It had been a week since the downfall of Doom. Most of the heroes from the other world had secured the villains that came through in a special prison. One that was kept secret from us for obvious reasons. They also stayed around and helped clear the rubble away and the rebuilding of the areas destroyed. Even the officers of SHIELD were able to help act as triage and medical askance. Now there was a bigger concern that was heading my way. A concerned raised by my classmates since they sent us home for a week to calm us down, so we stayed with our families.
"So you finally kissed him huh?" Mina asked knocking Uraraka out of her musing.
"Huh?" Uraraka asked shocked.
"It must have been like a princess kissing her knight" Hagakure smiled.
"And what about you, I bet you're enjoying some private and personal time with Mashirao now we can see you?" Uraraka taunted back
"That's a secret" Hagakure said turning invisible
"No fair!" Uraraka exclaimed
"Still we have a point we are asking about our love lives" Momo said sipping her tea.
"I agree; I must admit that we did have a few close calls" Jiro sighed
"You're talking about Kaminari right?" Mina asked
"Yeah" Jiro nodded
"Those villains were no joke. Even if we got better, they were still stronger' Uraraka said as she looked out the window.
"You were the first of us to face them, in combat. And thankfully the Ultimate Alliance stepped in at the right time" Momo smiled.
"ANOTHER!" Thor shouted as he down a pint of Ale.
"That's your fifteenth pint; how are you not drunk?" Bruce asked as he sipped his drink
"I'm Asgardian" Thor smiled. "And you All-Might, a mighty champion out there, YOU AND MIDORIYA!" Thor proclaimed.
"Thank you" All-Might smiled
"I'm amazed he finally got the courage to tell himself he was worthy" Hawkeye said
"He always was, but something in his past held him back, it was only thanks to that Izuku wouldn't be worthy." Capt said
"They're a tough bunch of kids" Logan chuckled as he sipped his beer. "They were told to stay out of it and instead they jump right in the thick of it and fought alongside tooth and nail" he smiled,
"Indeed, they will make a grand bunch of Heroes" All-Might smiled bulking up, turning back and smiled softly.
"Looks Mjolnir fixed some of the damage from All-For One" Bruce said
"And I am grateful for that" All-Might bowed
"No need to bow," Thor said.
"So what should we do for the kids?" Midnight asked
"Well it is Dance week" Azawa said grumpily as e sipped a can of drink
"Oh yeah." Present Mic smirked
"Dance week?" Star Lord asked
"Yes, over the next week we will hold school dances for the different student divisions." Midnight explained "Hero, Support, General and management, each department gets a night with them going in order of class assignments, which means the first night is hero course, then general course, support course and management course is last."
"And most of them are dj'ed by me" Present Mic said
"Oh nice' Star Lord nodded
"Yeah, and I have a special party mix" Present Mic said
"I think we should skip it" Aizawa groaned
"Dude, what is wrong with you, they've been fighting for their lives and now that they can celebrate you're just going to abandon them?" Star-Lord asked
"Yes" Aizawa said
"Yeah NO!" Star Lord exclaimed as he looked at the playlist that Present Mic had shown him, walking away with it.
"Oh crap" Deadpool said suddenly showing up, the pair looked at each other;
"We have got to make a new one" the pair said.
"Please tell me you got decent music?" Deadpool quickly asked
"Oh I do, over 2,000 songs Star Lord smirked. As he held up his music player and showed Deadpool a holographic screen showing a list of all the songs Star Lord had.
"That is beautiful" Deadpool admitted as he looked at it and then back at Star Lord. "You know what this means right?"
"Oh yeah I do" Star Lord nodded.
"WHY DO WE HAVE TO DO THIS STUPID THING!" Bakugo snapped as he and the rest of Class 1-A was at a tailor
"it's for the dance man" Kaminari said
"Yeah we gotta look fly for the ladies" Sero said
"Never use that term ever again" Matt said
"Plus Izuku's got a special reason to, since he has a new girlfriend" Kirishima smiled
"Oh come on guys" Izuku blushed
"I must say that it is sweet that the big shot hero has a princess" Aoyama said checking out a suit. Izuku frowned and looked at him.
'he set free a classmate of yours, Yuga Aoyama I believe he's name is' Izuku replayed what Ikol said to him. 'Was Aoyama really under the curse of All-For-One?' he wondered
"hey what you thinking man, Uraraka again?" Kaminari teased
"Oh come on man, Izuku probably wouldn't be thinking of Uraraka like that" Kirishima said "I mean he's not Mineta"
"HEY I HEARD THAT!" Mineta shouted
"YOU WERE MEANT TO!" Kirishima shouted back
"Actually I might have;" Izuku admitted
"What?" the guys said as their brains froze
"It was a dream after I faced down that BAD Girls Inc. She was basically a stripper" he admitted
"Damn...I guess I lost that one" Kaminari said
"You bet on it?" Izuku asked
"Yeah" the guys said
"How deplorable" Iida said
"Except Iida" Kirishima said
"I bet that you dreamt as her as a princess" Sero smiled
"Well can you blame me given what I had gone through that day, plus one of them turned into her wearing the same outfit as my dream" Izuku said
"Anyway, I heard that nutso inventor in the support course got herself a guy" Kirishima said
"Yeah some guy named Zero" Iida said as he adjusted his suit
"Man do we look good or what" Kaminari asked
"Indeed" Iida nodded
"But what are the girls going to look like?" Todoroki asked
"Not sure, we'll have to wait for tonight." Izuku said.
"Maybe we made a mistake" Midnight said as she watched the two genders of hero students were divided and up against the walks. Aizawa deciding to wearing his suit looked annoyed.,
"They're still in that awkward stage, even though most of them are couples" Aizawa groaned
"But the music is terrible, not an ounce of romance at all" Midnight frowned.
"Even the otherworldly heroes don't look happy to be here" Aizawa mused. "Hang on why do I feel like there's going to be trouble?"
"I don't know you're the teacher here who sees them the most" Midnight smirked
"Quiet." Aizawa said.
Star Lord and Deadpool headed up to where Present Mic was being the DJ for the event. Deadpool looked back and nodded.
"Got it, in 3" Star Lord said
"Okay, 3...2...1" Deadpool said as he knocked and hid in the shadows. The door open and Present Mic stuck his head out.
"Hey little listener got a request?" he asked before noticing no one was there, he took a step out "Hello?"
"Hey there sucker!" Deadpool laughed as he closed the door and locked it. Star Lord quickly went over and stopped the music and blacked out the area making everyone worried in concerned.
"You got a track?" Star Lord asked, plugging his mask in to the headphone jack
"Track 616 would be a good start, nice and romantic" Deadpool gave a thumbs up
"Then get the lights" Star Lord said
"Copy that" Deadpool said as he went over to the light "Time for Wilson and Quill to run this event!" Deadpool said as he changed the colours and brought them up softly as the music started. Down on the floor everyone was worried until it started to play. Izuku looked over and saw urar...Ochako she was wearing strapless ivory coloured dress with pink trim, black stockings and a pair of dark pink high heels Momo probably leant her. He smiled and kicked off the wall shocking the guys as he walked into the centre of the floor as the lyrics of the song sang out.
"I wouldn't mind if you steal the show, so if it's real. Then Darling let me know" Izuku smiled as he held out his hand. When a blushing Ochako walked over to him and took his hand before placing a hand on his shoulder. The newly formed couple started to slow dance, smiles on their faces not caring if the heroes in the school saw them and would make them a subject of gossip. Right now it felt like the two of them were the only ones in the room. Soon the song ended and they bowed or curtsied to each other and walked off the floor smiled and laughing. Up on the booth Star Lord and Deadpool high five each other.
"Wow, that was" Jiro looked dumb found
"Quite impressive" Momo said
"But who's doing the music?" Jiro asked
"Someone better acquainted with it then Present Mic-sensei. No offence to him" Momo said
"Yeah this music is way better" Jiro smiled before a soft melody started to play. A smiled appeared on Momo's face as she walked onto the dance floor, her navy blue halter cut dress flowing elegantly after her. Once she was in the middle, Todoroki walked out, wearing an ice blue suit with a fire red shirt and a purple tie. He held out his hand and smiled
"May I have this dance?" he asked
"Yes you may" Momo smiled as she took his hand, the pair stood closer together as the gently danced, each step was in perfect unison with one another
"I can show you the world, shining shimmering splendid, now tell me princess. When did you let you heart decide" the song played as Momo leant her head on Todoroki's chest enjoying the dance until the song ended and then bowed to each other before they went and joined Izuku and Ochako.
"Track 1602, gets them every time" Deadpool smiled
"Oh yeah, another what about we do 1610?" Star Lord asked
"I have a better idea. You see there's something I want to do" Deadpool said as he showed Star Lord the song he wanted
"But who would dance to that?" the
"I have an idea who" Deadpool said as he pointed to one girl in particular.
"Oh my, you're right that is a good idea" Star Lord said
"So Track 838 is a go" Deadpool said
"Okay let's go do it!" Star Lord cheered.
Ojiro was the next one to wander out onto the floor. He was nervous as he was wearing an more formal looking version of his hero costume,. And looked around before he the song started off in a long violin intro before it mixed with some rock music. He looked around trying to find Hagakure, when finally she stepped out onto the floor, he's breath was taken away by how beautiful she was. Her hair was done up in a loose bun, she was wearing a sky blue strapless dress with a white rose pinned on the bustline of it, she looked nervous before she walked out onto the floor, feeling self conscious of herself
"GO GET HIM TORU!" Mina smiled, he best friend was always there to encourage her no matter what. And now was a vital time.
"You look beautiful" Ojiro said as he placed a hand around her waist. A gentle smile on his face.
"I'm There for you, no matter what, I'm there for you. Never give it up, I'm there for you" the song's lyrics sang out as Toru smiled
"Thank you" she said as the pair danced, those gathered there agreed that song was perfect for then the girl who everyone could suddenly see dancing to a song about a blind man being there for the girl of his dream. "For You, For You, FOR YOU!' the song finished, making the dancers bow and curtsy. Then Ojiro escorted her off, Sue giving her a hug
"Well done, you deserved to be happy" Sue said.
"Thank you" Toru said
"Wade and Peter made that too obvious" Steve smiled.
"Of course, you know Matt and Elektra love that song" Sue said
"So what's the next song their going to play?" Steve asked frowned
"I have no idea" Stark said
"Better be a good one" Hawkeye said as he sipped his drink.
"What one, what one?" Deadpool asked
"I've got it" Star Lord said unrolling the headphone cables from his walkman and plugs the sound out plug into it and pressed play.
"what are you?" Wade asked before a groovy beat started to play alongside a base line.
"You didn't" Deadpool said
"I did" Star Lord said, smiling as he bopped his head.
"Oh damn" Jiro said as she dragged Kaminari onto the dance floor
"Are you sure about this Kyoka?" Kaminari asked
"Yeah, this is groovy" Jiro said as the pair danced energetically to the song, Most Of those attending the dance were jiving along to the music. Kaminari twirled Jiro around before spinning her out and spinning her back into his arms
'Come and get your love, Come and get your love' the chorus of the song sang. Eventually the song died down and so too did Jiro and Kaminari's dancing; the two shared a quick hug before walking off to join the other couples.
"that was one of your choices huh?" Deadpool asked
"Yeah it was" Star Lord said "So who's the next couple?"
"Pinkie and hard on" Deadpool said
"Oh I think I got the right one, and now then let's go for this one" Star Lord said picking the next song
"Oh this is going to be epic" he said as Star Lord played the song
"I guess it's our turn" Kirishima said as he walked out with a red suit on, Mina walked over wearing a dark pink one
"I guess it is" Mina smiled as he took her hand and the two started to dance. The two were in perfect sync with each, having been the longest couple of the group, having starting dating when they were back in middle school. After everything the pair have been through, it was moments like this that was their reward. He held her close and placed his head on hers and dance gently,
'Let's lock the door behind us, they won't find us, make the whole world wait' the song sang out as Mina teared up.
"Hey you okay?" Kirishima asked
"I'm just so happy at these moment" Mina said kissing him. Soon the song ended and they joined the other couples.
"That was beautiful" Momo said
"I agree" Ochako smiled as the girls all hugged. Mina reached into her purse and pulled out her phone, taking a group photo with it
"So who's the next dance?" Momo asked
"I think I see them now" Jiro said.
Walking out onto the dance floor wearing a white tailcoat was Mirio, adjusting his navy blue bowtie as Nejire walked out in a seaform green dressed
"There you are, wow that colours looks good on you" Mirio smiled
"Thanks, and that suits you, but something's missing" she said smiling before she pulled out a rose and placed it in his pocketed before a familiar melody to the couple played
"Percussion" Mirio laughed
"Strings" Nejire whispered
"Words;" the two said as the song started to play, the two gracefully dancing with each other, twirling and dips in their movements making the pair smiled brightly
"float along and listen to the song, the song say kiss the girl,sha-la-la the music plays and the music say go on and kiss the girl' the song sang
As per the song's instruction Mirio did kiss Nejira making the girls swoon and her laugh, soon the song died down and the they stopped just as they did.
"This was an excellent night" Aizawa said
"Only because my DJ booth got hijacked" Present Mic whined
"Let it go Mic" Midnight laughed.
"Indeed" Aizawa said as the some of the other worldly heroes started to walk onto the floor and slow dance. Mr Fantastic with Sue, Matt and Elektra, Peter and MJ, Hawkeye and Black Widow, Robbie and Kate, Hank and Janet, Rhodey and Carol, Flash and Gwen, Felicia and Ben.
'And I don't want the world to see me, because I don't think they'd understand' the song currently playing sang
"Want to dance?" Aizawa asked
"I thought you would never ask" Midnight smiled as she walked out onto the floor.
"Well I think this was a most enjoyable evening" Izuku said
"I agree" Ochako said as she leant on Izuku's shoulder.
"Same the otherworldly heroes are heading back tomorrow" Momo said
"I know, I wish they could stick around" Mina pouted "especially after what they did for my girl" she smiled
"They have their own world to defend' Ojiro said
"Maybe we can see it one day" Kirishima said
"That would be cool" Hagakure said
"It would be, and to think this is a small fraction of superheroes" Deku smiled excitedly
"Uh Oh! Deku's getting excited again" Ochako laughed
"But one thing has me worried" Momo said
"their villains right?" Todoroki asked
"Yeah, we don't know what they're like" Momo said
"Well hopefully we won't have to find out" Izuku nodded.
The next day the heroes were getting ready to leave when Blade discovered something that was shocking
"Himiko?" Blade asked
"I want to go to your world" Himiko said
"Why?" Blade responded
"I want to learn more about my quirk...my mutation under you; ever since you've been here I've made great strides in understanding my quirk under you guidance." Himiko admitted.
"I see, well I don't see why not. After all it would be a clean slate for you wouldn't it?" Blade asked
"Yeah" Himiko nodded.
"Okay" Blade nodded as Nick Fury walked in,
"So you're coming with us Miss Toga?" Fury askd
"I am" Himiko said "I got no one here who will miss me"
"Fine, welcome abroad" Fury said. He walked into a section of the Liberator where All-Might, Endeavour and Nedzu were waiting for him
"So Miss Toga has chosen t go with you?" Nezu asked
"She has" Fury nodded
"Well, it's been fun while you were here" All-Might said
"You're kidding right?" Endeavour asked while giving him an 'are you crazy' look
"Hey it was, plus if it wasn't for them you wouldn't be having a better relationship with Rei" All-Night said
"MY RELATIONSHIP IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!" Endeavour barked
"Nonetheless, it was an interesting time" Nedzu frowned.
"Let's just hope we don't end up in your world" Aizawa said
"Please don't, there are enough heroes without you guys coming to our world, though it would be interesting to see how you handle more of our villains. Plus I'm sure Charles Xavier would be most interesting in your quirks" Fury said. The heroes from UA nodded before they shook hands and left. Once they left Fury walked back onto the bridge
"Everything is ready to good" Coulson said
"Good, tell Strange to open the portal to our world" Fury ordered as he saw the Silver Surfer floating outside, before he flew off opening his own portal back to their world
"Do you think that is wise?" Coulson asked
"No" Fury frowned. "But I'm not going to argue with him; or Ikol wherever he is" Fury growled as the portal was opened. "Though I am intrigued about what Doom wanted with his powers."
"To stop him" Doom said
"Who?" Reed asked
There is a threat coming, one that could affect the multiverse, but I'm not sure which one" Doom said
"Let me guess: Kang, Thanos, Knull?" Reed asked
"No, I'm not sure which one all I know is that they could twist the fabric of reality. If I had the power cosmic I would have been able to stop him" Doom explained.
"But you would have changed the multiverse so YOU would be the God Emperor was it?" Reed asked
"Indeed, it would have benefit me most them most; but I did it for the benefit of our world Richards. Even you must see that" Doom scowled.
"I know Victor, and that threat may be there; but I am not trusting you to do it. When and if it comes then we will do it together; understood?" Reed said walking off.
"Crystal clearly" Doom said as he's cell was closed as Reed walked off.
"I'm going to miss that world" Stark said sipping an iced tea
"They were certain unique" Capt said
"I wanted to learn more about their biology, like the difference between their quirk factors and our X-Gene" Beast said
"I'm sure Chuck would as well" Logan chuckled.
"But the biggest thing I wanted to study was that boy's quirk" Beast frowned
"One for all" jean said
"Oh well, nothing we can do about that now" beast said as they exited the portal reappearing over their New York.
"Welcome home everyone" Stark said as he looked over New York.
"Oh YEAH!" Spiderman was heard shouted as he jumped off the flight deck and dived below
"SPIDEY!" Agent venom shouted as he followed
"Hey wait up!" Ghost Spider said
"You ready MJ" Scarlet Spider asked
"Yeah" MJ Said as she was picked up and Scarlet Spider jumped off.
"Well, I'll see you later" Falcon said as he jumped off and activated his wings and flew off. After ten minutes only Fury and Coulson remained on the bridge of the Liberator before it docked
"Finally good to be back" Fury laughed as he looked out over New York.
G'day Guys and man oh man what a journey that was, I neve though that this fic would be this popular or this long but now it has ended. And what a way to end it with a school dance with the Class 1-A couples and MirNeji. I must admit when I first started this it was not really focused on a plot until I started to write it down and got into a rhythm finally figuring it out; sure I had a few things I wanted to do with it such as All-Might with Mjolnir, Daredevil talking with Shiozaki and of course izuku and Doom! Plus the dance was always in there but it was utterly different with Gambit being involved instead of Star Lord. Plus Himiko leaving with Blade was again something I planned out when I had them interact.
Now before we get to the thank you we have an end credit special
While the Students of UA were partying and dancing the night away, a blonde haired teenage girl was walking around in a park until she came to a bronze statue and she stared at it
"Thank you for your service, I know it was a hundred years ago. But I've only been alive since the 2090s" she said smiling as she looked at the statue which was of a soldier holding a shield in front of him, a star was on his chest with two lines going from it to across his shoulders. The plague on the statue read 'Steve Rogers: Hero, Patriot , AVENGER! 1924-2019' The girl smiled before she heard something behind her. "Andros?" she asked as a guy three years older than her with red hair and green eyes walked next to her
"Hello Melissa. I thought you would be here" he said "After all you are his most recent successor"
"Indeed I am, so what are the rest of the team up to?" Melissa asked
"Some of them are scouting the target" he said as a man in a black suit walked next to them, his short reddish blond hair blowing slightly
"Yeah, hopefully we get in" the man said
"Okay Sam, walks me through it since I didn't get the full memo" Mellissa nodded.
"Tyler Stone, an American business man ended up buying several support companies including Detnerat. He then combined them into one Company, the newly form Alchemax. He said that the main goal of Alchemax is the advancement of human kind" Sam said
"Space travel, medical advancement, reduction in global famine and homelessness" Andros added
"Sounds like a utopia" Melissa frowned
"But we recently discovered that they are actually perform biological and genetic experiments on those who are well" Andros started
"Quirkless" Melissa spat
"Indeed" Sam said
"So where are they others?" Melissa asked
"At the base, ready and waiting for the debrief" Andros said
Melissa, Andros and Sam walked about to the Avengers compound to see her team ready
"Alright, Spiderman?" Melissa asked as she walked into their base
"Here boss" Spider-man slid down, his cape hanging upside down, his blue suit marked with a red spider like skull pattern on it
"Moon Knight?" Melissa asked
"I am here" a woman in a white and silver costume with an Egyptian accent said
"Black Panther?" she then asked looking around
"I am here" a man in a black panther like suit with elbow blades, a fanged necklace and cat like mask
"Black Widow? Melissa asked
"I'm here" a woman with dark tanned skin and long white hair walked over in a sexy strut smiled
"Ironman?" Mel looked over at Andros who just nodded and activated something on his gauntlets making a mix of nanites and hardlight transform into a high tech suit of armour
"Need you ask?" Iron Man asked
"Daredevil?" Melissa asked looking at Sam, who equipped a red and black armoured suit with devil horns
"I'm here" Sam laughed
"White Tiger?" Melissa asked
"Present" a Hispanic man wearing a white version of Black Panther's costume bowed, as dark silver stripes appeared
"Blade?" Melissa asked
"You know I'm ready" a Korean man with very short hair and fang like tattoos under his more smirked as he twirled a sword and slipped it into his scabbard
"Hawkeye?" Melissa asked walking into a dressing room
"You know it" a man with long brown hair, hawk like eyes in a black and purple costume appeared and nodded, and unfurled his bow "what about you?" he asked
"You know it" Melissa said as removed her shirt; revealing a sleeveless top with the top half being dark blue like chainmail with red and white stripes along the bottom half. A pair of high tech red fingerless gauntlets were pulled on and a holographic shield appeared. "AVENGERS 2099 ASSEMBLE!" she ordered.
Well none of you saw taht coming, I mean I had it set in 2099, only one without the shit of Alchemax in it; only to have Alchemax show up at the end! And Melissa Shield acting as Captain America at that, not sure if that was just a fun easter egg or a sequel hook...too soon to tell
