One day, King and deon opened their eyes, finding themselves in what appeared to be the realm that Luz and Amity previously found themselves in.
"Eh?", King puzzled.
"Where are we?", deon asked.
Then, as if to answer, Luz's voice spoke up.
"You're in the In-between realm, too?", Luz asked.
When King and deon looked around, they were surprised to see Luz,kim and Amity.
"Luz?,kim? Amity?", King asked.
"King?!", Luz,kim and Amity asked in surprise.
"What are you guys doing here?", Luz asked.
"Never mind that. How did you three get here?", King asked.
"I think it might have something to do with the tablet we found back when we found Jean-Luc.", Amity responded.
"Tablet? Wait a minute. I think we saw something like that back at Titan Trapper Island.", deon realized.
"Tarak had us burn the tablet and the next thing we knew, we heard a laugh.", deon added.
Just then, a laugh rang out. But it was more of a nervous chuckle. And it seemed to be coming from the Collector.
"Like that. Only it wasn't as nervous.", kim added.
"What am I doing, what am I doing?", the Collector said nervously.
"Collector?", Luz,kim and Amity asked in worry.
"Wait a minute Whoa, whoa!", King shouted as he started floating.
"You three know where that voice came from?", King asked.
"That is a very long story.", Luz responded.
"All I got to do is help him out with the promise day, right? Then once I'm free, I could help Nechros be a better person by, I don't know, forcing him to be a better friend. That could work, right...?", the Collector asked to himself nervously.
"Aw, poor Collector.", Luz said, frowning in worry.
"He doesn't know what to do...", Amity concurred before the two flew over to him and called to him.
"Collector?", Luz called.
"Who said that? Who's there?", Collector asked.
"It's me, Luz!", Luz spoke first.
and me,kim!", kim spoke second.
"And Amity.", Amity added.
"Oh. It's you three. It's been a while.", the Collector grinned.
"Listen. There's something we need to ask you ab...", Luz began.
But before she even had time to start asking, the blue mist washed over her, Amity, King, deon, and kim with all 5 waking up back on the boat, 3 out of 5 confused, gasping, and panting heavily with Luz returned to normal. Maria, Lilith, Chris,lucy,Lincoln,Emily,rover and Hooty had just woken the 5 up as King and deon were apparently sleeping with Luz and kim.
"Hey, sleepyheads.", maria greeted with a smile.
"Eda? Why'd you three wake us up for?", Luz asked.
"Just thought you should all know that we're back in Bonesborough.", Lilith responded.
Luz gasped softly from this. Soon, she, accompanied by ,kim,Maria, Lilith, rover,Chris,lucy,Lincoln,deon,King,Emily, and Hooty, looked out from the edge of the ship and then at the bones of the Titan, coming to terms again that 9 out of 10 of the present company are one of them.
Luz and kim waved and exited the boat as the former pulled out her little device. She received a lot of texts from amity. Hooty, still in his portable state, loomed over her shoulder as Luz read one of them.
"Hmmm. 'My auntie alice got to us. We're safe. Contact you soon.'", Luz read.
"I hope they're all doing okay.", kim said.
Luz,kim,Maria, Lilith, Chris,lucy,Lincoln,Emily, and Hooty looked down at their little demon, well, little Titan. Honestly, they didn't want to leave him alone, not after everything they found out, and especially not after what King had been through back on Titan Trapper Island.
rover turned into his spaceship mode everyone got on except luz and king.
Why aren't are you two coming kim asked.
Will be right behind you guys luz said as pulled up her cat hoody, picked up King, and ran off for the nearest alley. Once there, Luz began using her kamen rider rings.

After mounting the Witch Speeder, and turning themselves invisible, Luz had the Speeder ascend and take off in the direction of the Owl House with the others. It was strange.
It was a few minutes flight to the Owl House. As they approached, Luz lowered their altitude a bit and looked for a good spot to land. However, she stopped and brought the Witch Speeder to a hover as she noticed some shadow Coven Scouts driving away from the Owl House, with a wagon filled with their belongings.
"Without that bird tube around this place was wide open," the short shadow Coven Scout commented.
"I still haven't recovered from that tea party," the taller Scout shuddered as he drove.
Once they had passed, Luz and the others sped up and landed right in front of the Owl House. The Latina wasn't taking any chances and activated one of her rings.
[Connect, Please.]
Luz reached into the magic circle that appeared on her right, pulling out her WizarSwordGun. Lucy used her shadows to around the house four times inside and out.
After the fourth pass, she walked next to Luz and said, "I don't see any more Scouts. But I'll remain out here and use my shadows to maintain surveillance."
Luz nodded as she, kim,Maria, Lilith, Chris,Lincoln,Emily, and Hoot approached the door, with Luz gently pushing the door open with the barrel of the WizarSwordGun. Once the door had completely opened, they saw that the Owl House had been completely ransacked. No furniture, no pictures, everything was gone. Luz lowered her weapon and looked about the empty living room with dismay.
Chris phased underneath the ground to he's lab.he sees everything was how left it,which means they didn't even know it was underneath the house.

"Do you think they were arrested?" King asked worriedly.
Luz glanced about the area, and spotted something, a piece of paper. She bent down and grabbed it, seeing the words "Help" and "Pain" scrawled onto it. Luz clapped her hands and a sphere of light emerged, allowing her to better read the message. As the orb of light ascended, it passed behind the paper and revealed a hidden message. Now it showed the drawing of a bent leg, with the words "Here" and "Knee", with an arrow and circle around the bent knee of the drawing.
"No. They're hiding out on The Knee!" Luz exclaimed.
kim,Maria, Lilith, Chris,lucy,Lincoln,Emily, and Hoot rushed out of the Owl House and mounted the Witch Speeder and rover again.
"lucy" Change of plans! We're heading to The Knee!"
The silver owl heard Luz's words and quickly flew back to her. Once onboard, Luz took out the Invisible ring and activated it.

The Witch Speeder and its riders disappeared in the blink of an eye and rover went into stealth mode. A rush of wind bellowed out in all directions as the Speeder and rover ascended then took off for The Knee.
To say things have been going well would be a big understatement. Eda and ash managed to evade capture by the shadow Coven Scouts and hid themselves in a cave on The Knee.
They procured some supplies, along with crates of weapons, and a lot of Hex Mix that was scattered in a trail along the cave floor.
There was also a couch, and a campfire formed from a dozen fire bees. But now they were at their wits end as they tried to come up with some kind of plan to stop nechros,the shadow coven and promise day.
"Here's an idea. What if we drill a tunnel. From there, we initiate the security system, and everyone, including nechros to the phatom zone, will be trapped inside the zone. Boom! Promise day stopped," ash proudly explained.
"Yeah, uh-huh. You don't think they find out of the phantom zone? And don't forget, nechros has the miraculous powers, he could just teleport out of zone. Then he finds us, and then we're dust," Eda retorted.
Their planning wasn't going so well.
ash rolled her eyes as she groaned in annoyance. "Well, at least I'm coming up with ideas."
"Hey! I came up with some great ideas!" Eda countered.
"Ha, please. Putting snorse glue in the nerchos's shampoo bottle isn't going to save anyone's life!" Ash complained as she kicked a discarded bag of Hex Mix. "This is just like you. You never take anything seriously. At least kim,Maria, Lilith, Chris,lucy,Lincoln,Emily, and Hoot are far away from here."
Eda removed the Hex Mix bag she had somehow got her head in. Ash was right about one thing, at least her friends were far away and safe from this mess. Just then, a noise went off from outside their hideout.
"Someone's tripped the booby trap," Eda noted.
The two ran out of the cave to confront the person who had tripped the trap. Owlbert was already hovering outside the mouth of the cave as they looked upon the intruders. When Eda and ash arrived, they gasped. Luz, King, and Hooty were trapped up in a energy bubble.
"Hi," Luz greeted.
"Heya, eda!" Hooty added.
Eda and ash glanced at each other, unfortunately, it seemed that their young wards had returned sooner than they would've liked. After getting Luz, Hooty, and King free from the energy bubble, everyone was brought inside of the cave and sat in front of the campfire. King was given a scarf and mitten for his tail. While Eda draped her winter coat over Luz.
"It took a while to find you guys. When I saw your hidden map, it didn't exactly say where on The Knee you two were. So, we searched from the air with rover help and found your trail of Hex Mix. And, well, you know the rest," Luz explained.
As Eda sat down on the couch next to ash, she asked, "What map are you talking about?"
Luz reached into the pocket of the letterman jacket and pulled out the paper that she had found back at the Owl House.
Hooty stretched out from his Porta-Hooty backpack until he was behind the couch and next to eda. "Eda! I got you a shirt!"
In typical Hooty fashion, the bird tube coughed up an item onto eda's lap. Lilith picked up the item and showed it to everyone. It was an orange t-shirt with a crude picture of King with rose colored sunglasses and words written around it.
"'I was sacrificed to the Grand Huntsman'?" Ash read aloud.
"What in the…Okay, explanation, please," Eda requested.
Luz cleared her throat as she began to explain. "So, turns out King's letter was sent by a group calling themselves 'Titan Trappers'. And they maaaay have tried to sacrifice King and his brother to the Collector, who they worship as their god."
even so, how much danger could she have been in without any Titans for them to trap?" Ash argued in an attempt to assuage Eda's growing incredulity.
"Actually…" Luz spoke up.
Eda glanced at her adopted daughter. "Actually what?"
Luz glanced down at King and deon, silently asking if it was okay for her to tell them. The two titans nodded, giving his okay to inform them, they did have a right to know as well. The Latina reached out with her right arm and brought King and deon into a half hug as she revealed the truth.
"Turns out…King and deon are both Titans."
"Looks like I'm due for a growth spurt soon…heh-heh…" King dryly chuckled.

A pregnant pause purveyed over the cave as Eda and Lilith's jaws dropped, and eyes widened in shock. King, their little King, the one who has a cute rage squeal, the one who got trapped in the arm of a sweater once, fights with tube socks,deon and the tailed beast are titans was a Titan, their living god. Ash looked as if she was about to pass out, while Eda massaged her temples as she tried to come to grips with the fact that her adopted sons was a Titan.
"Luz…uh…Y-You need to start from the beginning, kid. This…This is a lot," said Eda.
"Um, if it's alright with you guys, do you mind if I step outside while you talk?" King asked.
"Sure buddy," said Luz as she grabbed Hooty. "Take Hooty with you, just in case."
King nodded and carried Hooty out of the cave, leaving the older members of their family to discuss what had happened on Titan Trapper Island. Once King was outside, Luz gave the sisters a more detailed explanation as to what occurred when they left to find King's "people". Lucy would chime in with her own observations here and there, giving some added context considering how much of a reveal everything was.
Not only that, but Luz also revealed more about what happened when she defeated the master of the Phantoms, the one who summoned them in the first place. It was something she had kept secret because she didn't know how they would react, knowing that their god had gone mad due to nechros m' corruption of the magic of this land. However, now that deon and King's Titan lineage had been unveiled, now felt like the right time to tell them.
"And after we found that out, it made me realize that…the Titan, the one we're living on right now, is King's father," Luz finished.
Eda took a deep breath as she tried to absorb all this information. It was honestly kind of heartbreaking to know that the parent that King had been looking for all this time was literally underneath his feet and staring at them from across the distant horizon. In a way, King finally got to meet his father, but it was as a giant corpse.
Lilith was busy jotting down note after note about everything that Luz was telling them, as it stood to change the very foundations of the Boiling Isles. Well, everything that they uncovered through the Time Pools, and from what Luz learned while in nechros' mind, changed their history drastically. But more than that, the last living Titan was with them, had been with them all this time.
"How's King and deon holding up?" Eda asked.
"Hard to say," maria answered. "For them it seems they have to accept what has been revealed, but I sense that he's still coming to grips with it."
Luz got up and walked out of the cave and stood at the entrance of it. She watched as King tried to remake his stuffed bunny, Francois, out of snow, and giving the snowrabbit his scarf. He and deon turned around and glanced out into the distance, seeing the skull of the Titan staring back at him, their father. King and deon both glanced down with a forlorn expression as Hooty extended himself and wrapped around King and deon gently to hugging them.
Eda stepped out, watching this alongside Luz and kim as luz said, "I can't believe that little guy is gonna turn into that big guy."
"It does explain his strange new powers," kim said. "He's just dealing with so much. I wish there was a way we could give him some comfort."
"At this point, it might be best to allow him to take this in at his own pace."Chris said.
"Can't argue with ya there," Eda agreed.

"But we can at least do a little something, right?" Luz asked.
"Well–"
"I can't believe this." Luz,kim,chris,Eda, and Maria turned their eyes to their left and saw Lilith walking up next to them. "I still can't believe All this time, you've had Titans under your roof! I've eaten ice cream with a gods!"
"Okay, just because they've got tall genes doesn't mean their's a gods," Luz corrected.
"And king falls into the toilet, like, once a day," Eda reminded.
"Perhaps he's still too young. Their powers haven't fully awakened yet. Oooh! But who knows how he can help us against nechros! The power of the tailed beast,plus the power of Titans, and the power of sayian's,ha, not even shadow coven can stand up to that!" Lilith exclaimed giddily.
Luz grimaced at the thought of King and deon fighting against nechros. A man like him wouldn't hesitate, even for a moment, to kill King and deon. Nechros already killed many in the past, so killing a child like herself and like King and deon was practically another weekday for him. And if nechros knew that King and deon were both Titans, he would no doubt stop at nothing to kill King.
Eda saw the worried look on Luz's face and placed a hand on her shoulder in a reassuring manner. "Don't worry, Luz. We're not putting them in danger. Their Clawthornes and technically your nephew's. Remember, dear sister?"
"Right. Of course." Lilith turned around and proceeded into the cave, but not before chuckling and uttering, "I'm two god's aunt!" Just then a thought crossed her mind. "But…are they gentle gods…or an angry gods?"
"I fear your sister has missed the point, Eda," kim noticed.
"Can't argue with you there," Eda agreed.
"Ookay, Lilith's King and deon worship aside. Fill us in. How are we gonna defeat nechros,his Draining Spell and the shadow coven?" Luz inquired.
Eda bit her bottom lip, this was the question she had been dreading since their arrival. "Uh…right. Weeeeeeellllllll…" The Owl Lady drew out that word as she watched Luz's face morph into a hopeful, starry eyed expression. Even stringbean was raising a brow wondering what the plan was. "…it's a secret."
Luz growled at being kept in the dark.
"Just for now." Eda assured her. "I'll fill you in closer to go time."
"Ah. I get it. In the off chance I get captured, I can't give anything away," Luz deduced. "Smart thinkin', Owl Lady."
"There. All done." Eda and Luz looked back outside and saw King's finished work. "Nice to meet ya, Fran-snow-ois?"
King went to shake the paw of his snow creation, but the moment he did, it collapsed into a small pile of snow his deon was try to help him fix it.
"Aw, King, let me help with that," said Luz as she rushed out to go and help.
Luz went out to help King. She stayed because she didn't exactly like the way Eda spoke to Luz about them having a plan.
Eda sighed heavily. "Like I said, we have no plan. We have allies. But There's nothing we can do to stop the spell."
"You know Luz won't go for that. Despite how she appears, I know Luz still harbors fears." La Lechuza looked in the direction of Luz,deon and King. The former used an Ice Glyph to give the snow version of Francois a bigger snow arm.
i wonder if there's a universe where Luz is a witch, and I'm a human living in the Human Realm, and she gets stranded in the Human Realm and I end up taking care of her."
Chris shrugged. "Infinite universes, infinite possibilities, Edalyn. The point is, Alt. Luz most likely didn't want to set Luz on a path that would make her end up like nechros. Even if it seems like the most logical line of attack, it still might set her off on a path she can't come back from. Things might be different; some things might end up the same as that other universe. But we cannot overlook that nechros has been ahead of us. A frontal assault just might play into his hands."
"And King and deon deserves our praise!" Lilith belted out.
"Really?" Eda asked.
"Sorry."
After sighing, Eda walked over to where the others were and said, "Alright, kids. The, uh, plan isn't gonna be ready till tomorrow. But if you could do anything in the world today, what would it be?"
"Thanks, Eda, but I just want things to feel normal right now," said King.
I'll go get Apollo,amity and the others Chris said as he,Lincoln and lucy got on to bioship and flew to get the others.
I'll go get dad and find a way to free mom ash said as she and ash went inside rover to find their father.
Luz had that look on her face as she smirked and gave her answer. "Well, I wanna go on a heist!"
"Of course, you do…"
Eda,Luz,chris and emily headed off earlier to go on Luz's heist. For what exactly she kept to herself, but promised King he would like what she brought back. In the meantime, Lilith and Hooty remained at their cave hideout.
The little Titan was still coming to terms with everything that was happening, his true lineage, and the fate of the Isles and the multiverse. he was just trying to figure himself out and his Titan brother deon feels odd since getting all of his memories back. As King kept contemplating heavy things that even most adults couldn't grasp, Lilith approached them, carrying a cup of tea in her hands.
"King and deon of, um, Titans, would you like some tea?" Lilith offered.
"Uh, no thanks. I'm – I'm good," King kindly declined.
same here deon said.
"Of course, Titans don't care for such lowly pleasures." Lilith tossed the cup of tea over her shoulder. She reached behind her back and swiftly pulled out a broken sword. The blade had a few chips in it, and half of it was broken off at a diagonal angle. The guard was made of two skeleton hands, and so was the hilt. "Perhaps I could offer you dark deeds carried out in your both of names?"
"AAAH! No! Lilith! No thank you!" King retorted in a slight fear.
Same here deon said in slight fear as well.
Lilith immediately dropped the weapon, took a few steps back, and got down on her knees. She lowered her head as if preparing to receive orders.
"Please both of you forgive me, your lordships!" Lilith replied in a remorseful tone.
King got up and said, "Listen, it's okay. Me and deon just, uh, need some alone time. Your…Titan commands it?"
"Of course, of course."
Lilith hurriedly rose to her feet and bowed her head causing her long hair to flip over her head. The eldest Clawthorne sister gave Hooty's backpack carrier a little kick, silently telling him to bow as well.
Hooty, still unsure about all this, bowed his head as well. Once he had, Lilith grabbed Hooty, keeping her head bowed the whole time, and returned to the cave.
King sighed heavily. He needed to go. To where he didn't know, but he couldn't think here. With that in mind, King headed down the hill, intent on leaving The Knee.
A few minutes had passed, and Lilith was anxiously sitting on the couch as she tried to figure out what she had done to displease her Titan.
She thought she was doing everything correctly, King was a god, a living god – their god – the son of their god. Isn't it the correct thing to grovel and worship the being who would one day grow to be a towering entity capable of creating and ending life?
"Did I insult him by groveling too much? Did I not grovel enough?!" Lilith panicked.
While Lilith was contemplating these things, Hooty was busy making a snack of the fire bees that comprised their campfire.
"Maybe he just wants to be treated like, I don't know, normal," Hooty suggested.
Lilith waved off such a notion. "Nonsense. He's a Titan for Titan's sake." Lilith gasped as she realized what she had said. "Oh, Titan! I just took his name in vain! Ah! I did it again!"
Hooty decided to check on King while Lilith continued her spiral. As the bird tube demon stretched himself out towards the mouth of the cave, he noticed a distinct lack of a little Titan.
"Uh…Lulu. I think we have a bigger problem," Hooty informed.
"Oh, Hootsifer, what 'bigger' problem could we have?" Lilith asked.
"King's gone."
"WHAT?!"
"lucy told me she saw Scouts taking boxes form the house. They're probably holding everything at the old Bonesborough Precinct. Francois included," Luz said.
"Are you sure you wanna do this for a stuffed toy? Wouldn't you rather, I don't know, have a…another beach day?" Eda counter offered.
let's just focus on this. Besides, it's for King. He needs his buddy," Luz reasoned.
Eda lowered their altitude and landed in an alley. The two dismounted and Eda dismissed Owlbert as they peeked out into the streets.
The promise day was close at hand, and people were beginning to gather. There were shadow Coven Scouts ind disguise,out in the streets banging their drums in a ceremonial manner while multiple witches and demons in different colored robes carried lit candles sticks as they all marched towards The Head. To Luz, this sounded and looked more like an execution procession. Every person marching towards The Head was taking another step closer to their death, and the Scouts might as well be playing the Demon Realm's version of a funeral march. Luz hated this, they were all walking to their doom, and none of them realized it.
Luz used her Invisible ring to get them closer to the shadow Coven Scout. They stopped in an alleyway when they heard a couple of Scouts passing by.
"Can't wait till the day after the Day of Unity, know what I mean?" the larger shadow Coven Scout asked.
"Sure, but, man, I am racking up OT like crazy," the shorter shadow Scout replied.
Once they had left, Luz and Eda scanned the precinct. There were Abomaton soldiers all over the place, along with shadow Coven Scouts. The precinct was very active, considering the promise was coming. Airships were taking off and landing, taking supplies, personnel, and other things to The Head in preparation for the ceremony.
"There, look!" Luz pointed out.
The wagon that had their personal belongings from the Owl House were being taken inside, with the last box containing Francois. The Scout headed inside as the door closed behind them.
"Alright, let's pounce!"
"Hold up," Eda countered as she pulled Luz back into the alley. "If we're going to do this, we gotta do it right. We both know nechros is not taking any more chances with us, not after your little trip into his mind. If we wanna stay alive long enough to take him down, we gotta be inconspicuous."
"Aah, I get ya. I got just thing," said Luz as she took out one of her Spell rings and scanned it.
[Illusion, Please.]
Luz waved her right hand over Eda,ash and herself, and in an instant both of them were outfitted in perfect copies of shadow Coven Scout uniforms.
"Huh, nice one kid," Eda praised.
"Why, thank you," Luz replied with a bow. "I got some pointers from Gus. So, now we should be able to stroll in there no problem."
With their disguises donned, Eda,ash and Luz walked out of the alley and straight towards the police precinct. The rest of the shadow Coven Scouts didn't even give them so much as a second glance.
Too busy attending to their own jobs to care about a couple of additional Scouts. Luz,ash and Eda strode up to the front doors of the building where the Owl Lady kicked them open in bombastic fashion as she and Luz struck a pose. This did cause the Scouts inside to look their way.
"Take me to our – I mean, the Owl Lady's confiscated junk!" Eda demanded.
"Nice save," Luz commented.
The pause in everyone's actions lasted about three seconds before the Scouts went back to their work. Again, too busy to pay any heed to them.
"…I would've appreciated some kinda reaction," Luz griped. "I put some real thought into these."
Eda shrugged and headed for one of Scouts behind a desk. "Hey, you, fellow guard. We just found a load of illegal Hexes Hold 'Em cards. Can we get the key to the, uh, warehouse?"
Without missing a beat, or saying a word, the Scout took out a skeleton hand labeled with a red "2" and placed it on the desk in front of Eda,ash and Luz. This was really awkward for them.
The three walked to the elevator and used the literal skeleton key to activate the lift that was labeled "Warehouse 2". Once the lift had arrived, Luz,ash and Eda entered the elevator, with no problems or missteps whatsoever.
"Why is everything going our way now?" Eda asked.
"Maybe our luck's finally turning," Luz stated confidently.
It was a short ride down as elevator dinged and the two arrived at their destination. Luz,ash and Eda walked down a short hallway before entering the main warehouse area.
Stacks of crates were piled high as far as the eye could see, all filled with various confiscated items, and amongst them were their belongings. It was a practically a maze and searching looked like it was going to take a while.
"Hoo boy…We're gonna need to split up, if we wanna find Francois," Eda observed.
"Yeah. Oh! Ash, can help out!"
Just as she and Luz was about to take off down one the corridors, Eda reached out and grabbed her shoulder.
"Hang on. If things get hairy, you need to get outta here as fast as you can," Eda stated.
"What? Eda, me and ash can take on all of these shadow Coven Scouts and not even break a sweat," Luz retorted.
"I mean it, you two," Eda insisted in a stern voice. The Owl Lady sighed and bent down a little to meet her ward's gaze. "Look, it's like I told you luz. We can't take too many chances right now. You and others are the best chance the multiverse have at stopping nechros. And our plan hinges on you two being ready to fight against him. You don't do anyone any good wasting your power on a bunch of goons or getting captured. I'm being serious on this one Luz, so right now all I want to hear from you is 'okay', okay?"
Luz and ash was hesitant to agree. She knew she was strong enough to protect them from the shadow Coven Scouts and the mecha-Abomatons. Luz's new twilight Twilight Style and Super Forms were more than enough to handle them. But, of course, Eda and Lilith hadn't clued her in on their plan, and the last thing she wanted was to mess up all their hard work because of a careless mistake on her part.
Reluctantly, Luz nodded her head and answered, "Okay."
"Thank you," Eda replied. "Oh, and if you find a box labeled 'Eda's longest toenails', grab that too," Eda added as she ruffled Luz's hair.
"Eww," Luz chuckled.
Luz went down the middle of the warehouse while Eda took the left side. Before leaving, Eda and ash exchanged a knowing glance. A silent conversation was had between them, with ash's gaze saying, "You need to tell her soon." And Eda's gaze replying, "I know." With their silent exchange done, ash turned invisible and flew up high and began her search from the air. Once Luz was out of eyesight, Eda headed off towards the left the warehouse, and that's she heard someone's voice coming from the upstairs office.
"We secured the Owl Lady's house…That's correct, Head Witch."
Curious, Eda headed up the stairs and crouched next to the door. She carefully raised her head to look through the window and see what was going on. There was a nicely dressed Scout, possibly a captain, and it seemed she was speaking to someone through the crystal ball.
"No, there was no sign of her."
{Just keep looking until you find her!} Eda angled her head a bit until the crystal ball was more in her line of sight. And when it was, Eda gasped when she saw Raine. {And only come to me when you do.}
"Raine…"
ash was searching for Eda stuff,but then she got zapped unconscious by wolf-spider holding an electrified spear then wrapped her in webs.
Meanwhile.
King and deon made it down the mountain, but the walk didn't exactly help him clear his mind with his current predicament. They continued to walk until they stopped for a moment, letting out a long sigh as he tried to figure out what to do.
"Lose your way, little guy?"
"Huh?"
King turned his head to the left, and that's when he spotted a Coven Scout. Or perhaps not a Coven Scout. He wore the cowl and bird face mask of a Scout. But that was the only part that made him look like one. The rest of his clothing consisted of a black leather jacket, a yellow t-shirt with a red stripe and white lettering in the center of the stripe that read "Steve". The pants and boots were the standard issue for Coven Scouts. He was sitting on a motorcycle, with a cauldron sidecar, and a skull plate on the front.
"Actually, I got to where I was going, but now I, uh…huh?" King shrugged. The little Titan glanced again at the Scout, and realized he recognized this one. "Hey, we know you. You're Steve from Lilith's party! Shouldn't you be, like, kissing the Emperor's butt right now?"
"Probably. Heck, growing up, all I wanted was to be an Emperor's Coven Scout. To be considered one of the best. I got what I wanted, but it's not what I thought it was," Steve confessed.
"we heard that," kimg replied, knowing exactly how he felt.
"Belos is supposed to know everything, but why should he know what the Titan wants? Maybe the Titan doesn't even know what he wants? Maybe he's just some normal guy, you know?" Steve released a sigh after his small rant. "Anyway, you two going somewhere? 'Cause I got a sidecar and nothing but time."
Steve reached into his sidecar and pulled out two helmets . King looked hesitant for a moment, but then deon put his hand on his shoulder, then the two came around as they ran and hopped into Steve's sidecar. The renegade Coven Scout pushed the helmets onto King and deon's head, upon doing so, King and deon's horns broke through the top of it.
"I point. You drive."
"You got it."
Steve revved the engine of his bike and took off down the road.
From there, King,deon and Steve went on a journey of self-discovery and betterment. King and deon had Steve take him to random locations, the first one being out in the middle of a field with one of the many bones of the Titan jutting from the ground and reaching towards the sky.
Steve was busy reading a book while King hopped out and stood before the bone. After a moment, King abd deon stepped forward and gave the huge bone a hug. This was probably as close as they were going to get to being able to hug their father.
From there they journeyed to the beach. King and deon played in the waters of the ounce Boiling Sea, and as it turned out, the waters did not harm them in the slightest. This was the first time that King and deon could remember playing in the waters. Aside from some lakes and a certain resort island, no one could swim in the seawater for fear of being burned alive. While King was having his fun, Steve decided to skip some rocks across the surface of the water. His attention was divided when he turned around and saw a couple of old ladies.
The two old demon women were smiling and blushing as they nudged their heads against each other in a loving manner. This caused Steve to have a little bit of a breakdown as he began sobbing, wishing he had that kind of relationship. After he had his crying fit, the two were off again.
This time their journey brought them to the aid of a parent and child. Their wagon had a busted wheel, and it looked as if the parent had been injured slightly. Steve applied first aid while King got rid of the busted wheel on their wagon. Once Steve was done patching up the parent, he used his magic to put on a spare wheel for the parent and child then deon gave a flower to the child. Now with their wagon repaired, the demon parent and child graciously thanked the two as they drove off, waving goodbye as they smiled back at the duo. King glanced out into the distance and stared at the skull of the Titan.
He saw a puddle nearby and decided to try it out. King lay down on his back, assuming a similar pose to that of his father. Steve decided to make it complete by placing a paper origami person on King's snout. Which he apparently made from the pages of the "Synergy in the Emperor's Coven" book.
Their journey eventually brought them to a burger joint where King,deon and Steve got a meal and sat next to the bike as they ate. However, King and deon were still deep in thought as they looked upon the paper witch that Steve had made him. Swirling his fry in sauce as he stared at it for a long moment.
"He, uh, your drink's are getting warm there," Steve reminded.
King sighed as he placed his tray to the side. "You know, Steve, I always wanted to have power, and command respect and fear. So…now that I kind of have all that, why does my stomach feel all…ugh?"

"Wants can change. So can people," Steve mused. "So, what do you want now, little man?
King looked down at the paper witch and saw a bug tentatively examining it. When the wind blew, the paper witch fell and scared the bug into rolling up into a ball. King, taking some pity on the poor bug, gently scooped it up into his claws.
"I don't want people to see me as a big scary monster anymore. I just…want them to see me, just me," King answered.
The little Titan saw Steve's hand stretched out towards him with his face mask in that hand. Deon placed his hand on king's shoulder for support.King then placed the bug into the mask as he looked up and saw Steve's face for the first time. He had brown hair, a couple of freckles, blue eyes, and a single curved horn growing from the right side of his forehead.
"Me too," Steve replied.
"UNHAND THEM YOU COVEN SHILL!"
Steve,deon and King turned in the direction of the voice, a very familiar voice. Lilith was standing a few feet ahead of them, wielding her staff and taking an aggressive stance as Hooty coiled up into attack position. However, when Lilith noticed who it was, she became slightly confused.
"Wait. Steve?"
"It's okay, it's okay! He's not a Scout anymore," King defended. "Did I read that right?"
Steve nodded in the affirmative and gave a thumbs up.
even if he was Still a scout he's on our side,why were you about to attack him anyway deon asked.
Lilith breathed a sigh relief as she approached them. "Nevertheless, let me shield you two with my pitiful life, oh powerful–!"
"STOP! We're still King and deon! Your nephewes! Eda's sons! Is this how you acted with the Emperor? I'm sensing a, uh, little bit of a pattern with you," King pointed out.

"Hey girl, I've been there. I can recommend a good therapist," Steve suggested.
Lilith blushed a little as she realized that perhaps she did have a bad habit that needed breaking. "I…I think you may be–"
"HE'S TRICKING YOU! ATTACK PLAN ACTIVATED!" Hooty yelled.
Before King,deon or Lilith could react, Hooty had stretched and rammed himself into Steve's gut as he was taken several feet the opposite direction.
"TIME FOR A TEA PARTY!"
"AAAAAAAAH!"
"HOOTY, NO!"
"HOOTSIFER, YOU PUT THAT TEA SET AWAY THIS INSTANT!"
Back at the warehouse.
Eda was still listening to the conversation between Raine and the shadow Scout Captain.
"Head Witch, I'll do all I can to find the Owl Lady. You have my word," the Scout Captain promised.
Eda hurriedly took out one of the Combo Glyphs that she premade before coming here. She took a deep breath and slapped the paper onto her chest. The moment after she did, Eda vanished from sight. Now invisible, Eda stealthily entered the room and hoped that the shadow Scout Captain would leave soon.
{Your word doesn't count for much without results. Just go,} Raine scolded.
The shadow Scout Captain gave a salute and promptly rushed out of the office. After confirming that the Scout Captain had made it at least halfway down the stairs, Eda approached the desk where the crystal ball was and inhaled. Upon taking in breath, her body became visible again. Eda quickly tapped the crystal ball, trying to call Raine back.
The crystal ball glowed once again, showing Raine with a frustrated look on their face. {Captain, I thought I told you to – Who are you?}
Eda waved her hand around the front of her face, causing the illusion mask to disperse long enough for Raine to see her face.
{Eda?!}
"Please, just give me a minute. I-I'm not trying to start trouble," Eda begged.
{You're – somehow – cloaked in an illusion spell of a Coven Scout uniform,} Raine pointed out.
"And I am making it work," Eda replied with a flip of her hair. However, after her little playful reply, she became serious. "Listen. I don't know what you're hiding, but I do know that somewhere deep inside…heh…you still love me. Otherwise, you wouldn't have let me walk free back at the Coven Parade."
Eda paused for a moment as she found the words.
"Raine, I know about the promise, and the Draining Spell."
The moment that Eda mentioned the Draining Spell, Raine's expression changed, but they quickly tried to play it off. However, Eda saw their reaction.
"Nope! I-I saw that expression! It is that bad, isn't it? That's why…I need your help."
{There's no time for your schemes, Eda,} Raine replied.
"Wait! This isn't for me! It's…It's for our kids," Eda pleaded.
Raine's expression changed again, their attention more focused on Eda now.
"They can't be around during the promise day. Especially Luz,kim,maria,king and the other kids! Are special, in more ways than you can imagine, same for King,deon and our other kids. So, do whatever you have to do. Send to earth if you can't send them to the bending world,equestria or even Gemina get them on an airship and fly them off to one and transport them– I don't care! Just…Just keep them safe. If you do I'll…I'll give myself up right now," Eda pleaded.

{Come along, Sprout.} Raine was interrupted as a Terra entered the room they were in. The Bard Head Witch panicked slightly as they feared that Eda's illusion mask was still dispersed. {Places to be, hedges trim.}
"Awaiting further instructions, Head Witch," said Eda, her mask having reformed just in time.
Raine, relieved, answered, {Stay put. I'll send someone to receive the package.}
{Let's get a move on, Raine dear. And, Scout, do not keep a Head Witch waiting.}
Raine ended the call, and Eda felt some relief wash over her now that she hopefully secured a means to keep Luz,kim,Emily,King,deon,maria,apollo,Chris and the others kids she's bonded with safe safe.
"Eda?"
The Owl Lady flinched. Slowly, she turned around, and much to her dismay, Luz was standing there in the doorway. It seemed as though Luz managed to find Francois, as the little stuffed bunny was cradled in the crook of her left arm.
"Are you…Are you sending me and the others away?" Luz questioned as she scanned her ring.
[Connect, Please.]
A magic circle appeared on her right, and Luz carefully placed Francois into the pocket dimension where she stored some of their belongings she found earlier. Once Francois was secured, Luz's brow furrowed.
"Answer me, Eda. Did I just hear you make a deal with Raine to send me and the others far away?" Luz pressed.
Eda remained silent.
"Why?! If we're going to even have a chance of defeating nechros, I need to be there to fight!" Luz argued. "I thought you trusted me to fight as a Kamen Rider! Call Raine back! Tell them there's no 'package to receive'! I'm not going anywhere until nechros is defeated!"
"No. I'm not," Eda stated.
"I can't believe you…After all the battles I fought, and all the things we've been through. I thought you trusted me enough, had enough confidence in me to know I that can do this and my mom is in danger!" Luz shouted. "Ugh! Whatever…Let's just get back to the others."
"luz, take a moment and listen to her."Kurama said in her head.
"kurama, not right now. You heard her, she's going to–"
Suddenly, a small tremor rocked the stairs and office. Luz looked over her shoulder in time to watch the window to the office explode as Harpy Eda flew out. The transformed Owl Lady quickly turned around and landed right in front of Luz, causing the Latina to jump back a bit from the hard, sudden landing.
"You're going with Raine. They'll keep you safe," said Eda.
Luz furrowed her brow more. "Eda, I'm not going."
"Yes, you are."
"You know you can't make me," Luz retorted.
"Yes. I can."
Luz with tears in her eyes, she slammed her hands onto the stairs and fed it some of her chakra. The reaction was instant as ice rapidly exploded outwards, forcing Eda to back away while Luz leaped off the railing and onto some crates. She rolled along their surface for a moment before quickly springing to her feet. She turned around to face her mentor and reached for her rings.
"luz, are you really going to transform against Eda?" Kurama inquired.
"Not now, nine tails!" Luz retorted. "In fact. Dismissed!"
Eda flew in while Luz was distracted. The Owl Lady reached out to grab Luz, forcing the Latina to abandon her transformation idea as she rolled off the edge, bouncing off several crates on the way down to the floor. Luz didn't have time to groan or moan about the pain of the fall as Eda swooped in again. The young teen hurriedly grabbed a Light spell and released a flash of light at the last second, forcing Eda to back away.
[Invisible, Please.]
When Eda opened her eyes again, Luz was gone. She landed on some crates and scanned the area. Her ears twitched a couple of times to catch some kind of noise to clue her in on where Luz clapped her hands again and Construct chains of light emerged out of nowhere, forcing Eda to take off into the air as she swiftly dodged the chains.
Like vipers they struck at her, trying to ensnare her with each lash. Some almost got close, but Eda used her sharp claws and slashed through the chains, breaking them on impact. Some of the chains managed to surround her, but Eda summoned her staff at the last second as she used it to release a burst of energy that shattered the construct chains before they could reach her.
"You think I'm not strong enough to fight against, nechros! Or save my mom Thats Is that it?!" Luz shouted.

Suddenly, several copies of Luz appeared around her, all of them with angered expressions on their faces.
"I've fought against monsters!"
"I've fought and killed the son of gunmar!"
"I fought in another world, and the galaxy eyes master!"
"I defeated decepticons!"
"And saved my friends and their loved ones!"
"Time and time again!"
"So, why is it now?!"
"When everyone's lives are at stake!"
"Do you want me to run and hide?!"
"Do you need me to show you how strong I am?!"
"Then do it! Transform and beat me if you think you can!" Eda goaded.
"I don't need to go Rider to beat you, Eda!"
[Beast Keeping, Please.]
Construct griffons, manticores, and a Titanoboa appeared around Eda. The harpy growled as she glared at the construct beasts and attacked. She used her claws to slash through a couple of griffons, dodging their talons as she did, and shattered their bodies. A couple of manticores leaped into the air and readied to pounce on her, but Eda raised her staff and released another burst of magic from her Palisman companion and shattered them next. The Titanoboa managed to coil around Eda, slowly closing in as its large, muscular body coiled more and more.
Eda's eyes glowed as she slammed the butt of her staff against the ground and released yet another burst of magical energy, forcing the giant snake to back away. The harpy rapidly ascended, flipped in the air, and came down with an ax kick to the middle of the Titanoboa's head. The construct hit the ground hard as Eda dropped on top of the snake's head, piercing through its cranium with a spear-hand thrust.
"kid, you're using too much of your energy and your chakra at once. Using this many Spell rings outside of your Rider form will drain you faster."
Luz panted, but she wasn't about to stop. Not until she proved to Eda that she wasn't the helpless child she apparently thought she was.
[Abomination, Please.]
Globs of slime started to rise from the floor, and in the next moment, reformed into a giant Abomination golem. Eda growled upon seeing the golem, she was getting tired of this fight.
The Owl Lady rapidly ascended until she was within an inch of touching the ceiling. With the same speed, Eda plummeted, gripping her staff tight in her right hand. The staff began to glow brighter and brighter the closer they got to the ground, and that's when Eda made impact.
She landed hard against the floor, creating spider webbing cracks along the concrete. The built-up momentum and force generated by her touchdown created a shockwave, which she used to increase the potency of her magical aura burst that she had built up in her staff. A golden light erupted from her, blasting away the shadow clones, and even the large Abomination golem.
Unfortunately, Luz was caught in the blast zone and knocked out of her invisible state as she rolled along the ground.
Luz groaned as she tried to get up, but she was quickly pushed back down as Eda pressed her right foot against the middle of her back, pinning Luz to the floor. Luz tried to reach for a new ring, but the harpy used her staff and pressed the butt of it against Luz's right hand, applying a bit of pressure to keep it immobile. She bent down and used her free hand to hold Luz's left hand against the floor, effectively neutralizing any resistance from Luz.
"LET ME GO! LET ME GO!" Luz yelled as she panted.
"It's over kid," said Eda.
"No, it's not!" she protested.
"You're tired, even I can see that. You cast too many spells. If you transformed you would've been fine, but in your human form, you're not used to using that much power that many times," Eda informed.
"UGH!" Luz growled as she squirmed for a little bit more.
"Raine will be here soon, and they'll keep you safe. Then I'll have the other join you afterwards."
"Why won't you let me fight?! I'm one of the few people in the Demon Realm who has a chance of defeating nechros! Why are you so eager to get rid of your trump card?!"
"Sorry, Luz. But you've done enough fighting. So, you're going to stay like this until they get here, and then–"
Suddenly, Eda was hit in the chest by a magical energy blast that threw her off Luz.
The Latina looked ahead and saw a shadow Coven Scout Captain with an mecha-Abomaton soldier at their side.
Eda growled and rushed off to go and do battle with the mechanized slime monster as Luz got up and readied herself for battle. However, she was brought back down to her knees as a surge of electrical energy ran through her body, causing her to cry out in pain.
Eda heard the wails of her adopted daughter and saw that another shadow Coven Scout had managed to get behind her and shocked Luz with a spell.
"LUZ!" Eda growled as she flared her wings in preparation to assault the shadow Coven Scout that hurt her child.
Her attack was halted before it could get off the ground as Abomination slime rushed towards her and grabbed her by the left wing. The slime, which was connected to another Abomaton, slammed Eda down on the floor as the first Abomaton used its hands to hold her down.
"E-EdaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!" Luz cried out again as the shadow Coven Scout shocked her until she was too weak to move.
"Finally. Now, lock 'em up!" The shadow Scout Captain ordered. "And this time, use the heavy-duty stuff."
Luz,ash and Eda were put in a cell and chained up. Abomaton soldiers were lined up along the length of both walls, standing at attention. They were not taking any chances with Luz,ash or Eda. Both the hybrids and Owl Lady had slipped by them several times in the past, and with the promise day soon coming, they were not about to take any chances that these three agents of chaos would disrupt the ceremony.
luz's shackles had her hands behind her back, and the length of the enchanted chain was short. Just enough to stand up. Not enough for Luz to try and swing her legs under arms, making it impossible for Luz to even try and use her rings. Although she doubted the Scouts put two and two together and figured out she was Witch.
Given how much she's used her glyphs in the past, they were probably doing this to make it so that Luz wouldn't be able to draw them, but they didn't realize that it also prevented her from scanning her rings.
Eda's chains were the same as Luz's, also enchanted to prevent the Owl Lady from going Harpy Mode and breaking them with her enhanced strength.the same was for ash.
The Scout Captain walked along the hallway and stopped in front of their cell as she told them, "The anodite is to be taken to prison sentence petrification."
"Why don't you just save yourself the trouble and put me down instead?!" Eda taunted.
"Tch, oh believe me, Owl Lady. Nothing would give me more pleasure than to be renowned as the one who took you down," the shadow Scout Captain stated with a slight hint of malicious glee. "But Emperor nechros has ordered all Wild Witches to be Petrified and the anodite is going in your place. No exceptions."
The shadow Scout Captain turned her attention to Luz, who was sitting down and leaning her head against the wall as tears welled up in her eyes.
"As far as that one is concerned, your friend in crime will emperor nechros wants to see the hybrid and the owl lady. Heh, maybe he'll make them into pets? Cheer up, hybrid. If you do as the Emperor says, you might be welcomed into paradise along with the rest of us," the shadow Scout Captain mocked.
Eda quickly rose to her feet, making the chain go taut as she glared at the Scout Captain, her eyes shifting to the black sclera and glowing yellow irises of her harpy form and glowing lines around her body. as she glared daggers at the shadow Scout.
"Ooh, scary." The shadow Scout Captain turned around and ordered, "Make preparations! We leave in five minutes!"
As the shadow Scout Captain left the cell block, Luz glared out of the corner of her eye at Eda. "You happy now? This way, neither of us can stop nechros."
Eda looked down at the floor in disappointment, not at Luz, but at herself.
"Why couldn't you just let me help with your stupid plan?!" Luz demanded as tears ran down her face. "Is it because I'm a kid?! Even after all the battles I fought, you still think I'm not strong enough?! You still think I can't fight against someone like nechros?! Why?! Is it because can't save my mom?! Do you think we can't beat nechros without it?! Well?! Tell me, Eda!"
"IT'S BECAUSE THERE IS NO PLAN! OKAY?!" Eda yelled as she faced Luz with tears in her eyes.
Luz gasped in shock.
"…"
"W-What…? B-But you said…back at The Knee–!"
there's no guarantee that you'll be able to defeat him! You said it yourself, he's powerful with the power of god! He managed to beat you when you had with a shadow clone! I know you have other powers, but when I think about you going off to fight him…and the chance that you might die…"
"E-Eda…"
"Don't get me wrong, I was afraid every time you went out and fought the shadow coven, but somehow you always managed to beat the odds. Somewhere along the way I got complacent and thought you could deal with whatever came your way…But after what you told us you saw in nechros's mind…I was reminded of the fact that you are a kid! You shouldn't have to be doing any of this! Fighting monsters or fighting a madman!"
Eda began to sob as she let it all out.i we
"We couldn't figure out a single thing to stop Belos. I didn't want to take the chance of you,kim,maria,Emily King, or any of other kids, dying trying to stop this! I just…I just wanted to make sure you were safe…and I was willing to do anything to make that happen! But now…it's all over…"
"E-Eda…I…"
One of the Abomatons walked up to the cell and opened the door. It quickly released the chain from Luz and Eda's cuffs as the goo robot wrapped them up and brought the duo outside to Three awaiting carriages.
"NO, STOP! EVERYONE, YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO ME! NECHROS IS A WITCH HUNTER! HE'S GOING TO KILL ALL OF YOU ON THE PROMISE DAY!" Luz yelled out desperately.
The other Scouts merely scoffed at Luz's dire warning. And why wouldn't they? To them, she was just another criminal. Luz was unceremoniously thrown into one of the carriages as she thudded against the back wall. The doors shut tight as Luz quickly rose to her feet and scrambled to the barred window of the doors.
"EDA! ASH!, CAN TWO YOU HEAR ME?!" Luz cried out. "I'LL LISTEN TO YOU NOW; I'LL DO WHATEVER TWO YOU SAY! JUST FIGHT BACK! PLEASE! EDA!,ASH!"
Luz watched as the Abomaton pushed Eda into the second carriage and ash was pushed into the third carriage. The doors to Eda's carriage were slammed shut,the Same thing happened to ash's,just as the shutter to Luz's window was closed as well.
Meanwhile inside the carriage.
Luz became extremely frustrated and screamed in anger.as her trollhunter Amulet fell out of her pocket.
"So what? Messing up is a part of life! You don't think I've ever messed up before? Ha! Okay, well, I bullied Willow for years because my parents forced me to and I didn't have the nerve to stand up to them back then. Oh, then there was that time I failed to stand up for you when my step mother Odalia nearly killed you and the others. You know how that ended.", Amity said in a reflective of the trollhunter amulet, as meanwhile, Darius, Raine, and Eberwolf knocked out all the shadow Coven scouts on eda's carriage and freed her just as rj, Lilith, and nomura knocked the shadow Coven Scouts of Luz carriage unconscious with no one suspecting and Maria,kim,Emily,kipo and hisirdoux freed ash.
Luz carriage began to open then she was yanked on the chains, breaking them as she kicked the door open.
"Where is my sister and eda?! Take me to them!" She shouted.
Luz was grabbed by abomination goo.
"So help me if you lay a single hand on them, I'll…I'll," luz growled.
"Luz, luz! It's okay," Eda said.
Kai opened her eyes to find Eda,kim,rj,Chris penny,nomura,Lilith,Lincoln,lucy,nimona,anna,anne,sasha,Marcy,Darrel,King,deon,Hooty,Raine,amity,The BATS and Steve in front of him.Darius was sitting on top of her carriage with Eberwolf beside her.
"I'm going to set you down now, please try not to set anyone on fire," Darius said, setting luz down.
Luz blinked as she looked at the others. Steve and the BATS waved at him.
She grunted as Eberwolf jumped onto her shoulders, bit her cuffs off and walked off. Luz rubbed her sore wrists.
"Luz!" Kim and king shouted, running towards him.
"Kim, king!" Luz said, opening her arms.
The kids jumped into luz's arms, knocking her to the ground. Luz hugged them both tightly as Raine walked towards them.
"All right, everyone! The coast is clear!", Darius urged.
Soon, the other Coven Heads,
"We heard all about you adventures with Eda, and how you became Head Witch of Bard Coven, where you're secretly a spy! A-And then you, Mom, and Eda played that duet and, and then Mom got captured.", Luz gasped.
"And turned into nechros's personal slave.", King added, making Raine, Darius, and Eberwolf give sad looks toward Belos.
"Speaking of which, I thought I was the only one who found this promise junk suspicious. When I heard Raine and Camila were causing trouble, I had a feeling they'd know more. You would've been locked away if it weren't for me.", Darius responded as he hopped off the carriage and walked toward Raine.
"And a little less bruised! You could've let me in on things before attacking me!", Raine scolded.
"You're a horrible actor! I had to make it look real!", Darius scolded.
"Ugh, this is just like Hexside.", Raine groaned.
"Did you know of any of this stuff when you were in charge?", Steve asked.
"I'm... starting to think I wasn't very good at my job.", Lilith spoke, embarrassed.
"My apologies, Belos. If only I was able to protect her alongside Raine...", Darius apologized.
"No apologies are necessary. All that matters now is we rescue her and stop the promise.", Belos assured.
"Things aren't hopeless! They have a plan to stop Nechros and the Draining Spell!", Lilith grinned, making Luz gasp.
"That's great!", kim grinned.
"And that's not all. We found these while we were out with King.", Eda grinned.
"Whoa. Did not know how I missed that. Wait, wait, before you get into that, please tell me you have a cool rebel name!", Luz added.
"Actually, we do. Allow me to introduce...", Raine said as they began walking around the group.
"Wait, hold on.", Darius stated.
"The Covens Against the Throne...", Raine continued.
"We talked about this, you promised!", Darius urged.
"AKA...", Raine continued.
"I DID NOT AGREE TO THIS NAME!", Darius shouted furiously.
"The CATS!", Raine finished before the group hissed.
Excitedly, Luz changed into her half Titan form again.
"Everything's come full circle, baby!", Luz smirked, holding her staff.
wait what about Apollo,hunter and the others kim asked.
Apollo told he's getting the other realm defenders and other allies the best he and the others can do.
Later at the secret base of the CATS
the group was gathered on the table. Hooty and Lilith have fallen asleep beside it and Eda,kim,rj,Chris penny,nomura,Lilith,Lincoln,lucy,nimona,anna,anne,sasha,Marcy,Darrel,kipo,King,deon,Hooty,Raine,amity,The BATS,Steve,Belos, and raine were sitting on the bunk bed. Eda opened her bag and brought out Francois.
"Francois!", King squeaked happily before hugging him.
"I still can't believe you hid all this from us, Dad. Why didn't you tell us all this sooner?", Luz asked.
"Your mother and I were afraid that neither of you would be able to handle all this. But perhaps, thinking back on it now, it would've been better if we had told you...", Belos sighed.
"Hey. You did all this because you were trying to protect us and keep us safe.", kim said.
"And from the looks of things, those orcs may've been a good reason.", Emily added.
"And on the upside, now we know who our true family is.", rj added.
"I'm just worried, though... What if Mom's gone...? What if there's no way to get her back?", kim asked.
"I hope that there is one way, kim.", Belos sighed.
"Don't we all? But, hey. At least we're not alone.", Luz grinned.
"Yeah, we have teammates now. King added.
"But even if there IS a way, what makes you think it'd work?", anne asked.
"By my count, Luz befriended more enemies than I have claws on my paw.", King responded.
"Well, that is true, but...", Chris began.
"Group hug!", Luz shouted, surprising sasha, who yelped.
Then, kim,Emily, rj,ash and Belos joined in, hugging them, too. At that moment, Luz saw her staff glowing and held it out, staring at the spiraling mist in awe.
"Guys?", Luz asked before everyone else noticed what's happening to Luz's Palisman and gasped, especially Lilith and Hooty.
Meanwhile.
"Oh, Brother, you cannot escape my sight. So, go ahead and plot all you like. You will only prolong the inevitable.", Nechros chuckled as the Obsidian Guard iwas standing next to him and his army was waiting behind him.
