Speech:"Hey, what's up?"

Uzushiogakure - Mistress Uzumaki School

From that point on, a silence settled over the room, occasionally broken by questions or requests for help with the scrolls. The task wasn't particularly difficult for the children present; it was common for children of all social classes to learn kanji from a young age. The Fuinjutsu squad was always in need of more personnel, and for some of the poorer residents, this was an opportunity to rise among the best.

Some students finished before others and simply waited, but for Heiwa, idle time was not something he enjoyed. In his notebook, he continued to refine his seal drawings, correcting minor errors and using his technique to better guide the brush. Alongside the seal, he made detailed notes on its functionality.

"Hmm... The sequence of steps to trigger a reaction is as follows: chakra is inserted and stored in the seal, the lines control the chakra flow and send it to the central component, the containment circle filters the amount passed and sends only what's necessary to the core where the kanji is located. After that, the core is finally activated and circulates the chakra through the seal, causing all parts to converge, and finally, the output occurs—in this case, the glow."

Of course, his notes didn't go unnoticed by Mistress Uzumaki, who watched him with interest. Neither he nor three other students—an Uzumaki, a Nagisa, and a Kawaishi—asked for any help with the seal. But among them, Haewi was the only one who seemed to be going beyond the assignment, not only drawing the seal but also attempting to decipher it.

The boy raised his head to ask the teacher how to modify the colors or the glow, until he glanced to the side and saw that his older classmate's scroll was glowing a different color than his own. His scroll had a bluish glow that seemed to change hues over time. Noticing this difference, he looked around to see if others were experiencing it as well, and it didn't take long to find them. One was a boy with hair that looked like it was covered in dirt, his scroll glowing a brown tone, and another with white hair had a scroll glowing a different shade of white, a pure white that was almost blinding, while Haewi's scroll glowed a slightly yellowish tone.

"Mistress, why do some scrolls have different colors?"

His voice echoed through the room, prompting everyone to look around and notice what he had seen. Seiji, who was next to him, raised his head slightly and, for the first time, seemed to open his eyes to analyze the situation. Mistress Uzumaki restrained herself from displaying a bright smile of joy. While there were talents among the Uzumaki, it was so common that many simply accepted their potential and didn't strive for more, knowing that for the moment, they only needed to follow the basics and only in the future would they need to truly get their hands dirty.

"That's the best question we've had today, Haewi. Something I haven't explained to you yet, which can answer your previous question about changing colors, is that not only pure chakra can be received by the scroll. Because it's simple, it has no precautions to transform elemental chakra into pure chakra or for specific cases. Therefore, we have some cases in our class where, due to their clans, the chakras have properties linked to a nature. The Sena with chakra purer than usual, Ishikawa with chakra linked to Doton, and finally the Takiya with their chakra linked to Suiton. Because of this, the entire seal is modified."

"So, to make the scroll change color, we have to introduce chakras with different natures?"

"Not just that, there are some other factors that can be introduced to make the scroll's response different. For example, the paper the scroll is on can influence the color that will be released. Because our paper is made of bamboo, its color is slightly brown, and that causes the color to change. Some of the things I just mentioned we will see in the future, but there are even more factors that are too advanced for a common user, being seen only by Masters."

Haewi was completely engrossed in the explanation, beginning to realize that some of his questions could be these variables he had seen, what effect distance would have, the amount of chakra introduced. He almost jumped out of his chair with excitement; he understood practically none of it, and that was the reason for his joy. He wanted to discover what these factors were that only masters could face.

"It seems it's time for the class change," the mistress said, rising and clapping her hands twice as she continued, "The first day will be just for introductions, no complicated things, and also to see where your average level is, and at least in fuinjutsu, I see that none of you are ridiculous or will need much help. Now, without further ado, please pay attention. Teachers, enter."

The door opposite the one the students entered opened, and a battalion of people entered the room, lining up in front of the podium, leaving Mistress Uzumaki above them, demonstrating without saying that the authority was still hers.

"Here are all the members of the teaching staff. You must respect them all, no matter the reason. If something happens, you must follow the hierarchy that will now be demonstrated. You must learn that no ninja works alone, and a village needs dozens of ninjas in positions you have no idea about, but which are extremely important for the functioning of the entire village. They will be represented here by the teachers you see in front of you." She pointed to the teachers on the step below. "A ninja needs to have various knowledge, and a leader especially. Therefore, they will help you learn everything you need for your lives, from the simplest things like the care of your tools, to more complicated things like mathematics. But they will not be the only ones working with you."

After her speech, three men entered and ascended the podium next to the Mistress. The first was a man with a huge club on his back and a bloodthirsty smile on his face, his hair was white, and his eyes at the moment looked like a snake's. The second seemed completely opposite, a young man who looked almost effeminate in his behavior, he wore a beautiful kimono with flowers, his black hair was dark, and his eyes were closed, not showing what they looked like. Finally, an older man ascended the podium, his clothes a beautiful kimono that seemed too big for him, the man was clearly an Uzumaki by the few red hairs that remained on the top of his head and in his beard, a smile was on his face, and Haewi heard Seiji grumbling beside him.

"I can't believe grandpa did this..."

"What did he do?" Haewi asked softly to Seiji.

"That old man is my great-uncle, I can already imagine where this is going."

"The three men who just entered are not mere teachers; they represent the next step in the hierarchy we will have. They represent the administrators, the squad leaders, and elite ninjas in the village. During the time you are under my tutelage, they will be the Sensei of three students per group. They will teach you more specific things like chakra manipulation, taijutsu, and the jutsu you will need to learn. Any questions you can't resolve with the teachers, you will go to them, and they will resolve them, and if they can't, they will come to me, who will represent the village leader. You must learn to respect the hierarchy from a young age; leaders cannot afford to give pats on the hand if you embarrass yourself or disrespect another leader."

The first two seemed to be analyzing each of the students, the first causing many to be frightened by the way he looked at them, even though he was not presenting danger to them, something seemed threatening about him normally, and the reptilian eyes were not helping. The second, on the other hand, seemed the opposite, he seemed to look even with his eyes closed, his smile never fading, and for a brief moment, it increased when he passed one of the long-haired boys in the room who was sweating nervously. Finally, the last one had a big smile and looked directly at Seiji, who seemed to be trying to hide at any cost.

"That being said, the teams do not mean you will not work together with other groups; a ninja must be prepared to work with people they have never met and complete the mission. Therefore, we will start with the illustrious presentation of the illustrious teachers who have offered their help. Starting with Tenrou Sena, who will be taking care of the students Kanjirou Sena, Eiyuu Takiya, and Kenji Ishikawa, please stand up and follow your sensei to training field 1."

The boys who stood up were precisely those who had shown a different color in their scrolls. Eiyuu was the scowling boy next to him, his green hair tied up, and he walked up to the front of the podium and turned to the other students, giving a slight bow. "It's a pleasure to meet you, my name is Eiyuu Takiya, and know that none of you will be stronger than me, see you around." And then he left.

"A little cocky, don't you think?" Seiji asked.

"That must be his way, he doesn't seem like a bad guy," Heiwa replied.

"If you say so."

The next to stand were the boy with earthy-toned hair and the white-haired boy; they didn't introduce themselves, but from their clans, it was easy to guess who Kenji and Kanjirou were.

"Ahem, moving on to the next. We have the illustrious presence of the Young Master of the Kawaishi clan, who has decided to grace us with his presence and train some of you. Those under his care are Suzumi Nagisa, Kaya Hayami, and Toriichi Kawaishi."

Then it was the turn of two girls and a boy. One girl had blonde hair and a mask on her face, the other had a smug smile and brown hair, the last was the boy who seemed completely nervous as he followed; it was possible to see that he and the young master were quite similar.

"Why is he so nervous?" Heiwa asked this time.

"I'd rather not know; the Kawaishi tend to be strange," Seiji replied.

"And finally," continued the Mistress as the smiling man descended the podium and stood in front, "We have the illustrious presence of the main clan member of the Uzumaki, Aizen Uzumaki, who will be taking care of Seiji Uzumaki, Ayaka Isobe, and finally Heiwa Uzumaki. The three of you follow him to training field 3."

Heiwa immediately stood up and waited for Seiji to follow, while looking to the other side and seeing the girl who would be with them, long dark hair and blue eyes like the sea, she smiled at the two as she followed behind the sensei.

"I can't believe my grandfather did this..." Seiji grumbled again as he stood up with immense laziness and began to walk beside Heiwa. "He could have sent one of my cousins, or maybe one of his guards... Just him."

"Who is your grandfather anyway, Seiji?" Heiwa asked, confused about who Seiji's grandfather was that he had so much power and needed personal guards; was he one of the elders, but which one?

"Wait, you don't know? My grandfather is the Shodai," Seiji said as he walked out of the room, leaving Heiwa paralyzed as he followed him.

"Your grandfather is the Shodai?!"

The place they were heading was further into the Mistress Uzumaki's enormous compound; the more they walked, the more they realized that this place had certainly been one of the first to be made on the island. They arrived at a place that had clearly been terraformed to have more land since it was a small artificial island. The three's sensei stopped and sat on the ground with his legs crossed and pointed for them to do the same; he had a huge smile as he spoke, his voice was deep and full of experience but with a vitality that seemed like a younger man's.

"Alright, kids! How about we do a round of introductions to get to know each other better, huh? It's always good to know who's on your team. I'll start so you don't feel shy." He stood up and pulled out two fans from somewhere and struck a pose. "I'm known as the handsome Aizen Uzumaki, I like sweet foods, dislike salty foods, and my dream nowadays is to enjoy life!"

Heiwa looked impressed by the presentation, while Seiji put his hand over his face, dying of embarrassment; Ayaka just found it funny. Seeing that he had finished, Heiwa took the next position and began to speak with the same enthusiasm. "My name is Heiwa Uzumaki, I'm the son of Katsu and Kaeri Uzumaki. I like my dad and my mom, and also fish! I don't like sour foods and being grounded! My dream is to see the whole world, be a great fuinjutsu master, and a great ninja like my dad!"

Aizen gave Heiwa a thumbs up and said, "That's the enthusiasm I want to see, very good Heiwa, I know we'll get along great! How about you now, my dear nephew?" He looked at Seiji, who still had his hand over his face.

"My name is Seiji Uzumaki, I like sour foods and fuinjutsu, and I don't like very sweet things and a lot of effort... And unnecessary violence. My dream is to become a ninja strong enough so I can rest, and so I can protect the weak."

Aizen responded with applause and nodded. "That's a noble dream, my dear nephew, but you'll have to like effort from now on, because to be a great ninja, you'll have my help... And finally, let's give space to the little flower of the team."

"My name is Ayaka Isobe, but you can call me Aya. I love to sing and I like spicy things, I hate when my hair gets tangled and when someone bothers me. My dream is to be a famous singer," the now named Ayaka said with a huge smile as she tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear, she looked at Heiwa and Seiji as if waiting for some reaction from them, but only received a friendly smile and a thoughtful face, which made her slightly sulk.

"We have a very diverse team, don't we? Now we have to start our training, everyone stand up and let's start running around this little island a few times."

The island didn't seem very big, so there was a sigh of relief from Ayaka and Seiji, who didn't like physical effort much. Heiwa, on the other hand, asked, "But Sensei, the island is too small to run around, isn't it?"

"Ah, you must not have understood very well then," he said with a smile, and then the other two team members felt a chill, "We're going to do it outside the island," which increased the size considerably, the radius increased and practically doubled the size.

"Let's go, kids, it's only 5 laps, what do you think?"

"That's crazy!" Seiji said indignantly.

"I can't even run twice, Sensei!" Ayaka said.

Heiwa didn't even respond as he started running. "I'll be the first to finish!"

Hello everyone, welcome to the fifth chapter. In this chapter, we have the end of the Fuinjutsu class and the preliminary presentation of some characters who will appear during this arc. One thing I would like to ask is if you are liking the pacing, I don't want to make it too slow or too fast, so I hope I'm managing.

That being said, see you in the next chapter!
