It had been 6 years, 6 years since I had seen the underland, had seen Ripred, had seen Mareth, had seen Howard, had seen Dulcet and most importantly had seen Luxa. "Gregor time for school" his mom called " be there in a minute"said Gregor he was in his senior year of high school 1 week left till he graduated. "Come on Gregor hurry up in there" said his sister Lizzie. "Fine" said Gregor and he opened the door to the bathroom and went out the front door "bye Gregor, have a great day" said his parents. It was getting hotter outside since spring and now creeping closer to summer. He still wouldn't wear shorts or short sleeves with all his scars from giant squid attacks to living vines and the Bane. He walked with both his sisters to school Lizzie who was 14 now and Margeret who was 9 now."Bye" said Lizzie "Bye" said Gregor they had already dropped Margaret off a block earlier. By the time Gregor made it to school he was already late to his first class. " Dude you're late again not that it matters it's the last week of school but that's gotta be the 4th time you're late to a class this week" said Gregors friend Larry " shut up Larry' said his other friend Angelina. " I was just joking around," said Larry. " echeem" said their teacher Mr larry and mrs angelina if you talk out of line again in my class i will have to give all 3 of you a detention. " Yes sir," the 3 of them said. By the end of the day Gregor was so tired he almost forgot to pick up Lizzie and walk her and Margaret who used to be called boots home. When he got home he was tired but he made his way down to the laundry room. He was lucky he was able to sneak past his mom. And he sat with his back against the grate to the Underland. His parents had decided not to move to Virginia with his dad still sick and his grandma who had died 2 years ago also Gregor didn't know if he could move; he could never go back down to the underland but still felt a connection to it after all these years. Then he heard a rustling and realized the grate was moving violently even after being bolted and taped shut. And then he heard a purr like a bat purr " Welcome overlander I have finally caught you at the right time.
Chapter 2
"What the " said gregor startled " sorry to startle you" the bat purred " why are you here" said gregor " to bring you back' said the bat " I don't know who you are but i know i'm not going back down there' he spitted the last part with disgust. "Really" said the bat " You are more stubborn than i expected oh well i'll just have to take you be force" said the bat " what do you mean by for-" before he could finish he felt a claw hook on to his shirt pull him down and flip him up and on the the bats back. " Take me back now!" said gregor " Sorry i can't do that" purred the bat. He soared at top speed through the darkness. Gregor used his echolocation to take notice where he was he never got rusty his sister Lizzie made him practice 2 hours a day. When he saw the light from the city of Regalia he felt a little more comforted than in the dark but not much. With an abrupt landing he fell off the bat's back and onto the ground air knocked out of him. " Hahahaha' guffawed Ripred " Nice to know your here' Ripred said in between laughs " Nice to see you Gregor" said Mareth " greetings welcome back overlander" said Vikus " Tell me what the zebras pancakes is going on now or else" said gregor " Feisty are you now" said Ripred " shut it Ripred" " Definitely feisty" " You were brought here for a reason we believe that there is another prophecy." " IF YOU THINK I AM GONNA FIGHT LIKE A PUPPET FOR YOU AGAIN IN ANOTHER ONE OF YOUR STUPID PROPHECIES THAN THINK AGAIN!" yelled gregor " I'm done fighting and killing I killed the warrior" said gregor " Calm down warrior we are not certain if it involves you but lately these past few years there has been peace but with this new prophecy we do not know." " AGAIN WITH THE NAME, WARRIOR I KILLED THE WARRIOR 6 YEARS AGO." yelled gregor " I am sorry for calling you the warrior, Gregor but this prophecy does not only concern you and us or the rats and all the others, not even only the underland but both the underland and the overland." " What no" said Gregor sadly, "Yes" said VIkus but if you will follow me then I will show you to your room. " Fine but only 1 night" " 1 night is all we need" said Vikus. But just then Gregor heard a laugh a higher pitched one definitely female but he couldn't tell who it was when there she was, Luxa barging through the front doors of the palace and said " what's with all the ruckus I'm trying to have dinner with leon and what is this overlander doing here." " You don't recognize your own boyfriend Luxa," said Ripred. "What boyfriend Ripred i haven't spoken to an overlander since you know who" " This is, you know who Luxa, this is Gregor." She just stood there with shock on her face then disgust then hatred as she looked at him and I said "Hey Luxa" just then she walked up towards me stared at me for a second then punched me in the face hard and then the lights went out. When I woke up it had clearly only been a few minutes because they were still outside the palace and Luxa was still yelling at them. When she saw gregor had woken up she went for another strike before a man gregor had never seen before stopped her and told her to calm down he looked at her in a way gregor didn't like and she looked at him even more tenderly ,they really had that deep of feelings for eachother. Probably Leon was the man but he was nice enough he helped me up and said he was sorry for her behavior. He probably had no idea who I was but I knew exactly who he was her fiance I could tell by the way they looked at eachother she had forgot about me I couldn't really blame her I mean I kinda could but it had been 6 years and she had to find a king but then I remembered the photo in my pocket and felt hurt more hurt than I'd ever felt more hurt than when i got clawed by the bane more hurt than when the vines attacked me more hurt than when the giant squids attacked. " Who is he?" Leon asked Luxa "It doesn't matter what does matter right now is getting him back up there to the overland." " We cannot do that, Queen Luxa, we might need him for the prophecy." said Vikus " I don't care about a stupid prophecy, I want him gone from my kingdom" " We cannot do that he shall stay here till we have cracked this prophecy." " Wait you said only 1 night" said Gregor " Nevermind that" said Ripred " We need you fighting and helping solve the prophecy" I WILL NO-" then Ripred interrupted me " Will not fight like a puppet in another prophecy blah blah blah we don't need all that ruckus we need the Warrior" said Ripred " I killed the warrior' I said " then revive him NOW' said Ripred " I don't have to take orders from you or anyone else" " Actually" said Ripred " you are in Regalia so you take orders from Queen Luxa now until you leave." " Well then with the way Queen Luxa was acting leaving shouldnt take me long" I said " she will not because me, vikus and every one of her advisers will say you need to say and if she still says no then we can just use that against her to say she is a unfit queen so she has to say yes" " Well fine if i have to stay then i have to say but" Ripred interrupted me once again" No buts you will do what we say how we say and when we say or we will throw you out to the firelands." " Fine," I said " but let me sleep" " good well then goodnight Gregor you start training tomorrow' said Vikus then the curtains closed. It took me a long time to go to sleep. All I could think about was how i was so close to Luxa yet, so far this visit was nothing like I had imagined it. After hours of thinking I finally drifted asleep.
Chapter 3
It was early morning when someone barged in my room " wakey wakey its time for death , blood and fighting" said the man i looked at him confused but also worried he burst out laughing and said " I was joking can't you take a joke." he said ' who are you?" I asked. " I am your master General Bouxdreaux but you can call me General Jude." he said in a loud voice " You're gonna wake everyone up with you bellowing and you're my trainer". He burst out laughing again " hahah this kid and its master to you" just then I realized he wasn't normal or underland normal instead of pale skin and violet eyes he was white skinned blue eyes dark brown shaggy hair and a handsome man he didn't look much older than me maybe 19 maybe 20 years old. Then Vikus barged in saying " what's with all this ruckus" then he saw General Jude and said " ahh General Jude its you i see you're waking up Gregor early for training. "Yes, exactly," Said the General, " now you have got 5 minutes to get ready and be at the arena for training'. " Okay, "I said, raising an eyebrow at Vikus, he just nodded yes. 5 mins later I was at the arena and saw General Jude talking to Mareth probably about my training like I would ever use it. I promised myself I would never fight again and I am planning to keep my promise. Just then General Jude turned around and said " good your here now let's start training" just then in a move faster than lightning he pulled out his sword and charged toward me i grabbed the sword nearest to me but his was real metal and mine was just a wood training sword i thought he was coming right at me but then i realized he veered to the side and in a flash he was behind me his sword to my neck to where the entire sword was in front of me. I thought no wonder he is a general, he is fast. Then in another flash he was in front of me charging this time straight at me. I barely blocked it with the training sword. Clunk! Clank! Over and over again our swords collided. I was sweating heavily by now and some sweat went in my eyes, it stung bad. Just then he stopped attacking me to say " your slow very slow" then started attacking me again. His real sword was starting to cut through mine and I could tell he was going easy on me. Then it split Snap! But General Jude continued to attack me. I could barely dodge then he sliced my thigh, then my shoulder and I realized this wasn't training. Then my rager kicked in. It had been six years since it happened all the sudden I was incredibly fast then Mareth tossed me a real sword and the general smiled. I realized just then that he wanted to test me, not kill me. But I was ready and blocked all his attacks and even attacked him a little but he was still going easy on me I could tell. Apparently he was tired of playing with me so in a flash I was disarmed and on the ground with a sword to my neck. " ahaha your rager is weak but stronger than I expected" he said " at least im a rager" and at that he shut up and stared at me deep in the eyes the he laughed again " at least i'm a rager YOU SON ARE OBLIVOUS IF ANYONE IS A RAEGER IT'S ME I'M A BLACK RAGER A BLACK RAGER YOU PROBABLY DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS WELL IT MEANS I'M THE STRONGEST TYPE OF RAGER!" i was incredibly startled by his outburst then he started laughing. This man laughs a lot " the look on your face" then he started laughing again. I was pretty confused by now and was starting to wonder if he is bipolar i raised an eyebrow at Mareth and he just nodded just then Queen Luxa walked in as beautiful as ever i caught myself staring and not wanting to look away but i had to she went to the opposite of the arena as me picked up a sword and started sparring just then General Jude walked up to me and whispered in my ear" you fancy the queen well then your 2 weeks too late she is engaged to leon and their wedding is next week" i clenched my fists " but you might have a chance to convince her to forgive you but i doubt it" " and how do you know all this" i said " well first im her leading general i am around her all the time also i am her step brother about 4 years ago when i dropped down i was only about 16 years old i had no family i was in the system nonone wanted to accept me because of all my scars and they thought i was a trouble maker i mean i did arrive down here with 2 bottles of beer and 3 cigarettes but the royal family took me in and i trained Queen luxa myself that definitely convince them to take me in" wow he is probably as close to her as hazard is i thought. Just then Mareth called out to everyone saying it is time for sparring. I got paired with a 19 year old boy named Octavius. He was strong and tall with long blond hair and brown eyes. He was an okay fighter but not the best. He still beat me without my rager since I was unfit and unpracticed. Then it was time for flier practice. There was a gold and silver colored bat that was large and muscular that I was assigned to, his name was Atlas and he was the son of Queen Athena. THen he went rushing into the air he was fast faster than Ares even, Mareth yelled out " BATS TRY TO KNOCK YOUR RIDERS OFF RIDERS STAY ON AS BEST YOU CAN THIS IS TESTING YOUR BALANCING ABILITY" Just then Atlas started spinning and then whoopdedooping and turning left then right then up then left then up again then straight down we nearly hit the ground when he went up in a flash i had fallen off by then and was about to hit the ground when a bat picked me up it all happened too fast for me to see who picked me up but i knew we were zipping around in the air left and right down and up. It took me a while to realise it was a gold bat, and the only gold bat I knew of was Aurora that meant Luxa so Luxa had saved me she probably wasn't happy she had to be so close to me. We set down not long after I realised that I was on Aurora and it probably took that long for Mareth to realise Atlas had dropped me and didn't pick me back up. The second we grounded Luxa jumped off and I did the same then Mareth all called us to continue our previous training probably didn't want Atlas to leave me dead a second time. By then Mareth was walking over to me once he got to me he said " sorry about that Atlas blames you for Ares death but its not your fault you should know that. So from now on you will be riding with Cornelius" just then I saw a big brown bat flying over to me and purred " greetings Overlander". " Greetings Cornelius," I said. " Well that was a nice meeting but me and Gregor need to get back to training" said the general " great" I said. " Get in a fighting stance Gregor" said the general. I got in a fighting stance " sloppy straighten your back" I straightened my back " still horrible stand straighter broad your shoulders widen your legs more lift up your head and please put one leg in front of the others not side by side". I did everything he asked with gritted teeth. " Good, now slice your sword" I did " " sigh" stop slicing all wonky slice straight and true slice your killing the bane slice like your freeing yourself from vines slice like they're attacking Luxa" That last part got me fired up I sliced and sliced and sliced he told me to slice in different directions I did he critiqued me I fixed and made it better every time till he had nothing to critique me about. It was about dinner time when he said it was time to stop. " You have done good enough for today, now go eat before I find something else to critique you on" I gritted my teeth, always telling me what to do, always coming up with something I can do better. After dinner I went straight to my room. There wasn't much to do. I was basically a prisoner and i didnt even know what the prophecy was. I felt they were hiding something from what I don't know I have to find was midnight, I could tell because I still had my watch on me. I quietly tiptoed through the halls I didn't know my way around the palace it had been It had been so many years since I had been here but eventually I found the prophecy room and searched I found all the prophecies before and other smaller prophecies that had already happened or weren't important I looked through all the prophecies 2 times I scoured the room for prophecies but found no more. It was then and there I realised there was no prophecy.
Chapter 4
It was 7 am and the general had not come to me for training. I wasn't disappointed at that but it was still suspicious. I got out of bed and walked through the palace till I found a bat that would take me to the arena. The cold air and flying through it fast woke me from my sleep. Once we got to the arena the general was waiting for me once we landed he walked straight up to me and said " They have their reasons" I knew what he meant he had saw me in the prophecy room knew I knew there wasn't a prophecy and told me they have their reasons for bringing me down here if not for a prophecy. I also knew that news of this meant I was leaving as soon as possible. I trained again but this time I was actually attacking him. At about lunch Mareth called for us to stop " you have been training hard Gregor why don't we eat lunch" we went to a place in the palace for leading advisors and generals to eat not as grand as where the queen eats but still grand. General Jude was there, Lizzie was invited to eat lunch with the queen where Ripred eats. I started to wonder what General Jude meant when he said he was a black rager. I would ask Ripred after lunch. After lunch I saw ripred and asked him what the general meant when he said I'm a black rager. " well since you were last here a lot has happened first there are other ragers then us also there are different levels of rager 1st white rager the weakest then the red rager then the black rager" said ripred" which is the most powerful rager right" I said " not exactly there might be a rager more powerful than the black rager the death rager but there has never been a death rager" " can i find out what rager i am" " I dont see why not follow me also general Jude is half death rager". He took me to a room wiht around 6 people, rats and fliers. " These are the other ragers red and white ragers, the only black rager and half death rager is general jude" he was in the corner of the room leaning against the wall, arms crossed. " we find out what type of rager you are by feeling the connection between ragers who ever feels the strongest connection is what type of rager you are also your eyes should turn the color of what type of rager you are stand in the middle of the room" just then Luxa walked in saw me scowled and went to general jude. I stood in the middle of the room " focus all of your energy into a center point then release it when you feel like you're about to burst." said ripred i did what he asked focused all the energy i could into the center point of my body then after about 3 minutes i released it I felt the room shake then settle. ONe person said " white does not feel it" aye said the other white ragers then a rat said " red does not feel it" then luxa said " purple and gold does not feel it" Then I looked over at the general and saw his eyes widen in surprise ripred looked at him " black does not feel it" said ripred so he must be a black rager " death and black.. Feels it" everyone in the room gasped besides the general and ripred " I knew it I knew it you owe me 3 free hits general 3 free hits and I won't go easy on you" said ripred " you and the general bet on what type of rager I would be?" " yep I betted gold and red" said the general. " Not only am I a killer, I am a-" the general interrupted me before I could finish. " a killer that can destroy armies by himself with the slash of a sword." " and how do you know?" I asked the general " how do you think I became a general?" he said my jaw opened and my eyes widened." How many were killed? " He smirked "75000 total, why do you think i am a death rager?" Then he started laughing evilly, laughing like he enjoys killing 75000 creatures, laughing like I was weak because I don't enjoy killing and at that I ran toward him and punched him, but before that he was behind me and stabbed me with his sword. By then he was laughing hysterically and then everything turned black.
Chapter 5
I was in the hospital. I saw lights and lizzie. I saw Mareth and Ripred. I felt a bad ache in my back right below my shoulder blade. I sat up but everyone told me to lay back down, even Ripred. I asked " why, he is insane" " he is a death rager he naturally enjoys violence also even before he knew he was a rager or even activated it he seemed to prefer the more violent way of combat it's just part of being a death rager" " so it'll happen to me" I said " maybe you might have more control or less" said Ripred " what's with the energy and how can I possibly defeat entire armies I know being a rager makes you strong but not 10000 men strong" I asked " your right, but you have-" said Mareth " magical abilities almost" said Ripred. " But more like you can control raw energy into balls and slashes and maybe even a little bit of controlling objects with a flick of your finger," said the general. I jumped a little and opened my eyes wide in surprise and also a little fear. " don't worry I won't hurt you, I have everything under control and Ripred can stop me" said the general " really" said Ripred raising an eye at the general. " Yes really Ripred" said the general " I know I can definitely defeat you" said Ripred and at that the general laughed. When he laughed it sent a chill down my spine and the part where he stabbed me hurt incredibly bad but then incredibly hot but then incredibly cold. My face went pale and my palms were sweating. There was thumping in my head but then it went back to the hospital room with Ripred, Mareth , Lizzie, and the general. I was drenched in sweat and they could see it. They all had their eyes widened besides Ripred and the general. " Gregor, are you okay" asked Lizzie " yeah I'm fine don't worry" i said she still looked doubtful but left the room. " My sword seems to have a touch so that each time you get stabbed by me, it will only get worse" said the general. " i will get stabbed again" I said bewildered " maybe maybe not it is uncontrollable" said Ripred. " But if you get closer to me it is a lot less likely" said the general " the same thing might happen to you sometimes" " really" i asked the general " really" I felt horrible sometimes I might hurt people that are close to me " don't worry you will get use to it and maybe control it" said the general" " RING!" "RING!" went the bells. " It is time for battle," said Ripred. " great" I said through gritted teeth. " you will be fighting for the first time in 6 years" said Ripred
Chapter 6
Everyone got on their bats. I got on a random bat. I couldn't trust Atlas. " EVERYONE TO YOUR STATIONS TRIPLE PACE" yelled the general. " Gregor you will be on your flier till we say so but don't go till we say so" said Ripred " okay Ripred" I said. Once I arrived at the wall the general said " Gregor go to the right flank division number 2" I had no idea what that meant but the bat I was on did. Once we got where we needed there was a colonel that said " on my signal" and there we waited and waited till we heard a loud boom " attack" yelled the colonel. And the bat dived and dived again I swung my sword my rager taking over. The bat was pretty fast,strong and good at everything virtually. I slashed and slashed again after about 10 minutes the general yelled " RIGHT FLANK DIVISION 2 THROUGH MIDDLE FLANK DIVISION 3 GROUND!" and so we did. I was on the ground and before my rager kicked in I realized we were fighting centipedes, mosquitos,cutters and some rats. The centipedes spit acid, the mosquitos sucked blood out of you very fast and the rats were vicious and cutters snapped at us constantly. Then my rager kicked in. I got acid on my legs and fell to the ground. The acid burnt to where you could see my bone. cutters were coming towards me but Ripred stepped in front of me and smacked them all away. " watch yourself," he said. Then I started hacking pointing towards the head but it was hard with the cutters till I realized something about the scuttlers and the cutters they had antennae. If you cut the antennae they had no sense. " AIM FOR THE ANTENNAE" I yelled. Ripred yelled it too and after a bit everyone was yelling it. Aiming for the antenna it was a lot easier to kill them after except for the blood suckers they came through the air faster than the bats. And they stabbed at you fast with their suckers. I sliced and slashed my leg was burnt my shoulder cut badly and a cut and burn on my back after about 30 minutes of fighting and dodging then all of it over again the army started retreating but we went after them after about 2 miles of pursuing the general yelled " GO BACK TO THE WALL" we all started my rager had dialed off by now. " You fought okay," said general Jude. " Thanks I guess" I said as the general laughed. Once we got back to the palace Ripred said " go clean up you need it". So I made my way to the baths, on my way I saw Luxa. when we walked past each other she glared at me but I caught her forearm which made her stop in her tracks and also glare at me more fiercely " let go of me" she said through gritted teeth " Or I will call the guards" " okay fine but I want to talk" I said " You had 6 years to talk but you didn't" she said " look I just wanted to say thank you for saving me during training" " Your welcome, now let me be" she said " okay I just wanted to say thank you" " well you did now go away"" okay" and at that she walked away staring straight ahead. She is really mad at me but she said something like "you had 6 years to talk but you didn't". Is she mad because I never sent a letter or because I never visited. She should know if I had visited I would have never been able to return. I made a promise to my family I may love her and this place and all its inhabitants but family comes first. And with that I got to the baths after sitting in the baths for a very long time letting the hot water soothe my injuries. I got out and went to find Ripred. I scoured the palace to find him after taking two rights and a left searching every room. Finally I found him in a room with General Jude and Ripred in it. " Hello" General Jude said " Hello" I said a little wary " Don't worry like i've said before it probably won't happen again and I barely pricked you" " He's right I saw it he barely put it in it's rare for someone to black out to that especially a rager" said Ripred. " Alright" I said with a sigh " Well I wanted to talk to you Ripred about my rager" " Let me guess you want me to help me you control your rager and how to improve it" said Ripred " The first part yes the second no" " In order to help control your rager you have to know it's true power" said the general " Fine whatever makes me use it the least amount." I said " Great, follow me," said the general. We walked to the courtyard behind the palace to the very edge then went to the cavern wall. " Now watch this," said the general. He did a beat on the wall then a door opened then there were giant statues" Since we learned there are other ragers and different types of ragers we built a training courtyard.". At the very end of the courtyard there was a statue of someone " Who is that?" I asked " It's my great great great great great great grandfather Admiral Aeolus the greatest rager to ever live and greatest Admiral to ever live." " I hope to have myself built as a statue one day." Said general Jude "Mhhmm" I said distracted by a statue that looked like Luxa but with stronger cheekbones and longer hair. " Is that Queen Luxas mother?" I asked. " Yes, she was a great queen we all miss her" he said " I thought you never knew her" " I never did but I have heard many stories and from what I can tell she was a very good queen and person". " Well I wanted to train so let's train" Alright let's get started." Before he could say anything Queen Luxa walked up. "General Jude Gregor I have something to say, we are being attacked." " Already" general jude said with a raised eyebrow " Everyone found it interesting general, but we need to fight.".
Chapter 7
Everyone was rushing; many injured soldiers were wanting to fight but not allowed to. Someone yelled " ALRIGHT GET IN LINES BASED ON YOUR DIVISION AND FOLLOW ME NOW!" I realized it was colonel Leon. " Get to your division overlander now you get no special treatment"he spat at me " Wasn't looking for some" I said back bitterly he walked up to me and pushed me against the wall " You will respect your superiors!" he said even more angrily and bitterly " HEY! COLONEL LEON GET YOUR HANDS OFF HIM NOW." " Fine!" Leon said. After General Jude left Leon whispered " Next time your general won't be here to save you." He glared then scowled at me. I sighed. I guess he knows who I am now and he was probably just mad at me. I tried to find the bat I rode earlier but I couldn't. "He got injured he cannot fly you will have to ride Atlas" said the general "NEVER! IF IT WAS UP TO HIM HE WOULD LET ME DIE IN A SPLIT SECOND DECISION" I yelled " There will be plenty of great riders to catch you if he lets you fall" " Fine" I said " Good, ATLAAAAAS" he called Atlas flew over. "Yes" he purred " You will be carrying gregor over here" " Great" he said through gritted teeth " I'm not happy with it either" I said I climbed on to his back and while he was flying I said to him" look it's fine if you blame me for your fathers death I do sometimes to, but killing me won't solve anything. I wish it was me every day but It wasn't and both of us have to deal with it." " I know I'm not really mad at you. I'm mad at the bane and just life because I couldn't grow up with a father. I'm sorry "" I forgive you" and at that we were at the battlefield. It was the same army we faced yesterday but more ants than anything else. " GROUND RIGHT DIVISION" yelled General Jude I was in the right division again so I grounded. I started fighting, slashing and slicing my rager kicked in but I was able to control it a little. When pushing forward I ran into a huge group of cutter and some scuttlers in the back one of the centipedes landed a shot on one of my legs and I had to crouch down then on my left side one of the cutters got a bite on my shoulder I realized this was what happened before so instead of letting Ripred save me I did the only thing I could think of spun. I spun on one leg and surprisingly I did not lose balance. I spun and spun and even after the group was finished I continued spinning. Eventually I ran into another sword and grabbed it quickly with two swords. I was twice as efficient. I continued spinning, not even aiming, just slicing. I heard some more yelling but it was muffled. I couldn't understand it. I saw two bats fall and three riders next to them. I saw multiple retreating and then everyone I tried to but I couldn't I just continued spinning then I heard more yelling and I was surrounded by now I barely saw in a blur General Jude and Ripred get on two sides I saw General Jude do a hand sign then a huge blast of blackness went in the ground and they were attacking so was I. Both of them were moving too fast for me to tell what they were doing. THen I saw blacknees surge around us in all areas and the other army started retreating then I saw General Jude in front of me almost immediately he grabbed my wrist and threw me to the ground. The last words I heard was " Sorry, only way to stop you" Then I blacked out. I woke up seeing the hospital lights then General Jude and Ripred " What happened" I asked General Judes head snapped in my direction " Good i have something to ask you, do you remember what happened right before you passed out" " I think so" then everything came rushing back to me " Yeah you did some hand sign and black surged around you and a black blast went in the ground then all three of us continued fighting till the army retreated then you went to me slammed me in the ground in a flash and I passed out" " It wasn't just us three it was all the ragers there the only ones that know well" Ripred said " Well what" I asked RIpred looked to General Jude he nodded " That General Jude has special abilities not magic but well he is the embodiment of yin he has all his powers every 10 billion years there's one when he came down here first he walked in the temple and was chosen by yin" It was a lot to take in " That means he's evil right" I asked" kinda of he has learned how to control it but never completely." " Im also kinda of immortal well I live for ten billion years." I just shook my head okay. It was a lot to take in. Just then some general walked in "its time for our meeting" he said Ripred said " He's coming with us" the man just shook his head yes. We walked through the palace into the war room " I know what to do" General Jude said " SO we attack the scuttlers there the most powerful instead of attacking the head their leader the rat Lord Grounder we should take out the right arm and their right handed their 50 percent less powerful then we send an assination group for each leader in the opposing army with the scuttlers and leaders gone we should be able to take them down easier," " The ants will just have a new queen immediately" said a man in the back " your right Lord apollo that's why we will collapse the tunnels that lead to them so they can't attack us." All in favor say aye" before anyone could say aye someone walked out of the dark and said " Why should we listen to you I think if we take out the head and ally with the scuttlers then we could defeat them easily" and at that the general got angry " YOU WILL FOLLOW MY ORDERS COLONEL LEON BECAUSE I AM YOUR SUPERIOR AND BECAUSE MY STRATEGY IS BETTER YOUR STRATEGY IS BASED ON A POSSIBILITY WE DON'T KNOW IF THE SCUTTLERS WILL ALLY WITH US AND IF THEY DO AND WE TAKE OUT THE HEAD THEY WILL REPLACE THE HEAD IMMEDIATELY IF WE DO WHAT I SAY THERE ARE NO POSSIBILITIES BECAUSE WE WILL FLATTEN THEIR ARMY WHEN THERE ONLY A FEW RATS AND SOME BLOOD SUCKERS LEFT" and at that the war room silenced then everyone said aye. "Good me Luxa, Gregor and Colonel Leon will leave tomorrow morning for king grounder." " It's clearly too dangerous to bring the queen right" said several men. " She's a rager, a great fighter and when I say it it goes." he said " Yes sir" they all said. And with that Queen Luxa walked up to General Jude and punched him in the face. I guess she was mad for having to go on a trip with me oh well I thought and with that walked to bed.
Chapter 8
I woke up with General Jude looking down on me " Finally" he said " 5 Minutes to be ready and down at the river" he said " Okay" I answered. I went to the baths and took a quick bath. After I got my clothes on and packed up everything I knew I would need but when I went to the room with all the stuff from the overland there were no flashlights, no duct tape, no medicine, no nothing. I ran to the boats to tell them but when I got there I saw General Jude smiling and Queen Luxa talking with Colonel Leon. " Don't worry I got it all" the general said thank goodness I thought then I saw Atlas fly in " Hello I am ready" he purred I saw Aurora and another bat that was brownish reddish and big. " Well that's everyone but Poseidon" said General Jude then he whistled with two fingers and a big blue a black bat came up and General Jude jumped on him " Everyone ready" he asked we all said yes " Good let's go" and with that we all got on our bats and started riding. The cool rushing air woke me up and I felt good. I heard General Jude screaming " Whhhhooooooooo" I felt good too. After more days of riding we were in a long and high but thin cavern. Then I heard voices we all did. We looked at each other and nodded as we landed on a cavern. " What's that noise" Leon whispered " It sounds like humans." I said " Impossible said Luxa " "Nothing is Impossible" General Jude said, " I think I hear it. It's definitely hundreds of humans , maybe thousands of them chanting something. I think it's Hungry as fire cold as ice we like kill we hate nice you want to mess with the power of the gods you're definitely dumber than a wad all hail the chaos all hail the chaos" "Whats that mean" Luxa asked before anyone could answer there was a loud voice " THANK YOU THANK YOU TODAY WE GATHER HERE TO MARCH ON REGALIA WITH THE CUTTERS AND SCUTTLERS ARMY WE SHALL BE THE RULERS OF ALL THE UNDERLAND WE SHALL FINALLY AFTER 500 YEARS TAKE REGALIA WE SHALL BE POWERFUL MORE POWERFUL THAN THE GODS WE ARE AN ARMY 20 THOUSAND STRONG WE WILL CRUSH THEM WITH OUR FISTS!" At that he threw down his fist and the cavern rumbled " CHAOS,CHAOS,CHAOS" they all started chanting." We have to get out of here" I said we all got on our bat " Leon go and warn regalia" said the general " But" " THERE ARE NO BUTS GO NOW" " Yes sir said Leon" and he flew off we started flying on our bats as fast as we could but someone saw us and yelled " INTRUDERS INTRUDERS!" everyone started on their bats " GO FOR THAT TUNNEL" yelled Luxa she pointed to a small tunnel in the bottom left of the cavern " OKAY!" me and the general yelled once we were in the tunnel. Queen Luxa stood up on her bat and pulled out her bow with an explosive arrow and shot it at the entrance. The entrance exploded and collapsed. We continued flying for hours until General Jude said " Let's land." " Let's rest" I said and they both agreed to it. I woke to the smell of cooking " shrimp" , said the general when he realized I was awake. " Want some?" he asked. " Sure," he handed me a stone plate with 3 pieces of huge shrimp on it. " Eat up, we have a long journey ahead of us." I ate my bacon and just stared into the darkness until Luxa woke up and ate her bacon. " Now follow me we can walk where we are going next" the general said I raised an eyebrow at Luxa and she just shrugged then seemed to remember she was supposed to be mad at me and glared. We walked through the darkness then we walked to a part with lava flowing through the walls. I nearly walked in some but the general stopped me. Then we got to a part of the cavern where it split like a fork. And on the wall in between the split there was a yin and yang symbol with a sun on the right and moon on the left. " You'll know what to do Gregor right Luxa left I'll stay here" I did what he asked and started walking through the darkness.
General Jude
Once both Luxa and Gregor had left I sat down and started meditating. Focusing all my energy to try to connect to yin. I had completed my job yin had given me I had found the moon and sun they just had to complete the journey themselves. I heard walking then someone said " I'm here" " Hello Quinn" I said " Hello Kai." Quinn said " It's been a long time hasn't it" " Yes it certainly has. Have you found the moon and sun?" Quinn asked " They're on their way" " Good" " Come meditate" so Quinn sat down. I continued to focus all my energy in one point then surrounding myself with it. After doing fifty times I sat up and said " Here I am" I started scooting back a leg and an arm and scooting in front of me a leg and arm I brought it all back to where I had my middle and index finger up on both hands both arms side by side the left one down. And then I separated them both and the cavern shook and rocks started falling. The cavern was gonna collapse but Quinn did the same thing and the cavern was back to normal. Then I moved around the cavern doing different hand signs moving my hands making yin and yang sign the yin sign on my forearm, back shoulder and forehead started glowing then all lights were snuffed including the lava. Then the cavern rumbled and me and Quinn were on the opposite sides of the cavern then the gates rumbled I walked to the middle and so did Quinn I moved back did the yin hand sign " SHADOW MASTER FORM LIGHT DEMIGOD FORM" I started doing the divine dragon hundreds of different of hand signs. When we were done the gates opened and Yin appeared " I see you brought a friend" at that we started attacking Yin blast sent at him rocks sent at him arrows swords whatever we could throw then we nodded and said " YIN YANG MERGE BLAST ORDER OF BALANCE DIVINE DRAGONS" at that a huge blast of light and dark was sent toward Yin not being able to dodge it he would have to put up a shield and he did but it broke through that easily. Yin was blasted to the wall rocks falling on him by now he went in human form but he was still being blasted against the wall and yelled "REVERSE SURGE" everything came back to me and Quinn I summoned my double sided weapon and stuck one side in the ground "BLACK HOLE ABSORPTION WALL" then Quinn yelled "WHITE HOLE VAPORIZE WALL." it all disappeared but forming those gave Yin just enough time to go back to his original form and dash towards me. I sent a blast at him but he just went inside the blast to where he and the blast were coming at me and with that he dashed toward my chest and I absorbed him.
Luxa
I reluctantly did what the general said and walked through the left side of the cavern. I got through the lava part of the cavern and entered a part of the cavern where there was a jungle. I thought this was amazing. It's so beautiful I have to send scouts to scout out the area. I walked and walked, seeing all types of different animals I had never seen before like an animal that looked like a human but was furry and shorter and communicated by screaming " Ooh ah ah". I got to a temple that had a strange object on it that was shaped like a c. I walked to the gate and rubbed my hand on the center. The gate rumbled and I jerked my hand back. It started to open and I stepped back once it was fully opened. I saw it was full of gold and purple bricks. It was beautiful and full of murals and art. I went to the walls and started walking around studying the murals until I heard a soft female voice. " Welcome Queen Luxa" I spun around my dagger out " Mortal weapons won't work here" she said " Really why don't we try it out" I threw it at her and midair it disappeared into silver dust with the same c sign I had been seeing all around the temple. " I already told you mortal weapons won't work now follow me" " Why should I listen to you?" I asked " You just saw what I can do and I can do much more" I thought about what she said and decided to follow her. We went to the very back of the temple and she said " Humanta" . It must have been in a different language. It sounded like gibberish to me a door slid open into a smaller room with a single but huge mural with 4 different symbols one the same c one in this temple another was a circle with straight lines on all around it and one where it was like a c but it was thinner on the bottom and thicker on the top with a hole in it one was black with a white hole and one was white with a black hole. " This is the celestial mural it shows the original 4 deities the sun" she pointed to the circle with lines " the moon" she pointed to the c looking one " And Yin and Yang" she pointed to the c with holes " Yin and yang were the originals the creators of the universe they were forged in the bowels of the first atom that was infinitely hot. They are the most powerful then the sun and moon were forged by Yin and Yang they are the 2nd most powerful. They usually interfere with human affairs more than Yin and Yang. Every ten thousand years there is a new one and it's been ten thousand years you are the new moon embodiment. I see Yin has done His job." It was a lot to take in. I started laughing. Gregor
I walked through the cavern I could see with my echolocation. I walked through a part where it was nothing but lava. It took everything I had not to step in any. I got to a temple with gold and red bricks. It was insanely beautiful with huge gates with the moon and sun symbol. I rubbed my hand over the bricks then on the gate the gate rumbled then opened. Inside there were hundreds of murals and ancient artifacts, weapons, armor, pottery and paintings. I looked at the weapons first the amount of detail put in these blades was amazing with many jewels in each then I looked at the paintings full of battles and portraits when looking at one I heard a voice " Welcome Gregor" I whipped around armed with my sword " Haha no need to worry also that won't do anything" he snapped and the sword disappeared " What" follow me " Wh-" he interrupted me "because you saw what I can do" I decided to follow him he went to the very right of the temple and said something like " Shushina" it was in a different language we walked in a room with one big mural that had a sun moon and Yin and Yang symbols " In the beginning in the first atom of the universe that was infinitely hot Yin and Yang was forged They are the most powerful then the sun and moon were forged by Yin and Yang they are the 2nd most powerful. General Jude
I stood there gasping in insane pain going through my body. " Kai come on Kai get Yin out of you. Your strong enough I know it i've known you for years now you can do it" Quinn started shaking me I couldn't years of training to defeat Yin and he went inside of me never to come out I was mad extremely mad " Get out of here now" I said " Never" " I SAID GET OUT OF HERE NOW" I yelled " You'll get hurt he is taking over me" " No i'm not" I let out a blast being controlled by Yin it went towards the ceiling and rocks started falling Quiin backed away trying to put a shield up but I sent a blast toward him and he fell down Yang appeared. " I have to save him" being able to take back control I said " Do it" so Yang dashed toward Quinn and went inside him like Yin did to me Quinn started shaking violently and light started spewing out of him it wasn't working he was gonna die " STOP IT HE IS GONNA DIE" I yelled " There is nothing I can do once a spirit enters a humans soul there is no escape" Yin said then there was an explosion " NOOOOOOOOO!" I screamed and everything went bright. He was dead. My best friend was dead. I walked over to him " Who should it be?" Yang asked " The sun but wait a little bit wait." and at that I blasted a hole in the ground and put Quinn in it then surrounded him with dirt and rock. And kneeled down I put a Yin sign over his tomb and Yang put a Yang sign over his tomb. Yang's embodiment was dead and now Gregor was next in line for Yang's embodiment.

I gasped and fell back in pain and surprise what was that I thought. " Now you have many new abilities including upgraded agility,speed and strength. You have sort of telekinesis and blasts. Many more moves for you to learn." " What" " Put out your hand then open it focus on an object deeply the imagine that the object is moving then swipe your hand in that direction" " okay" I tried and the object swiped across the temple " Woah I said in amazement " Now with the same object keep you hand open and focus on the object then imagine it getting smaller and smaller then turning into dust then close your fist." I tried it,focusing harder than ever before the object turned to dust. " Now I think it's time you get back to General Jude. I started running and realized I was faster then ever and I could jump higher than ever. It seemed like I was on top of the world then I heard an explosion.
Gregor
I was amazed by what had just happened. " Now swipe your hand while focusing on an object." I did what he said and sent a sword flying " Woah" " Now focus on an object pretend its exploding then crush your hand" I did it and the sword turned to dust " Amazing" " Now you should be faster, stronger and have better agility and many more abilities for you to learn along the way also different forms now we should get back to General Jude." I started running I knew I was running way faster than ever and jumping over lava with ease. Then I heard the cavern rumble and a huge explosion
I got to the main cavern and saw rocks falling and General Jude kneeling over something that looked like a tomb. " What happened?" I asked just then Luxa came in. " He is dead" General Jude answered " Who who's dead?" I asked " Quinn." " Who's Quinn?" " What happened?" Luxa asked " " Are you okay" " Yeah" he stood up " Now let's get going" we all got on our bats " Who was Quinn" I asked " My brother my best friend my counterpart and the embodiment of Yang" I thought about what he said no wonder he was so mad when we got to a particular large cavern we heard a noise " What is that" " Its the people" no " Yes its the people" confirmed Luxa " We need to land now." said the general we landed directly above what seemed like an army. " Why are they all here?" I asked " They probably heard the cavern rumble from when Quinn died and they thought it was us they are probably still chasing after us." one of the soldiers looked up at us and said " There they are" every single one of the soldiers looked at us " We have to get out of here now" I said " We can't they blocked all exits" I sighed " So we have to fight our way out how is that possible there is at least a thousand of them." I said " Come on, 3 ragers 3 embodiments against a thousand soldiers seems fair." the general said " And don't forget three bats" purred Atlas " Well there is only one thing to do fight" and at that all three of us jumped down our bats caught us and dropped us on the ground " Let's fight" me and Luxa pulled out our weapons while the general summoned one and we ran toward a thousand soldiers.
Chapter 9
I ran at the same pace as Luxa but the general was ahead of us. I started to sprint and almost caught up to the general. He jumped with a huge blast right as we were about to reach the soldiers, twisted around in the air and sent a huge blast wave of darkness. That took out two rows of about twenty soldiers. I went forward battling three soldiers at a time and taking them down with ease while Luxa was doing the same thing and the general was sending blasts of darkness at the soldiers the bats were picking soldiers up in both claws and dropping them it still didn't look good for us I fought and fought even used a bit of magic to send soldiers flying I wanted to try something I focused all my energy like with my telekinesis and sent a blast it worked it was a small blast but a blast nonetheless. At one point in fighting Luxa ran over to me and told me to grab her hand and I did then told me to spin with her I saw where this was going so I did what she said and started spinning I heard some laughing and knew who it was coming from but ignored it I continued spinning and even sending some blast or making soldiers go flying on occasion they had already surrounded us and it was making it hard then I heard a arrow then another and another the bats would go down soon and so would we at one point I blocked an arrow but another came flying and got me in the back of the leg I stumbled and so did Luxa I was on one foot surrounded with more arrows coming at me i got shot again in the shoulder and stabbed in the back I thought we were dead. I yelled in pain as I was stabbed in the back and the general came rushing towards us landing on the ground with a fist on it. The ground rumbled and soldiers fell back and huge black spikes came out of the ground. " Next time try not to almost die" he said and healed my wounds and Luxa's I was extremely tired by now the bats were down on a ledge not able to fight and since General Jude had healed me I already got shot in the back I wanted to try something " Hey Luxa get right beside me" I said she walked next to me while still fighting glaring and said bitterly " What" " Now is not the time to be mad but I wanted to merge our blasts so why don't we get our hands close and make one orb then blast it." " BRILLIANT" yelled the general she did what I said and I focused all my energy in one spot and tried to combine it with hers " On three one…..two…..three NOW" we started spinning and blasting it was working but not good enough there was still too many soldiers just then I felt a sharp pain in my back and then another one and I stumbled in pain but the force of our blast sent us flying I was too hurt to fight anymore and the general was fighting alone I don't care how powerful he is nobody is strong enough to defeat all these soldiers by themselves I saw an arrow get lodged in his leg and another in his shoulder but he was still standing and fighting then saw him get stabbed in the stomach and he fell on his knees bleeding profusely I tried to get up but I couldn't even get to him. Then another arrow was shot in him and another and then another
I screamed no but it was over then he yelled " BLACK KAIOKEN TIMES THREE
." a huge blast of darkness was sent to the roof and he was floating now he simply waved his hand and a huge blast of darkness was sent throughout the army then he lifted his arm up and summoned his weapon but he kept it there " BLACK LIGHTING" at that he summoned a lightning bolt and shot it through the army killing hundreds of soldiers. He did some sort of hand sign and a huge copy of him appeared with his weapon he flicked his fingers and big huge copy did the same with that huge boulders went flying he sent a ginormous blast the biggest thing I had ever seen towards the army but there was about a hundred soldiers still left he flew towards the ground on one knee he punched the ground and Ginormous spikes came out getting rid of the rest of the soldiers. He stood up and brushed the dirt and dust off his jacket " Well time to leave now I guess" a soldier stood up " We will defeat you you can't win" the general teleported to him and started choking him " We will" he said his arm turning to bone and fire and darkness surrounding him " And you know why" and the soldier smirked " Why" " BECAUSE I AM A GOD" and at that he threw the soldier against the wall of the cavern and walked away with a cloak on now. He started walking towards us laughing now " We have to get out of here. NOW" I said and we ran. I had no idea what he would do. This was a level of power I had only ever heard of in books. I tried to put up a shield around though I knew it wouldn't stop him in the slightest bit. I jumped on Atlas and Luxa jumped on Aurora. Once we were in the air we hovered for a bit waiting for what he would do next. He was strutting towards us until he stopped with his index finger up on his right hand turned on his heel to where the army laid in ruin then back towards us then he collapsed.

Chapter 10
I flew down with my bat and jumped off of him. I sprinted towards the general and kneeled down to feel his pulse. I'm no expert but I took a health class. I sat there for a minute listening, nothing,nothing,nothing. I was getting worried when I heard something. A bum,bum,bum he was alive. I checked for breath there. He still had several scraped cuts, bruises and minor injuries but everything seemed fine. But then I tried to pick him up and heard a crack. I stopped , laid him down and started studying his body. I realized that his left arm was bent in a weird shape and It was swollen and red. " Luxa we need Ice and we need to get him a splint now" I said " I know that as Queen I need to know the basics" she said matter of factly. She ran over to Aurora and took some fabric and stone and made it into a splint . She ran back over and said " Now lift him up so I can splint and look at his arm." I did what she said sitting on my knees putting my hands under his shoulders I pushed up she lifted up his arm struggling " Stop it you won't be able to do that his arm is broken" " Give me a minute" she answered bitterly she rubbed her hand over the part where his arm was broken. Then she placed one hand firmly on the bottom of his arm and the other on the right side of his arm and tugged hard. There was a crack and his arm was normal. " His arm is still broken. I just set it back in place but it should heal in a couple weeks. Help me pick him up" I put my arms under his feet carrying the bulk of the weight. " We need to place him on one of our bats he can't ride on on his own." I said " Actually the bat will catch him if he falls and the bat is an excellent rider." She answered matter of factly. " Okay" I answered so we set him on his bat and got on ours. "How do we know where to go?" I asked, " We don't, we just have to hope and fly." I sat there thinking about what she said. I sighed and decided she was right. It was the only thing we could do, so I flew. I had gotten used to flying again by now. The wind rushing in my ear and the air hitting my face. After flying for a while I saw the general stir.
" Luxa the general" I said,she turned around on her bat to look at the general. " We need to land. It's been a long day anyway." I dived down for the ground to land and Atlas veered up and we slowed down and we gently landed on the ground. I jumped off him and started setting up camp. I unloaded some food and water off Atlas and split it up between me and Luxa. " We should get some sleep" I said after we finished eating. " Yeah" she said. The next morning when I woke up Luxa was nowhere to be seen. I got up, packed everything and started walking.
I went through a tight tunnel seeing some tracks that I assumed were Queen Luxa's. I stumbled upon a huge cavern that was pitch black. I heard a rustle and turned around on my heel quickly and pulled out my sword. I squinted to look through the darkness till I realised I could use my echolocation. I sensed nothing. I continued walking throughout the cavern. I accidentally tripped over a rock and when I got back up I realised that the cavern was lit up in a wondrous glow of plants. I walked and followed a trail of different colored glowing plants that were blue instead of green like the others. I continued walking through the cavern looking around amazed until I accidentally ran into something. I instantly pulled out my sword but I got disarmed and pushed to the ground with a sword tip at my neck right before I could attack. " It's just me Luxa" I said when I realised it was only Luxa. " Sorry" she said while sheathing her sword " It's beautiful isn't it" I said " It truly is." she whispered " Queen Luxa" I said " What." she said angrily " I know you are engaged to Leon. But I just wanted you to know that I will always love you. I haven't spent one moment since I left that I didn't think about you. I want you to know that if I came back here to visit or sent a letter or did anything to make me feel closer to this place I would have either not gone back up there or went back down here and never went back. I didn't want my family to have to live this dangerous life. I didn't want to live this dangerous life. I didn't want you to have to lose me and I didn't want to have to lose you. I hated this place but I love the people" she stood there silently " I understand" she answered " But your right I'm already engaged to Lucious it's too late.I do love you too." she hesitated before that last part. I looked away from her and at the cavern " We should go back to General Jude" she said "Yeah" but before we could take more than two steps about 7 different people jumped out infront of us 6 with swords and one with a dart shooter I pulled out my sword and so did Luxa but the dart man shot one dart at each of us and the last thing I saw was the bright glow of the ceiling.
I woke up with stone walls and bars around me. Luxa was still knocked out and there were two guards around. I used my echolocation to see what was around us. The general wasn't around and the two guards were the only living things in the area. " KUGGGUUERR" I heard someone yell in a foreign language. Then I heard it again "KUGGGUUERR" then again and again until the room lit up and I realized that it wasn't a room we were in, it was a huge palace looking room with hallways and side rooms jutting out everywhere. Eventually the room ended up with hundreds of people in it chanting the same foreign word "KUGER,KUGER,KUGER" " What's happening?" I heard Luxa talking. Just then two guard looking men came dragging the general by his knees, each guard's arms taking one arm of the general; he looked bloody and beaten with his head down. A woman came barging through the front doors with a golden and diamond looking crown with three different animals: the lion, the eagle and the elephant with a huge ruby in the center of the bottom part of the crown. "Who are you?" Luxa asked " How dare you speak to her you scum" a lady said dressed in a extremely long dress " Let me speak" said the woman in the crown " I am Quenn Aella now here's my question. How dare you walk on the grounds of my kingdom killing at least twenty of my guards threaten me the queen and kill one of my firsts lady's and ask ME who I am." " What do you mean.? We did none of that" "Really" Queen Aella said she raised an eyebrow and glanced at the general. "I'd do it again" the general said through gritted teeth a man walked up with a whip in his hand and stopped a few feet behind the general. In that moment, my eyes went wide with shock, and I knew what was about to happen. I tried to bend the bars hopelessly. I heard the whip crack the men holding the general tore his shirt off I heard it crack again and again and again exactly 4 times "Now here is my question. Who are you?" Queen Aella asked Luxa walked up to the front of the cell "Queen Luxa of regalia." "Ahahahha you say false things there isn't another city in the Underland we were brought here 400 years ago by a man named Bartholemew of Spaghetti" I snickered another kingdom founded by a man named after a food. "What's so funny young man" " Nothing" I responded looking her in the eyes. "Really, oh well" "Let us out of here" "Oh ahaha I can't do that your friend committed murder and you were his accomplices you three have hereby been sentenced to death."
Chapter 11
"You can't do this I'm the queen of Regalia!" yelled Luxa " Sorry I won't fall for your story I don't know who you are but it will be better when you and your two friends are gone" said Queen Aelle " Let us out of here!" yelled Luxa again " Guards bring them to the official prison." Said Queen Aelle they presumed to unlock the current stone cell we were in and lead us through winding paths and underground until we reached the prison there were plenty of other prisoners there we were led to the very end of the hallway and thrown in the last cell on the left. "What are we going to do?" Queen Luxa said rubbing her hands through her hair " I don't know we'll just have to think" so we did for hours we started out on opposite sides of the cell walking and pacing then sitting next to each other but when she started getting really worried and depressed she said this " There is no way to get out of this we'll die no one knowing what happened" " No we won't we always find a way out" I answered with that I leaned against the wall and she leaned against me her head to my chest my arms around her stomach. "It'll all be fine, it will all be fine." I cooed then I fell asleep.
When I woke up we were still in the same spot as last time. A guard walked up and said " Follow me" he proceeded to unlock the cell and we got up we walked through the prison and a maze of winding tunnels we stopped before a door with a sign above it saying Court room. " We are here you have two minutes" and the guard walked away. I turned to Luxa "You ready?" " Yes" and we walked in I had faced death many times but then I could use wits and rager also battle technique but now I was defenseless I knew nothing about law and even if I did this city's would be different I couldn't fight my way out of this and that left me more devastated more than ever. The room was a circle on the left and right there were bleachers where hundreds of people sat in the front. There were 14 different seats, one above all of them, two below that then 4 below that then 8 below that on a sort of ramp. We had come from the only doorways besides the one on the left. The man sitting on the seat above everyone else's said, "You have 5 minutes to defend yourself." "Well first I want to say that my friend here." I waved my hand at the general "Is well how do I say this aggressive also we had no idea that there were other cities down here and we had just fought people who we had no idea were, so he thought that your guards were aggressive." I said " Yes that is a good argument but why did he kill a First lady of the queen." Said a woman on the 3rd row " Well because he was captured" I answered "Why are you doing all the talking you are not one of us she is." A man said on the second row pointing at Luxa and saying you with more disgust then I'd ever heard. " She is more trust worthy she is from down here she looks like us you don't." "That is true but Gregor here is as trustworthy as you can get and the General too." Luxa said "A general hahahahhahaha he is no general not even close" said a man on the second row pointing to Jude. At that the generals head shot up "Really" he spat with disgust "And how would you know" "Because I am the second leading general you scum now be quite unless spoken to." At that the general got made he broke his chains the one on his wrists ankles neck and chest and ran towards the man who said that knocking out a guard and stealing his sword jumping from wall to wall to get enough height he jumped off the right wall almost gliding towards the man he landed right in front of the man his sword to his neck "Who's the general now" " Stil me" the man said snickering "Now get this scum off of me" several guards came rushing towards the general and eventually struggled him down "You must have something I can do to battle that trash for rights" said the general NO I thought it would only mean the end for him at that the crowd started chanting "KUNA HAI KUNA HAI KUNA HAI!" "Actually said the man there is" then and there I realized that the general was not only a battle expert but ingenuous so much smarter than me that it took till now for me to realize what was happening he wasn't ever confined in those chains and he had a plan all along he was never actually mad he just needed the crowd to go rampage and gather around us that would make the guards unable to reach us and giving us a chance to escape I glanced at Luxa and she nodded. We waited the men and woman in the front said "NOW WE POSTPONE THIS TRIAL FOR A KUNA HAI PLEASE DO NOT GATHER QUICKLY STAY CALM" but before they finished the crowd started rushing down that gave us an opportunity "NOW" yelled the general and we dashed even though the back door was closer we would blend in with the crowd if we went to the left door once we were outside everybody was rushing the city looked beautiful it was stone tower upon stone tower all at least two hundred feet up in the air then in between were two story buildings but farther down were all different types of buildings we turned right then right again then left and climbed up stairs we ended up on the second floor of a building named Hunda there were nothing but a bunch of unkept beds on this floor once we got down to the fist floor there were a bunch of pretty people in skimpy clothes with different color lights all around how they did it I had no idea. There was a sort of bar and we ran right into it and got knocked off our feet a man presumably the bartender walked around the bar and helped both of us up "What are young adults like you two doing in a place like this?" he said waving his hand "Don't tell me that you here to do-" " No sir not at all we were actually leaving" I said in a embarrassed and rushed voice "Good" he said raising and eyebrow then just shrugging. "Do you need directions" he asked gesturing for us to sit down "No sir" said Luxa with a big smile and batting her eyelashes just then two guards came and we looked the opposite way "Have you seen a male and female about this high and 16-18 running and in a hurry" he hesitated then answered "Yes,but they went that way" "Thank you" one of the guards said we got back from under the bar "Thanks" I said "Mmmm this way" he gestured raising a curtain and saying "Hurry there bound to be back soon." We went through the curtain and down a few steps till we reached a dark and moldy room we walked for a long time until we reached a ladder there was a hatcher above it. I climbed up the ladder and pushed open the hatchet. We were in some type of field but it was nothing but dirt this city had a wall too a little smaller than regalia's but huge nonetheless. There was no one around "We have to find the general before we leave." I said "I think we already have" Luxa said pointing towards the vast fields behind us "Where" it took me a second to see it "Is that the general on a motorcycle?" I asked "It sure is" she answered the general was on a motorcycle being chased by hundreds of angry citizens probably angry they didn't get a show. "WHOOOOOOO" I heard the general yell that man is a genius but also insane. I said "We should probably get to the wall but how are we going to scale it?" I asked "We'll figure that out in about five seconds" she answered we ran to the wall we were still a pretty good distance away so it would take us several minutes to get there hopefully before the citizens. I looked back to see the generals motorcycle slowing down, it was out of fuel. The motorcycle stopped and the general got off and ran quickly. We were at the wall, and he caught up to us the crowd was still only about 40 yards away. "What are we going to do we can't scale it" I said looking up at the massive wall "We are going to go through it." Said the general "Stand back" he said I walked a few yards behind him he sent a blast about 3 yards by 4 yards of pitch blackness he got pushed back a little his hands on either side of the blast. It was making a hole but not one all the way through the crowd was getting closer 30 yards 20 yards the general looked back then pushed harder it was almost there 10 yards they could almost touch us 5 yards they were close enough to touch us
