Day 1: Part 2!
On Drek's ship, Zing was talking to Drek while Foster was watching the prisoners who were chained up to the walls, most of them were still knocked out but a few were still awake or were about to come to, like Bobby, Bismuth (though she had just reformed and was immediately placed in a cell with electric bars kinda similar to the Homeworld prison cells), and Hayley. Foster was making sure that they didn't try anything.
"Drek, I have a weird feeling that Roger and Lincoln aren't going to be found when the three days are up." Zing said as he sipped an alien drink.
"And why is that?" Drek said as he laid back in his chair.
"Well, think about it D." Zing said, putting his drink down. "The people of that planet are probably hunting them now, how can they be expecting to find those two in three days? They are probably busy panicking then finding them?"
"Well, how about we really make them turn themselves in if it's becoming a problem for you?" Drek asked in sinister tone.
"What's that?" Zing asked, putting his drink on a coaster.
"Destroy their planet early." Drek said in malicious manner.
Zing's eyes widened in surprise as the awake prisoner's eyes widened in shock and horror. "Whoa, you're serious?"
"Of course..." The red alien said. "After all, when the root is eradicated from the person, they're going to be able to right where you want them to be."
Zing thought about this for a bit. While this does sound farfetched, in a way it made sense. When someone is at an emotional low, they can be easily taken advantage of. Zing would've said that this was going a bit too far but considering the fact that Roger's former lover had enslaved various lifeforms from across the universe, tried to kill them by crashing his own ship onto Zeenu and had just seen Drek blow up a planet right in front of his eyes, he quickly realized that while it was farfetched, it wasn't ideal.
Zing then smiled a little as he made his decision. "Alright, let's do it." He then began to leave the room with Drek, he then to turned to Foster. "Foster, watch over the prisoners. If they try to escape, execute them."
"Of course, sire." Foster said, bowing his head and, unknown to the two but to the prisoners, he crossed his fingers. "As you command."
After the two left, Foster turned to the prisoners as some of were feeling anxious now that he was watching them. The tension was so thick that it could be cut with a knife.
Foster smirked as he approached Bobby, who was sweating nervously.
Despite that, he refused to yield.
"What are you going to do, extraterrestre?" He said with a glare. "Torture me, if so, do your worst. I'll never talk!"
However, Foster's intentions weren't malicious. He pulled out a key and to the surprise of him as well as Bismuth and Hayley, he unlocked his cuffs.
"You freed me?" Bobby said in confusion. "Why?"
Foster didn't say anything as he unlocked Bismuth and Hayley, and they were just as confused as the Santiago teen was. Just then, to their shock, he punched himself in one of his eyes before decking himself in the midsection as hard as he could before he then made one of his hands spark up with electricity. At first the three were thinking that he was going to attack them, but he didn't. Instead, he aimed his closed fist at himself before letting loose a fist styled blast, which injured him greatly and sent him flying in the wall behind him.
It was only then that Hayley realized what Foster was doing.
"Oh, I get it." Hayley said before turning towards the two. "Come on, let's get out of here."
"How? There's too many guards." Bobby said.
Bismuth then looked out the big glass window, which displayed a field that was filled with giant beasts of extra-terrestrial origin. Looking back at the two, an idea popped into her head.
"Well, I have an idea." Bismuth said to the two teens. "But it'll only work if you guys trust me."
"At this point, I'm willing to try anything." Hayley said, feeling up for whatever Bismuth was planning to do.
"I'll trust you, Bismuth." Bobby said, wondering what the blacksmith gem's idea was.
Picking up the two humans in her arms, she took a running start towards the window.
"Uh, Bismuth?" Hayley said with a hint of fear.
"Please tell me you're not thinking of..." Bobby said, fear clenching around his heart like a rope.
"Trust me." Bismuth simply said. "And brace yourselves!"
With her momentum and the humans embracing each other in fear, the Crystal Gem burst through the window and leaped out of the miles in the air spacecraft while the two humans were screaming in fear.
Once they were gone, Foster grinned to himself. "Sorry, my liege. But you've gone off the deep end and must be stopped." He said to himself with a saddened tone. "Hopefully those three won't fail this golden opportunity."
Unbeknownst to him, Drek had overheard everything and saw Bismuth, Hayley and Bobby escape as looked out a large window.
"So many things to do, so little time to do them." He said in a callous yet dark tone.
Just then, one of his soldiers walked up to him.
"Sire, is something wrong?" He asked.
"Three of the prisoners escaped and overpowered Foster." Drek lied, about what really happened. "Gather a team and follow them."
"Shall I inform Zing, sire?" The soldier alien requested.
"No, I will. You just focus on what you're doing." Drek said.
The soldier nodded and walked away, leaving the alien businessman alone. He then placed his hands together in a cartoon villain type of way.
"Things are about to get quite... interesting around here." Drek said with an evil smile.
Back on Earth, in the Loud House, Lisa was in front of a desktop computer as Lily was still downstairs, looking up some information on the screen as she was typing on her computer and going through webpage after webpage from multiple sites on multiple tabs... and quickly exiting those sites and closing those tabs just in case they were going to give her appliance a damaging virus or something like that.
And the last thing that the genius Loud needed was another appliance of hers getting damaged because she forgot something or due to the antics or her siblings.
She was about to continue her research she heard a frantic series of knocks at the door.
"Lisa!" Luna shouted from the other side of the door. "Sorry mate, I know you're working on whatever science thing you're doing but I need to your help with something, it's important!"
Letting out an annoyed sigh, Lisa stopped what she was doing and walked to the door. Upon opening it, a purple blur zipped inside her room before the little genius could get a word passed her lips as she closed the door faster than a speeding train.
"Greetings, elder musically inspired sibling." Lisa said as she pinched her nose to relive herself of a headache from staring at a computer screen so long. "What brings you to my residence of space seeking my assistance on what inconveniences your well-being?" Lisa instantly saw the confused look on her sister's face, so she simplified her words... much to her chagrin. "What was so important that you had to nearly break my door with your frantic knocking?"
"We've gone too far with what we've done, dude?!" Luna shouted as tears began to appear in her eyes.
"Excuse me?" Lisa said in confusion. "Care to elaborate?"
"With Lincoln!" Luna specified, tears running down her face as she began to wipe them away, only for more to appear. "We messed up big time with what we did to him!"
It took the little genius almost a nanosecond to realize what the musician was talking about as she then said. "Ah, so I have seen that you have finally come to your senses on this ludicrous incident."
Something about the way Lisa had phrased that made Luna pause. She couldn't quite put her finger on it, but it almost seemed that Lisa knew that Lincoln wasn't bad luck.
Wait.
Did she?
"Wait a sec, brah. Did you know that Lincoln wasn't bad luck?" Luna said, accusing her sister. "This whole time?"
Lisa nodded, confirming her sister's accusations. "Affirmative, I did, even before all of this happened."
Luna then grew furious as she grabbed the genius by the collar of her shirt and held her up into the air to meet the music lover's gaze.
"If you knew this whole time, why the bloody hell didn't you say anything?!" Luna shouted at the young genius.
Lisa, though surprised at Luna's words and aggressive manner as she expected this more from Lynn, Lola or Lori, simply responded. "It would not have mattered if I did."
"What do you mean 'it wouldn't have mattered'?" Luna asked, seconds away from pummeling her, barely restraining herself.
"Well like with Lincoln, Leni and Lucy, our family seems to have a habit of ignoring or disregarding my facts and opinions as well on whatever is happening when the time calls for it. With Lincoln, it's because he's the only boy of the family, Leni because of her low intelligence, Lucy because she is the downer of the family or me because of my high intelligence." Lisa said, almost with a hint of irritation. "Believe me, I was going to confront Lincoln for what he was doing after Lynn had calmed down after her loss at that game, but I decided not to as you, Lucy, Lynn and Luan once said to Lincoln during the whole Sadie Hawkins Dance situation, "You dug your own grave and now you are going to lie in it", does that ring a bell?"
Luna paused for a moment as she remembered the time that she said that to Lincoln like it was yesterday. She remembered getting mad at Lincoln for telling them that he didn't want to go to the dance and ducking Ronnie Anne. She was just as mad as Lynn, Lucy and Luan were for wanting to duck out on the dates they've set for him for said dance.
But even so, that shouldn't have excused her sister's inaction to prevent this whole situation from escalating into this current point in time in the musician's mind as she glared at the young genius even more pissed off than before as she spoke again. "Even so dude, you should've said something! If you did, we wouldn't have shot the dude into space at Pop's mention of Lincoln's dream of being an astronaut! Not to mention, we wouldn't have an angry mob outside our house demanding answers and the cops wouldn't be out there too!" Luna shouted before taking a breath to calm herself. "And don't even get me started on that clone you made. Seriously, did you inhale some fumes due to an experiment gone wrong?"
Lisa took a moment to process everything her sister told her. Luna was right. Absolutely right. It was because she chose to sit back and watch what would happen and not confront her brother when she should have, it led to everything going from bad to worse for her and the rest of her family. Lincoln was in space, Leni, Luan, Luan and Lucy are who knows where, her family were now public enemy #1 to their whole town because of her dim-witted sister's announcement at Lynn's game. And what was worse, she defied the laws of physics in a misguided attempt to alleviate her own guilt and cheer her family up.
Why?
Why didn't she do anything to stop this from happening?
Why did she create that stupid clone of her only brother?
Speaking of whom, the two sisters heard a knock at the door henge. Looking over, they saw that it was the clone. Looking straight at him were two different feelings, one of disgust and the other of sadness. Luna dropped Lisa upon seeing him.
"Am I interrupting?" said the clone.
"Yes." Luna said, not bothering to hide the anger in her voice at the being that should have never been. "What do you want, dude?"
"I couldn't help but overhear your whole conversation." He said. "Am I really a clone of your brother?"
The two were silent were for a minute before Lisa responded regretfully. "Affirmative, you are a clone of our brother Lincoln."
That bit of news shocked the clone to his core as he fell to his knees in tears, only to ask. "Why?"
"Yeah, I would like to know that too." Luna said, glaring down at her sister.
Lisa was silent as both eyes were on her.
"It was because I miss him." She said as tears appeared behind her glasses.
"What?" Luna asked.
"Our brother, Luna!" The genius said through her sniffles. "I miss Lincoln."
"And creating a clone was your solution?!" Luna shouted in shock. "For the love of all things music, sis, have you gone mental?! Was this situation just an opportunity to make something out of it?"
Hearing that struck a nerve in the highly intelligent girl. "Well, what about you, you Rock and Rolling hypocrite?" She fired back. "You were strangely silent during everything that was happening! So, you are just as much in the metaphorical doghouse as the rest of us are right now! So don't you start acting high and mighty despite coming to your senses!"
Luna sighed and pinched the bridge of her nose, knowing that she was right. As much as she was calling Lisa out for what she did, she didn't have the right to since she went along with everyone else for kicking Lincoln out like the genius did as well.
"You're right, I am being hypocritical." Luna said as she looked down at the floor for a bit before responding. "But what I just said before still stands. I want to make things right. If you want to do the same, then please help me. For Lincoln."
Lisa sighed, knowing that she was right. "I want to make things right too." She then gestured to her computer. "Which is why I have been researching for the past 30 minutes on the legal ramifications of what we've done."
"Well you should put that on the back burner for now, sis." The rocker said.
"Any reason why?" The genius asked.
"Do you still have those tracking devices planted in us, except Lola and Lily?" She asked.
Hearing that caused the 4 year old genius' eyes to go wide.
"Of course, I cannot believe that I have forgotten about that." Lisa said she jumped back into her seat and opened up one of the drawers and grabbed a strange device out of it.
It was a device that kinda looked like a walkie-talkie with an antenna on top of it but with 8 dials, each with her siblings distant color.
Light Blue for Lori
Light Green for Leni
Purple for Luna
Yellow for Luan
Red for Lynn
Orange for Lincoln
Black for Lucy
And finally,
Dark Blue for Lana
Lisa turned the device on and turned on the orange dial as the words 'SEARCHING FOR LINCOLN!' manifested on the square screen.
The three waited as they wanted to see the results of Lisa's device.
An alert sounded off as the words 'INSUFFICIENT SIGNAL!' manifested on the screen, much to the three's surprise.
"Dang it!" Lisa said as she placed the device on the desk.
"What's wrong?" Luna asked in concern.
"The signal isn't strong enough!" Lisa said in irritation. "I created it to find him wherever he is but the further away he is, the weaker the signal gets."
"How far did you make the signal?" The clone asked.
"As long as he was on Earth." Lisa said, slapping a hand on her face upon realizing how stupid that is and not having the foresight to prepare for something like this.
"So, that's it? We can't find him out there?!" Luna said, tears streaming down her face.
"Don't fret my musically inspired sister." Lisa said, refusing to give up. "I can try to strengthen the power of the signal. But the problem is that I can't obtain the resources that I need to create something that can do that." Lisa said as she began to think of something to do.
Something that could possibly help get her brother back.
Or maybe... someone?
After two minutes, an idea clicked into her head.
"But I think I may know who can get them for us!" She said before going to her computer before she began to type something rather frantically.
Danville, Flynn Fletcher Household...
The populace of the Tri State Area has noticed the disappearances of the Murphy family along with his two friends as the police were searching high and low for them. Even the fedora wearing beaver duck that was seen with Dr. D was reported missing, eventually reaching the family, the Flynn Fletchers... who were on the other side of the Tri-State Area.
Speaking of which, let's see what they're up to now.
The mother, Linda, was currently driving through town as her older, brother-busting obsessed, daughter Candace was with her.
Back at home, with their dad, Lawrence, currently at an antique shop, the brothers, the imaginative, determined Phineas Flynn and the one phrase a day, silent, tool handy Ferb Fletcher, were currently working on the device that they had previously to try and find their pet, who they don't know is a secret agent... which made a lot of other, multiple, different platypus flock to their house.
Hopefully, they can use their brains to prevent that weird occurrence from happening again.
Also, maybe they could find Milo's family since they have heard reports of some mysterious disappearances lately and Milo's family was one of them. Maybe in the process of finding their pet as well cause he might be with the Murphy family doing whatever he does when he disappears.
That day still surprised them, but then again, the previous summer was pretty surprising.
From building a roller-coaster to disturbing the space time continuum through the power of time travel.
Heck, they even went to outer space once or twice.
"Hey Ferb, do you have a wrench?" The triangle headed boy asked.
Without even looking in his toolbox, the green haired boy reached into it, grabbed the needed tool, and tossed it to his brother.
"Thanks, bro." The orange haired boy thanked his brother before he began to tighten one of the bolts on their invention.
As the two continued to work on their invention for the next few minutes, it was finally completed.
"Alright, we did it!" Phineas exclaimed, bringing his brother into a side hug. "Now let's..."
Before Phineas could finish his sentence, a sudden beeping sound was heard by the two boys.
"Oh look, our communication watch is beeping. Let's see who's calling." Phineas said, looking to the table and noticing a watch beeping before he walked over and placing it on his arm before pressing a button on the side.
The watch took a few seconds to manifest the face of whoever was on the other line before the screen went black for a split second before the face of whoever is on the other line manifested for the two brothers to see.
It was Lisa who was calling them, and she had an urgent look on her face. "Phineas, Ferb!" The young genius shouted, urgently. "My apologies for contacting you guys like this, but I need your help! It is incredibly urgent!"
"Hello, Lisa. It's nice to hear from you again." Phineas said, being nice before turning serious. "For helping you, what exactly do you need us for?" He then began to hear a bunch of noise in the background. "And what's that noise?"
Lisa's eyes widened in surprised. "You don't know?" She asked nervously. "It's probably all over the news by now."
Looking at each other in concern, the two brothers ran inside of their house as Phineas grabbed the remote and turned the TV on.
Turning it to channel 5, a news report was going on.
"This is Gordon Gutsofanemu, and we have some shocking news coming from Royal Woods." said the male news reporter from a Danville news station. "We now go to Katherine Mulligan, live on the scene. Katherine?"
The TV then showed a scene of a female Royal Woods reporter standing on the street in the front of the Loud House as there was a crowd of protesting citizens holding picket signs rioting and policemen behind her.
"Thanks Gordon." Katherine said into the microphone. "This is Katherine Mulligan, reporting from outside of the house of the Loud family. As you and the viewers at home can see behind me, a mob of angry citizens are rioting outside of the house with police officers doing their best to hold them back. As said by one of the citizens previously, during a game at Royal Woods earlier this week. One of the daughters of the Loud family, a miss Leni Loud, with the help of a few of her friends and a few of her sisters, confessed that they and I quote: Kicked their only brother out of the house and shot him into SPACE!"
"Please tell me this is a joke?" said Gordon in Katherine's earpiece.
"No, unfortunately it isn't as this video that has been posted onto the internet will explain everything." The reporter from Michigan as a video depicting the events of Lynn's game manifested on the screen.
It showed the announcer's box as someone was filming the events of the game from his seat in the stands.
And that's halftime," The announcers for the game said. "We'll be right back after messa- wait, what the heck?!"
The camera zoomed over to the announcer's box as sounds of frantic knocking on the door behind the announcer and what appeared to be talking which soon escalated into arguing almost immediately was soon heard, much to the confusion of the audience watching.
Soon, the arguing began to get louder as it soon escalated into fighting as shouts of things like "Get out or we'll call security!" and "We need to tell the public this, now move!" echoed throughout the field, much to everyone's confusion.
The sounds of fighting intensified for several minutes before it suddenly came to a stop.
The field grow silent as a new voice spoke into the microphone.
"Testing, testing, 1, 2, 3... is this thing on?" said a female voice.
"Leni?!" The Loud family said in unison.
"What is she doing?!" Lynn said, holding her bat in her hands tightly.
"Oh like, it is on?" Leni asked as she was then informed that the mic indeed was on. "Okay, good, good, uh listen everyone. I am totes sorry for interrupting your game but what we need to say is like, really important."
"Leni, please don't." Lynn Sr. said with fear evident in his voice.
"She. Wouldn't. Dare." Lori said as she began to grit her teeth while also gripping the arm of the chair very tightly.
"If she does what I think she's going to do, she'll PAY!" Lola threatened.
"I concur that cease our 2nd eldest sibling's urgent telling at once." Lisa said before she noticed the confused looks her family was giving her. Sighing as she pinched her nose, she simply stated. "Let's go stop Leni before she tells everyone what we did."
Without a moment's hesitation, the Louds immediately got up from their chairs and rushed towards the announcer's box, which Jr. taking some time to catch up due to her still being on the field.
"People of Royal Woods, we..." Leni began to say.
Before the big hearted, blonde could continue what she was saying, all of a sudden, the people inside heard frantic knocking which then turned into ramming against the locked door.
"LENI!" Rita shouted. "Open the door!"
Lynn Jr tried to kick the door down only for the hinges to resist the force of her kick. "Come out here and take your lumps, dummy!"
"If you tell them what we did, you're no longer our sister!" Lori said as she rammed the door with her shoulder.
The members of the Loud family continued to ram and punch down the door. Luan and Ronnie Anne quickly noticed that the hinges were starting to give away to the constant punches, kicks and rams at the doors. It would be only a matter of time before they got in.
"Guys, barricade the door, quickly!" The tomboy ordered the rest of the group as she ran to the door and tried her best to block it with her body.
Bobby, Lucy, Luan, Clyde and Lana did the exact same thing as well as the fourth eldest sister then spoke up.
"Leni, we'll try to keep the door closed as long as we can, so make like a Black Friday sale and hurry up!" Luan said before felt the door get rammed into once more.
Leni nodded as she continued her announcement. "What I'm about to tell all of you is, like I said before, really important so please listen." She took a deep breath before she began to spill her family's beans. "It's about our brother Lincoln..."
"Leni, don't you (bleep) dare!" Lynn Jr threatened from the other side of the door. "I will break every bone in your stupid body!" She threatened as she began to kick the crap out of the door, her rage fueling single one of them.
The crowd and the players on the field were a little concerned at what the blonde was going to say about the white-haired boy as she continued.
"What we did to our brother was downright unforgivable! Cause not only did we treat him like bad luck, but we..." Leni continued trying to ignore the frantic and urgent calls of the people outside the announcer's box.
"Leni, please!" Lynn Sr. pleaded. "Stop this!"
"TELL THEM NOTHING!" Lola demanded as let out a barrage of fury filled punches onto the door.
"Cease and desist, elder sister unit!" Lisa said as rammed her shoulder at the door as hard as she could. "You'll will ruin our lives if you persist doing this!"
"Leni, ignore them and just tell them already!" Lana said, struggling to keep the door closed and locked. "We can't hold them back for much longer!"
"Cause not only did Lynn treat him like bad luck but we also treated him that way too. To the point where we excluded him from our family activities. And it got worse for him from there..." Leni continued her announcement.
*BAM!*
"Cause not only did we kick him of the house over it but we..." Leni continued, in spite of the impending danger trying to force their way into the room behind her.
*BAM!*
"We..." Leni choked as she felt her throat as she felt her eyes began to well up with tears.
*BAM!*
"Leni!" Clyde yelled as he felt another bang against the door. "TELL THEM!"
"Please for the love of God!" Bobby said as he also felt another bang against the door.
"WE SHOT HIM INTO SPACE BECAUSE WE BELIEVED THAT HE WAS BAD LUCK!" The blonde screeched into the microphone at the top of her lungs as most of the audience to cover their eardrums to protect them from guilt filled shout as the blonde continued. "And that's not the end of it..."
"Chaaaarge!" Luna said as she and the rest of the family began to charge towards the door.
"Uh oh!" Lucy said in a concerned tone as she, Luan, Ronnie Anne, Bobby, Clyde and Lana held the door back with all of their combined body strength.
"Leni, hurry up!" Clyde said. "Your family's charging towards the door really fast!"
Leni nodded as she continued. "My sister Lisa, had the gall use some of Lincoln's things like a piece of his hair and even some of his clothes to make a clone out of them!" Leni announced urgently to the crowd below her and her friends.
The crowd down below had rather shocked expressions on their faces as they began to mutter to one another about the ditz's announcement of her family's crime. Some were either confused or shocked at what they just heard. Did they really kick out the young boy for something that stupid like thinking that he was bad luck or was it just some weird prank that they were playing on him?
Just then, the video ended, leaving Phineas and Ferb in shock. Was that what really happened? Is Lincoln really in space right now because his family's superstitious exile of him. Ferb was wide in the eyes and utterly speechless at what he just saw.
Phineas on the hand... was rather vocal about his opinion on the matter. But to avoid screaming out in anger like really, really, wanted to at the moment, he decided to be calm about this... and then vent about it later like normal and rational people do.
"Lisa." The boy began rather disturbingly calm. "Please tell me that what me and my brother just saw was nothing more than the desperation of an internet content creator who just wanted to get famous and asked your family to be a part of that attempt."
The two sisters looked at each other in shame before Luna responded. "It's true dude, we did kick our bro out of the house, we did shoot him into space and Lisa did make a clone out of him." She then pointed her thumb behind her. "The clone's behind us right now."
The clone then shyly waved to the Flynn Fletcher brothers. "Hi..."
Phineas then took a deep breath before exhaling it and saying, "Could you three excuse me for a second, I need to do something for a second."
Without even waiting for a response, Phineas took the watch off his wrist and handed it to Ferb before calmly walking to the basement door, opening it and closing it behind him.
The two sisters on the other end could faintly hear the sound of Phineas' footsteps walking down the wooden steps of the stairs. Lisa was on the verge of saying something but before she had the chance to, Ferb raised a hand up, wanting her to stay quiet.
Just then, an incredibly loud scream could be heard from the bottoms of the basement. It was so loud that Ferb could hear it and Lisa, Luna and the clone could faintly hear it. This happened for 10 whole seconds before stopping.
"There it is." Ferb said with small smile and squinted eyes.
Phineas then slammed the door open before slamming shut as he walked back to the couch with an angry look on his face as he then picked up the watch and placed it back on his arm, allowing the two sisters and the clone of their brother to see just how angry he was.
"What. Were you two. And by proxy your family. Thinking?!" Phineas shouted through his gritted teeth.
Lisa looked down in shame. "We weren't."
Phineas was about to speak before Luna cut him off. "If you're going to continue scolding us, can you please save it for later, dude? We have just called each other out for what we've done."
Phineas pinched the bridge of his nose and sighed, expelling some of his rage. "Fine but let me just say this. You have no idea how disappointed am I in the both of you and not to mention the rest of your family." He looked to Luna. "Did you not stick up for him during this whole thing, Luna?" Luna looked down in shame as Phineas then turned to Lisa as it was her turn to be scolded. "And Lisa, what was running through your brain cells that convinced you and your family to pull off something this stupid?!" He then turned his attention to both of them. "Did either of you or any members of your family not even think about the potential consequences of doing something like this?"
The young genius didn't say anything, her body language giving the optimistic boy all he needed to know. Sighing, he then said. "Guess not."
"Are you finished?" Lincoln's clone said nervously, scared that he heard everything that the boy said.
Sighing again, Phineas nodded. "Yeah, I'm done. Sorry if I went too far."
"Don't be dude," Luna said. "if anything, we deserve it."
"If you're ready, I called you and Ferb because we require your assistance on something." Lisa explained.
"Alright, what is it?" Phineas asked.
"To make it simple, I put a tracking device in some of my family members." Lisa explained. Sensing that Phineas was about to say something, Lisa spoke again. "And before you say anything, just know that I had no ill intentions about doing it. I put them in just in case something like this happened."
"Okay, so what's the problem?" The orange striped shirted boy asked.
Lisa then pulled up the device tracker in her hands. "The device that I have in my hands is able to track those devices embedded in my family members, the farther they are, the weaker the signal gets. I'm pretty sure that you can see the problem."
"What's the limit of the signal?" Phineas asked.
"I believe that it would be exiting the Earth's atmosphere." Lisa said, shifting her eyes to the left nervously.
Phineas slapped his forehead at the young genius' incompetence as Luna then spoke up. "The problem is that we need the resources to try and strengthen the signal of my sister's device but we can't because there is an angry mob outside our house and I don't think that they'll let us go anywhere so easily."
"Well, considering everything that you two just told me and Ferb, I don't exactly blame them." Phineas said.
"So what do you say, will you help us?" Lisa asked genuinely wanting to make things right.
"Not even a question." Phineas said with a smile seeing the remorse in the sisters' eyes. "It might take a bit of time for us to get everything together. Can you guys hold out until then?"
"Probably, but please hurry, you two." Luna said.
"Wait!" The boy said, preventing Lisa from turning off her communication. "Before you two go I have to ask, have you two seen Perry or the Murphy family anywhere? Perhaps they went to Royal Woods during everything going on?"
Luna began to think about it before coming up short. "Nope, sorry bro."
"I too have not seen either your platypus or the Murphy family." Lisa said, knowing how important the platypus was to her fellow scientist and having seen reports of infamous unintentional damage the Milo and his family can unleash in whatever town they are in.
Sighing, Phineas then said. "Okay, thanks for telling me."
With that, Phineas turned off his watch. He then turned off the TV and sat on the couch in silence as he tried to process everything. He couldn't believe everything that was happening right now. Not only was a superhuman war going on between HEROES, but also Perry and the Murphy family were currently missing but also Lincoln, the only brother of his scientific equal Lisa, was shot into space because of the superstitious beliefs of his family. If he didn't agree to help the Louds, he would've cancelled the call right there and just go on about his day.
He felt a hand on his shoulder. Looking over, he saw Ferb looking at him with concerned eyes. It was like he knew what was going through his head and those things were not so good. He knew that the current situation was making his brother think these things and he didn't want him to try and go through with those dangerous thoughts.
"You're right, Ferb. Now's not the time to be angry." Phineas said as he sighed and expelled the thoughts from his mind before smiling. "Ferb, I know what we're going to do today!"
Back at the Smith house...
Stan had let the two police officers, Martin and John, in. Nervousness in the CIA agent's system like oil in a car. What if they suspect that he was responsible for his family's disappearance and arrest him for it. Getting arrested by these two police officers was the last thing that he needed.
Sitting down on the couch with his partner and Stan, John began. "Alright, Stan. This is how we're going to do this. We'll ask questions and you'll answer them, is that okay?"
"Sure." Stan said in relief.
"Alright, I'll go first." John said before looking at Martin. "I hope you don't mind, buddy."
"Of course not. Go right ahead." Martin said, reassuring his fellow officer.
"Okay..." John said before turning back to Stan. "Mr. Smith, can you tell us what happened between you and you're family before they disappeared?"
Stan thought to himself. "I can't tell them about Roger, that's a one-way ticket to years in prison." He then spoke. "I had an argument with my family over something and I left the house to cool off. When I came back, the house was empty and my family was nowhere to be found."
"Did you search for them at all?" Martin asked.
"Yes I did." The American dad said. "I searched all over Langley Falls and still nothing has turned up." Tears started to fill up his eyes but he refused to cry as he wiped them away. "I know my family is strong, but I'm starting to get worried."
"Don't give up Mr. Smith, your family will be found." John said as he stood up.
Martin stood up as well. "We'll use every ounce of resource that we have here in Langley Falls to find them. But just know that most of our resources all over the world are going to the Superhuman war effort right now."
Stan nodded as he remembered Bullock calling a CIA meeting about that, the big chinned man suggest that the Langley Falls portion CIA stayed out of that as they had more important things than in his own words "arresting super powered nut jobs". Only if they cause property damage in Langley Falls should the super powered person in question be in holding and interrogated and the higher-ups for national security decide what to do with the individual be it due process or house arrest in the city that person is in and preventing them from doing their hero duties.
And if Stan was being honest, he kinda saw where both sides were coming from.
From Danny's perspective, he knew what the government was capable of since the Guys in White had hunted him. Not only that, but in an alternate future, a fusion of him and his enemy Vlad Masters laid waste to not just Earth but also the Ghost Zone, but also the ghostly hero was once under the control of one of his enemies, Freakshow. So imagine that situation combined with the great amounts of manpower that the Global Justice Network has at their disposal. All Danny wants is to not be controlled or hunted again. Why can't Kim, the other heroes standing with her and the Global Justice Network understand that?
On Kim's end, the government was supposed to protect people from themselves, each other or from forces that not even military was capable of stopping, hence why superheroes helped saved the day for them so that the world can see a new day on the horizon. Speaking of the super powered individuals, sometimes they can get a little out of control due to either arrogance, being unfocused or unintentionally cause more damage than the villains they fight. All the government wanted to do was protect the people, even if they have to rather morally grey to do so. Why can't Danny and his team understand that?
Stan was soon brought out of his thoughts when Martin snapped his fingers in front of his face.
"Mr. Smith?" The cop said.
"Huh?" Stan asked as he blinked.
"You okay?" The man in blue said.
"Yeah, sorry. Got lost in my thoughts a little." The CIA agent said.
"Understandable." John said as the two officers headed to the door. "Have a good day, Mr. Smith."
With that, the two officers then left the Smith residence. Once they were gone, Stan began to pace back and forth as he tried to figure out what to do. How can he find out where his family was? Sure, he could ask for the CIA's assistance, but they would probably just pass it off to the police anyway since they deal with cases like that all the time.
Suddenly, the chinned man got an idea.
Going over to the plant behind the couch, he pushed the leaves aside to reveal a hidden camera in it that had a red light blinking.
"Maybe this will help me find out what happened to them." Stan said as he grabbed the device and held the rewind button for a bit before something in the footage caused him to stop.
"Who the hell are they?" Stan thought to himself.
Stan saw the footage of two strangers that he has never seen before into the living room with his family.
"Let me just turn up the volume." Stan said as he increased the volume to hear the conversation.
The footage was showing that they were watching TV.
"Nothing out of the ordinary here." He said to himself.
After a few minutes of watching the footage, something new happened. The red haired stranger used a pair of scissors to cut a what appeared to be a magical portal into the air above them all as even more strangers fell through it.
"Oh, so now she's kidnapping kids now." Stan said, squinting his eyes. "What kind of game are you playing at, demon?"
After overhearing the conversation, Stan watched as the "demon" created another portal with her scissors. And everyone walked through it, including his family.
Pausing the camera as he now got everything, Stan sat back on the couch. So that's what happened to his family. They may have left the house, but they were teaming up with total strangers to try and rescue Roger and some people who were shipped off with him and he and his family didn't know about. What can a guy do in a situation like this since it appeared to be out of his control?
Wait, a second. That portal it appeared to be magic. But even so, how can he use that info to his advantage?
"Wait a minute, maybe someone from church can help me like Karl or Father Don- oh wait, he's dead." Stan said as he got up from his couch. "Well, Karl it is."
Walking to the door. he opened and the visitor on the other side was an elderly man in a red robe and had an elephant amulet around his neck.
"Karl! I was just thinking of you." Stan said with a smile.
"I sensed that you needed my assistance, Stan." Karl said.
"I do." Stan ushered him to the couch and rewind the footage on the camera that was on the table.
After replaying the footage again, Stan stopped the camera.
"Karl, I'm desperate!" Stan said, grabbing onto the man's robe. "My family has gone to rescue someone I care about and I wasn't here to try and stop them." Tears were in his eyes at this point. "Please, is anything that you can do to at least get me to them or get into contact with them?"
"There is a way, but first let me ask you this..." Karl said, grabbing Stan by his shoulders. "How far are you willing to go to see your family again?"
"As far as I need to." Stan said determined. "Even if I have give up everything to do so."
The elderly man smiled. "Noble. Now let us begin."
The two men moved the table out of the way and sat down in the middle of the room.
"Magic of the Universe, hear my plea! Show us the whereabouts of the Smith family!" The hooded man said as his eyes then glowed a light purple for a few seconds before stopping.
Suddenly, the room began to shake before a bunch of mirrors manifested in front of the duo.
One mirror showed Francine chained up to a wall.
Another mirror showed Roger walking around a field of some kind with some other individuals.
Another show Steve doing the same thing as he was with a bunch of strangers.
Another showed Klaus swimming in his fishbowl as he was apparently in the same location the Francine was the mirror showed her chained to the wall as they were surrounded by a group of aliens that looked identical to Roger.
The next mirror showed Jeff apparently in the same room that Francine and Klaus were in as it showed the same alien guards.
The final mirror showed Hayley in the arms of a muscular individual as someone almost at her age was clinging to the individual for dear life as she ran through a desolate area with the two humans.
"Where are they, Karl?" Stan asked as he couldn't believe what he was seeing.
"They appear to be on another planet, Stan." The robbed man said. "Judging by the various locations, your wife, fish and son in law are captured and either on a prison ship or in the planet's jail while your daughter, son and the alien you are harboring is going to get help."
Stan's eyes widened in shock. "What?! You know about Roger?!"
"I do, your conflicting emotion in your mind says that you two have a ton of history together living under the same room." Karl said with a smile. "But don't worry, I won't say anything about it to the CIA, mostly because it isn't my place."
Stan let out a sigh of relief "Thank you." Stan then let out a sigh annoyance and frustration. "Dammit! I now know where they are, but I have no way of getting to them!"
"Don't give up Stan." Karl said, getting up from the couch. "I'm sure your family will be fine."
"Karl, is there any way that you can use your magic to transport me to them?" The CIA agent asked.
"There is a way, but unfortunately I don't have enough strength to cast you there myself." Karl explained. "Such magic has their limitations on the person casting it such as age or genetic malfunction so I'll exhaust myself using all of my magic just for that one spell. To pull it off, I would need other magic users to do it. Unfortunately, we don't have do not have the time to seek that out. The best I can do on my own is teleport where your family is going to land when they return to Earth."
Knowing that what he was saying true caused the man of the house to sigh in defeat. "Well, I guess that's better than nothing." He then stood up. "If that's the best you're capable of doing, then I'm in."
Karl got up as well and grabbed Stan by his shoulders. He closed his eyes and breathed through his nose.
Seconds later, the robbed man's eyes glowed purple as a circle of white magic forms around the two men.
Then in a flash, they both disappeared, leaving the house completely empty.
