On Sunday morning, the day started as usual. Breakfast was made and Bluey played games with her parents. Bingo even ate, despite her illness. Today was going to be a fun day for Bluey. She planned to see her friend Honey at Calvin's house.
Bingo even played a few games, but she played roles that didn't require her to move around a lot. Every time she made a sudden movement, she felt nauseous.
At 10 A.M., Chilli drove Bluey over to Calvin's house in her Lancer Evo X, where Honey was already waiting. "Hi, Honey!", Bluey said. "Hi, Bluey.", Honey responded. "Calvin should be out soon.". The CKD house, just like the other Panoramic Palmetto neighborhoods, had a gate at the front. CKD Calvin walked out of the front door and opened the gate for his girlfriend and friend.
"Hey, Honey. How you been?", Calvin asked while giving Honey a hug. "I've been good. Glad to see you again.", Honey replied. "Good, good. Hey, Bluey. Nice to see you.". "Hi, Calvin.", Bluey simply replied. "Bye, Bluey. See you later!", Chilli said. "Bye, mum!", Bluey replied. All three of the kids went inside of Calvin's house and went up to his room on the 2nd floor.
When Chilli got home, she immediately went to find Bandit. "Let's talk to Bingo.", she said. "Yeah, I think we should.", Bandit replied. Both of them went up to Bingo's room. "Hey, Bingo. Can we come in?", Bandit asked. "Yes.", Bingo replied. "Do you want to talk about what you saw last night?". "Sure, dad. I guess so.". Bingo was holding Floppy tightly, as she had been since throwing up for the first time. Bandit and Chilli sat each sat down on one side of Bingo's bed.
"You and mum were playing a game without me or Bluey.", Bingo said. "Well, me and your mum, we, just wanted to play a game grown-ups play when they love each other very much. We still love you, Bingo.", Bandit explained to the best of his ability. "Well, can I play the game?", Bingo asked. "No, kid.". "Why, dad?". "Because, this game is for adults only. There are some games kids shouldn't play.". "Mum, is your ear okay?", Bingo asked. "Yeah, why?", Chilli asked in reply. "Because I saw dad bite your ear. If this is a game that people play when they love each other, then why were you hurting mum?". "Bingo, I wasn't in pain.", Chilli blurted. Chilli cut herself off, realizing she didn't think before she spoke.
"Sorry, Bingo.", she said. "I wasn't thinking.". "It's okay, mum. But, why were you making those noises?". "Because the game is about making the person you love feel... good", Chilli replied. "Dad was just making me feel good.". "Look, kiddo, we're sorry about what you saw.", Bandit said. "We don't want you playing that game.". "I mean, I guess it makes sense.", Bingo said. "What makes sense? You not being able to play the game me and dad were playing?", Chilli asked. "You were liking what dad was doing to you, mum. Your face looked like you were really happy. Whatever dad did to you made you feel really good. Please, I want to play the game.". "No, Bingo.", Chilli said. "Why?", Bingo asked. "Because, you just can't.".
"What was the clapping sound I heard?", Bingo asked. Bandit and Chilli knew they had to come up with an explanation for the clapping sound. They couldn't just let Bingo think about it herself, it would just be too complex for her to understand. "That was just, your dad.", Chilli said. "He was, making a noise with his mouth.". Bandit breathed a sigh of relief.
"Were you wrestling?", Bingo asked. "Um, what makes you think that?", Bandit asked with a chuckle. "Because, you were behind mum, and it looked like she was pinned down on the bed.". "Well, not really.", Chilli responded. "We were wrestling, but not in a normal way.". "Why did you squeeze mum's bum?", Bingo asked. Bingo kept asking questions to try to figure out what her parents were doing. "It was a part of the game, Bingo.", Bandit said. "I just, love your mum so much.".
"You bit her ear, dad. How do you love mum when you bite her ear like that?". "Your dad might have bit my ear but that doesn't mean we don't love each other. He was biting my ear in a... playful way.", Chilli said. "Bingo, I'd never hurt your mum.", Bandit replied. "Well, why was her mouth in the pillow?", Bingo asked again. "Because, it was her decision. She didn't want to wake you or Bluey up.".
"Mum, dad. I won't tell anybody if we play the game. Not even Bluey.", Bingo said. A million thoughts raced through Chilli's head. What would she say to Bingo?. Bandit quickly thought of an excuse. "Bingo, no. You just can't, alright. Look, mate. This is a game for adults only.", Bandit said. Chilli looked over at Bandit. "That's not a good reason, dad. Stop lying. Tell me the truth.", Bingo said in a tone of anger. "Do you, really, want to know?", Chilli asked. "Yes, mum. I want to know.".
Chilli took a deep breath. "Okay, so, when parents or adults love each other very much, they play games to make each other feel good and special. And, that's what me and dad were doing. The reason he wanted me to feel special is because, he just wanted to. He loves me. The reason I was making those noises is because dad was making me feel special and good. He bit my ear because he wanted to make me feel good, and I also love him so much. However, kids can't play those games.". "Why?", Bingo asked. "Well, because it's not good for kids to play those kinds of games. It could influence you to make bad decisions, and we don't want you doing that. We don't want you to play the game me and dad were playing last night.".
"I think I understand now.", Bingo said. "You do?", Bandit asked. "Yeah, I understand. You don't want me being influenced negatively by anyone, especially you guys. But, it's okay, mum. You can do bad things once in a while.". "We'll check on you later.", Chilli said. "We love you.". Bandit gave Bingo a kiss on the head, then both he and Chilli left the room.
"How well do you think she understood?", Bandit asked. "Hey, I handled it. And I think she understands it very well.", Chilli responded. "So, she's not gonna need therapy or anything like that for walking in on us?", Bandit said. "Nope. She's gonna be just fine.", Chilli replied.
