Doctor Who X RWBY X Justice League VI:
Weiss flew around the harbor to bring the Death Stalker to a trap she planned out. She had a little bit of fun being able to fly in the sky which was one thing the Death Stalker couldn't do. However, her concern grew as she could see the others fighting off the Sea Feilong. Once she was done with this Grimm, she was going to return to help the others.
Batman: What are you doing?
Weiss: Improvising. Thinking. Planning.
Jaune: Weiss! *Flies next to her* What's the plan on your side?
Weiss: We need to get that stinger of the Death Stalker. I'm luring it to that crane.
Jaune: Sounds like a plan for me.
Weiss: Get it angry. It can regenerate which means the more we annoy it, the more it'll follow.
Jaune: Starting to sound just like him.
Jaune turned around and fired small missiles towards the Death Stalker which angered it more and gave chase to the heroes. Jaune landed forward and activated two laser blades from his hands as he lunged forward against the Death Stalker which used its claws to fight back.
Weiss hopped right above the crane and waited for Jaune to get closer with the Grimm. She observed and calculated the moment they get that stinger ripped off. She pulled out her Sonic and waited.
Weiss: Cmon Jaune...X marks the spot.
As Jaune and the Death Stalker were locked in, the Grimm decided to use its stinger to finish this but it was met with a metallic clash because of Jaune's armor. Jaune smirked beneath his mask and lifted the poisonous Grimm for a Supplex which left the creature upside down and right at the spot.
Jaune: NOW!
Weiss activated her Sonic which caused the hook of the crane to drop and used her wings to navigate it right at the stinger of the Death Stalker, snatching it from the Grimm while Jaune fired a massive blast which vaporized the Death Stalker for good as Weiss landed down with the stinger.
Weiss: Okay, that was one hell of a team combo.
Jaune: Would have loved to hear you say that during our Beacon days. *chuckles*
Weiss: Shut up. *Giggles then looks at the stinger* Look familiar?
Jaune: Yeah. And I don't like this one bit.
SKREEEEEEEOOOOONNNKKKKK!
The roar of the Sea Feilong caught the attention both heroes which immediately flew up into the air and flew to help the others defeat it. By the end of the harbor, Green Lantern and Blake continued to distract and fight the Grimm Serpent while Cyborg was on top of it, trying to grab the code and kill it.
Cyborg: I have to make the plug myself.
It was an ultimate risk and a very deadly one, but he needed to get the code to finish this and perhaps get more clues on how to stop the others. Wires appeared from Cyborg's arm and injected right onto the Grimm which caused a massive and painful scream by him.
Green Lantern: Cyborg!
Cyborg: The programming...it's trying to change me!...
Weiss: CYBORG! *Throws my Sonic* Activate it!
Cyborg looked on time and grabbed Weiss's Sonic device while her and Jaune help Blake and Lantern in distracting. As Cyborg continued on hacking the program, strange signs appeared on it which made him instantly use the Sonic to bypass it, giving Cyborg the chance to finish off the Sea Feilong which collapsed onto the ground in a pile of black puddle.
Green Lantern: Cyborg! *Helps him* Talk to us.
Cyborg: *pants* Got it...Your device came in handy, Weiss...how did you know it would have those glyphs?...
Weiss: W-What glyphs?...
Cyborg got up slowly and demonstrated the glyphs that were displayed on the code which terrified Weiss, Blake, and Jaune...
Blake: Those...aren't glyphs...
Weiss: That's Gallifreyan writing...the written language of the Time Lords...
Jaune: Which means it now confirms our worst fear, The Master is truly behind this...How the hell could it escape the Ever After?...
Blake: More to the question, how did he even survive?...
Superman: Justice League! *Groans in pain* Calling the Justice League!...We need your help.
Ruby: Clark!
Big time trouble got the five heroes back in focus and all flew to the coordinates of Superman and Ruby.

Back on the bridge, Superman was barely able to stand as he felt himself being drained. Him nor Ruby did not notice what the Nidhogg had on its chest which happened to be the deadliest weakness to Superman and all Kryptonians.
Superman: This Grimm, it has a heart of kryptonite. I...I...
Wonder Woman: We'll be there as soon as we can get rid of this weather Grimm.
Green Lantern: We're on our way!
Ruby: Use your heat vision!
Superman took all of his strength he had in the moment and shot lases from his eyes towards the Grimm but was only able to do little damage. The Man of Steel couldn't keep going like this.
Superman: Anyone seen Flash?
Flash wasn't far from the rest but he was on his own with his own mission: Finding Kilg%re. He sped through every Grimm on sight, finishing them, and not stopping.
The Flash: Where is he? Where is Kilg%re?!
Superman: FLASH!
Flash finished the latest Grimm and heard Superman's grunt which meant there was a much worse situation going on. He sighed in defeat and sped off while being watched from a Grimm puddle in which a reflection of Kilg%re appeared, laughing.
Superman did his best to continue fighting against the Nidhogg with Ruby trying to steer it around but the Kryptonite was draining Superman even more until he couldn't feel himself and into the darkness he fell.
Ruby: CLARK!
Ruby leaped off the Grimm and right towards Superman as she teleports both of them back on the bridge. She looked up to see the Nidhogg charging after them before receiving multiple fire shots followed by bright green spears, a blue blast, shadow arrows, and a golden pulse blast which took it down momentarily.
Ruby: *looks over and gasps* GUYS!
The team from the harbor had arrived as Cyborg and Lantern checked up on Superman while Ruby regrouped with her friends.
Ruby: We got big problems.
Weiss: So did we. Let's focus on the Grimm first and end this.
Jaune: Blake and Ruby go low. Weiss and I will go high.
The Remnant heroes moved in motion as the four handled the giant Grimm beast like any ordinary Grimm. Ruby happened to jump on the Nidhogg, slashing one of its wings while Blake shot out shadow discs which cut the other wing, leaving the Grimm unable to flying.
Green Lantern: Open to suggestions!
Cyborg: I could try plugging into this one, too.
Green Lantern: No, you almost turned into a Grimm! *Calls out the others* We need more firepower.
Jaune: ITS REGENERATING!
The heroes watched on as the Nidhogg grew bigger and multiple wings as Ruby watched in horror of the Regeneration glow, looking over to Weiss and Blake which they confirmed the unfortunate.
The Nidhogg was becoming more out of control as its tail began to slither around and causing damage. Cyborg, Green Lantern, and Blake distracted the Grimm while Ruby, Weiss, and Jaune helped the people on the bridge to escape. Jaune approached a family and blasted a few cars that were toppled together to clear the way.
Jaune: Go, Now!
As Jaune cleared the way, one of the people that ran past him was a very familiar red-head woman. She made eye contact with him even with his mask on and made her leave with the others. Jaune only clinched his hand and took a deep breath as he looked away and returned to battle.
For in this world as well, there is also a Pyrrha that exists.
Yet sometimes, seeing someone you cared for can truly mess with your mind as well...
Ruby: This way! Get to safety! *Looks over and gasps*
As the last remaining people left...she saw her again...in the far distance...
She saw Penny...
She looked behind at the battle then looked ahead to see Penny far but clear. A part of her wanted to fly over and see if it was truly her...or a figment of her imagination. Ruby slowly levitated in the air and-
Weiss: RUBY!
The shouting of Weiss brought Ruby back to reality as she looked over again and Penny was gone. She shook her head to wake herself up and helped the others until a giant blast of fire knocked the creature down again followed by multiple slices on the wings and lightning strikes keeping the Grimm down. The Central City team have arrived.
Yang: You called?
Ruby: Just in time, sis. It's being weakened.
Vixen: Well, all of us are here! So let's finish this!
All of Team RWBY, Team JNR, and the Justice League with the exception of Batman and Flash were all united and surrounded the Nidhogg as each took a turn on stopping the monster and weakening it. But the main issue has yet to be resolved which was destroying the kryptonite.
Green Lantern: We need to destroy that kryptonite! It's what keeping it alive and weakening Superman!
Nora: Leave it to me!
Nora placed her weapon down as mount of electricity were emerging from her hands. Her eyes glowing bright pink as this new world for her had elevated her Maiden powers to a whole new level.
Nora: KAMEHAMEHAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
Nora sends a massive lighting blast towards the Nidhogg which fries up most of its body and slightly shattering the Kryptonite. It still wasn't enough as the Nidhogg quickly regenerated and began to blow fire at each of the heroes.
Ren: It burly did anything!
Wonder Woman: No! It's shattering! But we need more firepower!
In a speed blur passing by everyone, The Flash finally joins the battle and starts doing everything in his power to finally take down the Grimm despite the concerns of the others of him doing it on his own. But his anger was getting the best of the Scarlet Speedster.
Superman: FLASH! Stop before you-
The Nidhogg found an opening and knocked The Flash down. It opened his mouth and grabbed him to the horror of everyone. The creature lunged Flash in the air which Ruby got an idea as she teleported right onto the Nidhogg's mouth.
Yang: RUBY?!
Ruby makes it just in the nick of time and grabbing The Flash's hand but saw the heat rising from the beast's mouth as she waited for the exact moment. And when the Nidhogg fired, they disappeared and were back on the ground while a portion of the Nidhogg's fire struck the Grimm and breaking the Kryptonite completely.
The Grimm was now weakened and with Superman fully healed, it was time to finish this once and for all.
Ruby: NOW!
All the heroes charged and began to take down the Nidhogg, one by one, different ways, as Superman and Ruby get the final blow with the Man of Steel holding the Grimm's head and open while Ruby teleports above and slices the Nidhogg's head off.
The Battle was finally over...
Superman: Everyone okay?
Nora: *pants* That...was...AWESOME!...
Weiss: We found the stinger that poisoned Bruce as well. I think it's time we finally get some-
The Master: *echoes* Hello, girls.
Team RWBY alongside Jaune felt their hearts stop and their bodies freeze as the recognition of that voice. The same voice that came from a Curious Cat turned psychotic killer as a portion of the Grimm's ooze from the Nidhogg's corpse rose up and created a similar appearance to The Master's beast form in the Ever After.
Weiss: Y-You...
The Master: *cackles* Miss Me?
Jaune: YOU'RE DEAD!
Blake: We saw you die by the Jabblewalkers!
The Master: *cackles more* Oh you poor inferior insects. You did see me die but you looked away too soon.
Yang: The hell does that even mean?
Ruby: What are you and Kilg%re planning? Who's the third member working with you?
The Master: Careful my dear. Curiosity kills the Cat, doesn't it? I thought you would learn from now.
The Flash: Where are you and Kilg%re? TELL US!
The Master: *smirks and chuckles* It shouldn't be Kilg%re you should worry about. It should be me. You will never know when I'm there. What A Time To Shine. *Looks at Team RWBY* See you soon.
The Master gave out a haunting cackle before the Grimm ooze dropped flat to the ground and he was gone once again. They didn't think they would hear from him again but somehow, someway, The Master was here...

Ruby: All right. What do we do now?
The heroes have all returned to the Hall of Justice and were now focused on the next objective: Who was working with Kilg%re and The Master in creating the Grimm here.
Yang: Whoever is working with Kilg%re can make and reprogram Grimm.
Blake: Could it be Salem? It's kind of her thing.
Cyborg: Kilg%re said "he."
Ruby: *looks at the stinger* I've seen this stinger before. It looks like Tyrian's tail.
Nora: Aka Salem's unhinged lackey.
Jaune: When Weiss and I spotted it, we recognized it immediately considering he got a new replica after his original stinger was cut off.
Weiss: And he has used poison before.
Ruby: But Tyrian didn't build his tail.
Ren: We shouldn't cross out Ashad. He's still out there and he's been experimenting with the Grimm as well.
Wonder Woman: And who is he?
Weiss: *sighs* It's more of what is he. *Pulls out my Sonic and displays images* He's a Cyberman. The first to arrive in Remnant and the one that created the Cybermen in our world. He also ended up creating Cyber Beasts which are fusions of Grimm and Cybernetic.
Jaune: They have been our biggest issue as of late and he hasn't stopped.
Blake: But we noticed these Grimm aren't cyber at all. There's also Dr. Merlot. Once a human who turned himself into a Cyberman as well.
Yang: That's what I thought at first. He was experimenting on Grimm, like some sort of god. Became much worse when he was called the Cyber Controller and helped both Salem and Ashad expand their army.
Ruby: But...he's dead, right? He was blown up alongside a majority of Cybermen, Grimm, and Cyber Beasts inside the Monstra.
Blake: Death may not matter.
Yang: So, what you're saying is anyone could be-
Weiss: Alive? Just like The Master, though he said he looked away too soon which means...
Jaune: He escaped from the Ever After on his own.
Ruby: Then Kilg%re isn't just working with someone experimenting on Grimm, but they can also build a machine that transfers consciousness.
Weiss: And who do we know that's smart enough to build that?
Ruby: *eyes widened* But he- Cyborg! You said Kilg%re talked about his partner. What did he say?
Cyborg: I'll do one better. I'll show you. *Displays the recording*
Kilg%re: He's changing them- To fight you- What A Time To Shine.
Blake: *thinks and stands up* Wait a minute. The Master said the same thing too. It's a hidden message. *Decodes the message*

Kilg%re: Your specifications for the Grimm seemed to work. How come this body modification is taking so long?
Arthur Watts: Because Grimm in this world are not hard to program. But our project, however, it's not as simple.
Kilg%re: The Justice League managed to transport in their precious team RWBY alongside a few friends. Fire fists, shadow bending, teleportation, time angel, metal knight, god of lightning, and samurai. That why you called off the attacks? Because you're afraid?
Arthur Watts: Strategy, Kilg%re.
Kilg%re: Right, I forgot. You're a master at strategy. How exactly did you plan for Team RWBY to show up?
Arthur Watts: I didn't think they'd manage to create a portal between worlds!
Kilg%re: I did. And perhaps The Master did as well.
Arthur Watts: Ha. Yes. When you managed to get yourself lost in Remnant's cyberspace. If anything perhaps he knew and he didn't wish to reveal it.
Kilg%re: Well, I didn't hear you complaining when you used the same method to escape here when you died! If it weren't for me, you'd still be stuck under Atlas and captured by both the Doctor and Cinder Fall!
Arthur Watts: You needed guidance in killing the Justice League!
Kilg%re: And how's that going? Hmm?
Arthur Watts: I was not the one who failed to succeed in the digital world. *sighs* I've told you to fix my voice modulator.
Kilg%re: Got it. *Looks around* Where did that servant go? Did The Master call it back?
Arthur Watts: Patience, Kilg%re. No matter the obstacles, we are stronger now that I am here in this universe. We will destroy the Justice League. We will take over this world and it shall be...Masterful. Now fix the chamber. The final piece of my plan is about to fall into place. We still have one more piece left to join their side.

Yang: What A Time To Shine...
The Remnant protectors were left eyes widened as Blake finished decoding the message and discovered who was the third member helping Kilg%re and The Master in creating the Grimm. Like Blake said, Death did not matter...
Ruby: Arthur...Watts...
Superman: Who is Arthur Watts?
Ruby: He's a genius. A brilliant scientist, until he realized that no one would listen to his ideas. So, he faked his own death in order to join Salem and remake the world. And then-
Weiss: He's the reason my home was destroyed.
Ren: Three intelligent beings. One from this world. One from ours. And...one from a fallen race of superior beings...
Nora: This is now much more than what any of us were expecting. This is an ultimate battle...
Batman: But why did he build a machine to transfer consciousness? *Groans in pain* And how did he get here?
The Flash: And why would Kilg%re basically tell us who he's working with?
Weiss: I can't imagine that he enjoys working with Watts.
Ruby: Watts may not have had a choice. We don't know what happened to him after Atlas. There's a chance he could have died.
Yang: And what, he just happened to have a backup plan?
Blake: I mean, who else would have such a crazy "in case of death" plan? He had total control of the Atlas network. Which is probably how he trapped us in the digital world the first time. He could have stored his consciousness on there at any point.
Weiss: *thinks* Blake said death did not matter here. And she's also mentioned of who else could have a crazy death plan. *Eyes widened* Her...
Blake: Who?
Weiss: Cinder Fall...or as she goes by now, The Rani.
Vixen: The Doctor, The Master, and now The Rani. Another one of them?
Weiss: Possibly. Last thing we heard about the Rani was that she fell into a black hole. But Time Lords are very intelligent and have ways to create portals. While it may have been a black hole, it could have still resulted in her being sent somewhere else.
Cyborg: Here.
Jaune: *grunts* Which means Kilg%re and Arthur Watts have two Time Lords by their sides! Where's the Doctor when you need him most...
Weiss: He doesn't know any of this...He saw The Rani fall into the black hole and we told him the Master is dead...Oh no...*looks at Ruby* We have to get back out there.
Ruby: I agree.
Jaune: I'm with you two.
Yang: Are you kidding? We're banged up, exhausted, and in a completely different world. We need rest.
Ren: Yang is right. We dealt with a lot and we are in new bodies. This isn't the same as what we go through.
Ruby: You know what it's like, when the Grimm won't stop. We can't let Watts gain the upper hand.
Weiss: We have to stop them! All of them!
Superman: All right. I've been in contact with the reserve members of the Justice League. They're taking over for the night. The rest of us, let's take some time, get our bearings.
Ruby: We're just letting others take over when we're already on the trail?
Superman: We aren't any good to anyone if we don't take care of ourselves. We'll reconvene first thing tomorrow.
Weiss: You brought us here so we could take down The Master, The Rani, and Watts.
Jaune: We don't know if it's 100% that she's a part of this but we still gotta be cautious.
Superman: And you will.
Cyborg: And look, Kilg%re and Watts are probably also recharging.
Superman: Exactly. So, let's take the night to rest.
ALERT! ALERT! ALERT!
The alerts went off in the Hall of Justice, startling everyone but getting right to it as Cyborg pulled up different tabs of what was occurring across the cities but there was little to no sign of Grimm.
Cyborg: That's odd...
Wonder Woman: What is it?
Cyborg: These reading that triggered the alarm isn't coming from any of the cities. It's coming from an aerial point...the sky!

A chess piece from The Master's side had been forcefully taken off the board as things leveled up again. A devious and grim chuckle came out of him as he realized what this meant.
The Master: He's finally here...At Last!...*cackles*

Cyborg worked on getting any aerial shots and sent out one of his drones to inspect while everyone else could only watch and wait. As the drone appeared above the clouds of the night sky, their eyes widened at a horrifying sight: A Grimm Lancer flying around...with a person?!
Ruby: That Grimm has someone as hostage!
Jaune: That's not right...Grimm couldn't do that!
Superman: It's a secret ambush attack! Quick! We need to strike that creature, Lantern, open a portal on my mark!
Black Canary: Uhhhhh...guys?...
Everyone looked back at what Black Canary was watching and were flabbergasted at the person standing on top of the Lancer...
THEN JUMPING OFF IT!
Jaune: WHAT ARE THEY DOING?!
Green Lantern: I can't open a portal with a person falling from the sky!
Superman: Then open a portal for me and Jaune! We'll rescue the person and stop that Grimm!
The other heroes were getting in motion while Team RWBY especially Weiss continued to watch on as her mind was clicking fast and the realization hit her.
Weiss: WAIT! STOP!
Green Lantern: Weiss?
Weiss: Just watch! I don't think...that person needs help.
The others wondered if Weiss had gone mad until she pointed it out as the person continues to fall while the Lancer was still going after them. And in a sudden turn of events...
BOOM!
The Lancer was vaporized as the hit came from the person falling which complicated things even more from the heroes' point of view. The smile grew on Weiss alongside the others minus Ruby and Yang.
Vixen: Did that same person...not only jump off a Grimm...but also killed it? How?
Weiss: *chuckles* Because no ordinary person would do that...Only a Madman like him...
For the person falling through the sky was in fact a Madman but it wasn't any other Madman...
It was The Doctor himself.
Flying through the sky then diving towards the thick clouds as if he was flying directly towards something as a mad smile appeared on his face and The Doctor was out of the view from the drone.
Cyborg: W-Where did he go?
Black Canary: What. Is. That?
Everyone watched as Team RWBY and Team JNR instantly recognized it while the Justice League were completely confused by what appeared next.
The Flash: Is that...
Wonder Woman: A Police Box?
Right above the clouds and in clear view from the drone was none other than the TARDIS herself, here and fully repaired as she speeds through the drone, causing it to glitch and the screen entirely, confusing the heroes even more until they heard a mechanical wheezing noise from behind them. They all watched in amazement as out of thin air, the TARDIS herself materialized inside the main room and the doors opened to reveal the Madman himself.
The Doctor: Admit it! You just witnessed the Greatest Superhero Landing of All Time!
