Many thanks to those who read and reviewed this fic. I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here story continues as Midoriya is currently embroiled in a domestic situation which he would end up in jail, whilst someone appeared and is somewhat interested in Midoriya, which this person will show up here…

And now the WHEELS OF FATE began to roll…

Especially as this person and Midoriya will get to SHINE here…

Well then, read on and enjoy!

Ch. 4: Shinrei sensō

Outside the police station, Jolyne Kujo is waiting outside, as she followed the cops and found where Midoriya is being detained and now she wondered if her dad is serious about what he is about to do, yet she wondered how this happened given the CIRCUMSTANCES and yet she is unsure if this is a good idea or not.

Moments later, her dad arrived, where the person turns out to be Jotaro Kujo, and there he asked Jolyne if this station is where Midoriya is detained, and there she points out that Midoriya is experiencing the same situation Jotaro experienced when he was a teenager and Jotaro said this is why he is going to apply the same way his grandfather did a few decades ago.

"So that's where the kid is detained?"

"Yeah."

"I see."

"What now, dad? Are you going to use the same tactic that great-grandpa did to you during your youth?"

"Yeah. The old man went through a lot of things…just to BAIL me out…"

"So shall we go there…?"

"Not yet. We wait."

"Huh?"

Jolyne is baffled when told that they will not act yet, and when she asked her dad why, Jotaro said that they need to speak to someone before going inside the police station, which made her curious as to who would they speak to before checking on Midoriya.

Jotaro appeared to be tight-lipped as he did not respond to his daughter's queries, and after several minutes Jolyne saw Inko heading their way and she informed Jotaro about Inko's relationship with her son, which piqued Jotaro's interest.

"So that's the kid's mother?"

"Yeah. That's her."

"Does she know…?"

"Apparently not."

"I see."

"What?"

"Good. She's just what we need."

"Dad? What are you…?"

Upon hearing this, Jotaro stood in front of Info and tells her that her son is having a SPECIAL CASE, and said that Izuku will refuse to leave jail saying that he is possessed and that he is sure to refuse her no matter what but stated that he could help CONVINCE Izuku to leave jail without resorting to violence and everything will be okay.

Inko appeared wary and asked Jotaro how do he know what he is saying, and Jolyne steps in and described what she saw when Izuku UNKNOWINGLY manhandled the woman who accused the boy, and this made Inko suspicious as she knows that her son is QUIRKLESS.

"Are you sure you're not making that out?"

"What made you say that, ma'am?"

"Just so you know my son is Quirkless."

"That may not be the case."

"And what do you know?"

"…"

"I know my son and…"

"Well…"

Jotaro said that Jolyne overheard Midoriya claiming that he is POSSESSED, but in reality he is unaware that he possess a PSYCHIC MANIFESTATION, and there Jotaro summoned his, where Star Platinum appeared.

Jolyne whispered to her dad and asked what's the point of summoning it if Inko cannot see since only those with THAT ability can see it, and Jotaro whispered back, saying that if Izuku possesses THAT ABILITY, then there is a chance that Inko might see it.

"Seriously, dad?"

"I suppose."

"What would that accomplish?"

"We wait and see."

"Huh?"

"If this woman react…"

"That can't be…"

"Wait for it…"

There Jolyne saw Inko staring wide-eyed, as she is able to see Star Platinum, and asked Jotaro if this is what he meant about her son claiming that he is possessed by an EVIL SPIRIT, and Jotaro assured that it is not an evil spirit, but a latent ability, and tells her that he will explain everything once they manage to persuade Izuku to leave jail, and said that he and Jolyne will try to convince Izuku to leave jail, and Inko nodded as she wants her son out of there.

Inko then made Jotaro promise to tell her everything about what he knows about Izuku, and he nodded, saying that he will keep his word and tell her and her son everything about the PSYCHIC MANIFESTATION.

"You have my word."

"…"

"Once we get your son out, I will tell you everything."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, ma'am."

"…"

"I promise."

"Fine then."

Several minutes later, the scene shows that Izuku is inside a cell where he requested that he stay there alone, and the police are wary after witnessing that some objects, like a chair, floating and the sink's faucet moving by itself, and they are even more wary when Izuku said he is Quirkless and that he was possessed, thus he tells them that he doesn't want to share a cell with anyone to prevent them from getting hurt.

The police captain is unsure as he felt that maybe Izuku does have a Quirk and the boy doesn't know it, but the cops who escorted the boy said that they talked to the boy's mother and said that Izuku is Quirkless and that the boy insisted that he is possessed and the cops told the captain that there may be truth to Izuku's claims, describing how the woman who manhandled the boy got throttled around and that Izuku did not attempt to escape and requested that he be taken into custody.

"You serious?"

"Yes, sir."

"And we mean it."

"And you sure it's true that the boy is Quirkless?"

"Looks like it."

"He didn't even tried to run off or attack us."

"Still I ain't buying about this possession thing…"

"…"

"…"

By then, the Kujo's and Inko arrived, and the police captain told Inko the situation, and there she tells her son that he needs to come out and go home with her, but Izuku refused and tells her why, where his PSYCHIC MANIFESTATION materialized and picked on the cop's nose before pulling a hair from his mustache.

This caused the cop to get spooked as he thinks that there is a ghost here since he cannot see it. The other cop and the police captain feel the same way since they too cannot see it, and are now believing the boy's claim and yet they are unsure on what to do.

"No way…"

"Then it's true…"

"There is a ghost…!"

"I don't like this…!"

"It even pulled my moustache…!"

"I don't want to get involved here…"

"Hey! Don't chicken out…!"

"I want to retire…"

"I want to resign…"

However, Inko stared wide-eyed as she somehow saw it, and tells Jotaro about it, saying that she could see it, and there Jotaro tells her to stand back and tells the police captain that he will handle the boy and convince him that he can go home, where he said that he is SPIRIT DETECTIVE and that he can handle a case like Izuku's.

The police captain seemed wary, but felt that this might be the best way as he has no capability to handle things like this one and tells Jotaro that if he could convince Izuku to leave the station, he will forget what he saw.

"And that's that."

"Really?"

"Yeah."

"I see."

"If you pull it off, then everything will be unofficial."

"Very well."

"Y-you may begin."

"Okay."

The cop then opened the cell door and steps back, and there Jotaro steps in and tells Izuku to come out, saying that his case is different and that he is offering him a way to deal with his problem, but Izuku is wary and afraid of letting this EVIL SPIRIT roam free and tells Jotaro to leave him alone, and when Jotaro refuses, Izuku began to rant and tells him to leave him alone.

There Jotaro summoned Star Platinum and it went towards Izuku, grabbing him by his neck and lifted him, and there Inko saw it and asked Jolyne what is Jotaro doing, but Jolyne assured that everything is under control and that Izuku will be fine and that he will be persuaded to leave his cell and go home with Inko, saying that Jotaro underwent the same situation like Izuku before, hence he knows what to do with the younger boy.

Inko stared at Jolyne and asked if she is serious, which Jolyne nodded.

"You…you're serious?"

"Yes, ma'am."

"And you mean it?"

"Yes."

"But…but…"

"It will be okay."

"Izuku…"

"…"

The police captain and the cops stared wide-eyed, as they saw Izuku being lifted into the air, unaware that Star Platinum is lifting the boy by his neck as they cannot see the PSYCHIC MANIFESTATION, and wondered if they did the right thing in letting Jotaro handle this situation.

Likewise, the other jailed person whose cells are next to Izuku's stared wide-eyed, and they did not think this is a work of a Quirk, and after hearing Jotaro calling himself a SPIRIT DETECTIVE, they believed that Jotaro has PSYCHIC abilities and deem him a SUPERNATURAL, hence they are becoming wary of what they are seeing.

"Hey!"

"What's going on there?"

"Is he really psychic?"

"This better not be a Yu Yu Hakusho or a Shaman King rip-off!"

"Let me out of here!"

"Get us out!"

"I don't want to die!"

"Do something!"

As Izuku is being choked, he is becoming more afraid, and in a moment of desperation, he unintentionally summoned his PSYCHIC MANIFESTATION, and it began to punch Star Platinum on the face, hitting his nose, and there Star Platinum backed away.

As Inko saw Izuku's PSYCHIC MANIFESTATION for the first time, she is shocked, and could not believe what she is seeing, and asked if this is what her son meant, which Jolyne nodded, and tells her that she too possess one, and that Izuku somehow gained one and tells her that with proper training Izuku can control it and use it to do good.

They then saw Jotaro stood there, blood dripping from his nostril and his nose swelled, and the cops and the police captain were astonished at what they are seeing, and have no idea that Jotaro was affected when Star Platinum is struck, and the cops asked the police captain if they should call the pro heroes, but the captain said there's no need…yet.

"No, boys…we stay put."

"Huh?"

"Are you sure?"

"For now."

"But…"

"What if they…?"

"If things get out of hand, then we'll call the BIG BOYS…till then, we see how things turn out. Got that?"

"O-okay…"

"If you say so…?"

As Jotaro stood, Star Platinum is ready to make its next move, while Midoriya got to the ground, catching his breath, and is angered, and now he became determined to drive Jotaro away, while his PSYCHIC MANIFESTATION slowly took shape, appearing humanoid and now vaguely resembled the image of a pro hero, namely All Might.
