn't want to. From the looks of it, he'd gone down into the sewers, and she had no desire to go down there.
I hope I can get some answers. And, if I'm lucky, find a way home.
