A few weeks had passed since Mira was in the hospital and was now at home fully recovered. She was set to go on a date with Dan in a few hours.
"Are you ready, Mira." Keith asked. "Yes I'm fine." She replied. "I can't believe my little sister is going on her first date. It feels like just yesterday you hated boys." Keith continued putting his arm on Gus's shoulder. "If your going to continue being a nuisance, I'll go wait at Dan's house." Mira threw a cold stare. "Struck a nerve, I see." Gus said crossing his arms. "Don't worry Gus she still has around 6,999,999,999,999,999 trillion left." Keith said with a wink. Mira got up from the couch. "Fine ill just go wait at Dan's house." Mira said going to her room to fetch her clothes. She packed her bag and left. She left for earth and arrived at Dan's house. She knocked on the door, when Dan answered "Hi Dan, I was wondering if I could come over early, and spend time with you." Mira said blushing. They both when in, with Dan closing the door behind him. Dan's Mother walked in, to see who was over. "Mom, this is Mira. I don't think you two have met." Dan said. "Hi Mira, I'm Dans mother." Dan's mother said putting out her hand. "Hello Mrs Kuso, I'm uhh... going... out... with your ... son?.." Mira tried to say before Dan cut her off. "Mom, she's a very close friend." Dan said. Mira looked away, a bit disappointed and shy. "Mom, I need to speak to Mira." Dans continued, leading Mira up the stairs, and to his room. He pushed Mira in and closed the door behind him. "Sorry about that Mira, my moms a going to ask a ton of questions if I said that we were dating." Dan said sitting down next to Mira and taking her by the hand. "It's okay, but when are you going to tell her." Mira replied putting her head on Dan's chest. "I don't know. Maybe one day." Dan said, "she's going to find out eventually. I mean, it's no secret that we're going out. Ace is furious." Mira replied. Dan just giggled.
"Where are we going today?" Mira asked. "I have a few idea." Dan replied. "You going to tell me?" Mira asked again. "Nope." Dan replied. Dan lay down on his bed, putting his arms on his head, leaving Mira sitting up. "You know I won't sentence you to death for lying down , right." Dan said. Mira lay down, placing her head on Dans chest. "You happy now?" Mira asked. "Maybe." Dan replied. "Ugh, there's just no pleasing you." Mira said with a smile. They both accidentally fell asleep, and woke up around 3:28. "Crap we're late." Dan said getting up and grabbing his clothes, and trying to get his shoes. Mira woke up groggy, not sure what day or who she was. She got up dizzy, "Dan, what's going on?" Mira asked, still trying to get up. "I didn't mean to fall asleep, we're late to our date." Dan said grabbing his clothes. "Why don't we just go someplace else?" Mira asked. Dan stopped and thought, "maybe that could work. We could go to a pizzaria, later tonight and do it like a dinner." Dan said "if that's the case, I'm going back to sleep." Mira said stretching, "I'm going down stairs to watch something, you can nap here, and join me when your awake again." Dan said walking down stairs.
Drago had returned home, from god knows where (in this story he's still cross dragonoid) he was going down the hallway until he came past Dan's room, until he noticed a foot coming out of the blanket on Dan's bed. He rushed down stairs to see if Dan was here, he saw that he was "Dan there's a sketchy Character in your room, and I do not feel safe, I require assistance." Drago said. "Calm down Drago, it's just Mira, we're going on a date tonight, and she's just having a nap." Dan explained "but why is she in YOUR bed?!" Drago asked. "What is it to you?" Dan asked. Drago didn't respond, he just flew back to Dans room. Where he heard a thump and Mira saying "ow, what was that. Hey stop." Dan ran up to his room to be Drago bumping into Mira. "Drago, stop it!" Dan demanded. Mira rushed over to Dan's side, "Drago, leave Mira alone!" Dan said covering Mira. "She snores and I'm tired, she can sleep somewhere else." Drago remarked. Mira held Dans hand and walked down stairs. "Come Mira, you can sit with me." Dan said getting all of her clothes. And walking down stairs, they sat down in the lounge. "What are you watching Dan?" Mira asked. "I'm not watching anything. I'm playing red dead redemption 2." Dan said Mira sat and asked questions occasionally. "Who is he Dan?" "That's John Marston" Dan was on Chapter 6. "I tried, he was dead when I already got there." Dutch said through the TV. "Why did they kill John?" Mira asked.
Dan didn't respond because he had finished the game before and had played red dead 1. Dan continued to play while Mira watched, until Arthur said his farewell to Abigale and Sadie Adler. Mira started to cry when Arthur rode back to camp. "Wait Johns alive?! How?!" Mira asked astonished. "My boy, I didn't have a choice." Dutch said "You left me!" John shouted. "All if you pick your sides now because this is over. All them years Dutch for this snake?!" Arthur said. "Be quite cowpoke. You live in the clouds." Micah said. "Wow, we never had cowboys in vestle." Mira said. Dan continued playing until Arthur's horse died. "I think that's enough, we should get going." Dan said putting the controller down, and walking up stairs. Mira reluctantly agreed and got dressed herself. Dan wore Long white top, with a picture of javier escuella. And Black shorts with white shoes. Mira wore a white shirt with black jeans and red shoes.
They walked to the restaurant. Dan noticed something blue in the background, but it was so quick he just gave up and continued walking, Mira decided to hold Dan's hand which he did the same, when they had arrived, they were seated at their booked table. "We don't have pizza in Vestle. This should be a treat." Mira said. Looking through the menu. "How many people know that vestle and Vestroia exist?" Mira asked "I don't think many, not everyone goes on inter dimensional travel." Dan replied. The food had arrived and they ate. "That was really good" Mira said, drinking her water. A lady came through holding a bowl of icecream, Dan just thought it was desert for some fat ass until she started walking towards her table, the lady walked past, but right before she passed Mira she dunked the whole bowl on her head. Leaving her freezing and sticky. "What the hell?!" Dan shouted. "Oh sorry sir." The lady said, Dan got up and looked her right in the face and pulled her hair, showing that she was wearing a wig and it was actually Runo! "How did you know it was a wig?" Runo asked. "No one knows Mira and hates her as much as you." Dan replied, "Do you have no self respect. You beat her to a pulp and now your trying hurt her. Leave us alone." Dan said. A lady came and gave Mira towl "thank you." Mira said "I'll take you home come on." Dan said placing both hands on Mira's shoulders, as they were walking down the street Dan said "I'm sorry about this." "Don't worry, it wasn't all bad." Mira replied, Dan had taken Mira home, "I'm sorry again about tonight, but we should see each other again soon." Dan said "Thank you for today Dan." Mira replied right before she walked in she kissed Dan. Dan didn't respond he only blushed before he walked away.
When Dan had gotten home, he greeted his mom and went to his room where he looked out the window. "What is it Dan?" Drago asked. "It's nothing, just thinking about Mira.". "How was the date" Drago asked. "It was good, just Runo ruined it." Dan replied. "Why don't you just get someone to look out for her?" Drago asked "if she does it again I'll do that." Dan replied. Dan got in his bed and went to bed
When Mira had entered her home she was instantly greeted by her brother. "What happened Mira?!" Keith asked. "I was eating and Runo snuck in and threw a
Bowl of icecream at me." Mira explained. "She's probably jealous that you stole her man." Gus said. Mira didn't reply she just gave him a death glare. "Listen if you need help, Gus and I will be your 'FBI agents' I believe they call it." Keith said. "You should go and clean yourself, your starting to smell." Keith said. Mira went up stairs and cleaned her self. She went to her bed room, where wilba was waiting, "what's wrong Mira?" Wilba asked. "Nothing I'm just worried that if Runo keeps ruining our dates, Dan will loose interest and try break up." Mira said also looking out the window. "If it's what he wants, it's what he'll do but remember he loves you, so don't think he's going anytime soon." Wilba said "maybe your right, but I'm just worried." Mira said. Mira closed her curtains and went to bed. "Good night wilba." Mira said. "Sleep well Mira." Wilba replied. Mira closed her eyes and went to sleep.
"I can't help but worry about her, Gus. If she gets hurt again I don't know what I would do." Keith said down stairs. "Maybe they should continue dating but we should just watch out for them, it would be a good excuse to bug them." Gus recommenced. "Maybe but we need to be sure." Keith said
Runo was in her room, planning on what she will do next to ruin Dan's date. "How about that tegrera?" Runo asked. "I don't want to be involved in this fight between you three." She said "One day Dan will see that I am better than that Bitch!" Runo said
