I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here story continues as Midoriya is currently embroiled in a domestic situation whilst someone appeared and is somewhat interested in Midoriya, which this person will show up here…
And now the WHEELS OF FATE began to roll…

Ch. 3: Kango-ken o shutoku
As Inko stood up and tries to tend to her son, and in her frenzied state she did not notice her son's PSYCHIC MANIFESTATION as it began to strangle the woman and Izuku screamed at the woman to leave his mom alone or else he will retaliate.
Inko then shook her son and told him to calm down and Izuku slowly did, and his PSYCHIC MANIFESTATION disappeared, and the bully's mother choked while staring in shock, and Izuku slowly realized what just happened, and now he is starting to lose himself, as he clutched his head and screamed before running out of the house.
Inko screamed at her son to come back but he just ran off, while the bully's mother shoved Inko aside as she wobbly leave the apartment and sought out police assistance, as she deemed Izuku a threat to society.
A passing police car happened to be on the scene and there the bully's mother reported it, and the two cops asked for evidence, and after telling them, the two cops are reluctant to do so as they need evidence to prove her claim.
The woman made a verbal fit and the cops bucked under pressure and said they will look for Midoriya and bring him in for questioning, though the bully's mother wanted a SHOOT TO KILL order so that Midoriya is taken cared of forever, though the cops said it is a big NO.
"Sorry."
"We can't do that."
"But…"
"Unless there's a probable cause…"
"We can't just shoot an unarmed boy."
"He's not a boy! He's a monster! He nearly killed me!"
"Do you have proof?"
"Until then…we will proceed with caution…"
"…"
The woman went into a spoiled brat-like ranting, insisting that the officers do their job and conduct a shoot-to-kill order on Midoriya, saying that he is ARMED AND DANGEROUS after pointing out how she nearly died in Midoriya's hands, and getting fed up with the woman's ranting, the officers said they will do what they can, giving her assurance just to get her to shut up.
"Okay, okay…we'll…"
"Find him! Shoot him down!"
"My partner and I will…"
"I don't care! Just find that bastard and shoot him to death!"
"Please let us do our job, ma'am…"
"I say you shoot him on sight!"
"Please stop, madam…"
"Fine!"
As the woman walked off, the two officers sighed in dismay, wondering why society has people like her, as they heard that the woman is raising spoiled brats and make themselves feel superior in a society, and now she wants cops to shoot down Midoriya, whom they heard that he is born Quirkless, and now the officers decided to find Midoriya and calm him down, seeing that he couldn't possibly be the one to do the things he is accused of.
"Do you really think that Midoriya did what the woman accuses him of?"
"Hard to believe."
"Yeah."
"We better find him, and fast, before that woman might worsen the matter…"
"I agree. She really is a spoiled brat herself."
"Indeed. She might ne the root cause of all this…"
"We better get going."
"Let's go."
As the police car left, the scene shows that a woman, who is in her late teens, is standing by, having seen and overheard the conversation, as well as witnessing Midoriya running off, and now she has a reason to sought out the boy, seeing that he is a SPECIAL CASE.
The female is identified as Jolyne Kujo, and she picked up her smartphone and contacted someone, telling him that she found someone who is SPECIAL and needs INTERVENTION before things escalate into a wanton situation.
"Hey, dad…"
"Yes?"
"I found one."
"He has…?"
"Yup. It's similar to yours."
"I see. Keep an eye on him. And let me know where he is. I'll join you shortly."
"Better hurry. The cops are on his trail."
"Got it."

Minutes later, the scene shifts at a tree house not far from the apartment where the Midoriya family is staying, and you can see a distressed Midoriya hiding there, worried that something is wrong with him, and wondered if he is cursed, as all in his life he was tormented and bullied, for being born without a Quirk, and now he is accused of hurting people even though he knew that he did not do anything, until the PSYCHIC MANIFESTATION materializes, and now Midoriya believed that he is possessed by an EVIL SPIRIT.
"I'm…possessed…I am possessed…"
Outside, the police car stopped, noticing the tree house and the two cops believed that Midoriya might be there, and decided to calmly approach him and persuade him to come along to answer a few questions, believing that Midoriya is misunderstood and not really a dangerous person since they are aware that the boy has no Quirk.
There they will try to prove to the accuser that Midoriya can't be the one because they believe that he is Quirkless and that her accusations are based purely on her own foolishness brought about by her abusive sons.
"You think this would work?"
"It better."
"…"
"We got to get the boy into custody before that woman might cause a scene."
"Think he'll listen to your words…?"
"I do hope so."
"Okay."
"Here goes…"
One of the officers climbed the tree house and gently knocked on the door, and asked Midoriya to come out, saying that he is not being deemed a suspect, but they only wanted to ask some questions so that they can determine if he is a threat or not, assuring that his rights will not be violated.
The other officer chimes in, saying that if Midoriya proves that he has no Quirk then the woman accuser won't have leverage and urges him to come out of the tree house and answer the accusations, promising that if proven innocent, he will be off the hook.
"…so please come out…"
"We won't hurt you…"
"We just want you to answer some questions."
"If you answer them honestly…and determine that you're innocent, then you're off the hook."
"What do you say?"
"You got nothing to lose."
"Please, Mr. Midoriya."
"Come on out."
Hearing this, Midoriya came out of the tree house and there the two cops asked him some questions and there he honestly said that he believed that he is POSSESSED by an EVIL SPIRIT and told the two cops told take him in, so that he won't risk hurting anyone indirectly and for his own protection.
The two cops stared at each other before reacting incredulously at what they were told, and said that they couldn't possibly do that as there is no basis on detaining someone on the account of a SUPERNATURAL phenomenon.
"Er…"
"We couldn't possibly do that…"
"If it's a Quirk…we might…but…"
"Ghosts…?"
"I think there's…"
"Come on, kid. You know there's no such things as ghosts…"
"Look, we won't charge you, so…"
"Uh-oh…partner…look…"
By then the woman showed up, acting in both paranoid fear and arrogance, she grabbed Midoriya by his hair and tried to pin him down while telling the cops to arrest him, saying that he has a very dangerous Quirk, but the cops tried to pry the seemingly hysterical woman apart from Midoriya, seeing that she is hurting him and they told her that they will handle it.
The woman wouldn't relent as she is losing her bearing and pulled the younger boy's hair harder, to the point that his head started to bleed and this caused more distress to the boy, and he told her to let go but she began deeming him a DEVIL'S CHILD and he deserved to be shot to death because of what he did to her child, oblivious to the fact that her son was the root cause of all the trouble.
"You really are a monster!"
"Ow! Let go!"
"You should be killed! You are a devil!"
"Let go! you're hurting me!"
"You must die! You are a threat to society!"
"Let me go!"
"You hurt my son! If the police won't stop you, then I will!"
"AAARRRGGGHHH!"
The distress that Midoriya underwent indirectly made him activate the PSYCHIC MANIFESTATION, but it was invisible to ordinary people, and the PSYCHIC MANIFESTATION grabbed the woman by the collar of her clothes and lifted her.
The two cops stared in surprise seeing that the woman is FLOATING in the air, as they cannot see what is holding her, and they wondered what is going on as they are unsure if this is due to outside factor because they do not believe that Midoriya has a Quirk.
"Huh?"
"What the heck?"
"Whoa…"
"Are you seeing this?"
"Am I dreaming?"
"I wish I had a Quirk…"
"Shouldn't we be doing something?"
"Like what?"
Because his PSYCHIC MANIFESTATION has just awakened, Midoriya has incomplete control, thus it began to beat up the woman, and only Midoroya can see it which horrified him and somehow he unconsciously willed it to stop, and the woman was dropped to the ground, beaten, bloodied, and bruised. The two cops are perplexed at what just happened and are now wondering if Midoriya really has a Quirk or not.
Midoriya approached the two cops and said that an EVIL SPIRIT did this and believe that it is connected to him, and requested that he be taken into custody, which the two cops appeared to be unsure on whether to take the boy into custody or not.
As one of the cops radioed for an ambulance, the other cop asked the boy if he is really Quirkless or not, but Midoriya maintained that he was born without a Quirk, and reiterated that what happened just now is the work of an EVIL SPIRIT.
"I told you…"
"…"
"I'm possessed!"
"But…"
"An evil spirit did this…and it's connected to me!"
"Calm down, kid…"
"I really am a threat!"
"Huh?"
Suddenly, the PSYCHIC MANIFESTATION appeared, but remained invisible to the naked eye of ordinary people, and it grabbed the gun, and the cop stared wide-eyed seeing that his gun FLOATED before it fell to the ground.
The other cop saw it and is in a state of disbelief at what he just saw and there Midoriya reiterated his situation and insisted in being taken into custody believing he would be safe and to prevent others from becoming a victim over this EVIL SPIRIT.
Left with no choice, the cops conceded and granted the boy's request and took him into custody, where minutes later, the station chief was unwilling to believe in Midoriya's claim, but the PSYCHIC MANIFESTATION involuntarily went to work and caused some action, and this spooked him as he could not see it and eventually believe the claim and puts the boy in a cell that is separate from the rest.
The station chief told the two cops that maybe Midoriya is cursed, which the two cops shared his sentiment.
"I think that kid must be possessed…"
"That's what I think…"
"But…don't you think that…?"
"If he has a Quirk, then he would have admitted it…"
"I agree…that boy insisted that he be jailed…"
"Sure wish I had a Quirk so I can investigate this…"
"Anyway…we need to inform the boy's mother."
"Yes, sir."
"We'll do."

Outside the police station, Jolyne Kujo is waiting outside, as she followed the cops and found where Midoriya is being detained and now she wondered if her dad is serious about what he is about to do, yet she wondered how this happened given the CIRCUMSTANCES and yet she is unsure if this is a good idea or not.
Moments later, her dad arrived, where the person turns out to be Jotaro Kujo, and there he asked Jolyne if this station is where Midoriya is detained, and there she points out that Midoriya is experiencing the same situation Jotaro experienced when he was a teenager and Jotaro said this is why he is going to apply the same way his grandfather did a few decades ago.
"So that's where the kid is detained?"
"Yeah."
"I see."
"What now, dad? Are you going to use the same tactic that great-grandpa did to you during your youth?"
"Yeah. The old man went through a lot of things…just to BAIL me out…"
"So shall we go there…?"
"Not yet. We wait."
"Huh?"

Hope you liked this chapter, as Midoriya's hidden power made its move again and nearly killed BULLY woman but somehow it held back, but nevertheless it had a negative effect on him and insisted on being taken into police custody to prevent another repetition of that incident…which once again mirrored the first half of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusader episode 1…
Jotaro Kujo finally appeared, and now he and daughter Jolyne are set to get Midoriya out, yet he opted to wait for something, which was unclear at the end of this chapter…
Joseph Joestar is briefly mentioned but as you probably guess he passed away sometime ago...

Midoriya's problems pile up as his mom, Inko attempts to persuade him to come home is met with resistance, until Jotaro and Jolyne showed up and offered to help Midoriya, which would lead to a brawl the boy's PSYCHIC MANIFESTATION, which would be met by Jotaro's OWN…
