Chapter 4 Questioning and answers.
Sorry for the long delay, I lost all my work on my laptop then I had alot of problems with university and own personal problems. But I'm back now. Remember I only own Catherine Cullen.
NCIS and Harry Potter cross over. Anyway onwards
When the team finally managed to track down the Potters and Mr Black, none of the NCIS team was happy. They had tried to evade them too many times, and now they were being held accountable for the disappearance of Catherine and her Fake death. The only person who had an idea what was going on was Tony Dinozzo, who knew about the wizarding world.
"Boss we have Siruis Black in interview room 1, Mrs Lillian Potter née Evans in interview room 2 and Mr James Potter in interview room 3" Ziva explained putting her bag down onto the floor.
"Okay Tony, take Mr Black see what he knows, Ziva you take Mr Potter and me and McGee will take Mrs Potter. After all they all have some explaining to do" Jethro Gibbs ordered.
Tony slowly got up from his chair, not noticing that his normal cell phone was going off. Little did he know that would be his biggest mistake he made in his career. Everyone walked to their assigned rooms. Wanting nothing more to get the necessary answers they needed to find the missing girl Catherine Cullen.
Mr Sirius Black's interview
Tony slowly walked into the room, banging the door behind him. He knew all the dirty tricks in the book and he knew a certain Black too. It had been 4 years since he last saw Sirius Black after a huge argument they had gone their separate ways.
Tony twirled the chair around making sure it was the opposite way round to the table before he started speaking.
"So Mr Black tell me about Catherine" He started off
"Tony please, you were once my best mate don't start treating me like crap now we are no longer talking. But I suppose you are correct, you want to know about my little Kitty cat. When Catherine was born the Potters were joyful that they had a baby girl. She was the first baby girl in centuries born in the Potter family. But not even the birth of Harry could bring their joy down. However after the attack on their home on Halloween night, Catherine suddenly started getting lung problems and no one was allowed to see her unless cleared by Albus Dumbledore. Trust me he did not clear anyone. Anyway when she turned 6 the Potters told me and Remus that little Catherine had passed during the night and that I was to be Harry's godparent. I couldn't understand what was going on because I could still feel her through our bond. But they told me it was just grief that was talking and taking over my senses. It seemed like they totally forgot about her. Whenever someone would bring her name into anything they would change the subject or get angry at us all. But later on they would be smirking and trying to put the attention onto Harry. I made the mistake on not seeing her when I couldn't. I didn't know she lived," Siruis tried to explain.
"Okay Mr Black can you explain these marks found at the crime scene?" Tony asked knowing full well how those marks were made, they were made by the Avada Kedavra curse. (Aka the killing curse for those who haven't seen Harry Potter)
"No, no, no, no why do they have this mark? How did you get this no, no, no not possible." Sirius shouted confusingly "That's the curse translated I will destroy as I speak. Better known as the killing curse. Its not possible, not possible, not possible without authority being alerted. No, no, no. I want my lawyer!" Siruis finished finally
Tony stood up immediately, taking all the evidence file he collected with him. He knew that if Catherine was still alive then there wasn't going to be much time left for her. Also based on the others experience, the Potters refused to comment on anything which was being said.
"Boss we have a problem" Tony came running to him.
"What?" Gibbs replied irritated.
"Well I got Mr Black to talk, but then when he saw the scorch marks he freaked out and wants a lawyer. Not only that but it looks like Catherine's so called death was a rouge to throw off the attention from her." Tony explained
"Hmm, take Ziva and McGee and try and find anything else you have and look into the family friend called Mikal Malfoy whilst you are at it" Gibbs answered but before he could order anything else Tony's phone rang again, this time he saw who it was...
It was Catherine...the missing girl...
