The Stranded Seven
Out in Space, the Super Robot warped into hyper speed as the Hyper Force is tracking down the Skeleton King Worm until they come across the planet. They see something exhibiting on the planet.
"Instrument confirm the Skeleton King Worm is moving into this quadrant." Gibson reported while viewing the monitor.
"Hmm. I sense remnants of his dark energy emanating from that world." Antauri said, looking at the monitor.
"It looks like Skeleton King Worm has been in that world and left before we got here." Tyran deduced.
"Let's go in for closer look." Chiro said.
They pilot the Robot to the planet to investigate it. As they did, the unknown inhabitant is seen on the planet.
"Weird, what is that?" He mumbled.
"Guys, I'm picking up a foreign signature." Tyran said, detecting the life. "And it's… hundreds of them? Uh, millions of them?"
"Millions of what?" Sparx said.
"I don't know! Whatever it was is heading right for us!"
Before he says anything, the screen blanked in static and something hit the Robot.
"AHHH!" They yelped as the Robot was hit by a swarm of large insect.
"We lost power to our engine!" Gibson said.
The Robot's propeller jets is starting to coming apart and sent to the ground.
"It's worse! We've lost our engines!" Otto yelled.
"Brace yourselves!" Tyran yelled as the Super Robot is falling down towards the planet.

While exploring the outskirts of the city, I discovered an abandoned super robot. It was then my life was transformed by the mysterious Power Primate. The robot monkeys and cyborg were awakened and I, Chiro, became their leader. Our quest: Save Shuggazoom City from the evils of the Skeleton King.

The Super Robot is falling down and crash landed on the ground before the swarm of insect is closing in.
"What the blazes just happen?" Nova asked.
"We were attack by some kind of airborne menace!" Gibson answered. "And it's coming again!"
As they get the Super Robot up, the swarm attacks the Robot by ramming against it.
"URGH!" They grunted as the Robot's limb attachment is starting to come loose.
"Gibson, get me power!" Chiro ordered.
"The neutron generator is down to four percent energy!" Gibson said.
The mantis creature stabbed its claws on Nova's Foot Cruiser.
"Ah! A little help here?!" Nova yelped.
The swarm of mantis creature is surrounding the Robot.
"Antauri, Tyran, divert all emergency power to the deflector shield now!" Chiro ordered.
"Roger that, Chiro." Antauri pulls the levers back.
"Diverting powers to the deflector shield now!" Tyran said, routing all powers to the shield.
The Robot's optics powers down and Chiro pressed the button on the steering control, causing the Robot to power up the shield to full power, incinerating all the swarm of insect completely until it collapse with no power left.
The Hyper Force opens the hatch from the Foot Cruiser and the Robot is in terrible condition.
"Oh, look what they did to the Robot!" Otto groaned.
"Picked apart by an insectoid threat." Gibson said, "Nrgh, I despise bugs!"
"And we're stranded here with them." Sparx added before looking at Nova. "Happy?"
"Huh, too bad they didn't take you too." Nova snarked, making Sparx cringed.
"Don't worry, Robot. We'll get you back on your feet." Chiro said, touching the Robot.
"Easier said than done, Chiro." Antauri said, "My scanner indicates pieces of the Robot scattered all over the countryside."
"Okay, team. Split up, recover, and repair." Chiro instructed them.
As the team searches the pieces of the Robot, Chiro comes across the damaged Robot's propellor jet before contacting his team.
"Okay, I found one of the engines." He reported, "It's still intact, but the fuel cells has been drained."
Suddenly, he heard a cry and ran towards it. As he did, he found a large green mantis that attack the Robot as it closes in on the inhabitant that looks like a cat in kimono attire.
Chiro jumps down the hill to save it as the mantis monster notice him.
"Thunder Punch!" Chiro flies and punched it.
The insectoid creature recovers as Chiro gets in front of the cat woman. The mantis monster raise its claws and stabbed the boy, but Chiro blocks it with primate power until a flying buzzsaws cuts its arm off.
Otto jumps in to help Chiro, but the giant mantis swatted him away in retaliation before taking a flight by its wings.
"Lady Tomahawk!" They heard Nova and sees her punching the large insect away.
Then, Sparx, Gibson, and Tyran shot their energy blast at the giant praying mantis, making it crash down.
"Now, about our engines?" Gibson begins.
"Why do you always have to talk to the monsters?" Sparx frowned. "Can't you just fight?"
"Yeah, that big bug doesn't know how to speak or something." Tyran added.
"Sparx, Tyran, never underestimate the power of communication." Gibson pointed out before he become stiffened.
Tyran and Sparx wondered what's wrong with him and realized when they heard a screech sound from behind them.
"Agh!" Sparx yelped.
"Woah!" Tyran yelped as they jumped away from its claw before it stabs them.
Seeing it in injury state, Antauri jumps up and gathers his power from its paws.
"Monkey Mind Screech!" He lets out his sonic monkey roar at the large mantis monster, stunning it.
The insect monster looked at the monkey team but instead of fighting them, it took flight.
"Ah, it's getting away!" Otto complained as it flew away.
"We didn't come here to squash bugs!" Sparx said.
"We don't know exactly what we're facing." Antauri said, descending down.
"No…" Chiro said before looking at the cat-like woman he saved. "But I bet she does."
The cat woman fled in the bamboo forest.
"Wait, we're not going to hurt you!"
The Hyper Force begin chasing after her in the bamboo forest until they came across the small village with cat-shaped huts.
"Where Is everybody?" Chiro wondered.
"Looks like they've all gone." Otto said.
Antauri stopped as he sensed that they're not alone.
"My sense said otherwise." He said.
Suddenly, the glowing eyes appeared from the bamboo forest and all around the village. Coming out of the forest is a cat villager as more of them is surrounding the Hyper Force.
"Cats." Tyran grumbled.
"Nice kitties." Chiro said, trying to be friendly.
"Okay, fur is gonna fly." Sparx said, armed his magnets.
Nova and the rest of monkey team armed their weapons as well.
"Monkey team, battle circle formation!" Chiro declared.
They get into their formation and the cat villagers lunged at the intruders. Before they fight, the cat from earlier jumps in and stops the fight.
"Stop, leave him alone!" She meowed, pleading. "He saved me from the Mantidons."
She then hugged Chiro as a thanks, making the monkey team and the boy shocked in surprise. The cat villagers looked each other, puzzled as the young female cat licked his face.
"I owe you my life."
"Uh… um… yeah, it was nothing." Chiro chuckled, embarrassed.
"I am Neekeeta." She introduced.
"Um… I'm Chiro and these are Hyper Force. We're stuck here, just trying to get a robot back in shape. Our mission depend on them."
"Your mission? Then you have come here to help us…" She said, misunderstood. "To defend the Cathurian."
"Woah, hold on a nano second!"
Before he explains further, a tall male cat in kimono uniform stood before the Hyper Force.
"Felines of Cathurian, we've been terrorized by the Mantidons long enough!" He announced, "With our new allies, we will fight for our village."
The cat villagers murmured as they protested.
"It'll never work!"
"Not a good idea!"
As they murmured, Sparx noticed that Nova became smitten by a male cat and poked her, causing to flinched when she was lovestruck.
Amongst the crowd, the small kitten approached Otto and trying to reach his tail.
"You're a cute little kitty." He cooed.
As Tyran watches on, he heard a purring sound. He sees the three teenage female cats in their kimonos is crowding him.
"Aren't you precious?" The red-orange cat in red kimono purred.
"Why don't you take that mask off?" The bright yellow other cat in green kimono asked.
"Hey, I want him too!" The brown cat in yellow kimono whined.
The cyborg looks at them, wryly and chagrin as he noticed the look of their eyes.
"You and your sister are fools to think we can resist the Mantidons!" The cat villager said.
"If these monkey creatures have made enemies with the Mantidons, they will come looking for them." The cat woman said.
"Expel them from the village!"
"No! That's not the Cathurian way!" Neekeeta argued. "Let us consult the great wise one."
The Hyper Force and the villagers went to the large cat hut and they met the black tubby cat in his kimono as he is the village's leader.
"I understand your desire to fight, young Neekeeta." He said, "However, we cannot place our fate in the hands of outsiders."
She lowered her head in disbelief.
"With that said I believe as Cathurian, we should offer our visitors a meal for defending one of our own."
"So… We gonna eat then?" Otto asked.
A few minutes later, the Hyper Force is gathered at table and the food that they presented was… an unusual food that looks a maggot or something from dirt.
"It's Mugore, food of the warrior." The male cat said.
Chiro was cringing at the food as his stomach is growling before looking at Neekeeta who was eating a big maggot in her mouth. Chiro was shocked in bewildered.
Nova was looking at the gelatin-like creature and smiled, sheepishly. Tyran, Sparx, and Gibson has a bowl of worms.
"First living breathing behemoth bugs." Gibson recalled.
"And now this." Sprax added.
They looked at Otto, who was enjoying the grubs in his bowl.
"Are you gonna eat that?" He asked, looking at their bowl.
"I think I lost my appetite just by looking at it." Tyran said, flatly.
"Me too." Sparx said.
They pushed their bowls to Otto, much to his delight. He then allowed the kitten from earlier to feast the bowl.
"Wow, little fella seems so hungry." Otto said.
"He is. We all are." Tikqudo said.
"The Mantidons raid our village for our meager energy sources." Neekeeta said.
"You mean those giant insects we fought before we met you?" Tyran asked.
She nodded in confirmation.
"They consume energy?" Gibson inquired.
"That explains why they attack the Robot." Antauri deduced.
"With what we're able to keep hidden, we can harvest only a little food." Tikqudo said.
"Oh, that's terrible." Nova said, feeling sorry for him.
"I was trying to find the Mantidon's nest when you found me." She said. "I thought I could find some way to stop them."
"We must fight before it's too late!" Tikqudo exclaimed.
"Tikqudo!" The tubby black cat said, pounding on the table. "We are not warriors! Not anymore. We have had peace for so long; we have become domesticated."
"But Po…" His sister pleaded.
"Enough! We cannot risk raising the ire of the Mantidons!"
They looked down, feeling hopeless to argue their village leader.
At nighttime, The Hyper Force is gathered around the campfire in the bamboo forest, contemplating about helping the cat villagers or not.
"They're so cute and cuddly." Otto said. "We've got to help them."
"I'd like to help too, but half of these cats don't want our help." Sparx exclaimed. "It's not our fight."
"The Cathurian are living in fear, Sparx!" Nova argued, "That's no way for anyone to live."
"Sparx does have a valid point." Gibson objected, "And our first priority should be to repair the Robot and find that Skeleton King Worm. Our mission is not here, it's out there."
"Gibson is right." Antauri agreed.
"Antauri!" Nova said before looking at the humanoid cyborg. "Tyran, help me out here, will ya? We have to help them."
"I'm afraid I have to agree with Gibson too, Nova." He shook his head. "I mean like Sparx said, it's not our fight. Our mission was to seek out the Skeleton King Worm and destroy it before he corrupts any world it come across."
"But…"
"Nova, I sympathize our plight, but I sense that our further involvement here may create more harm than good for the village." Antauri said before looking at Chiro. "Ultimately though, the decision lies with you, Chiro."
Chiro stood up as he said nothing before he makes a decision.
At the village, Neekeeta is praying before the statue before she sniffed something or someone.
"Chiro?" She sees him.
"Neekeeta, I want to help you." He said, "Your village, but we have something we must do."
"I understand. We simply don't matter."
Suddenly, she heard a fluttering sound and knew they're coming for Chiro and the monkey team.
"Mantidons!" Tikqudo said to Nova.
Out in the distance, They saw a red Mantidon, leading two green mantis monsters while the latter has an injury from earlier.
"There's no time!" She said.
She then found the cloak and a stick on the clothe hanger and gives them to Chiro.
"Take these!"
The trio of Mantidons landed in front of the cat villagers and demanding the whereabout of the Hyper Force.
"Outsiders? I know not of any outsiders." Po said, honestly.
The red Mantidon knocked him away in retaliation. Neekeeta ran to his side while Chiro, wearing the hooded cloak, is among the villagers while the Tyran and the monkey team is watching from the forest. Neekeeta snarled at the red Mantidon.
Much to Chiro's shock, the Mantidon leader snatched her and held her up to let them know their place as the villagers bowed to them. Chiro stood there while angrily gripping the stick and threw it at the red Mantidon's left eye, making it shrieked in agony while dropping Neekeeta before looking for its attacker.
Chiro leapt up to attack, but the Mantidon's leader quickly snatched him up and blast its beam at Chiro, draining him while screaming in agony.
"Chiro!" Nova cried before jumping over to save him.
Before she land a blow on it, the other Mantidon intercepts and knocked her away.
Tyran and the rest of the monkey team jumps out to take down the large insects. The red Mantidon dropped Chiro and knocked Antauri away to one of the cat's huts. Sparx blasted his Magnet-Bolt Blazer at the large insect, but the Mantidon blasted him away.
Gibson dives down with his drill, strike right in Mantidon's chest. The blow on its chest is causing the insect to be destroyed. He then looked over to Otto and Tyran, who harpooned around its neck while Otto fend it off with saw blade.
"The thorax, you two!" He shouted at them. "It's their weak spot!"
"The what?" Tyran inquired while holding the insect down.
"Their abdomen, torso, belly!"
"Oh, their guts! Why didn't you say so?" Otto said.
The green monkey jumped and slice across the Mantidon's chest, destroying it.
Tyran and the monkey team turned to the last Mantidon.
"It's on!" Nova seethed, cracking her knuckles.
They lunged after the last giant insect, but the Mantidon's leader blast its beam at them. Tyran and the monkey team yelled in agony as their weapon power is reverted back to normal. As they did, Antauri stood there for a moment before collapsing.
"Antauri, are you okay?" Tyran asked, concerned.
While they check on their robotic friend, they look up to see red Mantidon is looming over them, intending to finish them, Neekeeta and Tikqudo shown up beside them and snarled at the red Mantidon as the other cats joins in. Becoming outnumbered, the Mantidon leader flew up and headed back to the hive.
"No saws?!" Otto gasped.
"They drained our transformers!" Sparx exclaimed.
"Oh no!" Nova gasped as she looked at motionless Antauri.
"His entire system is in complete shutdown." Gibson noted.
"We've got to help him." Chiro said.
"It won't matter." Tikqudo said, "They'll be back."
Chiro looked back at Antauri while thinking the Mantidons will be back for them.
At the villager's hut, the Hyper Force took Antauri inside the hut to recharge him since he's a complete machine.
"When Sparx and Tyran gets back with the spare energy cells, we'll fix you up." Chiro said. "Good as new."
"Perhaps… the silver monkey is not as we thought." Antauri said.
"Well, Tikqudo estimates there's around twenty Mantidons." Nova reported.
"Good! We each get to squish a bunch!" Otto declared.
"We couldn't defeat three Mantidons with our powers!" Gibson argued. "Without them, I don't even want to calculate the odds."
Chiro moped about the odds of defeating the Mantidons until his commlinks beeps.
"Chiro, do you read me? Over." Sparx asked.
"I read you, Sparx." He replied.
Tyran and Sparx spotted something while heading back to Robot to get a spare energy cell.
"Bad news, those horde of bugs is all over the Robot and the energy cell is unreachable." Tyran reported.
"Yeah, they scavenged all remaining energy sources." Sparx said, "We're coming back."
"Sparx, out." He signs off.
"Chiro." They looked down to Antauri. "Sometimes fate makes our choices clear."
"We only have one choice now." Chiro said, decided what to do.
At the center of the village, the cat villagers was gathered and debating whether they should leave their home or take the fight to the Mantidons.
"We must gather our things and flee to the mountains."
"With winter coming?" Tikqudo countered. "That's just as dangerous as facing the Mantidon. We must fight!"
As he argued, Tikqudo turned to see Chiro, who walked to them.
"We intend to fight the Mantidons!" He declared.
"Without your weapons?" The cat villager said.
"We're going to need your help. You were once warriors. Tonight, you will be warriors again!"
The villagers murmured in questions and Neekeeta stood up.
"But how?" She said.
A few minutes later, Nova stood the cats in their ninja attire as she begins training them. She unsheathed her gauntlet claws as the villagers did with Sparx and Tikqudo watching. Nova demonstrated by slashing the bamboo tree and it fell on Sparx's head, much to their amusement.
The other cat villagers and Po is sharpening the bamboo's edge, making them like a spear and holding them like a bo-staff.
In the hut, Gibson is concocting a formula to aid them.
Tyran is fashioning his own crafted weapon, a roped Kama with mace. He swings his mace around him before chained the bamboo tree and dashed forward to slice it down. Behind him was a trio of cat women, who was shrieking with glee and squeal.
The kitten is pulling a rope while Otto is tying the rope on his crafted weapon that resembled a gatling gun.
Sparx is straining while putting up the wall to fortified around the village until Tikqudo helped him, much to Nova's infatuation and Sparx's annoyance.
Sparx leads the villagers to their positions before the gates is closing.
Kneeling before the statue, Tikqudo held the katana and unsheathed it as the blade is covered in green energy.
In the hallway and the room, Po presented the samurai-theme armor to Chiro, who bowed to him.
Sitting on the cat village's hut, Chiro and Neekeeta sat there as they wait for the Mantidons to come.
"Thank you for staying, Chiro." She said.
"You can thank me when this is all over." He said.
The boy looked up when he heard a buzzing sound in the distance. Chiro sees the swarm of Mantidons as the red one is leading them. The red Mantidon landed and sliced the bamboo fences.
Sparx and the cats hid behind the hut as the Mantidon is looking for them. He shushed them before they sneak in front of the Mantidon and jabbed the Bamboo sticks in its stomach, destroying it.
Nova, Tikqudo, and the cats jumped out and attack the Mantidons. Chiro comes running with samurai armor and shield and whacked its head, stunning it for the cats to jab the bamboo trunk in its stomach, destroying it.
The two Mantidons was searching for any signs of villagers. The two chains was wrapping around their neck and Tyran and the other cat swings around with their Kama and slashed their chests, destroying them.
One of the Mantidons sliced open the hut's roof and found the kitten inside it. The kitten flee from the Mantidon as it follows it. When the kitten stops as the Mantidon is closer, the insect fell in the pit trap and stabs all over by a sharp bamboo tree, destroying it. As the kitten is cheering, two more Mantidons appeared above it. Before they attack it, Otto jumps in.
"Leave him alone, you bugs!" Otto fired his gatling bamboo at them, destroying them.
Otto lift the kitten with his tail, but heard a buzzing sound from the clouds. The second wave of Mantidons fired its energy beam at the villagers.
Sparx charged at the Mantidon with a bamboo spear, but was knocked away and crashed into a fence. Before the Mantidon finished him off, Nova jumped up above them.
"Sparx!" Nova said, landing behind the Mantidon's back and slashing it, destroying it.
"Jeez, does a monkey have to get killed around here for some attention?" Sparx remarked.
"No, you just has to ask." She said.
Rushing towards the Mantidon, Tikqudo slashed the large insect in half with his sword. Sparx and Nova ran towards him, but they looked back to see more Mantidons appeared from the bamboo forest, making the cat villagers to fall back as the projectiles is rocketing passed them and destroyed a Mantidon.
The projectiles was launched by Gibson and the villagers with the cannons.
"Fire in the hole!" He lit the fuse with his tail and fires the cannon.
The projectile was launched and splits into multiple projectiles as it heads to the swarm, destroying all the Mantidons.
Po is by the hut that is filled with large spike balls as he is about to release them. Before he pulls down the lever, the red Mantidon ambushed him from the forest and struck him down. As the last Mantidon attempt to finish him off, Antauri crawls and uses whatever his strength left to pull the lever down and release the spike balls, telekinetically.
The spike balls rolls down and hits the remaining Mantidons.
Being the last one left, the Mantidon leader turned to Chiro, Sparx, Nova, Tikqudo, and the rest of cat villagers. The red Mantidon fire its energy beam at Chiro, who held the shield up to block it, but it breaks and pushes him away. As Chiro gets up and recovers, the sword was thrown next to him. He looked up to see Tikqudo points at the last Mantidon, telling him to finish it off. Chiro smirked and grabbed the sword.
As Chiro faced the last Mantidon, he was cloaked with Power Primate's energy and lunged at it. The Mantidon fires its beam, Chiro dodged it and stabbed it in its chest. The red Mantidon yowled in pain before exploded and the sword and the bamboo spear was planted in the ground.
The Hyper Force and Cathurian cheered in victory as Chiro and Neekeeta hugged each other, Sparx and Gibson was tossed in the air.
A couple days later, Chiro looked at the newly repaired Super Robot.
"Good as new, Super Robot." He said as Antauri came up to him.
"All system are fully functional, including mine." He reported as Gibson, Tyran, and Sparx came up to them.
"However, I've discovered something disturbing." Gibson said as the insect flew on him. "I examined the Mantidon's secretions. They were once ordinary insects."
"Like the one on your head?" Sparx noted, pointing at the preying mantis on his head.
"AHHH!" He yelped while shaking off of him. "I DESPISE BUGS!"
"Gibson found trace particles consistent with those in Skeleton King Worm." Antauri deduced. "He was the cause of the mutation which gave the Mantidon their size and ferocity."
"He's everywhere." Nova said.
"He just won't stop." Tyran added.
"Everywhere we find Skeleton King, we'll beat him." Chiro vowed.
Tyran and the monkey team nodded in agreement.
The Hyper Force went back to Cathurian as they were congratulated.
"Nova, I will miss you." Tikqudo said, shook Nova's hand.
"I'll miss you too." She said.
Nova went over to Sparx and waved at Tikqudo.
"Oh, for crying out loud!" Sparx mumbled, but smacked by Nova, who wasn't looking at him as Gibson was amused by it.
Otto petted the kitten and decided to give his tail cap to him to remember by.
"Aw, a little guy." He hugged him.
"Take this, my friend." Po gives Tyran a sword and a samurai suit with helmet. "… for and your friends for helping our fellow Cathurian."
"Thank you." Tyran bowed and accepts the gift from him.
"Um, excuse me." He turned to see the cat trio. "Could you take off… your mask?"
"Why would I? I don't anyone see my face."
"Please, we want to see your real face!" the other cat insisted.
"Just a peek." The brown cat added.
"Fine." He sighed and lift his mask up for them to see his face.
The trio was swooned by his looks and collapsed in awestruck in lovely state.
"This is why I wore this mask and never date." He mumbled, putting his mask back on.
"May Grukropof help you vanquish your foe." Neekeeta gives Chiro a cat necklace. "Thank you, Chiro."
The boy looked at the necklace before looking at the Super Robot.
"Thank you, Neekeeta."
"For what?"
"Reminding us of what really matters."
The Hyper Force boarded in the Super Robot and flew up in space to resume their search for Skeleton King Worm.
