Prototype
Somewhere on an unknown planet is being overheated by a sun.
"Each planet in this quadrant fell to the corrupting influence of the Skeleton King Worm's passage." Antauri said, looking at all the corrupted planet on the monitor. "Each one virtually laid waste in this… corrupted zone."
Chiro pounded the controls. "We have to end this before any more damages done to the universe."
Antauri nodded in agreement as the monitor shows the trail of the Skeleton King Worm.
"I'm picking up faint traces of the Worm's energy." Gibson said, "I believe I can precisely calculate its present location."
"And if we do that, we might be able to launch a surprise attack coming out of hyper boost warp." Chiro said.
"Good idea, a sneak attack." Tyran said
"Yeah, that's just crazy enough to work." Sparx said, liking the idea.
"Power up, Hyper Boost Engines!" Chiro ordered.
"Affirmitive!" Otto said, activating a rocket booster on the Robot.
"Prepare for warp."
The Robot went into Hyper Boost Warp.
"On my command… Five… Four…"
Suddenly, the Robot shook as if something is wrong.
"What's happening?!" Chiro demanded.
"We're veering off course!" Nova reported.
Otto ran to the controls and regain the Robot's controls, but no avail before the rest of monkey team shows.
"Evil force is taken over the Robot!" Sparx exclaimed, "Should've seen that coming!"
"What? This can't be!" They looked at Gibson, who looks at the radar. "According to my data, it seems as if the Super Robot is in control."
"Then that means… it happen again like last time." Tyran said as the Robot is flying over to the galaxy.

"While exploring the outskirts of the city, I discovered an abandoned Super Robot. It was then my life was transformed by the mysterious Power Primate. The Robot Monkeys and a Cyborg were awakened and I, Chiro, became their leader. Our quest: save Shuggazoom City from the evils of the Skeleton King."

The Robot is flying over the deserted planet with empty building as if the whole planet is abandoned for long time.
"Where are we?" Otto asked, looking at the abandoned city.
"Analysis reports that we landed on the Kabiri Takara, planet in the corrupted zone." Gibson said, looking at the scanner. "It was once rich in metals but has been largely depleted for quite some time."
"What on Shuggazoom could have made the Super Robot come here?" Chiro wondered.
"Perhaps the Super Robot's needs brought him here." Antauri guessed.
"This run-down rock?" Sparx said, pointing at the spire.
The Super Robot landed in the abandoned city.
"Where is everybody?" Tyran asked. "The whole city is abandoned."
"I don't know but instruments detect no lifeforms." Gibson said, checking the scanner.
The alarm went off and blaring.
"Uh, are you sure about that?" Nova asked.
"There's absolutely no sign of any biological entity." He said.
They felt rumble from outside as the city shook from the ground. The Hyper Force was flying around as Nova checked the radar.
"Something is closing in and fast!" She said
"Battle station!" Chiro declared.
The Hyper Force headed to their cockpits.
"Sparx, ready the Mega Missiles!" Chiro said.
Sparx armed the Mega Missiles. "Mega Missiles are armed and set!"
"It's almost here!" Nova said, looking at the radar. "Three hundred… two hundred… one hundred…!"
Something is exploding behind the Robot. The explosion reveals the giant navy robot that almost resembles the Super Robot.
"It's like looking into a mirror." Otto remarked.
"Yeah, a creepy, freaky, funhouse mirror." Sparx said.
The giant robot is ready to attack the Robot.
"It's getting to attack!" Tyran alerted.
"Monkey team, ready for battle!" Chiro said.
Before it attack, it attack somewhere, much to the Robot's confusion.
"Wait, it's not after us." Antauri noted.
They looked at the robot as if it was trying to swat or catch something and the monitor snapshot at the robot.
"Gibson, enhanced the image." Chiro said as Gibson enhanced the image and showed the giant robot was attacking the smaller and fast robot. "What is that?"
The unknown robot spread it arms, creating a plasma charge before pulling back and launched itself towards the giant robot, shot through the robot's head.
"He just turned himself into a slingshot." Chiro said, astonished by its feat.
"Impressive." Antauri said.
The giant robot tries catching the unknown robot. Thinking that its down, the unknown robot creates itself a slingshot, but the giant robot shoots its laser, stunning the unknown robot. The giant robot raises its fist to finish it off, but the Robot catches its fist and giant robot punches the Robot, knocking it away a bit. The Super Robot bodyslammed the robot, knocking it away to the city.
The robot recovers and activated the shoulder cannons.
"Torso Cannons…!" Chiro activate the weapon. "Fire!"
Both machines fires at the same time and the blast knocks both of them away. The unknown robot came back and launched itself to the robot, blasting through robot's head.
"Lazertron Fury!" Chiro fires the Lazertron Fury, destroying the giant robot.
The unknown robot looked at the Robot for a moment before flying away.
"You're welcome." Nova frowned.
"After it!" Chiro ordered.
The Hyper Force pilots the Robot and follows after the unknown robot. As they chased it, it disappears around the spire.
"We lost him!" Chiro said.
"But where did it go?" Tyran said.
"I can track his quasar energy reading." Gibson said, looking at the scanner.
They landed the Robot on top of the spire. The Hyper Force left the Robot and headed to the building.
"This must be his hideout." Chiro said.
The door suddenly opens revealing a flash in the hallway. They walked down the hallway to look for that unknown robot.
"I'm picking up his quasar energy reading from that direction." Gibson pointed.
Suddenly, the hallway shuts down and lights are cut off. There was a bright light on top, revealing a brain in the glass as the Hyper Force was cautious and puzzled of what's going on. The brain brings out the probes that looks like an eye and looks at the Hyper Force.
"Cybernetic monkeys?" It said, startled Gibson. "Even a cybernetic human as well?"
It then looks at Tyran, who was surprised that the brain has spoken.
"I can scarcely believe my ocular interface."
"I concur." Gibson said.
The brain open the window to see the Robot.
"The Prototype. It has returned."
"The Prototype? You mean you know the Super Robot came from?" Chiro questioned.
"Of course, it came from here. This very laboratory and I was one of its creators."
The Hyper Force was surprised that the Super Robot was created by a brain.
"You say you're one of the creators?" Antauri questioned.
"Three great minds worked together to create the ultimate fighting robot." The brain said. "The Super Robot was our first success or it would have been if you hadn't… stolen it!"
The brain retracted ocular probes and sealed them in the blast barrier.
"Stolen it? Hold on a micron! We didn't take him." Sparx argued.
"I found the Super Robot abandoned on Shuggazoom city with the monkeys and cyborg, okay?" Chiro added.
"Yeah, we just woke in them." Otto said.
"We didn't know how the Robot came into our care until now." Tyran said.
"You are able to control the Prototype?" He asked.
"Yeah, we needed that Robot whenever the Shuggazoom city is under attack."
Hearing their arguments and reasoning, the brain opens the blast barriers and offers then the seats.
"Take a seat."
They're still a little wary about the brain and took a seat.
"Allow me to introduce myself, I am… Dr. Takeuchi." He introduced as he raised their seat. "You've arrived at a very crucial moment. That robotic menace there is trying to destroy me."
"Oh, don't worry. We took out that big bully." Nova assured.
"No, you destroyed one of my robots." Dr. Takeuchi said, "It was protecting me from that little plague of malfunctioning circuit."
"Say what now?" Chiro said, surprised.
"The Robots on this planet are controlled by my brain, except the Prometheus 5."
"Prometheus 5?" Tyran repeated.
"Yes, I can tell you all how it was created." The brain said, showing the image of three brilliant scientists and a young assistant.
"When we started the Prometheus project, we worked together as one, pulling all our genius."
The scientists works on building their project.
"Even so, it took fifteen years. Until finally, the Prometheus project was complete."
They look up at their first success of building the Super Robot as their first giant robotic machine.
"Then, one of my colleagues and apprentice has mysteriously disappeared, and so did the Prototype."
It showed that one of the scientists and the young scientist vanished, along with Super Robot.
"Professor Maezono and I carried on and improved our designs."
It showed that these two scientists is working on new project in creating a new giant robot.
"Each model became more compact and even more deadly."
The door opens, revealing Prometheus 5.
"Finally, we reached the culmination of all our work. The Prometheus 5. We had created the deadliest fighting robot in the universe."
"This is all rather extraordinary and incredibly fascinating." Gibson commented. "But I'm curious as to why you came to be a disembodied brain?"
"We were in the midst of a crucial experiment when the Prometheus 5 malfunctioned, causing an explosion that destroyed the laboratory."
The brain showed them that the Prometheus 5 went rouge and destroying the lab.
"And me. My body is gone, but my brain managed to survive. Sadly, Professor Maezono was not as fortunate."
Dr. Takeuchi's brain was dislodged from his body and Professor Maezono was perished from the attack.
"Now, our insane creation will annihilate anything that comes near it."
"Strange. It didn't try to destroy us." Antauri said.
The Prometheus 5." He said as the building shook. "It must be stopped!"
They see the Prometheus 5 attacking the complex lab.
"Use the Prototype to destroy him!"
The Hyper Force knows what to do and ran back to the Super Robot.
"To the Super Robot!" Chiro declared.
The Prometheus 5 fires its plasma bolt at the building before looking to see the Robot is coming at it and evade before the Robot grabbed it. The Robot looked back and sees the Prometheus 5 zipped to the sky and went back in boost speed. The Robot dodged the attack and sees the big crater it made as the Prometheus 5 emerged from it while glaring the Robot before shot up in the air. Prometheus 5 fires its plasma stream at the Robot and shocks it.
"Him with Antenna blast!" Chiro said.
"The Antenna blast isn't responding!" Antauri said, trying to fire it, but not working.
"Got nothing!" Sparx said as smokes is coming from the Robot.
"Target system is not responding!" Gibson said.
"All system are overheating!" Tyran said, before the Robot is knocked down.
"None of the weapon systems are!" Nova said.
"Oh no, here he comes!" Otto gasped.
As the Prometheus 5 is about punch a hole on the Robot, The Super Robot caught it with its bare metal hand, surprising the Hyper Force. The Robot held the Prometheus 5 to its face as the robot is opening its head and sprouting the wires out from its cranium. The Robot's eyes blinked a few times before the antenna is opened, allowing the Prometheus 5 to enter it.
"Uh, what's going on?!" Nova said as the Robot is glowing.
"Systems are overloading!" Otto yelled.
"Cut the power!" Chiro said.
"It's no use!" Gibson said, looking at the scanner. "No, he's inside the Super Robot's brain!"
The Prometheus 5 is inside the Robot's brain as everything is going haywire. Their eyes is blinking until the glowing dissipates and the Robot launches to the air itself from the spire.
With the Hyper Force yelling, The Super Robot flies over the valley and landed on scrapyard, the valley of broken giant robots. The Robot opens the brain and let the Prometheus 5 out. The Prometheus 5 landed on the ground and looked up at the Robot as Chiro was waiting for it to counterattack.
"You gonna get out here or what?" Prometheus 5 spoked. "I don't have all day."
The door hatch opens as Sparx, Tyran, Otto, and Antauri gets out to see this.
"He can talk just now?" Tyran said.
"I'm not so sure about this." Sparx said, warily.
"I sense the Prometheus 5 means us no harm." Antauri assumed.
"Uh, did you not see the freaky wire shooting now from his head?" Otto mentioned.
The Hyper Force left the Robot to confront the Prometheus 5.
"I tried to establish a connection with you but it didn't work." Prometheus 5 said, "You robot monkeys and cyborg are just so… basic."
"What have you done to the Super Robot?" Chiro demanded.
"He detected my electric brain frequency pattern, then came here to access my memory, Echelon. He was the one who activated a mind merge."
"His what merge?" He said, surprised and confused.
"His mind, monkey boy."
The monkey team and Tyran looked each before glaring at Prometheus 5. The slingshot robot looked up at the Robot as if it was speaking to him.
"Yeah, yeah I know. All right, fine."
Nova looked back at the Robot, then at Prometheus 5. "The Super Robot… he talks to you?"
"You got it, Nova." He said. "My Prototype here tells me Gibson is supposed to be the smart one."
"There is no need to be rude." Gibson said, insulted before realized. "How did you know our names?"
"Information interflow. Now he knows everything about me, where he comes from, and what's happened here… and I know all about you."
"And I know all about you!" Chiro said. "How you've managed to destroy nearly everything else on this planet. Dr. Takeuchi warned us."
"Oh really? Let's see, were you talking to a human being with the face or a disgusting heap of evil brain on the plate?"
"It was brain heap for sure." Otto blurted.
"Follow me."
Prometheus 5 led the Hyper Force inside the broken giant robot. Once they went deeper in the broken robot, Prometheus 5 types the interface on the cog, showing them the image of real Dr. Takeuchi.
"That is Dr. Takeuchi." He said.
"You mean the brain was lying to us?" Sparx questioned.
"If that's Dr. Takeuchi, then that brain, who was talking to us, was Professor Maezono?" Tyran realized.
"Why would Professor Maezono pretend to be Dr. Takeuchi?" Antauri asked.
"Because Professor Maezono wanted you to do his dirty work!" Prometheus 5 exclaimed, "The truth is he was building the ultimate fighting robot for one purpose: himself!"
(Flashback)
Prometheus 5 was hooked to the artificial brain on top while Professor Maezono is had the helmet attached to his head.
"I had only been activated for two days when Professor Maezono tried to transplant his evil consciousness into my robotic body."
"My brain! My big, beautiful brain!" Professor Maezono said with insanity. "It will soon become one with your body and I will live forever as the ultimate machine!"
Dr. Takeuchi came running to stop him.
"Dr. Takeuchi tried to stop him!"
"NOOO!" He yelled, shoving him away before pulling the connector off of Prometheus 5's head.
The whole system and lab is overloading.
"Professor Maezono's brain triggered a lethal power surge, destroying the laboratory, and Dr. Takeuchi."
The laboratory exploded and Dr. Takeuchi was perished in it as the Prometheus 5 was sent flying in the outskirt of the city.
The giant robot appeared from the ground as Prometheus 5 recovers from the explosion. The robot steps on him, but Prometheus 5 acted quickly and flew around it. Before the giant robot counterattack, Prometheus 5 use his slingshot technique and shot himself through the robot and its arm, destroying it.

"From then on, I've been locked in battle with Professor Maezono. He tries to destroy me; I keep his evil prototypes from leaving here. I won't let Dr. Takeuchi's sacrifice be in vain."
The Super Robot suddenly raised its fists and pounded on the ground in frustration when learning about the truth of its origin and Dr. Maezono's scheme. The Hyper Force have never seen the Super Robot so upset and angry.
Professor Maezono has seen and heard everything, he decided to deal with them himself.
"Destroy them! Destroy them all!"
The mad doctor's brain unleashed all the giant fighting machines to destroy the Hyper Force and two machines.
"Battle Stations!" Chiro declared as they run back to the Robot.
"Wait!" Prometheus 5 stopped them. "My prototype and I will handle the robot army."
"What? You and the Super Robot?" Chiro questioned. "But how?"
"You and the monkey team get back to the complex and stop Professor Maezono."
"He's right. The only to stop this madness is to shut down the central computer." Gibson said.
"Okay, let's do it." Chiro agreed.
Prometheus 5 zipped back assist the Super Robot while the Hyper Force headed to the complex to shut down Professor Maezono.
The Super Robot faces the robot army and the yellow robots launched the missiles while the horned red robots fires its lasers at the Robot, who flies up in the air to avoid the incoming attacks and led the missiles to destroy the robot army.
Prometheus 5 launched himself in high speed and pierced through five black robots.
The Hyper Force, with Otto and Sparx carring Chiro, flies to through the laboratory until they see the incoming lasers.
"Look out!" Sparx yelled.
The Hyper Force disperse as Otto and Sparx dropped Chiro on the ground. Chiro ran up and punched the drone.
"Boom Boom Wake-up!" Nova punched the drone with Giant Fists.
Antauri sliced the drone in two with Ghost Claws while Tyran smashed the drone with Mace hand.
Outside, A wave of robot army is marching towards them and Prometheus 5 and Super Robot nodded to each other, knowing what to do. Prometheus 5 creates a plasma sphere and the Super Robot used its Torso Laser Cannon to amplify the plasma sphere and blast it at the robot army, destroying them all. However, another wave of robot army is coming.
In laboratory, Sparx hurls the drone around him before throwing it against the machine device.
"Too easy." He smirked.
He spoke too soon as the drone grabbed him from behind and electrocuted him. The drone was cut down and the hull was drilled by Gibson.
"As you would say, Sparx. 'I've got your back'." He smiled.
"Thanks." Sparx said, huffily.
"Lightning Kick!" Chiro dropkicked the two drones. "Come on, team."
Professor Maezono watched the overhead as the Robot and Prometheus 5 destroys his army as the Hyper Force arrives.
"It's over!" Chiro said, pointing at the brain.
"We're here to shut you down!" Tyran said.
"How right you are, you annoying little fools!" Professor Maezono snarled as the brain crackled, "I will obliterate all of you. My brain cannot be defeated!"
He shot his electric stream, shocking the Hyper Force as they yelled in pain.
The Super Robot punched the two robots and punched after another while the Prometheus 5 destroys another giant robot and flies off. The Super Robot throws the yellow robot at the group of giant robots before sensing the Hyper Force are in danger.
The Hyper Force was yelling as Professor Maezono was laughing, insanely until the Robot punched a hole through the laboratory.
"What!?" He gasped as the Robot destroys the controls and frees the Hyper Force. "No!"
With the controls are destroyed, the robot army shuts down and the two machines confronted their creator.
"My prototype wants answers and so do I!" Prometheus 5 demanded. "You helped create us. Dr. Takeuchi was supposed to be your friend! We were your legacy and you've destroyed all of it! Time for the big payback, Professor!"
"Not yet, son!" He said, stopping them before deploying a rocket to escape. "My mind moves too quickly for you!"
Prometheus 5 fires his plasma sphere at the brain, but the Super Robot stops the attack by blocking it as Professor Maezono escaped.
"NO!" Prometheus 5 yelled in rage as the Professor Maezono escapes to space. "HE DESERVED IT! You should've let me destroy him!"
The Robot looked on while the Prometheus 5 yelled at it.
A few minutes later, the Hyper Force and the two machines is outside the abandoned city.
"You should come with us, Slingshot?" Chiro offered. "We could you your help fighting Skeleton King Worm."
"I can't." Slingshot declined, "Professor Maezono is out there somewhere and I intend to find him."
"I understand." He said, understood his choice. "Let's go, we've got a job to do."
They went back to the Robot and Chiro turned to him.
"You know, you and the Super Robot make a great team."
"My prototype has a message for you." He said, looking at the Robot.
"What is it?" Chiro looked at it as well.
"He says he's already part of a great team."
Chiro looked at the Robot before smiling that the Super Robot is part of his team. They get inside the Robot and files to space while the Prometheus 5 watched them go.
