A New Generation Rises

In an undisclosed location in the Republic of Ireland the Circle of Truth and their allies Dino Masters Tyranno, Ptera, and Tricera were holding court in a mansion that was hidden from the forces of darkness with the help of Professor Paradox and his out of synch with real time security system complete with a lock and key. The only problem was that the technology was untested, and he created only one device and that the house in question was a safehouse owned by the LeClercs as a vacation house for the main French Branch of the family when they came to visit Ireland.

"Let's get straight to the point because we don't have time," said Master Tyranno, "Arcanon and Voldemort's forces are getting stronger and stronger. Yzma may have won her challenge we have new enemies to worry about."

Most of the Circle of Truth were terrified that Master Tyranno said Voldemort's name and were expecting Voldemort and Arcanon's forces to attack the house but to the surprise of everyone, but the Dino Masters the attack never came.

"Why aren't we under attack yet?" Tracy Davis asked.

"Professor Paradox has installed a new security system on this house," said Master Tricera, "We don't know all the details, but the house itself no longer exists in real time which means that neither Arcanon nor those he's protecting or assisting, or their armies will be able to find us even if the taboo curse is triggered."

"What that means is that we can freely say Voldemort's name without fear of retaliation from that coward or his equally cowardly winers he calls allies," Master Ptera added, "The only problem is that Professor Paradox can't mass produce the technology needed to secure all the homes in the alliance."

"So basically, he needs a way to mass produce the technology?" Terry Boot of Ravenclaw House asked, "Why not ask MEGTAF? From what I hear they can produce the tech."

"One problem Terry Boot," Master Tricera replied, "MEGTAF lacks the resources, and the facilities needed to mass produce the security system and even if they did Arcanon would blow the facilities in question to bits on the spot. Besides Professor Paradox already plans to ask the Arkeyan Weapon Masters to mass produce the needed technology. He's also planning to ask them to create amulets to jam the taboo curses but that's proving to be difficult."

"Let me guess the Arkeyans are still too afraid of Arcanon to budge?" A voice said and the silence confirmed it, "If my dad was in power Arcanon would be dead right now and the ministry would be cleansed of all the filth that's infesting it."

"Your dad is only the vice chief of staff Zach," Micheal Corner of Ravenclaw retorted, "And he isn't even an Arkeyan Weapon Master so while he's safe there's very little, he can do about the mess in the ministry right now."

"At least he has courage and wisdom and at least I know what true courage, wisdom and loyalty is and so do my relatives!" Zack who happened to be in the same year as Katie Bell said bravely as everyone in the same year as Harry Potter and above winced for, they all knew what Zach Silverwood meant by that comment. Zack had been one of the few students in his house to reach out to Harry Potter since he arrived, and he was also one of the only few students that would talk to Harry Potter after the fiasco that cost Gryffindor 150 House Points during Harry's 1st year. Lady Myra Lupin had been impressed by Zach and so had Yzma, which had earned him the position of Prefect when the time came.

"Anyway, let's get back on task you were saying Zach?" Mr. Dylan Neutron, who was once in Ravenclaw House and in the same year as Charlie Weasley spoke up.

"Thank you, Dylan," Zach said to the former Ravenclaw, "Anyway my dad is named after the 26th president of the United States of America but he forged his own path when he signed up for service. He later proved his bravery and heroism by fighting off the Death Eaters during the wizarding war and because of that Jubal Bones said that he was going to make my dad head of the Hit Wizards."

"That's Jubal Bones for you," Terry Boot said, "He's been serving as chief of Staff for quite a while before handing the position to his eldest son Alaric Bones. He can spot talent."

"Well, it's too bad we can't get Jubal or Theodore Silverwood to challenge Varis Malfoy," said Anthony Goldstein of Ravenclaw, "They'd be lunch meat by now. Either way Theodore Silverwood has enough on his plate, and I bet anyone and everyone who represents everything Theodore Silverwod is fighting against is going to try and kill him to prevent him from shaking things up in the Ministry."

"Which means that our problems are about to get worse," said Dylan Neutron, "Mr. Marc O'Neil you've been silent as of late and you've heard all of what we've discussed so far. What do you think of the situation that's happening considering that Varis Malfoy is currently head of the Hogwarts Board of Governors and Corbin Yaxley is now Chief of Staff for the British Ministry of Magic?"

"The Hogwarts PTA has already put Varis Malfoy on notice that they will not tolerate ANYTHING at the school that could potentially endanger their children or hinder their educational progress," Marc said after some thought. "Meaning that they will take ANY steps they deem required to ensure both, whether he likes it or not, citing their rights as parents superseding those of the Educational Ministry. That, at least, has cuffed one hand behind his back, so to speak, when it comes to Hogwarts."

Those who were raised in the mundane world that were present understood what General O'Neil's son meant while those in the magical world were confused but decided to allow Marc to continue speaking.

"As for the Ministry," Marc continued, "Perhaps it's time someone challenged Yaxley for the position of Chief of Staff, then called for a vote of No-Confidence in Fudge. Then we could vote in a decent Minister who will actually do the job, starting with FIRING Umbridge!"

"I'm afraid it's not that simple Mr. Marc O'Neil due to a protocol that forbids Ministry Employees from being fired for one year after a new minister takes office," said Cassidy Lestrange daughter of Reuben Lestrange of Ravenclaw, "That said Mr. Marc O'Neil did you forget that Yzma made attendance mandatory at Hogwarts for this year and Arcanon enforced it. Basically, the Hogwarts PTA's been stripped of all of their rights and power until further notice. As for challenging Yaxley, that's impossible to do because only an Arkeyan Weapon Master can challenge a Ministry Employee and the employee being challenged must either be a department head, the Chief of Staff, the Senior Undersecretary, or the Minister himself."

"Hey, wait a minute," Terry spoke, "Amanda didn't you say something about your grandma Myra having defeated Fudge the year after he was elected to be the minister?"

The girl that Terry Boot spoke to had Jet Black Hair tied into a ponytail and wore a cowboy hat and vest complete with a halter top and a short skirt and cowboy boots. This was of course Amanda Belby who for some reason had a fascination with the American Wild West and the American Frontier of the 1st 75 years of the nation.

"I did Terry," Amanda Belby spoke, "Alex, Anitra, and I were all present along with the rest of our relatives at Hogwarts when Grandma Myra told us about what happened. She defeated Fudge which means she can throw his ass out at any time if he loses her confidence. The issue is that my siblings and I don't deal in politics so can you explain what a vote of no confidence is and how that's going to help matters?"

"Wrong, it IS that simple," Marc said simply. "The power of the PTA is still equal to that of the Board when it comes to running Hogwarts. They can veto anything the Board presents that they consider unsafe or non-conducive to the education of the students. As for Fudge, if what you say is true, then Myra can oust him right now if she wants; no vote needed. All we need is a suitable replacement."

"Good luck finding a suitable replacement for Fudge," Mara Edgecombe said, "Mom works in the Ministry and from what she and dad have been saying based in how I've managed to listen in on their conversations without them knowing it'll be nearly impossible to replace Fudge."

"My twin sister is right about that unfortunately," said Marietta, Mara's twin sister "No one with charisma or political experience wanted to step forward. After seeing how the office had worn down Bagnold, no one wanted that poisoned chalice. Mum also said that everyone else is afraid to take the job after the brutal beatdown Alaric suffered at the hands of Arcanon nobody will take the job. None of the Arkeyans will step-up because they're all too afraid of the slaughter Arcanon will bring upon them."

"And let's not forget what happened to your cousin in Law Christina Payson Carlin," Amanda 'Mandy' Brocklehurst of Ravenclaw finished, "She is more of a warrior than a politician and she got her ass kicked by Kai Malfoy just for trying to replace Umbridge. Face it the Pureblood Elite have all of Magical Britain under their thumb despite the Arkeyan Weapon Masters making sure The British Isles didn't fall behind in terms of History, Technology and Knowledge."

"So now you know why things are not so simple Marc," said Lisa Turpin of Ravenclaw, "Knowing this, what are you suggesting we do for the upcoming school year and for the ministry at the end of the school year considering Arcanon shattered the Star Saber and thrashed Myra so badly she's in the hospital?"

"If I may offer a suggestion then I think I might have an idea," Master Tyranno said, "We should focus on rescuing the other Dino Masters. Namely Masters Ankylo, Stego, Saber, and Para so we can at least give Myra some kind of chance. Once that's done, we should help Coraline work on that new saber she's been crafting since she's currently studying the Mega Fury Saber. This relic allows Myra to channel our powers and activate the formations she uses. Next order of business is to get Alaric trained up so he can take back the position of Chief of Staff from Yaxley while Myra crushes Varis Malfoy in an arena challenge. Anybody care to comment on this?"

"Then don't just talk about it, Master Tyranno," Su Li of Ravenclaw said. "Do it. The Dragon Priesthood can help them with training. And isn't MEGTAF using the Dino-Gems, Energems, and kaiju DNA to somehow speed up rescuing the Dino Masters?"

"MEGTAF is doing that, but I thought the Dino Gems lost all their power during the final battle with the Dino Rangers in the Power Rangers Dimension," said Master Ptera, "And how do you know about MEGTAF and the Dragon Priesthood in the first place?"

"Because my family are part of it," said Su Li, "I'm not sure if everyone knows this but I have ninja training and I have Arkeyan DNA. Why do you think I spoke to Harry Potter and reached out to him during his very first year at Hogwarts?"

"We thought it was because you had friends in Gryffindor House," said Rhea Prewitt, "I of course spoke with Cousin Ronald during the Dragon Fiasco that pretty much landed us in the mess we're in now."

"And that brings us back to my current question," said Lisa Turpin, "What are we going to do for this coming school year?"

"For one I suggest you hold your heads up high and keep talking because I just received word from the ICW Supreme Mugwump Claudia Borsari. They're ready to declare Arcanon 'Number One' On their Most-Wanted list for Crimes against Humanity, Nature, and Magic," Marc said with a slight smirk before it faded and turned grim, "Unfortunately she isn't going to impose political sanctions against the Malfoys and anyone connected to them. If they had then that meant that NONE of them could legally take ANY political actions, despite the 'protection' of the Arkeyan by-laws, because political and judicial actions are technically separate. That would have untied our hands in the political arena."

"What about protecting Fudge's Replacement?" Master Tricera asked, "I know full well the dark faction is going to do everything to eliminate anyone whom they consider a threat to their plans."

"Fear not Master Tricera I already have that covered," Captain Marc O'Neil replied. "I happen to know that a certain coat of kaiju-hide and mithril armor enhanced by a certain set of charms is available to help protect our replacement for Fudge, as is a dragon bodyguard. But Umbitch needs to GO."

"For those of us who were born and raised in the Muggle World can you explain to us who Umbitch is and why she needs to go?" Stephanie LeClerc, a soon to be 5th Year Ravenclaw asked.

"Her real name is Delores Umbridge but she's a real bitch in every sense of the word. That pink toad isn't just an irritant, but not even her own faction likes her! Her very presence is a blight on the Ministry," said Marc, "Fudge HAD the potential to be a decent, fair-minded post-war Minister when he first took office after Bagnold retired if he had just listened to Alaric. It was Umbridge's influence and that of Lucius Malfoy that reduced Fudge into the corrupted disgrace that he's become."

"Somehow I'm not surprised considering she's the Senior Undersecretary to the Minister for Magic," said Anthony Goldstein, "From what my parents say about her she's also the only one who can assume the Chief of Staff's powers in the event a new chief of staff is brought in for a year but the only power she doesn't have yet is the power to hire, fire or suspend people. She can demote or promote people in departments, but she can't touch the department heads or deputy heads though for a year."

"That's one saving grace at any rate but Claudia needs to put sanctions on the Malfoys, and anyone connected to them now," Marc replied, "Why has she not done that?"

"I don't know but I think it's best that you, me, Master Tricera and Master Tyranno go see Claudia after we finish visiting your father," said Master Ptera before turning to speak to the group, "I think that this meeting is over. Thank you that is all."

The group all understood as they returned to their families once they stepped outside of the door and the Dino Masters and Marc were left alone.

"Like I said earlier before we find Claudia Borsari we need to rescue some more Dino Masters," said Master Tyranno. "Once we're in a position of power we can face the ICW and demand they put some sanctions against Arcanon and everyone he's connected to or protecting."

"I was going to suggest political sanctions against the Malfoys but that may be a better idea," said Marc, "But first we must find my father. He may have a lead on where to find the next captured Dino Master."

So, Dino Masters Tyranno, Tricera, and Ptera followed Marc through a ground bridge to MEGTAF headquarters hoping for a lead on the next captured Dino Master.

At MEGTAF headquarters General Jack O'Neil was sitting in his office having a word with Texas Ranger Hayes Abbot about the recent situation and Master Tricera's rescue. They were also talking about the recovery of the second Oni Mask and the return of the monster that Arcanon sent to attack the Dino Masters.

"Thank you for coming on short notice," General Jack O'Neil said, "As you know Master Tricera returned from the Prison Dimension but before he was captured, he had terrible news to bring. Lord Arcanon has seized control of the Barrow in Furness Ironworks and taken over the Steelworks and has put the most fearsome and business savvy among his minions who also happen to be members of the Templar Order in charge of both locations."

"Great as if we don't have enough problems from Arcanon his return has also brought the templars out of hiding," said Hayes Abbot, "Can this get any worse?"

"I'm afraid it gets much worse," the General said, "Arcanon's plotting with Abstergo Industries to takeover Blackwood Enterprises."

"That's where we've gotten most of our cutting-edge technology from and if Blackwood Enterprises falls then we'll be at a severe disadvantage," the Texas Ranger Replied, "We need to warn the current Vice president of Blackwood Enterprises and if necessary, protect them from Arcanon and anyone he sends after them."

"I know which means we need to we need to rescue the rest of your team and the rest of the Dino Masters at once before we can launch a raid on Arcanon's bases," Jack spoke, "We also need to warn the LeClercs since due to unforeseen circumstances they and their niece Veronica now own Blackwood Enterprises."

"I already sent a message to them through my British cousins and my cousins also sent word that Kai Malfoy's preparing to hunt down anyone with the courage to help rescue the Dino Masters and the rest of my team," Hayes said, "Word is that Kai Malfoy's been especially brutal to anybody who as any items that contain Raptor Dinosaur DNA in their possession and that Arcanon's sent the most powerful and feared members of the Templar Order after anybody related to the above mentioned. He's even gone after everyone in the great alliance and has started hunting down assassin dens just as the Templars of China did long ago. Knowing all this what are we going to do?"

"Surely my son mentioned the ICW surely the would've filed sanctions by now," said Jack, "Why hasn't Claudia done that?"

"Because if she does, she'll be voted out of her membership in the confederation by the governing body in her home country," Hayes replied, "And when that happens the entire Templar Organization will make sure a Templar replaces her and files counter sanctions against any ministry that supports our efforts and slaughter all the Assassin Branches in the countries that said MEGTAF and the GFMC were no longer welcomed there leaving the Assassin Brotherhood defenseless and vulnerable to Arcanon's wrath. Knowing all this I ask again what we going to do?"

"I suggest we go for a two-pronged approach to counter this plot," said Jack, "First we need to buy out Blackwood Enterprises so Abstergo Industries cannot take over. Once that's done, we clean house by firing all the employees with ties to our enemies and to Abstergo Industries. Second order of business is that we need to wipe out the Abstergo Templar operatives in charge of the Takeover attempt. We'll need a Keyblade wielder to help get past any wards and obstacles so that said wards can't push us out. That should send a message."

"There's a number of problems with that plan sir," said Hayes, "If Lord Arcanon is involved in the takeover, he'll not only slaughter the entire task force in the operation he'll butcher all their relatives in the process and what's to stop him from sending a further message by attacking your superiors and all of their relatives? Then there's the issue that none of the Arkeyans will help since the entire empire is so afraid of Lord Arcanon that most of the old guard won't even say his name anymore because of the threat of deadly retaliation. I'm taking a huge risk just by telling you all of this and I fear for the lives of my relatives. Even the business tribunal of North America is deadly afraid of Lord Arcanon and his deadly wrath. That's why Abstergo Industries is ruling supreme in business."

"I figured as much and I also had a feeling that was why Abstergo Industries has grown to the point that they're beginning to threaten the titans of Railroading, Oil, Steel, Electricity, and Automobiles into bowing down to Abstergo and the Templars and to do business with only their companies and the companies they approve of," said General Jack O'Neil, "And why the Templars have outright threatened them to stay out of the affairs of anyone Arcanon is protecting and forcing them to keep their big fat mouths shut. As if our problems couldn't get any worse than they already are."

"What about King Belloc and the Kaiju?" Hayes asked, "Can't we ask them to free the Dino Masters and protect the Titans of Railroading, Oil, Steel, and Electricity?"

"Arcanon's hijacked the Arkeyan Empire's greatest ally and forced them to grant a wish to make sure all the requests he's asked for after clearing the Arkeyan Governors' Gauntlet and the Arkeyan Imperial Gauntlet are enforced," General O'Neil scowled, "Which means that the Dragon Booster, the Crescent Booster, the Grand White Witch, Tohru and the Chans are all on their own for now and so is the Assassin Brotherhood since they've been given permanent Red Cell Status."

"But how are we supposed to help the ones you mentioned rescue the Dino Masters and the other Texas Rangers, topple Arcanon, and defeat our enemies all without risking the safety of our relatives?" Hayes replied, "And do all of that before Harry Potter starts his Sixth Year at Hogwarts?"

"Sounds like we need to mount a rescue mission with the Red Cells, then," Jack smirked. "Get that Ally back from Arcanon, and get a few things granted from OUR wish list to the Arkeyans. We've also got some assets of his that we can take out as a distraction from both the rescue and the corporate defense of Blackwood. I'm sure Belloc would be happy to help with that. As for protecting our families and those of everyone involved, I heard from Professor Paradox; his Temporal Wards are ready to place on homes and emergency personal wardstones."

"What exactly are 'temporal wards'?" Hayes asked.

"Anyone, anything, or anyplace protected by them is taken just a fraction of a second out of synch with normal Time," Jack explained. "It's as if they don't even exist until the user willingly steps out or stops the flow of magic to them. No barriers to overcome or break, nothing even there. Not even the Varden or Skeleton Key can get past them."

"And what about the Dino Masters and the Rangers?"

"We continue rescuing them as best we can as we have been. That's all we can do until a more effective option is available."

"Remind me again what's on OUR wish list to the Arkeyans because if the Arkeyan Empire's greatest ally is who I think it is then what's to stop Arcanon from using it to disable everything that Professor Paradox provided us?" Hayes asked before adding, "But seriously though are we going to do about rescuing the Arkeyan Empire's greatest ally?"

"That's the beauty of these Temporal Wards; they CAN'T be disabled by any outside force or influence," Jack said. "And as for what's on our wish list you already know; no more 'protection' for the villains!"

"Except by the Arkeyan Empire's greatest ally if it is who I think it is," said Hayes. "And about our wish list of no more protection for the villains I have a terrible feeling that our enemies will use the Arkeyan Empire's greatest ally to prevent that from happening."

"Which is all the more reason why we need to get the Arkeyan Empire's greatest ally back and fast. and why we need to make sure that this operation for the rescue and corporate defense of Blackwood Enterprises goes off without a hitch," said Jack, "If this works then Blackwood Enterprises may add a new subcompany to their roster and we will have a greater power base to supply the Draconium Dragon Racers."

"Either way somebody has to watch the kids and remember what you said earlier," said Hayes, "Your wife is terrified of Lord Arcanon and she's both a Dark Mage and an Arkeyan Sorceress and rumor has it that she has blood ties to the Vanderbilt Family namely to Commodore Cornelius Vanderbilt himself."

"Actually, that rumor is about Kaylani the Valkyrie wife of Cyril Greengrass," said the General, "And blood tests and Arkeyan Technology confirmed those rumors to be true. My wife Camellia however is the one that has ties to the MacArthur family considering she was raised by them for her entire life as one of their own after she was an orphan."

"And we know how that happened," said the Ranger, "Arcanon's minions were the ones who attacked her parents and eliminated them because they opposed the Templars and Arcanon's plans by extension. She watched them die before her eyes and that's why she's so afraid of them and why she still doesn't feel safe. My wife Rosie is having a word with her to try and build up her confidence but I'm a bit worried about her leaving the kids unsupervised still what do we do about our wish list."

"Yzma's already used up her requests despite one of the things on our wish list to the Arkeyans was no more protection for the villains," Jack O'Neil spoke, "Unfortunately with the other allies of the Arkeyan Empire unavailable for at least 365 days we're on our own."

"There's one other issue we have to worry about," Hayes Abbot spoke, "The Dursleys. Since Duncan failed to bring them back to justice Arcanon's hidden them in his battleship. I wouldn't be surprised if he's set them up in Egypt or a country with no extradition to the United Kingdom to manage Grunnings once again which is also in danger of being taken over by Abstergo Industries so Abstergo can have its own supply of drills. There's also the fact that he's been using their negative energy to create massive monsters to attack the Arkeyans and he's used their grudge to put a curse on all of Surrey to run out anybody who in their eyes is not normal as revenge for being run out of Surrey themselves and I wouldn't be surprised if he went after the jury members that found the Dursleys guilty, the judge who sentenced them and all of their relatives as well. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if they're already dead by now. Knowing this general, do we have a plan for that?"

"Funny you should mention Grunnings because my son in law Winston told me that his family own the majority of Grunnings, so Abstergo can't take over that company," said General O'Neil, "Turns out Winston said that his cousin in law Lily helped that bloated Walrus Vernon get and keep a decent job to try and reestablish a good relationship with her. How else do you think such a jerk not only stayed there all those years but managed to get a management position? And how else could he have been so surprised when he was not only fired on the spot but replaced with Arabella Figg's husband after the rest of Delilah's in Laws learned what he did to Harry, Daisy, and Abigail?"

"That would explain a lot and that also explains why MEGTAF's been getting high quality drilling equipment and why we have high quality products as of late. And that would also explain why everyone was glad to see that bloated walrus go. Either way you've been honest with me, but I haven't told you everything," said Ranger Abbot, "Turns out the Greatest Ally of the Arkeyan Empire is Shenron the Eternal Dragon. He's been on loan to us as of late and we've got three more allies that are as great as he is. Genghis the Dragon of Skylands, Atilla the Dragon of the Cloudbreak Isles, and Skylus the Eternal Dragon of the Radiant Isles. That's what I meant about my people's greatest allies."

"Then Arcanon could find a way past the temporal wards," said the General. "Which means we'd be back to square one."

"Not necessarily," the Ranger replied, "Turns out the Arkeyans aren't foolish enough to mess with temporal warding so they used Shenron's power to make it so that Temporal Wards cannot be penetrated but the wish in that department cannot be reversed ever by anybody not even by the Tribunal of Magic. We Arkeyans may have studied up time but even we are not foolish enough to travel through it."

"Well, it shows that your people are not as foolish and bullheaded as the Igasaki Clan think they are," General O'Neil said, "All we have to do now is convince the Junior Governors to summon the Eternal Dragon and get them to mass produce Professor Paradox's Temporal Ward Technology and apply it to all of the homes of our allies and MEGTAF. That will be one less headache at any rate."

"Yeah but Abstergo Industries has been taking over the scrap yards one by one and soon it's only a matter of time before they set their sights on Bigg City," said Ranger Hayes Abbot, "The Business Tribunal lives there and while they fended off Abstergo's grip before it's only a matter of time before Lord Arcanon crushes them and makes my people living their bow down to his demands just like he cursed all the American states who dared to oppose him. I hate to say it but I'm not sure even America can survive another attack from Lord Arcanon's wrath."

"All the more reason why we need to keep fighting," said General Jack O'Neil, "We need to show the next generation not to give in and how to fight back. We need to show the world that we are Americans, and we will not be pushed around by the likes of Arcanon and his armies. We're going to fight back; we're going to get right in their faces, and I will deliver this speech to everyone in MEGTAF and the rest of the American Military."

"Then in that case I'm with you until the end," Hayes spoke, "First things first though we need to rescue Master Stego and fast. I don't know how much longer the old-world countries can hang on."

Meanwhile Duncan Rosenblatt had been plucked from the dimension he was in and sent to another timeline. He had a feeling that the forces of darkness from the dimension he was in were the ones that threw him out because of the threat he presented, not that it would matter since he made sure Tana saw the entire discussion he had with the staff.

'The Forces of Evil are getting more and more desperate to keep their stranglehold over the universe,' Duncan Rosenblatt thought as he was heading to another timeline that was black and getting darker by the minute, 'But when I return to my world I will crush Arcanon and his empire once and for all and I will do the same to those who aligned with him to begin with. Only then will true justice be delivered.'

As soon as Duncan said that he found himself tossed into another timeline only this one was dark gray and turning black which meant the forces of evil were on the move and even more powerful in this timeline and were on the verge of getting to the point of the dark timelines.

When he arrived however, he found himself on the south coast of England and if that wasn't bad enough, he found this timeline's version of Electra facing off against a massive army of Shadowkhan, skeletal trolls, Grublins, and leading said army was a massive toad monster more powerful than he had seen thus far on his journey to return to his home dimension. Needless to say, Electra would be overwhelmed but she was prepared to fight as she had some letters in her saddlebags and the army was there to take the saddle bags from her. Electra fought as the toad monster ordered the army to attack.

'Electra's outnumbered but she's willing to fight for what's right,' Duncan thought, 'And I see that her saddlebags contain information the forces of darkness do not want leaked out into the world.'

Sure enough, the dark army made the first move and began to attack as Electra defended herself using the power of lighting. The toad monster croaked commands as the minions began to charge and surround the yellow dragon to eliminate her and steal her mail.

The dark armies had the advantage in sheer numbers and Electra was getting tired as each time she crushed part of the dark armies more would emerge and attack with the cycle continuing until she was on her very last legs and close to defeat. The dark armies unfortunately knew this, and they were ready to press the advantage and finish Electra off with the Toad Monster prepared to deliver the final blow and steal the mail to deliver back to their master. Before they could, however, Duncan jumped into action and torched the minions closest to Electra. Electra was shocked upon seeing Duncan since she thought that the Kaiju had been trapped in crystal and banished from the Earth years ago due to the Arkeyan Empire's most feared enemy having crushed the Imperial Gauntlet challenge centuries ago, but she was too worn down to comment, so she decided to continue to fight off the army of darkness until only the toad monster was left. Duncan could see Electra was doing her best, but she was on her last legs, and it was time for him to step into action.

"Duncan, I'm exhausted you need to take over," Electra panted as she passed out on the spot unaware that this was an alternate dimensional version of Duncan Rosenblatt she was speaking to.

"I'll take it from here," Duncan said as he stepped up to face the toad monster. The toad monster roared as it fired a purple poisonous cloud at Duncan only for said cloud to have no effect upon him and to add insult to injury Duncan blew the cloud away before going on the attack. The Toad monster tried to bring him down with water and ice-based attacks but none of them could hit Duncan and he was moving too fast for the monster to hit. Sure, enough, the toad monster got tired allowing Duncan to deliver the final blow destroying the beast on the spot.

"And that's that," Duncan said having roasted the monster before seeing Electra completely exhausted and passed out on the spot, "I better find a safe house to allow Electra to rest and recover."

Duncan picked up Electra and flew her to the closest safehouse he could find so she could rest and tell him what dimension he was in and what was going on in this world.

Back in Duncan's home dimension Masters Tyranno, Tricera and Ptera were in MEGTAF's main base reviewing all that had happened since the virus hit North America and France along with the rest of Europe with the British Isles aside from Ireland being unaffected and it was only through the magical means areas of Great Britain. The Dino Masters now had a very good idea who was behind the viral attack and how it spread. Miko was also present as they were having a word with General O'Neil about the potential for another pandemic happening.

"What's the progress on the Swordfish Vaccine?" Master Tyranno asked.

"Slughorn and the scientists are working on it and Arisa is watching every move that they make," said General O'Neil, "It's gonna take some time to produce. Hopefully we can finish it by the 1st of September before Arisa returns to Hogwarts. In the meantime, what are you going to do if Arcanon summons some giant monsters?"

"We have some Megazords to fend them off but with the other Dino Masters trapped we can't access them. The only Megazords we have are the Thundersaurus Megazord and the Ptera Charge Megazord, and the only other Zords we have left are the T Rex Champion and Ptera Freeze Zords," Master Tricera said, "Our options are limited General which means we need to rescue Masters Stego and Ankylo and to do that we need the blue and aqua energems. Unfortunately, with no way to charge them with the necessary Dino DNA we're back at square one."

"I hate to be a black cloud, but I have more bad news," Miko said, "When I was in Tokyo the young Arkeyans who chased after me were unable to find me, so I managed to tail them, and they revealed a lot of information about the situation. Most of their complaints were about Lord Arcanon having been protecting the guy calling himself the Chairman and bringing in somebody calling themselves The Hacker."

"Well that's just great as if we haven't got enough problems already Arcanon's ally the Chairman and one of his most fearsome minions is back," Master Ptera groaned, "I remember all the havoc that the Chairman caused all across all of North America and in another timeline the Texas Rangers actually ended his reign of terror but in this lifetime thanks to Arcanon's interference and his use of the Shadowkhan the Chairman escaped justice and now Arcanon's got information about every law enforcement agency in the world and has sent the Shadowkhan to eliminate any undercover agents. It's Déjà vu all over again."

"From the way you talk Master Ptera it sounds like you've dealt with this before," Miko spoke.

"Unfortunately, you're right about that Miko," Master Ptera sighed before continuing the story, "This is just like the time I tried to help an ADA in Texas with a murder trial involving a gang. Unfortunately, I couldn't testify against the gang leader without putting the other Dino Masters and myself at risk, but I was able to reveal who slaughtered the witnesses, the firefighters who tried to put out the fires and all of their relatives. Unfortunately, since I couldn't testify as the Dino Masters took an oath not to show our faces in court or risk revealing ourselves the ADA's case was lost and Arcanon put the entire neighborhood and all of the neighboring cities including the state capital under his iron rule and I wouldn't be surprised if Lord Arcanon has done the same by now to the other state capitals in North America."

General O'Neil was annoyed but he had to hear the Dino Masters out considering they were the only ones on good terms with the Arkeyan Weapon Masters due to the countless defeats that Lord Arcanon suffered at the hands of the Dino Masters and their Dino themed Megazords.

"At this rate you lot may have to take on Arcanon, but I don't think the three of you alone are strong enough," General O'Neil said, "And Arcanon and the Dark Factions are getting stronger and stronger every second. We need those political sanctions filed against them and we need them now."

"Unfortunately, we bring more bad news on that subject," said Master Tricera, "Due to the piss poor timing of her sister in law's move and the threat of Lord Arcanon's Wrath as well as the additional threat of any sanctions filed against her and everyone in the entire Borsari clan Claudia is too afraid to bring sanctions against the Malfoys and everybody linked to them. Then there's the threat of Abstergo Industries and the Templars taking over businesses left right and center until they have a complete monopoly."

"We really need to protect Caludia and Blackwood Enterprises and take the fight to Arcanon and the Templars," said General O'Neil. "The last thing we need is the press escalating the situation and getting leaked information in the form of only how our enemies want the world to see."

"Unfortunately, we're too late for that," said Kenny holding a copy of the Daily Prophet, "News about Miko's suspicion of the Igasaki Clan Benefactor being one of Arcanon's minions has not only been leaked but also confirmed by Lord Arcanon himself."

"And what pray tell does that mean?" Master Tyranno asked.

"It means that according to the Arkeyan Empire's permanent bylaws any alliances binding or not are officially null and void if said alliance was made with somebody who had a benefactor working for enemies of the Arkeyan Weapon Masters," Kenny sighed gravely, "Not that it matters since most of the entire Igasaki Clan is in the hospital and the clan leader is dead thanks to Chandler Arkwright, Grayson Roberts and Memnon Perkins beating most of the entire Igasaki Clan and all their relatives and in laws to a pulp. Arcanon named names and made sure the full details of the Arkeyans responsible for the attack upon the entire Igasaki Clan were printed and whose orders they were acting on. Turns out they answer only to the Arkeyan Empire's elite guard."

Before anybody could speak up Miko found herself on the floor screaming in pain at the tip of her lungs.

"What's happening to Miko?" asked General O'Neil.

"We've seen this before and it's not pretty," said Master Tricera, "Miko's dead ancestors are being tortured and from the way Miko's screaming the entire Arkeyan Empire's High Council must be back on their feet by now torturing the entire Igasaki Clan, all of the clan's in-laws and all of the clan's dead ancestors all the way back to 10,000 years ago and beyond."

"And news of Arcanon stating in entire media that he's got more information of other certain individuals, and their ancestors will be released to the public should certain circumstances force his hand," said Master Tyranno, "Basically that translates to should anybody cross him he will release information on their ancestors. I can only guess he's got the Journal of Secrets and the Geno Scroll with him and I can also guess that's the main reason why the ICW refuses to file any political sanctions against the Malfoys, and anyone even linked to them."

"So, what do we do now?" Master Ptera asked.

"I, I don't know…" General O'Neil spoke at a complete and utter loss on what to do at this point.

The Dino Masters were shocked upon hearing that and assumed that if General O'Neil had no idea what to do about the situation, then things would get worse from here on out and all hope of stopping Lord Arcanon and the forces of darkness would die on the spot.
