AN: Well, it looks like I've caught your curiosity with this story. Going, to be honest ferkuro15 I don't remember the 2006 Fate/Stay Night that well other than the CG dragon, and it… well, it tries to flesh saber out more (I have my issues with how she was treated in the adaptation.) I will try to mix what I can from the three routes only if they fit the story I want to tell. God the chaos Guilmon is going to get into will be so fun to write.
Chapter 2
"Takatomon?" From the light, Shirou saw the most terrifying sight of his life. A large red dinosaur creature with glowing gold eyes which tilts its head while looking at him. He fell on his butt trying to back away while the creature inched closer. He closed his eyes praying it was just a stress dream and he would wake up. He felt its breath on his face and opened his eyes. It was inches from his face and it started sniffing. This was it this was how he died being devoured by an overgrown lizard. He looked around and saw a pipe. He reached out but before he could reach it the creature threw itself at him.
"Takatomon it is you! You look different but Guilmon can tell by smell!" The dinosaur of Guilmon tackled him with a big hug and started licking his face while his tail shook like a dog tail. Shirou quickly got over the shock and pushed this Guilmon away.
"Hey knock it off you're causing a mess and I just cleaned this place." He pulls himself up to look over the shed and just sighs all his hard work was gone and it was too late to start over.
"Guilmon's sorry. It's just been so long! I'm happy to see Takatomon again!" The dinosaur looked down before looking up with a smile.
"There's that as well. I don't know a Takatomon my name is Shirou Emiya." Shirou explained hoping he wouldn't hurt Guilmon's feelings.
"Uh uh. You're Takatomon Guilmons nose never lies." Guilmon shook his head. "You're my best friend. Don't you remember all the fun we had fighting other Digimon?"
"Digimon?" Shirou asked. 'How does an old series like that connect to me and him? And best friend? He came from that old hoodie…' He grabbed his head as it started to ache.
"Takatomon? Are you hurt?" Guilmon asked.
"No just a headache it will go away." Shirou waved Guilmon away. "Look it's getting late do you have somewhere you can stay?"
"Guilmon will stay with Takatomon! Guilmon hasn't seen mama and papa in ages." Guilmon looked towards the house. 'Mama? Papa? Ugh, this is too much.'
"Oh, uh, Mama and Papa aren't here anymore I live alone," Shirou explained to his best abilities.
"Alone! Then how will Guilmon have all their delicious bread?!" Guilmon looked shocked.
"I'll have you know I know how to cook!" Shirou grumbled. "Look you can stay till we find your home I guess." 'How much trouble would it be? He's clearly confused and he certainly can't go wandering the streets.'
"Guilmons home is with Takatomon!" Guilmon exclaims. Shirou sighs and quickly picks up the device and sneaks the dinosaur inside. 'It's going to be a long night.'
(Early Morning)
Sakura Matou made her way inside Senpai's house after getting no response at the door. 'Senpai must have stayed up late again, he really should take a break every now and then.' She thought to herself as she made her way to his room to see if he made it inside. More often than not she would bring him inside if he fell asleep in the shed working on old electronics but it would be rude to assume he was there before checking his room. She got to his room and the door was ajar.
"Senpai?" She whispered while peeking her head into the room. The first thing she noticed was a giant red dinosaur plushie that was laying to the side of Shirou. 'I had no Senpai liked those kinds of things. It's so cute! Well, I'll leave him to sleep longer.' She closed the door and heard some mumbling of bread. She made her way to the kitchen and started on breakfast as quietly as she could. A part of her was sad for lying all this time but if Senpai knew he'd try to help and she couldn't let him get hurt. She shook her head and sealed those thoughts away, for now, she had breakfast to make.
Shirou yawned and stretched out. He was in his bed so yesterday must have been some weird dream. He could smell food cooking and sighed, Sakura must have decided to cook instead of waking him up. He had told her multiple times she didn't need to cook for him but that hasn't stopped her yet.
"Takatomon… I smell food…" A red blurry shape yawned. 'Son of a… guess last night wasn't a dream… wait one second.'
"Guilmon? Why are you in my room I put you in the guest bedroom?" Shirou whispered.
"Couldn't sleep. Can Guilmon get food now?" The dinosaur asked. That was out of the question if Sakura saw Guilmon she might freak out.
"No my friend is out there if she sees you she'll be afraid," he told Guilmon.
"But Takatomon I'm hungry." the dinosaur whined.
"You can't go out there." Shirou put his metaphoric foot down.
"But Takatomon…" Guilmons' gold eyes pleaded with him like a puppy. 'Must resist… must… damnit.'
"Ok, you can't leave the room while there are people here so how about I bring you some food?" Shirou caved.
"Food?"
"Only if you stay here." Shirou reminded him.
"Ok, Guilmon stay." The dino grinned. Shirou sighed with relief as he got out of bed and dressed. With one look back gesturing Guilmon to stay he left his room and went to the kitchen. He saw Sakura busy at work not even acknowledging his presence.
"You know you don't have to cook for me?" Shirou smiled knowing her answer already/
"But I want to Senpai you always work so hard, it's the least I could do," Sakura said in a happy tone.
"Let me help at least." Shirou took a step in only to be blocked by a spoon.
"No. If you want to do something set the table I'm cooking." Sakura ordered with a fake glare. Raising his hands in defeat Shirou backed out of the kitchen and did as told. Though he grabbed a few loaves of bread he made the other day as he left. "Thank you, Senpai." He nodded and started setting the table. It didn't take long and afterward, he snuck back to his room.
"Guilmon?" He peeked his head in and with a crash the curious Dinosaur fell from the closet. Shaking off a pair of pants Guilmon looked up.
"What were you doing in there?" Shirou asked.
"... Nothing," Guilmon replied looking around.
"Well, I brought you some bread. Now I have to clean that mess up." Shirou sighed handing Guilmon the bread and picking up the clothes thrown on the ground.
"Yay food!" Guilmon cheered before chopping down on the bread. It was like having a large dangerous child. At least Taiga wasn't here.
"Shirou feed me!" the sound of the door slamming open and her demand had him sighing. 'Of course, can my luck get any worse?'
"You should marry this girl Shirou! How many guys do you know have cute girls like Sakura willing to make them breakfast?" Taiga said while stuffing her face with her third bowl of rice unaware or unconcerned about the blushing teens.
"Senpai…and me…" Sakura seemed to smoke before covering her face.
"Ta-Taiga don't just say things like that! Shouldn't you be at school anyway preparing for the exams?" Shirou diverted the conversation. Taiga looked at her watch and paled. She hurried through her last bowl nearly choking and shot up.
"I'M LATE!" She ran towards the front. "Thanks for the meal Sakura. Shirou, don't forget what I said! See ya!" The front door slammed and the two were left at the table.
"Well, that was something. Sorry about all that Taiga doesn't always think when she eats." Shirou apologized. "I'll start cleaning up."
"Senpai…and me…"
"Ok, Guilmon I'm going to be gone for a while so I want you to stay inside and out of sight, I'm leaving some food out for you. Do you understand?" Shirou asked his new house 'guest'.
"Aye aye, Takatomon! Guilmon is sneaky no one will know he is here." Guilmon saluted.
"Good I'll be back after my classes are over," Shirou said picking up his bag and leaving the room.
"Classes?" Guilmon tilts his head and an idea popped into his head.
Sakura and Shirou left his home and made their way to school. As they made their way down the street a box crept through the front gate of the house and started following them. Guilmon was proud of himself he had found a bigger box than last time. He would finally get to see what a class was. Unbeknownst to any of them a girl with black pigtails was watching the house and saw the box moving but passed it off as Shirou tried to sneak a pet to school and turned away not seeing a read lizard-like tail popping from the box before being pulled back in.
"It's not my business if Emiya wants to bring a pet. All I'm doing is making sure Matou is ok." The girl huffed.

Henry sits at his desk wondering what the break will bring. He's going to that city where one of his friends may very well have died. Those days following the incident he sat at their home computer praying Takato would message him, just hoping he had lived. Days turned into weeks and weeks into months, eventually, he couldn't take it anymore and went to Rika's house. He had run into Jeri there hoping Rika had heard from their friend but she shook her head no and Henry confirmed that Takato had not messaged him at all. That night all three of them stayed together just talking about their goofy friend and wishing their Digimon were still with them. The bell knocked him out of his reminiscing and he soon saw that his class had already left for the day. He found Rika and Jeri waiting by the gates with suitcases.
"Did you two even come to school today?" Henry questioned.
"Jeri's house is around the corner we went back and grabbed our stuff while you sat there daydreaming idiot," Rika smirked.
"Rika said she told you," Jeri spoke up.
"Well, my bag is still at home. We're lucky my dad had vacation time there's no way I could have gone with you two alone." Henry sighed remembering the talk with his dad.
(Flashback)
"So Jeri and Rika are going to Fuyuki and you wish to go with them?" His dad asked.
"Yes. I think it could help th… us get some closure." Henry nodded.
"I'm sorry dear I just think it's proper for a teenage boy and two girls, to go on a trip alone." His mom said.
"But…" Henry started.
"Your mother has a point son." His father interrupted him. "Though I know you. You'll just sneak out like all those times when you were a kid so let's make a deal."
(Flashback end)
"I am glad your dads coming. I don't have to waste all my money on this trip now." Rika joked.
"Alright let's go to Henrys then to find Takato!" Jeri cheered. The other two smiled hoping he was still alive.

Guilmon had successfully snuck into the building Takatomon had entered. Sadly classes weren't something fun or delicious. It was just plain old school and it was boring. He would go back to Takatomons house unfortunately he had no clue how to. He had followed him without thinking of the route they took. So for the moment, he was stuck. He knew school was dangerous and teachers hated boxes so he had found a hiding place in the first empty room he found. To pass the time he slept. Eventually, he heard the door open and he held his breath and peeked through a hole. Takatomon was talking to a blue-haired person.
"I think Tohsaka is warming up to me man. Soon I'll win the heart of the best-looking girl in school." the blue-haired boy said smiling. Takatomon shook his head.
"I heard she tore into you Shinji, I'd stop while you've still got all your pieces." He said.
"Whatever man. Here's the stupid fan the members of the newspaper club asked me to see if you could fix it. Looks like they left you some parts in that box. I'll leave you alone with that fan I got some ladies to pick up." Shinjimon left the room.
"Well, let's get to work. I wonder what part needs such a big box." Takatomon made his way to Guilmon and Guilmon panicked tossing the box up.
"Surprise…"
AN:
Yeah, I figured I should add one of the tamers' parents since well they are teens and you know how parents can be. I am still open to suggestions on servants and relationships. I'm wondering what should happen to Shinji? Also, I'm now realizing I messed up. I am going to hate typing Senpai by the end of this lol.
