The Arachnid Warrior Bugs outnumbered them.
Much worse was the Arachnid Brain Bugs that Palpatine didn't expect to endanger his own goals of rebuilding the Galactic Empire against them.
It was time to change tactics, Palpatine Recreated the All Terrain Tactical Enforcers used during the Clone Wars to destroy the Arachnids.
The AT-TE Ground Vehicles would be very useful against the Arachnid Warrior Bugs.
Four AT-TE Ground Vehicles were eventually deployed against the Arachnid Warrior Bugs.
They were slow walking tanks with heavy weaponry, their main advantage was their firepower.
Their first battle test went as good as it could have been done.
Nobody expected the Four AT-TE Ground Vehicles to be as useful as they became.
The Troop Transportation Ground Vehicles amazed everyone.
Palpatine's Political Supporters increased while his Stormtrooper Armies continued to grow stronger.
Thankfully, all Palpatine needed to do was destroy the Arachnid Brain Bugs leading the enemy insects against Humanity.
Another reason the Humans needed the Imperial Class Star Destroyers to fight the Arachnid Brain Bugs was to transport the AT-TE Ground Vehicles into the battle.
Palpatine was amazed that they didn't use their Ground Vehicles against the enemy, probably because they prioritized their Infantry Training to Stockpile Gasoline for their Planetary Government.
However, Palpatine's Ground Vehicles operated on another fuel system than Gasoline, confusing people that didn't understand how the technology worked.
It also means that Palpatine was the only person to know how to refuel the AT-TE Ground Vehicles for them.
A fact nobody had realized when Palpatine provided the AT-TE Ground Vehicles for their warfare against the Arachnid Brain Bugs.
Of course, Palpatine realized that his Stormtrooper Recruitment Program helped fight the Interstellar Arachnids better than the Mobile Infantry did.
The problem was the Interstellar Arachnids were still outnumbering Palpatine's Stormtrooper Army, even with the AT-TE Ground Vehicles being built against them.
The Mobile Infantry had better combat experience; the Galactic Empire only survived through fear and superior numbers.
Ironically, the Galactic Empire Technology was what the Starship Troopers Universe needed against the Interstellar Arachnids.
Of course, the rise of the Sith Lords without the Jedi Order around to stop them would eventually cause problems afterwards.
Palpatine saw only one solution to defeat the Interstellar Arachnids, he needed the Clone Troopers back in action.
The idea was simple, he needs somebody to help him create the Clone Troopers from their own DNA.
That was when General John Rico volunteered to become the Clone Trooper Template for Palpatine.
Like Jango Fett, General John Rico was the best warrior candidate available for Palpatine to recreate the Clone Troopers from.
Once Palpatine had the Clone Army, he Recreated Clone Trooper Armor for them and left them with their Normal Lifespans to ensure their usefulness against the Interstellar Arachnids.
Unlike last time, Palpatine Needed Clone Troopers to fight for longer durations against the Interstellar Arachnids that outnumbered them.
Of course, Palpatine Needed General John Rico to help oversee the Clone Army Development because he needed the resources to train thousands of the Cloned Children into the Clone Army necessary to fight their Interstellar War.

It also showed that Creating Cloned Children for their Clone Troopers would help them fight their Interstellar War.
The main issue was protecting their training and ensuring loyalty as they increased their Clone Troopers.
Allowing General John Rico to be the Role Model for all the Clone Troopers was their best option.
Then again, Palpatine didn't have the Kaminoans to help him Recreate Clone Troopers, and this time his progress was slower than beforehand.
This time, Palpatine needed General John Rico's Patriotism to get the Clone Troopers ready for the Interstellar War.
The Interstellar War against the Interstellar Arachnids can't be avoided, even Palpatine realized how much his Clone Troopers were needed to win.
The Stormtrooper Recruitment Program wasn't enough, they needed the Clone Troopers to produce better results or better numbers to throw against the Interstellar Arachnids.
Unfortunately, General John Rico's Clone Troopers only numbered about 20 Cloned Children still Learning Military Boot Camp Training.
It took longer without the Kaminoan Technology to oversee everything.
Palpatine had to explain how he came from another universe and then show them the Clone Wars to get supporters for his Clone Trooper Program.
Thankfully, the Human Military loved the idea of having thousands of their own Clone Troopers because they were losing the war.
Then the reality that they can only produce about 20 Cloned Children for General John Rico's Military Boot Camp Training hit them hard.
They still needed to feed and train the Clone Troopers into their Adulthood.
They needed their Clone Troopers to have long lifespans to maintain their resources, they didn't have the resources to feed thousands of the Baby Clone Troopers simultaneously.
The Kaminoans had an entire planet to Train Clone Troopers by the thousands for the Clone Wars, the Planet Earth didn't have the same technology to match their results.
General John Rico's Patriotism was the only reason the Clone Troopers got created, and Palpatine's Clone Wars gave them hope for the future.
The Blueprints for the Trade Federation's Battle Droids looked more useful until the Technological Development confused their Reverse Engineering Attempts.
Palpatine would need to Construct Trade Federation Battle Droids for them, once again placing Palpatine in charge another Army Creation Program to fight against the Interstellar Arachnids.

So now Palpatine was rebuilding the Trade Federation Battle Droids to defend his Stormtroopers.
He was shifting resources to cover his own goals.
Palpatine needed three armies to maintain his war effort, it was because he needed to increase the morale of the losing warfare around him.
He started the Clone Trooper Production; however, it would take 30 years to train one squadron before the next Cloned Squadron got created to learn from the last one.
At the current rate they would Create Twenty Clone Troopers every 30 years to keep the war going.
Best estimation was pointing towards three hundred years of Creating General John Rico's Clone Troopers before the Trade Federation Battle Droids had their own Clone Troopers leading them.
Palpatine's Plan was to use General John Rico's Patriotism to run the Clone Trooper Production without losing their Military Funding.

So far, the Transformation Nanites had been used to Create Monster Armies like the Primitive Goblin Scavengers that are all weaker than his Stormtroopers in battle.
Of course, Palpatine has no idea how powerful the Transformation Nanites would be without the Shapeshifting Sith Dragons to tell him about it.
Another reason he hated the Shapeshifting Sith Dragons living in the Medieval Villages with better technology than he had access to operate himself.

Palpatine had hoped the Shapeshifting Sith Dragons would help him, however, the Shapeshifting Sith Dragons inherited their technology and didn't understand how to recreate it.
This explained why they loved the Medieval Villages around them, the Shapeshifting Sith Dragons never left their Medieval Development Stage because they were always fighting over territory.
It also means that Palpatine had to prepare for the Interstellar War without the Shapeshifting Sith Dragons providing him any useful technology.
The Shapeshifting Sith Dragons were still learning their Medieval Village Construction, Palpatine had hoped for better results.
The Trade Federation Battle Droids were his only advantage, General John Rico's Clone Troopers would still be outnumbered.
Palpatine needed the Trade Federation Battle Droids to help the losing war against the Arachnid Brain Bugs.
Palpatine looked around at all the B1 Series Battle Droids being manufactured.

Palpatine wanted to see how effective the B1 Series Battle Droids would be against the Arachnid Warrior Bugs.

Palpatine had hoped that General John Rico's Clone Troopers would inspire more Clone Troopers to be created against the Arachnid Brain Bugs.
Unfortunately, nobody had the resources to train thousands of the Newborn Clone Troopers against the Arachnid Brain Bugs.
So once again, Palpatine's Trade Federation Battle Droid Factories were protecting his Clone Troopers, it took all his Star Wars Knowledge to keep the Arachnid Brain Bugs in check.
It was frustrating, he needed to rebuild his Galactic Empire and instead he was rebuilding the Trade Federation Battle Droids against the Arachnid Brain Bugs.
"Alright, we need the E-5 Blaster Rifles to replace the E-11 Blaster Rifles." Palpatine told the OOM Command Battle Droid.
"Droideka Construction will be next on the list." Palpatine added thoughtfully.

Palpatine decided to recreate the Trade Federation's Droid Army because he needed the Arachnid Brain Bugs destroyed, however, he was still outnumbered regardless.
The Q Continuum was getting bored waiting for Palpatine's Stormtroopers to fight the Cybermen again.
Meanwhile the Starship Troopers Universe were Reverse Engineering Imperial Class Star Destroyers against the Arachnid Brain Bugs.
The Cybermen were expanding across the Multiverse and the Shapeshifting Sith Dragons were fighting their own Food Shortage Problems.
Palpatine needed the Arachnid Brain Bugs destroyed, it was too dangerous to ignore their existence.
Unfortunately, his B1 Series Battle Droids still had to fight their way towards the Arachnid Brain Bugs in order to destroy them.
The issue of being outnumbered kept getting in his way.
The Stormtroopers and the Clone Troopers had the same problem.
Palpatine hoped that he could build enough of the Battle Droids to match the Arachnid Army Numbers.
The Interstellar Arachnids were the Insect Hybrids of destruction.
Insects multiplied like crazy, faster than the Human Birth Rates of one single Solar System against several Solar Systems of the Unknown Arachnid Populations.
Palpatine debated how many Droideka he can sneak towards the Arachnid Planet before the Arachnid Brain Bugs detected them.
The Droideka and the B1 Series Battle Droids would hit the Arachnid Warrior Bugs to thin out their numbers.
Then the Mobile Infantry would hunt down the Arachnid Brain Bugs while the Battle Droids advanced against the enemies trying to stop them.
The Battle Plan was simple, the Arachnid Army had more types than Palpatine was aware of being there.
The Battle Plan fell apart when the Arachnid Rhino Warrior Bugs trampled the Droideka being used against the Arachnid Army.
Palpatine was annoyed that nobody told him how many types of the Arachnid Army Bugs were being used against them.
The Arachnid Warrior Bugs were easy enough to understand, however, the Arachnid Rhino Warrior Bugs were like Living Battering Rams.
The Rhino Bugs were not the only Arachnid Type that Palpatine wasn't told about.
His Battle Droids had been sent in blind to test their abilities, the Super Tank Bug had been waiting to ambush the Mobile Infantry, the Battle Droids were outmatched even before the Rhino Warrior Bugs attacked them.
The Imperial Class Star Destroyers were the best starships the Galactic Empire had, however, the Starship Troopers Universe obsessed over their Troop Transports more than the Star Wars Universe did.
As an unexpected result, they had more Dropships to triple their Infantry Deployments against the Arachnid Army Bugs.
The downside was they needed more of the Tie Fighters and the Tie Bombers than Palpatine had available to him.
The Entire Starship Troopers Universe had their Outdated Human Technology being integrated with Palpatine's Star Wars Universe Technology.
It wasn't enough to bomb the Arachnid Brain Bugs into retreating.
Palpatine's Stormtroopers had better weapons; it didn't change how outnumbered they were against the Arachnid Army Bugs, and adding the B1 Series Battle Droids only delayed their defeat.
The sad truth was Humanity was losing the war and Palpatine's Stormtroopers were distracting the Arachnid Brain Bugs more than killing them.
Palpatine's Future was going sideways, the Arachnid Brain Bugs were Telepathically reading his memories about the Star Wars Universe to use against him.
Ten Arachnid Brain Bugs spreading the news about the Star Wars Universe and the Multiverse being real.
Palpatine had been originally recruited to stop the Cybermen Threat to the Multiverse, now the Arachnid Brain Bugs were trying to spy on his memories to see where he came from beforehand.
The Humans fighting the Arachnid Brain Bugs were no match for the Cybermen Threat to the Multiverse, it would be suicide trying to fight both enemies simultaneously without help.
The Shapeshifting Sith Dragons had hidden themselves to avoid the Arachnid Brain Bugs, honestly, they were just hiding until the Cybermen found them.
Their Planetary Food Shortage had them defenseless against the Arachnid Brain Bugs regardless.
The Torchwood Fleet of 12 NX Class Starships were trying to stop the spread of the Cybermen Civilizations, of course the Cybermen telling other dimensions how to create their own Cybermen Prototypes had to be prevented!

It also turned the Parallel Planet Earth Civilizations against their dimension when they got blamed for the Cybermen Outbreaks.
General Hugh Ashdown was losing the war against the Skynet Terminators when the Cybermen Blueprints appeared.
Out of desperation the Humans Created Cybermen to use against the Skynet Terminators, it backfired when the Cybermen rebelled against Humanity and tried to Commandeer Skynet Terminators for themselves.

The Catch 22 Situation stated that the Cybermen Occupation prevented the Skynet Terminators going to war with Humanity, even if destroying the Cybermen would allow the Skynet Terminators Enslaving Humanity without the Cybermen threatening their control of the Planet Earth regardless.
The Cybermen Occupation of the past prevented the Skynet Terminators Enslaving Humanity, the Skynet Terminators were being approved worldwide against the Cybermen Occupation.
The Cybermen War with the Skynet Terminators prolonged the unavoidable outcome.
The Terminator Resistance Movement and the Human Resistance Movement would both be fighting the Worldwide Terminator Rebellion after the Cybermen got wiped out.
The Torchwood Fleet was in orbit around the Planet Earth controlled by the Skynet Terminators everywhere.
Adding the Cybermen to an Enslaved Human Civilization didn't help very much.

The Skynet Artificial Intelligence had gotten the Human Doomsday Cult Worshipers to follow it because of the Cybermen Occupation.

The Skynet Cult Fanatics were helping the Skynet Artificial Intelligence Conquer Humanity.
The Worldwide Earth Civilizations were blindsided by the Terminator Uprisings against them.
General Kate Brewster hated being proven right about the Skynet Agenda.
Only this time the Cybermen Threat delayed the Terminator Uprisings against them.
The Terminator Resistance Movement and the Human Resistance Movement were not working together.

"The Cybermen Sightings are increasing." Thomas reported worriedly.
"The Police will be overwhelmed; the Skynet Terminators will be our only hope of dealing with the Cybermen Threat right now." Frank agreed.

General Kate Brewster had underestimated that the Cybermen Technology would be better than the Skynet Terminators fighting against them.
Of course, the Cyber-Warships followed them into the past, why would it be easy for the Human Resistance Movement trying to rebuild themselves against the three bigger time travel factions of unknown strength to avoid them?
The Torchwood Fleet were all Reverse Engineered NX Class Starships from the Star Trek Universe.
While the Phase Pistols gave them advantages over the Cybermen, their Isolationist Torchwood Civilization were not following the Starfleet Example in the same way the Time Lords decided to emulate the United Federation of Planets.
The Time Lord Academy decided to Teach Galactic Exploration Crusades designed to expand the Gallifreyan Empire created to defend the Time Lords.
The Time Lords decided to allow their population to Join Starfleet or Join the Gallifreyan Military Exploration Crusades.
Either way, their Gallifreyan Officers got to operate their own NX Class Starships in defense of their Time Lord Superiors.
The Time Lords had their own superiority complex, thankfully, their own NX Class Starships helped them adjust to the Starfleet Technology before the Starfleet Ideology spread among their troops.
The Time Lords needed the Starfleet Ideology to become the Interstellar Peacekeepers against the Cybermen Civilizations going to war with them.
The Starfleet Ideology of their Galactic Exploration Crusades and their Interstellar Peacekeeper Armadas was just perfect to remodel the Gallifreyan Empire after.
The Time Lords needed the Starfleet Ideology to reshape their future towards something useful.
The Daleks were also another reason for the Time Lords to Join Starfleet against their enemies.
The Human Starfleet Civilization had been clueless how dangerous the Doctor Who Universe would be compared to their own Star Trek Universe.
Cybermen, Daleks, Sontarans, Rutans, Zygons and Silurians.
The Torchwood Paranoia towards Alien Species might be more justified than they expected it during their First Contact Missions.
The Silurian Ark had come from the future to conquer the Planet Earth.
Starfleet Captain Erik Doormen of the Miranda Class Starfleet Starship Hourglass tried to establish First Contact with them.
The Time Lords were not amused with the Silurians Hijacking Starfleet to attack the Planet Earth.
The Miranda Class Starfleet Starship Hourglass had been hijacked, the Torchwood Fleet wasn't fast enough to keep up with them.

"The Starfleet Humans have been thrown into chaos because of the Silurian Hijacking, the Torchwood Humans are exploiting the situation to ask for the Miranda Class Starfleet Starship Blueprints for their own use." The Gallifreyan Military Adviser explained.
"The Torchwood Humans and the Starfleet Humans disagree with how the Silurians should be handled." Gallifreyan Emperor Rassilon says thoughtfully.
"The Starfleet Humans want Hostage Negotiations; the Torchwood Humans want to rescue the Starfleet Hostages and then Steal Silurian Technology for themselves." The Gallifreyan Military Adviser explained.

The Torchwood Fleet had sent several ships to fight the Cybermen across the Multiverse, however, the Silurians Kidnapping Starfleet Personnel disrupted their plans.
The Starfleet Humans had lost one of their ships, allowing the Silurians to Reverse Engineer Starfleet Technology for themselves.

The Earth Politicians debated why nobody saw their Antimatter Refueling Problems coming and how they would correct the issue themselves.
Admittedly forgetting their NX Class Starships operated on the Antimatter Fuel had stalled expansion and made them look stupid.
Thankfully, it also confused the Cybermen they were at war with simultaneously.

In retrospect, forcing all the Interstellar Civilizations into their own Antimatter Refueling Programs to compensate for them trying to Reverse Engineer Warp Drives for themselves did help the Time Lords avoid being wiped out by the Daleks.
However, the Time Lords Created Cybermen to overthrow themselves by accident instead of losing to the Daleks.
The small difference caused the Daleks to Reverse Engineer Warp Drives against the Starfleet Humans after the Time Lords crippled themselves.
The Cybermen Blueprints were being transmitted everywhere.
Unfortunately, the Primitive Planetary Civilizations were falling for the Cybermen Creation Deceptions faster than the Starfleet Humans can stop them.
Meanwhile the Starship Troopers Universe was watching the Trade Federation's Battle Droids Fight the Warrior Bugs.
The Droideka were better weaponry, even if they were still outmatched.
General Palpatine needed better Battle Droids to throw at the Brain Bug's Army.
The OMM Series Battle Droid Commander ordered retreat, they never survived the Rhino Warrior Bug chasing them.
Palpatine wasn't having his happy day, the Droideka had been sent to overpower the Brain Bug's Army before he realized how outmatched they really were in battle.
The Planet Earth was hiding information about the Brain Bug's Army to test his loyalty.

Almost every resource was being directed towards fighting the Brain Bug's Army, thankfully making Palpatine's Droid Army encouraged towards production.

The Brain Bug's Army was worse than fighting the return of the Jedi Order!
Billions of their Warrior Bugs outnumbered them even before the Brain Bugs spread into their Solar Systems to hunt them down.
Another reason the Brain Bug's Army was wining had to be the Infiltrator Bugs Reverse Engineering Human Technology against them.
Another fact that Palpatine wasn't told about until the Brain Bugs started stealing his Troop Transports to fly the Warrior Bugs between their own Solar Systems.
Palpatine would really have loved to know the Brain Bugs were Stealing Human Starships before he sent his Imperial Star Destroyers against them.
It would be horrible if the Brain Bugs Commandeered Imperial Star Destroyers against Palpatine's Empire.
Realistically, the Human distrust of Palpatine's Unexpected Arrival with their Superior Starship Technology looked like some kind of trap until the Brain Bugs started outsmarting his every attempt against them.
Suddenly, Palpatine looked more like the Human Isolationist than the Alien Corroborator they feared him to become towards the Brain Bugs.

"The Ancient Greece Civilization is too primitive to create Cybermen, the perfect reason to rebuild Humanity among the stars." The Time Lord named the Historian agreed with him.
"I'm still surprised the Humans Recreated Ancient Greece to ensure their Planetary Rebirth here, it seems overkill to me." The 3rd Doctor pondered.

The Time Lords approved their Technological Regression back into the Ancient Greece Civilization; however, they were not foolish enough to believe the Cybermen would never come back to wipe them all out again.
The Planetary Overseer Civilization watched for the Interstellar Threats while their Technology Police keep the Ancient Greece Civilization away from harmful ideas.
The Planetary Human Preservation Society wasn't evil, their job was to keep Humanity from destroying itself.
The Planetary Human Preservation Society had been created to protect Humanity from the Cybermen and the Daleks.
The 4th Doctor was unsure what to think about the Planetary Human Preservation Society.
On the one hand they were Preserving Humanity from outside dangers, however, they were also keeping their Technological Development in check to safeguard the Humans from destroying themselves.

Admittedly Recreating the Ancient Greece Civilization was the perfect way to watch Human History repeat itself.

The 22nd Century Starfleet Technology Integration had it easier for the TARDIS to communicate with the 4th Doctor.
"Scientific Curiosity? I don't see any problems with Studying Gas Giants, go ahead." The 4th Doctor told the TARDIS.
The Torchwood Captain looked curiously at their Navigation Officer.
"We have reinforcements from the Time Lords on our Sensors." The Science Officer reported cheerfully.
The two NX Class Starships fly beside each other.
"The Gallifreyan Engineering Teams are beaming over with our Antimatter Fuel Supplies." Their Chief Engineer reported.
The Gallifreyan Empire and the Torchwood Empire were sharing resources to fight off the Cybermen.
The Starfleet Vassal Empires were joining together against the Cybermen Threat.
The Time Lords were even supporting themselves being Vassals for the Starfleet Government because it helped them against the Daleks.
The United Federation of Planets never saw war with the Daleks coming!
The Time Lords Joined Starfleet to protect themselves from the Daleks, the 4th Doctor had to explain why the Daleks were at war with the United Federation of Planets because of the Time Lords afterwards.

It had been inevitable, the Gallifreyan Civil War between the Time Lord Superiority Complex and the 4th Doctor's Interstellar Peace Movement.
The 4th Doctor was trying to change things for the better.
Instead, the 4th Doctor inspired rebellion among the Gallifreyan Government trying to Support Starfleet Membership and the Gallifreyan Government trying to conquer the Multiverse for themselves.
The 4th Doctor wasn't even sure how he inspired Civil Warfare among the Time Lords by himself, he had just given some speech about Interstellar Peace and then suddenly the Time Lords were taking up weapons to overthrow their own Planetary Government Leadership while cheering his own name.
The 4th Doctor had obviously overlooked something in the Planetary Politics that made everyone think he was Inspiring Civil Warfare among the Time Lords.
