The room they were led to had a raised dias, two dozen elderly Vulcans dressed in what looked like robes in earthen tones sat behind a long table.

They looked around and saw a few more security officers in the corners keeping an eye on them, one of the elderly stood to gather their attention.

"Welcome, please view this," with that said, he pressed a button on the table, and a wall flickered to reveal that it was a view screen; it showed a recording of the meeting with the Enterprise crew.

Alex turned back to the council and shrugged, "It's a recording, so?"

"We wish to inquire about your reasons for appearing in the station."

"Repairing its computer; it had been malfunctioning, and I fixed it," he answered.

"And your reasons to travel with the being known as Q?"

"He wanted us to help with a problem his people couldn't fix and he brought us here as payment for our help."

"And what help did the Q require?"

Alex shook his head, "I can't tell you if Q wants you to know they will tell you. We," he points from himself to Sam, "Are just traveling, which I cannot speak of without violating the Timpral Prime Directive."

With the mention of the Timpral Prime Directive the elderly Vulcan nodded and sat down, "Very well," he then looked to the person to his right, indicating them to take over.

The elder stood, "What purpose did you have in coming to our planet?"

"It'll be easier to show you, but I must ask that all recording devices be turned off," he then turned to the security officer who came into the room with them and gestured for him to join them, "Are you bonded?"

"Yes," he answered while the council members conferred over disabling the recording of this meeting.

"Children?"

A pained look crossed his face for a second, "No my mate was injured during the battle with the borg at Wolf three five nine."

"Can you have her join us?"

Nodding, he gestured for a female officer who was along the wall to join them; she looked incredibly like T'Pol as she walked to join them.

Alex nodded and then looked at her, "You are related to T'Pol?"

"Yes, she is my great aunt in human terms," she answered.

"We agree with your request, but be warned that the security officers will defend us should you prove hostile."

Alex nodded then turned to Sam who was working on her Omni tool, "One device is still active," she then walked around the room until she was in front of a mural representing The Forge, reaching the edge of the mural she ran her hand over the wall until a small coin sized disk to appear then fall to the floor.

Picking it up, she returned to Alex's side, handing the disk to the security officer with him, "This is of Romulan design," he said as he inspected it.

"Secure it; we will discuss this at another time," the elder said in that common flat tone of the Vulcan people, but his eyes spoke of anger.

The security officer nodded and then left the room for a few minutes, "I have placed the device under level ten quarantine. " he said as he stood at his mate's side.

"Very well proceed," the elder said before sitting.

Alex turned to the two security officers, "A hand each; please do not try to reach into my mind; it will hurt your minds and possibly kill you," he warned; they nodded, "Now I need to know, do you wish for a son or daughter?"

The two looked at each other then the woman spoke, "Daughter." the male nodded at her answer.

Alex nodded, then took their hands and copied their DNA and mental templates, "You can let go now." he said after a few seconds, then turned to the council.

Holding his hand out, he slowly created a five-year-old girl who resembled the two officers; Sam stepped up and covered her in a blanket.

"This is why we're here; our people travel reality to reality, and one of those has lost their Vulcan people; we intend to repopulate the reality with them," he told them as Sam led the child to her parents.

"Take care of her; she will register as your child on medical examinations. Do that here and share what you think is necessary with the council," Sam told them as she gently pushed the little girl to them.

"Interesting, but I must ask why this age?" the female asked.

Sam shrugged, "I'm not sure; every time he has made a child, they are this age," she answered as the male was using his Tri-quarter to scan the child who was looking around the room curiously.

"It's so the child can have a chance to protect themselves in case they are in danger," Alex answered.

The male officer finished the scans and then looked them over, nodding. He passed the Tri-quarter over to his mate, "She scans as a normal Vulcan child for her age," he said while she read the details and then nodded.

"Yes, I believe this scan will be sufficient; nothing private is revealed, and the council may see it in full."

Alex nodded then looked at the council members, "As you've seen I have the ability to create living people, the Vulcans of the reality I spoke of have been removed by a Timpral bomb that erased them from the timeline and I intend to bring them back using the Vulcans from this reality so the Timpral wave can not affect their existence. " he told them making up the excuse on the spot.

"Do we require investigating if such a weapon is being created in this reality?" one of the elders asked.

Alex shook his head, "No, the Q ensures that such devices are not used; time travel they monitor to avoid people from doing the same, killing the species' progenitors."

"What of this child? by her creation, you have changed the timeline."

Alex shook his head, "Nothing, she's just a child, and if it was something that the universe didn't want, it would have stopped me from bringing her into existence."

"She is also under our protection," said a new voice from the corner of the room; everyone turned to find Q walking to stand beside the child and her parents.

Alex nodded to Q in thanks for doing this, "Why has the Q taken such steps?"

"Our friends here have helped us with things we could not do, we are doing this in repayment for that, we will not interfere with her growth nor her passing if it is natural, that includes her parents, should anyone scheme to harm them for a test that is unnecessary tests we shall move them to a location that will allow them a peaceful life." Q said, placing his hand on the child's head, causing her and her parents to glow, sealing the pact.

Alex nodded then held out a hand with a small device with a red button, "My doorbell if you need to ring it, and I'll come then and set them up in the reality we are going to be taking the Vulcans to."

Q took the button and nodded, "No problem." he said before disappearing in a flash of light.

Alex turned back to the council, "Standard medical stuff, and everything will be fine." he told them, receiving nods. "Good; now, one last thing: my wife, our child, and a companion may return in the near future. We will not be sharing technology mainly because right now, the federation is only a few years behind us, but we may offer advice on something."

"What of the computer of the station? Starfleet has moved it to utopia planetia recently."

Alex waved that off, "That's fine. It's not much more advanced than what you already have now, maybe only a few decades more advanced, so not a real problem."

"Will the Vulcans you introduce to this other reality be children?"

"No, they will be adults at twenty years of age; we are also going to introduce them to two races that will watch over them; the people that destroyed them also killed themselves off by destroying the Vulcans. They had nobody to keep them in check. So wars broke out until they glassed the planet."

"Very well, we have no more questions, the leading elder said after they conferred over what they were told.

Alex nodded, then turned to Sam, "We need to go. No telling what Karen is doing, and Kira may be ready to pull out her hair." he said as he joined her.

Sam shook her head, " Karen only acts out around you because you let her get away with things; for Kira and I, she's perfectly calm unless it's bath time."

Alex shrugged, then opened the door to the house, turned to the council, and held up his hand in the common Vulcan farewell, "Live long and prosper." after it was returned, he turned to enter the house.

"Now we need to find a planet for the Vulcan people you want to introduce to the universe, " Sam pointed out as she followed him closing the door.

Alex nodded, "That's not going to be a problem, we'll send the Alteran people to Atlantis then go to Earth for O'Neill and Carter, I've been thinking about it, we'll need to see if they have StarTrek in reality if they do we'll need to work on our origin story."

"Yeah, I think we should just go with a partial truth and say we are going from reality to reality helping where we can. We won't have to tell them every single thing, but they are going to question why you have a Samantha Carter with you."

"Okay, how about we just say that, and as for you that's up to you to tell them if you're a clone or not, but if they try and act all high and mighty about it we'll leave them, and pull a Harry Potter and create our faction to take care of the Goaúld, which reminds me we need to look into Egiria and that group of rebel jaffa women who are hiding the girls from being killed."

By now they had walked to the spaceport to find the Alteran were ready to leave, "Alright people I'll open the doors to the solar system where Atlantis is resting, remember to keep from attacking the Wraith and waking them until the people of Earth show up," he told the captains who were waiting for their orders, "Search for the Travelers and the other two ships, the repair station is capable of building new ships, off to build the Travelers a few ships but do not give them Alteran technology."

"Also remember that the Geni, write a program that will lock their gates to the few planets they control to just take their gates and return their people to their planets, they intend to build a nuclear bomb to blow up a hive ship, that will wake the Wraith," Sam added

They nodded and then turned to their crews giving orders, and then they all entered their ships to get ready to take off, a few went to the repair station to pilot it to follow the ships, Alex and Sam walked back to the door and watched as the ships and station lifted from the landing pads and turned to face the space door.

Alex nodded, then focused on the doors open in the solar system where Atlantis was in the year nineteen ninety-four. They watched as a shield covered the doors as they opened, and when they were fully open, the ships slowly moved out. They watched as the ships entered the orbit of Lanteia.

"Alright, they have ten years to fix up the city," Alex told her while the doors closed.

"Let's go get something to eat, then go pick up O'Neill and Carter," Sam said, then turned to enter the house to get lunch.

After eating a lunch consisting of a Japanese-style meal Alex went to the door and focused on the outpost on Earth, then he had time outside the house to speed up until he saw the Stargate open up and throw O'Neill then Carter out where both were slammed against the ice walls knocking both out, he then turned to Sam and Kira who was watching as well.

"Alright let's get this done, Kira you grab Carter I'll get O'Neill, Sam you get that woman out of the ice, we'll put them in medical for now, Sam you'll need to order the medical room to quarantine the woman," he ordered then sped through the door, picking up O'Neill and through the house until he was in the medical room and lay the man on one of the biobeds before it could begin to scan and heal him Alex took away all of his weapons.

He looked up to find Kira doing the same with Carter, "Okay, now let's go see what we can do about the outpost; it will probably need a Patentia. From what I remember, the one down there is down to less than two percent of its full charge."

Kira nodded as she was taking the guns and explosives from Carter, "What are we going to do with the weapons and stuff?" she asked as she took a knife from Carter's boot.

Alex shrugged, "We'll put them in the shop for now, Sam put up some shields to keep Karen from playing with the weapons we are working on, that'll keep them safe for now. " he told her as he took a grenade from a pocket on O'Neill's leg then scanned him to see if he missed anything.

Finished taking the weapons and other things he carried them to a table where he had been working on a project for a drone that would be able to function in a vacuum, Kira put Carter's stuff with the things he took from O'Neill, as they stepped away from them the beds began to heal the two airforce officers.

Sam came through with the woman in a bubble shield, she only took a few minutes to get the woman on a bed and under a quarantine shield.

"It's going to take a few hours for her to be healthy and ready to either go to Atlantis or the Nox." she said as she joined them, " O'Neill and Carter should be up in an hour, they weren't in all that bad of shape, but the DhD here is completely broken, it never would have even caused the ring of cartouches to spin for a dial out," she finished explaining.

"We'll see what she wants, for O'Neill and Carter they can wait until we get her taken care of, I think taking her to Atlantis would be better for her, the Nox are too peaceful for her to stay with them for long, we could go to the Asgard and tell them that a Keron disruption wave should help with the replicators as well as let them know that there is a small population of Alterans in the Pegasus galaxy, along with a group of their people there experimenting on a few of the human populations to help with the cloning process."

"Are you going to help them?"

"Yeah, most likely, I never understood the reason for them to blow up their Sun and then give the people of Earth a copy of their tech; even after they got it, the scientists took too long to understand it before they were nearly destroyed by the Ori. "

"Alright, let's move the door to the Ida Galax; we can take Athena out and get their attention; we could even put the Vulcan people there as well; it would be safer for them than the Milky Way or Pegasus galaxy."

Alex nodded, "We'll see about that after we get those two back to Earth, I'm still not sure if or what technology we'll be sharing with them but first we're going to replace the Patentia in the outpost, why don't you see about building a Keron disruption device, " he told them then went to the pad that held a few Patentia and took one.

Sam nodded, then went to her workbench to begin sifting through the knowledge she had on the construction drones that have become the replicators and the Keron disruption device that was built to destroy the Asuran nanites but was not used in favor of bombarding the planet from orbit.

Alex and Kira returned to the main floor of the house to find Karen watching a movie about a little square robot that was crushing trash into cubes and stacking them into towers.

Alex smiled as he had expected to find Karen playing in the ice cavern, he stepped behind the couch she was sitting on and bent to kiss her head then went to the door and moved it to the Patentia room in the outpost, opening it he stepped through to find the Patentia was barely glowing, stepping to the socket he pulled the Patentia out then inserted the full one, going to the control panel he set the outpost to remain in standby mode other than the repair drones that would clear out the ice.

Returning to the house, he sat to watch the rest of the movie, "Maybe we should go there and get a scan of that little white robot; something like that could be useful as a scout through the Stargates." he said while the credits were rolling on the TV.

"Can you make me one?" Karen asked while leaning against him and looking up with her puppy eyes at full blast.

Alex nodded, "We'll see about that later; we've got a bit of work to do here, " he told her, trying to look away from those eyes.

Kira hid her smile as she watched Karen trying to get him to give her a robot to play with, "We need to get going, Sam said O'Neill and Carter would be healed in an hour or so and the movie was nearly two hours long." she told him as she got up to go put the empty bowl and glass she had used while watching the show.

Alex nodded, then got up, "Alright, let's get going; you two go to Athena and tell her we'll be moving out soon."

The three then went to the shop to find Sam tinkering with a device that was about the size of a small car, "What you have there?" Alex asked as they joined her.

Sam looked up with a smile, "A Keron disruption wave emitter combined with a DhD override that will dial the entire network, it will use the wormhole itself to disperse the wave, if there are enough Stargates in this galaxy it should cover the entire galaxy." she told him as she gently closed the panel she was looking into.

"Nice, I thought you were just going to make a ship-mounted emitter."

"Yeah, I started with one but remembered how they adapted to most ways to fight them until they used that thing on Dakara and the gates to shut them down; with this, we can wipe them out."

"Okay, that sounds good; let's load it on Athena, then look in on O'Neill and Carter; they should be ready to wake up." then he grinned, "Ohh yeah, I had a thought; how about we swap their clothing with that armor we picked up from old man Wayne?" he asked.

Sam looked thoughtful for a few seconds then nodded, "What about the bio-suit?"

"Maybe later, once we can fully trust the Earth, I am going to bio-lock the suits to them and possibly give some to Daniel and Teal'c. Oh yeah, Janet as well. I remember her getting killed by a staff blast, and that didn't sit well with me." he answered then looked to Kira who had Karen in her arms, "Okay you two go ahead and get Athena ready, tell her we'll need a medical room for our guest, well bring them in a bit."

Kira nodded while Karen cheered and then walked to the door to the spaceport, Alex and Sam walked to the medical room to find O'Neill and Carter were still asleep, and the quarantine shield had been dropped but Cyla Urbanus was still out as well as the biobed was still working on her, the damage from the ice must have been worse than the show made it seem.

Alex approached O'Neill and lay a hand on his arm, focusing on the bat suit from the beyond reality he removed the bat symbol from the chest, he started to remove the pointed ears but realized that they were part of the communications and radar of the suit, he then changed the throwing weapons to remove the bat theme, when he was satisfied with the changes he made he focused on creating the suit around O'Neill under his fatigues, once finished he stored the fatigues in his hammerspace and nodded seeing the suit, the cowl was down for now, Sam had done the same for Carter.

"Let's get them to the ship, then we'll head out to find the Asgard," he said as he dropped O'Neill's fatigues in a basket near the bed.

"Okay, " she said before picking up Carter and speeding off with her only to return to check on Cyla.

Alex laughed, then picked up O'Neill and ran out of the room to Athena to find the loading ramp was down; he sped around to find the room where Athena had made a medical room.

He then walked at a normal speed to the bridge to find Kira and Karen at the stations they used before, "You don't need to man these stations, I just wanted to make sure they worked in case Athena needs to release control over them for some reason."

"I like to watch the lights," Karen chirped from her seat.

"We'll need to get used to coming to these stations for the times where, as you said, Athena may have to give us control, " Kira said as she was looking at the readings on the ship shields and life support systems.

Alex nodded, then turned to Sam, who came to the bridge, "We set?" he asked.

Sam nodded as she took her place at the navigation terminal, "Yeah I have Cyla Urbanus in another room so we can monitor her instead of having to go back to the house," she told them as she sat.

"Alright, let's go, " he said, then sat, then focusing on the doors he ordered them to open just outside the Othala star system.

When the doors opened enough for Athena to pass through the ship lifted off and flew through, "Once we are through, stop and wait for the Asgard to come to us, " he said as they neared the doors.

'Yes, captain.' Athena said through the speaker she had formed above the captain's chair.

Once the ship was through the doors they closed, Sam was looking over the navigation terminal reading its scans of the local solar system, "Hyperdrive window opening a thousand km directly ahead of us." she called out.

"Ohh, pretty purple and blue light growing out there, Daddy. " Karen chirped as they watched the window form. Then a Bilisknier class ship shot out of the window and came to a complete stop.

'They are scanning me; that doesn't feel right. It's like I am being seen naked,' Athena said with a shiver in her voice.

"Haile the ship," Alex called out to Kira.

"Opening a channel, alright they've accepted, " Kira announced.

"To the ship scanning us, please stop. Your scans are disturbing our ship's systems, " Alex called out through the communication system in his chair.

Almost immediately, the scans stopped, 'Thank you, captain. I did not like that feeling.' Athena happily said while sounding relieved.

Alex nodded then looked at the view screen, "Thank you."

In front of his seat a flash of light appeared for a second before it faded to reveal a short grey figure sitting in a chair, "Greetings I am Thor, commander of the Asgard fleet, why have you come to our home system?" the grey alien introduced himself and asked why they were here.

"Greetings, Thor, I am Alex, captain of this ship; we've come here to offer aid in your fight with the replicators."

Thor blinked a few times, "What aid do you offer and what would you require in recompense?"

Alex gestured for Sam to answer, "We have a Keron disruption device that should disable the replicators; we hope that this will stop their spreading destruction here to allow your people to focus on the protected planets of the Milky Way galaxy. " she told the small grey alien.

"Truly?" he asked after blinking rapidly, "We have assumed a Keron wave would be useful against the replicators but we are unable to distribute it effectively to stop them before adjusting to make such a weapon ineffective ."

"Yes, how many Astra portas do you have in this galaxy?"

"Currently, we have an Astria porta in every star system. The replicators have ignored them; we assume that they recognize them as a way to spread and consume more."

Sam nodded, "We'll need an Astria porta. The device we have will connect to all of the Astria porta and then use the wormhole itself to disperse the wave even from the subspace corridor they opened for travel; this should cover most, if not all, of the Galaxy to stop them."

Again Thor blinked this time it was slow, "We do not have a way to open the entire network, we've only been using the system left to us by the Alterans."

Alex spoke up here, "We are known to a small group of Alteran people who are now living in a galaxy on the other side of the Milky Way galaxy from this one, they are few ten thousand all together in two ships."

"Truly this is wonderful information, we had thought the Alteran people lost to the universe."

Alex nodded "They almost were after they fled the plague they built anew in that galaxy but a new race grew to challenge them, it is a parasite race that will drain the life from their victims, right now all they can do is make repairs to the city-ship Atlantis and prepare for a war if the Wraith as they are known in the galaxy wake up from a hibernation cycle and find them."

"You should also know that we have detected similar signals to what we are now reading from your ship and planet in that galaxy," Sam added as she was looking at her terminal and then back to Thor.

"We shall investigate that at a later time, we have no known outpost beyond this galaxy, please follow my ship to Othala, the council will wish to speak with you, " Thor said then disappeared in a flash of light his ship turned to face the way it came from and opened a new window to hyperspace and shot into it.

Alex nodded to Sam, "Take us to Othala; Kira, make sure all weapons are powered down; Karen, come give me a hug."

"Heading set we'll be there in three minutes, " Sam answered while smiling at Karen.

"Weapons are offline but ready to be powered up if we need, " Kira said while shaking her head at his order for a hug from Karen.

"Yes, Daddy, " Karen chirped as she leaped from her seat and ran to his open arms.

Alex hugged her and then sat her in his lap so she could watch as they entered the hyperspace corridor, "I like the wormhole tunnel better; it has lots more colors. " Karen pouted as she watched the purple and blue lights speed past the view screen.

Soon, they were in orbit of Othala, "Open a channel to Thor's ship and request a landing place while we have teleporters. I'm not going to leave Athena up here with O'Neill and Carter on board, " Alex told Sam.

Sam nodded, then made the request, "Alright, we've got a place to land, taking us down, " she announced, then entered the coordinates given by Thor.

Once through the uper atmosphere the city scape below came into view, the towers and other buildings were organized in a very logical manner not too dissimilar from that of the Vulcan city they had seen before. " Do you think they will be upset if we bring the Vulcans here, to this galaxy?" Sam asked while watching the city moving below.

Alex shrugged, "We'll find out later, we need to take off the replicators first," he answered while pointing out a few buildings for Karen to look at.

They landed near several of the large Bilisknier class ships and two smaller ships that were in their construction docks, "Thor will be waiting for us on the ground to take us to the council." Sam after her console beeped to indicate that the landing process was complete and the ramp was open to use.

"Alright, let's not keep them waiting, but bring out the emitter before we leave; we don't want to confuse them; right now, maybe later we can show them some of our powers," Alex said, standing and moving Karen to his hip.

Kira and Sam stood as well, "What about O'Neill and Carter?" Kira asked.

"It'll be fine if they wake up. I'm guessing the Asgard will want to look around. Athena, one of them can bring them to us if we are still in the meeting with the council. " he said while Sam took the emitter out of her hammerspace along with a hover cart.

They walked through the ship and then down the ramp; at the bottom, they found Thor in his command chair while several other Asgard were walking by, speaking to each other in their rapid humming-like language.

"You told me my scans did not work well with the systems of your ship. Did they damage anything?" Thor asked as they approached him.

Alex shook his head, "No, Athena is a living ship; your scans made her feel uncomfortable." he answered while waving over his shoulder to the ship.

Thor blinked a few times then spoke, "A living ship? We have only found one race that uses living ships, but their ships do not resemble your ship."

Alex nodded, "The Nox, they grow their ships like coral and that takes sometimes a few hundred years depending on the type of ship they are growing, Athena is not that old just a week, and I'm not sure if they can speak to their ships but Athenas type of ship can and does speak with the crew." he told the diminutive alien.

"Would it trouble you to allow a scientist to study your ship and see if we can find a scanning frequency that does not cause discomfort?"

"No that's fine just warn them that we have three people in our medical room, two humans from Earth, we were studying and repairing the Alteran outpost on their planet when they came flying out of the Stargate there nearly died from hitting the ice walls around the gate, and one Alteran woman we found in the ice sheet, from our scans she had been in the ice for nearly five million years."

Again Thor blinked this time very rapidly, "Truly? An Alteran survived that many years outside a stasis pod, we were not aware that that was possible."

"Yes, we were shocked to find her still alive; we've found that she has the Alteran healing ability, so that may have kept her alive even in the ice, " Alex said while watching another Asgard approach.

"Greetings, I am Hermiod; Thor has indicated that your ship is a living ship, and our scans are disturbing to it; I have been assigned to find a scanning method that does not cause discomfort," the new Asgard introduced itself and then told them what it was there.

Alex nodded, then explained about Athena being able to speak to people as well as the three in medical, "If they wake, could you have someone guide them to the meeting room for the council if we are still in the meeting?"

Hermiod nodded, then turned to the ship, "May I proceed with the process?" it asked.

Alex nodded. "Sure, just remember that while she is a ship, she is still young, and at times, she may not be able to understand your question," he told the Asgard, who nodded, then walked up the ramp and spoke before it disappeared into the ship.

"Hermiod is our finest biologist, I fear she may wish to remain aboard your ship to study its systems," Thor said before moving a stone on his chair, they were then surrounded by a bright light that faded away to reveal that they had been moved to a large room where a dozen Asgard were sitting in command chairs looking down at them.

"Greetings, we are the Asgard council, Thor has informed us that you believe that you have a method to stop the replicators," one of the Asgard said while looking at the device beside Sam.

Alex nodded and then explained how the device would work; it took nearly an hour to explain their plans for the device.

Back on Athena, Hermiod was using her handheld scanner on a section of the inner hull, "Does this new setting cause you any discomfort?" she asked while scanning the section.

'It still feels like I am being tickled but it doesn't feel like I am being stripped naked.' Athena answered while trying not to laugh.

"This is the lowest setting we can use on our scanning tools; if this feels like being tickled here in this section, if we were to scan you using a ship's scanning process, it would cover your hull and possibly some of your systems," Hermiod said while noting the frequency as the best way to scan this wonderful ship for now.

'Please follow the yellow light I will lead you to a noncritical system that you can scan to test out and if it is damaged it will not interfere with our travels,' Athena happily said causing a line of yellow lights to grow out of the wall to lead Hermiod to a room next to the medical room that held the tertiary life support systems.

As Hermiod was doing her scans on the systems, O'Neill and Carter were waking up; O'Neill sat up suddenly, and looking around, he found Carter sitting up as well. He also saw Cyla on another bed, but she was still unconscious.

"Sir, I can't find my weapons; for that matter, even our clothes are different," Carter told him as she was patting herself down.

"Yeah I noticed that looks like we are in an infirmary these may be the medical gowns of the people that picked us up, I remember hitting something very hard then it went black, " O'Neill told her as he got off the bed, "Woah," he exclaimed after not feeling the familiar pains in his knees and back, even his sight seemed to be better.

"Sir?" Carter asked still sitting on the bed and looking down at the garments covering her, she looked up to find O'Neill bouncing on his toes, "Woah, is right Sir you look almost a decade younger," she told him after seeing that he did look younger, his hair was no longer streaked with gray hair.

O'Neill stopped bouncing on his toes and then looked around for a reflective surface to see what she meant; he didn't notice Carter's eyes following his movements nor her gasping.

Carter quickly looked down to hide her blush at her commander, who now looked incredibly fit; she knew he was fit. One had to be working for the SGC, but in the clothing they were wearing, his figure stood out in the nearly skin-tight outfit.

This was when she noticed that she looked different as well; her breasts were larger, but not by much, but being hers, she could feel that they were at least a cup size larger; her abs also felt firmer, as did the rest of her muscle groups.

Once he was done inspecting the changes, he turned to the still-unconscious woman, as he neared a voice spoke from somewhere overhead, 'Please do not disturb her she is recovering from long-term stasis,'

Startling, he looked for the voice but found nobody else in the room, "Who's there?" he called out as Carter got off the bed, drawing his attention to her where he had to look away lest he see her as more than his subordinate.

'I'm Athena, please follow the yellow light, ' Athena said through the speaker in the ceiling, causing a line of yellow lights to light up on the wall to lead them to Hermiod.

"Our weapons and other gear?" he asked looking around for their stuff.

'Your clothing is in the trash receptacle beside the beds you were on, as for your weapons I do not know they weren't brought in with you,'

Both looked at the trash cans, pulled out the fatigues, and frowned; both sets were torn up and unwearable, "What happened to us?"

'You were thrown out of the Astria porta, my captain was investigating, and struck a glacial wall. The beds recorded that both of you had broken bones, punctured lungs, and other organs., you sir also had several fragments of your skull in your brain.'

Both were shocked to hear that they were so close to death, "What's up with the changes?" O'Neill asked.

'Our medical systems are programmed to keep the patients in their prime,' Athena told them as they followed the lights to find a Roswell gray running a device over in the room the lights led them to.

Carter stopped in her tracks as she spotted the alien that turned to look at them before returning to the display on the device in its hand.

O'Neill, on the other hand, was looking for something he could use as a weapon, 'No way in hell are we getting probed.' he thought but he couldn't find anything to use to defend themselves.

"Greetings, I am Hermiod; allow me to be the first to welcome you to Othala. I shall be finishing my scans momentarily, and then I shall take you to meet with the captain of this vessel." Hermiod introduced herself.

"You're not going to probe us, are you?" O'Neill asked, trying for humor.

Carter looked to O'Neill like he lost his mind.

"Probe? I do not believe that will be necessary. Athena do these humans require such a procedure?"

'No, they do not, I believe he is trying to be funny if my records are accurate some forty or fifty earth years ago a ship belonging to your people crashed on their planet, and it sparked a conspiracy that the Asgard were abducting the humans of the planet and experimenting on them,' Athena answered.

"How odd we had no ships in that solar system in over a century; it is possible that it was an escape pod from a destroyed surveying ship to ensure the Goa'uld do not violate the protected planets treaty," Hermiod said as she finished her scanning.

''Hermiod, our guests are going to the Astria Porta, they are going to attempt to deploy their device to destroy the replicators,' a new voice spoke from the crystal from the back of Hermiod's hand.

"Very well, I have finished my scans here on Athena I am now uploading the changes to our scanners to ensure we do not harm her systems in the future," Hermiod spoke into her crystal.

"This is not your ship?" Carter asked.

"No, this ship belongs to someone new to our people. We accidentally damaged some of the systems of the ship, but it is a living ship, so the systems are self-repairing; they have allowed me to scan the ship to ensure it does not happen again."

Carter looked around the ship, "Living ship?" she then ran her gloved hand over the walls, " I wonder how they did this; we have speculated that this could be possible, but to do this is centuries beyond anything we could do."

'Please do not grope me like that,' Athen called out, causing Carter to jerk her hand from the wall.

O'Neill, who was looking at some of the technology, jumped back, "You're the ship, not someone sitting in a chair somewhere?"

'Yes, I am the ship, so please don't go touching things; I can see and feel almost everything that happens inside me,' Athena told them.

Hermiod spoke up here, "I find this ship very intriguing, even with our studies in biological engineering we have never considered building ships such as this one, alas even with her allowing me to study her Athena is beyond our understanding, I wish to study this more but now I must escort you to the Astria Porta." she told the two humans.

Saying that she walked out of the room, then led them to the ramp off of the ship, then through the city, O'Neill had to keep a firm hand on Carter's shoulder to keep her moving, it took them about five minutes to get to the Astria Porta, when they got there they found several more Asgard along with two human looking people working on a device.
