[Episode 1 : Prologue]
"Here I come frisbee-woah!" Marshall leapt into the air after the flying disc his mouth just an inch too far away the Dalmatian tumbled to the ground a cloud of dust surrounding him.
Marshall shook his head as the dust cleared and spat some grass out of his mouth. "I'm alright!" He laughed standing up. Rocky trotted over with the frisbee in his mouth and set it down by Marshall's feet.
"What's that?" He asked tail wagging curiosity. Marshall looked down at where he had fallen and saw something shining in the light. "Ooh shinny".
He dug furiously until the item was visible in the ground. It was a stone with shining shards of crystal inside. "Wow!" The pups barked in unison.
"Let's take it to Ryder and Joel race you Marshall!" Rocky yelped taking off across the park.
"Okay!" Marshall called back picking the stone up and running after him.
Ryder was changing a tyre on Chase's truck and Joel was working on the engine on his Navistar MXT when Rocky came running Marshall not far behind.
"Ryder! Look what Marshall dug up!" He panted turning to look at the dalmatian he skidded to a stop.
"That's a pretty stone". Chase commented leaning out of his truck. Ryder nodded in agreement as his cousin came over.
"It sure is where did you find it?"Joel asked as he took it from Marshall's mouth.
"The park it was poking out of the ground". Marshall smile proudly at his find. Joel held it up to the light and watched the crystal shards glint in the sunlight.
"Why don't we put it in the flower bed with the other cool rocks and stones we found?" Chase suggested.
Rocky and Marshall both nodded. "Great idea". Ryder beamed. "Come on guys let's show the others".
The other pups stared in awe at the stone. "Wow Marshall what a find". Zuma grinned.
"It's the prettiest one yet". Skye added. Ryder's Pup Pad began to ring he pulled it out of his pocket and saw Mayor Goodway calling.
"Hi Mayor how can we help?"
"Ryder Garby is eating all the flowers outside City Hall and I can't get him to stop".
"Don't worry Mayor no job is too big no pup is to small".
Ryder summoned his cousin and the pups. "Ryder needs us!" They cheered rushing to the Lookout.
