In this chapter, Stitch will meet Torque.
And yes, he has something in common with Stitch.
Stitch probably isn't going to disguise himself as a duck, however. He's not a bird. Though given his ability to shapeshift, it seems possible that he could sprout a pair of wings.
And he doesn't even like water.
He's more of a dog person.
Also, we'll be introduced to Lord Brevon…who's one of the most evil video game villains ever.
Chapter 2: Aliens Among Us
"It's good that I managed to damage Lord Brevon's ship. That ought to handicap him until it's repaired." noted Torque. The resistance would be proud of him. It was such a shame so many had perished fighting Lord Brevon.
However, while Lord Brevon would not be moving for the time being, he hated to imagine what he would do once he did repair the ship. No planet was safe as long as he was nearby.
He was the evilest person he had ever met, after all.
Saying his name was enough to strike terror in people's hearts. It was difficult to find someone that hadn't heard of the tyrannical overlord. Those who hadn't would likely be accused of living under a meteorite.
They say that he had once tried to assassinate the Grand Councilwoman. And they had just barely been able to stop him. Usually when Brevon wanted someone dead, they did not survive. The people that Brevon had beheaded could attest to that.
That act of evil had really gotten the universe on edge. If Brevon had succeeded, then awful things would have likely followed suit. Namely rioting. People didn't take the assassination of a leader lightly.
Gantu had been particularly shaken up by it. He wasn't the same person that he once was...which the Grand Councilwoman herself had noticed. It seemed that innocent before proven guilty no longer had a meaning to him.
As a side note, Brevon was far worse than Jumba Jookiba was. Jumba might have prided himself on being the evilest guy around (and to his credit had made hundreds of evil experiments) ...but he hadn't met Lord Brevon. Not in the flesh, anyway.
Torque got the feeling that Lord Brevon was up to something.
He wasn't quite sure what.
But he imagined that the planet was in danger.
It would be best if he warned people about him. He was extremely dangerous.
He had already killed thousands, and he sure didn't want that number to increase.
Though without the rest of his squad, he wasn't sure how much he could do.
Suddenly, he noticed a meteorite.
"What the-" exclaimed Torque.
It crashed near his spaceship.
He decided that he was going to investigate. Perhaps it was another member of the resistance. He would definitely like some company right about now.
Hopefully it wasn't Lord Brevon's Shade Troopers. That would be really bad.
Sure enough, it was Stitch. Though it wasn't exactly who Torque was looking for.
He was delighted that he had managed to escape.
It seemed that he was above the law, and not even the grand council themselves could touch him. Perhaps he should thank his creator for giving him the ability to think faster than a supercomputer. It made it so much easier to plan his escape.
He was looking forward to causing chaos.
He let out a laugh.
Of course, the Grand Council had pulled some strings to ensure that Stitch would be captured but he had no way of knowing that. And ignorance was bliss.
Torque immediately noticed him.
"That doesn't look like another member of the resistance..." noted Torque. Even if he did appear to be from outer space like himself.
Still, perhaps he could help. It was good to know that he was not alone anymore.
By the looks of it, he had crashed his ship just as he did.
So he figured that they could help each other.
Torque approached him.
"Hi!" exclaimed Stitch, waving his hand.
It seemed that he already met a resident of this planet...unaware that he wasn't actually a native.
"Hello." spoke the green alien.
Stitch hoped that he could show him to where the nearest civilization was.
That way he could start causing havoc. He was designed to destroy everything that he touched, after all.
However, as it turned out, Torque knew as little about where to find civilization as he did. He too had just gotten here. He wasn't exactly the best person to ask for directions.
"Sorry, but I just arrived on this planet." explained the member of the resistance. His guess as to finding civilization was as good as Stitch's. It would be helpful if they could find a map of some kind.
"Aww…" pouted Stitch. It looked like this wasn't his lucky day…outside of escaping justice, that is. Sure, the Galactic Federation probably know where he was, but considering that escaping them wasn't hard for him, he didn't feel like he had much to worry about.
"I'm sorry. But I think we can find civilization if we look hard enough." noted Torque.
Stitch liked the sound of that.
He was starting to like this fellow alien.
His destructive programming was telling him to be evil, however.
But he wouldn't hurt Torque…for now, at least.
Who knows? Perhaps he could help Torque elude the Galactic Federation.
Meanwhile…
At Shuigang Palace, everything seemed normal.
The guards were as usual patrolling the castle.
Suddenly, there was an earthquake.
"What's happening?" asked one of the guards.
A few seconds later, Lord Brevon's cruiser emerged from the floor.
"What is that?" asked a guard. It looked like a giant beetle.
As it turned out, it was something they should be concerned about.
The cruiser opened fire on them.
Afterwards, some Shade Troopers broke in.
The guards tried to stop them, but the troopers had state-of-the art technology.
They plowed right through the guards.
Lord Brevon leapt out of his cruiser so that he could fight close and personal.
Some of the guards tried to attack Lord Brevon directly.
But that didn't end too well for them. The galactic conquerer was simply too tough for them to handle.
And of course, he wasn't fighting alone.
When he had finished cutting through everything in his path, Lord Brevon then approached the throne room.
Unsurprisingly, that was where the king was.
King Shuigang could not believe what had happened. For the first time in history, Shuigang Castle had been breached. That was definitely something that was going in the history books.
And unfortunately, the king was about to be history.
The king was shocked to discover that his castle had been invaded, and that the defenses had been penetrated. And so easily at that.
"How could this happen? Our castle walls are impenetrable!" exclaimed the king.
Sometimes, pride went before a fall.
"Your floor isn't." spoke Lord Brevon.
The king decided that he wasn't going down without a fight. Even if the royal guard had failed to contain the intruders.
"If death is what you seek, then I will gladly provide it!" shouted the monarch, pulling out his battle axe.
Fortunately for the king, he was a decent fighter himself. He actually didn't need his guards to defend himself. Though the guards were helpful.
But unfortunately, he was in over his head.
He attempted to strike Lord Brevon with his big axe.
But as Sonic would put it, he was too slow. Or was Lord Brevon too fast?
Either way, he was in over his head.
The king found himself being slashed by Lord Brevon's knife. It was surprising how effective it was.
The monarch fell to his knees.
"I am seeking death…but not my own." answered Lord Brevon.
Some Shade Troopers brought the king's son.
His name was Dail.
Unfortunately, the Shade Troopers had managed to locate him. Perhaps he would have been better off if he had stayed hidden.
But the Shade Troopers would have been willing to search the entire castle anyways. So perhaps they would have still found him.
"Dail!" exclaimed the king.
"I tried to stop them, father!" shouted the prince.
Unfortunately, that didn't turn out so well. After all, when the guards had tried that, they ended up being butchered. Though Dail was a reasonably strong fighter.
"What do you want from us?!" exclaimed the king.
He was about to find out. Though Brevon only wanted Dail.
"There is no reason to be hostile, your majesty. In fact, you should be proud. Your son is moments away from inheriting the throne." said Lord Brevon.
"What are you implying?!" exclaimed the king.
Lord Brevon pulled out his knife.
He then cut off the king's head.
"Nooooo!" exclaimed Prince Dail, his eyes widening with horror. This wasn't the way he expected to inherit the throne at all.
Of course, he hadn't been expecting aliens to break in and start conquering the palace either. But life was full of surprises. Not all of them good ones.
"Murderer!" bellowed Dail.
He rushed towards Brevon, only to be grabbed by the neck.
It was time for Brevon to begin the next stage of his plan.
"Prepare the snatcher." said Lord Brevon.
Syntax grabbed Dail, and proceeded to brainwash him.
He let out a scream.
At Lilac's treehouse…
"Why do I feel like something terrible has happened?" asked Lilac.
She got the feeling that someone evil had come to their planet. Someone who was pretty dangerous.
Was she imagining things?
She certainly hoped so.
"Perhaps we should prepare for the worst." noted Carol.
Things were so peaceful in Avalice.
Had something finally come to disturb the peace?
Apparently, peace didn't last forever. Or at the very least, it shouldn't be taken for granted.
Perhaps it would be best if she stuck with her friend Carol for the time being.
Elsewhere…
Pleakley wondered how he had ended up on this mission. He never imagined that he would be hunting a monster along with a mad scientist.
Still, the idea of exploring a new planet did sound exciting to him. So it wasn't all bad.
And he was worried what would happen if Jumba was allowed to go on the mission by himself.
But for now he needed to find Experiment 626.
The longer he was allowed to wander free, the more chaos he would cause. So it was best that they captured quickly.
He had to admit, the ship they were provided with was nothing short of massive. Though he did wonder how they were going to hide it. A ship that big would definitely stick out like a sore thumb.
"It is time to begin our search." spoke Jumba.
"First we need to put on disguises!" exclaimed Peakley.
"Disguises? What for?" asked the alien.
"We don't want to freak out the residents!" exclaimed the cyclops alien. He figured it was best that they captured Stitch without causing the residents to panic.
Of course, if they knew a dangerous monster
Jumba sighed. He had been hoping to do things his way.
But if he didn't obey the Galactic Federation, chances are he would end up behind bars again.
He didn't want to let this opportunity to obtain amnesty go to waste.
"You think we'll be able to catch him? I heard that he can lift 3000 times his weight!" exclaimed Pleakley.
Perhaps the Galactic Federation hadn't paid attention to what Jumba had told them.
"I'm not so weak myself. Jumba's not all brain." explained Jumba. Though he couldn't lift 3000 times his weight. That was a bit beyond him.
"He can think faster than a supercomputer!" exclaimed Pleakley.
"People have compared me to a supercomputer…favorably." noted the scientist.
He wondered why he had been labeled as an idiot scientist. Probably because of his crazy ideas.
Pleakley sighed in relief. Perhaps they stood a chance.
However, he wondered how they were going to capture Stitch. The Galactic Federation hadn't been able to contain him. What chances did they have?
But then again, his creator had agreed to aid him.
It was time to begin their search.
However, Stitch was capable of shapeshifting to a degree.
So he might be a bit tricky to find.
Still, his blue coloration would be helpful to find him.
And Jumba did have a pair of binoculars. Heat vision.
"Do you have disguises?" asked Jumba.
Pleakley nodded. Jumba would resemble a gorilla and Pleakley a lizard.
He had determined the residents of the planet were basically animals.
Which was ironic considering that some of the members of the Galactic Federation resembled animals. Including the Grand Councilwoman herself. And Gantu.
Pleakley somewhat resembled a lizard to begin with, so it wasn't hard to disguise himself.
With Jumba it was a bit complicated. But the disguise was convincing enough. Nobody was freaked out by him.
Now it was time to begin their search.
I figured I would throw in an Among Us reference somewhere in this fanfic. I play that game a lot.
Of course, I didn't exactly wait long, did I?
Somebody requested I continue this fanfic so I decided why not?
I will admit that I did have fun making my own version of Lilo and Stitch's intro. I decided to make some small changes to the Freedom Planet intro as well.
Lilo's probably not going to be in this fanfic. I'm sorry if you're disappointed. Though who knows? Maybe the cast will visit Earth someday.
You probably won't miss Mertle though. Heh heh.
