Turbo Granny grins, possibly harder than she ever has. While inside the mind of Ayase, she was able to discover something. Although she lost access to her powers due to the persistent nature of the brat, she can actually create thoughts inside the mind of the girl. Even if Ayase wasn't romantically interested in Ken, she could still use this newfound power to convince her that in fact, she is. She tested it while Ayase was lying down in her room, the night Ken and her walked through the tunnel. By being absorbed, Turbo granny practically became a part of her. This means she could think of anything, and manifest it into the mind of Ayase, tricking her into thinking they're her own thoughts. So, that night, she flooded Ayase's brain with nothing but Ken Takakura. The ghost realized her method was working when Ayase said aloud…"W-why did I just think of kissing Okarun?"

Little did the girl know, she fell directly into Turbo Granny's trap. The words had confirmed the spirit's theory, and now that she knew what she could do, getting Ayase laid with Ken should be a piece of cake. All she has to do is convince Ayase that she wants to have sex with Ken, and bazinga…sex. Little did she know, this would not be a very easy task.

The next day Ayase found herself going off of a preplanned script she had made in her head the day prior. Her plan was to wait for Okarun by the front gate, walk him to class while talking about aliens, ghosts or whatever, and then see him again at lunch. However, after the concerning thoughts she had last night, she found herself doing whatever she could to postpone their meeting today, despite how badly she wanted to talk to him. She stood by the front gate for no longer than 5 seconds before dashing to her class. Her teacher watched her run into the classroom with a concerned look. "Ms. Ayase? You're rather early today. Did you need to make something up?" Ayase, slightly embarrassed, looks back at her teacher. "Uh, no, sorry. I needed to make up something for another class, I must've lost my way." She frantically walked out of the classroom. She needs to be alone right now, to think. She walked into a random classroom she knew no one would be in at this time, and sat down, resting her head on the desk. "Uhhhh", she groans. This is why she hated hanging out with men. They always give her mixed signals, and it's hard to differentiate between romantic and platonic feelings. She begins to think about whether or not she actually feels a certain way about the boy. "I mean, no way I'm into a guy that wears circular glasses…right?" Suddenly a thought randomly enters her head.

Circular glasses are in style right now.

Ayase rubs her temple and groans again. Why did she think that? It wasn't even true, circular frames are so 80s. And not to mention the boy's hair…who even gave him that bowl cut?

Most girls your age like guys with bowl cuts.

What is up with these intrusive thoughts? If girls liked bowl cuts, why does no one wear them anymore?!

Something about that button up he always wears is hot

Ok what?! That's literally just the school uniform! Every guy at school wears the exact same thing!

You are quite a persistent brat, you know that!

Ayase jerks up from her seat. She then pieces together exactly what had transpired. With a better understanding of the situation, she confronts the perpetrator. "So Turbo Granny. You were feeding my thoughts. And you almost got away with it too." Turbo granny grinded her teeth together. "Damn me and my compulsions!"

Feeling slightly calmer, it appeared that maybe, these thoughts that Ayase were having weren't indicative of what she actually felt. Ayase let out a sigh of relief. There was no longer any need to avoid Okarun anymore. They could just be friends, and with no romantic burden making her feel nervous, it should be easy right? Like talking to any friend would. However, she had to know what exactly Turbo Granny was trying to do. Was she just bored and messing with her? The ghost having the power to mess with her thoughts also presented many issues for her social life. It would be hard to distinguish between her real thoughts and what Turbo Granny puts into her head. What else could she trick her into believing? And if Turbo Granny can put these thoughts into her head at any moment, maybe it was best to…not be around Okarun. The thought of avoiding him depressed her, but she convinced herself that it was simply inevitable. Some people in life are only meant to present a fun one-time experience. Not everyone can be a lifelong friend. She dropped her head back into her arms.

In class, Ayase was visibly distraught. She noticed her two friends Miko and Muko talking about her obviously tired and drained appearance, but that didn't give her the motivation to put up a better mood. She was pretty certain, or at least she hoped that anything romantic she had thought of or felt towards Okarun was solely perpetuated by Turbo Granny, but she still couldn't shake the desire to talk to him. To top it off, she had felt awful about not greeting him at the front gate. Not that she thought the boy was expecting to see her there, but they had pretty much promised to see each other today, and the only reason they haven't yet is totally her fault.

"Momo does not look ok today. What do you think happened this time?"Ayase hears Miko say next to her. "I have no idea. Maybe she rushed to get in a relationship with another guy and it didn't work out?" Muko said. "Already? I mean, she can get pretty desperate, but there's no way."

Ayase groans and slightly lifts her face off the desk. "Guys, you know I can hear you, right?" Muko raises her hand to express a point, completely ignoring her. "Yeah, but I bet if the guy looked like Ken Takakura, she would get with him no matter what he was like." Ayase's head jerks up at this remark. She growls and stares deep into the soul of Muko and Miko. "Don't say that name! Please…" Muko looks at Ayase for a second before turning back to her other friend. "See, I told you…it does have something to do with a guy."

The bell for lunch rang, a bell that Ayase had been dreading since this morning because she knew there was no excuse for dodging Okarun this time. She thought of what might happen if she didn't go to find him during the lunch period. Sure, he might be upset, but it's not like they talked before yesterday, and he seemed to be doing…decent without her. Surely, he would find someone else to nerd out with, and get over it quickly. Surely, with the sheer number of students at the school, someone else had an interest in aliens…he just needed to branch out more. Or maybe, it wouldn't even bother him at all; they'll both move on with their life like nothing happened. She begrudgingly sat up from her seat, slowly rolling her head towards the hallway, when none other than the black haired glasses boy, Okarun stood in the doorway. His eyes frantically darted around the classroom until they locked directly on Ayase. He was out of breath, clearly having rushed down the hall to get there, just to come to see her. Her eyes widened and she suddenly felt butterflies circulate through and around the pit of her stomach. It slightly annoyed Ayase to see the boy in the doorway. Not because she was annoyed he had come, but because she was annoyed she was glad he had. Then a strong wave of guilt washed in. Okarun was nice enough to come for her, but she couldn't even wait for him when she had the chance. None of that mattered anymore though. There was simply no way to avoid him now that he was posted at her classroom. She grabbed her bookbag, stood up and walked over to the boy, who immediately reached for a book and shoved it in her face. "The place I want us to go to today is Nagi Hospital. Many people have been abducted there and have claimed to see UFO's!" he exclaims. "Nagi Hospital? Why would species from another planet want to go there?" Ayase remarks while tilting her head. "It isn't important! Aliens have to abduct people somewhere, don't they?!"

Ayase sighs. "And how exactly do you know there's aliens there?"

"I have scars! Well I did! They've healed! And they've definitely, probably abducted me already! And of course, I don't remember it, because they wipe your memory." He exclaims in a hurry. Ayase looks at him with a raised eyebrow. "Yeah right. Well, we're going to find out tonight if what you're saying is true." Ken looks at her in excitement, clearly eager to hear that Ms. Ayase herself has confirmed she would be going there with him. He then raises a finger. "Ok, but for the record, if we go there and they don't come, that doesn't mean aliens don't exist, it just means they…were enjoying their off day!"

Ayase laughs at this statement. Some people are the type to never believe they're wrong. "Seriously?! An off day? From what, alien-ing?"

A little embarrassed, Ken adjusts his glasses and rushes to correct her. "No! From abducting people! I'm sure that takes a lot of manpower…alien-power to pull off. I'm sure they take off days, I read about it!" Ayase giggles once again, leading Ken to feel a little bad about his obsession. "Hey are you laughing at me?!", he said. "No, no, you're just funny, that's all. I like that you're passionate about this.", Ayase explains to him. Ken finds himself blushing a little. "O-ok. Well we should probably find a place to sit for lunch."

The two decided to sit together on the peaceful and quiet school rooftop that day. Ken appears to have dug himself into a book, but in reality, he isn't actually reading a single word. He's using the book as an excuse to make himself look too busy to initiate a conversation between him and Ayase, in hopes that she can think of something to say before he does. And to his luck, she does.

"Sorry, I didn't really explain it earlier. Are you curious as to why Turbo Granny is like…a worm." Ken immediately darts his attention away from the block, gently closing it. "Uh, yeah! Explain please!" Ayase, feeling a bit amused to see his enthusiasm, leans in closer to explain. "So basically, my psychic power allowed me to stop Turbo Granny from completely taking over my body, and I suppressed her true form. Unfortunately, she still lives rent free in my head." She points a finger to her skull as Ken looks in awe.

"That's right bitch!" Turbo Granny says to herself.

Ken then puts his hand to his chin, attempting to come to a more logical conclusion. "But, if you have the power to do that, why don't you just kick Turbo Granny out your body?"

"Well, It's simple really. I don't know how. My powers can only suppress her when she's in my body. If she leaves, she'll be back to her full strength. Maybe I should ask my Grandma."

"Your grandmother? Oh, I get it! Your grandma must also have psychic powers. It makes sense that something like that would be hereditary."

"No, nothing like that. She's a median. Only certain people are able to see and communicate with ghosts."

"Really? I didn't have any issue seeing Turbo Granny when she was trying to kill me!" Ken exclaims, causing Ayase to laugh in amusement.

Turbo Granny, contemplating, listens in on the conversation, before deciding to appear before the two. "By the way, I'm not a worm! And at least worms eat dead stuff. You two annoying vermin just take up space and trespass in places you don't belong!"

"Hey!" Ken interjects. "If you really want to know an organism that just takes up space, talk to a wasp! They chase me every spring, they don't even pollinate, and they kill bees!"

Ayase smirks at the spirit peeking out of her shoulder. "You were awfully quiet this afternoon. Did you get a little depressed when I shut down your ingenious plan to take over my thoughts?" Turbo granny grinds her teeth again in anger. "This isn't over. Soon, all your thoughts will be mine. You'll wonder if you even know what's real or fake anymore, as you forget who you are." She shrinks back into Ayase's body. "Jeez, talk about ruining the moment. What did you bring for lunch?" Ayase asks Ken. "Oh, um, my mom made me lunch today. A sandwich and some apple slices. She usually cooks me a meal, but she forgot to prepare something the night before." Ayase intertwines her hands and puts them against her cheek. "Awww, that's so sweet!" She coos. Ken blushes as Ayase gets in his face. Noticing this, Ayase backs off, and awkwardly toys with her hair. Trying to find something else to talk about to escape the silence, Ken racks his brain to better understand exactly what transpired yesterday. "So…you had psychic powers this whole time? Do you use them often?" He asked. "Oh, um, no. I awakened them for the first time last night", Ayase affirms, then takes a moment to gaze at the palms of her hands. "I don't really know why I have them or what they are." Ken, feeling a little disappointed at her answer, rapidly scratches the top of his head. "I mean, ghosts are one thing…but there's just so much improbability with a human who has psychic powers. I have so many questions! Like, are you the first human ever to get them? If not, wouldn't there be more first hand accounts written about it? If someone wrote about such a case before, I definitely feel like I would know. Is it genetic, or can I get psychic powers too?" Ayase didn't have the answers either. However, given her knowledge of the supernatural, she thought her own opinion on the matter might give Okarun some comfort. "Well, the supernatural is literally what can't be explained by science. Maybe, we aren't supposed to know?" Ken, still not happy with her answer, decides to pitch in. "That's not fair…I mean, science is just as much a belief as religion! It's designed to explain everything! And it doesn't explain psychic powers…or ghosts. And sure I saw one…but can we really trust our eyes?!" Ayase once again, lets out a laugh. "You're trying really hard not to believe in ghosts. Aliens are supernatural too, but you weren't asking these questions before", she playfully responds. In return, feeling a little embarrassed, Ken gets impulsively defensive. "Supernatural is an insult to the alien community! We prefer the term paranormal. And Aliens are scientific! It's completely illogical to believe that out of the entire universe, we're the only planet that can support life!" He belches while pushing up his glasses. Ayase raised her hands in surrender. "Ok, ok! No need to yell Einstein." Ken notices he went on a bit of an unhinged tangent, and his face turns red. He didn't mean to come off as rude or aggressive, but when it comes to aliens, he can't help but explain everything. This is probably why all the girls he talked to in the past were so off-put by their conversations. "S-sorry Ms. Ayase. I got carried away." Ayase smirks and accepts his apology. "No, it's ok, I understand. I'm pretty serious about ghosts, like you with aliens." She then toils with her hair again. "But you're probably more serious about aliens than I am with ghosts. With how loud you were about it, it was hard not to think that maybe, what you were saying was the truth." Ken, almost ready to go on another one of his rampages about how what he was saying is true and she should believe it, catches himself before more than a breath escapes his mouth. Instead, he humbly says, "I hope one day I can show you that aliens are real. Just like you showed me ghosts are." This statement encourages a feeling of confidence and pride inside Ms. Ayase. She could almost say that she was, in a way, proud of Okarun for coming to the conclusion that ghosts are real, and that she had a direct hand in that belief. However, a duty a little below the gut suddenly calls her, interrupting her high.

"Oh, um, you stay right there! I really need to use the bathroom." She hurriedly rushes to the restroom, hoping to make it back as quickly as possible to maximize the amount of time her and Ken have together before lunch ends. Ken watches her skirt across the rooftop before disappearing behind the door, leaving him with a calm feeling of loneliness.

After making sure Ayase was gone, a group of older boys who had been huddled not far from where Ken and Ayase were sitting marched up to the boy sitting on the bench.

"Seriously? You're mommy makes you food?" One says. The group then takes turns mocking Ken. "Did she pack any animal crackers?"

"You still drink out of a sippy cup? Apple juice or orange juice?"

"Did she give you a little oreo and tell you could eat it after you finish your vegetables?!" The group busts out into laughter, while Ken simply drops his head, staring at his lunch, avoiding eye contact with his aggressors. "Aww, don't do that. Your head was all perked up when your girlfriend protected you earlier. Can't you do anything without the help of a woman?" Ken, still looking down, says quietly through his teeth, "S-she isn't my girlfriend. We're just…" He then trails off. What were they? Was it really appropriate to call each other friends when they had literally met yesterday? What's even the protocol for this type of stuff anyways? He didn't know the correct amount of days before he could officially call someone a friend. After all, he's never had one before.

The group of guys notice this trail off, and jump at the opportunity to berade Ken for it. "What's wrong? Don't tell me she's using you." The guys hype eachother up, looking around to see who would bully Ken next. Another one of the guys pitches in to give his two cents. "I heard lots of girls her age like to take advantage of losers like you. They make you fall for them for attention, then evade your every attempt to ask them out. But instead of outright rejecting you, they make excuses so you're still there when they want to use you." This comment makes Ken sink his head deeper towards the ground. Could Ms. Ayase really be using him? For attention? Is that why she stopped in his class and protected him from his classmates earlier, and if so, why him? I mean sure he's not a very popular guy, maybe even a bit of a loser, but they had never interacted with each other before then. The thought sent him into a spiral of negative thoughts and emotions. Even the other guys who had been bullying him seconds prior looked at the guy who had made the comment like he was insane. "Dang bro…that was really depressing."

"Yeah, that just sucked. This is why no one likes you Louise.

"Yeah Louise, totally uncool."

Ken lets out a whisper, barely legible by the guys. Ken had emotions that he embraced sure, but it was unlike him to let emotions get the better of him. He has always thought of a logical or rational explanation, and after having thought of him and Ms. Asaye's time together, he gained some clarity on the situation."No…he's not wrong." The group of boys all turn their attention towards him as he continues. "There are some girls out there who are like that. I was afraid that might happen…so I avoided girls for as long as I can remember." He finally looks up towards the group of boys. He then begins to remember the incident in the tunnel, Ayase swinging at Turbo Granny with a stick while all he could do was run away in fear. "But even though I haven't known her very long, there was a time where Ms. Ayase could have left me in a very bad situation, and she risked everything to help me out of it. The girl you're describing would never do what Ms. Ayase did for me."

Ken Takakura's words seemed to leave his audience completely speechless for a moment. First, they were stunned to see him actually refute their words and stand up for something, instead of just hanging his head down and accepting it. Then, they were wondering if the boy was even worth bullying anymore. Ayase was pretty popular, and if what Ken was saying was true and she really did like the guy…

One of the boys gives Ken a hard slap on the shoulder, which startles him. "Hey man…you stay safe out there. I respect a guy that can stand up for his girl." Hesitant and surprised by the actions of their now supportive friend, the other guys start processing. But, not one of them could stray away from the peer pressure.

"Yeah Ken, you stay safe."

"Stay safe Ken."

"You have a good one Ken", Louise says.

"Shut up Louise. No one likes you."

The guys then all leave for the rooftop door, before closing it behind them, leaving Ken sitting on the bench alone. Had that really just happened? The world is so strange these days. It hasn't even been 24 hours since he met Ayase, and already, it felt like his world was shifting.

While Ken was having the interaction with the bullies, in the women's restroom of the uppermost floor of the school, we hear the awkward tinkle of someone relieving themselves.

"Christ, I can't believe I have to listen to this. Humans are so high maintenance." Turbo Granny complains. "You're the one who chose to be here in the first place. Actions have consequences you hag." Ayase groans. "I mean, what are the odds a random girl like you, walking in my tunnel would have psychic powers?! And the worst part? They suck! I took your body just to find out your powers are moving rocks!" Turbo granny exclaims. Ayase becomes agitated at the statement, and yells at the top of her lungs impulsively "Shut up already! Just because you can annoy me all the time doesn't mean you should!" It was then that she heard someone shuffle across the bathroom, the door slamming behind them. Her face turns a shade of red in a mixture of embarrassment and frustration. "Great. Now they're going to think I'm crazy. I'm going to be trending as the girl who talks to herself in the bathroom. This is your fault."

Turbo Granny laughs. "Hey don't get so upset! In this day in age, they probably just thought you were talking to a bad boyfriend on the phone or something." Peeking out of her Ayase's shoulder, she then leans in closer to the girl's ear. "Speaking of boyfriend…what do you think of that boy Ken Takakura?" She says in a seductive tone. Ayase becomes even more flustered. "Y-you mean Okarun? Uh…he seems like a nice guy. Why?"

"I was just wondering. It seemed like you two hit it off yesterday when you trespassed on my property."

"You were feeding thoughts about him into my head. What is this really about?"

"Relax…" She stretched the word out thin. "Your thoughts are my thoughts. Maybe, I'm just into the guy too."

"Gross"

"What? I was a young girl when I died. I didn't get to experience any teenage romance. You're lucky."

Ayase thought about this for a moment. There were a few things about Turbo granny's statement that stood out to her. Who knew evil ghosts were so sentimental? And was she really lucky just because she met a new guy who's nice? She would prefer if she didn't get the chance to get so caught up on guys, and could enjoy the single life. Then she wouldn't risk getting her heart broken. She slightly lowers her head. "So…you were young when you died…how old?" Turbo Granny responds in silence for a minute, as if she were contemplating it. "Eh…somewhere around your age. After a hundred years or so, you start to lose count."

"Well…I mean…sorry for asking but…how did you die?"

"What? I don't know kid! Now stop asking so many stupid questions!"

Ayase sighs. She was trying to be a little sympathetic to Turbo Granny, but it's a little hard to do that when the spirit's whole personality is to be a pain in the ass.

This entire conversation took place while Ayase was on the toilet…

The door to the rooftop widened up, and Okarun perked up, an apple slice sliding from his lip back into his lunchbox as his mouth hung open. Ayase stood there, halfway hidden behind the door with her fingers tracing the back of it. She blushes as Ken looks back at her in awe. She closes the door behind her and walks over to the bench to sit down. Playing with the tips of her hair, she presents an offer to Okarun. "D-do you want some of my lunch? I'm not really that hungry. It's mostly rice balls." Ken thinks about it for only a second. "Y-yeah. Sure." Ayase reaches into her bookbag and pulls out a small black box opening it to the fresh smell of white rice with sauces in cups on the side and chopsticks. She unwrapped them and grabbed one of the soft snacks before bringing it carefully over to Okarun, maintaining eye contact with the boy, slowly bringing it closer and closer. "Go ahead. Feed him yourself", Turbo granny drills into her head. Impulsively, she moves the rice ball hanging on her chopsticks closer to Okarun's mouth. Without any protest, when it comes into reach, the blushing boy bites into it and chews. Ayase almost brought the food back to her box, but then she realizes how it might come off as rude, and maybe Okarun wanted more. So she awkwardly hangs the food in front of Okarun's face while he chews, waiting for him to take another bite, causing her heart to jump. He takes another bite, still leaving some left on the chopstick. Deciding that her heart simply can't take it anymore, she drops the rest into his lunch box. But then she immediately regrets it, mourning the loss of getting to feed Okarun. To write the wrongs of her mistake, she grabs a napkin and bends down next to him, slowly wiping away crumbs of rice from his face. "You should really carry napkins with you," she says. Okarun, now with a clear face and a bright smile, looks back at the girl. "Sorry. I'm a little messy." Okarun replies sheepishly. Suddenly Ayase's smile fades. This was bad. Could Turbo Granny control her feelings and actions too? Was the thought she had about feeding Okarun her own? Sure, she wanted to do it, sure she…enjoyed it, but if Turbo Granny is in her head influencing her thoughts, what's to stop her from controlling what she does, feels, wants? Had she even asked Okarun if he wanted any of her food because she wanted to? Or was that a sly attempt for the ghost to make sure she had less to eat today, just to mess with her?

Turbo Granny smirks. It didn't take long to get Ayase to act on these feelings for the boy, and on top of that, she gets front row seats to see exactly how Ken acts around Ayase. This is working swimmingly! She would have never expected her influences to be noticeable so quickly. It's only the second day, but at this rate, the two will be going ham by the end of the week! Her only concern was that, after having been caught influencing the girl's thoughts earlier, Ayase was a lot more hesitant to go through with her feelings than she might have been otherwise. She could sense feelings of uncertainty within the girl, and she somehow had to convince her that any and every thought she had about the boy was hers. After all, Turbo Granny had given Ayase the idea to feed Okarun for a romantic bond, but it was Ayase herself that went through with it. She needed Ayase to know that she, in fact, could not control the actions or feelings of her body.

Ken sees the smile fade from Ayase, and for no real reason, feels guilty, believing he must have done something wrong. "Ms. Ayase…is everything alright?" This cause Ayase to look up and exit her trance, realizing she was still bent by the knees next to the bench, napkin in hand near Okarun's face. "Um yeah, everything is fine." Not wanting to leave the conversation in a dry state like this, Ken starts to think about something to lead a new one. He had read somewhere that if you give people an opportunity to talk about themselves, they'll enjoy talking to you more.

"Uh…so, do you live with just your Grandma?" He asked.

"Yep. Just me and her."

The rooftop goes back silent. Well that was completely useless and it didn't go anywhere. Now Ken had to come up with something else to say. If only he had read up about ghosts prior to meeting her so he had more topics he knew she was interested in to share. Even Turbo Granny was racking her head. She had gotten pretty bored with the two's conversation, and despite her relishing success earlier, she knew she still had a lot of work to do. However, she couldn't think of anything to escalate sexual tension between them at the moment. If only there were a way to get in Ken's head too to make sure the two high schoolers were on the same page. In her centuries of living she was pretty sure she knew what a guy who was in love looked like, and Ken had the look alright. Unfortunately, it still didn't change the spirit's irritation at not knowing exactly what he was thinking. Plus…look at the brat! He didn't look like he would be getting action in the sheets anytime soon, not with that haircut. That's when it occurred to her…she had only been focusing on getting Ayase with Ken because he's the only guy she talks to. However, it might be a whole lot easier to go for someone else…a macho guy who's willing to get down with any girl maybe? It doesn't matter who Ayase has sex with, so Turbo Granny wants to make sure it gets down, and as fast as possible. She bet there were a ton of jerks who wouldn't mind taking advantage of the girl.

The bell rang for the end of lunch, and both Ken and Ayase had put on quite the downer face, clearly dreading leaving each other and going back to class. Ayase gets up, grabbing her backpack, waiting for Ken to arrange his items. "Hey…what class do you have next?" She asks. Ken keeps arranging his lunchbox and his book into his backpack, then notices the girl looking down on him. "O-oh, me?" He says in exasperation. Ayase smiles and gets closer to Ken's face, poking her finger at his chest. "Yeah you! Do you see anyone else up here?" Ken nervously apologizes while scratching the back of his head. "Oh, sorry. I'm kind of an awkward guy…"

"Got her", Turbo Granny says to herself with a smirk. Immediately Ayase feels an explosion of emotions go from the bottom of her stomach quickly to the top of her head. What feels like the deadliest electric current jolts through her body in excitement, and her face reddens like a tomato, warm as a stovetop. "Wha- I told you not to say that!" She exclaims. "D-did I do something wrong?!" Ken says, getting a bit defensive in his confusion. "Just…don't say that anymore ok! I'm going to class!" Ayase storms off, leaving Ken on the rooftop bench alone. Still not finished arranging his book bag to his liking, Ken decides to just hastily close it and run after the girl. "Hey wait! We're still on for Nagi hospital tonight, right?" He says as he catches the rooftop door and slides into the building right behind Ayase. "Yes! Now stop following me, I'm going to my class!" She says, not turning to look at Ken as she does to hide her reddened face. Ken, still trailing behind, nervously responds. "I-I'm not trying to follow you. It's just, I have to go downstairs to my class too, so it only makes sense that we wou-" Ayase, overwhelmed, stomps her foot on the ground and points to the other side of the hallway. "Take…the other stairwell", she growls. Ken starts to ride on Ayase's emotions, and becomes a little agitated himself. In his defense he confidently yells. "Fine! I'll go over to the other stairwell! By myself! Alone! Without you!" He finishes his statement with a hard crossing of the arms and a frown before marching like an army soldier down the hallway.

"Jesus, that boy is a little sassy", Turbo Granny says to Ayase. "Nobody asked for your opinion Turbo Granny", Ayase refutes. "You told me I shouldn't be complaining, and neither should you. You get what you get, and you don't throw…damn I forgot the phrase…you don't complain!"
